We were in the Pacific Northwest over the past one and a half weeks. Part of this time we were in the Everett, WA area. You remember, where one of the regular attackers of me, this blog, Orly Taitz and others lives. This person, has made nasty, viscious remarks and threats to me for many months and comments that could be construed as death threats to me and others.
Well, this bold individual was in striking distance for several days recently. I took the addressses of where this individual supposedly works and lives and I was only a few miles away on four different days at a local coffee shop. Also, under the “fickled finger of fate” category, I was in contact with a regular commenter on this blog. Her husband is from Everett. We had an interesting set of email exchanges.
Here is the rest of the story.
If one only developed an opinion of the Everett/Seattle area people from this rabid commenter and others spewing hate and filth, one would believe that all of the people there are unstable and blind kool aid drinkers. Thank God, this is not the case. On two different mornings, two diferent groups of men at adjacent tables were talking politics. They were neither praising Obama, Harry Reid or the Health Care Bill. In fact, on the second of these two days, one of the gentlemen had come here from Canada and he gave the notion of government run health care the double thumbs down. To say the least I was relieved and pleased to find sanity there.

Having friends and relatives in Canada and being a beneficiary of the UK National Health Service myself I can understand the Canadian gentleman.
The problem however lies not in “private” or “public” but in healthcare. As long as the pharmaceutical manufacturers and the medical profession are able to keep selling the myth that they can abolish death the costs in private or public systems will keep running out of control.

Of the many things that bother me re: the botched terrorist plot and the governments cavalier attitude are: I grew up around O’Hare Intl Airport, due to my job I had to deliver parts at odd times and it was a fun place to “hang” due to 24/7 open. What a interesting mix of families, soldiers, babies, business travellers etc.
The United States of America has friends and family scattered all over the nation. Did it ever occur to our government some of their family and friends might be on these flights that they are allowing “luck” to guide policy. It makes me sick to think of all the folks I saw would be at risk for one second. Our company was involved with the aircraft industry, we had to be careful lest “some nut” per our Export Manager stick a wmd in one of our boxes. From the lowest level to the highest level (seems to be the most problematic these days) you cannot be too careful. How many red flags did Abdulmatallab set off, way too many? System failure of the highest level and all the finessing in the world is not going to change that. It is entered into history as fact. Homeland Security? more like Homeland Insecurity. Janet should be removed from her job as quickly as possible for national security reasons. I would pick the new person to be someone recently retired from our military, not a political person who has seen terrorism up close and personal.

Judge Lamberth, apparently procrastination is now in full force and effect in your Court. Your Honor, the question is, how serious does a Constitutional crisis have to become before the Judiciary will act? Is the workload of the Judiciary so overwhelming that the Constitution has to wait in line to receive recognition or service?
Barack Obama has committed serious crimes against our Nation. The evidence is well documented and published. Barack Obama has admitted in public and his writings that his father was not a US citizen. Clearly, Obama can never qualify as a “natural born” citizen. The Constitution states that only a “natural born” citizen shall be eligible for the Office of the Presidency. It is so simple, a 10 year old child can grasp the truth. Yet power and corruption would seek to quash and deny the truth to the People of the United States. Does the Justice system in this country think that most citizens are so ignorant that they cannot understand a simple clause in the Constitution?
Your Honor, we would imagine these statements are not what you wanted to hear. Matter of fact, we understand that our statments probably make you angry or make you want to reprimand those that challenge your Court or authority. Well, your Honor, get in line. Many are now challenging your intentions. It is now estimated that 60% of Americans want to know the truth about Barack Obama. He has spent close to 2.0 million dollars fighting something like 15 civil lawsuits to hide the truth about his citizenship. Each time a Judge says this is a “jurisdictional” issue or a “standing” issue the People want to throw up. The day the Constitution or the People no longer have jurisdiction or standing in this Country is the day the Judiciary can no longer be trusted to defend or administrate the laws of our land.
Time is no longer a luxury the Judiciary has to waste. Before the Court is a 21-page document that charges Barack Obama with “Eligibility Fraud and Treason.” It further charges Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi with “Conspiracy of Election Fraud.” They are extremely serious criminal charges. These charges can and must be heard in a court of law. If Obama can produce a valid Birth Certificate proving that he was born in the United States, and further prove his birth mother and father were citizens of the United States, then the man’s name will be exonerated and the case closed forever. But this proof has never been offered and the people have the right to know. Obama no longer has the right to conceal the truth, not when it concerns a blatant criminal violation of the Constitution. The charges have been levied against the man. The question is, what is this Court going to do about it?
Judge Lamberth, we fight evil by exposing it. Once the truth is known, evil has no power over you or your Court. The People of this country are a lot stronger than the government would lead us to believe. The talk that our Country could never survive an election scandal is simply an excuse. The truth of the matter is this Country cannot survive an attack on the Constitution by a public criminal when the Judiciary fails to do anything about it.
American Grand Jury and its members have gone to great lengths to study the evidence and hand down our Presentments. We have served your Court with these Presentments and responded to your Orders. “Time is of the essence.” It is now time to act. Talk is cheap and words become meaningless if Judges such as yourself are in a position to act but fail to do so.
Judge Lamberth, we wish you a Happy New Year. We know the decisions before you are not easy. Nothing in life is easy. Our Country was founded on courage, conviction and action. May the Lord guide you in your decisions, may He bless you with strength and courage.

I am very concerned about the executive order on Interpol. As I said a week or so ago, did obama turn over all of his records to Interpol to prevent any court from releasing them? Did anyone keep any copies of the records that the courts could get their hands on, as if they would ever want to.

I’m a little cloudy on the specifics of when and the exact circumstances but…. I think it was in the late 70s – early 80s when a bill was passed that did something to medicare. When the very next election came around a major rout was seen. Once the new congress was installed – they REPEALED the offending law.
THAT IS WHAT WE NEED TO MAKE HAPPEN.
Anyone who remembers this event – please fill in the dates, circumstances. We need to learn from it to recreate it.

As long as the focus remains on getting hands on ‘BO’s documents,’ instead of compelling NP or other members of the D Corporation who swore to state election officials he was eligible for POTUS just to get them to print his name on the ballot; to prove they had a documentary basis for such promise (that is, unless THEY show US these documents THEY used) then, he will serve out his first term and, predictably, run for another.
Because no matter how consistently I point people in the right direction, they cannot see where this is going.
If Berg, Orly, Leo, Apuzzo, drkate, NQ, CW, etc. all focused the spotlight on those states with laws requiring candidates to be eligible to get on the ballot; and encouraging the people in THOSE states to petition their public officials to investigate election fraud then, the only way for the D Corporation to avoid criminal charges would be to produce documentary evidence they ascertained BO is a NBC BEFORE swearing he was to state election officials just to get his name printed on state ballots.
More than one year ago, I posted on my blog a sample Complaint that could survive a challenge to standing, in federal court. In that Complaint, I did not demand to see BO’s documents; rather, I wrote down what documents were in the public record and asked the court to determne, based on these, whether it could be said, BO is a NBC. Of course, the answer was, ‘No.’ This shifted the burden to BO to prove, he is a NBC. Because I said all along, it is not up to us to prove what he is not but rather, on him to prove, what he is. Turns out, neither the Electors nor the Congress compelled him to prove, who he is. But I pointed to another responsible party.
A year ago on my blog, I emphasized that, going to court is not the only to try to expose BO. I proposed at that time, people should be going after NP for fraud. But people seemed content to act only as cheerleaders for their designated heroes or heroines pursuing court cases. Now, I have written fraud complaints for citizens to submit to their A’sG. And I have offered to write citizen complaints for others, if only they would look up the law in their states.
What else can I do to get you to understand, if you really want to expose BO, going after members of the D Corporation for election fraud, is the way? And, if you fail to compel state officials to do their jobs to correct the fraud of the 2008 election, you invite further fraud in all subsequent elections?
While we’re on the subject of explosives, some may remember this incident in 2007.
I was working in downtown Boston at the time, and one of these bloody things was placed 25 feet from my building.
It all started when an observant commuter looked up at a trestle at the Sullivan Square subway stop, and saw something blinking with wires dangling. He dropped a dime, and that set the wheels in motion. That particular device was removed and detonated.
In all, 38 devices were found in Boston that day. MBTA Lt. Sal Venturelli (mentioned in the article) and I just stayed on the phone.
The city virtually shut down as more of these devices were found-it seemed like one every 10 minutes.
All turned out to be nothing but a stupid promotional campaign.
Then, the criticism of the response started. My comment was: What if these things were the real deal and began to explode all over the city? If there was no response, there would’ve been a lot of casualties and finger pointing as to why no one responded. So, which way would you rather have it?
Turner Broadcasting paid, and paid big for this ‘joke.’ After 9/11, you just can’t pull stuff like this.
For those who would criticize the response to the small electronic devices, I ask you, who would’ve thought that some Al Qaeda jackass would have 80 grams of PETN in his undies on Christmas Day on a transatlantic flight?

SueK@2:28 a point very well taken. It is always wise to err on the side of safety. What a stupid stunt especially after 9/11. Remember they didn’t know they were duds until they checked. What if it were a 50/50 thing, we will do some as fakes, we will do some real, in other words you have to check everything. Since our government is on NO alert, I think it behooves all of our citizens to be on a higher alert. Doing what they did is the equivalent of yelling F-I-R-E in a crowded theater. Due to panic more could be killed or maimed than the no fire.

SueK and all: there are many thwarted attacks that go unreported to the media because of who they get the information from or how they get the information. The trick is to know when to act. I’ll bet there are some in the intel community that don’t care for the frauds and love to see them go down in flames over idiotic non-response to something you and I would have obviously done something about. So, perhaps, the power structure isn’t being served well…at the possible cost of lives. There is so much intelligence out there that it’s a mammoth job to check everything out. Take, for instance, the smart burglar who calls in 911 emergencies in order to throw the police off his/her scent…and allow for a clean get away. It’s a big undertaking to sort the wheat from the chaff, especially when so much of it looks the same.

Nullification of HCR sought in several States
As previously reported, the Republican Senate caucus and at least ten attorneys general are preparing political, procedural, and legal challenges to the health-care reform legislation proposed by President Barack Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA-8), and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV). But freedom activists are trying to encourage State legislatures in as many States as possible to present another challenge: nullification.
The “delegated powers” are listed in Article 1, Section 8. The key power that federal authorities cite in saying that their proposed health-care reform is constitutionally authorized is clause 3, which reads:
The Congress shall have power…to regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes.
In June of this year, the Arizona Senate gave its approval to HCR 2014, a concurrent resolution to amend the State constitution to prohibit the enforcement of any law that requires individuals to purchase health-care insurance, or that forbids them to buy such insurance directly rather than through any federal exchange. That proposed amendment will appear on the ballot in November of 2010. At that time, five other States were considering similar measures.
Health-care reform nullification is only one issue that the Tenth Amendment Center is tracking. Many States are considering generic Tenth Amendment resolutions
