Obama’s pay to play contribution to cronies, diversions away from troubling issues that cloud his presidency and trying to prop up his failing legacy.
- We do not support the 2016 Chicago Olympics bid and it’s burden for the taxpayers.
- We will not support the narcissistic agenda of Obama who is already trying to save his legacy.
- We will not support ongoing pay to play Chicago politics.
- We will not support the agenda of Velerie Jarrett.
- We got rid of Van Jones, who was endorsed by Jarrett.
- It is time to get rid of Jarrett and then Obama.
I was in the process of reporting more on Valerie Jarrett and her past ties to corruption in Chicago and I will do so. For now, Michelle Malkin does an excellent job in this video of exposing the truth about Obama and Jarrett and their motives for getting the Olympics for Chicago.
I suppose if Chicagoans really want to host the olympics it is their business, although it does not appear to be the case.

While I do not know enough to say about Pawlenty specifically, what I can say is that Krauthammer, who by now everyone knows I have a great deal of respect for, is of the opinion that he is a good and strong candidate. In fact, he feels Pawlenty is the candidate of choice.

What many people do not realize is that Chicago has a very large Philippine community. Many Philippine nurses work in the veterans hospitals, I saw them at work when we visited the guys at Hines Veterans Hospital-father, god-father, uncles many visits. I would tease those ladies they are truly angels of mercy, extremely kind, sweet, patient, gentle and professional-very well trained in the Philippines. These ladies may not be educated in the formal sense– they are smart and they are street smart. They could tell the reporter things that would put a curl in their hair. I worked with these ladies in the suburbs, yes they had a real trek just to get to work-by and large they are honest, hard working folks, that get the shaft coming and going. One thing many people may not know about these ladies is they are the best cooks in the whole world-we used to have parties at Christmas and New Years and everybody brought something-their cooking is out of this world. He had a Ron Paul sticker on his truck but when I e-mailed him the link on political Islam he was not interested and replyed that he was not a neo-con and got into heavy geopolitical stuff I guess in his thinking was caused by perhaps the Jewish banker-neo-coms…I don’t know. When Orly spoke in Sioux Falls, she stated that she believed Berg was put in place by the Clinton’s to work the eligibility issue- when Hillary became SOS, Berg became a back stabber of the cause. Orly stated that she wanted to work with Berg on the millitary angle, but Berg only brought one worthless case with a retired officer (hurting more than helping.) Orly also stated that Berg has no sealed case, it is a LETTER claiming BO was ineligible to be a Senator and demanding 7% of the wages he earned in that role be paid to BERG. In fact, I would go so far as to say that Obama and his radical ideology constitute the greatest threat facing America today. His rhetoric, his actions and his policies are undermining the foundation and fabric of this great country and he has shown a total disdain for the Constitution. Virtually all aspects of our lives are under assault!
What is particularly frightening is that Obama’s Marxist agenda is being cheered on by a malevolent Congress, a corrupt Department of Justice headed by an Obama appointed puppet, and a blatantly dishonest and biased mainstream media. As a result our Constitution is being desecrated daily, our original bill of rights and our freedoms destroyed. If these elitists are not stopped soon, the consequences are unimaginable.
Realizing of course that the eligibility case currently before you must be decided on the merits within the constraints of the law, I personally, have the opinion that the election of Barack Obama constitutes the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people. It is a crime of such magnitude that it’s ever-growing impact will soon, far exceed the damage inflicted by our enemies at Pearl Harbor , or the tragedy of 9/11.
Your Honor, there is a mountain of evidence that points to the criminality of Barack Obama and the DNC and all who conspired to look the other way. It was there for all to see last year during the campaign and there is even more evidence and information available today that should give the whole country pause to question who is Barack Obama? The fact is that America does not know. Now we are at a critical stage.
The country is in political turmoil, bitterly divided and under the thumb of an increasingly defiant and oppressive regime that clearly does not have American interests and values at heart. Many Americans are distraught and fearful as to where we are headed. It is difficult for those citizens who are paying attention to be happy. Many of us are having trouble concentrating, sleeping and going about our daily lives because of all the uncertainty as to who is the man in the White House and what is our government up to.
And then of course there is the absurdity of having a “president” who promised transparency. What a joke! What we have in fact, is a man who possibly was not born in America, is likely an illegal alien, whose name is likely legally not Barack Obama, who is clearly constitutionally ineligible to be POTUS, whose real father’s identity we do not know positively, who has been a citizen of a country of Indonesia for sure, whose place of birth, i.e., hospital (if any) is unknown. Need I go on?
Well there is more. What about the fact that we have a “president” who refuses to allow us to see his certified copy of long form birth certificate, his school records, his college records, his medical records, his passport records, his college thesis, his selective service registration, his Illinois State Senate schedule, his law practice client list records, Harvard Law Review articles and University of Chicago scholarly articles and at great financial cost (presumably to him) no less! Common sense will tell any rational, objective person (regardless your political persuasion) that if you have exculpatory evidence; if you have the truth on your side, you do not hide it. This is a travesty. It is unconscionable.
And so where are we now? Well the Obama’s state-run media has continually scoffed, maligned and demeaned all those who seek the truth on this issue. They have blatantly misrepresented and lied about the facts of this issue. Case after case has been dismissed for various technicalities, jurisdictional issues, judicial misfeasance and then of course the Court’s favorite card…standing. Come on! Give us a break!
Judge Carter, every American has standing! Every single freedom loving American including the brave woman and men who serve in the military and protect our freedoms has standing! We all deserve to know who our president and commander-in-chief is! There can be no doubt! Furthermore, all Americans, including you, your wife, your children, your grandchildren, your extended family and friends…yes, all of them deserve to know by what right does this man have to tell us how to live?
So who is he? We all need to know. We all deserve to know. We must know. It is our right! If Obama won’t tell us and prove that he is qualified, then he is unfit to be the leader of our country. We must be able to trust our president and I think it’s quite apparent that this “president” cannot be trusted on any level. In fact, let’s tell it like it is. He is a liar. He lies all the time to us, the American people, those who he is supposed to represent and provide leadership. This is the ultimate disrespect!
America is suffering; American citizens are worried about their lives like never before. They are worried about the erosion of our freedoms today and the country are becoming. We are worried about what kind of country our children will inherit. And all because of the arrogance of one man who had the audacity to defraud and lie to the American people and then for good measure proceeds to impose his radical anti-American agenda enabled by a corrupt government.
Many Americans are fearful of where the country is headed and what the government has in store for them. They sense that something is incredibly wrong. They know instinctively that they do not know who Obama is and that he cannot be trusted. Millions of us are confused, distraught, unhappy, worried and scared. This is an unhealthy situation that cannot be allowed to continue. This situation must be resolved once and for all; for the peace of mind and sanity of all Americans. We deserve tranquility and we must be able to pursue happiness in our daily lives. All Americans deserve to know who this man is. Anything less is a travesty. The situation that exists now is nothing less than the tortious equivalent of severe emotional distress intentionally inflicted upon the citizens by their own government.
Every day that goes by under the Obama regime, our country is becoming less moral, less secure, less prosperous and less free! Personally, I want to pass on to my children a country that is better than the one I inherited from my parents. All Americans want that for their children. Don’t they? Sadly however, we are speeding in the wrong direction.
Fortunately, many Americans have begun to recognize the danger. Their frustration and anger toward Obama and the government has given rise to thousands of “tea-parties” and “town halls” throughout America . This public outrage culminated in the impressive march of more than 1 million freedom loving patriots on Washington D.C. on September 12. This however, is just the beginning. If this eligibility issue is not resolved soon and if our government does not defer to the will of the people and the laws of this land, you can be sure that the people will rise up and take back our country. We will not tolerate being ruled by a small elite.
This issue is not going away. It must be resolved. We the people will prevail.
In the words of John Adams: “Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness of the people; and not for profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness require it.”
Now it is up to plaintiff’s attorneys to lay out the evidence in a cogent and persuasive manner so that we can see justice served once and for all! Only then can we be confident once again that the principles upon which this country was founded and our inalienable freedoms will be preserved.
Judge Carter, I trust that on October 5, 2009, you will have both the wisdom, common sense and the courage to defer to the rule of law and do your duty to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America . Please allow this important case to move forward and be decided on the merits. WE THE PEOPLE deserve the truth. America ’s survival is at stake.

Off topic a bit, A friend at work announced this morning , her husband’s cousin died of lung failure after being hospitalized for three weeks here in Reno. She called it swine flu but I believe it was H1 N1.
He got sick, went to the hospital, they said he had the flu and sent him home, a week later he went back to the hospital and after three weeks he died. Her husband is from Mexico and I assume his cousin was from there also. Maybe they have no immunity.

Some time ago, I posted on my blog, that Orly asked me to draft my military complaint to include her Plaintiff, 77 years old! I objected, insisting she could not honestly claim, he was facing recall; and a Plaintiff not facing re-call meant, her case would get kicked for no subject matter jurisdiction. She laughed. ‘Let the Judge throw him out; he’ll be so angry, he’ll make waves all over the country.’ So, while I agree Berg’s Plaintiff was improper, so are several of Orly’s Plaintiffs, too.
Also, while I agree Berg’s case was infirm, I am grateful he brought it. At the time, I was livid. This was the case in January 2009 in which BO introduced that Motion to Dismiss in which he added the footnote, asking the judge to take judicial notice of certain ‘facts.’ Now, you can read all about this on my blog, in “RUMORS, LIES, AND UNSUBSTANTIATED ‘FACTS.'” I was petrified the judge WOULD take judicial notice and that BO would twist this notice into meaning, the judge agreed, he is a NBC. Thankfully, the judge granted the Motion to Dismiss without taking judicial notice of the ‘facts’ BO had requested. But now, I had the proof I had alluded to 2 (two) months earlier, when I first conceived and drafted the idea of a military complaint, that the strongest ‘evidence’ BO had that he was eligible for POTUS, was APFC. Because that’s what he essentially said in the footnote. Besides, if he wanted the court to take judicial notice of ‘evidence’ tending to establish, he was for real, why didn’t he ask the court to take judicial notice of the Certification of Nomination that Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, signed n HI and submitted to state elections officials, swearing he was Constitutionally eligible for the job? Because he knew, she lied.
And I would not have had that proof but for Berg and his lousy case. Now, I used that information in the complaints for election fraud to state A’sG.

I beginning to think this is the cleanest, fastest most direct approach to the Constitutional Crisis created by Obama (ineligible) and DNC (conspirators). This approach gets a lot of people off the hook-judges (fear of death, recriminations etc.) The best case scenario for the military would be a General much like George Washington, he is precedent. Founding Father, First President, and Commanding General. It could be over immediately this way, set a time for new elections to be held, government renewed Constitutionally.

4. American giants like Gore Vidal are expressing their “disappointment” with Obama. A Republican who fully endorsed him and hated Bush. Gore Vidal is forecasting Obama’s assassination and he’s been right at least once before.
5. Larry Sinclair who was incarcerated before the nomination, is now running away with book sales.
I cannot help but think that something is going awry with the so-called industrial-military-media complex (yes the media is now part of the power hungry) or at least a possible change in direction.

When a poll was posted to the popular social networking site Facebook asking if President Obama should be killed, the Secret Service launched an investigation.
Today they announced the results: Turns out a kid was behind the poll. And no criminal charges will be filed against him or his parents, according to the Associated Press, citing a Secret Service spokesman.
The poll, posted to the site over the weekend, asked, “should obama be killed?” The possible answers were “yes,” “maybe,” “if he cuts my health care” and “no.”
At least 730 people took the user-generated poll before it was removed by Facebook. Results were not available because the third-party application used to post the poll was disabled.
Facebook said at the time that the person behind the poll had been banned from using the service.
Secret Service spokesman Edwin Donovan did not identify the child who posted the poll or release his or her age. He said agents had determined that he or she was not a threat to the president.
“Case closed,” Donovan said, according to the AP. “I guess you could characterize it as a mistake.”
In an email, Barry Schnitt, Facebook Director of Policy Communications, said, “we commend the Secret Service on their quick and thorough action and have complete confidence in whatever conclusion they have reached as a result.”
This is the Constitutional problem as I see it. Obama ran for potus, WE THE PEOPLE requested in every legal way possible for documentation-lost, stolen, astray, sealed, no standing, no questions by media much etc. before during and after the election cycle.
The ball is in Obama’s court. WE THE PEOPLE will continue requesting documentation until Obama proves that he is worthy of the job of potus via eligibilty.
All WE THE PEOPLE, right, left, party affiliation etc. have the right and obligation to request this information as citizens of this country. This in no way should be construed as a threat, it is an obligation, WE THE PEOPLE fulfilled our portion, it is up to Obama to fulfill his.

I read it on CBS already, but thanks. I question it, perhaps not because it’s an outright lie, but because I think there might be an internal struggle occurring. When I look at Obama having no clue about Afghanistan, or Jimmy Carter calling out on Obama not to pressure Iran, or the fiasco with healthcare I have to believe that there are many power struggles occuring.
I thought about this our country is called The United States of America-it is not called The Democratic Party of the USA, nor The Republican Party of the USA. I think some are confusing party loyalty to the higher calling of patriotic citizen of the United States of America.
Is there not one patriot in the Democratic party? If not the whole party should be dis banned. The DNC created this disaster and their feet should be held to the fire. The Republican party at least the people are doing their part-it is up to the loyal opposition to question everything they believe is a lie, immoral, unethical, un-Constitutional etc.

My disagreement with Phil Berg is that he did not recognize that what he really had was a SIMPLE fraud case against his own political party (one that he should have filed in the Pennsylvania courts, where as a MEMBER of the Democrat Party, he would have had standing, he would have had discovery, and he would have been much further along!).
He was advised by attorneys to take another route, but decided to follow his own course of action he has, allowing others to plow new ground. That decision of his allowed Donofrio, Appuzo, and Orly Taitz to more to the fore, as history will show. So, PHIL BERG IS A GENUINE AMERICAN HERO!

Ya, even though both the Southern Sumarta and Samoa earthquakes were ‘deep focus’ quakes, with magnitudes like that you’re gonna get near-total devastation.
I think you know that I’m a Geologist by trade and constantly monitor this stuff (I get all the U.S. Geological Survey alerts) via e-mail. I find it odd that these large magnitude quakes occurred on different tectonic plates yet, were alarmingly close in magnitude and occurred within a day of each other.
Without a doubt, it’s Bush’s fault (maybe it was the yet undiscovered ‘Bush Fault’ that caused them!).
Kidding aside, prayers for the people in both regions who were affected; we’re gonna hate to see the death toll from these quakes.

Michelle: Yes, I saw that horrible South Side video. I was appalled that it was not “front-page news” at the time he was running for office. I read with disgust what Jarrett did in her real estate dealings, and it made me sick. I do not know how you survived living there for however long you did, but the pictures everyone sees of the City of Chicago are not of the slums. If NYC were in the running to host the Olympics, the same would be true. They would show pictures of the most impressive parts of the city. It pains me the corruption in Illinois has gone on unencumbered for years, and the Mafia of old has just been replaced by the Gangs and Thugs who rule today in spite of what the people want. With the complaint of election fraud to A’sG in applicable states, it doesn’t matter what happened after August 28, 2008, when the Certifications of Nomination were signed by members of the D Party. The fraud occurred when the Certifications were sent to the election officials in those states. If better evidence existed of BO’s eligibility for POTUS than what was in the public record at that time, it would have been used as the basis for such Certification. But it wasn’t. I made a great case. We just need to get more complaints filed. (If people would look up the laws in their states, I would draft additional complaints, too!)

magna carta, What you’re talking about regarding Ron Paul is a big reason why I couldn’t vote for him. I agree with him on alot–small gov’t, abortion, which is right to life issue for me, and he’s economomically sharp as a tack…but it’s the “other” issues I just couldn’t bring myself to understanding about him. One advantage of a big, media-focused convention is that so many shadowy campaign “insiders” seek the spotlight. In Denver, one of Sen. Barack Obama’s closest advisers has been making the media rounds: Valerie Jarrett. Jarrett has been part of Obama’s inner circle since his days as an Illinois state senator. She identifies herself as a Chicago businesswoman, but according to Obama campaign advisers, she is much more than that.
She is Iranian-American, for one thing, and the Obama campaign has sought to keep her ties to Iran from press views, as it has also sought to keep her political background and deep and tangled business and personal relationship to the Obama family from sight. For example, while it’s true that Jarrett is a business executive, she also has been a well-known political operative for Chicago Democrats back to her days working in the background as an adviser to late Chicago mayor Harold Washington, as well as the Daley family.
“She knows where are all the bodies have been buried in the past 30 or so years of Chicago politics and she knows all the tricks,” says one longtime Democrat political consultant in Chicago. “If Obama had a political and financial godmother, it would be Valerie.”
Jarrett, according to friends, gave Michelle Obama professional advice before she married Obama, and helped her with jobs. But more important, say Chicago Democrats who know Jarrett and Obama’s history, and why the Obama campaign has desperately sought to keep Jarrett’s role in the campaign under wraps, Jarrett may be to Obama what James McDougal was to Bill and Hillary Clinton. McDougall, a central figure in the Clinton’s Whitewater Scandal, gave the Clintons the financial wherewithal to raise their national political visibility. “Jarrett has done that for Barack and Michelle three or four times over,” says one insider, noting that Jarrett served as the CEO of a housing development company.
And Obama has returned the favor:
Jarrett is the chief executive of Habitat Co., which developed and managed large housing projects in and around Chicago — and in Obama’s state legislative district — that were subsidized by federal and state housing dollars, and which were ultimately seized by federal authorities for what were unlivable conditions. While overseeing the company that managed these housing facilities, Jarrett also worked with long-time Obama friend and convicted felon Tony Rezko in raising money for Obama’s political career.
Obama campaign advisers have sought to have Jarrett fully vetted by the campaign to prepare for opposition research from the McCain campaign, fearing that she may have deeper and longstanding ties to financial entities associated with the subprime mortgage scandal.
“That and her ties to Chicago politicians and her Iranian background, and you have a potential nightmare,” says a Democrat media consultant who worked for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton. “Say what you want about Hillary, but she didn’t have that kind of a triple threat on her team.”

Johns Hopkins also say that this disease is again on the rise in the US. It is being brought in by illegal immigrants.This disease was nearly eradicated in the US. Earth Scientists know that the planet goes through climate shifts, and has for the last 4.54 billion years; there are periods of cooling as well as warming; it will comtinue to go through these cycles as long as the Earth exists.
While we all should take care of our planet, we need to realize that the amount of CO2 we put into the atmosphere amounts to something like 0.001% of 1%; mankind is not causing the ‘greenhouse problem.’ It’s not the CO2 that’s the major cause the greenhouse effect rather, *water vapor!* That’s the most important ‘greenhouse gas.’
So, Gore’s all wet…with water vapor, not CO2.

When I read Larry’s ‘graphic’ description in his book, the first thing I thought of was Herpes II, but it may be something else, because that disease, although annoying, won’t kill you (as you know from your Shingles experience, which is in that family of viruses). I believe there is definitely something there…from what Larry described, that isn’t normal.
Yes, spinal taps aren’t pleasant-I had one in March-but sometimes, they’re the only test for specific diseases.

One of the more fascinating features of To The Point is the Users Forum, where TTPers share their insights and expertise. An excellent example is the recent (9/26) thread initiated by “Spartan” – Van Kottis – in commemoration of his 1,000th (!) TTP post.
He asks for suggestions on what TTP can do to help the TeaParty movement focus its opposition to Zeroism. I have two.
The first is to offer specific language that explicitly defines what conservatives are for (not simply against) government-wise. I.e., we stand for not simply “limited government” but constitutionally limited government.
This means we want to restore constitutional limitations on central government. It means to go on the constitutional offensive against laws Congress has no authority to pass and regulations the federal bureaucracy has no authority to enforce.
The second is to form a movement to repeal 1913.
Just between you and me (can you keep a secret?), it’s actually a movement to repeal progressivism, repeal the entire liberal-left agenda, but we need a specific target to focus upon.

You are right about water vapor in the atmosphere, and the truth about how it behaves. First consider this; At any point in time there are over 8000 jet aircraft airborn over the US. All of these are at altitudes around 35,000′ which is where they are the most efficient. This is all well, and good. Now here comes the bad news. The multiple jet engines emit approximately 20 times the residual HEAT, and about 10 times the water vapor, than the old 2 row radial piston engines did. Keep in mind that these were 18 cylinder engines when they were phased out of service along with the aircraft they propelled. Jet engines use much,much more fuel than did the old piston engine. The propeller made piston engines innefficient, at about all altitudes. Supercharging was necessary early on to achieve any where near efficient operation and horsepower at high altitude. Yet they did not put anywhere near the watervapor into the atmosphere, as the jet engines of today do. It is difficult to imagine the number of jet aircraft that are airborne at any point in time over the entire world. My personal guess is in the 20,000- 50,000, range ………all at high altitude, spewing high levels of heat, and watervapor. It doesn’t take a ROCKET scientist to figure out that EVENTUALLY all of the upper atmospheric conditions are going change,….getting warmer, and containing much higher levels of moisture. This in turn has to effect weather patterns the world over. When this watervapor descends to cooler air, it creates thunderstorm activity,and could produce violent weather. The normal absorption coming from warmer water in our oceans, and lakes are only part of the scenario. It is my belief that the heated, and heavily moistened air from high altitude is the REST OF THE STORY which our alleged government knows about, but will never make any design changes in jet engines, or refine the jet fuel to eliminate moisture because in so doing the thrust and horsepower of these engines would be seriously reduced. These engines depend upon EXPANSION of the output gasses to develop their design HP. This takes into account, both heat, and residual moisture.
All I am arguing is that unless we develop another form of mass transportation via atmosphere, or return to piston engines, and propellers, we are headed for ultimate disasters beyond imagination. I hasten to add that this is all above, and beyond the normal absorption, and precipitation levels on earth. I also add that more , and more jets are going into the air everyday, so you guess which way things are going to go.

In a conversation with a old Navy friend,the conservation got into the pidgeon, and gull problems that are always around his apartment complex. I thought I would joke with him about it, so I said why don’t you quietly put out some bird traps on the roof and catch as many of the pidgeons as possible, then give them a little training, and sell them as the ultimate communication entity. I thought it was sort of funny, but he came back at me with “Obama would soon catch on to why everybody was using pidgeons to communicate, and he would probably install anti arcraft batteries everywhere to shoot the pidgeons down as they pass overhead. I about cracked up. I told him see you will have gotten rid of the pidgeons anyway. It doesn’t matter what Soetoro thinks just so long as his dementia causes them to be shot down. At least the likelyhood of being crapped on by a pidgeon is greatly reduced in your area. That might become one of the 500,000 jobs that Soetoro says he is going to create. Paygrade $.50 per hour.

Says they are raising money from ‘gullable sad people.’ Funniest part is she really dogs the $30 charge to have your info … ‘faxed to Congress AND wait there’s more … you get a bumper sticker too’. She wants to make fun of people willing to pay $30 to have their voices heard and the PP won’t even spend the $15 to get a copy of his BC? She also refers to ‘birthers’ has “Stoned late night birthers”

Leo Donofrio Is No Longer Spokesperson For TerriK.

As we move from blog reports to litigation, TerriK and I have decided it would be best for me to conduct my own investigation. We had previously decided that I would not take the step from spokesperson to actual counsel for her. But I will no longer be spokesperson for her either.
This makes things much easier for the following reasons:
1. I will not have to file any pro hac vice motions, and I won’t have to represent anybody in court. I can simply represent myself.
2. I can start over with very specific UIPA requests and proceed with each one through the OIP process and judiciary in my own name.
Many of TerriK’s UIPA requests were overly broad and due to her hard work there were just so many of them. This made it easier for the DoH to avoid specific responses. Last week, I quietly began issuing very specific UIPA requests in my own name. I also have a team of researchers doing the same. And there has been significant progress as to some of those requests. I will report those later today.
At this point, I need to break down for you exactly what my role has been in these reports. I will explain why below. The actual composition of the reports was completely my own. Nobody had any editorial control other than myself. I claim copyright to them and have updated them to reflect my copyright. I wrote all previous reports word for word.

Jacqlyn: IMHO, each, in his/her own way, contributes to what we all would like to see come to fruition. In law, as in life, the proof is not always as “clear” and “concise” as we would like it to be. Leo needs to “zero” in on the facts precisely; no deviation is permitted. If the facts become muddled in the “broad” sense, they cannot support the premise “without a reasonable doubt” and/or “seal” the “deal.” If too much energy is expended to “cover the bases” of a submission, then his energy/effort might be wasted. I think Leo is merely trying to contain and formulate a “case” wherein the defendant is left little or no rebuttal. This does not, in any way, diminish what TerriK did; it merely clarifies it and expounds on it for maximum effect. Just MHO.
TerriK was the initiator of the findings against HI. She caught something others had not. Leo began from her foundation and appears to be refining things to his own model. It looks like a case of him thinking she can’t see the trees for the forest and she thinking he can’t see the forest for the trees. Different approaches desiring the same end.
BTW, does TerriK have anywhere or anyone as a go to spot to follow her own case and approach? Perhaps she felt that outlining things so publicly might alert the opposition and prepare them?

I love this, because it states the case as it actually is. I know they’re not trying to do us any favors, supposedly. But you’ve got to know that there are a lot of smart people out there that are reading the blogs and finding out that Obama is HIDING his paperwork, and REFUSES to release his long-form birth certificate. You’d have to be an idiot not to know something is VERY WRONG in O-ineligible land!
There are many more people on our side than we know. But the media certainly won’t reflect that!
