Some people were paying attention before Obama became a serious contender in 2008. The Chicago Tribune even covered corruption in the Blagojevich Administration long before the Rezko trial. The Tribune and a few others even connected the dots from Rezko to Obama. And then….
I wrote the following on October 3, 2008.
“Barack Obama appears desperate to win the presidential election. The more
I know about Obama, the more I have come to the conclusion that he
believes he must win the presidency. Consider the following:
Obama has no Law License
Obama relinquished his Illinois law license in early 2007. Why would
Obama give up something that provided his primary source of income
and something he spent so much time and energy obtaining? Andy Martin
filed a complaint in IL on March 13, 2007 stating that Obama had lied
on his IL bar application. Obama had 17 outstanding traffic violations
that he had failed to take care of. Mr. Martin discovered that Obama
would not be prosecuted because he no longer had his law license. I contacted Andy Martin and this was his response:
“Nothing. Obama had already resigned as a lawyer and so they had no jurisdiction over him.”
“Not if they have lost jurisdiction over the individual. They can’t punish someone who has resigned, which is why so many corrupt lawyers in Illinois resign before they are disbarred.“
Obama ties to Crime and Corruption
Obama had many close ties to crime and corruption in Chicago and Illinois.
Tony Rezko and Obama, close associates for many years, are at the center
of investigations and prosecutions by federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald.
Tony Rezko has been tried and convicted of multiple counts of corruption
and is awaiting sentencing. he is also talking. Stuart Levine, the star
witness at the Rezko, has been convicted. Dr. Robert Weinstein has been
indicted and is awaiting trial. Rod Blagojecvich, the governor of Illinois,
was endorsed by Obama and will probably be indicted or impeached.
Obama has many ties to these corruption players and his name was mentioned regularly during the Rezko trial. Will Obama be indicted next?

facilitate the vote rigging in Chicago as chairman of the Illinois Senate

Mr. Obama did conspire with Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko and Rod Blogojevich to rig the committee and was rewarded with campaign contributions. The new members appointed included 3 doctors who contributed to Mr. Obama. On April 21, 2004, Stuart Levine explicitly advised Dr. Robert Weinstein, who is now indicted, of Tony Rezko’s role in manipulating the Planning Board’s vote.
Philip J Berg Lawsuit – Obama is a Indonesian citizen
Philip J Berg filed a lawsuit in federal court on August 21, 2008 that
states Obama is not qualified to be president. The lawsuit is based on
many documented facts, with the prominent fact being that Obama became
an Indonesian citizen and never pledged allegiance to the US. Instead
of offering proof of US citizenship in the form of a vault copy of his
birth certificate and a pledge of allegiance, Obama filed a motion to
dismiss Mr. Berg’s lawsuit. John McCain provided a vault COLB to congress.
Why am I certain that Obama is desperate to become president?
During the Tony Rezko investigation and trial, it was discovered that
Rezko told Stuart Levine not to worry, he would see to it that Patrick
Fitzgerald would be removed as prosecutor.
If Obama is elected, he certainly would see to it that Fitzgerald is
“reassigned”.
If the Philip J Berg lawsuit is delayed until after the election, Obama
believes that the current congress would never impeach him. I am certain
most people would agree.”
The Blagojevich trial clearly could have and should have happened before the 2008 elections. Refer to the Citizen Wells Evidentiary Proffer.
After Obama took control of the White House, he appointed his buddy Eric Holder as Attorney General. This gave Obama control of the US Justice Department.
July 30, 2009: Patrick Fitzgerald, the top prosecutor in Illinois’ Northern District, was named interim chairman of the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee of U.S. Attorneys (AGAC).
The first Blagojevich trial, which obviously was delayed to protect Obama, was a farce. From Citizen Wells August 23, 2010.

Political appointees at the Justice Department overrode Coates’s recommendation. They ordered him to dismiss the lawsuit against all but one of the defendants, even though they were in default because they did not defend themselves. The eventual injunction against the defendant with the weapon was laughably weak.”

To the first part, I’m not sure, I haven’t heard what Trump would do about the annual deficits, or how he would have handled Libya or Egypt, or any number of other issues that I will need to hear and read his stance on.
Who is better?
Again, I’m not sure, but what I do know is that if Romney is the nominee, the Republicans lost one vote, because Romney is NOT correct on a whole group of issues. But IF my opinion is correct, Romney is the next in line to be the nominee, and if history shows us anything, then he will be the Republican nominee.
I’m thinking someone will come out of the woodwork that I can agree with on most issues, and when that person rears his/her head, then I’ll know that this is the person who will get my vote in the primary next year, but the process is almost a year off, and I’ll wait until then to make up my mind.

Just a couple of observations.
This blog was started mainly on the Larry Sinclair allegations, and has evolved in to a blog about Obama’s eligibility and corruption.
FS goes on and on about Trump, and praises Rush, Hannity, Beck, Levin and others who will not even discuss the eligibility issue except in terms of saying they think Obama was born in the US, which is a moot point if the term “natural born citizen” is defined by the Supreme Court as meaning born on US soil to US citizen parents.
Of course we don’t actually know what the definition of the term is, because the Supreme Court will NOT do it’s job.
I’m beginning to get the feeling that FS doesn’t care about the eligibility issue. Even if Trump was running as a Democrat, he has brought the issue to the people, and more and more people are becoming aware of the issue, even though they are being indoctrinated that the term means “born in the US” with no mention of the “to US citizen parents” part.
We have over a year to learn more about Trump’s standing on other issues, but since he has brought the issue out in the open, I applaud him. Heck, our primary isn’t for another year.
I guess I’d like to know why FS is vilifying Trump when he is bringing up this issue? Seems like we ought to be united in our effort to inform more people.
One last thing, if ANYONE should be banned for personal attacks, it is YOU FS.
Your comments about Old Salt, Paxson, indymac, Aussie and me yesterday was uncalled for, and right down vile.
My opinion is that “Dr” Sam didn’t do a very good job of counceling you, and if you are a result of “Dr” Sam’s “work”, then I would steer people AWAY from his “services”.

Look at item number 30 on the long form birth certificate at link below. It says @ 30, for the fathers place of birth, “State of Birth”, below that it says,”if not in U.S.A. name country”. This information is necessary to determine natural born Citizen status.

Oklahoma’s SB91, described as “Identity and citizenship – requiring proof of citizenship for candidates,” authored by Senators Brinkley, is now making its way through the Oklahoma legislature. See information on the bill here, http://www.oklegislature.gov/BillInfo.aspx?Bill=sb91. The bill passed the Senate by a vote of 34 yes to 10 no (4 votes were excluded). On April 6, 2011, it passed the House Rules Committee by a vote of 11 yes to 0 no.
“Here in Oklahoma, where Mr. Obama won just over a third of the vote in 2008 — one of his worst state losses — Senate Bill 91 passed last month with overwhelming and even bipartisan support. People in both parties said they were confident that the House would do the same by the deadline next week (the bill would have to return to the Senate for a procedural vote). Lawmakers said they assumed that Gov. Mary Fallin, a Republican, would sign it.
A spokesman said Ms. Fallin would not comment until the bill was on her desk and she had a chance to review it.
Legislators backing credentials bills in other states are closely watching what happens here.
‘If one state passes, and the Obama administration basically ignores the requirement and does not qualify for the ballot in that state, that would send a very strong signal that we have a situation in the United States where someone who is not eligible is occupying the White House,’ said Mark Hatfield, a Republican state representative in Georgia whose own ballot bill failed to get through. If Oklahoma does not go forward, and an override of Ms. Brewer’s veto in Arizona does not materialize, Mr. Hatfield said, ‘then other states, including Georgia, have a duty to step up.’
Opponents of the birther bills say they are unnecessary and are designed to score political points more than safeguard democracy, certainly in Mr. Obama’s case.
Still, Democrats in Oklahoma were divided. For example, the minority floor leader in the House, Chuck Hoskin, said he would probably vote yes. Asked in an interview whether he was concerned about embarrassing the leader of his own party, Mr. Hoskin said he thought Mr. Obama’s failure to win over Oklahomans in 2008 was the real embarrassment.

What a sad state of affairs in America. Someone should ask these politicians when it became embarrassing for lawmakers to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution, which is the oath of office that they all take. When did it become embarrassing to assure the integrity of the electoral process? When did it become embarrassing to restore the faith of the American people in knowing who their President is?
Was our media and Congress also too embarrassed to press Obama that he release to the public his documents showing who and what he is and to otherwise properly vet him during the 2008 presidential campaign? Were the courts too embarrassed to accept any one case in which Obama would have to produce discovery and conclusively show that he is a “natural born Citizen?” Did Arizona Governor Jan Brewer tell us that she was too embarrassed to sign the Arizona legislation that would have required presidential candidates to prove their citizenship when she said it was “a bridge too far?” Were our leaders also so embarrassed that they allowed a highly decorated military officer, LTC Terry Lakin, to be court-martialed and go to federal prison for exercising his sense of duty to protect the Constitution? And are our leaders now just too embarrassed to admit that they were simply too embarrassed to properly exercise their duties to the nation and to the American people and adequately deal with Obama?

Alan Booth’s “real Hawaiian” COLB.
Notice the right hand side of COLB, it lists the Father’s, and Mother’s place of birth, a feature mysteriously missing from Obama’s COLB. Also note, the “real Hawaiian” COLB is a Certificate of Live Birth, Obama’s COLB is called a Certification? Also, the certificate number is in a different location, and the wording at the top of Obama’s COLB differs from the real COLB.

The differences in the two COLBs are likely because the HDOH changed the format in October, 2008. The revision date is located at the bottom left corner of the paper.
The Obama COLB was supposedly acquired in June 2007 and
has a document revision date of “OHSM 1.1 (Rev 11/01) LASER”.
The Booth COLB was acquired after October 2008 and
has a revision date of ”OHSM 1.1 (Rev 10/08) LASER” .
Why the HDOH changed the COLB format just prior to the 2008 election is anybody’s guess.
For comparison, on April 11th, WND posted documents belonging to a lady from Free Republic named Danae.

If I remember correctly, she said at Free Republic that she acquired her COLB in 2007. It has the same format as Obama’s COLB and shows CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH centered at the top of the page and the same revision date at the bottom. Like Obama’s, the parents’ STATE OR COUNTRY OF BIRTH is also omitted.
As you noted, the BOOTH COLB shows CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH and displays the mother’s and the father’s STATE OR COUNTRY OF BIRTH. For the record, the family COLBs I acquired in Nov 2008 also show CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH and are identical to the Booth document. What is puzzling to me is that one of my documents shows the parents’ place of birth and two documents do not. Because of this inconsistency, I have no way of knowing if the omission of parents’ place of birth on the Obama COLB is intentional or not. I might add that all three of mine are for births prior to 1961.
To recap, the HDOH changed the COLB format as of October 2008. Obama’s COLB matches the format of Danae’s 2007 COLB and the Booth COLB matches the format of my family OCT 2008 COLBs.
To be honest, other than the format change, I cannot detect any significant differences between Obma’s document and mine. But then I am not a document expert like Polarik and others. I especially question the validity of the fightthesmears COLB because there are no folds in the paper but they magically appear in the factcheck COLB.
There are two documents that would serve as proof that Obama’s COLB was issued by HDOH. I made UIPA requests for both documents. In regard to one document, after several email exchanges, Janice Okubo responded “Therefore, the department does not have a record responsive to your request”. I found out from Danae’s account of her record requests that Okubo lied to me. HDOH denied my request for the second document.
If they do not have both of these documents, well, was does that indicate?

Doesn’t all of this inconsistency in HI forms/documents merely point to the many ways people could be listed as born in HI? Anybody, even those posing as family members, could give a statement and include only the info they wanted listed on the informal birth document and that unregulated document would just go down in a general compilation whether or not more or less info was included. IOW, it basically noted that you were born a certain year and if somebody wanted it listed as HI they would do so based solely on a statement without proof. They appear to be extremely “flexible” in HI and VERY accomodating! So whatever is on a list as “born in HI” has no foundation under it. The big question today is the false SSN since IF you are a citizen you don’t need to acquire a false SSN!!

I agree the fake SSN is extremely significant.
I admit that I am not completely convinced where Obama was born. I am inclined to believe he was born in Hawaii but the Lucas Smith Kenyan BC looks pretty convincing. In my opinion, as an amateur genealogist, there could have been changes to Obama’s original Hawaii BC……..
1. If Stanley Ann Dunham wasn’t married, her baby may have the Dunham surname and an amendment may have been acquired to change the name to Obama
2. There may have been an amendment involving a name change to Barry Soetoro because of an adoption by Lolo Soetoro. (Would that have made him ineligible to have a claim in the Obama SR’s estate?)
3. He could have continued using the Obama name when he returned from Indonesia because his school records would have still been under the name Obama.
4. Remember Obama found a copy of his birth certificate years ago. It is possible that he used that Obama BC and the Soetoro adoption BC whenever convenient.
5. Barry Soetoro may not have legally changed his name back to Barack Obama until 2007 when he decided to run for president.
Any or all of these scenarios could have occurred throughout the years but the COLB could still say Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii.

I think they just wanted to wipe out any public linkage to the Indonesia “legal” connection since directing any future investigation in that direction would put the emphasis on his possible entrance to school as a foreign student and all that would imply. Why hide the initial college background? I could see the later college records being hidden since they would probably point to “who” used what influence to get him in places that, as Trump has stated, the best straight A students could not….and how it was paid for….and delve into his possible absences, etc. But why Occidental and why did the school jump immediately to their atty who was professionally linked to O’s when inquired of as to his records after saying the subpoena was legal?
I still think everyone is simply relying on a HI form that can just about say anything about anyone since it IS just stating basically that they are certifying that someone was born, period! The rest of the info really didn’t matter to the disarray of their set up. If there was any kind of orderly fashion to anything there then how now can they so easily change what info they intend to give out to the public – about their own personal records – over night???
Also, perhaps it was easier to use the Obama name after O Sr. died …. 1982….without obviously any objection from him?

There are two documents that would serve as proof that Obama’s COLB was issued by HDOH. I made UIPA requests for both documents. In regard to one document, after several email exchanges, Janice Okubo responded “Therefore, the department does not have a record responsive to your request”. I found out from Danae’s account of her record requests that Okubo lied to me. HDOH denied my request for the second document.
If they do not have both of these documents, well, was does that indicate?

A Veterans Day Story
This morning while watching MSNBC, they had two former Secret Service agents on publicizing a new book called “The Kennedy Detail”. It appears to be a book to dispel any conspiracy theory. My only problem with this is that several years ago while listening to Art Bell of Coast To Coast conduct a 3 hour show on what do you think really happened on that November day in 1963 I heard a theory that sounded credible. After about three hours of the usual calls, one fellow called and said “Now listen – this is what really happened.” His demeanor was very authoritative and knowledgeable sounding. He said that one of the agents in the heat of the moment grabbed his rifle and it accidentally fired. In one of those one-in-a-million accidents, the bullet struck the President. OMG – How can we who are charged with protecting the President, be the cause of his death? Hasn’t anyone ever been suspicious how quickly the Warren Commission concluded it’s investigation. As one of the authors said – “there was no conspiracy”. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT BY OUR OWN GOVERNMENT FOR GOD’S SAKE.
As John F. Kennedy was a real WW2 Veteran and hero in saving his crew, I think he would want the truth to be told.
Here is testimony from a lawsuit and the source.
a. On page 106, beginning in the first paragraph,
Hickey had clearly heard the first shot. Sitting on top of the
seat back, he had already spun completely around and was staring up
toward the book depository. The other agents were just starting to
turn. So, Hickey hears the first shot and looks back to where he
thought it came from. And in a second or two, the follow-up car goes a
little farther and the oak tree that had obscured his view is cleared.
At that point, Hickey must have seen the barrel of Oswald’s gun. He had
to. He was looking right at it. And Oswald fires again.
So Hickey reaches down and grabs the AR-15 off the floor, flips
off the safety and stands up on the seat, preparing to return fire. But
his footing is precarious. The follow-up car hits the brakes or speeds
up. Hickey begins to swing the gun around to draw a bead on Oswald, but
he loses his balance. He begins to fall.
And the barrel happens to be pointing toward Kennedy’s head. And
the gun happens to go off.
b. On page 108, second paragraph,
Finally, he [Donahue] knew the bullet’s trajectory led straight to
Hickey and his gun. As far as he was concerned, this was an unshakable
ballistic fact. The bullet that hit Kennedy in the head came from the
left rear. From the follow-up car. From the AR-15.
c. On page 112, first paragraph,
Bobby [Robert Kennedy] may well have, understandably, codified the
cover-up: instructing that word of the misadventure go no further and
that the President’s body be brought back to Washington as rapidly as
possible, Texas law be damned.

Few people in the world could come out with a new fragrance, as did The Donald a few months ago, generate great ratings with a hit TV show starring himself, and then follow those triumphs up by declaring bankruptcy.
But that’s not even close to the full, true genius of this amazing man: he told the Associated Press in a telephone interview this past Monday, after news of his Chapter 11 filing was announced, “I don’t think it’s a failure, I think it’s a success.”
He went on, “In this case, it was just something that worked better than the alternatives. It’s really just a technical thing.”
Yeah – so is a flat EEG. But I digress.
Trump’s braggadocio reminds me of that old saw, “If you owe the bank $10,000 and you can’t make your payments they’ll come after you; if you owe them $10,000,000, hey, no problem: they’ll loan you another couple million so you can keep making your payments.
What a crock.
To the thousands of people who are shareholders in Trump Hotels & Casinos, and have lost all their money, I guarantee you it’s much, much more than “a technical thing”.
I have no idea how you people come to talking about me on this thread, but please allow me to make something perfectly clear.
1. No one has the right to send anything about me or my book to anyone with their description of what the facts are. It is because someone DID send something to Mr. Trump that I personally sent him a letter informing him NO ONE was authorized to represent me or the statements made in my book other than myself.
2. These back and forths on this thread about me have nothing to do with the article which these comments are connected to.
3. I believe CW will agree with me in that both of us have learned over the past three (3) years that people will turn on you in a NY minute if you dare stand up to them or oppose their position.
4. Just yesterday I received an email from a best selling Author telling me to continue to fight “I have a feeling you will be vindicated.” I appreciate that email and the fact that it came from an individual who at one time shunned me altogether.
5. The great thing about America is that people can choose who they do or do not believe, and who they do or do not support.
6. As for any references made to a particular anti-Sinclair web site I simply would say, they have been identified in Parisi v Sinclair as being nothing more than anit-Sinclair bloggers who have yet to prove a single claim they have made. In addition they have been shown to be a bunch of internet cowards for demanding their identities be protected.
7. CW and I do still very much respect each other and I admired and appreciate all the CW has done.
Maybe this will put all your comments about me to rest and you can actually comment on the content of the above post.

So Trump Entertainment has filed for bankruptcy for the third time !! When will people learn. If he had invested his father’s $400 million in the mid 80’s in tax fee bonds at 5% he would be worth twice as much today as he is. As an investor he is a joke, as a COO he is even worse. Now suckers who bought his condos in Las Vegas and Mexico are getting burned just like his bond holders and he is teaching people how to be millionaires by selling his Trump University seminars to more suckers. What’s the big deal? It turns out that Trump Entertainment — which owns the Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza and Trump Marina in Atlantic City, missed a $53.1 million bond payment on December 1, and got a 30-day extension. The holders of 70% of Trump Entertainment’s outstanding senior secured notes due in 2015 agreed to wait until today to exercise their rights related to the missed bond payment. And today is the day for coming to terms on another loan as well. The lenders involved in a $490 million loan agreement also agreed to wait until today to exercise their rights.

The star of NBC’s The Apprentice along with a partner, Panamanian developer Roger Khafif, are the targets of a federal lawsuit brought last week in West Palm Beach by 33 investors from Florida, New York, New Jersey and Russia.

In posting my comment yesterday I left out one very important point that most here at CW might find of interest. Currently there are only TWO people who have the legal authority to bring Barack Obama into court and required his testimony under oath. Those two people are Rod Blagojevich and Larry Sinclair. In the latter Dan Parisi and Patton Boggs LLP have made certain if Parisi v Sinclair is not dismissed by Judge Leon Obama and those around him will be called (and the law will require their testimony).
Now to another subject: CW I came across Citizenwells.com and urge you to keep that forum updated.
