““The things I’ve said, I don’t mind testifying in court,” Tim Adams, the senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in the 2008 campaign, told WND in an exclusive interview.
“I was working there, and this is what it was. I’m not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors.”
A reminder: Mr. Adams has never claimed to have first-hand knowledge, to date, of Mr. Obama’s vital records; this is why specific questions being answered by Mr. Adams is so important (more on this in a moment).
Of course, just because someone goes on record (say, via an affidavit) with certain claims doesn’t mean much unless whatever question is at hand (in this case, the lack of birth records) has its day in Court. Nevertheless, the fact that someone who was directly associated with HI elections is a major step forward in this saga — certainly nobody else has come forward to disagree with the Department of Health’s official statement.
As I brought up at the top of my last posting, I, too, have a number of very specific questions that I’ve asked Mr. Adams. I did not ask him about anything except his dealings when he was under contract with HI elections. After all, in my view, his opinion of the Constitution is worth no more or less than yours or mine — and that’s irrelevant to the issue at hand. We’re talking about the existence — or the lack thereof — of birth records; constitutional questions would naturally, by extension, be answered from that point forward (once again, with the potential exception of the fact of Mr. Obama’s British citizenship at birth).
All of this brings up an excellent question. Since we already have the DoH Director on record with her view that Mr. Obama is a natural born citizen (noting, of course, that she is only an authority over public health records), what if we get Mr. Adams’ statements on record — informally via email and/or formally via affidavit — that he says that Mr. Obama does not have a birth certificate and such a statement can be substantiated?”

Veteran investigative journalist Wayne Madsen, who first broke the story of Obama’s (and Rahm Emanuel’s) membership in a Chicago gay man’s club, Man’s Country, has a new for-subscribers-only report.
In an article dated June 11, 2010, Madsen claims that, “according to former [Clinton] campaign officials,” Hillary Clinton and her top aides were “well aware of” stories about Obama’s gay activities in Man’s Country and Rev. Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ. However, none of the allegations were investigated in greater detail.
Furthermore, Democratic members of the Congressional Black Caucus also know about Obama’s activities. One source from the Caucus told Madsen “we knew about Obama for years.” So do “certain elements of the U.S. Intelligence Community.”
Madsen also reports that after the gay man’s club story broke, ”a few national media outlets are now investigating the old charges about Obama.” Madsen does not specify what those “old charges” are, but my guess is that he’s referring to Larry Sinclair’s years-old account that he had two fellatio-cocaine romps with Obama in 1999.
If Obama’s membership in Man’s Country was known to the Clinton campaign, why didn’t they leak the information to the media? Was Obama so precious by then that Hillary feared leaking the information would boomerang to hurt her?

What is interesting and centainly telling, is the fact that he states he specificaaly spoke with both hospitals and both claimed they did not have any birth records. This is not 3rd hand claims nor is it hearsy.
He also was directly knowledgeble with the nissing ballots, again, not 3rd party hearsy.
The fact that his supervisors told him as well simply solidifies the common knowledge and confirms what the hospital directly stated to him.
This is good stuff.. The AG in Hawaii should immedately open an investigation. But we already know he is involved in covering for the DOH and obummer.
North Carolina Rep Bob Etheridge (D), district #2, goes berserk on a college student who asked Etheridge if he “supported the Obama adgenda”.
I have not heard of any updatea on Tim Allen v. Soetoro FOIA law suit. Of course Tim Allen was awarded, by the judge, acess information to obummers mother Dunhan records, ie.. passpot, customs, ect, but the DOJ has not responded to his requests. Last update I am aware of was Tim Allen going back before the judge to get him to force the DOJ to cooporate.
Anyone knows where that stands or any movement?
He would certainly know soon that Dunhan was not in the U.S. during the date of the annointed one’s birth.

I recently moved back to the Chattanooga area. My mother passed away in Feb. Here. in 2007, my job was relocated to Huntsville Alabama. Then my job was cut there. Still unemployed.

So I’m trying real hard to stay on topic, which is Tim Adams and Lt. Col Lakin.
Like CW, I admit I was somewhat skeptical about Tim Adams’ Obama allegations at first. His CCC interview sounded somewhat staged to me. The Wikipedia description of CCC caused even greater concern.
Then Wednesday night I discovered Tim Adams’ myspace account and his youtube videos and his credibility began to take on new light. Apparently, he is a journalist wannabe. He honestly believes that Obama is a natural born citizen merely because his mother was an American citizen, regardless of where he was born or who his father was. I frankly admit that was my same exact sentiment at one time. And I’m guessing that about half the country still feels that way. Then I learned that a natural born citizen must be born on American soil and both parents must be citizens. Native born means born on American soil but parents aren’t necessarily citizens.

I know this sounds “far out” but I’ve stumbled across something that makes me wonder if this is not so? Could the “natural born” issue be a way to detract us from knowledge of his true origins?
If people knew Obama was for sure a Muslim and the son of Malcolm Little (Malik Sabbaz) known as Malcolm X, would he ever have been elected? I doubt it.
This would explain to me why people “in the know” high up in the Media and Government, would dismiss the so-called “birthers.” He is a natural born citizen, born in Hawaii, but born a Muslim and the illegitimate the son of Malcolm X.
Because the CIA was recruiting Muslims to fight Communism, especially in Muslim lands like Afghanistan, and Obama was so recruited, his records are sealed as a former operative.
The problem is, co-opting Muslims has backfired. At one time Osama bin-Laden was working along side the CIA. The Muslim Brotherhood is a monster the CIA helped to create and promote (see Ian Johnson’s A MOSQUE IN MUNICH–I just finished reading it.) The CIA doesn’t want to own up to what it has done. The Democrats are massive hypocrites when it comes to homosexuality and gay rights. They scream to the rooftops that gay is good and normal, yet if there is any whiff of gayness among their treasured candidates or politicians, they deny it. Congressman Etheridge should be sitting in county jail for assault and battery. Period.

After doing alot of legal research, I find myself with more questions than answers…. So just a few more questions for the legal minds pretty please?
1. There seem to be several legal and lawful ways for the people to challenge Obama (such as… FS’ citizen grand juries), but all have been stymied either by the courts, Congress, or local officials, and not always lawfully nor Constitutionally. Would this not be considered part and parcel of the original crime, and everyone who worked to deny our right to redress our grievances be accomplices before, during and after the crime?

And would it also not be additional crimes?

2. Since the exact meaning of NBC was not defined in the Constitution, and has never been defined by either Congress or the Supreme Court, would it be fair to say there is no hard and fast legal definition, hence the efforts to avoid courts?
NO. THERE IS A LEGAL DEFINITION CONTAINED IN VATTEL’S LAW OF NATIONS WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS.
Could they be planning on using this a defense if necessary? BUT, given all the hearings and such in Congress in the last 20 years abt the nbc clause, would it also be fair to say that everyone in Congress knows damn well what the common accepted definition is — blood and dirt — therefore disqualifying that defense?
YOU OVERESTIMATE THE KNOWLEDGE & INTELLIGENCE OF MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, SOME KNOW THAT bo IS NOT A NBC, MANY DON’T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THE CONSTITUTION.
3. In 1790, the first Congress “declared,” as opposed to legislated, “And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born at sea or out of the United States, shall be considered as natural-born citizens.” Is it safe to assume that they referred to a child from TWO citizen parents? Or is this subject to interpretation? And is it possible for Congress to simply “declare” as opposed to “legislate?”
THIS IS A MOOT ISSUE, BUT NO CONGRESS CAN NOT LEGISLATE IN VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION.
4. If/when Obama is removed as a usurper (not impeached), and all his actions as usurper are repealed, etc., would it be fair to say that other nations have no recourse as they should have also known he was a usurper, and should not have cooperated with him to begin with? Could they be considered accomplices as well?
YES, BUT THE LEGAL TERM FOR A RICO PROSECUTION IS CO-CONSPIRATOR.
5. If Obama is declared a usurper before his replacement is lawfully installed, what could be the repercussions for our troops in battle??? Or after? Could they be declared enemy combatants and prosecuted accordingly?
AS A PRACTICAL MATTER DON’T YOU THINK THAT bo’S TERRORIST PALS WILL CLAIM WAR CRIME VIOLATIONS REGARDLESS?
6. Would it be possible to put aside the NBC issue, and simple challenge Obama on fraud and forgery?
HIS FRAUD ABOUT HIS NBC STATUS IS JUST ONE OF MANY CHARGES, SO IT IS WISE TO BRING CHARGES ON ALL OF bo’S & CO-CONSPIRATORS VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW. THAT IS WHY I STOPPED WORKING ON SINGLE ELIGIBILITY ISSUES AND STARTED ADVOCATING GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS. WITH AN ORIGINAL JURISDICTION MOTION, THE GRAND JURY CASES CAN GO DIRECTLY TO SCOTUS.
Could we simply charge him with forging a birth document, for example, which would be easier to prove than place of birth?

So under that premise BHO would have two parents born in USA, but under the recent testimony of Tim Adams, there is no long-form birth certificate for BHO in Hawaii. Evidence seems to be mounting that he was born in Kenya. Therefore, he would not qualify as NBC with respect to his birthplace not on American soil.
Early on when this birth issue became so well-known, I remember seeing copies of newspaper articles written when BHO was running for the Illinois State Senate. He was touted as “Kenyan born” in one or more articles. He did not have to be born on U.S. soil to qualify for state senator’s office, any more than Arnold S. did to be CA governor. The “Kenyan born” reference soon disappeared when BHO was a candidate for the presidency.

Going back to Man’s Country, is it possible Obama started his life of crime as a male prostitute, he went there either to make money or was sent specifically as entrapment for purposes of blackmail any/all Dem-Rep gay congresspeople, in 20 years he may have been in contact with many. Due to the nature of the clientele I think they would only go to establishments where they felt “safe”, this is not the kind of activity people tend to broadcast and it would like a secret network, too risky to start in a place where people would start asking too many questions.
When Obama saw his clients/customers in action/inaction resting in the prone position, he must have thought to himself I can take this guys they’re pretty useless, he got a little ambitious and decided blackmail was the way to go and so far for him it worked.
I will bet in Chicago reporters are buzzing around like little bee’s, but where they will find info is in the neighborhood-local watering holes, coffee shops, barber shops. This stuff is never kept that quiet, and not everyone approves of such establishments.

I just don’t think this whole Gay Thing is an important or useful approach. I had a bit of a go around with Michelle on this topic a few days ago, but let me summarize my points:
1. It has been widely known for some time that Zero used and perhaps pushed hard drugs. He himself does not deny this.
2. A large number of people have known about his gayness (or bi-ness) for a long time. This is nothing new for them.
3. An even larger number of us had always assumed this. We are not startled or stunned by any new revelations. In fact we have had hard affirmation of this since Larry Sinclair first opened his mouth.
4. There are actually many Zero voters for which this is all positive news.
5. The rest of the people just don’t care one way or another.
So I just think it is a non-starter dead end, at best, and probably even a diversion.
That’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it.
You are correct Mia, we most likely agree than disagee.
Nevertheless, this U.S. Rep. Assault on a student should be on every news channel replaying over and over again. Law suit, criminal and civil should be filed and he should resign as a public servant. Just my opinion of course.

The assault guy was very scary to me, I thought he was going to take that kid and throw him against a wall. He was holding him very tight and he was much bigger than the victim. He makes me wonder what is he so paranoid about? The student should take a lesson from James O’Keefe and get a “Hannah” character-it would be very revealing and I doubt they would risk manhandling a girl, but if they did it would look so much worse. Granted BP in the end will be accountable since it was they who contracted with Haliburton,and Transocean to do the drilling. However the engineering and all of the drilling operations were a product of Transocean. Yet NOBODY is saying a DAMN thing regarding the entities of total incompetency within Transocean that BP had PUBLICALLY stated existed just TWO WEEKS prior to the explosion. In addition one of the rescued personell of Horizon made a statement soon after his rescue that they had encountered METHANE PRESSURES of 20,000 PSI. If the blowout protectors were designed only for a 5000, or even a 10,000 PSI maximum then there IS a question as to the COMPETENCY of the alleged engineers. When unknowns exist,the design safety parameters should be strengthened as well. A valve that has a designed maximum pressure of 5000 PSI, cannot be used in a hydraulic circuit that operates at 10,000 PSI, or even 20,000 PSI. Mechanical failure will result. This also applies to any form of device that is for emergency shutdown of oil flow. If the overpressure situation was NOT anticipated, the emergency shutdown devices STILL should have been selected that were designed to operate in an event of a 20,000 pressure event. Anything is POSSIBLE! Particularly when the technology is still BEING DEVELOPED.

While it is without a doubt an arrestable offense, it is doubtful that the perpetrator will be held very long. But having him arrested would have served to let him know that he was out of line, and COMITTED an OFFENSE against another person. If he cannot control his RAGE then he needs to see the inside of a COOLER! Even though it would have been viewed as a MISDEMEANOR, the arrest would have served to embarrass the perpetrator in the eyes of his peers and bosses. Sometimes such embarassment causes some rather severe reactions among those who are trying to avoid such publicity.

Obviously I have never been assaulted, but yes I think the guy should be arrested even as a misdemeanor, it was a person in a superior position, bigger than the victim and did put his hands on him. I think this video is damaging enough , but a caring Judge could make the perp get therapy for his anger management issues.
Since I am from Chicago I am familiar with the guys when one or the other having a beef to going in the back and work out their differences-fist fight then they come back best friends which is why us girls stay out of it. Our best guess it is a guy thing.

I will take it a step futher. The disconnect in the minor assault is the the U.S Rep. Is an employee, and the person he assaulted, the student (assming he is over 18) is the employer.

Several countries offerred “SKIMMER” tankers,which were available. But because these ships were NOT liscensed to operate in the US they were turned away. Such liscensure is usually because they do not use an American merchant marine crew. This is part and parcel to the Jones Act of the twenties. In summary…..PLAIN BULL DUNG. Very likely that BP will continue to REFUSE to pay such reparations. THEY ARE RIGHT. Only a TOTAL JACKASS WOULD HAVE IMPOSED SUCH A MORITORIUM. Many of the rigs involved are SHALLOW drilling operations. Deep water drilling IS DANGEROUS . Shallow drilling is an established technology. Granted there have been a few accidents, but nothing that compares with this problem. With any such venture there is an element of danger,oil drilling,mining, subterranean drillingt for uranium,etc. Even driving a car,flying an aircraft, or walking on a sidewalk are even dangerous. If deep water drilling is considered too dangerous for the area then liscensure should NEVER have been granted in the first place. Of course that is HINDSIGHT…..always 20-20. I believe that the country will get by this just as we have overcome every other disaster we have sufferred in the past. It will only require the right treatment ,at the right moment. This particular disaster is much more of a problem because it is over 5000 feet deep in the gulf. Nobody,including Transocean,Haliburton,or BP were prepared for this well blowout, but I still can’t exactly say that such an event shouldn’t have crossed someone’s mind, at the outset,and adequate countermeasures put in place then. I hold everybody involved liable for that mistake.

One of my advising attorneys thought it was important for all people involved in the Grand jury movement to know about this tactic.

Then it’s up to his constituents and the student to accept or reject it. You’re also right that just seeing him lose his temper that way is very scary and indicates deeper problems. Now today, June 14th, the feature story is the long WND article, and there were less than 10 comments so far. That would tell me she wasn’t trying to post re. the WND article, but rather the

Obama’s Televised Gulf Coast Publicity Stunt from the Oval Office
Barack Obama’s publicity stunt speech from the Oval Office tomorrow will clue us in on the answer to two questions. The answers to the questions will only be useful for comparative purposes.
When Obama bores the nation with yet another speech tomorrow, it is supposed to be a big deal because it will be the first Obama publicity stunt televised directly from the Oval Office. This Oval Office address is designed to show Obama in command and not a helpless buoy bobbing up and down on the oily waves of Fortune.
Tomorrow’s publicity stunt is yet another “news management” affair. Recall the picture of Obama hunched over like a long-legged Sandpiper on the beaches of the Gulf, digging into the sand and examining the despoiled terrain? This was a too clever, too thought out, attempt to juxtapose the iconic photograph of George Bush flying over Katrina ravaged New Orleans with a concocted picture of Obama’s hands-on empathy. Get it? Bush flies overhead but Obama digs into the very earth with his hands as his eyes carefully and closely examine the situation.
The attempted iconography of Obama caressing the sand lovingly did not work because Obama could not muster the acting skills to make it appear that he really, in any way, actually cares. What spoke more than the picture itself was the fact that Obama only spent 3 hours talking to the same bumbling officials who work for him and with whom he has conversed on the phone.
So today and tomorrow Obama will drag his sorry ass to the Gulf once again. Obama will force himself to stay overnight with those working class white people he so despises, and that, more than two golf games long visit, will be the set-up to tomorrow’s nationwide televised publicity stunt.

I have posted this letter before. Please–if you agree use it and send it with the above video or use the one Tim, the man from Hawaii made that states clearly Obama was not born in Hawaii. Our best chance of bringing it to public confrontation are the candidates asking for your vote. Make them prove they truly will place country and loyalty to the oath above their personal ambitions and career.

This is the acid test that reveals their secret character. Check it out. What is the candidate’s platform? Does their promise list include a willingness to demand Obama produce his documents or step down? When they are out campaigning and fail to mention Obama’s eligibility question, ask they where they stand on it.
If not—then
1. They are complicit in Obama’s usurpation of the government
2. They are in denial
3. They are weaklings and cowards
4. They are placing their careers above country
5. They are deceiving their supporters and voters
6. They are no different nor better than the corrupt incumbents who violated their oath and duty to protect and serve the Constitution of America and serve their constituents by protecting their best interest.
Do you really want one of them in a public trust office if this is how they are acting now?
If they give you any one of the following answers—then do not vote for him/her
1. Obama is qualified, he is a native citizen
2. All the cases in the courts regarding this issue have thrown out
3. I don’t want to risk by career by being ridiculed
4. The people voted for him, so he is the will of the people
5. What would happen to the country if it is ruled he is not eligible
Either a candidate includes this vital issue in his platform or refuse to vote for him!
Since there has been a major conspiracy for the media to suppress all information regarding Obama’s eligibility to be president and to demean and ridicule any one with enough patriotic courage to bring forward the issue, our November election hopeful candidates have a profound opportunity to truly take back and restore America to the Republic she once was.

Hmmm….) “I wound up on the radio show…” (Wait, you mean this expose wasn’t planned? That the editor and you never discussed what you intended to ‘write’ about the CCC? And no one knew what you would disclose about your tenure with the HI election board?) He concludes the video back in KY, saying he found the people at the CCC “nothing like the media had portrayed them,” preferring their company to that of most people.

But it informative that there are seemingly literate people out there who think like this. When we picture Zero supporters we usually think of people who are so dumb they should not be allowed to vote or smart people who have an agenda they think Zero can make happen.
I think there are still millions of people out there who love Zero and think he is doing a wonderful job. Even if we “get the goods” on Zero these people will not care (e.g. “so what if the messiah has a few flaws?”). If he is forced to resign, these people will believe there is a vast right wing conspiracy that “got him”.
And the too-stupid-to-vote ones will RIOT – big time.
Michelle, you brought up a good point. People from other countries who have experienced similar ‘leaders’ seem to see through BO more easily than people from this country. Many of my students came from such countries; on the whole, they were far less enamored of BO that domestic students.

When we call them Haitian kids down here it would be high school or college students, very hard working, parents strict and keep their children close, somewhat old fashioned, struggling-well mannered and polite, charming, good sense of humor. The young man I spoke with tonight is studying to be an architect, I said look up Katrina Cottages, those would work well in Haiti. I know his family lost relatives in the earthquake so I always ask how his family is doing, I think his parents are still in mourning.
I know that they are trying to figure out Obama in their own minds, but things are not adding up to them.

The pile of circumstantial evidence against Zero is piling higher and higher. One day it will fall over. It will become apparent that his background needs to be investigated.
It doesn’t matter to me if it is in a court of law or the court of public opinion. I don’t know the outcome and I try not to grind a political axe.
I just think it is an EXTREME National Security risk that his background is not open for inspection. That is what I worry about the most. I don’t understand why people don’t see that. Even if my own favorite candidate were president – and was ideologically perfect – but still had these unknowns, I would want it investigated.
If Zero-lovers really believe he is pure and innocent, why do they put up such a fuss over this?

Personally I have seen this mentality quite often and especially with regard to BHO. It is imo a spirit of delusion – a willingness to believe a lie rather than the truth. For what reasons? I suppose there are many. Some people can’t bear to believe that they might have supported the wrong person and are too proud to admit it, I suppose. CC, I agree that this matter of national security is absolutely frightening. Here again, what is the matter with others in government, when we out here in the grassroots can see it like an open book? (I mean the problem, not BHO’s dossier)
I guess Zero-lovers just don’t want their balloons of idealism and hope punctured. Some are in a state of denial, while others are simply plain ignorant of the facts. Somebody recently has referred to the quote about the country being able to withstand an Obama, but it’s the people that voted for him who are the biggest problem.

Great to hear about this. I really don’t want to replace officials who won’t deal with the eligibility issue with new officials who won’t, either.
Tea Party patriots are awesome, taking the land back by storm, and doing wonders. The rallies are spine-tingling and inspiring.
Ignoring the national security threat of an unlawful, ineligible, undocumented president doesn’t help the overall cause, though.
And the incumbents are STILL ignoring their constituents.
I would like to see every candidate demanding answers about o.’s eligibility and identity.

Why citizen grand juries haven’t worked up until now:
There is a very important issue that isn’t being discussed, at least not until tonight. I was bold enough to talk about it tonight because I had paid attention to your method of recruiting jury members. The obvious problem with AGJ is even if a presentment were accepted by a jurisdiction the first question a judge or prosecutor would ask would be; “How was this Grand Jury formed?” If the question were answered accurately one would need to reveal that a group of citizens with the desire to indict AKA Obama got together and indicted him. So the next question the judge would ask is, “So there was not a random selection of Grand Jury members to insure basic fairness and people found out that the purpose of the Grand Jury was to indict AKA Obama and that is why they volunteered to serve? Is that is how jury members were selected?”
And we would be forced to say, “Yes Your Honor, that is how it was done.” And the judge would rightfully say, “I can’t order a trial on the recommendation of a Grand Jury convened in that manner.” And the jeering would begin.
The citizen’s Grand Juries are impotent if the do not do jury member selection from a random source whose members do not know who it is they are being asked to investigate and indict.
That is why from the very beginning of this effort I have seen AGJ efforts as a thin entering wedge to convene conventional Grand Juries.

Even if an independently convened grand jury is mistakenly seen as merely people assembling to exercise their Constitutional right to “redress their grievances,” that is no small thing. Agents for other countries as well as other scoundrels have SS#s that don’t check out.
So many things to talk about but let’s start with flaws in the evidence.
I found two mistakes in evidence being used by Grand Juries. Two important pieces of evidence are wrong on the Grand Jury sites, all of them
1. Orly has the wrong citation on Hawaiian law that could account for Obama being registered as being born in Hawaii. I have it correct in my article:
Laws of the Territory of Hawaii ACT 96 To Provide For The Issuance Of Certificates Of Hawaiian Birth was in effect from 1911 until 1972 and allowed someone who was born outside the Hawaiian Islands to be registered as though he were born in Hawaii. Under that law, someone simply would have presented herself to the Hawaiian authorities and declared that the child was born in Hawaii. The person could have sworn under oath and presented witnesses and other evidence. If the authorities accepted it, that was the end of it.. The only way to know where AKA OBAMA was actually born is to view AKA OBAMA’s original birth certificate from 1961 to see what kind of birth certificate it is, and to examine what corroborating evidence supports what it says about AKA OBAMA’s alleged place of birth. If the birth was in a hospital, as AKA OBAMA has maintained, such evidence would be the name of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor who delivered him.

Please note that Obama was born in 1961 and Section 338-17.8 only went into effect in 1982. It is always good to know more than the attorney and catch them making a mistake. Makes it look like we know what we are doing. J
Phil Berg also has a mistake. Because it was completely wrong I didn’t even mention it in my article. Phil says: Pakistan was so dangerous that it was on the State Department’s travel ban list for U.S. Citizens. Non-Muslim visitors were not welcome unless sponsored by their embassy for official business. A Muslim citizen of Indonesia traveling on an Indonesian passport would have success entering Indonesia, Pakistan and India. Therefore, it is believed Obama traveled on his Indonesian passport entering the Countries.
Phil is completely wrong about this and we need to provide accurate information to our members.. We can’t help but look good if we catch lawyer mistakes and correct them.

There are Public Relations strategies and there are legal strategies. Sometimes the overlap and sometimes they don’t.
Nobody wants a trial in DC. The chances of getting a conviction against AKA Obama in DC would be like the chances of getting a conviction against OJ in East LA.
The reason most of these presentments are being made at the local level is that the Feds have circumvented the constitution with rule 6 and it would take a SCOTUS fight to accomplish our goal
Think for a minute. If you were a judge would you take seriously an indictment presented by a Grand Jury that was convened by openly recruiting people for the Grand Jury who wanted to indict the suspect?
AGJ has a very valuable public relations and educational mission. However, AGJ efforts can not result in an actual trial. However, AGJ actions can pave the way for a trial. That is why; from the very beginning I have seen AGJ efforts as a thin entering wedge to convene conventional Grand Juries.
My conclusion is still optimistic: Obama will be indicted and charged very soon. Keep in mind that the role of a grand jury is to determine if enough evidence exists to refer a case to the courts for trial. Can any objective person review information like that being presented to AGJ members and reject the premise that this case needs to be referred to the courts for prosecution?
It is very likely that the American Grand Jury effort will result in an indictment by a conventionally impaneled Grand Jury.
Even if the American Grand Jury was deemed legally impotent, we can still expect a powerfully awakening increase in awareness and outrage on the part of the citizens. There is much potency beyond the legal system.
However, it is highly unlikely that not even one jurisdiction will take action on the indictment. All we need is one jurisdiction to order “Discovery.” The case against AKA OBAMA is unique because it will be over in the Discovery phase, as the first step in a criminal complaint. The goal of the project I support is not to convict and punish AKA Obama but to discover what AKA OBAMA doesn’t want us to know, and why he doesn’t want us to know it. Our goal will be achieved without a trial or a verdict.
Our goal is to present indictments in every jurisdiction of the union for a total of 3,191 opportunities to bring criminal charges against offending politicians.
Even if an independently convened grand jury is mistakenly seen as merely people assembling to exercise their Constitutional right to “redress their grievances,” or report crimes that is no small thing. Hundreds of people in such “assemblies” will be examining evidence and presenting the results of their investigation to appropriate county, state, and federal authorities, some of whom will almost certainly form more conventional grand juries to indict AKA OBAMA. Can one honestly surmise that there is not one prosecutor or judge in the entire nation who questions AKA OBAMA’s eligibility to be President?
Once the American Grand Jury presentments are made, it is likely that many prosecutors and judges will want a copy of the evidence.
I am presently working in my own jurisdiction to have a prosecutor convene a conventional Grand Jury to investigate election fraud in my own county. Gary Kreep is working on a project to convene Grand Juries or Judges to bring charges against DNC leaders and AKA Obama for election fraud in all 50 states.

Although our objective is to peacefully and legally remove Criminally Corrupt government officials from office by the Citizen Grand Jury process, the teachings of Sun Tzu are applicable here and now and we Patriots must not miss opportunities.

These 12 Simple Steps are the way for Patriots to regain control of our government:
