Whether it’s Orly Taitz, Phil Berg, Leo Donofrio, Mario Apuzzo or any American citizen, we deserve the protection of the US Constitution and Government officials that recognize their duty under the law. I am fed up with government officials and the MSM disregarding the US Constitution, the supreme law of the land and belittling law abiding US Citizens.

If you are from Kentucky and you would like to be a part of a common-law jury to try and indict the usurper, Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama, all you need to do is step forward and we will hold court here today, right now!””
“We set off in a flotilla of cars. When we got to the state office complex an hour later, it took less than ten minutes for us to get badges and pass through security. A man named George Wilding, the manager of Kentucky’s Public Corruption Unit, led us to a conference room. A few minutes later, we were joined by Bob Foster, Kentucky’s Commissioner of Criminal Investigations.
Then Taitz began to talk, and she did not stop for 15 solid minutes: Obama forged this and his campaign forged that and these are his false addresses and here’s something very strange that Justice Scalia told her at a book signing and here are the 500,000 signatures collected by WorldNetDaily magazine demanding an investigation…
Finally Wilding held up a hand. “Let me just stop you right there. What applies to Kentucky?”
One of the citizens starts showing him documents. “This is clearly his school record that shows that he was a citizen of Indonesia…”
“I don’t understand what that has to do with the Kentucky attorney general’s office,” Wilding repeated.
“He was on the ballot here in Kentucky,” Taitz said.
“That was a federal election. There are federal-election laws. The FBI investigates those. So I believe that your best venue and jurisdiction lies with the U.S. district court and the FBI.”
That’s when Taitz lost it. “I can see that you are hell-bent on doing absolutely nothing,” she said, eyes flaring. “You want to pass the buck.”
“No ma’am. I’m trying to follow the law.”
“I’m going to the FBI and not only reporting Obama, I’m going to report you for refusing to investigate crimes. You have a duty to investigate those crimes! Why are people paying salary for this whole office of attorney general of Kentucky?
To do nothing?”
“I think we’re finished,” Foster said.”
“But Taitz wasn’t finished. She marched her troops straight over to the secretary of state’s office and did the exact same presentation all over again. Then she headed to the FBI to do it a third time. And the whole time, she never stopped talking:”
“But like I said — and this is important to emphasize — all of Taitz’s followers seemed like very nice people. Even Taitz had her good side on the rare occasions when she stopped talking for long enough that it could come out. I saw it when she talked about her three sons, or joked about how glad her husband was to get her out of the house. But there was fear and sadness in all of the “birthers,” and a sense that things were surely coming to an end. And they were willing to believe anything bad that anybody said about Obama, no matter how or implausible or unfair.

After I read the article and discerned the attitude of the KY officials, I had had it from the jackasses. So I decided to review KY law and I quickly put up a YouTube video. The attitudes of elected officials and judges in this country increasingly sickens me.

All nomination papers filed under KRS 118.165 and 118.365 shall at all times be subject to inspection by any person.”
“118.305 Persons entitled to have name on ballot — Certification of names of candidates — Eligibility of candidates defeated in primary — Notification of vacancy in elective office.
(6) The names of candidates for President and Vice President shall be certified in lieu of certifying the names of the candidates for presidential electors.”
118.325 Nomination by parties by convention or primary election.
(2) The certificate of nomination by such a convention or primary election shall be in writing, shall contain the name of each person nominated, his residence and the office to which he is nominated, and shall designate a title for the party or principle that such convention or primary election represents, together with any simple figure or device by which its list of candidates may be designated on the voting machines. The certificate shall be signed by the presiding officer and secretary of the convention, or by the chairman and secretary of the county, city, or district committee, who shall add to their signatures their respective places of residence, and acknowledge the same before an officer duly authorized to administer oaths. A certificate of the acknowledgment shall be appended to the certificate of nomination. In the case of electors of President and Vice President of the United States the certificate of nomination shall state the names of the candidates of the party for President and Vice President.”

Immediately upon completion of this requirement, the board shall transmit a list of all the nominees selected to the Secretary of State and shall also release the list to the news media.
Effective: July 14, 1992″
118.591 Nomination of candidate by petition — Qualification of candidate through filing of notice of candidacy.
(5) In lieu of the petition requirements of subsections (1) to (4) of this section, a candidate may qualify to appear on the presidential preference primary ballot of his political party by filing with the Secretary of State, no later than the last Tuesday in January preceding a presidential preference primary, a notice of candidacy signed by the candidate and either of the following:
(b) Evidence that, by the filing deadline, the candidate’s name is qualified to appear on the presidential preference primary ballot of his political party in at least twenty (20) other states.”

(1) Any person who violates any of the provisions of KRS 118.136 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(2) If the Secretary of State violates any of the provisions of subsection (4) of KRS 118.215, he shall be guilty of a Class D felony.
(3) Any person who violates subsection (5) of KRS 118.176 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(4) If any county clerk violates any of the provisions of subsection (5) of KRS 118.305, he shall be guilty of a Class D felony.

Correct me if I am wrong, but there may be some grey area in KY law regarding presidential elections.

All during the long campaign leading to his election and inauguration, the media kept telling us what a genius Barack Obama was. He was a lecturer on the Constitution at the University of Chicago. He was in the Illinois State legislature. He had graduated from Harvard Law School and, before that, Columbia University. Curiously, throughout all that time, few of his fellow students or faculty had any recall of him.
No records from those days exist or are available. He was (and is) a cipher.
When you’re the President of the United States, however, everything you say and do is under close examination. Obama must like that part of the job because he has held five prime time press conferences in the first six months, about the same amount as his predecessor held in eight years.
Unfortunately for Obama, the number of people tuning in became less and less with each press conference. The last one blew up in his face as he made an offhand remark about the arrest of a friend of his. At a recent town hall meeting to promote his healthcare “reform” plan, he compared it to the U.S. Postal Service, thus inadvertently telling the truth for a change.
None of these suggests a finely tuned sense of political reality and, in particular, the introduction of two pieces of legislation, Cap-and-Trade and Healthcare “reform”, that just about everyone hates except some brain-dead Democrats in Congress, now seem a very bad idea and very bad timing.
What many are concluding is that Obama wants to utterly transform the United States of American into a totally socialist state similar to Great Britain and other nations that have chosen that route. What appears to be a lack of attention to political reality is actually a single-minded determination to ignore what Americans want and to use the tools of community organizing, intimidation, coercion, and, most importantly, deception to achieve his goals.
Cap-and-Trade bill will drive up the cost of electricity for everyone at precisely the time when Americans want to save money during a recession. He topped that with a push to pass a bill for universal health insurance, but everyone knows that Medicare and Medicaid are running out of money and the bill has countless unsavory elements that run counter to the American credo of a free market economy, competition, choice, and privacy.
Members of Congress who are now meeting with the constituents they prefer to ignore are discovering that a vast majority of them want nothing to do with either bill. A lot of them will find it prudent to not even be photographed with Obama.
Some “Blue Dog” Democrats are fearful for the party and, in particular, the 2010 midterm elections. The natives are restless.
I’m betting that a million of those constituents will show up in Washington on September 12 when a tax protest march is scheduled. At that point, even the mainstream media will be unable to pretend, as they did with the July 4th tea parties, that the public isn’t aroused and angry. There’s a reason Obama’s performance approval ratings are heading south in the polls. He’s displaying all the attributes of a bully or an infant who needs a diaper change. Americans of all political persuasions are uniting in their opposition.
Add to that, the resentment people are feeling as he continues to blame Bush and everyone else for the problems he keeps reminding us he “inherited.” Ronald Reagan inherited Jimmy Carter’s recession. August 13th marks the day in 1981 when he signed the largest tax cut in U.S. history. It took two years to dig out of that one. I don’t recall his ever saying an unkind word about Carter, at least in public.
Neither Obama nor the people with whom he has surrounded himself want the robust economy that made this nation a superpower. They think wealth should be “redistributed.” It IS distributed, but to those who WORKED for it, paid into the Social Security system, invested wisely, and, yes, those who inherited it from others who worked hard.
He is a demagogue. Americans are uniting to defeat his goals.

Months ago the Kentucky Secretary of State said he would ask the Kentucky Attorney General to investigate the Obama eligibility issue.
My response from the Kentucky Attorney General regarding Obama’s E;igibility:
Thank you for your email alleging that President Obama is not a natural born citizen of this country. Because the President of the United States is elected in a federal election this office has no jurisdiction to undertake an investigation of these allegations.
Therefore, we will be taking no action on this issue.
My response from the Kentucky Secretary of State referencing the Attorney General’s response:
Thank you for sharing the Attorney General’s response relating to the eligibility of President Obama. The Office of Secretary of State is
ministerial in its duties. The Courts have determined that filing officials must accept the filing document as long as it is regular on
its face and that filing officials do not determine the eligibility or qualifications of a candidate. Kentucky statutes do not require any
candidate to provide proof of citizenship or a birth certificate. We have no legal authority to investigate the qualifications of a candidate
or the information a candidate provides on his/her filing form.

The President’s Disability under the 25th Amendment

The focus of the 25th Amendment seems to revolve around the physical disability of the President. But the Amendment itself contains no language limiting ‘disability’ to ‘physical’ disability. Opening up Blacks Law Dictionary, I find this:
Disability. The lack of legal capability to perform an act…used in a more limited sense it signifies…lack of legal qualifications to hold the office.

“Disability” may be general or specific, general when it incapacitates the person for the performance of all legal acts of a general class; the latter when applied to one specific act. Disability may also be personal, where it attaches to a specific person and arises out of his status, or his juridical incapacity; or absolute, where it extends also to his descendants or successors. The term civil disability is used as equivalent to legal disability, both these expressions meaning disabilities or disqualifications created by positive law, as distinguished from physical disabilities. [emphasis added]
Applications
Mr. Obama, having now been ‘elected’ as President of the United States, is legally bound to the constitution. He has yet to prove his citizenship qualifications for the office he now holds and has therefore not yet proven his loyalty to the United States and to the Constitution.
Until Mr. Obama provides his documentation and proves his eligibility, he could be considered to be operating under a legal disability or disqualification created by positive law, i.e., his legal oath to uphold the constitution.
At this point I have seen enough of Obama’s actions, words, and failure to provide documentation to convince me that he is not a natural born citizen as defined by the Constitution of the United States. An early definition of ‘natural born’ used by our Founding Fathers and sited by Judah Benjamin last year, is that a natural born citizen is one who has not obtained citizenship by any act of law.
If we assume he is a naturalized U.S. citizen, “naturalization’ is a ‘positive act of law’ and disqualifies him as a ‘natural born citizen’. Thus Mr. Obama is currently serving with a civil disability because of a disqualification produced by positive law, i.e., naturalization.
Finally, I would argue that Obama’s own behavior on the world stage is a civil disability because he is bound by a positive law to uphold the United States Constitution. He is the Commander-in-Chief, bound by the Constitution to protect the United States of America, not to ’stand with the Muslims’ if the winds blow ill. His decisions on disarmament, terrorism, foreign policy, domestic, and economic policy, and his responses to world terrorism, have already been disastrous for our country, leaving us vulnerable, not protected.
You’re Kidding, Right?
No. The 25th Amendment is a viable way out of this mess for politicians and cabinet members who:
care about saving their own asses careers and reputations
care about saving the democratic party
care about a non-violent solution
Don’t want to sink with Obama, but don’t want to jump ship and lose their power
Care about a constitutional resolution to the disability of the President.
Congress of course would not do this on their own right now under Democratic control unless we make it very clear they are to resolve these issues and not be idiotic about the importance of having an eligible CIC regardless of party. But when they lose control of both houses in 2010, Republicans might want to get to the bottom of this. I am not holding my breath.
The Cabinet? There is probably a magic poll number for Obama, say around 43%, plus increasing public concern and clamor for Obama’s documentation, where this could become a viable option. It would be self-motivated by them for their own survival. (*Gasp* President Biden )
The People? Of course. The more we show them that we know the Constitution, and that the 25th Amendment would be a non-violent, constitutional mechanism to resolve this issue of Obama’s loyalty, the more we are empowered with the facts and a solution. It does take courage not to be bullied by threats of ‘blood in the streets’.
But it doesn’t matter what they do–they have lost the American people, have openly violated their oath to uphold the constitution, and have failed to represent their constituents. They have destroyed the legitimacy of their own authority.

I believe a citizens arrest must be completed with the aid of a uniformed police officer. True, the secret service would never allow any one without prior clearance to get close enough to the president.
The best hope we have to getting Obama arrested is through the military. I imagine they would have to somehow warn the secret service in advance to remain silent and cooperate.
I suspect, the only way the military would arrest the Obamas would be with a very legal and official court order from whatever court that has the power to do so. I don’t think it would be the Supreme court of dishonorables.
I keep thinking about Honduras. What tremendous integrity their Congress and military have. Of course, Obama found all kinds of ways to punish and retaliate against Honduras because they chose to honor their oath to protect and uphold their constitution.

“So now I can check one off my “bucket list” — I’ve been kicked out of a public “town hall” meeting for doing nothing (complete with police escort). Sweeet.
The meeting was last night, at the Georgia 4th Congressional district in Clarkston, held by Congressman Hank Johnson (D). The facilities of the Clarkston campus of Georgia Perimeter College were used.
A number of us liberty-minded folks (C4L and otherwise), and some GOP faithful showed up to ensure, at the minimum, skepticism accounted for and to see a real debate fostered over the proposed national health care legislation. As far as I know there was no “right wing” or otherwise organized effort to “swamp” the meetings.
By contrast, it was obvious that organized left-wing groups turned out in force. People sporting “Teamster” colors were plentiful, as well as Obama acolytes and “single payer” health care system advocacy groups.
The original time for the meeting was 7pm. Within the day before, it was mysteriously moved up to 6:15 — perhaps to make sure that working people hit the maximum rush hour. No matter; I got there around 5:30, so I got an early-enough place in line to get into the main auditorium. It was pathetically small for the crowd lined up “around the block” to attend the meeting, so only a small portion of the crowd got in. Me and some C4Lers were among them. Others ended up in overflow rooms, having become spectators, watching the proceedings on large TVs.
I first got a bad feeling about the whole event being orchestrated when police started warning people not to bring cameras in. No cameras? At a public meeting on a public facility? That’s odd. Well, they weren’t going to stop me from making a voice recording using my small sansa mp3 player.
My next signal something was “off” was when, upon entering, I had my pamphlets and fliers confiscated from me by the police. No explanation was given, just that I “couldn’t have them”. This annoyed me, because I had been handed some useful campaign materials and other informational leaflets, including one which had bullet points critically-examining the proposed legislation. But I had little choice.
The reason for this confiscation became clear once we were inside and seated: we were given instead “official” materials from Johnson and the Democratic party and the Obama administration, including a glossy promotional piece supporting the legislation. Surprise, surprise.
The first part of the “meeting” was relatively calm. Johnson of course gave his speech on why we needed this legislation, correctly pointing out high costs, declining coverage, and declining quality, but also excoriating health insurance companies for being “profiteering” (taking sure to make note of the executives “getting paid millions”) and saying that “deregulation like the financial sector” was responsible for the problems in the health care sector. It was pretty much the usual left-wing “politics as usual”, with zero admission whatsoever of the role government interference has played in creating the problem (which I would define as a government-protected cartel of health insurers — privatized, but not free market). None of this was any surprise.
We then moved on to the panelists, virtually all of whom were biased strongly towards a “solution” in the proposed, nationalized format. The one exception, second to last, was a Dr. Todd Williamson, from the Medical Association of Georgia, who advocated fixing the tax code, making people’s health insurance dollars portable and as tax-free as they are for employers, and moving to a system where people’s health insurance follows them and is not tied to a job (largely solving the “pre-existing condition” problem). He strongly opposed putting government between people and their doctors, and suggested that like in medicare, a government option for health insurance in general would soon turn into virtually the “only option”. He got a rousing ovation from us and a large portion of the crowd — the first and strongest standing ovation of the night. He was, however, the token dissenter.
We then moved on to two pre-screened citizen testimonials, presented from the stage. One was a woman who had chronic illness in her family with her children, and could not even remotely afford health insurance, with costs reaching astronomical levels (as high as $3000 a month just for premiums, she said). Another was a woman who ran a nursing service, who said she could only afford to provide a very poor health plan for her employees because of the cost. She advocated a public option to remove this burden.
These are of course characteristic problem cases with our current dysfunctional system, and few serious critics dispute these issues. However, no cases were brought forward that illustrate how the problem is due to the tax structure and other regulatory quirks. For example, my insurance premiums (the total of the employer part plus “my” part — both of which are really my part) went down from over $400 a month to about $100 a month — for the exact same high-deductible plan — when I left my last major employer and became self-employed. This case is typical and shows how the inflexibility and tax bias of the employer-linked health insurance system is used to inflate premiums, which in turn inflates all medical costs. But, no coverage of this was presented — perhaps because that would show that the government’s tax code and other aspects of regulation are largely responsible.
In my observation, government is intimately involved in creating the existing broken-down system, but it has not even remotely fessed up to this role (in constrast to Hank Johnson’s blaise assertions, there has never been a health care “deregulation” — only more regulation). That is my main criticism with the proposed health care reform plan and the general debate around the issue — you cannot solve a problem until you understand what caused it, and “evil health insurance profiteers” falls a bit short. I am not necessarily against a government option, as long as it is not structured so that it edges out free market health insurance for most of us. But any government option put in place without solving the structural cost issues of the private portion of the system will inevitably gobble up most of, if not the entire market. This threatens to simply become another area where the government comes in to provide “something for nothing”, but fails to contain costs for society as a whole, and simply ends up printing money to make up the gap — a cost everyone pays but few see.
This has not worked so well in housing or education. Shouldn’t we be worried about the feat being reproduced in health care? That was my concern, at least.
Finally, we moved to floor comments. However, only residents of the 4th District were to be allowed to comment with priority, so I didn’t bother to get up and make my comments above. I decided to just listen.
The comments were an interesting mix. It did seem that a majority complained of health care costs and simply wanted a government option to be provided so they could have these costs eliminated. Some were obviously “career welfare recipients” — so their perspective is inevitably going to be less concerned with nominal prices and more concerned with having expenses in general eliminated. But some were not — such as a gentleman who reported his wife and new baby were kicked out of the hospital a day early after a C-section — because insurance didn’t cover the extra day.
These comments, again, were typical, and certainly represented accurate complaints about the cost and coverage pressures of the existing “system”. These are the things no one is arguing.
But there were some insightful points from some people that I didn’t know, and did not appear to have any particular political affiliation.
One Asian woman was a doctor and supported reform, but expressed concern at the cost, especially given the huge deficits we are accumulating for various bailouts. She also expressed concern with many millions of people still being left uninsured, as well as millions being forced off their existing plans (Johnson and his aide replied that “things had changed” since the earlier version of the bill, and all concerns would be taken care of).
An elderly black man expressed frustration at the lack of “good information” on the proposed legislation, complaining of nothing but “sound bites” from all sides. He expressed a desire for straight “answers” on what is going to happen to medicare (Johnson assured there would be no change).
A black woman seemed peeved at all of the people who had come before her begging for more welfare. She said she had always “supported herself”, and told Johnson to “woman up” to the insurance companies, as they would be the ones to “truly benefit” from this legislation. She suggested that the problems could be fixed without any cost to the federal government with mandates requiring certain aspects of coverage (such as children, domestic partners), and that Congress’s health plan should be offered generally by the same insurers. She made a point that prices seemed to be based on some sort of insurance racket.
A caucasian man announced himself as a Catholic, acknowledged there were problems, and explained that (based on principles borrowed from Catholicism) we should seek to solve them at a more local level before going directly for a national solution (Johnson replied by asserting that the problems could “only be solved at the national level.”)
And perhaps the most important general comment from those queued up came from a gentleman (I cannot recall his appearance) who expressed confusion at the many bills, but asked if we could somehow have a town meeting when a single bill had been settled on, but before it had passed.
Tellingly, Hank Johnson sputtered and bumbled, but finally responded that no, it was not likely we could actually debate the bill that was going to be passed. But, he said, we could certainly have a town hall meeting after the bill had passed!
This drew laughs and hackles from the entire crowd. Johnson responded bizarrely by launching into diversionary criticism of the Blue Dog Democrats and Republicans, capping off with an exhortation that we “have gotta do something” (nationally, of course).
This was perhaps the most telling interaction about how the whole system works: we are to be swamped by a confusion of conflicting principles and directives and details, and end up arguing with each other about things that perhaps are in only one version of a bill or another (or none at all), which may or may not appear in a final bill. Then the bill will be passed quickly by congress, after its usual horse trading, and we’ll be unravelling the monstrosity for months if not years to come. This process belies utter contempt for the citizenry and perhaps reveals that our government has reached a stage where it simply cannot function if proposed legislation is clearly and methodically open to scrutiny.
Anyway…
The session was in its final few minutes when the “big confrontation” happened. While the “critics” had been booing, cheering, and heckling Johnson and others from the floor the whole time (and the whole audience was certainly guilty of applausing and cheering out of turn), it was not until C4Ler Sean Mangieri bellowed out “where in the Constitution does it authorize you to do this?” that some sort of invisible line was crossed. Johnson began responding, fumbling a bogus justification that the “general welfare clause” gives the government authority to do anything, but apparently the order had been given. The police came over and tapped me on the shoulder, apparently thinking it was me who had made the remark; to which I said “I didn’t say anything.” Various people in the audience pointed to Sean, who was sitting next to me, and he was “tapped out” by the police. However, they returned anyway and told me I had to go as well and this was my “last chance”. When I protested again that I didn’t say anything, the reply was “it doesn’t matter, they want you out.”
Two other people we know were thrown out in this sweep as well, one of whom had just been “warned” not to shout any more comments, but was ejected without having said anything additional.

Altogether, I am very disappointed with what passes for “debate” in this country on pressing issues of national concern and relevance to our basic freedoms. It is obvious from this interaction that Johnson, like so many others in Congress, has made up his mind and is acting as part of the party machinery. It seems he expected only to get a “rubber stamp” from “friendlies” in the audience, and inasmuch as that did not happen, police were brought in to intimidate and eject. His comments about not being able to debate the final bill, and not being restricted by the Constitution, really do tell all.

Such filings I believe must detail the nature of the student loan. If he files as a foreign exchange student, it might show up with accopanying documents he submitted for these filings.
Contrariwise, if he did not file, then he is a tax evader…so the Govt. will have to provide documentation which will prove one of the following:
1) he resided in USA and received loans

IDEA: ANOTHER HYPOTHETICAL ANGLE OF ATTACK ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUE
Here’s an idea. You know, Obama’s lawyers must be pretty nervous about keeping these records sealed because the stakes are enormous.
The problem for the lawyers in this instance as I understand it is that attorney-client privilege doesn’t protect them from the prosecution of felonies committed in the act of representation, were any such felonies hypothetically being committed. Conspiracy to commit fraud, the disenfranchisement of a country’s election and obstruction of justice probably have pretty long sentences attached if a conviction were to be rendered.
Perhaps – and only in the most legally-friendly manner allowed – some people should begin to politely e-mail the law firm or otherwise inform them (anyone remember the name?) if that can be done without an appearance of harassment or any illegality or civil complaint – and I think the suspicious appearances warrant it – that if they are in any way whatsoever within the definition of criminal conspiracy considering their knowledge of the contents of Obama’s records, that criminal prosecution is a possibility once the political opposition regains control of the congress. They should know that Obama won’t be able to pardon them if he is ineligible to serve because he has no Presidential authority to do so now or in the future.
Once someone was being jerked around by someone through his lawyer and a letter was written confronting the lawyer on what amounted to the issue of conspiracy to commit malicious harrassment. Within DAYS the lawyer sent a letter back saying they no longer represented the client, a change in circumstances that the law firm was anxious to make clear was their own decision.
It might work here, too. If lawyers have any allegiance, it’s to numbero uno.
Someone might want to put this in Orly’s ear, too, though it might be more convincing coming from the public, where any number of lawyers might be involved in recognizing the potential issue, not just one.
Now, let me be clear because the last thing I want are any misunderstandings.I ‘m sure Obama’s lawyers are doing everything correctly to the letter of the law. This is merely a hypothetical execise in the interest of informative discussion. Yessir, that’s just exactly all it is.

An American soldier questioning the eligibility of President Barack Obama to hold office has had his latest legal challenge dismissed “as frivolous and wholly without merit,” though the basic constitutional issue has yet to have a legal ruling.
The Aug. 6 order by U.S. District Judge Richard A. Lazzara came less than two hours after motions were filed by Maj. Stefan Cook, a member of the U.S. Army Reserve who is seeking a firm determination whether the commander in chief of the Armed Forces is a “natural born citizen,” a requirement for those holding the presidency.
“There was no reasoning, no nothing,” said Maj. Cook, who noted previous legal decisions in his case included three or four pages of legal explanations.
“It’s ridiculous. They’re not even saying why it’s frivolous and without merit. You can say that to anything with no justification or reason. That’s crap. So much for jurisprudence in this country.”

Georgia Congressman Paul Broun warned attendees of a town hall event Tuesday that the Obama administration was planning to use a pandemic or a natural disaster to implement martial law in the United States.
Speaking at the North Georgia Technical College auditorium, Broun said that the “socialistic elite,” as well as Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, were planning to exploit a crisis to create a favorable climate for their stalling political agenda.
“They’re trying to develop an environment where they can take over,” he said. “We’ve seen that historically.”
Broun’s warning arrives on the back of a letter sent by The National Governors Association to the Pentagon last week, which condemns the military’s plans to usurp domestic control of National Guard and federal forces deployed in the event of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.
In December 2008 it was announced that at least 20,000 more active duty soldiers will be placed inside the United States under Northcom to “help state and local officials respond to a nuclear terrorist attack or other domestic catastrophe.”
“Domestic emergency deployment may be “just the first example of a series of expansions in presidential and military authority,” or even an increase in domestic surveillance, warned Anna Christensen of the ACLU’s National Security Project. And Cato Vice President Gene Healy warned of “a creeping militarization” of homeland security.”
The contention that the troops will merely help “recovery efforts” after a major catastrophe is contradicted by the fact that Northcom itself, in a September 8 Army Times article, said the first wave of the deployment, which was put in place on October 1st at Fort Stewart and at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, would be aimed at tackling “civil unrest and crowd control”.

Congressman Broun has been a thorn in the side of Obama’s agenda since day one, voting against the “cap and trade” bill and slamming the entire concept of man-made global warming as a “hoax”.
He also spoke out against Obama’s plan to create a “national civilian security force,” warning that the program sounded like a 21st century Gestapo and that it was part of a move towards a Marxist dictatorship.
“That’s exactly what Hitler did in Nazi Germany and it’s exactly what the Soviet Union did,” Broun said. “When he’s proposing to have a national security force that’s answering to him, that is as strong as the U.S. military, he’s showing me signs of being Marxist.”
Broun also cited the threat to the second amendment posed by the Obama administration and anti-gun Attorney General Eric Holder.
“We can’t be lulled into complacency,” Broun said. “You have to remember that Adolf Hitler was elected in a democratic Germany. I’m not comparing him to Adolf Hitler. What I’m saying is there is the potential of going down that road.”
MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann voted Broun his “worst person in the world” on two separate occasions and attacked the Congressman as a racist and a bigot for expressing worries about the porous border with Mexico in relation to the swine flu outbreak. Olbermann claimed that Broun had “exploited a dead baby” to make his “sick, xenophobic and utterly irrelevant case about immigration.”
In November 2008, Olbermann erroneously claimed that Obama had called for a “civilian reserve corps” and “federally funded construction workers” when he had actually announced a plan for a “national security force,” as this video shows. Olbermann attacked Broun for expressing concerns about the program.

Something seems strange or fishy about the rankings of Larry’s book. I have tried numerous times to do an independent search of the rankings and I can never find the book under the many different subject areas cited. If I search for his book, it comes up. But, I can’t find it on the online rankings. If I click on his links, I find it. But, if I go in myself without links provided here or on his site, I can’t find it in the rankings other than to do a search for the book. It comes up then but with no ranking.

The Federal Government Should Clean Up its own Medicare Mess Before Taking on the Entire Health Care System
The true cost of Medicare is stunning. In 1990, rather than costing American taxpayers $12 billion, Medicare cost $107 billion – an increase of 800% over the government’s best guess at the program’s cost 23 years before. That cost has increased exponentially as the years have passed since 1990. This year, $484 billion will be spent on mandatory Medicare outlays; by 2018, that number will be $885.1 billion, according to the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office. The total amount owed Medicare beneficiaries (American workers who are at least 22 years old and who have paid into the system, meaning they are due Medicare coverage upon retirement) is a staggering $32.3 trillion – an amount over twice America’s GDP, and nearly five times the publicized national debt.
The fact that the federal government has allowed a key health coverage program with which it has been entrusted to fall over thirty trillion dollars in debt should send a powerful message about Washington’s ability (or, more correctly, inability) to be a good steward of Americans’ health care dollars and coverage.
Further, the fact that Congress has refused to do away with a law requiring seniors to enroll in Medicare or forfeit their Social Security benefits – a regulation that is currently being challenged in federal court by a group of plaintiffs led by former Republican Congressman Dick Armey – for fear of losing massive numbers of seniors to private health coverage serves to reinforce both the undesirability of the government-run program. It also demonstrates the federal government’s willingness, when given the opportunity, to force citizens onto the rolls of government care by denying them the opportunity to choose their coverage.

Yes, but the hard part is proving it. Keep in mind that “they” have all of the resources of our federal government behind them.
Last night on Glenn Beck’s TV show, he briefly talking about inflation and how inflation would be good for the government, because it would allow the government to raise more money without technically increasing tax rates. He just mentioned it again on his radio show.

Michelle, I have a feeling this is why Glenn Beck said last night on his show he spoke to his “bosses” at Fox News about the upcoming 912 March on DC. saw this article this morning. I couldn’t believe it. My husband is a physician and he is adamant he WILL NOT take the vaccine. One of his comments about the article was “sounds like we’re headed for Marshall Law & forced innoculation.”
Remember a large percentage of nurses/physicians are educated by the pharmaceutical companies. Unless they seek information outside of these confines, they don’t question. Could be interesting.

In one of the town halls, I think it was the one that C4Ler was escorted out, Rep Hank Johnson in response to this statement a gentlemen who expressed confusion at the many bills, but asked if we could somehow have a town meeting when a single bill had been settled on, but before it had passed. Hank Johnson sputtered and bumbled, but finally responded that “no, it was not likely we could actually debate the bill that was going to be passed. But, he said, we could certainly have a town hall meeting after the bill had passed!”
Other town meetings where representatives claimed that WE did not have the “current” version of the bill.
So we are debating “what!?”.
My response is simple. You put all this crap in the first version and that tells me what you want in this bill. I don’t care what version you pass, this is what you want and I am sure through amendments that is what we will end up with.

You were right to cover this issue from the beginning…
If one wanted to be cynical, one might say that “massive efforts to suppress sales” has been lifted to aid in this so called crisis. But no matter, it’s important for the public to get a first hand account of what has been operating for at least the last 18 months.
What I don’t see being addressed in the Obama Health Plan is:
Large cities with high murder rates. Seems to me it is very expensive with the gang-bangers, thugs, drug dealers either shooting their stupid selves or an innocent citizen who gets caught in the cross-fire. Small children and babies have been killed. I would start there. How many murder victims per year in the United States , that has got to be expensive, also the people who are rendered paraplegic due to this criminal activity. It seems to me his health plan is going after the easiest targets, babies and the elderly. As far as I know most of the elderly paid for all these hospitals, etc. through out their lives via their taxes and the government says “drop dead” a/k/a euthanasia counseling. I still say what Obama’s government does not understand is the American people love their families. The current system is not perfect and does have problems which need to be addressed, his solution is without doubt the most insane piece of legislation ever permitted to reach print.
The pandemic has to really become much more deadly for them to be able to justify mandatory vaccines for everybody or martial law. Right now, it’s less of a problem than the regular flu, so the populace would not accept those draconian actions. IMO.
If the Federal Government just cuts Medicaid, then Medicare will have plenty of money.

Where do germs come from: 2 places right off the top of my head.
They did some studies in hospitals, many of the female staff had those long acrylic nails-I don’t want to gross anyone out with what they found under there. They are no longer allowed in facilities anyone involving patient care.
Large buildings, can they ever change their filters often enough. The building where we work when people got colds, or flu within a week or two the whole building was infected. There has got to be a better way of exchanging air in those buildings.
What is the base of the flu shot-I know many people who are violently allergic to eggs. My problem is I hate needles-that’s why I never did drugs, I hate needles.

Every decent citizen should demand removal from the bench of Richard A Lazzara. His actions showed bias and corruption and total disrespect of the Constitution.

1. You can make signs and protest in front of this federal court building
2. You can protest in front of all the corrupt networks, that refuse to provide truthful information: CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, FOX, AP
3. You can write to Lazzara himself and demand his resignation, recusal from this case and reconsideration
4. You can demand action from all of your state and US representatives and senators and demand that they bring the issue of Obama’s illegitimacy and suspected illegal activity to their judicial committees
5. You can demand criminal investigation by the US attorney’s office and Attorney deneral’s office of violation of Major Cook’s constitutional rights by Obama, Gates and Lazzara
6. You can make signs and demonstrate in front of the White House, dep of Justice and Dep of Homeland security
You’ve been writing on the blogs for a year now, it will not solve the problem. Get of the couch, make signs, bring along your friends and relatives and demand answers from all of the corrupt officials. If they don’t clean up their act, if they don’t stop this fraud and treason, they need to be removed from office and prosecuted. Enough is enough.

Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., told Bill O’Reilly Wednesday night that the demonstrations against government-run healthcare are a “real, grass-roots” expression of anger over socialized medicine.
“I think it’s been a mistake for anyone to say this has been a manufactured effort on the part of many of these folks shouting out,” McCaskill said. ‘This is real. It’s grass roots. Now they’re organizing, but that’s what we do in America. People do it on the left. People do it on the right. Most of the people frankly in the middle don’t and that’s where I’m trying to stay focused.”
O’Reilly asked McCaskill what she thought is driving the anger she and other lawmakers have counter in town hall meetings around the country.
“Well, there’s cynicism about Washington, distrust in the government,” McCaskill said. ‘There’s been tough times in this country and there’s been some big bold things done in Washington. People are not really sure about all the plans – there’s been the TARP, the stimulus, the omnibus. And it’s all kind of rolled up into some frustration now.
“That’s that anger you see spilling over. I understand it. It’s important we listen to it. And I think they’ve got to be respectful,” McCaskill said. “I wish they would be more polite. Being loud doesn’t make you right. And I don’t think rude is particularly persuasive. At the end of the day, it’s my job to listen and I’m honored to have this job.”

I’m passing along some information that is on chatboards this morning. I don’t know the sources, so use your own discernment, please! I am just passing along what they have said because it is in line with what many others are saying, too, about the timing of a “bank holiday” coming. If you know anyone who works in a bank at the level where they would have this kind of information, you might ask them if they know anything about it…if they do and are a close friend or relative, maybe they will tell you. Certainly it can’t hurt to be sure you have some cash on hand in small denominations in case the banks do actually close for a period of time. Many are saying the banks will close for a period of time and when they reopen, there will be a new currency and it will trade $10 US to $1 new currency dollar. I have no idea if this is true, I am just passing it along and you can decide for yourself what to do (if anything).

The Constitution and de Vattel’s Law of Nations has the answer to Natural Born Citizenship. No birthers or forgers needed:
EXCERPT 1. U.S. Constitution, Article II, §1:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;
EXCERPT 2: de Vattel’s Law of Nations circa 1758 Book 1, Chapter XIX, § 212:
The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of PARENTS who are citizens…The country of the FATHERS is therefore that of the CHILDREN; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent.
Finally, the main item in the Constitution that ties both together:
EXCERPT 3: U.S. Constitution, Article I, §8:
The Congress shall have Power…To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations
“Law of Nations” is capitalized, meaning our framers were citing a proper name. There was only one Law of Nations in 1787 available in English for all Colonials and on the nightstand of every framer: de Vattel. His definition is the one and Congress has a duty to enforce it.
Obama is not qualified because he’s British.
Regarding the banks closing.
I, too, have been receiving emails about “bank holidays” and closings.
This is another area of concern added to many others.
I will not make a statement about this unless I an sure.
However, at a higher level I am concerned about the Obama camp, manufactured
crisis and martial law.

I remember reading in the comments of one of his blog posts that it’s false. I personally felt that phrase linked the Constitution to the Law of Nations by Vatell, and actually made it somewhat of a second page to the Constitution.

Like I say, I’m not asking you to allow my posts to come out of moderation. I’m not trying to get attention ; so if you keep them hidden, thats fine. I’m just hoping you will communicate with me on this and accept my apology.
Also like I hinted at – I’ve tried to get closer to God lately here. That’s partly why I’m trying to make peace – I believe it’s what God wants me to do. I don’t feel compelled by God to move away from Obama (in my support for him) … Another question for you ; have you prayed about this? Do you feel spiritually compelled to avoid Obama and people like him? Perhaps it’s based on a particular issue: Abortion , if so?
Orly needs to have a group meeting which includes the local sheriff, the top judge, the state attorney general, the secretary of state and the FBI. I think these people are unable to think outside the box and deal with a “new situation” on their own and try to dismiss it. It is more fun to chat at the diner with their friends. But bring them together, for a good brainstorming discussion, where they can support each other, hear her out, not be defensive, and it might be different. Orly can think and stand alone, but most people need a group, it seems. God bless America. At least we are seeing what happened in Germany, with few people willing to lose their jobs or be killed when standing up to oppression.

I think Madsen might be partially right that Israel is using this issue to their advantage to put pressure on Obama, given the situation. Can’t say I blame them. However, I don’t believe Madsen has been paying that much attention to this issue.

Ya, Venice, I think there’ll be a slight upturn before the whole thing really tanks. Sorry the pessimist attitude, but this economy has been futzed with to the point that it may be unsustainable.
If it all had been left alone it would’ve corrected, as it’s done in the past. Things have a tendency, when left alone, to correct themselves; it’s when we interfere with normal processes that we see something like this happen.

Leo and I have butted heads quite a few times before regarding some of his misconceptions. He’s good at theory, but his practice, intent, and implementation of statute is off in some cases. That’s the difference between academicia and practice.
Here’s why we know the framers were referring to de Vattel:
1. In the Constitution it says “the Law of Nations”, NOT “Law of Nations”, “law of nations”,”Laws of Nations”, or even “laws of nations”.
2. The framers relied on “the Law of Nations” as statute.
3. There were no other “Law of Nations” translated into English and distributed through the colonies with actual statute aside from de Vattel in 1787
The bottom line is laws must be enforcable. This is the only place in the U.S. Constitution that at first appears to be quite ambiguous with regards to international law. Unfortunately, ambiguity in the law violates habeus corpus as Congress has the right to punish violators of the Law of Nations. Therefore, the Law of Nations mentioned in the Constitution must be a statute. Remember, citizenship is not only a national legal concept, it’s also an international concept.
Let’s play devil’s advocate, agree with Leo and say it’s not de Vattel at all but just a general term for a generalized “Law of Nations” published and accepted by other nations during that timeframe. That, by the way, would include all of de Vattel’s work as it was accepted by other nations and is included in the larger “Law of Nations”.
The framers were really intelligent, much more so than the pitchfork-carrying, musket-firing patriots some people make them out to be.

And, folks, by statute I mean written authority, i.e. written laws in an organized authoritative structure. This is very important as it can be black letter law or treaty law.

I see what you’re saying, and thanks for the lesson. I do believe Leo has done a great job of shedding light on the Constitutional subject of NBC, but I don’t necessarily believe that his word is the END all BE ALL as the final interpreter of the Constitution.
Supreme Court needs to finally make a call on this, once and for all. After all, they are the ones ultimately responsible for interpretation of the founding documents; not Leo, or you, or I.

Gary Kreep, as I understand it, is a legit attorney and at least associated with the United States Justice Foundation, if not the ‘head’ guy.
I believe he has represented several clients in similar cases to Orly, but I have not followed any of his activity.
I have heard of Kreep before- I’m pretty sure Right Side of Life is following his lawsuit against Barry. You could check his archieves.

I feel for Glenn Beck, but truth be told his contract won’t be affected at all. He will still have the SAME number of viewers (if not more). Bad publicity is sometimes better than good.
FOX NEWS CORP is the one that they’ll hurt – and that’s a maybe. These companies will merely shift their media dollars to another time slot….the sponsors need them and they need the sponsors. That’s the game. I know, I worked in advertising for several years. The more they pay these “anchors” the more ad breaks we (listeners) have to deal with. Drives me crazy!
Glenn Beck knows exactly what he is doing and FOX knows what Glenn Beck is doing. Don’t get caught up in this hype. They (the corp. sponsors) will just shift the media buy to another time slot. Police Sgt. Kevin Lowe says officers on Thursday morning pursued the suspect’s red Volkswagen through the city’s west side and surrounded his car at the building’s entrance. Several patrol cars are at the scene and officers have their guns drawn. A police bomb squad has also arrived, including a four-wheeled robot.
U.S. Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan says the suspect made a threat but would not give details. He called the situation a “protective intelligence matter.”
Lowe says two misdemeanors warrants are out for the man’s arrest. He would not elaborate.
Police say a nearby apartment house has been evacuated.

If this is how our law enforcement deals with a VW bug and one suspect and haven’t arrested him yet I FEAR for what would happen if we ever have riots.

FYI: never fill out a warranty card. It’s useless anyway, and they capture personal info about you. Same with any “awards” program…be it book store or grocery store. They can track your purchases. immediate error message and the computer totally shut down. Subsequent to that I could get on the Net, but couldn’t get other applications to start. Then, finally, I couldn’t get the Net either. So off to Geek Squad where it’s been for the past 11 days. All I know is I won’t be going to some of the sites I did before. I think the ObotThugs are trying to sabotage sites and our computers, just my opinion.

How old is the computer?
Here is a tip before clicking on any link hover the mouse over it and see what it says…..if it contains anything with .EXE NEVER EVER CLICK. If it doesn’t look like a known website you can right click on it COPY SHORTCUT and then go to a search engine and enter it to see if there is any info on it.
That will prevent alot of this stuff. But many times especially older computer they may just burn out especially when they are not cleaned and are full of lint and dust and it usually happens when you click on a link which is when it works the hardest creating more heat and POP.

I would like to throw a wrench in the works. Just why has everyone assumed that Obama Sr. actually WAS this “POTUS'” father??? This assumption is what is the very basis for all the toing and froing of the NBC question – the British question.
I mean, if the short form itself is in dispute and said by some to be a forgery, then one cannot just assume any fact coming from that. And if you point to what Obama has said on his own site as some kind of proof in and of itself, then what about his other admittance that a lot of what he wrote (or had written) in “Dreams” was fictional? And beyond that, the physical resemblance to the alleged father just isn’t there. There is physical resemblance in the facial expression (rather childlike as well as the weak eye of the mother) to Stanley. Just a guess, but this alleged father could easily be a cover-up for a more notorious (and perhaps threatening to this mother at the time) figure. And that more “notorious” figure I have in mind could account for the manner of speech as well as the charisma/determination of his personal cause. It could also determine the reason for hiding authentic forms.

The Republican Jewish Coalition has issued a statement criticizing President Barack Obama’s decision to award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Mary Robinson.
Robinson, president of Ireland from 1990 to 1997, served as United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and was secretary-general of the 2001 World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance in Durban, South Africa.
“Mary Robinson, who was one of the people responsible for the 2001 Durban conference against racism descending into an anti-Israel propaganda forum, is not an appropriate recipient for one of our nation’s highest honors,” said Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) Executive Director Matt Brooks in the statement.
“In fact, awarding the Medal of Freedom to Mary Robinson does great dishonor to the many outstanding men and women who have received it in the past.”
The U.S. withdrew from the Durban conference in protest of its staunchly anti-Israeli and anti-Semitic declarations. Secretary of State Colin Powell said at the time: “I know that you do not combat racism by conferences that produce declarations containing hateful language, some of which is a throwback to the days of ‘Zionism equals racism’; or supports the idea that we have made too much of the Holocaust; or suggests that apartheid exists in Israel; or that singles out only one country in the world, Israel, for censure and abuse.”
Brooks said, “We’re troubled that the White House chooses to minimize the very real controversy about Mary Robinson. It’s wrong for the United States to honor someone who led a meeting that our nation boycotted.

Israel is Playing the NBC Card!
I have often wondered how long it would take before some foreign government would attempt to use the question of Obama’s legitimacy as president against him. Every country on the planet is well informed on the subject. This is one of the reasons having a usurper in office keeps America under a national security crisis as well as a Constitutional crises.
I always felt Iran would be one of the first and most aggressive county’s to do so. When Obama failed to come forward in support of the Iranian citizens protesting their fraudulent election and begging America for something as inexpensive as a little verbal support, I suspected then that Achmadinijad might have threatened him with something that effective and powerful.
However, it looks like Netanyahu is the first to do so—- that we know of. How far it will go with Israel, I don’t know. If I were Israel in their position, I would use the “NBC”, too.
The more I think about it, other countries like Russia could take great advantage by also using the “NBC” to trade for services. It will be only a matter of time Obama (who has shown himself to be a very poor negotiator but a great PIMP) will be emasculated by foreign sovereignties in bargaining what they want from America!
Though, Ozero and his thugs will do every thing they can to hide or deny such a unique bargaining chip, I believe it will be leaked out. Every American citizen will become informed Ozero is an imposter and one more time betrayed America to hold on to power. How the powers that be handle this situation if this happens will be our last hope to legally save America. If they do what they have done up to now–NOTHING, God help us all!
America’s last hope will be crushed. Americans will have exhausted every peaceful, legal, and other lawful effort to force Obama to stand up or step down. (Ozero’s numbers at the poll are in free fall.) By the time such an incident is made public, there will be enough remorseful Obama voters, angry independents, and many more anti-Ozero citizens who willl be so disappointed with the usurper, it will turn to violent riots, which will turn into revolution which will turn into civil war.

The graphics programs today are amazing, especially the “high-end” programs. They can take an image you cut out from another picture, and place that image onto any background (of a different image). From there, you can add other layers to the image -such as text overlay. You can literally make a whole “composite” of images, appear as one solid image, as if it were just one picture. . . .

First, we have to find out what graphics program was used to do this. This is easy to do. You take the image above, save it to your hard drive and open the image in a text editor like “Notepad” or “MS-Word”, and you’ll see the program’s signature in what is referred to as the HEX code of the image. When doing this for the image below, low and behold, we get “Lead Technolgies Inc.”

It turns out, Lead Technologies has one of the highest-end most functional and capable graphics program only Stimulus money can buy. It supports all kinds of “effects” for warping an image to appear as if it were crumpled paper, to well, you name it. Even cheap graphics programs can skew paper corners in making them appear as if they were “folded” or bent. Lead Technologies graphics software (Lead Tools) is advanced – see for yourself. It even supports high-level programming languages, like the one this site uses. I am a programmer, so can tell you . . . . ===

I downloaded one of DefendUSx’s examples and, sure enough, the top line says “LEAD Technologies Inc.”
I forgot to mention the tentative conclusion . . . that the alleged forgeries of Orly Taitz’s original copy of Obama’s Kenyan ‘Certified Copy of Registration of Birth’ may have been crafted by the same individual(s) who crafted the alleged forgeries of the Bomford Australian ‘Certified Copy of Registration of Birth’.
Another thought came to me while I was finishing a different project . . . If, as CNN has repeatedly claimed, he has the original Bomford birth registration copy, downloaded early from the Bomford site itself before anyone tampered with it to remove the ‘LEAD Technologies, Inc.’ header, the logical conclusion is that the Bomford was a hoax from the get-go, forged with the intent to discredit Orly.

My review of printed material in our local university library can find NOTHING from an ‘historical” perspective that is wrong with the KBC.
True, the Government of Kenya was in dominion status, with Malcolm MacDonald as the last Governor-General of Kenya between December 1, 1963 and December 1, 1964, a period of time known to the Kenyans as “Uhuru” (postal stamps were printed during that period of time), and the “Republic of Kenya” was OFFICIALLY acknowledged when Jomo Kenyatta accompanied MacDonald to the plane, but name the “Republic of Kenya” appears on documents dating back to 1950!
So, there is no reason to believe that printers preparing official forms to be used in large quantities for government entities would not print forms for the “Republic of Kenya” for use anytime after December 1, 1963, while Jomo Kenyatta was the Prime Minister of Kenya, and the Queen was only a provisional Head of State.
Be that as it may, none of the other officials listed on the document appear anywhere else —
and that is a really big and major problem with that so-called “Kenyan Birth Certificate.”
In summary, the printed content of the title is not a reason of declaring it a forgery — it is in the details added in the text boxes that are problematical.
On another note —
Obama is discovering that when you are nominated by “Caucuses” that were largely “stacked,” you can be undone by “Town Hall” meetings that are grassroot outbursts.

Go in Buy the BOYCOTTED Products along with other stuff after you leave the store GO BACK in and Return all the BOYCOTTED Products and make it a Point to tell them you are RETURNING them because they are on a Boycott List for Advertisers who cancelled their ads on FOX News therefore CENROSING Freedom of Speech. Then go and buy the same Products from Non-Boycott companies. This will have a Greater Impact than just buying other companies prodcuts.
If enough people do this it will have Greater Impact then any Boycott, you are creating a paperwork and restock nightmare for the store which will let the distributor know who in turn will let the Company know.

There is another lady I can’t remember her name who was on 60 minutes re: FDIC takes over bad banks. She and Elizabeth Warren have some very tough jobs-here is the latest of what Ms. Warren is attempting to do.
Elizabeth Warren, the chair of the Congressional Oversight Panel charged with monitoring the bank bailout, appeared on MSNBC this morning to talk toxic assets. On Joe Scarborough’s Morning Joe, Warren warned of the hard-to-price assets that are still lingering on many bank’s balance sheets. “By and large, the toxic assets that brought us to this point are still on the books of the banks,” she said.
Warren, who’s been leading the call of late to reconcile the shoddy assets weighing down the bank sector, warned of a looming commercial mortgage crisis. And even though Wall Street has steadied itself in recent weeks, smaller banks will likely need more aid, Warren said.
Roughly half of the $700 billion bailout, Warren added, was “don’t ask, don’t tell money. We didn’t ask how they were going to spend it, and they didn’t tell how they were going to spend it.”
She also took a passing shot at Tim Geithner – at one point, comparing Geithner’s handling of the bailout money to a certain style of casino gambling. Geithner, she said, was throwing smaller portions of bailout money at several economic pressure points.
“He’s doing the sort of $2 bets all over the table in Vegas,” Warren joked.

Glenn Beck is asking for help on doing research on these Czars. Many of them have very suspicious pasts. Like BO, they are trying to cover up their past by “scrubbing” the internet, etc. For example, he wants us to go and look at the edits at Wikipedia to see what keeps getting edited out to see if maybe there’s a pattern.
Here is a bit of ADVICE for SURVIVAL as I have mentioned Long Ago and do again. It may be summer and the sun is shining BUT there is a huge dark cloud of misery (the angel of death as Ray Nagin out it) on the horizon. All those FEMA caskets by the millions, FEMA camps, military training for riots, rumors of financial shifts, possibility of unrest etc are not a Joke.
Something is on the horizon the prepared and organized will have a better chance at survival, be prepared.
1- Buy large purchases of supplies especially stuff that will ast a long time, food shortages are coming and huge price increases. There are some companies that will see a family’s yearly supply of food in bulk. Buy put it on a credit card.
2- Get seeds to plant a garden next spring.
3- Take most all money out of banks and hold as cash preferably buy gold, silver or maybe oil or euros.
4- Buy all you can with credit cards and SAVE Your CASH. Buy only necessary survival things nothing electric.
5- Check the possibility of not paying your credit obligations and save your CASH it will be king even if devalued. You will not be alone and will have a better chance of survival with cash than any credit. In a Depression Credit is useless.
6- Buy a water filter, one that can filter any water into potable water.
7- Buy ammunition or ammunition supplies even if you don’t own a gun it can be traded for supplies later and may have more value than money.
8- Talk to family and friends and make plans for survival. If you can move away from big population centers especially on the coasts and with Democratic majorities.
9- Learn how to cook at home and how to start a wood fire for cooking safely. Set up all your documents and important things in a water proof container in case if disaster hits and you have to leave in a hurry. This should include water filter, radio, flashlight, cooking and eating utensils, weapons and ammunition, blankets, umbrellas, tent, etc.

PRAY and join prayer groups if you can especially Google or get the booklet Our Lady of Fatima Peace Plan from Heaven available from Tan Books 800-437-5876. Especially read the part for United States and learn to pray the Rosary with family and friends. Fatima gave the Peace Plan and Predictions starting in 1916 and most of them have come true. Be informed and Prepared for survival here and in the ever after.
Preparedness is Important for the UNKNOWN, it may end up good but it may turn ugly.

As early as mid-November 2008, Maddie, following his “election” as the 44th President of the United States, I sensed that Mr. Obama wasn’t just some inexperienced former junior senator, who somehow managed to rise to the top of the political world all on his own with a simple message about Hope & Change. No, he couldn’t, unless, of course, he was already tapped years in advance to come on the scene when his handlers if you will in the intelligence community decided that a specific operational plan needed to be carried out. I personally believe that a dry-run if you will of this operational plan was introduced years ago in the early 1980’s when Mr. Obama was managing to travel here and there around globe, for what reasons or motives I admit I do not know , but the means/cover could have only come from one source–the vast resources of the intelligence community. I also believe that Mr. Obama is akin to Michael Corleone of Godfather fame, where he is being offered to the sworn enemies of America as an “agent of change”, but in fact serves only to draw them out of their rat-holes expecting cheese but actually recieving a dose of what “Renegade” (Mr. Obama’s codename) and his handlers really have in store for them.
If the above proves to be true, then it would explain why his records have to remain hidden/sealed until such time that the operational plan’s mission is completed. We all are aware that we live in a dangerous and unpredictable world, Maddie, so if the powers to be took it upon themselves to manufacter an “election” for their strategic purposes, then they should be prepared to place an asterik next to Mr. Obama’s name should it ever be revealed that he is in fact is not a NBC. When you have American patriots like yourself, CW, Zachjonesishome, etc, etc, etc asking all the right questions but still coming up empty–then it’s a safe assumption that the powers to be are trying to keep as tight a lid on things until the appropriate time to come clean and explain why they may have engineered “election” 2008 and his former travels abroad in the 80’s and how those mysterious travels tie into the present landscape of the world stage we live in at the moment
This is just my take on the unfolding events, Maddie, and there may be other explanations how an inexperienced junior senator emerged seemingly out of nowhere to become “the most power man in the world”. My money is on the prospects that a final chessmatch is unfolding on the grand chess-board, and Mr. Obama’s past will remain sealed until he has completed his mission, whatever that may be–hopefully for us–the USA–it’s in our best interests that Mr. Obama wasn’t outed during his travels abroad and subsequently sent back to us as a double-agent with allegiance elsewhere…somehow I don’t think the capable men and women in the US intelligence community would have allowed themselves to be duped…
Of course, there’s still that nagging/lingering eligibility issue of him possibly not being a NBC, so an asterik should be noted after this power-play unfolds and runs its course if he proves not to be a NBC.

Here is a bit of ADVICE for SURVIVAL as I have mentioned Long Ago and do again. It may be summer and the sun is shining BUT there is a huge dark cloud of misery (the angel of death as Ray Nagin out it) on the horizon. All those FEMA caskets by the millions, FEMA camps, military training for riots, rumors of financial shifts, possibility of unrest etc are not a Joke.
Something is on the horizon the prepared and organized will have a better chance at survival, be prepared.
1- Buy large purchases of supplies especially stuff that will ast a long time, food shortages are coming and huge price increases. There are some companies that will see a family’s yearly supply of food in bulk. Buy put it on a credit card.
2- Get seeds to plant a garden next spring.
3- Take most all money out of banks and hold as cash preferably buy gold, silver or maybe oil or euros.
4- Buy all you can with credit cards and SAVE Your CASH. Buy only necessary survival things nothing electric.
5- Check the possibility of not paying your credit obligations and save your CASH it will be king even if devalued. You will not be alone and will have a better chance of survival with cash than any credit. In a Depression Credit is useless.
6- Buy a water filter, one that can filter any water into potable water.
7- Buy ammunition or ammunition supplies even if you don’t own a gun it can be traded for supplies later and may have more value than money.
8- Talk to family and friends and make plans for survival. If you can move away from big population centers especially on the coasts and with Democratic majorities.
9- Learn how to cook at home and how to start a wood fire for cooking safely. Set up all your documents and important things in a water proof container in case if disaster hits and you have to leave in a hurry. This should include water filter, radio, flashlight, cooking and eating utensils, weapons and ammunition, blankets, umbrellas, tent, etc.

PF…We have a propane grill so I told my husband to get a couple of extra propane tanks to use for cooking if the electric goes off.

Great idea I would a few spares price will probably go sky high….also can be trasnfered to smaller propane disposable tanks which can be sahered with others or even used as a weapon.
ALSO don’t toilettries especailly soap, toilet papers and a bedpan.
