Congress has been investigating ACORN’s questionable voter registration activities but would NOT pass H.R. 2715 to keep ACORN from receiving stimulus money nor pass legislation to prevent ACORN from participating in the 2010 U. S. Census.
Our Constitution mandates a census be taken every ten years and compilation of all information should be CONDUCTED with UTMOST INTEGRITY. Accuracy and confidentiality should be paramount. As an Independent voter and amateur genealogist, I am appalled that ACORN may have an active role in enumerating the 2010 census!
The Census Bureau should be nonpartisan and non-political agency and ACORN’s blatant support for Barrack Obama and other Democrats in the last election demonstrates its political bias. In addition, past allegations of fraud against ACORN raise serious concerns about the organization. Go to youtube.com and type ACORN and you’ll get thousands of videos about ACORN’s fraud and corruption.
People will be reluctant to give personal information to ANYONE that they suspect may have been associated with fraudulent or criminal activities. The 2010 Obama census may be considered the most falsified and inaccurate enumeration in U. S. history. What a legacy!
The protests at the town hall meetings are the result, in part, of Congress continually protecting and funding special interest partisan groups and failing to work for the best interest of American citizens.

I saw ACORN members being bused in to a town hall meeting in Pennsylvania. They were bused in on school buses. Who authorized the use of school buses? Were they public school buses? Who paid for the buses?

I was just listening to Oevil’s pimping the health care takeover to the people at a town hall meeting in Montana. OMG!
It is clear to me this dictatorship intends to pass this bill regardless of the will or choice of the American people. Oevil isn’t there to listen to the people. He there to convince and justify why this is best for America.
It takes careful listening to his convolution of history, medical/insurance facts, and his fear techniques to separate fact from fiction. I had to get away. I couldn’t listen any more with out throwing a shoe at the TV. My blood was boiling.
The following are not exact verbatim Oevil’s words but the jest of them. He said:
Americans pay $5,000 to 6,000 dollars more per person for health care than any other modern/advanced country. We need to learn from them. . .
I say:
Cowabunga, Oevil. America is still the #1 most advanced and leading country of the world (even though it will not be so much longer is you have your way). Americans also earn way higher income than any other country in the world. America –up until Oevil–is the richest country in the world. Therefore it has the pleasure and benefits of the highest and best money can buy. That is why people from all those other advanced modern nations come to America when in need of advanced medical treatment.

That Americans criticizing the plan are using “scare tactics” to frighten Americans.
I say:
Here is what is really frightening. The items that are scaring Americans are already written by them. Americans DID NOT WRITE THIS 1000+ page PLAN. They did not invent the items they are criticizing. They are merely stating what is already written in the plan by Oevil’s stooges who wrote the plan. For those of you who doubt this–go to usapatriots-shout.blogspot.com and read the pages and edicts for your self. See precisely what they wrote.

Yes we Can! Yes we can” Yes WE Can Do Nothing. Doing Nothing is doing Something to keep government off our backs, out of bank accounts, and no control lover our lives! If America waited this long to work on improving a health system, than what is two or three more years when Oevil is no longer in office trying to force slavery down our throats.
Oevil went on to deny that people would lose their health insurance if this passes. That they would take over our bank accounts, that there would be health care rationing, and on and on and on with twisted words, lies, and hypocrasies of all kinds. I say he lies, lies, lies and lies some more—like AARP supports this garbage! I still don’t AARP and feel they will betray they clients before this is over. Oevil lies and lies and lies.
I watched the faces of the people who were listening. They seemed to be swallowing the entire explanation hook, line, and cowabunga!
Yesterday, I felt America had a 50/50 chance of killing the HC3200. After partially listening to Oevil today, I realized by what he said and the way he said it–they will–one way or another force this bill upon America. It is critical to their blue print of total dictatorship/oligarchy to do so. They won’t let a few town hall meetings with a few elderly people shouting no to this health care plan stop them. That would be foreign to the way dictatorships act.
The American people will become crime victims of the government when this nightmare of a bill passes. What Oevil wants from the American victims now is their SANCTION! He wants the American people to be co conspirators with him in their own death warrants and tyranny. He wants the American people to Bless him while he murders them. That way he can “spread the guilt.”
America this is our last battle before we lose this war. If Oevil wins on this, we are looking at the beginning of American genocide. We must continue to resist. WE must make it vitally clear to the elected officials this will be their last term in office if any one of them votes in favor of this bill. (Their political careers mean more to them than honoring their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution or saving their country). Our vote is the only ammunition we have against them Let them know what will happen if they persist in supporting Oevil in this. The greatest power we have left is to be certain these slutty politicians know that they will be trading their jobs for an evil health plan.
Finally, there has been some gloating over the idea Sarah Palin was able to influence the writers of HB3200 to remove the clause pertaining to THE “DEATH PANEL”, “end of life” or euthanasia. They were acting as if this is a victory of some sort. It is not. I repeat–IT IS NOT A WIN OF ANY KIND–regardless of what and how many clauses they delete. If this bill –no matter how much it may be watered down get passed–it is still a government health takeover. No mind f**ks. No compromise with our liberties. It isn’t our good health they care about. It is to control 20% of America’s national industry—health care and 100% of our personal lives. If they get this bill passed in any way shape or form, we are the losers.
The only win the American people can honestly celebrate is to totally KILL THE BILL. Kill the bill is our only goal.

The bill says that the government agents, “well-trained and competent staff,” would “provide parents with knowledge of age-appropriate child development in cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor domains … modeling, consulting, and coaching on parenting practices,” and “skills to interact with their child to enhance age-appropriate development.”
Why is this not being yelled from the rooftops! You want to wake people up – threaten their kids- or right to have kids!

I can’t answer that, but I can say ‘not at this time.’
Don’t mean to hedge, but it all will depend on the ‘perceived severity’ of this flu. If the H1N1 + H5N1 combo does occur (read that as ‘is created’) they will hype it until there’s mass panic. There’s no doubt that this combo will be dangerous, but what remains to be seen is how they’ll spin it. I’ve seen it all before.
Plan on the media hyping this as we get closer to fall. It should be starting any time now, with the kiddies going back to school soon. Which group has been most severely impacted thus far? The kiddies. The next generation.
As I’ve said before, martial law would suspend the Constitution and if the ‘government’ says ‘mandatory vaccines or quarantine’ it could happen.
I’m monotoring this *very* closely, as you know. Just can’t say for sure right now. The next few weeks will tell us a lot as far as what the game plan will be.

Here’s something for everyone to ponder: I have spoke of Colloidal Silver here several times.
If you’ve done research on it, you know that it kills ALL KNOWN VIRUSES including the H1N1 virus.
If this vaccine contains a virus, the Silver may very well kill that virus as well.
Therefor, I would think it may be wise to get yourselves, and your family on the Colloidal Silver and get it into your system now.
If for some reason you’re forced to take the vaccine, to keep you out of an internment camp, then you could play the game, take the vaccine, knowing that you are safe because you are on the Silver as well, which will kill any virus that the vaccine may contain.
We need to do some research on these vaccines, and find out if they do indeed contain a virus
Oh, The South, sorry we don’t have a 45, but what we have besides a BB gun (haahaa) is a rifle that was given to my husband that was his grandfather’s, which works pretty good too. I happen to have siblings who are high-level athletes, and who are VERY careful about their diet and exercise…AND are very knowledgable about vitamins, etc. While they do have some forms of minerals in their supplements, neither includes just the colloidal silver. My gut tells me, if it was something really good…they’d know about it, and use it.
I also did some on-line searches re ‘side affects’…and, I’m sad to report, there seems to be equally as much bad as good on the subject.
That only leaves me confused, and unsure.
SO: not wanting to toss out the yadda-yadda with the yadda-yadda…and thinking that there truly may be merits to what you’re suggesting…I would REALLY appreciate hearing THE REST OF THE STORY, as Paul Harvey would say.
I’m guessing (i.e. I have know formal knowledge), that the truth is somewhere in the middle…and probably, taken in moderation (whatever an true ‘expert’ might say that is) and at levels that are appropriate for an individual’s other diet ‘needs or concerns’…there could indeed be some benefit. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT for sure, from some reliable sources.
I am well aware that there are all types of good (even natural) ‘cures’ and things for ‘preventative care’ that may not have FDA approval…like things that are widely used successfully in other countries where the restrictions (and $$$) aren’t obstacles…stuff that really helps people.
All that to say: it sounds like a good idea: can someone WHO REALLY KNOWS discuss the tolerable amounts and/or the precautions to take before guzzling down a bottle or two in a panic? (maybe with a little stinky cheese?! heh.)

jbjd-Our country has got to get citizenship status for everyone straightened out. I’ll never forget one morning I went to the grocery store early and my bagger was a nice young man working to pay his way through college. He was about 18, he had the oddest look on his face, fear and confusion, I knew him so I asked him What’s wrong? He told me “this girl is stalking me”. I asked him why-she wanted to get married, he knew her approximately 2 weeks. Evidently she was here on vacation from a South American country and did not want to go back and obey her father’s rules. I said you have got to have a talk with your father and let him know what is going on. Great way to start a marriage, I wonder how many young guys get trapped by girls that are just using them for citizenship. I doubt these marriages last long.

The only side effects you will find anywhere online is the fact that it can turn your skin blue. I’ve researched this for months, and I mean literally months, and the very few people that have ever had it turn their skin blue, was because they were using salt and/or sterling silver to make their own home brew. They took the cheap way out and paid for it (but it took many years, and gallons a day for their skin to start turning blue using a dirty mixture)

Introduction
The first time I ever heard the name of Hildegard von Bingen was when I was preparing a paper about Giovan Bonomo, the discoverer of the etiology of scabies, for the 1997 History of Dermatology symposium. In the twelfth century, Hildegard had already commented about scabies. The 1998 symposium which subject was ‘Women in Dermatology’ gave me the great opportunity of researching about life in the Middle Ages and about the life and work of Hildegard von Bingen. By reading about her I learned to deeply respect her: she was one of the most fascinating and remarkable personalities of her time. I was astonished to find out how extremely creative she was, and how her creations and observations related to so many different sectors and areas of Medieval life, including Medicine, still influence modern times and are so up-to-date.
The present article is one more homage to this incredible woman, Hildegard von Bingen, in the year her nine hundred birth anniversary is being commemorated.

Yeah, it might be tough to convince your Mom this year, but if you explain to her that the H1N1 shots are not proven (and may be dangerous) that may help convince her not to get that two-shot series.
I’m researching th eseasonal shot right now. The safety of those may come down to who is manufacturing them this year. We know to stay away from Novartis and Baxter, but I’m not sure right now who’s contracting for seasonal flu.
Not to get too personal, but I’m hesitating right now because the shot is mandatory for me (‘high risk’ due to lung disease) and there’s also a 90% chance I have MS; I’m well out of the usual age range for that disease.
I am wondering exactly what was in those flu shots in years past; maybe some component contributed to the MS? We already know about the problems with the squalene additive.
The bottom line this year is that we just don’t know what may be in those shots.

I have never had a flu shot. My husband got one for the first time last year – a fluke because he just happened to be in the MD’s office at the time the shots arrived – he thought, “Sure go ahead, what could it hurt?”
Wrong.
He had such a bad reaction, he eventually had a multitude of tests resulting in a brain scan and we saw a neurologist to read the results. There was nothing wrong, but to reiterate your question,

I felt as though I should say something about my own situation so that you might persuade Mom to really think about this.
Not sure that any amount of research will answer the question because like MS, many other serious diseases are ’cause unknown.’ It’s just that I understand that the adjuvant Novartis may use called squalene is thought to cause Gulf War Syndrome and perhaps Lupus and MS. That’s what piqued my curiosity because there’s no other reason for this MS business.
So, I understand what happened to your husband and why he needed to go through all the tests. Makes you wonder, doesn’t it?

With regard to BO’s double-speak, when he says “I’m not going to pull the plug on Grandma”, what he really means is that under ObamaCare, Grandma wouldn’t be eligible for that care in the first place so there would be no plug to pull!

According to White House chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, President Obama is considering asking the Congress to repeal the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution.
The 22nd Amendment, ratified in 1951, excludes any sitting President from serving more than two terms in office. Enacted under President Truman, this law has affected many Presidents and is seen as limiting their political capital. There have been multiple pushes to repeal the amendment, but fears of consolidation of power in the executive branch have stalled efforts.
However, with the results of the 2008 elections and the ascension of massive Democratic majorities in both Congressional elections, there appears to be more of a chance of repealing the amendment.
Emanuel stated that the President’s top priority at the current moment was health care reform. However, after the August Congressional recess is complete and the plan is “passed as expected”, Emanuel stated that the President will start a public campaign to pressure Congress to overturn the 22nd Amendment.
Part of the campaign is expected to take place with interviews of the President, as well as advertisements in newspapers and on television. Websites such as the Daily Kos and MoveOn.org have reportedly already signed on to the White House plan.
According to sources in Emanuel’s office, much of the publicity campaign will attempt to isolate Republicans as standing against the President’s political agenda and the future of the United States.
“Expect this to be a big fight.” Emanuel said, “But think of it. The President just turned 48. He is one of the youngest Presidents in history and could serve for decades if the American people decide that he is still right for the job. We should never deny the people their rights to elect whom they choose.”
Congressional Republicans have yet to comment on the plan, but at least one member has expressed doubt over the plan. Senator Joseph Lieberman, the Democratic nominee for Vice President in 2000, stated that the idea of repealing the 22nd Amendment was “unacceptable.”

The reason being: I’m a firm believer in ‘not being a critic unless you’re prepared with a solution’…so I want to be armed with good, solid, verifiable information SO THAT when I exhort loved ones “DON’T TAKE THE SHOT”, I can offer something in the positive as a solution and an alternative…so that I don’t sound like someone sounding a panic alarm, rather than being a source of ‘rescue’. SO: common sense alone, without ANY study, would tend to tell you that ‘the purest form’ of anything is likely to be the best. Now Oevil’s big issue is attempting to force a government control health care onto an unwilling America. In a ealier posting, I mentioned Oevil’s health plan is UNCONSITUTIONAL. Today, WND published an article that Oevil’s health care plan is unconstitutional. the following is just a small excerpt from that article.

Because the power to regulate each citizen’s medical care is not included among enumerated powers, he said, the federal government does not have the authority to impose a single-payer system.
“You have to look to the Constitution and ask, ‘Is health care listed?'” Boldin said. “No. It’s not.”
“Is health care directly necessary and proper to carrying out any of the listed powers such as creating post offices and national defense?”
He said critics might argue that to have a good national defense, the United States must make sure that everyone is healthy.
“But that would not fall under any definition of what’s considered necessary and proper,” he said.
Furthermore, he cited the 10th Amendment, which states:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
He said that while the government has overstepped its bounds in many cases and used the federal government in violation of the 10th Amendment, that provision must not be ignored.
“No one has ever repealed the 10th Amendment,” he said. “They do it by judicial fiat, but it still exists.”
It began with Oevil’s total disregard for the fact he failed to meet our Constitution’s qualifications to be president and so far has gotten away with it. America’s cowardly judicial system rolled over for him. Then he stole and looted the banking system, the tax payer money (Stinkulus), Aig, and the automobile companies. All these are Constitutional violations. Now he is trying to ram the biggest one of all–government control health care! THIS IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

PATRIOTISM REQUIRES UNITY
In the Last year we have seen several lawyers take it to the courts to have a judicial determination that Obama is not eligible to be President of the USA.
I mention just a few of them: Berg, Taitz, Denofrio, Apuzzo.
In this same last year, the courts have stonewalled most lawsuits, and this has been obviously frustrating to all of us.
Yet, in the midst of the greatest crisim of our country’s History, divisions have risen among different groups.
But Patiosim requires unity. If Obama through constant media attacks and exploiting these lawyers foibles and mistakes suceeds getting us divided, he remains in power and can grab more power.
So I believe it is a duty of us all, whomsoever we know or are close to, to urge unity, to urge putting the past in the past, and to urge focus on the NBC issue to the exclusion of all else, and to organizing a united front against Obama on the non-existence of his eligiblity.
All the other little stories and details are distractions.
Let’s forget them, and take back the country…

Then the Dems began their machinations. I noticed an article here, an article there: seemingly unimportant, but significant. Dems were going to Cuba, Venezuela, and studying th elections. I asked myself, this cannot have motives for upholding the Constitutional Republic, because these countries DONT HAVE FAIR ELECTIONS, they have dictators, who are EXPERTS at election manipulation.
Once the DNC folk new how to throw an election and set up a dictatorship through the appearance of an election, and once they failed to oust Bush in 2004, their desperation led them to seek a candidate that would have no loyalties to the Constitution, and be psychologically disposed to grab, grab, and grab for power, and enrich his friends. Thats’ when the conspiracy started. It started immediately after Obam trounced Keyes in the IL race for US Senate, back in 2004. They knew they had their man: Kennedy knew it, from studying the demographics: if you could field a candidate that would get 90+% of the popular vote, then they could bet the Republicans in a national election, hands down. So they needed a Black and a black racist, a foreigner in mind, a power hungry monster, a conscienceless pretender…they wiped his history clean and ran him as an unknown, they forged a secret alliance with the MSM and promised the homos power in the new Empire, and for that they agreed to renounce any semblance of fairness. They got the Saudis in on it, for financing.
And that is how the Democrapic wing of the NWO folk overthrew the Republic…
Here is my take of the main problem. All of the judges, congressmen of both parties including senators and bureacrats of all stations are and have been living in happy-wappy world sucking the life blood out of this nation. They have literally sucked us dry and there is no way out. They are just trying to prolong the inevitable.
A LITTLE ALLEGORY
In the 1957 movie “A Night To Remember” about the sinking of the Titantic, there is a scene with the Captain and the ship’s builder. They decide that since the first 5 water-tight compartment have been breached, the ship was doomed and we all know what happened. Many years later after the wreck had been found there was much speculation about what could have been done. It was determined nothing could have been done except that they could have slowed down the sinking, thus giving more time for more rescue ships to arrive. This could be done by opening the remainder compartments thereby allowing the ship to sink in a more level and slower way, giving more time to rescue more survivors. I think our Government has decided that our country is like the Titantic and they are going to spend all they before we sink and like “rats on a sinking ship” they will grab all they can for themselves. I likewise, agree, 2 term limit for all politicians, state and federal leve: but at the same time you have to eliminate all non individual lobbying groups, because these corrupt the politicians who do get elected, if any honest men are elected. Oh, and if I had Obama’s health care plan I would never have gotten better! After 5 years and tons of different diagnoses, I went out of my state and found a specialist who knew about tick illnesses after my own research. There is no way Obama’s plan would have let me find my own doctor.
Oh, and those evil insurance companies??? I wrote mine and told them my situation, and they covered my medical bills even thou the specialist was from another state! I’m sure Obama’s panel would have helped me, too. haha

Somewhere, some how, some way, Oevil will not be in the WH–either by arrest or simply a one term president. God willing and the creek doesn’t rise, the next president be a Democrat, Republican or Constitutionalist will have some degree of integrity–some like with the good moral character of a Sarah Palin–if not her.
This person of high moral fiber will appoint others with tract records of honesty and decency into the cabinet and other strategic places. One step and one person at a time, investigate, charge, arrest and bring to trail the entire existing government, every judge who dismissed case against Oevil on standing, MSM, Acorn, and Seiu. Then and truly then will we have begun America’s healing and the painful process of restoring America to a Republic under the Constitution.
While we are at it. we will restore the use of God and “in God we trust” back into the language of our laws, and government. We will remind athiest they have the right to be so, but not the right to stop this Judeo-Christian nation from admitting our trust in God.
I imagine one day all Muslim training camps destroyed, all suspicious Muslims and other nefarious characters being deported, illegal aliens deported and our borders super secured.
If the public education system fails to correct the historical lies it is now teaching our children, then we will build private schools without government funding and teach history, the Constitution, economics, and more in the most scholastic and accurate way we know.
It is going to take a monumental effort to restore America to what she once was and could be. I honestly believe it will be done by people like you and me. I considers us the “thinkers of America.”

Allegations have swirled that the Administration has been keeping an “enemies list,” a rumor that began when the White House asked citizens to email them if they came in contact with “fishy” information about Health Care reform. Though the President has said this info was needed to dispel “misinformation,” and that a list was not being kept, a partial catalog of names and complaints has been leaked.
The document, which seems to in stark contrast to the President’s assurances, contains several pieces of surprising information.
The majority of the index simply contains complaints fielded by the Administration from received emails. At the top of these listings is written “Disseminator Unknown.” This label is included when the person spreading ‘misinformation’ in unknown to the citizen who reported them.
However, a moderate percent of the entries have not only people’s complaints, but also their name. If the name of the ‘disseminator’ is known, it is included with the concerns they have been voicing.
An even smaller percent of people, however, have much bigger entries. Not only does the list include these people’s names and ‘misinformation,’ but also residence, gender, race, age, political party, annual income, size of family, and, in some cases, their social security numbers.
This leak seems to discredit President Obama’s statements that no such list exists. It is also unknown what the information is used for, or why it was gathered in such detail. The document also raises questions on what information the Executive Branch should be allowed constitutionally to gather on individual citizens.
The release of this information comes at a time when support for the President’s plan seems to be wavering. Also, Town Hall meeting have recently taken place in which opponents of the President’s reforms have loudly voiced their opinions. It is unknown what effect this release will have on the bill and support for it.
The President could not be reached at the time of this release.

Whistle blowers who are trying to save money for the taxpayers should be given full autonomy, it is too easy for politicians of either party to scapegoat these people. All accounting functions of the government GAO same and I’m sure people could think of many others that need to be removed from “the politics” of which ever the wind blows on any given day. This could only work well if the people who serve are upright, honest and decent citizens. I used to work in a company that given the product was highly susceptible to bribes being offered. I used to say to my girlfriend at work, I don’t know what aggravates me more that they think I have no morals to take their stupid bribe, or that I would take a tumble so cheap. I always found a way to scare them away so that they never asked me again. None of my co-workers would take a bribe either.

I know very little about colloidal silver at this point and that’s why I put out the shout.
I think I’ll have some time this week to do a bit of research on it and also to check with some of my science-y friends to get their take on it.
When talking to you relatives/loved ones about the H1N1 shots, you can make it simple: unproven vaccine, and the major pharma companies making and distributing it have had some ‘problems’ with their additives (that would include live avian flu virus and the adjutant [squalene] I’ve been talking about).
Everyone wants whatever shots they need to get to be safe, but that just can’t be guaranteed this year.
Yes, it would be nice to be able to offer an alternative, i.e., the colloidal silver but I, for one, need the total scoop on it before I take the plunge.
I’ll certainly post any additional info that comes my way-should have more by next weekend.

I read Sinclair’s book. I was wondering for awhile if it was only an extended “Eight page bible”. If you don’t know what an ” eight page bible” is then far be it from me to destroy your innocence, by telling you. Anyway I was saddened to see that there were places in certain text wher he could easily have made his point without lurid details. I probably shouldn’t complain too loudly, (as I am sure that a few still remember the older, and somewhat cruder oldsalt77.) I found the book to be quite revealing, and I will pass it on to anyone who wants it. However it is definitely something that you DO NOT want in your children’s hands.

Sadly they want to charge $500.00 to open the door. I was able to reach an amicable compromise price. They advised me that I can move in when I am ready. They even agreed to transport me. Taxes are non existent on the property.

Many small business owners, and even some bigger ones, who cover their employees might feel they can now dump their employees on the public rolls, and believe me, many will do this. Soon, the government will have an unchallenged monopoly. Rather than forcing greater choices, the public option will eliminate choice and create a government monopoly on health care. We do not want to see this happen, and we don’t trust Obama when he says it won’t. Obama has broken so many of his campaign promises that I have lost track. For example, he said all his negotiations with big pharma and other players in the health industry would be ope, transparent, and broadcast on C-span. It’s never happened. More lies.
With this track records, Obama simply cannot be trusted.

It occurs to me that a better way to let the sponsors know how you feel about their dirty sort of behavior, is to use their COMPETITORS products instead of theirs. It is comparatively easy to get a list of the products that they manufacture. Then just boycott ALL of their products. If enough people do this they will indeed see their losses…………..every quarter. Just keep it in everyone’s face, so we don’t forget. I seriously doubt that they will cause any harm to BECK. I believe that he has enough DRAW that other potential sponsors will be clammoring for a sponsor spot. In reality all the OBOTS will accomplish is watch their OWN revenue go into free fall. Marginal companies could find themselves in bankruptcy quickly. Important! keep it public. Keep telling people about it. I have sent out lots of emails already to over 500 people who I correspond with. It won’t work too well unless you boycott ALL of the products that the companies make. We all need to obtain product lists of each manufacturer, and boycott ALL of their products. Not just one or two, but ALL.

If you read my last few articles, you know that, regardless of whether people think all birthers are crazy – and I self-identified as a birther in one of my posts – the conclusion that BO entered the Oval Office without presenting proof to the DNC that he is a NBC seems inescapable!
Everyone, do what you can to pass these articles around. Sooner or later, enough people will realize, the question of whether BO is a NBC is as simple as calling the problem, ‘election fraud.’ Because after all, the only purpose for Certifying BO was the DNC nominee for POTUS; was to satisfy state elections laws that automatically allow the nominee for POTUS from the major political party to get his name printed on the general election ballot. (Of course, in those states with laws that require the nominee to be Constitutionally eligible, Certifying he is the nominee is tantamount to swearing, he is a NBC.)

Sorry to be so verbose tonight, but I want to make sure at least we here on this blog ‘get’ what I am talking about. As I have been saying for over a year now, I am not so focused on whether BO is a NBC. I believe he is not; but he destroyed his paper trail and so, I would never be able to be able to prove this, even if I thought proving his ineligibility was my job. No; proving he is eligible, is his. Well, he can’t possibly prove his eligibility to 300,000,000-plus million people. But he only had to prove it to a few, including Nancy Pelosi, Chair of the 2008 DNC Convention. And in that role, she had to Certify he was the DNC nominee for his name to appear on the general election ballot. She said he proved to her, he was a NBC; but given the evidence laid out in my articles, I don’t believe her. And if she lied he was eligible to get state elections officials to print his name on the ballot, that’s election fraud. And the state should investigate and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. (In such a scenario, BO could be an accessory to fraud before the fact…)

Once you understand this is not an issue of BO’s Constitutional eligibility, you can file a complaint with the state AG charging NP and the DNC perpetrated election fraud. But the ‘cleanest’ way to do this is in one of those states with a law that says, the nominee from the maor political party must be eligible for the job. Because swearing he is the nominee is tantamount in those states to waranteeing, according to this state’s law, he is eligible for the job. TX is one of those states with such law. One Texan has already commenced this process; it would be great if any of you from TX jumped on the bandwagon.
If you read the comments on my blog, you will find a discussion between the Texan and me, clarifying how to proceed.
FL is not one of those states; GA is.
As for civil fraud complaints, the best situated Plaintiff in that case is a D pledged delegate, inasmuch as she is fulfilling a fiduciary duty to the voters. But pledged delegates should wait until the A’sG do their investigations, at public expense. Then, port the evidence they collect in their investigation, into court.

Subsequently she has allowed herself to become so caught up with over indulging herself in her self importance that she can no longer effectively execute the day to day functions of her office. She obviously can no longer discern reality from fantasy. She appears to be locked in a little fantasy world generated by her illness. In 1954 a movie called The Caine Mutiny came out. It was about the Commanding Officer of a destroyer who had become a paranoid,and schitzophrenic. Humphry Bogart played the part of Captain Queeg. The behavior of Captain Queeg was very much like that of MMMSSS.Pelosi. People who are put in stressful jobs are sometimes not capable of being able to handle the stress. I agree wholeheartedly regarding the “Pelosi Bomb”. I have long believed that she was at least a co cnnspirator, and therefore should be deemed as much of a perpetrator as Soetoro himself. The trick will be in finding the PROPER, and otherwise appropriate fuse with which to detonate the Perlosi bomb. Should anyone find the appropriate fuse, you can be sure that he/she will encounter total blocking actions when any attempt is made to install the fuse. I wouldn’t advise anyone to hold their breath while waiting for the fuse to appear. If he cannot be “jackassed”out of office he will have to be removed by the voters at election time. There is only one remaining possibility of him being removed by an act of Congress. If he is deemed a war criminal by another country he could find himself having to appear in the world court. If while there he is found to be a British Citizen, and NOT the President of the United he can then be prosecuted for the murders of the AlQuida, and Taliban personalities who were recently murdered by the US. The UN has made no formal death warrants or other orders for the deaths of those murdered. He would have to prove that he is the legal president of the US which he cannot do. Therefore he cannot pretend to be the president and have the power of the CIC. Further if it is ever proven that his name was never formally(LEGALLY) restored to Obama, then he is legally Barry Soetoro, and ILLEGALLY occupying the Whitehouse. Nor is he the legal POTUS. If he is still Soetoro he never received the oath of office as Barrack Obama who a lot of Americans voted for.No evidence has ever been found that conclusively shows that his alleged birthname was ever legally re instated.

This is really simple. People have contacted NP AND the DNC – check through the comments on my blog – even speaking directly to the DNC legal department. Here is the question these people have asked these D Party officials: what was the basis for your Certification that BO is Constitutionally eligible to be POTUS, which Certification you submitted to my state elections official? I even hand-delivered such request to NP in D.C. All such request have been ignored. But if you live in, say, TX, where state law says the Party candidate must be (Constitutionally) eligible; and, since no law says, any state official has to check, you decided to check on your own, but the Party ignores you; and further, given that even months after that Certification was presented to state officials, getting BO’s name on the ballot; BO told a federal court the proof he is eligible for POTUS is that FactCheck noted there’s an image of a contemporaneous birth announcement (which phantom image they stole from another blog, posted by an anonymous blogger); you would have a reasonable claim of fraud against the Party, which should be investigated by the AG.

Have you read my blog? From a practical sense, given that BO has hidden his paper trail, trying to prove he is NOT a NBC is futile. From a common sense sense, proving he is a NBC was never up to us, anyway. He had to prove this to the DNC so that they could sign the Certification of Nomination and get this piece of paper to state elections officials to print his name on the ballot. But guess what? The DNC took over that FTS web site, on which BO tells the American public – wait for it – his COLB proves he is a “native citizen.” So, effectively, the DNC is saying, BO is a “native citizen,” but not a “natural born citizen.” You really should read the blog AND the comments, which are updated daily.
