Blagojevich trial, Chicago corruption legacy, Suicides, Murders
The Rod Blagojevich trial is several weeks away. It is scheduled to begin June 3, 2010. In a way, it seems like it has been going on for several years. Blagojevich’s name was mentioned constantly during the Tony Rezko trial in 2008 and then daily after his arrest in December 2008. Another aspect of the corruption surrounding Blagojevich and his cronies in Chicago has been the suspicious deaths and apparent suicides. John Kass of the Chicago Tribune explains.

“When politicos play musical chairs in Illinois, what happens after the music stops and there’s no safe place to sit?
There have been four dead in recent years, unrelated cases of suicide, different except for the acts of the common pageant: The corruption investigators call. The music ends abruptly.
Two were done in by guns, one on a beach, the other under a bridge. A third was by pills in a construction trailer.
The fourth came Friday morning during rush hour, announced by that body under that white sheet on the Metra tracks in McHenry County.
The flesh once belonged to Phil Pagano. For the past 20 years, Pagano was the respected boss of Metra, the commuter rail agency that, unlike the Chicago Transit Authority, actually keeps the trains running on time.
Over the past week or so, Pagano was under siege, facing investigations both federal and local, suspected of finagling a bonus of more than $50,000 by finessing vacation time, among other things.”
“I’m not saying Pagano was an innocent victim, but he was person with a title and consequence. He was a headliner.
Each of the four politicos had connections and influence, but they weren’t big players. They were prominent suits out front.
But true power is reserved only for a few. Such people never become anxious when the calliope music starts cranking. They’ve got other people to run around the empty chairs. These folks are called buffers.
Like Orlando Jones.
Jones, 52, was the godson of the late South Side political boss John Stroger, working in Cook County government and later as a lobbyist. Stroger ran the Cook County Board for Mayor Richard Daley until suffering a stroke, when Stroger’s son Todd was installed by the Daley machine.
Jones had been questioned by federal investigators in connection with state pension investment deals involving Republican and Democratic insiders, and shady hospital contracts in Las Vegas.
He shot himself on a Michigan beach in 2007. The gun was found next to the body.
Christopher Kelly didn’t have a buffer. Christopher Kelly was a buffer.
He belonged to indicted Gov. Rod Blagojevich, and was indebted to those in Daley’s administration who understand multimillion-dollar airport construction contracts.”

Let’s not forget about other deaths in Chicago. Donald Young, the choirmaster at Obama’s and Jeremiah Wright’s church, TUCC, was murdered. It was no suicide.

Government funded nursing home bans prayer. Another example of the slow conversion to communism.
Senior citizens are no longer allowed to pray before meals at the Port Wentworth’s Ed Young Senior Citizens Center near Savannah, Georgia. Local officials say the meals are now provided with federal money and therefore the seniors are not allowed to pray before meals.
They are now told to have a “moment of silence” instead.

CANASTOTA — “Republican gubernatorial candidates Carl Paladino, Steve Levy and Rick Lazio gathered to introduce themselves and answer questions at a New York State Republican Committee’s Central New York Regional Candidates’ Forum on Saturday at the Rusty Rail in Canastota.
The forum, hosted by the Madison County Republican Committee, was an opportunity for Republican county chairs, state committee members and various Central New York county committee members to learn more about the candidates before the New York State Republican Party’s Convention which will be held June 1-3 in New York City. The nominee will be chosen at the convention.
The candidates may face Democrat Andrew Cuomo, state attorney general, although he has not officially announced plans to run for governor.”

“He also has plans for reforming the education department.
“We’re going to charge non-residents a tuition that is comparable to what it actually costs to educate a non-resident,” Paladino said. “We’re going to take apart the state board of education. We’re going to restore to the counties decisions on what curriculum are going to be taught to their kids instead of having some screwball in Albany making those decisions. We’re going to bring it back to the counties with some general guidelines from central staff. But the central staff is going to, for the most part, disappear.”

I only know that Sam Kennedy is still bemoaning his dismissal from the plan…..if you listen to his latest show he says he prays for the other Elders success so I don’t know about any in fighting…..he seems to be doing his own thing as Tim says on the radio show I posted above….I think Nesara posts both sides of the story and maybe some are still Kennedy fans but he is no longer with the other 3…..my understanding is he couldn’t come to an agreement with anyone and the folks above the Elders had enough of his EGO and said if the plan was to proceed Sam had to go…..he doesn’t agree of course and feels deceived….I guess we can all understand that but I think he dug his own hole!

Yeah, I heard that, too, however, John on the other blog has been going back and forth himself. There is no firm stand taken and he was pretty unsure now about RAP going through because of comments made by Sam last night on Sam’s broadcast. Had something to do about being careful about your signatures and who has possession of them. I’m more conflicted about this movement because of these inconsistencies and monkywrenches that are perpetually thrown in. Please be careful with this. I’m still on the fence until I see proof. Call me Thomas, LOL.

Others, like the Mexican students at Live Oak high school in Northern California, observe the day by wearing the Mexican colors of red, white, and green. In a gesture meant to display American pride, five Live Oak students–Daniel Galli, Austin Carvalho, Matt Dariano, Dominic Maciel, and Clayton Howard–decided to wear American flag t-shirts and bandannas. After receiving complaints from some Mexican students, Assistant Principal Miguel Rodriguez asked the boys to turn their shirts inside out. The boys refused, were threatened with suspension, and were asked to leave the campus.
I am old enough to recall a time when wearing the American flag on a piece of clothing was seen as disrespectful to Americans. Even images of the flag worn as fashion were viewed as a vulgar desecration of a cherished symbol. But times have changed.
Over the years, attitudes have not only relaxed, but they have completed a 180 degree turn. The flag has become an oft-used element in fashion design, and wearing the flag is now considered a display of patriotism. An image burned into my memory is one of the actress Halle Berry wearing a form-fitting gown comprised of small American flags. Disrespectful or not, if that image doesn’t make you stand up and salute, nothing will.
Yes, times have certainly changed. I doubt that anyone ever imagined a time in this country when American children would be criticized for wearing the American flag not because it offended traditional American sensitivities, but because it was seen as disrespectful to Mexicans.”

This weekend the Washington Post headlined story, “Pentagon Asking Congress to Hold Back on Generous Increases in Troop Pay,”, disclosed that the Obama administration is “pleading” with Congress to give military personnel a much smaller increase in pay than proposed by lawmakers.
The Pentagon is arguing Congress has been simply too generous with troops over the last decade.
In fact, lawmakers have lavished so much money on troops, according to the Post, that service members are now better compensated than workers in the private sector with similar experience and education levels.
For example, the military brass claims that an average sergeant in the Army with four years of service and one dependent would receive $52,589 in annual compensation, according to the paper. This figure includes basic pay, housing and subsistence allowances, as well as tax benefits.
Meanwhile, a U.S. Postal letter carrier, with no supervisory or hazardous duty, makes approximately $80,000 a year when all benefits are factored in.”

“Some of those Millington residents flooded out last week tallied their troubles — in human misery and economic woe — for a high-ranking member of the Obama administration on Sunday.
John Fernandez, assistant Secretary of Commerce for economic development, came to Millington as part of Washington’s attempt to get a clear assessment of damage and to help residents cut through some red tape in getting financial assistance.
“This will help me tell the story to other people in the federal government,” Fernandez said after a series of sometimes tearful pleas from ruined business owners.
“We want people to know that we are literally here to help them,” he said. “It’s important to get out where there is a crisis, to internalize the human impact.”
And, indeed, he got a lot to think about.
Don Lowry, a Millington alderman and co-owner of the Com modore Village apartments, broke down several times when he described the destruction he and his tenants suffered.
Of 320 units, 199 went under water between May 1 and May 3.
Referring to the near-legendary flood on Christmas Eve 1987, he said, “I had no thought of seeing a flood of that magnitude again … but this was worse. …
“Everybody who lived there pretty much lost everything,” added Lowry, who owns the complex on Highway 51 with his father and four brothers.
Napoleon Hayes, co-owner of Millington Funeral Home with Eva Smith, said they lost everything. Caskets on the lower level were ruined. Carpeting has to be torn out. Business files are gone.
“We were just getting up off the ground,” said Smith.”

In just April alone: Louisiana has passed a law preventing insurance companies doing business in the state from paying for most abortions; Nebraska has passed a law against abortions beyond the 20th week of a pregnancy; and Virginia is considering an amendment that withholds “state money for abortions, including cases in which the health of the mother is at risk or the child might be born with a deformity.”

I’m not concerned about it’s legitimacy….I already know for a fact it is legitimate….I am in the Nevada jury pool and our local constitution has already been written and signed by several who are also in the pool of jurors! Some republics completed their constitutions a few weeks before us and will be up and running soon….that’s the GREAT NEWS!!

“The Inland area had the biggest growth in Latino population of any metropolitan area in the U.S. in the 2000s and had one of the biggest losses of white, non-Hispanic residents, a new report found.
The study, released Saturday by the Brookings Institution, in Washington, D.C., also concluded that the region had one of the least-educated work forces in the nation, at a time when an increasing number of jobs require a college degree. The report compared the nation’s 100 largest metropolitan areas between 2000 and 2008. Most data were from the U.S. Census Bureau’s annual survey of 3 million households. The Inland area includes all of Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
The report found that the region had the 10th highest percentage of non-whites — more than 60 percent — in the country; offering a glimpse at the demographic future of a country in which whites are projected to become a minority by 2042.

It is great to see Millington brought up on this blog. The heart Break is that while the Black Community of Memphis Tn, were the first in Tennessee to suffer insurmountable Damage from the RAIN_FLOODS, however never a word from OBUMMER. Fema finally showed it’s face yesterday. Memphis is approximately 93% black and not a word from the White House about the DEATH and DESTRUCTION there. His only ties to the Black Community is to feed them promises and use them to his benefit. There are major areas in Memphis that cannot be accessed and thousands of homes uninhabitable, no major news coverage and not one word from Obama to or about his people. If you have it in your heart, PLEASE kneel and say a prayer for these people who have lost everything. As I type this it is raining again and is suppose to rain for the next couple of days. I am eight or so miles out side of this mess and can’t figure out why NO_ONE seems to care about these folks that have lost everything!!!

Prairie….I’m not sure where you live but anyone can go to the meetings….just contact the RAP and ask them your questions….I have posted numerous links for any and all to learn and understand…..it is best you do your own research because no matter what I say some folks here will always try to find fault with it! Also…..just so you know…..every county has a local constitution already in place….go to your local recorders office and ask to see yours…..the one we wrote had to be voted on and majority approved and then it has to be presented to the office of the recorder and there it is for all to see!

Last night Michelle & I were discussing the perils of Drug Addiction, particularly Crack Addiction.
I recall a particularly INSANE man in jail who was ranting about some of the same things that Jacqlyn is now RANTING about here on CW.
You guessed it that INSANE man in jail was a CRACK ADDICT.
There should be – and there is – plenty of room here on CW for discussion and debate re. various issues and efforts being expended to restore our country. I’m not lecturing, so please don’t take it that way.
What bothers me in retrospection, is that the airing of our disagreements by injecting name-calling and making accusations of other patriots which cannot be backed up (at least publicly), is NOT constructive. In fact, the Obots are probably having a field day with this type of overt bickering. Whatever is on the internet goes everywhere. That can be good, but it can also be detrimental.
Let me explain. BHO’s reign is not only intended to destroy our freedoms and take our country to a third-world level, but it is also intended to fracture and split us citizens in ways that we could have never before imagined. As we know, we can see this in the race-baiting, in which his administration is engaged, just as one example.
So when it comes to Patriots’ calling each other names and making claims that cannot be publicly
substantiated on the net, aren’t we rather doing exactly what “they” would like us to do? What we say in private is one thing; what we say here is for all the world to read, good and bad.
Folks, we cannot do anything, humanly speaking, to fix this mess without the help of Almighty God, and I think He is grieved to see that we are not exercising the highest level of kindness – just plain “treating others as we would like to be treated.” Please, don’t think I am being preachy, because this is what I CONSTANTLY have to remind myself. “He that is without sin,

That is what happened to chief # 2, his officers arrested the drunk guy before he attempted to punch out his wife (possibly again) and some other patrons in the bar. The police chief backed-up the drunk friend instead of his officers, who obeyed the law and did their jobs. All the other officers backed up the victimized officers and no confidence for the police chief, I think it went higher up from there, therefore he had to resign.

Jonah, I know I am redundant. I have essentially been writing the same Article, only slightly altered by jail-time, over and over again for the past year and a half.
I do not enjoy writing the same Article over and over again. I much prefer writing a different tune every day to repitition of the same old song.
I am doing this for my Family, for my Friends, For my Country.
I discovered that most people, for whatever reason, did not fully understand the simple Article that I first wrote in January of 2009, so I wrote it again and again and again; and each time I wrote it more understood the simple things that I wrote.
I am gratified, not out of Pride, but because I feel that I have done a little something for the Country that I LOVE so.

The best way to counter conspiracy theories, Sunstein and co-author Adrian Vermeule argued, is with the “cognitive infiltration of extremist groups”. This would entail government sponsoring fake “experts” to appear on the media to provide their own disinformation. It’s as surreal, in its way, as discovering that the CIA sponsored abstract expressionist artists during the Cold War.
No one is more influential in devising Obama’s internet policy than the prolific Professor Sunstein, on leave from Harvard’s Law School, Obama’s alma mater. His fingerprints are all over Obama’s latest speech.
At Hampton, Obama warned students they were “coming of age in a 24/7 media environment that bombards us with all kinds of content and exposes us to all kinds of arguments, some of which don’t always rank all that high on the truth meter”, fretting that “some of the craziest claims can quickly claim traction”.

The change is the most significant so far in a string of White House moves designed to boost unions, which are struggling to reverse years of decline in membership.
The new rule, announced by the three-member National Mediation Board, would recognize a union if a simple majority of workers who cast ballots approve organizing. The previous rule required a majority of the entire work force to favor unionizing. That meant workers choosing not to vote at all were effectively counted as “no” votes.

6) Those that show up, are going to testify based on previous statements they have made!
7) Partial Witness List: George Stephanopoulos, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Condolezza Rice; Michael Sovern (the past President of Columbia University); Rod Blagojevich; Louis Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson, book writer James Cone, more. He also subpoenaed all of the faculty that were a part of the Political Science program during the years that Obama would have been a student at Columbia University.

There was a time — fortunately, now long past — when some desperately poor societies had to abandon old people to their fate, because there was just not enough margin for everyone to survive. Sometimes the elderly themselves would simply go off from their family and community to face their fate alone.

“As many as 514,000 people arrested by Chicago Police over a ten-year period only to claim their constitutional rights were violated would divide $16.5 million, under a settlement advanced Monday by a City Council committee.
The class-action lawsuit involves three different allegations of mistreatment.
The first group includes those arrested on suspicion of a felony without warrants. They claim they did not receive a probable cause hearing before a judge within 48 hours of arrest.
Each of those 12,000 plaintiffs will receive up to $3,000.
The second group’s members were held for more than 16 hours in interview rooms without bedding, meals or regular bathroom breaks. Each of those plaintiffs will receive up to $2,000.
The third group is by far the largest. It includes as many as 500,000 people held in police lock-ups overnight without mattresses to sleep on. Plaintiffs in this case will each receive as much as $90 apiece.
Corporation Counsel Mara Georges said $15 million of the settlement would be paid by Chicago taxpayers. The remaining $1.5 million will come from the city’s insurance policy against catastrophic legal settlements.
“It’s too bad that it had to come to this. It’s too bad that it had to be this much money. But, Judge [Sidney] Schenkier truly assisted us in getting a $100 million demand down to a manageable number where we were able to get some help from our insurance companies. And we can avoid the risk of trial,” Georges said.”

I refused to answer the door and made him call me on the phone so that I could record the conversation. He then apologized to me.

Darren Huff who is the Chaplain for the Georgia Millitia was legally carrying a gun in Madisonville, so they arrested him on the False Federal Charge of Inciting to Riot. He was imprisoned in Tennessee until his release under house arrest. He has to wear an ankle bracelet for the Feds to track him until his trial. Sounds like a joke, but it is no joke.

I am licensed to practice in Tennessee only, so I do not know New York law. Just do a google search and you can probably find if pepper spray is legal. I would think so, but you never know about a crazy place like New York City.

I cannot imagine why just for say a period of 5 years of this recession one time only, homeowner only write 40-50-60 year mortgages-the payments would have immediately dropped, people could stay in their homes and pay off early and just catch-up. Buying time and a little breathing space-in the meantime hopefully the homes would increase in value.

Analogy:
Any doctor will agree to make a cancer patient well again, the malignant tumor must be removed—one way or another. Ignoring the cancer and treating only the symptoms of the cancer may make the patient temporarily feel better but will not stop the symptoms from returning which will only get worse and eventually kill the person.
Obama is to America what cancer is to the human body. Any hopeful candidate who ignores the fact that Obama is the cause of America’s problem and insists in running on fighting the “symptoms” of Obama’s malignant policies, is ignoring the cause and therefore unworthy to serve and unworthy of our vote.
The Grounds to Remove Obama from Office
Speculation based upon abundant conflicting information, the constitution, history & traditions:
Obama is at best is not legally qualified under article II of the Constitution. Obama at worst is an illegal alien.
Facts:

– Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic Party did not certify that Obama qualified to run as a candidate for President of the U.S., but only that Obama was the Democratic Party candidate;
– the news media previously and numerously referred to Obama as “Kenya-born” before he ran for President. Afterwards, “Kenya-born” was dropped;
– Obama has spent over 2 million dollars in hiding what they say exists (his birth certificate) and supposedly have in hand;
– the Justice Department is doing everything they possibly can to keep Americans from pursing Obama’s eligibility in court;
– federal judges have dismissed over 400 hundred court cases on Obama’s eligibility, ruling that these citizens do not have standing to know who is acting as President of the U.S.;
– Michelle Obama has described Barak’s home as being the country of Kenya;” 1.
The Issues:
Republicans and independents are looking forward to the November 2010 elections in hopes of defeating most of their Democrat opponents. They are running on the basic premise that putting them in office is superior to the Democratic incumbents or the Democratic candidates because they will stand up to Obama’s policies and agenda and help restore America to the values, traditions, and constitution. Oh Yeah!
My opinion:
Every candidate is trying to convince voters he/she is patriotic, responsible and accountable, knowledgeable about the Constitution, wants to save America, will place country above career, and, of course, has the ethical strength of character to do the job. Yet, not one candidate in this nation has been willing to identify the problem or have the guts to go after the malignant tumor—Obama!
Not one chicken little candidate has dared to say, “Mr. Obama, release all your records. Show us your long form birth certificate. Prove to the millions of concerned responsible, patriotic Americans you are qualified to be our legal president—or, Mr. Obama, step down—because when I am elected, your legitimacy will be the first item, I will put on the agenda.”
Opinion:
“Williams is not alone, of course, in the conclusion that Obama is an illegitimate President and that his illegitimacy is being covered up by Congress, the federal courts, those in the Republican and Democratic national parties and others. Ever since Obama campaigned for U.S. President, millions in America have raised his eligibility as a fundamental concern for the integrity of the U.S. Constitution and rule of law, all to no avail. “2.
If our candidates refuse to challenge Obama out of fear of the ridicule or name calling they will get from their adversaries, then they have demonstrated they are no better than the incumbents. They, too, are willing to be complicit in this horrendous crime of usurpation by Obama. They reveal how weak of mind and character they are. They show how deeply they lust for power—to the point of compromising their own country and constituents for the price of a political seat—30 pieces of silver!
“Do not be deceived: if Obama is an illegitimate President because he was born in Kenya or some other foreign country, it is not his dirty little secret alone. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of people who know and are in positions of the so-called highest power.”3.
If they claim they would not get the votes if they dared to challenge Obama, the malignant tumor—than it is clear they are putting career above country and will continue to sell America up the creek without a paddle—just like what is being done to us now by the incumbents.
There is no argument. There is no justification—not even the one when they claim Obama is legitimate—to justify their failure to boldly confront the single most important issue in the world today.
If these candidates harbor the idea they secretly believe Obama does not qualify, yet fail to confront this issue with the concept that– once they are in office, they will be able to serve their country and do more good because they are in office and not a Democrat is self delusional. It is the same self delusional idea the German judge had in Nuremberg when He thought he was being kind to the Jews by sentencing them to a lesser sentence. He knew he was guilty the first time he sentenced an innocent man.
Any candidate who thinks he can treat the symptoms and not the cancer is as guilty as all Congress who failed to demand Obama’s records before they counted the vote, main stream media for both refusing to demand Obama produce his records and denigrating those people who have challenged Obama, and the electoral college who voted for him in spite of receiving certified letters advising them of the crime they were committing if they voted for Obama with out first having vetted him.
DO YOU REALLY WANT A PEOPLE LIKE THAT IN OFFICE?
“Assume that Obama shows America his birth certificate, and come to find out, his birth certificate proves he is a natural born U.S. citizen. What is to be said of the hundreds of millions of tax payer dollars that were spent to keep America from seeing what they are entitled to see? What is to be said of the federal system that hid the proof from America for so long?
What is to be said of the news media who mocked all of you “crazy ‘birthers’” as conspiratorial nut-jobs for making such an issue of Obama’s citizenship? What is to be said of the two major political parties (on the national level) that only perpetuated the mystery and contributed to the shamefulness of the cover up? “4.
My Action:
America and the rights of its citizens are degenerating faster than a white tornado. This is happening directly because of the Obama regime. He must be stopped. America no longer has the luxury of time to save her.
Unless any and all hopeful candidates make the issue of Obama refusing to produce all required documents to give America the peace of mind he truly is qualified to be our legal president, they are not getting my vote. I am going to encourage every one I know to do the same. I am going to send this letter to every candidate across the nation and post it everywhere I can right up to November election day.
My Challenge to all Candidates:
If you–candidate hopefuls across America– really want to take back and restore America, then show us what you got. Let see the stuff you are made of—stand up and shout that Obama has failed to produce one document, and paid millions in legal fees to prevent them from coming forward. So what if they call you names? So what if they laugh at you. (They’re going to call you names any how in hopes of stealing the votes you might get.) So what if you might not be elected? Isn’t the saving of America more important than anything else in the world?
I assure you, if you stand up to this single issue, you will not only be loved, you will be voted in, because the voters will know you really are qualified to take back and restore America! The voters will know you have the ethics and honor to represent them. They will know you are fearless and will neither be bribed nor intimidated by the Obama regime. This truly will be a win/win for you and your country!
God forbid, if you lose the election; have no fear. The world will be at your feet with offers even greater than the post for which you were running!

Colonel Lakin clearly has to be careful with his public statements because they can be taken out of context and misrepresented—as you were clearly eager to do. The contempt you showed for your guests was palpable, despite your obviously insincere praise of Colonel Lakin’s service—which you clearly tossed in only as cover for your attacks.

After all Obama tried to buy the Illinois Senate seat Rod Blagojevich was offering up and only Blagojevich ended up indicted……..and the judge there with numerous Obama felonies can not see what Obama could add as a witness to be questioned by the defense.
It is though delicious in Dr. Taitz has come up with this. If elected successfully in California, she literally will take the Fremont state off the federal voting block for Democrats in running Barack Hussein Obama if he will not provide more than what Anderson tea tinkler Cooper accepts as an online certificate of Obama birth in Hawaii.
Understand that Dr. Taitz if elected is thee arbitrator of what is “proof”. This is not Gov. Schwarzenegger nor the liberal controlled Democrat California Congress. If she states that an electronic Obama certificate is not acceptable, and that one must be produced with footprints, along with a secondary identity to prove the first, which could mean Obama’s passport in his Pakistani travel, to review of his Occidental college student loan papers in her “investigation” of this issue, thee entire 2 million dollar cesspool of Obama cover ups will be on her desk which the Obama judges have kept from her.
See as a State of California Constitutional Officer, she doesn’t need any court order to obtain documentation on undocumented Obama. She has full authority to demand said proof and if Mr. Obama does not satisfy Sec. Taitz, she can keep him off the ballot, and no court injunction can overrule her.”

A week after the explosion of a BP oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico, questions are now being raised as to the nature of the accident.
Congress is opening an investigation into the disaster, even as experts from multiple tasking agencies from government security and environmental agencies to the military, to Big Oil, attempt to conquer the daunting task of capping the leak. 200,000 gallons of oil a day are spilling into the Gulf, and wreaking an ecological hazard that threatens to dwarf the Exxon Valdez disaster in Alaska in 1989 which dumped 10.8 million gallons into the ocean environment. The costs of clean-up of the Valdez spill are disputed, and the initial court judgments of $5 billion in punitive damages were later appealed and rescinded. Exxon collected payments from insurance companies making any financial responsibility for causing the spill a joke amongst trial lawyers throughout the country. Trial lawyers made over $1 billion dollars from the Valdez spill.

As the United States continues to deal with the disaster in the Gulf, reports emanating from Russia of a media blackout ordered by the White House have been making the rounds, coupled with the deployment of SWAT teams to other rigs. The fact is that this rig should not have sunk the way that it did, certainly not as fast as it did. The rig was also designed to prevent the spewing of oil from the bottom in the event a catastrophe actually did cause it to sink.

A grim report circulating in the Kremlin today written by Russia’s Northern Fleet is reporting that the United States has ordered a complete media blackout over North Korea’s torpedoing of the giant Deepwater Horizon oil platform owned by the World’s largest offshore drilling contractor Transocean that was built and financed by South Korea’s Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Ltd., that has caused great loss of life, untold billions in economic damage to the South Korean economy, and an environmental catastrophe to the United States.
Most important to understand about this latest attack by North Korea against its South Korean enemy is that under the existing “laws of war” it was a permissible action as they remain in a state of war against each other due to South Korea’s refusal to sign the 1953 Armistice ending the Korean War.
To the attack itself, these reports continue, the North Korean “cargo vessel” Dai Hong Dan believed to be staffed by 17th Sniper Corps “suicide” troops left Cuba’s Empresa Terminales Mambisas de La Habana (Port of Havana) on April 18th whereupon it “severely deviated” from its intended course for Venezuela’s Puerto Cabello bringing it to within 209 kilometers (130 miles) of the Deepwater Horizon oil platform which was located 80 kilometers (50 miles) off the coast of the US State of Louisiana where it launched an SSC Sang-o Class Mini Submarine (Yugo class) estimated to have an operational range of 321 kilometers (200 miles).
On the night of April 20th the North Korean Mini Submarine manned by these “suicidal” 17th Sniper Corps soldiers attacked the Deepwater Horizon with what are believed to be 2 incendiary torpedoes causing a massive explosion and resulting in 11 workers on this giant oil rig being killed outright. Barely 48 hours later, on April 22nd , this North Korean Mini Submarine committed its final atrocity by exploding itself directly beneath the Deepwater Horizon causing this $1 Billion oil rig to sink beneath the seas and marking 2010’s celebration of Earth Day with one of the largest environmental catastrophes our World has ever seen.
To the reason for North Korea attacking the Deepwater Horizon, these reports say, was to present US President Obama with an “impossible dilemma” prior to the opening of the United Nations Review Conference of the Parties to the Treat on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) set to begin May 3rd in New York.
This “impossible dilemma” facing Obama is indeed real as the decision he is faced with is either to allow the continuation of this massive oil leak catastrophe to continue for months, or immediately stop it by the only known and proven means possible, the detonation of a thermonuclear device.
Russian Navy atomic experts in these reports state that should Obama choose the “nuclear option” the most viable weapon at his disposal is the United States B83 (Mk-83) strategic thermonuclear bomb having a variable yield (Low Kiloton Range to 1,200 Kilotons) which with its 12 foot length and 18 inch diameter, and weighing just over 2,400 pounds, is readily able to be deployed and detonated by a remote controlled mini-sub.
Should Obama choose the “nuclear option” it appears that he would be supported by the International Court of Justice who on July 8, 1996 issued an advisory opinion on the use of nuclear weapons stating that they could not conclude definitively on these weapons use in “extreme circumstances” or “self defense”.

Was the Gulf Oil Rig Explosion a Deliberate Attack on America?

I am fully prepared to be called a “crazy conspiracy theorist” here for even asking some of these questions, but I would like to know who or what caused the explosion on the Deepwater Horizon oil rig platform in the Gulf of Mexico last week.
We live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and are in the direct path of the oil spill flowing toward us from the blown-up rig about fifty miles off the coast of Louisiana. What caused the explosion? And, why would the explosion on the surface of the platform create the situation in which crews are unable to stop the oil flow from the well’s head, which is nearly a mile deep? I realize the rig sunk after burning in a terrible and tremendous way, so I guess it’s possible that the sinking platform could have somehow irreparably damaged the pipeline at the floor of the Gulf, but it seems unlikely to me, with all the safety features on these rigs and wells.
One worker on the rig at the time of the explosion reported that the lights on the platform went out right before the explosion. She was one of the 115 people who escaped the burning rig. Eleven others were not so fortunate; they remain missing and are presumed dead.

Rush Limbaugh pointed out that the explosion occurred on April 21st, the day before “Earth Day.” He also reminded us that Al Gore had previously encouraged environmental nutjobs to engage in civil disobedience against the construction of coal plants that don’t have carbon capture technology. “Eco-terrorists” exist and have done millions of dollars worth of criminal damage. Fire is one of the main tools of their evil trade.
I’m not claiming the Deep Horizon was bombed by eco-terrorists, although I don’t believe it’s out of the realm of possibility. But, it would take some serious money and ability to pull off an attack like that, so I would tend to think much bigger than college hippie eco-wackos with some money-backing–a foreign government, perhaps.
Of course, before I could finish writing my thoughts here, I just heard Michael Savage posing the same questions. He also said there is a theory on a Russian website that claims North Korea is behind this. The article claims that North Korea torpedoed the Deepwater Horizon, which was apparently built and financed by South Korea.
Torpedoes would make sense for the results we see. The platform exploded, despite redundant safety features; plus, something apparently also happened on the Gulf floor at the opening of the well to prevent engineers from being able to stop the flow of oil from it. Two topedoes launched from a submarine could cause those things to happen.
There are a number of international “suspects” who might want to do something like this. They range from Muslim terrorists to the Red Chinese, Venezuela and beyond. Remember that China and Russia are drilling out there, as well, and they would benefit from America cutting back on our own driling.
As soon as this happened, my gut told me it was no accident. This kind of thing rarely happens, and the timing was just too “coincidental” for various reasons. I don’t know what the truth is behind this terrible event, but I’m certain it’s more than we’re being told. We may never know the truth.
If it really is an act of aggression by a foreign government, I seriously doubt we will be allowed to know it. Heck, the Obama administration is still covering up the details behind the act of war committed against our country at Fort Hood by a Muslim operative who had infiltrated our Military.

Excellent info re. the gulf oil spill. As time unfolds and as we look back, the circumstances become much more cloudy; and I wouldn’t be at all surprised that this was an attack such as described.
One thing is very evident – the lack of news coverage on such a terrible catastrophe. I’ve heard from someone personally “in the know”, that if this reaches the Keys, it will then probably travel up the Atlantic coast creating more irreparable damage.
Where are investigative reporters? Are there any left? Perhaps they fear for their safety. After all, to get too close to the truth in times like these is to put one’s life on the line.

The Framers of the Constitution deliberately put impeachment into the hands of the legislative branch rather than the judicial branch, thus transforming it from strictly a matter of legal definition to a matter of political judgment.”
CSpan.org continues: “Representative Gerald Ford put it into practical perspective in 1970, when he said an impeachable offense is ‘whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history.'”
Is it an impeachable offense for a president to attempt to take over every major industry?
Is it an impeachable offense to devastate the world’s best health system?
Is it an impeachable offense to be so blind to reality and so compliant to the worst elements of radical terrorists… that you put American lives at extreme risk?
Such behavior is BEYOND BAD. The Obama Administration exemplifies maladministration. It qualifies as the poster-child for bad behavior.
Obama and those around him are ravaging this great country and adding a sorry chapter to a noble history.
Impeachment, as written in the Constitution, was tailor-made for Barack Hussein Obama and our Founders placed it in our Constitution for such a time as this.

Simply though, it did not “work” the same way for each of those places. Kansas and Missouri looked a lot through their crises like Tennessee has this past week, as our neighbors quietly feed, clothe, and house one another. No one in Nashville was seen holding signs saying “Obama hates me because I’m white!” or screaming into live news cameras that President Obama wanted them all to die and therefore must have blown up the levees.
There were no reports of looting, raping, or rioting, or even bad behavior. No curfews have been imposed.
No one here in Tennessee was seen clinging to their guns as their homes were swept away, although many of us would humbly say we desperately to cling to God as we struggle to recover.

The filmmakers called it a ‘special’ Cinco de Mayo message to Arizona, inviting viewers into a violent on-screen race war with red-saturated 70s exploitation violence and endless killing.
This film has gone too far: violent film to use such a backdrop to glorify and potentially incite violent attacks on white Americans.

The Herald reported yesterday that licensing of the dangerous automatic weapons has skyrocketed – even though an 8-year-old boy was killed using one at a gun show more than two years ago. ”

Treasury fails to keep meeting minutes or notes from phone calls with banks that received money from its $700 billion financial bailout, says the report from Neil Barofsky, the Special Inspector General for the bailout fund.
Barofsky’s audit focused on Treasury’s negotiations to sell bank warrants — securities that allow the holder to buy stock in the future at a fixed price. Treasury received the warrants from hundreds of banks as a deal-sweetener as it injected billions of dollars to stabilize the reeling banking sector.
The report blasts Treasury for failing to keep complete notes about the process by which it sells those warrants after banks have returned their bailout money.”

An 83-year-old Indian holy man who says he has spent seven decades without food or water has astounded a team of military doctors who studied him during a two-week observation period.
Prahlad Jani spent a fortnight in a hospital in the western India state of Gujarat under constant surveillance from a team of 30 medics equipped with cameras and closed circuit television.
During the period, he neither ate nor drank and did not go to the toilet.
“We still do not know how he survives,” neurologist Sudhir Shah told reporters after the end of the experiment. “It is still a mystery what kind of phenomenon this is.” ….

I understand this movie is due out in September, but they are running the “trailer” now because of the new immigration law in Arizona. Timing? On both…I think since the new law takes effect right around September.
Scary for sure! This movie was also covered in a video by Alex Jones who warned the producer of the film of the consequences of any subsequent violence related to this film.

“The accuracy of the 2010 Census count is at risk because of computer problems at the Census Bureau, according to a report released on May 5 by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) at the Commerce Department, which oversees the bureau. Further, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) told CNSNews.com the OIG’s report “is consistent with what GAO has been saying.”
The specific problem involves the paper-based operations control system (PBOCS), which is used to manage the Census’s ongoing door-to-door interviews of households that did not mail back their Census forms — what the bureau calls the non-response follow-up (NRFU) operation.
In its May 5 report, the Office of Inspector General said, “Unless PBOCS stability improves substantially, the cost of the NRFU operation, its timely completion, and the accuracy of its count are at risk.”

“A small Protestant church in Leon Valley, an enclave within the city of San Antonio, is challenging a zoning code that prohibits the church from holding Sunday worship services. The city code excludes religious assemblies from some zoning areas because they decrease the city’s tax revenue and interfere with commercial activity.
In 2007, revisions to the city code excluded churches from most of the city to maximize tax revenues, the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty reports. Auditoriums, convention centers, private clubs and schools are free to locate in the city’s retail zones, but churches are not.
The Elijah Group, an Evangelical Christian church, bought an existing church building in the city’s retail zones and so ran afoul of the new code.
On Monday the Becket Fund filed a brief in a federal appeals court defending the right of the church group to hold worship services in its building. ”

When your mother signed your birth certificate, she gave you over to the U.S. corporation.
