“The Georgia Superior Court Clerk’s office did everything in its power to thwart the very filing of a legal appeal in Weldon v Obama, the case in which Judge Michael Malihi ruled that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and therefore eligible for the Georgia ballot.
And the Superior Court itself has just dismissed plaintiff David Weldon’s appeal of that ruling.
The numerous questions surrounding Malihi’s February 3rd decision and the clear errors of law and procedure upon which it was based have been discussed by countless members of the new media.
And now Van Irion, head counsel for Liberty Legal Foundation (LLF) and the attorney who represented David Weldon in his lawsuit questioning Obama’s eligibilty before Judge Malihi, relates what has happened since the decision.
The story he tells of improper and illegal conduct on the part of the Superior Court arguably reveals a more blatant and callous disregard for the law and the rights of the American people than was displayed in the ruling itself.”

Obama filed a Motion to Dismiss LLF’s Appeal of the Malihi ruling and the Motion was FILED IMMEDIATELY by the Superior Court Clerk. Obviously no problem in the Clerk’s office with Mr. Obama’s paper work.
THREE DAYS after Obama’s Motion to Dismiss was filed, the Court informed Attorney Van Irion that he had LESS THAN 1 DAY to file an Opposition to that Motion; thoroughly improper behavior on the part of the Court.
Late that SAME DAY, the Chief Judge of the Superior Court denied Irion’s motion to be admitted as a visiting attorney (Irion practices in Tennessee) in spite of his impeccable reputation and the fact that his Georgia sponsor is a member of the Georgia State Legislature who has practiced before the Court! The Court had deliberately held up this particular decision for 2 weeks, effectively preventing LLF from filing the Opposition the Court had RULED only 6 hours earlier that LLF must file on that day! All of this represents unheard of behavior on the part of a court.
Finally, just 90 minutes after plaintiff David Weldon personally filed the Opposition–as the Court had prevented Irion and LLF from doing so–the Chief Judge issued a 3 page Opinion granting Obama’s Motion to Dismiss the LLF Appeal!
Incredibly, neither Judge Malihi nor the Secretary of State sent the Weldon v Obama case record to the Superior Court for review until AFTER the Court had ruled in Obama’s favor! That means the Chief Judge agreed to Obama’s Motion to Dismiss an Appeal of a case the Judge NEVER READ!! This is the extent to which judicial corruption has replaced judicial review in the State of Georgia.”

I got there at about 1:30 and they were very welcoming (like they had been so bored they could barely stand it… they practically treated me like a celebrity), and I asked if many had voted. They said no, you are the 31st. Ugh!
It was given that this was not going to be overturned by this superior court uber liberal judge. The behaviour of State Superiour court was despicable. However, this court actually on one count, did us a favor, as they wasted no time in upholding Malihi ruling because the case was moving up the line to the State Supreme Court, where it was heading anyways, on route to it;s final destination, SCOTUS…
You are Justice Malihi. Obama’s natural born status is in question. You are willing to listen to the cases being presented. You are contacted by a representative of the CIA who tells you the agency can guaruntee Obama’s parents were both American and he was born in Hawaii, that Obama once worked for the CIA. In the interest of national security this information about him has been classified. Therefore, this issue must be left alone.
So what do you do? What does the Superior Court of Georgia do?

I voted today in VA also, with a very similar experience. I went at about 3pm and there was ONE person there signing people in….ONE person taking us to the voting machine….and no one else in there voting at the time…..I asked if they had been busy and they said “not at all”.
BTW….I keep seeing your links to the Ulsterman Reports and I don’t know WHY, but my computer will not let me read any of the articles at ALL…if I try to link from your post….I get a screen that says “whoops” and it takes me right back her to comments….if I try directly from my favorites folder, it takes me to the front page, but won’t let me read any articles, it takes me right back to the front page. That being said, even for those in the relative pro-choice mainstream, the extent of Barack Obama’s zeal to protect any and all abortion procedures marks him as the single most radical pro-abortion president in this nation’s history. Should a baby, having survived being pulled from the womb of its mother during a late-term abortion procedure, then be murdered in the name of abortion rights? Barack Obama says YES – and the media has refused to adequately share that fact with the American people. WARNING: GRAPHIC SUBJECT MATTER
The description of “late term abortion” is too often thrown about with little actual shared understanding of just what that term represents. While there is no agreed upon medical definition of the term, most research suggests late term as being the termination of a pregnancy 20 weeks or more into a pregnancy – regardless of whether or not the fetus is “viable” – a medical term for a fetus that is in fact a child – a life that can survive outside the womb of its mother. These types of procedures are often called “partial birth” abortions – indicating the infant is in fact born, only to have its life terminated by the doctor. The abortion industry does not easily divulge just how many of these late term procedures are performed each year, but a 1997 study suggests the figure to be several thousand per year in the United States. Here is a brief medical description of the two types of late term abortion procedures:
The physician inserts a long toothed clamp through the woman’s vagina into the uterus. She/he grabs body parts of the fetus at random, breaks them from the body and pulls them out. Finally, the head is crushed and extracted. Finally, the placenta and any remaining parts of the fetus are suctioned from the uterus.
The woman’s cervix is dilated. If necessary, the fetus is rotated until it is facing feet downwards. The surgeon reaches into the uterus and pulls the fetus’ body, with the exception of its head, out of the woman’s body. Surgical scissors are inserted into the base of the fetal skull, and withdrawn. A suction tube is inserted and the fetus’ brains are removed through aspiration. This partially collapses the fetal skull. The fetus is then fully removed from the woman’s body.

As a state senator in Illinois, the defense of abortion was one of the few legislative actions the otherwise disinterested then-state politician took an aggressive position on, opposing proposed legislation that would have made it illegal to kill a child that had survived a late term abortion procedure. As a United States Senator, Barack Obama again opposed similar federal legislation seeking to protect the lives of infants. It was only later in 2007 when he was preparing his run to become the nation’s next president did Barack Obama begin to zig and zag on the late term abortion issue. His campaign, the few times he was questioned on the subject, gave vague responses indicating then-candidate Obama was supportive of Roe vs Wade but also felt states had the right to ban partial birth abortions – a position he had never voiced before, and one that his own legislative actions never supported. The media for the most part dropped the subject altogether, and what little coverage it did give to the issue leaned heavily on the extreme examples of pregnancies that posed dangers to the life of the mother as the primary cause for Barack Obama’s support for partial birth abortions. This despite Obama’s own legislative record and public statements that rarely made such a distinction – he wanted NO restrictions on partial birth abortions – period. In fact, Barack Obama ranked among the highest of all politicians with a 100% rating from The National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL). This ranking came not from the attempted middle-of-the-road stance on the subject he took as a presidential candidate in 2007 and 2008, but rather for his open and aggressive opposition toward any attempts to regulate abortion practices – including the killing of infants who survived the procedure. Even if the individual getting the abortion was a child herself, Barack Obama voted to NOT require parents to be notified of the procedure.
What will now follow is a graphic look at the very procedure the current President of the United States has a clear and consistent record of defending. Within Obamacare, there is a clear direction of forcing all employers, be they a religious instititution or not, to provide free coverage for not only birth control, but abortions as well, as was outlined in a recent Weekly Standard report:
President Obama today promulgated a scam that, if he is re-elected, will allow him to mandate that every health plan in America cover abortion on demand,” said NRLC Legislative Director Douglas Johnson.
The law prevents the Secretary of Health and Human Services from including abortion in a list of federally mandated “essential health benefits.” But the birth control mandate is based on an entirely different provision of the law, which allows the Secretary to mandate that all health plans cover any service that the Secretary places on a list of “preventive” services. There is nothing in the law to prevent the Secretary from placing abortion, assisted suicide, or any other additional services on the preventive services list, nor does the Secretary require the agreement of any other authority in the government to do so — except, perhaps, the president.
So here we now come to the visual evidence of what Barack Obama, as President of the United States, feels so compelled to not only defend, but require of private businesses and religious groups to provide – unlimited access to abortion, regardless of whether or not the child can survive outside the womb of its mother. And in fact, if that child were to survive the procedure, Barack Obama defends the practice of terminating its life, thus making him quite literally, President Baby Killer.

That is EXACTLY what I have been saying for 3 years. Obama represents a CIA operation on US soil. The CIA has turned against the very system that it was intrusted to protect. Dean M., here is an inquiry. How much cover can this so-called patriotism give? In other words, according to Sheriff Arpaio’s findings there is probable cause for alleged criminal conduct, namely forgery and fraud with respect to the Obama touted long-form birth certificate displayed in April 2011, and very disturbing evidence of the same re. the selective service registration. Furthermore, the investigation continues.
Can people in high places and the media continue to hide under the cloak of defending national security and ignore possible and probable criminal conduct in the White House, or at least sanctioned by it? If so, we are in deeper trouble than realized.
After all, the president is not above the law and he could be prosecuted for criminal acts. If the CIA is that actively involved, how far will it go to continue the coverup?

I have always wondered myself why this was covered up so….back in the days when we first heard about it and that one nurse reported how they had to leave the baby in the utility closet until it died and she was instructed not to touch the baby at all….but she did, she said she held the baby as it breathed it’s last breaths, several hours after delivery. I always cried when I read or thought about that.

Dear Governor Brewer:
Sheriff Arpaio after an extensive investigation of six months has come to the conclusion there is probable cause that the crimes of fraud and forgery have been committed by either the W.H. or someone close to it.
Pres. Obama last April displayed what he claimed was the real, long-form birth certificate. It has been shown to be a fraudulent document by many, many experts even before Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation.
For the Governor of my state to cast aspersion on the efforts and conclusion of a worthy sheriff without having examined the evidence herself, is outrageous!
Then you go so far as to say you rely upon the word of former Governor Lingle of Hawaii as to the validity of the birth certificate? Word which was received several years ago? A lot has happened since then, Governor Brewer.
We are talking about possible and probable criminal acts at the highest level of government. It is no longer just about where Obama was born. It is about deception, treachery and crime. If you are closing your ears and eyes to that then you are against applying the rule of law , and that is a terrible offense. No person who has sworn to uphold the U.S. Constitution and disregards the rule of law should be holding public office.
Please communicate with me and convince me “that it isn’t so.”

That was several days ago. I am not going to hold my breath while I am waiting for a response. Last year I still thought Brewer was on our side,but now I am seriously questioning this.

Finally, we have the Supreme Court of the U.S.A. “sitting” on lawsuits, that have been filed with the court, that specifically address the matter of law, pertaining to the Constitutionality of the office of President of the U.S.A., and SCOTUS has failed their oath to support and defend the Constitution, and they have failed to assume original jurisdiction over this legal matter of extreme importance, and they leave us, with the appearance of impropriety.

Some have been right-wing (i.e., anticommunist, pro-American, such as Somoza in Nicaragua), others left-wing (socialistic and anti-American, like Perón and Chávez), but since Jimmy Carter used his one-term presidency to achieve the extinction of the pro-American species, today’s caudillos are all leftists.
Caudillos typically bulldoze political opposition, become the dominant force in the economic life of the country, and establish a personality cult around themselves. They love power as much as they love themselves, and they aren’t bashful about using their power in defiance of precedents, constitutions, and democratic principles. Until a couple of years ago, I never dreamed that a caudillo could arise in our Anglo-American legal system, upwardly mobile culture, and enlightened constitutional order, but today it seems to be a distinct possibility. Thay did so when Chief Justice Roberts swore in Soetoro literally in secret, then a little later Thomas publically stated that they were evading the issue. If my count is correct that was STRIKE TWO for the SCOTUS,then STRIKE THREE came when they ALLOWED TWO people to be seated in their midst who LEGALLY cannot be there. The SCOTUS IS no longer a FUNCTIONING body.

However, I will submit this in the form of an “open letter to the Governor” in the “Letters to the Editor” of the Arizona Republic and maybe several other papers around the state. Sonoran News is more like preaching to the choir, but maybe it would build a fire under some other Arizonans. I am really angry over her re. this matter. She is no friend of Obama’s, at least in the immigration matter, so what gives anyway? Grrrrrh……..

BTW……….with regard to ONE of the illegal justices there is already reason for her to be somehow removed from the bench. She has refused to recuse herself and participated in hearings in which she has CONFLICT OF INTEREST. She should now be removed from the bench……..she aseems to think that being a Supreme Court justice is some sort of a LARK.

As I stated I am not going to hold my breath while waiting for Brewer to say something meaningful. I asked some really pointed questions as to why she is questioning Arpiao’s competence. I get the gut feeling that she might be aiding Soetoro in the ongoing Federal investigation of Arpiao. There is ALWAYS the hidden factor that is most often the truth of a matter. I have the feeling that there is INDEED a hidden factor here.

In parallel with my letter to Brewer, I tried to make the message say that while I live in Indiana, it isn’t as though I am not really paying attention to what is going on in Arizona. This is in part because I have a nephew and his family who live in Chandler,AZ. He would now be in his 70s as well.

Wow, Old Salt, you just may be onto something there – about Brewer possibly aiding Soetoro in trying to get Arpaio removed. I rather imagine that she may feel that Arpaio IS a thorn in her side, because he has antagonized the bogus DOJ, and that could make it harder for Brewer to get what she wants re. immigration – at least she may THINK that way. If so, she really doesn’t understand the nature of what we have going on in the federal government, but so often POLITICS trumps everything.

the fact that Santorum did so well tonight means…..all four will remain in the race. Gingrich won’t leave….not yet. Santorum has no reason to leave with this success. The golden boy won’t leave. Therefore, the delegates continue to be divided making it impossible for any candidate to reach 1144. Tonight just increases the prospects of a brokered convention and that was always our best chance.
Romney did horrible tonight considering his front runner stamp and Santorum has no organization. Remember a few weeks ago when the guy from Dr. Paul’s campaign in 2008 said even if Santorum runs the board, he can’t hit 1144. Stay strong!!!
We cannot get downhearted. So so so so many things can happen between now and Tampa. All tonight means is we just keep going forward, continue to organize and get to the convention.

To all of the Ron Paul supporters around the country, other than taking each state with a 1st place, all the pieces are falling in place for a brokered convention.
It is looking as if there will not be enough first round votes to take the GOP nomination, so then all of you Ron Paul supporters that have clawed your way to those delegate spots in place of Romney, Santorum and Gingrich supporters, you will be free to vote.
This is Paul’s strategy and it’s falling perfectly into place.

As I have said before. Birth announcements mean nothing. My daughter was born in Alaska and the birth announcment was printed in Kentucky. The papers only print what they are provided, by the hospital or relatives.

After reading Jack Cashill’s work on Obama’s fake nativity narrative, here is what I suspect his legal status is. I suspect that Obama was in fact born in Kenya and later gained Indonesian citizenship, but is NOT a U.S. citizen today, and probably never was.
I tend to think similarly. So if Immigration was on to Obama sr., watching him and his actitivities where were they when it came to jr? Did the CIA get so caught up in their little projects that one of their little “birds” was able to turn the table on them and they are unable to expose him or they will expose a lot more? Frankly I don’t see all the importance about zero that would be so critical that he rates this kind of lying protection. If he was supposed to infiltrate radical racist organizations for them and report back, well, wouldn’t this go more against him than the agency since they could just spin and excuse and obfuscate?? Still can’t see his individual worth for all this grand scheming. If his worth is to the globalists then our spying agencies are working now for the grander rewards!

After viewing a “tease” on Breitbart I’m not seeing the “shock” or usefulness of this news video. They’re protesting to force the Harvard law school faculty to get a “woman of color” member. It’s 1991 so this doesn’t sound too unusual for such protests….and may even make liberals just continue thinking he’s the best thing since “smokin”. So he’s backing a Rev. Wright buddy,….well, that hasn’t seemed to make much difference either.
Waiting to see more and how it’s framed but the lemmings could care less I would think.

There is something afloat here that is “above and beyond” the normal understanding of the average citizen. Something so damn big, so damn evil, so damn terrible that EVERYONE with the authority to investigate and take judicial action on his obvious CRIMES are scared to death.
This kind of POWER is way, way beyond the ability of a community organizer’s to control…frankly, Obama is nothing but an ignorant, empty suit doing what he has been told, in the manner he was told….anyone who gives Obama the status of being SMART, INTELLIGENT and BRIGHT needs to be evaluated with an IQ test.
So exactly who, or what is behind this charade. Personally, I think it goes into the worldly realm, otherwise the nations who are being royally screwed now by the Obama administration would spill the beans on this fake.
Who ever it is, or whatever it is, appears to be so powerful the entire world is silent and pleading the 5th when it comes to this man-child…..never before in the history of the world have we seen such open obstruction of justice occurring without someone, or some nation reacting.

Earlier today I posted a comment regarding the possibility that Brewer might be quietly cooperating with the DOJ in their ongoing investigation of Sheriff Arpiao. First and formost is the fact that a law enforcement officer with Arpiao’s background is not going to be a piece of cake to take down. Further is the fact that he is NOT AFRAID of the DOJ GOONS, and in addition he knows exactly where he stands legally. In addition it is usually an elected office. The DOJ goons might try to force a RECALL attempt. They will FAIL. If he is able to consolidate his investigation with 400,or 500 other departments, which I think he should do forthwith, he will have a great deal of protection as a result. Not ALL of the sheriffs are going to be seen as RIGHT WING CRAZIES. The greater the number of departments who consolidate the greater is the likelihood of the court being FORCED to addresas the issue.
