Republican Rep. Judy Burges amendment to Senate Bill 1024 today would require the Arizona secretary of state to verify a presidential candidate’s birth certificate before the candidate’s name is allowed on a ballot in Arizona.
The AP then throws in this statement: “A presidential candidate already is required to prove that he or she is a naturally born citizen before they can run for that office.”…..
Really? That statement qualifies as stupid, moronic and highly misleading. I guess the AP (associated press) forgot that Obama used the 1st Amendment prior to winning the Presidential candidate seat for the Democrats claiming he has a right to run without showing any proof until he actually wins. Turns out, after winning the nomination he refused to show his documentations in question at that time as well.
The AP also fails to mention that several S.O.S. were taken to court for failing to request Obama show documentation of qualifications, whereby the Courts held it is not the job of the S.O.S. to request documentation for any candidate on the ballot.
The AP also fails to mention the specific law to support their statement that a legal requirement to prove a person is a natural born citizen prior to running for the office of the President of the United States.
The AP also fails to mention what legal documents Obama turned over to prove he is a natural born citizen, as they claim.
The AP also fails to mention the nearly 2 million dollars spent by Obama to “Prevent” the documents from being turned over to the courts to verify whether or not he meets the qualifications through proper investigations.
The AP also fails to mention that Obama has never claimed he is a “Natural Born Citizen”, rather he has only claimed he is a “Native Citizen”.
The AP also fails to mention that the only paper signed and given to each state was Obama’s statement that he meets the qualifications. He promises or swears that he is, end of that one.
I wish the AP would send me the documentations they claim was shown by proof, as they say, “Prior” to any person being put on a ballot.
I can swear and sign a paper claiming I am the King of Siam, doesn’t mean it’s so.

Current Minister of Kenyan Government Declares Obama “was born here in Kenya” and Is Not a “native American”
A debate on the adoption of a new Kenyan Constitution took place in the House of the National Assembly of Kenya on Thursday, March 25, 2010. The Official Report of that House, dated Thursday, March 25, 2010, and recorded in the Kenyan government’s depository, Hansard-the official source of printed transcripts of parliamentary debates-provides the details of that debate. One of the speakers (see pages 29-31) during that debate was The Minister for Lands, Mr. James Orengo. Ironically, he expressed to the Parliament in open debate that “[i]f we do not live by the values and principles contained in this Constitution, all that is contained in this Constitution will be of no significance….” He continued saying that Kenyans must follow the rule of law and especially the Constitution, stating that the “unmaking of Kenya began by disregard and non-compliance of the law. We ended up in a dictatorship that we had to fight for so many years….” He further explained that under the new proposed Constitution, the “Executive authority of the President . . . is derived from the people….”
He then continued to tell the Parliament that Kenya must overcome its problem of elements of its population excluding people from participating in Kenyan life because of their ethnicity or tribal affiliations. He asked that all Kenyans unite, regardless of ethnic or tribal affiliations, stating: “The other thing that we are addressing through devolution is exclusion. What has made us suffer as a nation is exclusion. Once people feel excluded, even when you want to employ a policeman or constable or you want to build a dispensary, it must come from the centre. In the colonial days, these things were being done on the ground and they could give bursaries and build roads.
I commend devolution. Those who fear devolution are living in the past. They are being guided by their ethnic consideration and objectives. They are living in the past. If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America? It is because they did away with exclusion. What has killed us here is exclusion; that once Mr. Orengo is President, I know of no other place than Ugenya. That is why we were fighting against these many Presidencies in the past. I hope that Kenya will come of age. This country must come of age. People want freedom and nations want liberation, but countries want independence.”

Carl Swensson and an Oath Keeper were in transit to the Monroe County courthouse to show support for Lt. Cmdr. Walter Fitzpatrick III (Ret). They were approximately 15 minutes from their destination when the Oath Keeper was pulled over while driving lawfully. There were three sheriffs and two unmarked SUV’s and all had their lights on. Carl said he was behind the car driven by the Oath Keeper, Carl said he was not detained but the Oath Keeper is being held inside his car with no probable cause. The only difference between Carl and the car in front of him is that the car in front of him had a sign that said “Oath Keeper”. Carl said the sign was not hand drawn but professionally made.
Carl said that they must have been “tracking” them. Obviously it has now become unlawful to personally promote publicly or otherwise display support for the U.S. Constitution.

As of approximately 7:20 am Patriots were traveling due East on Highway 68 toward Sweetwater, TN in transit to the Monroe County courthouse to show support for Lt. Cmdr. Walter Fitzpatrick III (Ret). They were approximately 15 minutes from their destination when an Oath Keeper was pulled over while driving lawfully. He has now been removed from his vehicle and is in the back of either a Sheriff’s car or a TN State Trooper car. Two unmarked SUV’s are also on the scene. Carl Swensson, an eye witness who was traveling behind in a separate vehicle said that neither of them were driving unlawfully.

Yes, I retired from the USAF. I spent 6 years with the Army and then 14 with the Air Force. I spent the last 10 years as a Special Agent, USAF Office of Special Investigations. I conducted quite a few investigations for security clearances and this obama scam just goes against everything I was taught. The Subject had to sign a release form and an original birth certificate was obtained (not provided by the subject). How has obama managed to aquire the highest security clearance in the country and not provide “all” his basic documents???

I knew about the Lucas Smith Obama birth certificate which he claimed he got on a visit to Kenya, and you can watch the video. But what about the Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth which is signed by the grandmother and which shows Obama was born in Kenya in the Hawaii certificate of live birth? What is the status of this document? I have not read whether it has been debunked or not. It looks authentic.

Isn’t it great to watch the democraps whine and beg the tea party people, to not make comments about them that point out to America their dishonesty and socialistic ways. Before now, the democraps were the only party that claimed, they had a right to “protest”, but now that the tea party s are protesting against them it is called seditious. Those that have remarked about how Obama cannot contain his anger when he is challenged are observant. When Obozo was campaining, even Axelrod told him that he would have to “toughen up”.

Early on in this thread there was a mention that the AP has a pertinent document that might be potentially important in proving certain aspects of some allegations that were made. I ask, wouldn’t that document fall under the FOIA law? Assuming that AP is a little more concientious than their friends,perhaps there would ba a good chance of getting a CERTIFIED copy.

The way this government is acting both overtly and covertly I fear if we don’t remove him from office prior to the expiration of his term, he will create a situation that will prevent another presidential reelection and simply hold power indefinitely.
He will do so with the aid of foreign troops, the disarming of American citizens (already working on removing our guns), the Homeland National Security, and the use of Muslims trained in the 37 Muslim camps in the United States. The laws that have been passed and will pass will render Americans penniless and property less.
Not that I favor Bill Clinton–I find him and Hillary despicable sluts. Impeachment proceedings were filed against Clinton for bald face lying about Monica, a WH aid. In my eyes that is a minimal offense compared to the blatant crimes Obama is committing which are fraud, treason, traitor, looting America, continuous lying, intimidation and bribery of Congress and Senate, and in all ways raping and violating the American citizen.
Yet the CIA, FBI, DOJ, Supreme Court, entire judicial system, MSM, and a;; the rest of the alleged watch dogs of our American system simply turn their heads, deny it is happening or are clearly complicit in this coup de’ etat!
This is why I think they don’t or refuse to hear the protests of America against their policies. They don’t care because in spite of all our peaceful, legal and rational efforts to change their directions, they are violating every article in the constitution they choose to obtain their goal–total and complete power over America and they hope the world!
We are now at a do or die critical mass. There is one choice left. WE must remove him from office before he completes this term. We must remove him this year.
WE each and every one of us–each to his/her ability must donate to those who are actively seeking to expose him, do under ground publishing, blog, continue to send letters to Congress and Senate, (whether or not they hear us), pray, pray, pray, visualize Obama being arrested and removed from office for 3 minutes at least 3 times a day until he is removed, support RAP, attend rallies, vote at the polls and pray they will succeed and keep informed and remain alert, while we still have a chance. If we fail, they will eventually stop all free speech and government protests.

Dick Morris says Bill Clinton was calling the shots in 1993 at The Waco Branch Davidian incident…not Janet Reno. Morris said Clinton was ready to dump Reno as AG and she said if he did, she would spill the beans. Of course, Clinton never dumped Reno and she never told the American people who was really responsible for the Waco murders.
There was never any doubt in my mind Clinton was involved directly in the murder of those 83 people that included women and children.
When this happen, I sat at the TV and watched as our National Guard military tanks opened each end of the building so a draft could be caused in their compound. Then I saw the spark from the tank and the flames that started.
Never did I think for a moment our own country would use it’s military might against it’s own citizens.
From that point on, I knew they would. I think the American people were given a preview of future events coming to our country.
The ATF and FBI tried to say the Branch Davidians started their own fire. I don’t think many Americans bought that story, especially since the fire raged out of control immediately after the tank pulled back from opening the gaping hole.
From that point on, I have been very leery of trusting our “out of control” government.
It could get real nasty folks when the truth finally takes hold in America.
This is a big SCREW to add to all the nails in the Obama “Coffin”.

Yes I listened to Dave last night it crashed a few times I just went back and listened again to the parts I missed last night. Bottom line from what I heard due to the fact that so many other countries want “remedy” just like the Restore America Plan talks about things have slowed down a bit. Dave said that the original plan was for America now they are getting so many other countries that want to take down these Globalist too that things are moving at a slower pace.
Him and his co-host sounded excited and kept saying there is much they know but due to the fact this has to be done behind the scenes they are sworn to secrecy until they are given word that the info they hold can be released. They kept saying people are going to be so happy the changes that are coming are what we have been seeking for 180 years.
He discussed some of our fears about all laws going away and he used a example of someone speeding 100 miles a hr and hitting someone and killing them he has there is obviously going to have to be some way to have laws that will prevent things like this happening he said he did not think they would wait till someone killed someone before that person would be dealt with. He said there is a BIG learning curve for everyone especially the grand jurors as a matter of fact they had just finished a coordinators call where the coordinators were taught how the grand juries were going to be operating.
Combine what he said with what Tim Turner has said about him be called by leaders from all corners of the world to me this is a good sign this plan is in effect and things should start happening. he did leak out people needed to hang in there what was a few days or a few weeks going to hurt after we have been raped and pillaged(my terms) for the past 200 yrs. To me that was a indication that May should be a exciting month.
That was the positives of Dave’s call last night I also listened to Alex Jones EVERYONE needs to hear what Alex is saying there is a high probability that our government is setting up some false flag event. Alex says it is looking like they will use a small NUKE in a city.

To prove the point so that “dumbed down” Americans can underdand I would show up with a blown up copy of a $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 bills and ask the host “Can I show you something? Do you have $100 bill (if he says no keep going down the line on the notes till he presents one)? Take the bill he/she gives you and hand him/her a corresponding copy that you have and say. OK I just gave you the same note you gave me. If he objects than you compare it to the BS that they have been passing for a COLB when it is JUST A COPY.

1) Since the military claims that the orders are in fact legal, will they be forced to produce the documentation supporting their claims?
2) Will at any time LTC Lakin be given the opportunity of discovery to support his claims?
3) Will you counselor seek the Hawaiian Birth Certificate from Hawaii to support LTC Lakin’s claims? Hawaii law and the Supreme has held, any public announcement made by a public official, will be forced to release all documentation supporting their public claims.. This has not been challenged, but would support LTC Lakin.

Republican Rep. Judy Burges amendment to Senate Bill 1024 today would require the Arizona secretary of state to verify a presidential candidate’s birth certificate before the candidate’s name is allowed on a ballot in Arizona.
The AP then throws in this statement: “A presidential candidate already is required to prove that he or she is a naturally born citizen before they can run for that office.”…..
Really? That statement qualifies as stupid, moronic and highly misleading. I guess the AP (associated press) forgot that Obama used the 1st Amendment prior to winning the Presidential candidate seat for the Democrats claiming he has a right to run without showing any proof until he actually wins. Turns out, after winning the nomination he refused to show his documentations in question at that time as well.
The AP also fails to mention that several S.O.S. were taken to court for failing to request Obama show documentation of qualifications, whereby the Courts held it is not the job of the S.O.S. to request documentation for any candidate on the ballot.
The AP also fails to mention the specific law to support their statement that a legal requirement to prove a person is a natural born citizen prior to running for the office of the President of the United States.
The AP also fails to mention what legal documents Obama turned over to prove he is a natural born citizen, as they claim.
The AP also fails to mention the nearly 2 million dollars spent by Obama to “Prevent” the documents from being turned over to the courts to verify whether or not he meets the qualifications through proper investigations.
The AP also fails to mention that Obama has never claimed he is a “Natural Born Citizen”, rather he has only claimed he is a “Native Citizen”.
The AP also fails to mention that the only paper signed and given to each state was Obama’s statement that he meets the qualifications. He promises or swears that he is, end of that one.
I wish the AP would send me the documentations they claim was shown by proof, as they say, “Prior” to any person being put on a ballot.

2 – Many meetings going on in D.C. as most of them know nothing about the laws.
3 – Most attorneys and judges know nothing or very little about these laws. They were not covered in law school.
4 – All executive orders, acts and laws that were enacted while our country was a corporation will be null and void.
5 – The first announcement will be April 26, 2010, which will be regarding debt forgiveness.
6 – The second announcement will be the following night and will be about the new government.
7 – The third announcement will be the following night which will be about all the “bad stuff” that has been started by the “bad boys” over the past 100 years. Many nights of announcements will follow. A number of them will be the education of the masses. I heard a total of about 10 to 12 nights.
8 – Political prisoners will be released most any day.

10 -A package of what will be done and how have been delivered to each governor of each Republic, the Supreme Court, the Military and many other official offices. What you reiterate in your comment regarding Security investigation, and clearances is about 100% accurate with regard to the level of clearance that all of us who were involved at the 1954 H-bomb tests in the Marshall Islands,was required to have. This was done long before we sailed to Pearl which is where we was required to turn in all of our cameras,and even radios. Then we sailed for the Marshall Islands. We all had to have TOP SECRET clearance. They went clear back to my teen age years,and even knew about a traffic citation that I had received as a teen ager. Yes these people who do the leg work were then very thorough. My last clearance was necessary into the 80s because as a primary contractor to DOD we were often called upon to do special reproductions of sensetive material. Because I had the equipment necessary for reproducing copies for the DOD they would always bring the material to us by a courier,and he would stand and closely watch everything we done in the reproduction of the original. He also confiscated any waste that we generated. They paid us handsomely for our prompt and courteous service. Today I can talk a little about the Sonobouy undersea listening devices,which were manufactured here in Fort Wayne in the 60s through the 80s. AN APQ 84 & APQ 94, but I will not elaborate on the differences. These items are now obsolete,as is the pertinent technology. I very much enjoyed doing the special work which I done in this regard.

I’m sorry ot disagree here but you are comparing today’s time to the time of the 1700’s and you are missing something important. Back in that time there are hardly books to read, newspapers, etc. People read adn sahred books to reda passing them around because they were very scarce and they were very knowledgeable adn full of common sense wisdom. There was no radio, TV, Video Games, Computers, etc. so msotly people read and than shared what they read. My father is more knowledgeable about history and well known events that he learned back in the 1930’s, 40’s back in Portugal than most American children today.
So that book wasn’t returned because it was probably very important and read and shared by many people in Washington’s circles.

To prove the point so that “dumbed down” Americans can underdand I would show up with a blown up copy of a $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 bills and ask the host “Can I show you something? Do you have $100 bill (if he says no keep going down the line on the notes till he presents one)? Take the bill he/she gives you and hand him/her a corresponding copy that you have and say. OK I just gave you the same note you gave me. If he objects than you compare it to the BS that they have been passing for a COLB when it is JUST A COPY.

What you reiterate in your comment regarding Security investigation, and clearances is about 100% accurate with regard to the level of clearance that all of us who were involved at the 1954 H-bomb tests in the Marshall Islands,was required to have.

OldSalt, I do know for a fact that the Johnston Atoll Island was used as a Naval drop off for nuclear cleansing of soil. My father was the Plant Manager there during such time up until 2004. I am very familiar of the usage of the Navy and Islands. Having said that, there is much that my father cannot speak of, although I tickle and pun him with it.

You mentioned being in the Marshall Islands in ’54. I was there at Kwajalein in ’50 for Operation Greenhouse. Kwajalein Atoll was, as you probably know, a Naval Base. I was in the Air Force and had the same type of security clearance you mentioned. FBI or other federal agency did investigations about me in my hometown also, although I didn’t know about it until later while home on leave.
