“I Believe The Fix Was In for the 2008 Election and The Cover Up is Still Going Strong!”
I believe that the RNC and DNC at the highest levels in 2008 were both complicit in shutting down all discussion of Obama’s eligibility issue in the Main Stream Media, print press, and in the leading Conservative Talk Show radio stations. I believe that the RNC and the DNC were complicit in subverting Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of our Constitution as to the eligibility requirements for the Office of the President, i.e., the person eligible for that office must be a “natural born Citizen”, i.e., one born in the country to parents who are both citizens of the country such that the child born has singular and sole allegiance at birth to the USA and no citizenship at birth with any other country via his parents or due to the place or location of birth. A natural born Citizen needs know law or resolution of Congress to give or clarify citizenship status. Natural born Citizenship status can only be obtained by the facts of nature at the child’s birth. This is natural law. This is what the founders and framers of our Constitution required for the singular and very powerful office of the President and Commander in Chief of the military. John Jay and George Washington put that requirement into the Constitution for exactly the reason that the person serving in that office would have no foreign influences on him/her at birth due to the facts and circumstances of his/her citizenship at birth. Only “natural born Citizenship” in the USA per natural law guarantees no other allegiance or citizenship claims by an another country at birth. If you are born on the U.S. soil of parents who are both citizens, no other country can claim you as a Citizen of their country and you are only governed by the laws of the USA at your birth. This is natural law as written by Vattel in 1758 in his legal book, “The Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law”. This book was used as a reference to set up our new new nation in 1776 in the writing of the Declaration of Independence and also in drafting the new form of federal government in 1789 and the writing of our Constitution, the fundamental law of our nation.
Both parties put up questionable candidates in 2008 as to their birth citizenship and then the covered up for each other and helped shut down the media and talk radio totally via their respective high contacts in the media industry and elected officials within the sitting Bush administration and in Congress as well as within their own respective presidential campaign organizations. Though shalt not talk about the presidential constitutional Article II eligibility issues was the word put out by all the powers to be in Washington DC and the USA media. It was reported that threats were even made to certain conservative talk show radio hosts in the last quarter of 2008.
And it continues to this day, imo, and is most obvious with the stone silence and “cone of silence” and occasional mocking comments made by the talk show hosts about the eligibility issue questions if mentioned briefly by a guest now and then on Fox News. The approach on Fox News is to ban the topic. Other networks such as MSNBC simply mock the movement continually using Saul Alinsky’s tactics from Rules for Radicals rule number 5, ridicule, to stifle all open, serious, and public debate on the issue and to scare off any one in political power from broaching the subject. Anyone even just mentioning this issue is pounced on for the ridicule treatment by the press. This shut down of a free and full “on air” debate of the Obama eligibility issue with serious scholars and legal experts representing each side (such as my attorney, Mario Apuzzo) being allowed on the air together with someone from the Obot side to debate this issue openly is being orchestrated at the highest levels of the RNC and DNC and their elected official type contacts in various powerful positions both today and back in Dec 2008 and early Jan 2009. Whispers in the hallways allude to grave consequences if one breaches this subject seriously on the air ways. The RNC silenced opposition in the conservative talk show radio and elsewhere in late 2008 which has enabled Obama to take power virtually unopposed as to addressing his constitutional eligibility in any serious manner in public debate via the national media. The leadership of the RNC at the highest levels, imo, shut down members of their own political party in Congress and via using their contacts in the highest levels of government, they helped shut down conservative talk radio and TV hosts with innuendos and and whispers of the consequences if this subject surfaced for discussion in a major way on their shows. They were told to keep the eligibility issue and the so called “Birthers” banned on their callers list with special instructions to the call screeners to keep them off the air. The RNC powers to be and their political connections used their power to do this to cover up their own subverting of Article II of the Constitution via putting up a candidate of their own with questionable natural born Citizenship status as their candidate for President. The big liberal media anointed Obama (a hard core progressive and Socialist) and then anointed McCain (a progressive light) because they knew McCain had a citizenship issue of his own and thus would keep him silent about Obama’s. And it worked. A “cone of silence” was dropped on the eligibility issue in the DC media and Congress and elsewhere in American to cover up for what both parties were doing, subverting Article II of the U.S. Constitution in the 2008 election. OK, I’ll start. 🙂 I was soooo hoping that the “security clearance” would be so tight and stringent that Zero would never get past it. Not that I’ve ever been one to have much faith in Gov’t. I somehow just always knew this guy was bad news, and when he seemed to pass muster with the CIA and FBI etc. I KNEW something was terribly wrong and we were looking at corruption the likes of nothing we’ve ever seen before! Down right scary.
It is such a huge failure of our system and the helplessness that most feel I believe is why most do not want to talk about it. I mean what can one person due against the entire system? Can I get on a soap box and declare that the office has been usurped? I sure can, but can I convince anyone? Yeah a few.
We, as Americans, are just so ignorant as to the function of our government that the “masses” can not be reached in a convincing way to effect something to happen. At least not quickly.
The masses look at the MSM media that states things like “He was elected and confirmed by congress.” And then go about their day.
If I were a talk show host I am not sure I would be beating that drum either. Lou Dobbs is off his soap box….it is a very difficult decision to make as a talk show host, IMHO.
The truth will come out and we will be a better nation because of it.
Tina, From your last thread about what moderates stand for. Your values sound Conservative to me! Moderate is liberal. And I don’t mean to offend, but Hillary is liberal. How about we all all take back the Conservative party and focus on small government, because that is the heart of Conservatism.
If the gov’t is as small as it should be, everything else falls into place, including Constitutional values cuz that’s the core of the Constitution.
I’d like to see another Conservative cable TV channel. Does anyone remember the short lived America’s Voice Cable TV channel? It broadcast around 2000 and had programs like Michael Reagan and Alan Keyes. I used to switch back and forth between AV and FOX News. I think they went bankrupt. It may have succeeded were it not for FOX. It would be great if it was resurrected! The time is ripe.

Thanks for your thoughts, ticktock. I guess I am conservative on wanting small government, but not as conservative on abortion as the hard right. I believe in life and I believe in a woman’s right to choose. People have gotten so uncompromising on abortion that the country has gotten polarized, and we can’t get anything done because of it. The Dems also use to be pro-Israel, including Hillary. But now Obama will sell Israel and America down the tubes faster than anything. It’s this huge shift the Dems took this decade that has made me leave the Democratic party.

Tina, I understand. I’m to the right of you on abortion, but I’m quite libertarian in alot of my other social views. I just feel you cannot have liberty and pursuit of happiness without life.
But OTOH, I think either way we go in the direction of life is good. Be it cutting public funding for it, encouraging adoption etc. And if we get leaders who are quite staunchly pro-life, I really cannot see it hurting the country by any stretch of the imagination…altho the other extreme does hurt the country. And I realize you are not at that extreme.
I do think that both Hillary and Bill have convinced people they are more moderate on that issue than they really are. Just look at his judge appointments.
And I’m saying this all as someone who supported Brown, feeling it was a step in the right direction putting him in the Senate.
I guess what I’m trying to say, is I don’t think there’s much to fear in staunchly pro-life people, just like there isn’t anything for me to fear about Brown’s stance…it all is going in the right direction imo. Now, if Brown decides he wants to start waffling left of his current stance…then I’d have problems.

Earlier today I made the statement that we should look towards forming a new political party, and that it should be named the Constitution Party. I had failed to remember that we already have a Constitution party. Unfortunately they seem to be embroiled with internal power struggles,and bickering over petty issues,and running UNKNOWNS for POTUS.
For whatever it is worth, it is now ESSENTIAL that if the Constitution party wants to be a meaningful party it needs to run candidates for POTUS who POSSESS KNOWN and HEAVY NATIONAL RECOGNITION. UNKNOWN VALUES WILL NOT CUT IT. We need to have people on the ballot who carry a KNOWN NATIONAL STRENGTH. One such person is Sarah Palin. Another is Newt Gingrich. These are two top contenders for running for the POTUS who have a BETTER than average chance to win in 2012. It is going to be extremely important who runs for the office. Perhaps even moreso than ever before. This country is teetering on the brink of being pushed into an abyss from which there will BE NO RETURN. This is why what we do in both 2010,AND 2012 is so critical to the survival of this country. We are going to face some really horendous attempts to change the fundamental laws of this country, soas to align it with an Alinsky Marxist form of government. So far the usurper has NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL in destroying the Constitution, and Bill of Rights. It will require that at least THREE QUARTERS of the states approve it. This is NOT likely to materialise in the forseeable future. Undoubtedly he and all of his Congressional SLIMEY FRIENDS will try very hard to fundamentally change this country. It is WE THE PEOPLE WHO STAND IN HIS WAY. Until he can get around us he can’t change ANYTHING. We can whine, lie down and let it happen ,or we can fight his bullsh##. If he can lie to people, and have them believe everything he says, then we can tell them the truth, and let them know what he is trying to do. Today’s Controversial Supreme Court Ruling and Its Local Ties

A controversial U.S. Supreme Court ruling today that loosened restrictions on corporate campaign spending and had President Barack Obama fuming in the other Washington has strong ties to this Washington.
In fact, the legal case’s connections get even far more local than that – leading to a home in University Place, where conservative political consultant and columnist Floyd G. Brown hailed the high court’s decision as a “huge, huge victory for free speech.”
Brown, a Washington native, founded the Washington D.C.-based conservative nonprofit, Citizens United, in 1988 and served as its president until 2000.
He also worked with the group in 2007 while it produced, “Hillary: The Movie,” an unflattering portrait of then-Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton that was timed to appear during her presidential campaign. The film ultimately led to the legal case, Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission, that prompted Thursday’s 5-4 court ruling.
The decision, which declared limits on so-called independent expenditures by corporations violate First Amendment free-speech rights, essentially means more money can be spent on federal elections, including this year’s midterm congressional elections. It will free corporations and unions to spend from their own treasuries on ads and other advocacy efforts.
“This gives corporations the same rights that individuals have,” Brown told me during a telephone call this afternoon.
“I know there’s a lot of people, especially political insiders, who want to control free speech, because it frightens them,” he said. “They want to protect their turf and incumbency. But I think this is going to enhance politics by getting more people involved.”
In a statement issued today, Obama said the court decision “has given a green light to a new stampede of special interest money in our politics.”
“It is a major victory for big oil, Wall Street banks, health insurance companies and the other powerful interests that marshal their power every day in Washington to drown out the voices of everyday Americans,” said the president, who vowed to work with Congress “to develop a forceful response to this decision.”

“It’s not a left thing or a right thing,” he said. “It’s a freedom thing.”
“This empowers both sides,” Brown said. “This empowers labor unions as much as corporations. It probably empowers Democrats more. I’m sure the Teamsters or SEIU will be out there first and spending the most.”
Married to biographer Mary Beth Brown, who wrote the New York Times bestseller, Hand of Providence: The Strong and Quiet Faith of Ronald Reagan , Brown, 48, was born in Bremerton, graduated from Olympia High School and the University of Washington. The couple has three children.
“I was born, raised and live here,” he said.
A longtime political consultant whose worked for several prominent Republican candidates, Brown probably is best known for the infamous “Willie Horton” ad that sank Democratic nominee Michael Dukakis’ 1988 presidential campaign. Brown also wrote a book called, “Slick Willie” Why America Cannot Trust Bill Clinton” ,” and created a 1-900 line in 1992 so callers could hear edited excerpts of telephone conversations between Clinton and Arkansas lounge singer Gennifer Flowers.
“Hillary, The Movie,” was produced by Brown’s longtime friend and Citizens United successor, David Bossie, and former Bill Clinton adviser-turned critic Dick Morris.
Brown said the ruling will help lefty movie-makers, such as Michael Moore, whose films’ distributions he said have also been restricted by federal campaign finance laws, as much as it does his group’s flick about Hillary.
“This is not the first time a case I’ve been (involved) in went to the Supreme Court,” Brown added.
In 1983, Brown’s arrest for demonstrating in front of the Soviet embassy eventually led the high court ruling in Boos v. Berry, a decision that eliminated restrictions on demonstrations outside of embassies.
“The Supreme Court was right with that decision, and they’re right with this one,” Brown said. “I’m a very strong believer in free speech.”

My question is do they have to label where the money came from? That seems to me needs to be required. Say for instance General Motors was backing a candidate I could not stand like Obama, could a boycott be launched against General Motors? I saw an article already that the business were tired of being bugged for money. I’m sure with all the PO’D Dems and Reps that their donations to the party are way down.

I don’t know who’s after Orly, but DOJ may be a good bet because she takes a licking and keeps on ticking (sorry, had to borrow that phrase!) and they know it. It’s amazing to me how she suffers a defeat then almost instantaneously, is back with another suit or appeal. I really don’t know how she keeps on going, whether you agree with her tactics, or not. One thing’s for sure-she’s gotten this issue out there. In spades.

I think that there is two possible ways to bring the USURPER down. One is to somehow obtain a copy of his CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH,(if one exists at all) or for him to be exposed in such a way as to excoriate everything surrounding him. I believe that Beck is trying to accomplish the latter, layer by layer.Reasoning being that if enough people see what the usurper is really up to for a long enough period of time then it becomes possible that they will become convinced that he is trying to harm them, instead of helping them, after which he would be likely to lose any election. I have also read that since there is no statute of limitations regarding Federal crimes, he could be prosecuted even after he is out of office. Perhaps I am wrong on this point. I read this many years ago.

I agree with you on Beck, it’s frustrating as hell, yet he can only do so much. Give him credit where it’s due, he has enlightened quite a few little by little. We don’t want him to have an “unfortunate accident” after all. We have a tendency to put too much faith in media personalities. Marilyn Barnewall makes a good point in as far as the aftermath when and how it is revealed, what’s the saying; be careful what you wish for?

Several of my supporters have recommended that I run for an office of the Secretary of State of Ca or Attorney General. As a secretary of State or attorney general I will have standing to try in court issues that were tabu to all of us as individuals. Here is a situation:
1. we don’t need 50 secretaries of state or 50 Attorney Generals suing Obama. If only one sues and gets discovery, we are done
2. in CA the democrat running for this office is an incumbent Deborah Bowen, who was worthless, didn’t check Obama’s records, and whom I sued on behalf of ambassador Keyes in Keyes et al v Bowen et al and on behalf of vice presidential candidate Gail Lightfoot in Lightfoot v Bowen. I reached the Supreme Court. Chief Justice John Roberts decided to hear the case in the conference of all 9 justices on January 23, 2009. On January 21st, right after the inauguration somebody erased the case from the docket. they re-entered it on the 22nd and during the conference on the 23rd decided not to proceed with oral argument. Later, when I talked to Justice Scalia, he didn’t remember anything about the case.
3. Republican running for office is Damon Dunn, who admitted to never even vote until last year. He was a football player and later he was in real estate. The only reason he was endorsed so far, is because he is an African American, and Republicans want to have an African American to show diversity. He admits to having no knowledge or experience with law, elections or election law
4. In terms of the office of the Attorney General, incumbent Jerry Brown is not running. From both parties we have state legislators, who termed out and are looking for a new seat to warm. Considering billions of dollars of debt in CA, all of the state legislators are lousy.
5. I will need to raise 3-4 thousand dollars to start with, probably I will need about 100,000 from start to finish
6. I will need to set a separate account, I will need a campaign manager, volunteers.

Hayworth tells Arizona GOP he’ll take on McCain

Former U.S. Rep. J.D. Hayworth has told fellow Arizona Republicans that he will run against the state’s senior senator, John McCain.
Hayworth has spent the past month hinting about a possible candidacy, but he’s now made it clear that he will indeed take on the former Republican nominee for president. He has yet to file the paperwork.
“Soon, I will announce formally my candidacy for the United States Senate,” he said at the annual Arizona Republican Party meeting on Jan. 23.
The day before, he announced he was leaving Clear Channel’s KFYI, where he had hosted a talk show for several years.
When he took the stage, he was greeted with chants of “J.D.! J.D.!” from a segment of the party’s grassroots volunteers.
McCain addressed the crowd earlier in the day and was greeted with a standing ovation, although a smattering of boos could be heard.
Hayworth is supported by Republicans who disagree with McCain’s moderate views on illegal immigration and other issues. They view Hayworth as the more conservative candidate.
Battle lines between McCain and Hayworth already have formed.
Jane Lynch, a party volunteer from McCain’s Phoenix legislative district, showed up at the meeting wearing a John McCain campaign button and said she was disappointed Hayworth is entering the race.
“I think he’s hurting the state of Arizona by what he’s doing,” she said. Republicans have a tendency to bloody each other up in primary elections, even if that hurts their ultimate chances against Democrats, she said.
Plus, Hayworth is too “right wing” in his views.
“That’s not who wins the general election in Arizona,” Lynch said.
Others welcomed Hayworth’s announcement.
“I think it’s way overdue,” Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said. “He’d make a great U.S. senator.”
Hayworth frequently lauded Arpaio on his radio show for the sheriff’s willingness to enforce state and federal illegal immigration laws.
Arpaio has a history of clashing with McCain. In 2008, Arpaio endorsed GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney instead of his senator. In 2000, he backed George W. Bush over McCain. In December, Arpaio hosted a fundraiser to benefit Hayworth’s legal defense fund.
State Sen. Russell Pearce, a Mesa Republican and outspoken critic of McCain’s stance on illegal immigration, called Hayworth a “good-spirited patriot” and applauded his decision to enter the race.
McCain, Pearce said, has “strayed from the basic principles (Republicans) believe in.”
But the campaign will be about more than just illegal immigration, McCain supporters said.
“Amnesty isn’t the only issue,” said Paula Bouthillier, a Peoria Republican.
Many Arizona Republicans who hold elected office said they would avoid endorsing either candidate, for fear that taking sides could lead to problems in their 2010 campaigns.
“I don’t want McCain and Hayworth to get in the weeds in District 30, so I’m not going to get involved in their (race),” said state Rep. Frank Antenori, whose district includes part of Tucson and southeastern Arizona.
State Rep. Rick Murphy, a Glendale Republican, agreed.
“I want to let it play out a little bit. I want to see what kind of campaigns they run before I take a stance,” he said.
Two months ago, a Rasmussen poll showed McCain and Hayworth running about even. But a poll released Jan. 22 by the same firm shows McCain was leading Hayworth in public opinion 53-31. Republican Chris Simcox trailed with four percentage points. The rest of the respondents were undecided.
Rasmussen attributes the huge swing in polling results to news that Sarah Palin will campaign for McCain this year. “Bringing in Palin is significant for a candidate who has always had a troubled relationship with the Republican base,” the firm reported.
McCain has not lost an election since first being elected to Congress in 1982 and later to the Senate in 1986.

January 25, 2010 — Bypassing the news blackout on what is happening in Haiti
There is a major cover-up by corporate news media conglomerates on the situation in earthquake-ravaged Haiti. The cover-up extends from the operations at Port-au-Prince airport to the abduction of orphans by the U.S. military and the presence of menacing troops from the Dominican Republic in Haiti.
News reports out of Haiti immediately after the earthquake said that Haitian air traffic controllers abandoned the Port-au-Prince airport control tower due to severe damage. However, WMR’s sources in Haiti report that the controllers were continuing to perform their duties even with no power and substantial loss of equipment when they were ordered out of the airport complex at gunpoint by UN peacekeepers.
The airport was later taken over by the U.S. military from UN Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) forces, an act that prompted French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner to proclaim that the airport had become an “annex of Washington.” Some 13,000 U.S. troops are expected to be stationed in Haiti and they will not come under the MINUSTAH command. There is a belief by many in Haiti and the Haitian diaspora community that the U.S. troops will remain in Haiti to secure known Haitian oil reserves for U.S. oil exploration and extraction companies and that Port-au-Prince’s port, when repaired, will become a base for the newly-revived U.S. Fourth Fleet.
WMR has also learned from Haitian sources that hundreds of Haitian orphans are being transported out of Haiti on U.S. military transports. Although some orphans were in the queue awaiting final Haitian government approval to be adopted by parents abroad, WMR has been told that many of the orphans were not part of a prior adoption process and it is not even known if they have, in fact, been orphaned by the quake or by previous calamities that have struck Haiti.
It is also feared that networks of pedophiles, which have established a lucrative child sex tourist trade in the northern Dominican Republic, have crossed the border into Haiti to abduct Haitian children during the post-quake chaos.
Originally, the UN offered a contingent of 800 Dominican troops to Haiti as part of the MINUSTAH peacekeeping force. However, Haiti’s President Rene Preval rejected the offer because of memories of the 1937 Dominican army massacre of as many as 30,000 Haitians living in the border area with Haiti in an ethnic cleansing known as the Parsley Massacre.
Preval, who is reportedly an alcoholic who was drunk in the hours after the quake destroyed the Haitian presidential palace, eventually accepted a contingent of 150 Dominican troops in Haiti. Dominicans are not trusted in Haiti given the past tensions between the two countries which share the island of Hispaniola.

This story is getting absolutely no coverage here in the US, but it’s stunning to us.
UK scientists are actually admitting they make up data to promote the Church of Global Warming, because they “want to put political pressure on governments”. So, these people invent data, such as the reports on Himalayan glacier shrinkage, create a global hysteria, dupe the Nobel Prize Committee into handing out a meritless award for research that is fabricated and fatally flawed, and the US media deigns not to report any of it.
The Nobel Prize, at this juncture, has essentially become no more prestigious than something found at the bottom of a Cracker Jacks box.
And not even one of the good prizes, like the fake tattoos or a decoder ring.
The Nobel Prize is one of those crappy plastic whistles that don’t really make any noise, or some kind of supposedly educational word-find games printed so small we can barely read it.
Not worth the paper it’s printed on.
The scariest thought, to us, regarding all of this blatant deception is that if these “scientists” have just been making up data to support the Church of Global Warming, what other “scientists” have been making things up?
Are they doing this in the field of aeronautics too? Does anyone understand how 747s stay in the air, really, or are they just winging the whole fluid dynamics comprehension stuff?
Does anyone have a real handle on nuclear power — or are all the scientists working in those plants just making up data and filling in their charts and graphs like soduku puzzles?
Is your heart surgeon someone who knows what she’s doing, or is she just “hoping for the best” and “saying whatever politicians want said about your EKG”?
“Science” today is an immense joke because of the Anthropogenic Global Warming hoax.
We’ve said this repeatedly, but we’ll say it again. In third grade, back in Catholic school, our teacher told us that the Earth’s weather was controlled by the sun. She even drew a picture on the chalk board, using the expensive colored chalk she only used to illustrate important points. Sister Francis Borgia drew a sun, with a big smiley face on it, with happy waves coming off it, headed towards the Earth. Then, she drew another picture, of an island with a palm tree on it. The waves from the sun caused waves in the water, and washed over the palm tree. In more advanced lessons, this nun drew a picture of the moon, to illustrate how it controls the tides.
No matter how many boats we put into the water, running at full speed away from the shore, towing giant plastic bags scooping as much water as possible, we will never be able to stop the moon’s impact on the tides. We can make a giant mess, disturb a great deal of wildlife, and upset many wealthy people with beachfront property (please let it be the Kennedys), but we as a species will never have more impact on the tides than the moon.
Just as we, as a species, can create a giant mess with pollution, but we will never have as much impact on the climate and weather as the sun.
Those happy wavy lines headed straight at us by that big smiley sun are what controls our climate. Whether ManBearPigs like it or not. When there is high solar activity, this planet warms. When there’s low solar activity, this planet cools.
We learned this in third grade.
Sister Francis Borgia deserves a Nobel Prize, posthumously awarded in the field of astronomy, climatology, and excellence in illustrative chalk drawing.

Hopefully TREASON does not have a statute of limitation. To me it is a HIGH CRIME, and the perpetrator should be eligible for the death penalty, in time of war. Aiding and otherwise abetting the enemy was at various points in our history a death penalty offense, and rightfully should remain as such.

Good morning.
I often refer to the “kids” when talking about politics. Most of the younger people don’t know beans about our government and how it is supposed to be run. A lot of them actually believe that “seperation of church and state” is in the Constitution and that “health care” is a right listed in the Constitution. I’m still having trouble convincing people that the supreme court does NOT have a Constitutional authority to interept the Constitution. They assumed that authority in violation of the Constitution.

Since I’m originally from Chicago I was thinking along the lines of Al Capone v/s Eliot Ness.
The federal govt couldn’t get him on murder etc. so they went with the lesser crime of income tax evasion. Not what they wanted to do, but Al did end up in Federal Prison. At that time also Capone probably had paid off most of the officials in Chicago-bath tub gin big business then.

Several of my supporters have recommended that I run for an office of the Secretary of State of Ca or Attorney General. As a secretary of State or attorney general I will have standing to try in court issues that were tabu to all of us as individuals. Here is a situation:
1. we don’t need 50 secretaries of state or 50 Attorney Generals suing Obama. If only one sues and gets discovery, we are done
2. in CA the democrat running for this office is an incumbent Deborah Bowen, who was worthless, didn’t check Obama’s records, and whom I sued on behalf of ambassador Keyes in Keyes et al v Bowen et al and on behalf of vice presidential candidate Gail Lightfoot in Lightfoot v Bowen. I reached the Supreme Court. Chief Justice John Roberts decided to hear the case in the conference of all 9 justices on January 23, 2009. On January 21st, right after the inauguration somebody erased the case from the docket. they re-entered it on the 22nd and during the conference on the 23rd decided not to proceed with oral argument. Later, when I talked to Justice Scalia, he didn’t remember anything about the case.
3. Republican running for office is Damon Dunn, who admitted to never even vote until last year. He was a football player and later he was in real estate. The only reason he was endorsed so far, is because he is an African American, and Republicans want to have an African American to show diversity. He admits to having no knowledge or experience with law, elections or election law
4. In terms of the office of the Attorney General, incumbent Jerry Brown is not running. From both parties we have state legislators, who termed out and are looking for a new seat to warm. Considering billions of dollars of debt in CA, all of the state legislators are lousy.
5. I will need to raise 3-4 thousand dollars to start with, probably I will need about 100,000 from start to finish
6. I will need to set a separate account, I will need a campaign manager, volunteers.

To date,has anybody been able to even nprove that he actually changed his name legally to Obama? I spent a great deal of time researching this . I went into all county databases that are searchable over a wide geographical area, and was not able to find anything. Many counties throughout the US are still not publically accessible. So we have a certain element of negativity. It has always been my belief that everywhere a legal name change MUST be done by a Superior Court of the particular county in which the petitioner resides. I longago concluded that if Soetoro legally changed his name it had to have occurred at some point before he entered Columbia. Allegedly he was Obama at Columbia. So which came first working in Chicago as a community organiser, Columbia or Chicago. If we eliminate that question then we go back to his days in college in California. There he is alleged to have recieved foreign aid as a student and that he was registered as Soetoro. So we are left with the time, and geographical span between these entities. I personally remain doubtful that his name was ever LEGALLY changed to Obama in a COURT OF LAW. If this is the case then he is NOT legally Barrack Hussein Obama. Rather he is still legally Barry Soetoro. This would constitute Federal election fraud, and make him LEGALLY a USURPER. Remember he ran for office using the name of Obama, this is the name that all voters voted for. If he was not legally Obama then he is still Soetoro, and again has no right to occupy the Whitehouse.

re: Haiti-this goes back several administrations-Clinton, Bush-several Haitian presidents-Father Aristide now in exile Africa-it is a convoluted mess. One thing I do know is Haiti is sitting on a lot of oil reserves-they tried to force Fr. Aristide to sign them away-he refused-(I think he was trying to use it as a bargaining chip). The Haitian people are well aware of the oil reserves (out of poverty?)-their major problem-the country is ruled by .0001 of the ruling elite. Due to the earthquake you may see some “revenge killings” somewhat Hatfield and McCoys.
Who is trying to help the Haitians? -news people from all of the world, people donating from all over the world, many religious and civic organizations have been there for years.
If there are “secrets” I hope that this earthquake which tore the land asunder exposes them all.

At the time, I wondered then 1)why isn’t someone following up with this information and verifying it??and 2) if he needed a name change, wouldn’t that verify he isn’t NBC???
