As Barack Obama continues to fight deportation from the White House and potentially the US, his aunt, Zeituni Onyango, is fighting deportation in a Boston court.

“Crime story: Obama’s aunt fights deportation to Kenya”
“Fifty-seven year old Zeituni Onyango, President Barack Obama’s aunt on his Kenyan father’s side, pleaded for political asylum before a Boston court today in a case that is being all but ignored by the mainstream news media in the U.S.
Onyango appeared in a Boston federal immigration court for a hearing regarding her plea for asylum in the U.S. She’s been living in violation of the law after ignoring an order for deportation issued in 2004.
Onyanga’s defense attorney, Margaret Wong, is arguing that the President’s aunt should not be deported due to serious medical issues. However, Wong has also stated a backup argument will be the threat of violence that exists in Kenya due to warring tribes.
The proceeding is being held before Judge Leonard Shapiro behind closed-doors. Wong said that Onyango would appeal if ordered deported. The U.S. government also has the right of appeal, but some observers believe such an appeal by prosecutors is unlikely.
Although living illegally in the U.S. for years, with the knowledge of the entire Obama family, Onyango was discovered by investigative bloggers in 2008. Not surprising to media critics, the mainstream news organizations ignored the story or relegated it to newspapers’ back-pages as unsubstantiated allegations until after the election, according to political strategist Mike Baker.”

Conservative Radio Show giants Limbaugh, Hannity, and Beck, need to realize that standing up for our Constitution’s ‘Birther’ policy, trumps any other policy they can run train wrecks on with Obama, because that Constitution’s policy is ‘THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND”.
The Natural Born Citizenship issue with Obama is a done deal as he does not have two parents who are U.S. Citizens…thus he has a natural allegiance to Britain through his father. We all know the Revolution was fought over socialist and tyrannical control with Britain, who had that course upon their plate; not too much has changed in that part of the world.
Our forefathers declared that allegiance to the British Crown must be guarded against most especially with the Leader of our Armies, Commander in Chief, POTUS. Though a guard is not infallible, there is a secure measure to it that left undone provides a breach, a danger, a hole in the wall for safety and security.
Very simply, it doesn’t matter where Obama was born, or that agencies/groups/etc he has had represent him have in fact posted a fake birth certificate, or that Hawaii newspapers print out any application for a birth certificate in their papers born in Hawaii or abroad as Glen Beck has pinned his trust in, what matters is simply Obama fails the Constitutions’ NBC Qualification secure guard by his own paternal admission. Obama’s father was a British citizen. Now that might be sad for him because he can’t be a Constitutionally Qualified President, but it is also a safe guard and a security measure for our own safety over 1 person’s chance to be a Usurping President. I simply would like our Radio show host to ask themselves the question: Is it a matter of National Security and Supreme Law of the Land?
If their answer is ‘yes’, then it’s not a little trifling matter, it’s bigger then Health Care, Bigger then Afghanistan or Iraq, it’s bigger then Cap and Trade, and its’ bigger than all the tax hikes and our National Deficit… it’s Supreme Law of the Land.
Hey libs want consolation prizes? Obama can still be a Senator, or a Congressmen or any other citizen job in government, but this issue of our Constitution is the policy that trumps ALL policy the radio show host choose to clash with Obama, and though the radio show host love to visit the Obama ad nasium pot shot gallery, they often act now rather sinisterly against the ‘Birther movement’ or as I would rather see it remembered as, the Article II Patriot Stand. So, I’ll ask the question; why so serious in your unpatriotic stand for the Constitution?
The American adult intelligence is not so much insulted by the N word, the R word, or the F word as we are by the lack of heart ,backbone and intestinal fortitude for our own Constitution by those who pretend it means so much who are in responsibly elected leadership positions, as well as those hosting Conservative Radio Shows as they seem so… well… hypocritical.
Americans is waking, and the aroma of a fresh brewing cup of Constitutional Policy is wafting into our nostrils invigorating the body and enlarging the soul. Our President is the leader of our Executive Branch of Government. This is like a sharp true sailing arrow. The feathers of that arrow that more assuredly helps run a true and straight course are the qualifications within our Constitution for our President.
While Obama does not meet the standards, principles, and Supreme Law of the Land’s citizenship review for the POTUS our United States Constitutional Republic stands for, he simply represents the office of hole-in-the-rock-where-the-sun doesn’t shine and if that’s the kind of hope and change you want, get out of America for this land is not really your cup of tea.

Well, the local buzz is that Scott will have the deceased Sen. Chivas Regal’s digs only temporarily; Live Shot Kerry will be moving in, and giving his less-desirable office to Scott.
Live Shot particularly wants Chivas’ desk, which has a lot of history, they tell me. Now, Live Shot doesn’t much care about the history rather, the booze Chivas had stashed in each and every drawer, no doubt.
Scott is seated; that’s all that matters. I don’t think he gives a flyin’ fig about his digs at this point.

We have so many homeless families with kids in MA (many of whom are placed in seedy hotels due to no available housing) who’ve been on the waiting list for an apartment for a long time. Doesn’t seem right that an illegal alien gets an apartment and pretty much hits for the cycle as far as welfare benefits are concerned, does it?

Consider this. The reason he’s out in the open with it is to send a message to the elite that, he isn’t afraid of them. By acknowledging anything outwardly it becomes a sort of protection. IMO, they are using it to remind him who calls the shots. And at any given time they can pull the plug and “allow” this to finally be heard in a court of law. I feel that Israel has the stranglehold and Brother Rahm is a part of it all.
Why do I think this? You have to look at the global situation, and think way beyond his citizenship – that’s too obvious. The NBC issue is their wild card should they choose to play it.

These are the same tactics that have been totally backfiring on him, though. I believe that now even more people’s curiosity will be piqued enough to ask questions. Dodging the issue does not work well with us Americans in the long run, and his statement is definitely a (rather pathetic) dodge.
I am actually laughing at him over this stunt. Think of all the money he’s spent to keep this secret, out of Court, out of the msm, out of people’s minds. Yet, today, he, in essence, has had to publicly acknowledge our existence and our issue. Oh yeah! I am gut laughing.

Anytime anyone is in email,or postal contact with their state, or US Senators, you should always end all such communications with; “Where is the BIRTH CERTIFICATE?” The US SENATE should be innundated with mail bearing only these three words. Every Senator needs to receive at least a boxcar ful of BIRTH CERTIFICATE inquiries, per month. Drive them CRAZY with never ending birth certificate requests. If we do it enough maybe they will throw up their hands,pack up and go home.
Telephone their offices, about 20 times a day and request a copy of the BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Even more often is better. They will get so damn tired of hearing this they will get really desparate. Won’t it be great to watch them squirm, for a change.?
Use every phone number you can find, and log so many calls into their system that they are forced to shut down ALL of their telephones. This would put such a level of inconvenience on them that somebody in the crowd might even capitulate with something really incriminating. Perhaps even a willingness to cooperate.
Once 2010 is out of the way we will have a helluva bunch of new faces in Congress. We might even find an inside man. Goodbye Soetoro. Only one formal complaint is required from a Senator to force a Congressional investigation. If they can’t shut him up they will HAVE to investigate. With the right sort of incentive, to the right person we might still nail his ass before 2012. That said, if todays mood of WE THE PEOPLE prevails in 2012 he is history anyway. Between the Moderates, and the conservatives, there is a majority. Even if only 55 % of the American people vote there is a strong probability of winning. The electors is where it is all at.Out of a potential of 300,000,000 votes, we would need only 170,000,000 to have a majority. We need to start NOW to guarantee that we get that many. The OBOTS are becoming a MINORITY. Everytime the LIBERALS do something the Democrats pay dearly. All we need to do is bait Soetoro, a little. Landrieu is looking for a scapegoat just like the FRAUD who continues to blame Bush for all of his problems…..the people of Louisiana are really angry at her for voting for the Death Scare Bill and want her head…..they also did not like that she turned off her phones and told staffers not to answer them in December when the Dems were still pushing to pass their immoral and corrupt bill…..I have several relatives who live in Louisiana and get the real information from them…..can’t trust the media to tell the truth!

Prairie……No it doesn’t make me suspicious….I have heard Jindal speak on many occasions and he is NO more a RINO than Scott Brown…..he has the same beliefs and values as Brown….smaller Federal government….less taxing……strong defense and he is probably more Pro-Life than Brown…… Seeing that the FRAUD got elected and is considered legitimate by all the branches of government and the media it wouldn’t surprise me if Jindal might believe that he too would be eligible for POTUS some day……however listening to him and his wife he doesn’t seem to be interested in being POTUS….at least it is not his immediate intention……of course all politicians say that….doesn’t mean he won’t be interested some day! He has a very high approval rating in Louisiana and as I said my relatives who live there really like him because he is a fighter for freedom and the rights of all people!

The opening-night speaker at first ever National Tea Party Convention ripped into President Obama, Sen. John McCain and “the cult of multiculturalism,” asserting that Obama was elected because “we do not have a civics, literacy test before people can vote in this country.”
The speaker, former Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo., told about 600 delegates in a Nashville, Tenn., ballroom that in the 2008 election, America “put a committed socialist ideologue in the White House … Barack Hussein Obama.”
“Thank God John McCain lost the election,” he said, voicing his belief that McCain would have presided over big budgets and lacked a tough stand against immigration.
“This is our country,” he told the crowd. “Let’s take it back.”

Tom Tancredo had a great book, In Mortal Danger: The Battle for America’s Border and Security; telling how we got here through lax immigration enforcement, who’s responsible, and how the multiculturalism movement will ultimately kill this country’s sovereignty through political correctness bullsh**.
First Tancredo speaking in Nashville, second, Tennessee not issuing multi-language driver’s test……..it’s a start for the immigration resistance for 2010 and 2012 elections.
