I have been to Omaha, Nebraska. It is a nice city. I like the Nebraska folks. Most of them are honest, hard working citizens. It will be interesting to see if the Omaha World Herald staff shares those values with the citizenry.

“‘Birther’ sergeant discharged”
“Staff Sgt. Daryn Moran, a so-called “birther” who denies President Barack Obama’s U.S. citizenship, is being discharged from the Air Force, the military confirmed Wednesday.
Moran, of Omaha, says he quit reporting for duty at an Air Force base in Germany last week to protest the commander in chief, whom he disparages as a criminal who should be arrested.
But the Air Force, in its first statement on the case, said Moran was in fact already in the process of being discharged when he stopped reporting for work.
“He is currently outprocessing for discharge from the Air Force, which was previously approved by his commander on August 4th,” says a statement released by U.S. Air Forces in Europe.
Air Force officials didn’t give a reason for the discharge and didn’t comment on Moran’s behavior.
Moran, in an e-mail, confirmed he was being discharged but said he couldn’t provide details until a later date.
Moran has spent much of the past week vilifying Obama in interviews, in online forums and on his Twitter feed, behavior that appears to violate the military’s code of conduct.
He also repeatedly argued that Barack Obama isn’t a citizen of the United States — a disproved conspiracy theory that lost some steam when the president publicly released his long-form birth certificate earlier this year.
During his tour of the “birther” blogosphere, the Air Force staff sergeant called Obama “the enemy” and “a criminal” and made vague references to his desire to “remove” the president. He also derided the military as unprepared and shoddy.”

Staff Sgt. Daryn Moran questions Obama’s Natural Born Citizen status. This is a requirement of the US Constitution.
2. “a disproved conspiracy theory”
It is assumed that the author is referring to Obama’s Natural Born Citizen status. Thus far we have no proof.
3. “the president publicly released his long-form birth certificate earlier this year.”
Obama has not presented a legitimate birth certificate. The image placed on WhiteHouse.gov has been proven to be fraudulent.

MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. – At the request of tea party leaders in Arizona, famed Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has promised to investigate the validity of Barack Obama’s purported long-form birth certificate in a determination of the president’s eligibility for the county’s 2012 election ballot.
Tea party leaders in Surprise, Ariz., met with Arpaio and WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi Thursday morning to express concern that a fake birth certificate would be used to document the president’s eligibility to run in Maricopa County, where Arpaio is the chief law enforcement officer.

Sheriff Joe is my kind of law enforcement guy. He pulls no punches and is an up front kind of person. Not afraid to get in the face of those breaking the law…regardless of who they work for.

Still buzz going around about Paul Ryan running for POTUS. I hope not. Our path to winning, in my opinion, is to focus on jobs, jobs and more jobs. Paul Ryan is too much associated with trying to end Medicare and while we need to make cuts, I feel he’s too extreme in his approach, and he will allow the Dems to say the GOP wants to cut off Grandma. I think the GOP would then lose, even though, Obama can be beaten. I would not vote for Paul Ryan and would choose to sit out the election since I also will not vote for Obama.
Mainstream GOP’ers are making a big mistake by trying to get Paul Ryan to run, in my opinion. They will hand the POTUS back to Obama if they get Paul Ryan to run.

Paul Ryan won’t get the nomination. All he will do is take votes from Romney and make it more likely that Rick Perry will win.

A recent state-by-state comparison study by the Texas Public Policy Foundation found that Texas had a state tax burden of 8.4%, compared to a U.S. average of 9.7%. And the Texas gross state product grew 94.5% over 10 years, vs. 66.3% for the rest of the country.

The Republican nominee will need to muster an estimated 40 percent of the Hispanic vote to defeat Obama. That’s the high-water mark set by former President Bush in his 2004 reelection campaign.

The non-partisan pro-transparency non-profit Judicial Watch had requested to see a complete list of who visited the White House between January 20, 2009 and August, 10, 2009.
“The proper course of action by the Secret Service is duly to process [Judicial Watch’s] FOIA request, disclose all segregable, nonexempt records, and then assert specific FOIA exemptions for all records it seeks to withhold,” Howell wrote. The White House has posted selective portions of the White House visitor logs at their convenience.
President Obama had promised that his administration was committed “to be the most open and transparent ever.” But an Associated Press study found that the Obama administration is ducking FOIA requests at a greater rate than past administrations even though the number of requests is down.

It’s hard to know where to begin – there are so many things.
We find it suspicious that both Janet Napolitano nor Michael Chertoff have been investigated or charged for their part in the “underwear bomber” fiasco where a man without a passport and actually on the terrorist watch-list was escorted past security and put on the plane with a bomb in his boxers at a time when Chertoff had a stake in the backscatter x-ray machines and was leading the biggest lobby group to have these machines put in all US airports hours after the “attack”.
It’s also suspicious that George W. Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld have not been arrested for lying to get the US into an occupation of Iraq that has now lasted eight years, cost trillions of dollars and killed tens of thousands of US military and more than a million Iraqi civilians.
It’s also suspicious that it says in the US constitution that nothing but gold or silver can be money used by the Government of the United States yet Ben Bernanke and the Federal Reserve issue paper units which are said to be the only legal tender in the US by the US Government – and even when asked if “gold is money,” he does not even pay mention to this fact.
As well, it is suspicious that not one person in the US Government has been investigated for having shipped thousands of high powered weapons to Mexican drug cartels.
It’s also suspicious that there has never been any proof shown for the Osama bin Laden assassination and now most of the members of Seal Team 6 have been killed and there is evidence that almost all of the reported details of the murder are false.
It’s strange, also, that the most outspoken and authoritative analyst against BP after the Gulf Oil spill died a few days after he spoke up about it, in his hot tub.
Not to mention the fact that nearly all members of congress accept bribes (called donations) from corporate and foreign lobby groups to do their bidding.
Or how about the fact that Nobel Peace Prize winner, Barack Obama, first stated that his bombing of Libya does not make it a war action and that the bombing would be over in “days, not weeks”, over five months ago?
This list really could go on forever Janet. There is so much obviously improper conduct going on in the Washington, District of Criminals area.
The people of the US have been brainwashed by mainstream media presstitutes since birth, drugged (flouride in water, adderall and other toxic chemicals given to schoolchildren), put in prisons (public schools and colleges) for the entirety of their formative years and most of the food system in the US has been systematically degraded to the point where most receive little or no nutritition from food and you have outlawed natural foods such as raw milk. In fact, almost all the actions of your government has caused most of the problems in American society today.
Yet, your government says that “terrorists” are now your “average American” and police have been instructed to treat anyone who speaks about the constitution or about freedom as a criminal.”

Since Tim Pawlenty ended his bid for the presidency last Sunday, his former staffers and key fundraisers have held off from endorsing another candidate or moving to another campaign. There’s a reason.
