What the hell is going on?
I was traveling over the holidays and flew out of the west coast a few days after the terrorist attack on Christmas Day. I heard a report of a passenger on the flight who heard a conversation between a sharp dressed “Indian” man and airport officials in the Netherlands. The “Indian” man was pleading on behalf of a young black man who apparently had no passport. Attorney Kurt Haskell, of Michigan, relates his story here.

Following up on a visit from FBI officials about an eyewitness account first described to MLive.com, Michigan attorney Kurt Haskell described the visit in comment sections across MLive on Wednesday.
Haskell and his wife, Lori, were aboard Flight 253 when Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab allegedly tried to destroy the plane. They say another man tried to help Abdulmutallab board the plane in Amsterdam.
Haskell had two detailed posts in two different stories. Here is Part One, originally posted here:

“Today is the second worst day of my life after 12-25-09. Today is the day that I realized that my own country is lying to me and all of my fellow Americans. Let me explain.
Ever since I got off of Flight 253 I have been repeating what I saw in US Customs. Specifically, 1 hour after we left the plane, bomb sniffing dogs arrived. Up to this point, all of the passengers on Flight 253 stood in a small area in an evacuated luggage claim area of an airport terminal. During this time period, all of the passengers had their carry on bags with them. When the bomb sniffing dogs arrived, 1 dog found something in a carry on bag of a 30 ish Indian man. This is not the so called “Sharp Dressed” man. I will refer to this man as “The man in orange”. The man in orange, who stood some 20ft away from me the entire time until he was taken away, was immediately taken away to be searched and interrogated in a nearby room. At this time he was not handcuffed. When he emerged from the room, he was then handcuffed and taken away. At this time an FBI agent came up to the rest of the passengers and said the following (approximate quote) “You all are being moved to another area because this area is not safe. I am sure many of you saw what just happened (Referring to the man in orange) and are smart enough to read between the lines and figure it out.” We were then marched out of the baggage claim area and into a long hallway. This entire time period and until we left customs, no person that wasn’t a law enforcement personnel or a passenger on our flight was allowed anywhere on our floor of the terminal (or possibly the entire terminal) The FBI was so concerned during this time, that we were not allowed to use the bathroom unless we went alone with an FBI agent, we were not allowed to eat or drink, or text or call anyone. I have been repeating this same story over the last 5 days. The FBI has, since we landed, insisted that only one man was arrested for the airliner attack (contradicting my account). However, several of my fellow passengers have come over the past few days, backed up my claim, and put pressure on FBI/Customs to tell the truth. Early today, I heard from two different reporters that a federal agency (FBI or Customs) was now admitting that another man has been held (and will be held indefinitely) since our flight landed for “immigration reasons.” Notice that this man was “being held” and not “arrested”, which was a cute semantic ploy by the FBI to stretch the truth and not lie.
Just a question, could that mean that the man in orange had no passport?
However, a few hours later, Customs changed its story again. This time, Mr. Ron Smith of Customs, says the man that was detained “had been taken into custody, but today tells the news the person was a passenger on a different flight.” Mr. Ron Smith, you are playing the American public for a fool. Lets take a look at how plausible this story is (After you’ve already changed it twice). For the story to be true, you have to believe, that:
1. FBI/Customs let passengers from another flight co-mingle with the passengers of flight 253 while the most important investigation in 8 years was pending. I have already stated that not one person who wasn’t a passenger or law enforcement personnal was in our area the entire time we were detained by Customs.
2. FBI/Customs while detaining the flight 253 passengers in perhaps the most important investigation since the last terrorist attack, and despite not letting any flight 253 passenger drink, eat, make a call, or use the bathroom, let those of other flights trample through the area and possibly contaminate evidence.
3. You have to believe the above (1 and 2) despite the fact that no flights during this time allowed passengers to exit off of the planes at all and were detained on the runway during at least the first hour of our detention period.
4. You have to believe that the man that stood 20 feet from me since we entered customs came from a mysterious plane that never landed, let its passengers off the plane and let this man sneak into our passenger group despite having extremely tight security at this time (i.e. no drinking even).
5. FBI/Customs was hauling mysterious passengers from other flights through the area we were being held to possibly comtaminate evidence and allow discussions with suspects on Flight 253 or to possibly allow the exchange of bombs, weapons or other devices between the mysterious passengers from other flights and those on flight 253.
Seriously Mr. Ron Smith, how stupid do you think the American public is?
Mr. Ron Smith’s third version of the story is an absolute inplausible joke. I encourage you, Mr. Ron Smith, to debate me anytime, anywhere, and anyplace in public to let the American people see who is credible and who is not.
I ask, isn’t this the more plausible story:
1. Customs/FBI realized that they screwed up and don’t want to admit that they left flight 253 passengers on a flight with a live bomb on the runway for 20 minutes.
2. Customs/FBI realized that they screwed up and don’t want to admit that they left flight 253 passengers in customs for 1 hour with a live bomb in a carry on bag.
3. Customs/FBI realize that the man in orange points to a greater involvement then the lone wolf theory that they have been promoting.
Mr. Ron Smith I encourage you to come out of your cubicle and come up with a more plausible version number 4 of your story.”
Haskell continued his comment in a different post on MLive.
“For the last five days I have been reporting my story of the so called “sharp dressed man.” For those of you who haven’t read my account, it involves a sharp dressed “Indian man” attempting to talk a ticket agent into letting a supposed “Sudanese refugee” (The terrorist) onto flight 253 without a passport. I have never had any idea how it played out except to note that the so called “Sudanese reefugee” later boarded my flight and attempted to blow it up and kill me. At no time did my story involve, or even find important whether the terrorist actually had a passport. The importance of my story was and always will be, the attempt with an accomplice (apparently succesful) of a terrorist with all sorts of prior terrorist warning signs to skirt the normal passport boarding procedures in Amsterdam. By the way, Amsterdam security did come out the other day and admit that the terrorist did not have to “Go through normal passport checking procedures”.
Amsterdam security, please define to the American public “Normal passport boarding procedures”.
You see the FBI would have the American public believe that what was important was whether the terrorist in fact had a passport.
Seriously think about this people. You have a suicide bomber who had recently been to Yemen to but a bomb, whose father had reported him as a terrorist, who supposedly was on some kind of U.S. terror watchlist, and most likely knew the U.S. was aware of these red flags. Yet, he didn’t go through “Normal passport checking procedures.” What does that mean? Maybe that he flashed a passport to some sort of sympathetic security manager in a backroom to avoid a closer look at the terrorist’s “red flags”? What is important is that the terrorist avoided using normal passport checking procedures (apparently successfully) in order to avoid a closer look into his red flags. Who cares if he had a passport. The important thing is that he didn’t want to show it and somehow avoided a closer inspection and “normal passport checking procedures.” Each passport comes with a bar code on it that can be scanned to provide a wealth of information about the individual. I would bet that the passport checking procedures for the terrorist did not include a bar code scan of his passport (which could have revealed damning information about the terrorist).
Please note that there is a very easy way to verify the veracity of my prior “sharp dressed man” account. Dutch police have admitted that they have reviewed the video of the “sharp dressed man” that I referenced. Note that it has not been released anywhere, You see, if my eye witness account is false, it could easily be proven by releasing the video. However, the proof of my eyewitness account would also be verified if I am telling the truth and I am. There is a reason we have only heard of the video and not seen it. dutch authorities, “RELEASE THE VIDEO!” This is the most important video in 8 years and may be all of two minutes long. Show the entire video and “DO NOT EDIT IT”! The American public deserves its own chance to attempt to identify the “sharp dressed man”. I have no doubt that if the video indicated that my account was wrong, that the video would have already swept over the entire world wide web.
Instead of the video, we get a statement that the video has been viewed and that the terrorist had a passport. Each of these statements made by the FBI is a self serving play on semantics and each misses the importance of my prior “sharp dressed man” account. The importance being that the man “Tried to board the plane with an accomplice and without a passort”. The other significance is that only the airport security video can verify my eyewitness account and that it is not being released.
Who has the agenda here and who doesn’t? Think about that for a minute.”

I no longer believe the media or our govenment. Spin and facade, not facts and truth. This bomber had to have been ‘escorted’ to the plane by US agents. I can not envision another way he would have been able to get on the plane without a passport or ID.
I believe that we are being ‘herded’. We as a people, must not ‘react’ to the ‘news’ but think carefully about what we hear and if it adds up. The author above asks us to do just that, and notes that he has NOTHING to gain by lying about what he experienced, and alot at risk.
The 911 truthers and the birthers have one simple common factor. The groups agree that the government and government controlled media is lying to the people. Some simple unanswered questions:
1. Where are the black boxes from the 911 flights? –Many witnesses say they were found.
2. What happened to the gold in the WTC basement (gold is made in a sun—it doesn’t evaporate in a fire)
3. What happened to the 134.5 billion in US treasury bonds siezed on the Italian border, what happened to the smugglers?

These simple documents, answers, and videos would blow the lid off whatever is being covered up, and yes I think it is all related.
I believe that it is time that the (alleged) Federal Government started telling the truth to us. Further it is also time that constructive changes within Homeland Security are undertaken. Hopefully such action will begin with JANET NAPOLITANO, (who is way over her head.) We need Kirk Lippold to head the Homeland Security. Perfectly qualified!

When nothing adds up, its time we starting looking at what we know. Our recent terrorist, now dubbed “the crotch bomber” is another dupe. He could have been working for anyone, drugged, brainwashed or simply influenced, maybe by crazy Arabs, maybe by the Mossad, maybe by the CIA. We only know the game is falling apart.
We do know a couple of things. Dad, back in Nigeria, ran the national arms industry (DICON) in partnership with Israel, in particular, the Mossad. He was in daily contact with them. They run everything in Nigeria, from arms production to counter-terrorism. Though Islamic, Muttalab was a close associate of Israel. He has been misrepresented. His “banking” is a cover. Next, what do we know about the two Al Qaeda leaders Bush had released, the ones who planned this?
According to ABC news, the Al Qaeda leaders running the insurgency in Yemen were released from Guantanamo, although two of the highest ranking known terrorist there, without trial.
Guantanamo prisoner #333, Muhamad Attik al-Harbi, and prisoner #372, Said Ali Shari, were sent to Saudi Arabia on Nov. 9, 2007, according to the Defense Department log of detainees who were released from American custody.
Both of the former Guantanamo detainees are described as military commanders and appear on a January, 2009 video along with the man described as the top leader of al Qaeda in Yemen, Abu Basir Naser al-Wahishi, formerly Osama bin Laden’s personal secretary.
With all the hoopla about trials in New York, not a word is said when top level terrorists are released to Saudi friends of the Bush family who let them go. We are now fighting these two Bush friends in Yemen. They are running a major insurgency there. We have been using Cruise missiles and our jets to attack their bases in the last weeks.
CBS NEWS LEARNS CIA HAD ADVANCE INFORMATION ON DETROIT TERRORIST
CBS News has learned that as early as August of 2009 the Central Intelligence Agency was picking up information on a person of interest dubbed “The Nigerian,” suspected of meeting with “terrorist elements” in Yemen.
Sources tell CBS News “The Nigerian” has now turned out to be Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. But that connection was not made when Abudulmutallab’s father went to the U.S. Embassy in Nigeria three months later, on November 19, 2009. It was then he expressed deep concerns to a CIA officer about his son’s ties to extremists in Yemen, a hotbed of al Qaeda activity.
THE CIA OFFICIAL STATEMENT
CIA admits broad information during the November interview, information not acted on in any responsible way but failed to understand that the terrorist they were warned of in November was the one they had been tracking since August.
“We learned of him in November, when his father came to the U.S. embassy in Nigeria and sought help in finding him. We did not have his name before then,” said Paul Gimigliano, a CIA spokesman. “Also in November, we worked with the embassy to ensure he was in the government’s terrorist database – including mention of his possible extremist connections in Yemen. We also forwarded key biographical information about him to the National Counterterrorism Center.
CIA, ISRAEL AND YEMEN
It is claimed by groups claiming to be Al Qaeda in Yemen that the Detroit attack was in retaliation to US attacks on bases in Yemen run by Al Qaeda leaders released by Bush.
The government of Yemen, as reported in the BBC , says that the Al Qaeda terrorists, led by those released by Bush, are really Israeli agents though they have organized attacks against US targets:
Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh has said the security forces have arrested a group of alleged Islamist militants linked to Israeli intelligence. Mr Saleh did not say what evidence had been found to show the group’s links with Israel, a regional enemy of Yemen. The arrests were connected with an attack on the US embassy in Sanaa last month which killed at least 18 people, official sources were quoted saying.
“A terrorist cell was arrested and will be referred to the judicial authorities for its links with the Israeli intelligence services,” Mr Saleh told a gathering at al-Mukalla University in Hadramawt province. “Details of the trial will be announced later. You will hear about what goes on in the proceedings,” he added.
The 17 September attack was the second to target the US embassy since April. Militants detonated car bombs before firing rockets at the heavily fortified building.
Mr Saleh did not identify the suspects, but official sources were quoted saying it was same cell – led by a militant called Abu al-Ghaith al-Yamani – whose arrest was announced a week after the attack.
With continual reports from Pakistan that India and Israel have been involved in terrorst attacks against US supporters there and the recent reports that the Detroit bomber was assisted by an Indian while boarding in Amsterdam and partially confirmed reports that a second bomber, an Indian, was arrested and taken from the plane in Detroit. MILive broke this story in the US which originated with Reuters:
Reuters reports Dutch military police are investigating claims that an accomplice may have helped Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab board Northwest Flight 253 in Amsterdam on Christmas day without a passport.
Kurt Haskell of Newport, Mich., took to the comments section of this Web site early Saturday to share his story: That he and his wife, Lori, saw a well-dressed man help Abdulmutallab board the flight without a passport under the guise he was a Sudanese refugee. The military police have already said Abdulmutallab did not go through passport control at Schiphol when he arrived from Lagos.
In another interview on Inside Edition, Haskell described what happened:
A passenger has come forward with disturbing new details about the plot to bring down a jet, including the astonishing claim that the accused terrorist was able to board the plane without a passport.
Kurt Haskell showed INSIDE EDITION his boarding pass for Northwest flight 253 from Amsterdam to Detroit. The lawyer, who lives outside Detroit, was returning home from an African safari when he says he saw the terror suspect, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallabm, and another man, who he thought was Indian, approach the ticket agent.
“Only the Indian man spoke,” says Haskell, “And what he said was, ‘This man needs to board the plane but he doesn’t have a passport.’ ”
“His clothes were like jeans and a t-shirt or something, he looked kind of thin, like a 16-year-old teenager, and the other man, looked like he was 50 years old, looked like he was a wealthy, Indian man. I just couldn’t figure out why they were together,” Haskell tells INSIDE EDITION.
An earlier CBS news report today stated:
CBS News has learned the State Department system designed to keep track of active U.S. visas twice failed to reveal Nigerian terror suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab had been issued an active visa allowing him multiple entries into the United States.
According to a law enforcement source, the first failure came on Nov. 19, 2009, the very same day Abdulmutallab father’s, Dr. Umaru Mutallab, a prominent banking official in Nigeria, expressed deep concern to officials at the U.S. Embassy in Abjua, Nigeria, that his 23-year-old son had fallen under the influence of “religious extremists” in Yemen.
The second failure to flag an active visa belonging to Abdulmuttalab occurred the very next day in Washington, after Mutallab’s concerns were forwarded to officials there. It was only after the Christmas Day terror attack in Detroit that U.S. officials learned that Abdulmuttalab had been issued a visa by the U.S. Embassy in London valid from June 16, 2008, through June 12, 2010. ..
Thus, in another set of coincidences, the system put in place after 9/11, meant to prevent the misuse of student visas for terrorist acts, single, Islamic engineering students tied to religious extremists being a risk factor in that area, failed totally.
Picture the November 19 interview. A poor taxi driver comes to the US embassy: “My son, he is hanging around with a rough crowd. He says he wants to blow something up!”
No, wait, that was someone else. Picture the November 19 interview. One of the richest people in the world, head of a major bank, cabinet minister, head of the national armaments industry, close associate of the US Ambassador and someone known around the world makes an appointment to come to the US embassy.
He wouldn’t have met a clerk. The US Ambassador himself would have arranged for the highest ranking officer in the embassy hold the interview. Mr. Muttalab would have been greeted by the ambassador when he came to the embassy.
MUTALLAH MEETS WITH CIA CHIEF OF STATION IN NIGERIA, NOVEMBER 19
We have confirmed that Mutallah met with the CIA chief of station in Nigeria.
Imagine this person of great power and influence, with friends at the highest levels of the CIA and Mossad. When he came to announce his son may be a terrorist, he was a loving father asking for help? He would have made this points:
– My son is a danger to himself and others, please keep him safe.
– Do not allow my son to travel to the United States under any imaginable circumstances as he is likely to be involved in acts of terrorism.
– Please assure me that you will act immediately and contact me as to what measures you have taken.
Were any of this true, this is what would have been said. Were any of what we have been told true, none of what we saw in Detroit could have happened. What we know is that something very different than this really happened. Go ahead and Google “muttalab, nigeria, bank, mossad, defense”
Let’s look at the Wayne Marsden report on the failures at the airport in Amsterdam along with direct ties between this case and the shoe bomber Richard Reid:
The Mutallab case also resembles that of another
attempted plane bombing, that of the hapless “shoe bomber” Richard
Reid.
It has also been revealed that Mutallab is the son of Alhaji Umaru Mutallab, the former chairman of First Bank of Nigeria. According to
This Day of Lagos, the elder Mutallab claims he reported the extremist views of his son to Nigerian security agencies, as well as to the U.S. embassy in Abuja, yet no attempt was made to prevent the radically-inclined Nigerian student to board the plane in Schiphol.
The attempted plane bomber was schooled at the British International School in Lome, Togo and attended college in London and moved to
Egypt and Dubai. The elder Mutallab is a frequent visitor to the United States and he is married to a Yemeni woman. …
Marsden points out the well established family ties to Yemen thru his wife. He further points out how Israel managed to bring the terrorist son of Mutallab through multiple airport security obstacles with the same ease the United States shephered a known terrorist through a visa process. What we hadn’t seen is how much this process had been tested during the “shoe bomber” episode.
For a number of years, passengers at Schiphol flying to the United States have been subjected to intense grilling by security personnel linked to an Israeli firm.
US bound passengers at Schiphol are asked a number of personal questions, including where
they have stayed either in the Netherlands or in their country of origin. Hotel receipts are routinely requested by security personnel
and the addresses of private temporary residences are recorded.
Mutallab boarded a KLM flight in Lagos for Schiphol where he transited for his onward flight to Detroit on Northwest/Delta.
Six months prior to Reid’s near shoe bombing of American Airlines flight 63 from Paris to Miami in December 2001, while memories of
9/11 were still fresh in everyone’s mind, Reid attempted to board an El Al flight from Schiphol to Tel Aviv.
Reid was taken aside by El Al security and identified as a terrorist suspect. Reid paid for a
one-way ticket with cash and would not reveal what he planned to do in Israel.
However, rather than turning Reid into Dutch security for further action, he was allowed to board the El Al flight by Israel’s Shin Bet security so his movements during his five days in Israel
could be monitored.
Six months later, Reid attempted to ignite his
shoe on the flight from Paris to Miami. Israel had not informed British, American, or any other security agency of the concerns about
Reid. Reid’s aunt, Claudette Lewis who raised Reid in south London, was quoted as saying she believed her nephew had been “brainwashed.”
Reid later said El Al failed to detect that he had explosives in his shoes on the flight to Tel Aviv, an amazing revelation considering the Israeli airline’s tight security… The links between El Al security and Mossad are extremely close with
abundant cross-pollination of senior personnel back and forth.
The security company that allowed Reid to board American Airlines 63 at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris was ICTS (International Consultants on Targeted Security) International. ICTS’s senior
management are all ex-Israeli security officials, many of whom worked for El Al security.
It was ICTS that largely developed the passenger “profiling” procedures used at Schiphol and other airports around the world
through its subsidiary, ICTS Holland Products BV.
JUST THE FACTS:
Let’s review what we know thus far:
Our terrorist traveled to Yemen to meet with terrorist there
The terrorists in Yemen had been in Guantanamo but had been ordered released by the Bush Administration though they were, perhaps the most dangerous detainees held
The government of Yemen tells us that Islamic terrorists there have been arrested who have proven ties to Israeli intelligence
Our terrorists father, though we are told is a retired “Nigerian banker” actually ran their defense industry in close cooperation with Israeli Intelligence (Mossad)
Our terrorist’s visa to the US was never with withdrawn, though he was on a “terrorist watchlist”
Our terrorist, though flying from Nigeria, entered the Netherlands without passing thru customs, something impossible to do without assistance from an intelligence agency
Our terrorist, while at the Amsterdam airport, was being assisted by a man appearing to be Indian, who claimed our Nigerian terrorist was a Sudanese refugee with no passport (no passport was used entering the EU, something technically impossible)
However, Dutch authorities, the same ones who confirmed he entered the country with no passport also confirmed he had a valid US visa, though on a terrorist watch list that is shared with Dutch authorities.
Airport security in Amsterdam is contracted to an Israeli controlled company with, not only the most sophisticated technologies, but, in fact, the company that had developed the concept of security profiling.
The parallels between this case and the Richard Reid “shoe bomber” case are much more than admitted.
WHERE THE STORY IS GOING
We keep going back to 2007. Why were these terrorists released to Saudi custody? Why did Saudi Arabia release them soon afterward? With the 2nd major terrorist front in the world being Yemen and the terrorist operation there under the control of released Bush detainees, there is reason for suspicion.
While we have all of these facts, easily verifiable, we have a much stronger case against the Bush Administration or Israel than Al Qaeda. There is no real evidence that Al Qaeda would be operating in Yemen without American or Saudi help and even, as stated by the Government of Yemen, direct material assistance from Israel.
Why would such a thing be done, something against all reason unless terrorism itself was part of a larger regional plan and a “war on terror” was only a ruse.
When Pakistan comes to us and says that Israel and India are involved in terrorism there and we ignore it, is it because it isn’t credible or because the US government has been involved, as we seem to be involved in Yemen?
WHY THE STORY HAS TO GRIND TO A STOP OR….”THE WHOLE DIRTY MESS WILL COLLAPSE”
Why are we satisfied to take one person into custody, one person who ties to so many irregularities and ask nothing else?
As with 9/11 and so many other seeminly impossible times when so many things go wrong that only great power and the cooperation of many agencies in many countries could make it possible, why do we ask nothing.
We have a major investigation in Nigeria, not only of the father and his connections to Israel but our own embassy and why they left this visa alone when the individual was a known terrorist.
How could this terrorist travel to Yemen to meet with an organization run by former detainees released by Bush and his Saudi friends, former detainees that Yemen claims are working for israel? How could he do this and be allowed to return to Nigeria, a country whose intelligence services are tied to Israel and trained by Israel. They would have known in a second.
How did this terrorist enter the Netherlands without showing a passport? Try it. You will meet lots of Dutch people who will keep you in a small room for hours, days even. It is absolutely impossible.
People are picked up in the EU while in passport control for non-payment of child support. I am being told they can’t find a terrorist?
We haven’t begun to discover how he got past security equipment and screening. It isn’t like he isn’t the highest profile potential terrorist who has entered Nigeria in decades. He is Islamic, young and traveling alone. Ask any young Islamic traveler how many times they have been searched.
Is is on a terrorist watchlist. This is like the “no fly list” on steroids. You aren’t just denied flight, you are put under immediate surveillance.
If he had shown his passport, it would have shown him entering Yemen, a known terrorist training ground. This would have stopped him also.
With the Bush administration releasing terrorist leaders and shepherding them back into their former profession, with our embassy, State Department, Homeland Security and every other organization we spent so many billions of dollars to “coordinate” all failing, is there, just perhaps, a minor sign of conspiracy?
I would call President Obama to account for failures to discover what appears to be a conspiracy of his predecessor but, as the GOP blogs that fill the internet are working overtime to obscure the facts and place the blame on Obama alone, there could be no greater proof of non-involvement.
Frankly, if the Obama administration was involved with Bush, as it seems they are, then the Bush/Cheney “disinformation” attack dogs would be leashed. They are not. Thus, Bush and Cheney should be targeted for investigation.

This story about Michelle Robinson / Obama has been around for quite awhile but for some reason more people are talking, with more candid comments on the net. People connected to the incident are now releasing more details. Blogs like mine are now putting the pieces together and it doesn’t look very good for our First Lady. The more I dig into this the more it seems that Michelle Obama may have been caught as a bag man/bag women for Mayor Daley of Chicago. She was hired by Valerie Jarrett to supposedly take over her dirty little job. This bit of information came off a CNN web site. It’s just one example of many comments on this matter. You know what they say where there’s smoke there’s usually fire and I think we have a firestorm brewing.

Perhaps there is a printed record somewhere in the Tribune’s older story archives that could be available for FREE, if you are willing to do the research. That was April… by September, investigations and broken promises were well underway – with Holder taking the heat instead of the POTUS. Either this President is a manipulated puppet figure, or the liar. But then… this is becoming a pattern with this President.
When it comes to accessible information, Obama is busy either releasing selective data, or locking it away… whichever proves to be more politically expedient for his image. As Wordsmith pointed out only yesterday, WH officials, pouring thru the Bush archives to find intel failures, is fair game if it helps the press focus anywhere other than his own admin’s failures. It will, however, be difficult to find Bush failures that lessen the blow to Obama’s national security credentials since events like the underwear bomber or the shootings at Ft. Hood simply didn’t happen post 911.
Obama’s assault on the CIA goes back even further… with a jr. Senator on record… Congressional Record most specifically… in putting the CIA on notice. In an ironic choice of date – Pearl Harbor Day – then Sen. The CIA has been dysfunctional for a long time. Through the 90’s, the Agency became more and more risk-averse, appointing DO operators who had never been field agents themselves; out of touch like career politicians, concerned more with political-correctness than with the actual business of gathering intelligence.
And during the Bush years, I think there were those in the Agency who did some harm in undermining the White House out of political differences.
Mata also is right in saying that those who go into the CIA are heroes trying to keep us safe. The first casualty in Afghanistan was Mike Spann. And of course we had the recent deaths in Afghanistan. These agents risk their lives to protect our country.
I think what the difference is between Bush and Obama in their relationship with dealing with the CIA is that Obama is fingering blame at the CIA. Contrast that with Bush’s reassurance after 9/11, that he wasn’t going to finger-point blame; that he needed the Agency to not wallow in guilt and embarrassment over intelligence failures but to get to work right away.
Pg 62 of Ronald Kessler’s The Terrorist Watch:
President Bush recognized that the failure to catch the hijackers was systemic. Instead of assigning blame, Bush began taking steps to correct the problems, making it clear that lack of cooperation between the FBI and CIA would not be tolerated and asking Congress for billions in additional funding for the CIA.
Bush took the approach that to protect America, the help of FBI agents and CIA officers was critical. They risked their lives simply going to work. Along with the Capitol and the White House, the headquarters of the CIA and FBI were the most likely terrorist targets. Yet after 9/11, the FBI and CIA came under constant criticism. Nothing they did was portrayed by the press in a positive light.
Rather than castigate the two agencies, Bush visited the FBI and the CIA to tell employees how crucial they were to winning the war on terror.
“One week after 9/11, Bush came to the CIA,” George Tenet recalls. “He said, ‘I trust you, and I need you.’ It doesn’t often happen that way in Washington, D.C. The president could have easily cut us off at the knees. Instead, he came to us and said, ‘I have enormous confidence in the men and women of this organization. I know what your work has been like.’ If you don’t think that made a difference in everything that has happened since,” Tenet said, “you don’t understand the relationship between the CIA and the president. It gave us peace of mind so we could do our jobs. Our boss was at our back. There isn’t enough money in the world to tell you what that meant.”
That’s the difference.
Bush is about leadership and getting the job taken care of. Obama is about me, me me, appearances, and protecting his legacy as the 2nd coming of MLK-JFK.

Jed Babbin (JB): We’re speaking with my good friend, Rowan Scarborough, national security correspondent for the Washington Examiner and author of, Sabotage: America’s Enemies Within the CIA. released today by Regnery. Rowan, just last week we heard Michael Chertoff say that, he’s got a “gut feeling” that we’re going to be hit by the terrorists again this summer. Why doesn’t our intelligence community have something better than a gut feeling about that?
Rowan Scarborough (RS): We are really still paying for what happened to the CIA and the whole intelligence community in the 90s. For example, the CIA structure in Indonesia, the largest Muslim country in the world, was down to a handful of officers by the end of the 90s. The CIA closed scores of bases during the 90s, all over the world, including in Hamburg, Germany — the place where the 9/11 plot really began, and where radicalized Muslims were really cropping up in Europe.
Secondly, in the 90s we did not invest in technology to eavesdrop on these people, and in Sabotage I explain that the National Security Agency has been playing catch-up to try to come up with new technologies to match e-mail and the Internet. These two things burgeoned in the 90s, and they paralleled the rise of radical Islam. But NASA’s budget was going down, the CIA’s budget was going down. We just didn’t keep up.
JB: But all of that was fixed, wasn’t it? We had the 9/11 Commission, and all these wonderful intelligence reforms — Come on, Rowan, all this stuff is fixed, everything’ everything’s wonderful, right?
RS: You cannot fix a decade of neglect in just four or five years. And, as Sabotage proves, the “improvements” made on the recommendation of the 9-11 Commission didn’t fix the problems. In some cases, they made the problems worse by adding more unproductive bureaucracy.
JB: In Sabotage you make the case that the CIA is a rogue agency, not answerable to the president. That they’re not following his policies or trying to support him in this war — What in the world is going on? Is the CIA really that bad, really that rogue?
RS: Well, about three years ago John McCain became probably the first politician who declared the CIA a ‘rogue agency.’ And it is because inside the CIA, the bureaucracy at Langley had a priority of leaking and stopping Bush administration programs, rather than following the policy directives of the White House. And we’ve seen that in countless leaks about terrorist surveillance programs, the prisons where they were trying to interrogate top-ranking al Qaeda prisoners, in station reports from Baghdad. When Porter Goss took over the CIA in 2004, really trying to reform it, what happened? He died by a million leaks. It was a cut every day, until Porter Goss by 2006 actually was forced out.
JB: The picture you paint of the CIA is that it’s pretty much like a liberal college campus. Is that an apt analogy?
RS: That’s how people in the White House look at CIA headquarters in Langley. They look at it much the same way they look at some radical professors. But this is the hand that the White House has been dealt, and they have to deal with the CIA as it is. That’s why there was a lot of griping about it behind the scenes. The puzzle is that when President Bush is given the opportunity to criticize the CIA, he never does.
JB: What’s the basic problem with the CIA? They never seem to get the word until the media tells them about it. They were surprised when the Berlin Wall was built and just as surprised when it came down. They blew it on 9-11, on Iraq, and on pretty much everything else. Is it possible for us, given our national leadership, to have the intelligence agency we need to fight the war we’re in?
RS: In some cases, they were not very good reporters. After all, that is what the clandestine service is in many ways, reporters based in a country trying to get ‘scoops’ on what happens next. But the service has been dominated by careerism, touching all the bases, instead of staying in one place for a while to develop sources and experience.

I cannot tell you where I read it, as it was many months ago, but I can tell you that it was scrubbed when I went back to check on the source. I believe she was not actually disbarred, but given the option of giving up her law license, or being disbarred.
She chose to relinquish her license.

I realize that you are simply copy and pasting the above statements, however, they are indeed highly misleading in many cases. For example, blaming the Bush Admin and Bush himself for releasing both Muhamad Attik al-Harbi and Said Ali Shari came from a long line of legal battles fought by the Bush Admin, The U.S. Pentagon, U.S. Military to prevent their releases.
However, ….wait for it….wait for it….. The Democrats and Liberal Judges and Attorneys that Fought in 2004 for Habeas Corpus for ALL Terrorists and Militants caught on Military battle grounds “Outside of the U.S.A. soil” and “Demanded” their releases if enough evidence was not sufficient in a U.S. District Court (and it wouldn’t be).

Or otherwise put “they could not be put forward for prosecution “(Thanks Liberal Democrats and voters) because the evidence against them can not be used in court,” as the U.S. Attorney’s representing these terrorists claim that the prisoners against whom suspicions of militant activity or of sympathy for militant activity are largely unjustifiable because they are derived from the torture, coercion or bribery of other prisoners, or from the torture and coercion of the prisoners themselves, and ultimately need to be “Freed”…
Now who did this? Bush? The Republican Party? I think you know the answer to that and also know What Party and What persons were involved in such. In fact, go back and watch some of Obama’s sympathy speeches during his campaign on this subject. Bush Followed the U.S. Supreme Courts decision, right or wrong, but at least he followed and respected (although despised) it. I doubt that Obama would respect a Supreme Court Decision if it went against him.

In all seriousness, if Rush Limbaugh was deliberately attacked with a frequency weapon while on Hawaiian vacation?
Consider the facts in Rush Limbaugh is frequently under physician observation, because people who are in his position have contracts worth millions of dollars and corporate sponsors and legal representatives of insurance companies require these very expensive celebrities to undergo yearly physicals to prove the investment is worth it.
For the reality, the US military has brought online numbers of new frequency weapons to induce headaches to passiveness in crowd control measures. A low setting producing neurological stunning of the body, high settings kill.
This is all in the public domain now in riot control measures.
Nicholas Tesla developed such weaponry known as Scalar or electromagnetic beams. Nikita Kruschev spoke of these weapons being developed in the Soviet Union as of the 1960 period. The same cell phones which produce brain tumors are the same type frequencies which can be made to affect the human body.
I do not like making a great deal of my life public as I do not care to have anyone believe me or not, as the debate takes up time I do not have to spare to convince people, I could care less about convincing.
I have though since the Obama benefactors started cementing power in mid 2008, had numerous computer attacks, surveillance on my personal phone conversations in conjunction with certain military bases being use to grab the signals from the air, which is quite illegal, and in the autumn of 2008 by accident in passive sensors, I noted a wiping out of digital broadcast signals for two months in my location. In layman’s terms, something was interfering with the television broadcast signals I monitor, and for two months I was personally not feeling very well.
As of one Sunday, this interference stopped and the broadcast signals from 5 stations returned to normal, and, I was quite feeling well again within a day.
This all started within weeks of the census bureau mapping my location with a GPS tag.
(As a side note, have you noticed the stories growing of people with GPS systems being sent off on wild goose chases and being lost?
Someone is jacking the GPS system in an apparent attempt to throw off the tracking and weaponry which seems to be tracking certain non Obama Americans.)
Rush Limbaugh, had a specific hotel room location. As he was not apparently having sex with someone to induce a heart stress period, the physicians all now state there is no evidence of any heart attacks or problems, it leaves the door open to the question if Barack Obama decided to assassinate Rush Limbaugh while in Hawaii?
It is a simple GPS matter of mapping the hotel room, an image sensor to track Mr. Limbaugh through the walls can be utilized from the street, ocean, air or space. A confined then static weapon would then be aimed at his chest, which can penetrate even a bunker, and the neurological stress would short circuit his healthy heart, so no effects would be present except a DOA.
Mr. Limbaugh stated he felt this heart attack coming on. Heart attacks do not come on in symptoms, you either have one or you do not. This points to something generated over a period of time to build to a neuro short circuit climax.
As no virus was found, this was not a virus symptom and the hospital certainly would have found if this was something Mr. Limbaugh, smoked, ate or drank.
So the question which does indeed need to asked as Mr. Limbaugh was rushed by ambulance to the hospital in serious condition, how he suddenly got better once out of the hotel room?
The Russian FSB has been poisoning people from London to the Ukraine with Polonium and other poisons. All of this goes one against enemies of the state. Rush Limbaugh is on Obama’s enemies list, and as of late it has been quite lethal for the CIA and Soldiers to be on Mr. Obama’s lists.
I make no claims in this, but I know what I know in experience and science, and I know what this has a probability of looking like, and this right now has a 60% chance this was a electo frequency attack on Rush Limbaugh, as all the other possibilities have been discredited.
There are numerous Americans who have felt the scorn of Obama from Rod Blagojevich in legal remedy, John Edwards in being smeared, Elliot Spitzer to being outed, Lawrence Sinclair to being set up, and numerous bloggers who have had their emails tapped and other situations they do not quite comprehend as just flukes.
The technology is there to do what Rush Limbaugh experienced. It is time that Republicans in Congress started asking the DOD just what is available in Star Wars and if Mr. Limbaugh’s symptoms could be mimicked to create exactly what he suffered from.
Strange is it not when it is the globalist backed ilk making wild claims about things Americans are doing the internet is alive with accusations, but when it is someone like Rush Limbaugh suffering from what looks like a neuro electric attack, all of these protectors of the world, seem never to notice or write one story or have one program on who just tried to assassinate Rush Hudson Limbaugh.

I cannot tell you where I read it, as it was many months ago, but I can tell you that it was scrubbed when I went back to check on the source. I believe she was not actually disbarred, but given the option of giving up her law license, or being disbarred.
She chose to relinquish her license.

I’ve stated on this board more than once that we should re open Alcatraz and I’m deadly serious. In my Navy days I briefly visited GITMO. In the 50s it was a hell hole that ships which had completed their yard availability were sent to sharpen up their crew’s fighting profiency. This was usually a 14 day adventure that NOBODY looked forward to. It was called Operational Readiness Inspection, or (ORI for short).When we had a little time off and were at anchor over a weekend, we sometimes went ashore to visit the base “SLOPSHOE” to obtain a little spirits to drown our sorrows. My first visit to GITMO ashore I found myself in disbelief. It was an entity having only about 8 buildings. The prison did not exist then. It had a lot of acreage. It was one of the most desolate places that I have ever been at. It is TAILOR MADE, for a looney ARAB tank. There is absolutely no reason why it should be closed. Where the hell would a prisoner escape to? HAVANA ? HA-HA-HA that too is a hell hole. Made that way by the present all knowledgeable FIDEL. Isn’t that part of the word INFIDEL. That is what the ISLAMIC JIHADis want to kill. Good God all we need to do is turn the 90 killers loose in HAVANA and the first person they would get would probably be FIDEL. They would think that FIDEL is somehow an INFIDEL. BYE BYE FIDEL.

Yup, I told her about the cell phone thing and how this year will be the year of reckoning for the incumbents. I think that since my pal previously worked for a large animal shelter in the area, she tends to key in on who supports and who doesn’t support animal legislation. I gave her this blog addy.
Calling was mostly messages, as well-it’s a holiday weekend. Those Coakley supporters have a few screws loose, but I did get some positives, which was good. I’ve been telling people that a vote for Coakley is like a vote for Gov. Cadillac Deval Patrick (Barky’s pal), who’s screwed up this already screwed up state royally!
As you know, Lexington is where it all began, and Scott will be right next door in Concord tomorrow night. Will see if I can make it down; I have to be in court tomorrow.

oldsalt77-if I was an investigative reporter/journalist I would go on a fact finding mission to Cook County Jail. For whatever reason the guys in that jail know everything that is going on. We never knew how they stayed up to date but they do. Some would be rumors, some would be get out of jail “free” card, all the various “stuff”, but some of it is good “stuff”. You would have to glean the good from the bad but it could take a person in a direction. From the cops that used to have to go there all I know it is a bad bad place, so bad the guys could not even talk about it. I have no idea what they saw.

3/12/2009 I have had multiple experiences at the “county hotel”. Ranging from 2-35 days. More often for silly grievances such as driving without license and insurance, posession, and pubilic drinking, etc. If you’ve ever said to yourself “I wonder what it is like to be handled like a peice of meat in the stockyard?” First they cart a paddy wagon full of then to the county court house. Then you’re actually herded into large open holding pens. THen you’re marked with bright brilliant colors on your forearm and upper arm. Just like cattle! Given a ration of bologna and bread with a packet of mustard( this is the only part that really differs from a slaughter house because i heard they fatten the beef up a little bit before they cut their heads off).
For most misdemeanors you’re given either minimum or medium security. It’s a little safer in there than in maxium security, obviously. There several things you will come to understand though. #1 Street gangs really run Chicago. #2 If you’re not in a street gang you’re not going to have the best of time there. Gangs dictate where you sleep, where you eat, what you watch on the television, what you do during yard breaks, when you use the phone, etc. I am fortunate to be large enough to get past most of the gang bang knucklhead sh!t, but even the biggest guy is no match for a group of street gangs in county jail. Keep to yourself, but remember this don’t let anyone punk you. It is a sure sign of weakness and they’ll move in. They’re like dogs oonce they smell fear, they go crazy but, stand your ground and you won’t run into many problems.
Once I was in max security for awhile that sucked. It’s bad because while you’re case may not actually carry a lengthy prison stay, someone else might be looking at going away for along time, and had nothing to lose. I was lucky to have the charges dropped so I didn’t have to stay for that long. If you go here you’re probably already in deep sh!t. You should worry about a good lawyer at that point.
Bottom line is this is the worst by far, it’s even worse than state prison. The only caviat is you can smoke cigarettes in there.
Lesson learned; Keep the license clean, have insurance, drink out of sight of police, don’t start fights, or finish them.

ACEP’s president, Dr. Nick Jouriles, released a statement suggesting that the initiative comes “dangerously close to ‘patient dumping,’ a practice made illegal by the Emergency Medical Labor and Treatment Act, and reflected an effort to ‘cherry pick’ wealthy patients over poor.”
Oddly absent from most of the unflattering press coverage of UCMC’s patient-dumping scheme is any mention of the role our new First Lady played in devising the program. A laudable exception has been the Chicago Sun-Times, which reported last August that “Michelle Obama — currently on unpaid leave from her $317,000-a-year job as a vice president of the prestigious hospital — helped create the program.”
On the rare occasions when other “news” media have bothered to connect the Urban Health Initiative to its glamorous creator, they have attempted to whitewash this tawdry program. Typical of such disingenuous coverage was a story in the Washington Post, which described it as “an innovative program to steer the patients to existing neighborhood clinics.”

Linda, I’m not surprised! People (regardless of the country) didn’t buy into the hype; I don’t believe for a minute that the surplus is due to the two-shot mandate…the people just didn’t fall for it. GOOD!!!! 5 million vaccinated out of a population of 65 million tells you something.
I can tell you that MA H1N1 statistics are way down. It has passed. At some point, it may come back as seasonal flu (remember we were talking a while ago about how seasonal flus are mostly of the H1N1 strain?) but this scary swine flu was a bust, just as a different swine strain was in 1976.
Now, this article is saying that there were 198 fatalities from H1N1 in France. In a country that size with a large population, is 198 a ‘pandemic?’ Hardly. More people die from the common cold every year.
And you’ll notice that GlaxoSmithKlein, Novartis, and out old friends, Baxter, were among the manufacturers. Read that as Squalene and Thimerosal.
I would flush these shots down the hopper, where they belong! I really don’t think they’ll have many takers.

Someone in the Monroe County Court House has been feeding false information to local news reporters in Monroe County Tennessee, leaving an interested public confused about the current status of the Treason Case filed by Ret. Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III, against President Barack Hussein Obama.
Here are the real facts as they currently exist –

Fitzpatrick appeared before a four person grand jury panel on December 1, 2009, not before the full grand jury, which is why there is no mention of the case in grand jury documents at this point.
*
Fitzpatrick was only permitted to present evidence of obstruction against former grand jury foremen Gary Pettway and others. The evidence in the Treason Case against Obama has yet to be presented to the Monroe County grand jury.
*
The Monroe County grand jury ended its term shortly after Fitzpatrick’s appearance before the four person panel, leaving the cases in the hands of a newly convened grand jury for 2010.
*
Unlike the 2009 grand jury, which had a certain potential for conflicts of interest concerning charges against former foreman Pettway, the newly convened jury should be free from such conflicts and freshly aware of their oath.
*
As of today, Fitzpatrick has received no updates on the status of his cases before the Monroe County grand jury.
*
All other related public reports offered by local Monroe County news reporters are false and misleading.
So, the charge of Treason against Obama still stands as filed before the Monroe County grand jury, which has yet to schedule any hearing of evidence on the matter. The charges of obstruction against Pettway and other Monroe County officials also remain pending as of this writing.
The new 2010 Monroe County grand jury is due to convene in January and Fitzpatrick is unclear as to the intentions of the new grand jury concerning his pending charges. At present, it is assumed that the newly seated jury will take up all cases left pending from the previous jury.
But Fitzpatrick is prepared to re-file all charges with the new jury if need be.

That clause was modeled directly on the English Bill of Rights of 1689, to protect freedom of speech and debate in Parliament. The clause merely says, “They shall in all cases except treason, felony, and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either house, they shall not be questioned in any other place.” That’s not immunity for criminals.

With the U.S. Census process beginning, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) advises people to be cooperative, but cautious, so as not to become a victim of fraud or identity theft. The first phase of the 2010 U.S. Census is under way as workers have begun verifying the addresses of households across the country. Eventually, more than 140,000 U.S. Census workers will count every person in the United States and will gather information about every person living at each address including name, age, gender, race, and other relevant data.
The big question is – how do you tell the difference between a U.S. Census worker and a con artist? BBB offers the following advice:
If a U.S. Census worker knocks on your door, they will have a badge, a handheld device, a Census Bureau canvas bag, and a confidentiality notice. Ask to see their identification and their badge before answering their questions. However, you should never invite anyone you don’t know into your home.
Census workers are currently only knocking on doors to verify address information. Do not give your Social Security number, credit card or banking information to anyone, even if they claim they need it for the U.S. Census.
REMEMBER, NO MATTER WHAT THEY ASK, YOU REALLY ONLY NEED TO TELL THEM HOW MANY PEOPLE LIVE AT YOUR ADDRESS.
While the Census Bureau might ask for basic financial information, such as a salary range, YOU DON’T HAVE TO ANSWER ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT YOUR FINANCIAL SITUATION. Glenn Beck painted all “birthers” with a broad brush. Basically boiled it down to where BO was born. Said nothing about all of the other issues (dual allegiances; jbjd’s research, etc.) Not happy with that segment.
If I get through I am going to ask why he won’t have Mario Apuzzo and Charles Kerchner on his show…..they are very credible!!

It is time to stop spitting in the wind. Forget the birth certificate. It is irrelevant to Obama’s ineligibility. Due to Obama’s father foreign citizenship, Barack Obama II was born a British Citizen “at birth” just like the Framers. The Framers at the time of their birth were also British Citizens , hence their inclusion of the grandfather clause in Article 2, section 1, clause 5 of the constitution.
If Obama was born in Hawaii he was born a citizen, but due to Daddy O no matter where he was born he was born a British Citizen, and thus can never fulfill the natural born citizen requirement. If he was born in Kenya he may not even be a US citizen, this is the real outrage, and why you will never see the courts touch this one.
You don’t need to see O’s papers to know the truth. It is a distraction. The facts are laid out bare. You either see them or you do not.

One thing that Beck said was that if he were Obama, he wouldn’t show the birth certificate either. He said that Obama was playing those who want it because they are making themselves look foolish.

The hillbuzz guys they are always thinking. My thoughts were a little different. What if I being a girl I was elected first female potus? I would want to make sure that I picked the smartest, most talented people that I could find, and if I had to cross party lines I would do that. I would want no taint of corruption in my administration and I would work very hard to make sure our Constitution was obeyed, along with no perks for Madame President-I don’t need or want any of the “stuff” I have no need to embellish myself. (Don’t “Saul Alinsky” Me Either for Being a “Article II, Section 1’er”)
Dear Glenn Beck:
I have been watching and listening to you for years now, and have always enjoyed thoughtfully considering your views. You certainly give people a lot of food for thought. However, today I feel compelled to point out that you are sending mixed messages to your viewers/listeners that undermine your goals of reclaiming America and protecting the Constitution.
A week or so ago, you asked your listeners to get involved and pay attention to what the Obama Administration, politicians and groups like ACORN are attempting to do to America. You indicated that your researchers are working on big project and that you need your listeners to be your eyes and ears. You pointed out that we should not try to follow everything, given the enormity of it all; but to find something we are knowledgeable and passionate about to dig into. Suggestions were made that people might focus on the Second Amendment, Tenth Amendment, Free Speech, ACORN, eugenics, trans-nationalism, or simply just pick one of Obama’s Czars to research and follow in the news.
I certainly agree that having a substantial number of ordinary Americans paying attention to what’s going on in Congress is vital if we are to survive as a vibrant, growing, transparent and accountable society. I applaud your efforts in this regard.
However, you now appear to be deciding for your listeners which parts of the Constitution are important and which are not. Yesterday, one segment of the Glenn Beck Show dealt with the topic of how the Obama Administration and Democratic leadership are adopting tactics from Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” to villanize and demoralize ordinary American citizens asking questions of their Representatives in town hall meetings. How they are attempting to label people asking questions about Obama’s policies as the “mob”, right-wingers, racists, etc.
During that segment, you completely shocked and disappointed me. A woman asking a question about Obama’s birth certificate appeared on screen and you rolled your eyes and referred to her as that “idiot…” I had instant pain in the pit of my stomach, realizing that Saul Alinsky’s rules are now fully integrated into our society if Glenn Beck automatically denigrates a woman “trying to ask a legitimate question” because it doesn’t fit his game plan. I am not trying to offend you, but don’t you understand that such a statement from you is hypocritical, especially in a segment about ridicule?
I use the phrase that she was “trying to ask a legitimate question” because it is becoming more and more clear that you and many others in the media have succumb to the misinformation regarding this issue. In order for Mr. Obama to legitimately serve as President of the United States, he must be a “natural born citizen”. The Constitutional requirement calling for a “natural born citizen” requires a higher level of citizenship (implying a higher level of allegiance to the United States and her Constitution) to serve; as opposed to what is commonly referred to as being a basic “citizen” of the United States. (Natural Born Citizen = Citizen +Exclusive, Uncompromised Allegiance)
Many have written on this topic and it is abundantly clear that unresolved questions remain as to who can be a “natural born citizen”. Supreme Court decisions indicate that there are real differences between citizens who can “only be classified as citizens” and those citizens who can “also (additionally) be classified as natural born citizens”. (“Natural Born Citizen” is a subset of “Citizen”) These differences pertain to allegiances that arise by virtue of where the person was born and/or the allegiances that arise because of his or her parents’ foreign allegiances (multiple citizenships/application of foreign law). Therefore, Obama could have been born in Hawaii and still not be a “natural born citizen” because of the foreign allegiances of his father. (As such, “birther” is a misnomer and is used to demean.)
Reasonable people can disagree where the lines of demarcation should be drawn regarding who can be a “natural born citizen”; and they do. However, many in the media who are demonizing, vilifying, and attempting to demoralize those who say that Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution remains important are simply using obfuscation and misrepresentation to play on the emotions of the uninformed. If changes in the historic/judicial interpretation of the Constitution are to be made, specifically regarding Article II, Section 1; they must be made by the Court based upon reasoned arguments and evidence as to what the framers of the Constitution intended. How to interpret and when to enforce our Constitution’s provisions should not be based on the whims and emotions of the media and politicians.
Having watched your segment about Sun Tzu and The Art of War, I do realize that you may tactically want the focus to be on Obama’s outrageous policies. Maybe you are thinking that we should be willing to lose the “birther” battle in order to win the bigger war to restore America. I respectfully disagree with your strategy. It is equally important that the Constitution not be trampled upon to serve “an end justifies the means” argument. Notwithstanding my objection, if you do wish to continue neglecting the Article II, Section 1 issue, can’t you refrain from pulling a “Saul Alinsky” against those of us who see this as an important matter? Calling people derogatory names is not really necessary for your purposes and can only cost you viewers/listeners.
A couple of days ago, you halfway asked a question on your show:
Answer – Absolutely, we will take him out of office. It’s not okay to sweep violations of the Constitution of the United States under the rug. It’s not mean spirited, racist, unfair, or as dangerous as you make it out to be to do what’s right. It’s more dangerous to ignore the issue and let Obama continue trying to transform America into a socialist nation of oppressed sheep.
“…not on the fringes…”This is not a fringe issue. Glenn, how can a Constitutional issue about a person’s eligibility to serve as President be a fringe issue? It is a legitimate issue of Obama’s own making by his Nixonest guarding of records normally presented for public review, coupled with direct and circumstantial evidence pointing towards ineligibility that demands judicial review. In a court of law, the “facts” as revealed by complete and proper “discovery” should be carefully scrutinized to establish (and/or affirm) the authority of person sitting in the Oval Office and commanding our military. This is a foundational issue regarding the foundation of Obama’s power. It is being characterized as a fringe issue because it also threatens the media’s credibility and they want it crushed.
This whole thing reminds me of the line in A Few Good Men, “You can’t handle the truth”. Only this time, the statement is being directed to the American people. I’m sure the American people can handle the truth. That’s all they ever ask for and rarely receive. What makes Americans angry is when politicians and the media decide for them what they can and can’t handle.

Factcheck lied about Obama’s citizenship: Obama to this day is a British Commonwealth Citizen, and could still have others. Even a naturalized citizen, who by measure one would think has less loyalty, takes an oath to abjure all other allegiances. You’d think as a minor gesture he’d do the same thing here.

Glenn Beck should ask his friend Judge Napolitano who is a Constitutional expert, what natural born citizen means and just how Obama violates that standing. I refuse to believe Beck doesn’t know or understand the eleigibility issue in full. He’s been given the informaation numerous times and he has a staff that must have researched it. Why he won’t recognize the validity of the whole issue is a mystery only he can reveal. Either he has been warned to back off or he really isn’t what we all thought, which is a true patriot fighting for our country’s survival. Sure is funny how yesterday FOX ran several segments pushing stuff like ‘this is the hospital where Obama was born’ and ‘ his home town of HI’ and basically rubbing it in our faces; and now Beck spends an entire show ramming it down our throats.
I’m beginning to believe that FOX is just controlled opposition to make us feel like someone is on our side every once in awhile to keep the sheeple appeased.
We need a new media funded by birthers and Constitutionalists.
For every problem there is a solution. Obama and his administration enter a jet. Various terrorists who do not go through screening also allowed on the same jet. Bon voyage. This in essence is what the Obama administration is inflicting on the American flying public.

I often wonder how the MSM including FOX News would react when and if it is proved that Obama is NOT Eligible ? Will Hannity, O’Reilly, Beck, et al, say “we always knew, but, could not talk about it” ?
I, for one, have never cared for Beck. His exaggerated eye rolling and other mannerisms remind me of Olberman. If Beck has content it is dismissive with his body language.
Beck is often “off the reservation” and I predict he will not last in Journalism.
I am still listening now and he has used “PISSED OFF” several times already. I thought he was a true Christian.

Obama admits he was a British Citizen at birth. As such, Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States and neither were the Framers of the constitution, hence the grandfather clause in article 2,section 1, clause 5 of the US Constitution.
After 18 months of research, my conclusion is Obama may not even be a US citizen. If his Hawaiian birth is false, and he was born in Kenya, we have a problem. This is the cover-up. We already know he doesn’t qualify as NBC.

On Beck’s radio show, they just made an odd comment about Catherine Zeta-Jones and how she wasn’t born in the U.S. And they wondered if she was a dual citizen. That comment didn’t seem to be related to anything. Could it be related to the birther issue that they were talking about earlier?

It looks like Beck is trying to get the “birthers” out of the movement, he thinks birthers distract that which he can prove. Birthers draw heat to the cause, are easy to ridicule, and make the cause look foolish. Only one sign at any event changes the conversation. I will paraphrase, if the Clintons can’t prove it then let it go, it is a lost cause. He only wants to fight what he considers provable. He is saying this fight will not be won. Move on. We are running out of time. Choose your battles. A perfect storm is coming, the economy will collapse, an event is coming that will change America overnight.
Does he have a point? We have been trying to get the facts out for two years with very little accomplished. The Supreme Court had the chance to uphold the Constitution, they passed Judge Carter had a chance to uphold the Constitution, he passed. The sheep do not care enough to understand that a British Citizen can never qualify as natural born citizen of the United States.

I once facetiously said that the 2 party system comprised of the CIA and the CIA. I believe that the real parties are made up of the Elitists and the Folks. Circuit Court, that his client, BO, only publicly produced a document indicating he was born in Hawaii. He did not tell Judge Robertson, this public disclosure he referenced consisted of the posting of a document on the internest web site bought and paid for by BO; and he did not produce an ‘original’ of the document posted on BO’s web site or, any other document to which he was referring, entitled “Birth Certificate” OR “Certification of Live Birth” (COLB).
Given that BO’s own attorney, the eminent WH Counsel Bob Bauer, then also Counsel to the DNC Services Corporation, failed to identify to the federal court that BO’s on-line COLB establishes he was born in HI; for what reason do millions of people otherwise believe, this on-line document proves where BO was born?
This lack of verification as to citizenship status derives not from my ‘research’ but from a simple reading of Bob Bauer’s own words. If people were not so busy making excuses for BO, they, too, could read and comprehend the plain language of Mr. Bauer’s representations to the court, contained in that infamous footnote in Hollister in January 2009.
Which still doesn’t answer the question, on what documentary basis did Nancy Pelosi ascertain BO was Constitutionally eligible for POTUS when she swore he was, to state election officials, in August 2008?

Obama’s web site, Fight the Smears, admits he was a British Citizen at birth. A direct admission. Any birth certificate either from Kenya or Hawaii will not change the fact that Obama was a British citizen “at birth”.
Obama being subject to British jurisdiction “at birth” bars him from being eligible to be President of the United States.
Simple. No documentation necessary.

People, you cannot imagine how many classrooms are filled with books about Barack Obama (the brand that is, not the real person). One book has the sub-title, “From Kansas to Kenya.” (As far as I know, BO never lived in KS.) Part of the book described BO in church listening to the voice of God saying, ‘What’s your hurry (to change the world)?’ I cannot wait until he is ‘outed’ and the books come out outlining the fraud, which was right under our noses, all along.

It’s hypocritical, pure and simple. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard him encourage ppl to question boldly and then when they do, he calls them nuts?? Wow.
Didn’t think it would happen, but fame has gone to his head and he’s acting like a Hollywood elite. I don’t have time for it. Even if someone doesn’t believe it, discouraging others from questioning and looking into it is just not acceptable to me…very unamerican.
When I got my passport, “common sense and “isn’t it obvious” woulda gotten me laughed out of the place, and trying that while boarding a plane or entering the US woulda gotten me thrown in jail. Guess Beck considers O better than the rest of us.

I started at 9:20 this morning trying to contact Beck… busy, busy and then at 9:25, I got through to the “screener” asked him why Beck doesn’t address Obama’s illegitimacy……he said he didn’t know but would ask Beck…… almost instantaneously, I was disconnected…. Tried again around 10:00.. same thing. busy, busy and then connected to same screener with the same end results……….Beck is no more than a big “gas bag” and I quit watching his “show” several months ago…..now I feel a lot like Don Quixote and his windmills….
