Joseph Aramanda, a business associate of insider Antoin “Tony” Rezko, acknowledged he donated $10,000 to Obama’s campaign when he ran for the U.S. Senate in 2004. Aramanda said he did so at Rezko’s request.

Supposing in 2012 everyone who is supposed to, DOES check the eligibility. What evidence would suffice, in your view?
I’ll tell you why I’m asking (you’re always upfront, and I like to be too). The ’2 citizen parents to be an NBC’ ‘rule’ which is frequently raised here.
How can that ever be proven without DNA tests to prove a child is born of a citizen mother, AND a citizen father, as well as verified BC’s of both child and parents?
The way I’m thinking, the DNA tests (and the BC’s) would have to go way back in time….If one of your grandparents wasn’t an NBC, and never got naturalised*, then they were not a citizen when your parent was born, so in turn you can’t be a NBC, and nor can your children.
And in the spirit of full disclosure, I have stated this before but I’ll repeat it, I am the parent of a child born with dual citizenship, hence my interest in this issue.

The Los Angeles Times, in an article dated April 27, 2008 reveals
that Obama received a $8,000 a month retainer from Robert Blackwell
for his technology firm, Electronic Knowledge Interchange. The total fees paid to Obama amounted to $112,000.
Robert Blackwell has submitted a response on this blog. In fairness and in search for the truth, I am posting his response as he submitted it. I will leave it for the reader to judge for themselves. I have confirmed that this is Robert Blackwell of EKI Consulting.

As anyone who has posted here over the past several days probably noticed, during this time, comments I post are almost immediately followed by comments from someone variously identifying himself as Leo Patrick Haffey and Free Speech. And virtually all of his follow-up comments contain name calling or other inappropriate language. (Today, the attack came after 12 minutes.) Not responding in kind is my preferred tack. However, I have noticed another pattern emerging from Mr. Haffey’s diatribes against me, one which I cannot ignore.
Now, instead of just calling both me and my work garbage; he has begun to introduce a device I call ‘straw dogs.’ That is, in order to prove I am wrong, he pretends I said something which I did not; and then, posts a rebuttal to his own made-up fact, ‘proving’ he was right.
For example, I mentioned that I always hoped Robert Blackwell and Killerspin would be BO’s “undoing,” posting a comment I had originally posted in 2008. I never mentioned, I hoped these kickbacks would be BO’s legal undoing, that is, that he would be prosecuted criminally for this. I just always thought, when people learned that as a state Senator, BO was this corrupt; they might think differently of him as a candidate for POTUS.
But, given that BO served as a state senator until 2004; and that the statute of limitations for public corruption is generally 5 (five) years from the time the act was committed (including those years AFTER the crime was committed if there was an ongoing pattern); then, when I wrote that 2008 comment; the conduct I described fell within the statute of limitations for public corruption.

Actually, assuming in those states that already require the candidate on the ballot to be eligible for the job, the S’s oS write new rules/regulations to carry out this existing law; they could require any documentation they want, to satisfy any definition of NBC they come up with. If, say, the D’s want to run BO again, well, all that is needed to get this case to court is ONE state to find he is ineligible TO GET ON THE BALLOT – remember, states only have the right to define what it takes to get on the ballot but not to hold the office – for the D’s to rush this case into court.
And that’s how we will end up with a definition of NBC.

However, by the time HRC ‘released’ her pledged delegates – and under the laws enacted in some states, these delegates are still ‘pledged’ – in the afternoon, the fix had already been put in place.

As to the evidence required to establish someone is a NBC, once the definition is established; well, it’s up to each state. Elections are a state issue, one state at a time. (DNA will never be the standard because this would exclude all children who were adopted domestically. State law in any state I have looked at treats the adoptive parent as if she had given birth to the child she adopted.)

There was my Republican girlfriend who was going to vote for Hillary who told me Nancy Pelosi was bad news and something really creepy was going on, I didn’t know what she was talking about at the time, but about that Blackwell thing what about income tax evasion-all the players-does statute of limitations run out on that? After all it is Chicago/Capone Obama/same type of crimes. I just can’t imagine them putting “hush money, fraud money, blood money” on their income taxes-either under corporate or individual. See, if the DoJ wanted to prosecute, they could come up with something! But the thing that really got me about this $8,000 monthly retainer from Robert Blackwell, was this.
Blackwell paid the part-time state senator – in IL, this is a part-time job – $8,000 a month in 2000-2002. (These payments exchanged hands in the 21st century and not the 20th century, as the article I linked in my first comment on the subject in this thread confirms.) (The article mentions that Killerspin continued to reap the benefits of the IL funding endorsed by BO, as late as 2004.)
But Michelle Obama claimed during the campaign, she and her husband were so poor during that time, paying off student loans (notwithstanding none of the interest of these loans was claimed on their taxes!). She never mentioned the $8,000 Robert Blackwell was paying her husband! (This points to the fact that maligning the accuracy of my work – like claiming I reference in one decade/century when I actually reference events in the new millennium – obstructs the import of that work.)

They were trying to pick up the oil and it is a very slow process and most are new to this (on the job training) any way the older man couldn’t take the slow speed so he went home and “invented” a homemade oil catcher thing out of pvc pipe, screening and just somewhat assembled something in his garage. Really speeded up the process, his invention is now being manufactured.
I trust my fellow Americans a trillion times more than Obama and whatever he calls a government and BP. They look like the Keystone Cops.

The citizens of FL are worried about their beaches which is correct, but we know is Hurricanes and our East Coast to the tip of ME is on the path, we don’t want this coming toward you. That is why time is of the essence, and I doubt the guys can work in a Hurricane- too dangerous, so we are doing all we can to mitigate here, the more inventions, people, containment that can happen South, will save our states further North.

Occams Razor is the answer.
Ask yourself with each action or decision from Zero, what goal is this consistent with? My view is that all point to the “simplest solution” being total destruction and Facist/Islam takeover the America. I can find no action or decision inconsistent with this goal. So far he is doing fairly well in moving toward this goal.
The question is, will Americans awake in time to shift the momentum he has created toward our complete annihilation. I am not sure about the answer to this.
But I trust in the Lord our God, that he is in control and that He will allow us to preserve our liberty and the Rights He endowed We the People with, if seek His face and are committed to Him.
I am so proud of all our Vets stepping up to defend us on our Homeland and those who are Serving us abroad.

The pics and “facts” about o.’s childhood just raise more questions for me. Nothing makes sense or hangs together, imo.
And, yeah, I think the first photo looks off, the same quality of “offness” as the photo I saw of o. with his grandpa in the waves at the beach.
Some others have remarked that that o’s skin seems much lighter in some photos and darker in others. I’ve noticed that too.

Amen and Amen!! Although the intensity of the downward direction is much greater than last year, as I reflect on the first part of 2009 there seemed to be much more grave concern,
because at that time there was little knowledge or awareness of BHO’s evil intentions. So few knew about his Marxist background or even of his Chicago-way behavior. I used to wonder if there was any hope at all.
When we ponder the rise of the Tea Party movement and the awakening of our people, I cannot help but see the hand of God at work. As terrible as the oil spill is, if it continues to alert our people as to who this BHO really is, there can be some good come from this awful disaster.
God has a plan; let’s watch Him work. Let’s continue to pray as if it all depended on God and work as if it all depended upon us.
