“A military judge in Maryland has refused to order the release of school records that could include a copy of President Barack Obama’s birth certificate.
The documents were sought by an Army doctor, Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who is being court-martialed for disobeying a deployment order because he doubts Obama’s qualifications to serve as commander in chief.
The judge ruled Thursday that those records and any other evidence or witnesses pertaining to Obama’s birth are not relevant to the case and will not be admitted. Prosecutors have argued that Obama’s birth certificate shouldn’t be part of the case, especially since the order for Lakin to deploy to Afghanistan didn’t come directly from the president.”

The US Army has refused to provide any information on the Lt. Col Lakin Court Martial or on how to gain access to him for an interview. Ft. Meade Judge Advocates office would say nothing except that I would have to call 202-685-4645 which is an voice mail box.
I find it hard to believe that Judge is Human!!!! Honestly I need to go see for myself, a true blue Traitor to the United States. May they all burn soon.
How can LTC Lakin be court martial-ed if he is not shown the proof or disproof of the eligibility of the USURPER? Sounds like “CHECK.”

Someone needs to ask George W. Bush why he allowed the ineligible BHO to ascend to the presidency. Bush and Cheney both knew BHO was ineligible and they allowed him to be sworn in. John McCain and Palin both knew BHO was ineligible and they ignored the issue. The military knows BHO is ineligible, but what have they done about it? SCOTUS knew he was ineligible and yet they swore him in. Can anyone name one person in congress that has championed the eligibility issue? Not even Ron Paul discusses the eligibility issue. Each member of the 2008 congress had the opportunity to submit a written protest to the election of BHO, none did so. Why??? What does BHO know that gives him power over all of the aforementioned people?

There is no justice in our civilian courts. There is no justice in our military courts.
Justice in America just died in that Maryland military court today…….

It’s injustices such as this this start revolutions. I oppose open rebellion, but more so, I also oppose slavery. When all other legal actions have run their course, what is the common man to do? Accept slavery or take corrective action.

It would do well for all citizens to go back in time and read all of that great speech. Those were times when words really meant something, and the common man was willing to give his life to protect your freedoms as well as his.

According to military sources I’ve talked to in the past, the CIC is the only individual to give deployment orders and when an officer disobeys, the Judge Advocate serves like a mediator b/w the CIC and the officer. At least this is how it was explained to me.

Yet another judge commits treason to the United States Constitution according to the words of Chief Justice John Marshall in his 1821 opinion in Cohens v. Virginia. And this is ANOTHER judge who took an oath to support, uphold, and defend the Constitution – yet who turns tail and runs.

It is unfortunate that Col Lakin alone must bear the brunt of this injustice alone. By the way,
I read yesterday that the were holding LTC Lankin in the “Psychitric Ward”, allowing him to work there, but then admitted to stay there when not on duty. I believe it was the postemail website reporting the speculation.
I guess we will know tomorrow when LTC or his Rep Hemmingway host their talk radio show for updates.
I certainly hope and pray they are not doing this to American officer. But would not be suprised.

Although this is a taboo subject here I have only one answer for you – it’s called 9/11 and commie/zionist cabal that perpetrated it. We go to our respective state capitols on election day and demand accountability of our state leaders rather than cast our votes. You want to bring government to a standstill, then don’t vote and instead use your energy to make our state governments who allowed this criminal election fraud to occur in the first place accountable and do it like I said on Election Day 2010.

Btw, these young men and women who sign up for combat have no other way to make a living or get a good education – what kind of choice is that? The disallowance of Soetoro’s records once again repeats the same story that prevailed with ALL of the past lawsuits, and military courts actions. Soetoro is being protected by the Courts. I am hoping that LAKIN takes his case to the SCOTUS. Then we will learn what side they are on. I think that the USSC is at the very least COMPROMISED. If they refuse to accept a case that they should legally accept,then we will have our answer. The ballot box is the only answer. I find myself sickened by the behavior of the Joint chiefs.
