But the unemployment problem isn’t going away. An especially tough recession has raised the bar on the amount of job growth needed to recover, magnifying the pain of the struggling labor market.
“If you had a severe recession, you tend to have a strong recovery,” said Robert Brusca of FAO Economics. “So far that hasn’t happened.”
The unemployment rate hit a high-water mark of 10.1% in October 2009 and has since fallen to 9.5%. Payrolls began growing in November and, excluding the impact of temporary census jobs, the economy has added jobs every month since January.

I tend to think that since we do not have any ABSOLUTE proof of where Soetoro was born,who he is or much else about him we cannot accurately say much of anything about him. But don;t you wonder why he hasn’t posted any LEGAL documents that are CERTIFIED copies of a LONG FORM BC, which should be exactly like the Birth certificates of the Nordyke twins. He can’t get around that one. If a log form exists at all he will have to show it sooner or later. If he cannot produce a valid LONG form then it would be easy to conclude that such a document does NOT exist. Since the CERTIFICATION of LIVE BIRTH is NOT a long form it is in all probability the only document that he has. It was NOT generated until 2007. In addition the research that has been undertaken so far seems to confirm all of the above. Yet all of the above is for the most part educated speculation. I personally feel that I will NOT look upon Soetoro as the LEGAL POTUS until he posts a legal copy of a LONG FORM which confirms Kapiolani as his birthplace. Even if Col Lakin is allowed discovery there will probably be certain evidence that will be ruled in admissable. In effect it could end up as LIMITED discovery. I believe that this sort of policy will continue until such time that the Joint Chief finally stand up straight and publically state that they have had enough,and if he does not, or cannot produce documentation as to hie eligibility then he is history. I believe that the SCOTUS would back them.

Yes, something is VERY fishy. But I do not expect hidden documents to shed any light on the NBC issue. There are enough facts (self-admitted by Zero!) already out there to totally disqualify him IF somebody important decides to define NBC in any reasonable/historical manner. So I don’t think that is what he is hiding.

Does anybody believe in coincidences? Not me. This is almost enough to convince one that “somebody” wants all of us to be scared to death of OIL – and support all future green initiatives – and continue to buy oil from Muslims. And, what’s even worse – this is the first president/administration that I have no trouble believing that they could actually do something so Anti American!
These people are mind-boggling malicious and mind-boggling audacious. And “nobody cares” – contrary: the Chris Matthews types adore him.
(No satire this time – I am dead serious – regardless of all the eligibility issues, Commander Zero and his Flying Minkeys have proven themselves over and over to be AGAINST America. What does it take for people to see the obvious?)

As a more or less silent participant in this blog, I do not appreciate repetitive postings. They are a waste of my time and I usually do not read any postings from bloggers that post repetitive videos and posts; they dilute the overall impact of the flow of this blog, in my opinion). Such repetitious content is an affront to my God-given brain power. Once I read something, I don’t need to read it again, especially if there is little merit to the content. However, I don’t have to like all the postings because they are permitted, and should be. I happen to think that until there is evidence to the contrary, the citizen grand jury process is impotent and should not be promoted on false hopes. In my opinion, JBJD has done more to expose the election fraud than the CGJ’s have done combined (although if there was a web page that documented the impact of the CGS, I might change my mind, but this does not exist to my knowledge). Unfortunately she takes a lot of flak from the repetitive blogger. I also don’t appreciate how he so readily resorts to ad hominem attacks, i.e., calling someone who disagrees with him an obot. I agree with your last post completely. Our modern day corp of general officers are a poor lot when compared to those greats of WWII. I have often wondered what a Patton,or a “dug-out Doug”, or a Bradley would do in our current day situation. Some people today would criticize Mac and say he was fired by Truman. That is true. But it’s hard to ignore Mac’s run through the Pacific to end Japan’s hold on the South Pacific.
Then you will have those who would criticize Patton over the slap of the private. Rightfully so, but again Patton was the best general we had to stop the Nazi’s in Europe, and he sure proved that point. He also warned us in a few words what we could expect from Russia. And his words came true after his death.
To bad we didn’t listen to either of these great generals. If we had, we wouldn’t be in as big a mess as we are today.
But today, we have nothing but “politically correct” generals who will say whatever the CinC wants them to say without uttering a word of objection. They are just going along … to get along.
We don’t need generals like that. We need a strong military presence that will tell the CinC the bad news along with the good news (if there is any).
As a retired officer, I am very concerned with what they are trying to do to a loyal, dedicated, career officer. Ltc Larkin has over 15 decorations hanging on his chest. You don’t get those for going to the PX, or for just showing up. That’s 15 more than Obama can lay credit to. Obama was still sucking on “weed” in South Chicago when Larkin was earning his medals by merit.
I can’t say for sure, but I think the average military man is following this case very closely. If the Army doesn’t do right by Ltc Larkin, there may just be an open revolt in our military. If that should happen, “I will stand with the soldiers” I think Obama once said, “he will stand with the Muslims”.
Ltc Larkin has every right to question Obama on his birth. Every citizen has that right. Both men took the oath to “protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic”. It’s the same oath you and I took long ago. I try to live by it today. I’m sure you do too.
Ltc. Larkin has taken his oath serious. I’m sorry to say that Mr. Obama hasn’t.

Obsessive use of the Teleprompter… Many may notice the there is a high level of pressure on the Administration but what they don’t see is what other pressures are going on in the background. Back to Ltc Larkin. If what I’m hearing about him being held in a pysc ward is true, this goes beyond all bounds! I heard what the military prosecutor said about controlling Larkin. He said within hearing of Ltc Larkin and his attorney, “just tasing him”.
I’m beginning to think our military is a willing partner in this kua de ta of our country. I sure hope I’m wrong, but their total lack of doing what is expected of them is becoming suspect to me!
After Ltc Larkin’s military trial there is only one other step in the process. The SCOTUS. These nine judges have already made their position know concerning obama. They will most likely simply refuse to hear Larkin’s appeal then it’s curtains for the POLITICAL PRISONER. Ltc Larkin will be off to Ft. Leavenworth to be housed with 10 other military men who have lost their cases to the terrorist cause in Iraq and Afgan. Then America will have it’s Drayfus case ( French shame case in WWI, remember) to wear as our badge of shame FOREVER. I hope then the liberal media who has refused to put the hard questions to obama; the crooked politicians who have refused to question obama’s qualifications to be president; the corrupt brainless judges who have publicly stated that NO American has standing to question a usurper in our highest office; and finally the dumb ass voters who put this unqualified man in office …..I hope they will be happy. For then, the end will be near for our beloved country.

We know the truth: That is, BHO’s origins are unknown and he is keeping them hidden. We are not even sure that Obama, Sr. IS his biological father, are we? We have only Kenyan authorities and BHO’s books. Truth there? So the only REAL truth is: He has kept his records hidden and we don’t know what they say. Period. John McCain had to prove that he was NBC; WHY didn’t HE insist that BHO do the same thing back in 2008?

Alas, all my predictions are turning true. LtC Lakin was the last great hope on birth/eligibility issues. The courts are full of cr-p. They are just making up stuff as they go along to protect the existing government. Remember, if Zero is found guilty of citizenship/eligibility violations, a large number of other people will go down with him as accomplices. The PTB have determined that the country cannot stand (either domestically or on the international scene) a discreditation that HUGE.
The courts are correct in that only congress has the power to impeach and remove a sitting president. But first of all, if he is not elibible then he is not a president, is he! Further, nobody is asking the military court to kick out Zero – they are only being asked to rule on the case of Lakin and allow him to defend himself.
That would put some new information in the public record and under judicial notice. But it would not directly impact Zero. Congress would have to still choose to act on that data. (In a similar vein, all the courts that have punted on jurisdiction or standing before could have done this as well. So, they cannot impeach a president. So what. They still could have allowed discovery and made a declaratory judgment. Cowards!)
Furthermore, USSC has no more or no less authority to impeach a president than Lakin’s court. So they do not have any jurisdiction that the military court does not have. In other words, they could make the same argument and pass the buck. But the USSC has even a stronger bigger way to punt. They have the ability to refuse to hear cases, no explanation necessary.
So this line of attack is going nowhere. The USSC surely also believes that the disruption caused is worse than the status quo. They will no way hear this case. To the extent anybody important cares, they will think that it is not so long, now, until 2012 and the electorate will take care of the problem. After all, nothing horrible has happened in two years, so another two years – not so bad.

No one has asked the judicial branch to remove or impreach a president.
The judge in Calif with Orly”s case said the same thing, and as Orly pointed out, she is not, was not asking for anything pertaining to the judicial branch to impeach.
The same is true for LCT Lakin’s defence case. No where in his defence briefs has the defence or even Lakin himself, ask the military court to impeach Obama.
So why do the courts, including this one, continue to give a disclaimer for something that does not exisit?
Of course, “once” the merits of discovery are exposed, then all that information would be sent to the Senate and Congress for them to their constitutional duty, and legally remove him. But again, no one is asking the judicial branch to impeach.
It is nothing more than a straw man cop out. Create an arguement that does not exisit.
I have not posted here recently because I was preoccupied with the Australian election. The result is not good news because it seems that we have a PM who has usurped our Constitution in order to get and retain power. The election result has led to a hung Parliament, with neither of the major parties receiving a majority. The count of votes is continuing with 1 seat still in doubt and most seats not declared. I think that this post from CW has it correct. Please read what he has written again. The birth certificate is very much a side issue because there are other factors – those that have been admitted to be considered:
1. His father was not a citizen of the USA. He was not even an immigrant but a student who intended to go back to Kenya. (Please check the post by CW because there is case history that covers this issue and it applies to Øbama.
2. He had a step-father, Lolo Soetoro, who took him to Indonesia. At that time children could not go to an Indonesian school unless they were citizens of Indonesia. Øbama was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. This means that he had Indonesian citizenship. It is further evidence of dual citizenship.
3. Also, as noted above, citizenship is normally conferred by the father, not the mother. Again, please check what CW has outlined above. British citizenship was conferred on Øbama because his father was a British citizen.
The only type of citizenship that Øbama might have is that of “citizen”. He is not a natural-born citizen, regardless of where he was born.
