I was born and raised in NC and though I have traveled over much of the US and some abroad, I have lived in NC all of my life. NC is a great state and I was always proud of it until this last election cycle. People known for having common sense and voting their conscience, regardless of political affiliation, lost their compass and like their counterparts in Nazi Germany, were mesmerized into voting for “change” and a candidate they knew little about.
The veil covering reality has been partially lifted and the real Barack Obama is beginning to appear. Citizen Grand Juries across the country are presenting indictments against the unqualified, usurper Obama. A strong case for treason is also being presented. Earlier today, the Citizen Wells blog brought news of a Grand Jury Indictment in NC. We have just been notified that a newspaper in Newton, NC has inquired about the indictment. It is hoped that the Observer News Enterprise will do their job and report on this important historic action. The Citizen Wells Blog will follow up on this and with your help we can “coax” other news media to actually do their jobs. Let your news outlets know that you want this covered.
Here is the update that we received:
“Believe it or not, I just received an e-mail from the editor of the Observer News Enterprise in Newton, NC, requesting that I answer a number of questions about my recent filing of the Obama indictment with Catawba County. (letter on request) Here is my response in the form of a Letter To The Editor:”
“As many know, there is quite a controversy concerning Barack Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States. This controversy has spread to other nations and America’s credibility is now at stake among foreign governments.
On May 13, 2009, I filed, with the Catawba County Clerk of Court’s office, an indictment of Barack Hussein Obama for the commission of fraud and treason. This indictment was handed down, on May 9, by a Citizen’s Grand Jury composed of jurors located in various states of the United States. All laws governing Grand Juries were complied with. The indictment was filed locally because it is the duty of any and all district attorneys to act on criminal charges… and I live here. As I understand it, the indictment has been filed in other states in addition to North Carolina.
It is the hopes and expectations of the Grand Jury, and others, that District Attorney James C. Gaither will honor his Oath of Office and investigate these accusations. If he will do so, it will require his bringing this case before a judge. Once that is done, the judge will grant discovery. “Discovery” is a term used to require that both sides put their cards on the table. This is to avoid “trial by ambush”. Once Mr. Obama is forced to submit his actual birth certificate, his school records, his college records and his immigration records, (which he has spent approximately one million dollars in concealing) the controversy will be settled. He will either continue to be president or he will be removed from office.
This is not about Barack Obama. It is about our Constitution which states, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President…”
Mr. Obama has not satisfied this question. It is now up to the courts to decide.”

On his first day in office, January 21, 2009, Obama signed Executive Order 13489. This order was entered into the Federal Register on January 26, 2009.
What this executive order says, is that only the Attorney General (Eric Holder) and Council to the President, (Gregory Craig) are able to review presidential records requests and determine if they can be made public or not. (See Section 3)
In other words, you aren’t going to see any records or documents that Obama doesn’t want you to see.

Yet he insisted posting this document established once and for all he was born in Hawaii. But this is a lie. BHO Thugs Making the Innocent Look Guilty Daily
”You knew you were guilty the first time you sentenced an innocent man,” is what the American Judge, Dan Harwood said to the German judge when Judge Ernest Hanning “Why?”
People who deny the crimes they commit knowing full well they are guilty ultimately inadvertently pay the price. The price is paid by the invisible master called guilt. Some of the serial killers, who got away with their murders for years, seemed to be very glad to confess to them in the end. Ed Bundy, BTK Killer, Jeffrey Daumer and many others found great comfort in admitting their guilt. They were relieved when they were caught. Some even created ways for themselves to be caught so ultimately, they could confess. Catholicism is aware of the profound value of Confession.
The pain of guilt is not limited to murder. There are all kinds of crimes that bring deep inner misery of knawing guilt to those who commit them. Even the most amoral narcissist ultimately suffers from guilt one way or another. Adolf Hitler suffered in many ways from being the criminal he was. He constantly had nightmares and counted in his sleep. He lived in continual fear of being assassinated. Ultimately, Hitler committed suicide to avoid public trial. So, somewhere in the depth of his dark soul, he knew what he did was wrong. Some might argue there were attempts on his life so he had reason to fear assassination. I will counter, if Hitler were not guilty of any crimes against his country there would have been no reason for him to fear assassination and thus not suffer guilt. I truly believe O.J. killed Nicole. In a twisted way his guilt over those murders managed to get himself in jail. Drew Petersen seems not to suffer from guilt. Let’s see what will be coming forward on that. Guilt is a strange animal.
Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Sotoero knows very well he is not a US Citizen. He also knows very well he does not qualify to be president under the three requirements of the US Constitution. BHO also knows the meaning of serving as president while not being legally eligible to be President. The legitimate question to his presidential eligibility is also no secret to the many people who surround and have supported him through out his campaign. I suspect George Bush, Cheney, the Clintons, and an army of other people also were aware prior to and after Sotoero’s election. They chose to pretend everything they are doing is perfectly legal, while they betray America. Consequently, they, too became guilty when they agreed to violate their Constitutional oath and deny or avoid the most vital issue in American history, today. They will be known in history as treasonous long after their bodies have decayed in their graves.
What boldly confirms my belief Barry is an imposter is the approximate $1,000,000 that Obama has spent in legal fees defending the 100 or more legal suits that have been brought against Obama regarding this one vital issue. What rudely awakened me about the entire crooked government is that NOT ONE JUDGE IN AMERICA TO DATE HAS HAD THE SIMPLE JUDICIAL INTEGRITY TO REQUEST OBAMA PRODUCE HIS DOCUMENTS. (THOSE JUDGES KNEW THEY WERE GUILTY WHEN THEY DISMISSED THE CASE BASED UPON STANDING AND NOT MERIT) That’s a whole lot of legal gymnastics, cover up and truth to keep attempting to shove under the government’s dirty little secret’s rug just so Barry can continue pretending to be something he isn’t. That something he isn’t is a legal American President. Sotoero knows he is an imposter and usurper. So do all of the above mentioned people know he is a fake, illegal and a usurper. That’s a whole lot of people carrying a whole lot of guilt lying to the American people every day.
What is even uglier is these guilty liars know we the American people know that BHO is not an American citizen and is a usurper. They know that we know that they know the imposter has no legal right to be president and they have to pretend every day they are telling the truth. Everyday they are faced with the disgusting task of attempting to make the innocent look guilty—so they can continue holding their illegally gotten power. Every day they are trading their integrity to keep their jobs. That’s a whole lot of lust for power. I wonder if their desire for the power they think they got is worth carrying all that guilt?
Everything they have politically gained, they have done so by cheating, lying, stealing, violating decency, ethics, and the US Constitution. Now nothing this nest of snakes has gotten in trade for all they did brings them joy today. Every thing they have gained is glaring at them and mirroring like a monument silently reminding them of their own rotten character. Guilt tends to do that to people.
Father Jenkins of Notre Dame is guilty of far more than just asking Obama to speak at this year’s Commencement. Father Jenkins is especially disgraceful because he has chosen to ignore the most vital question being avoided by BHO. Does Obama even have the right to be president since Obama has failed to prove he is eligible? If Father Jenkins ignored Obama’s abortion policies, it is not surprising he chose to ignore his eligibility issues as well. Father Jenkins drank the cool aid and praised Obama for being the first African American President. He chose to ignore the reality Obama is the first African American who violated our Constitution and became a usurper. Thus Father Jenkins has chosen to support and honor the guilty while violating the innocent. He has chosen to worship false gods. What a sad character Father Jenkins will be in history.
It is only a matter of time that Obama’s ill gotten Presidency will become a curse so hideous, he will regret his stolen success. BHO will crumble inwardly for lack of the inner steel to perform for a prolonged period with the hell hounds of guilt snapping at his soul 24/7. Every where he goes, whatever he does, the innocent harmed by his crimes of usurpation are glaring at him. The law suits just keep coming. The innocent are suffocating him. His watch dogs are impotent in their ability to protect him from the hell hounds of his guilt and power of the righteous that refuse to give up until he steps down. I notice, already, Barry is beginning to show signs of breaking down. His looks are rapidly changing. His nest of snakes is being eaten by the same hell hounds. They got what they “wished” for but were never prepared for the enormity or horror of what they got. Keeping it will destroy them.
Everyday with full and clear knowledge they are guilty, these smiling faces in American politics stand before America and attempt to make the innocent look guilty. They attack, demean, ridicule according to Saul Alinsky any and every one who even hints that BHO is not a citizen or disagrees with His Holiness. Their defense is “over reaction.” Guilt does strange things to the guilty. Guilt clearly reveals the motivation behind Janet Napolitano’s Homeland Security Report. That report legalized making the innocent look guilty. It did so, because they are guilty in the knowledge Sotoero is not a citizen. Every day, every heart beat, every breath, every private thought, every denial, every hour, minute, second they know they are guilty and they know that we know they are guilty. That is why they pay millions to convoluting lawyers to deny, avoid, and obfuscate the BHO citizenship issue.
They rushed the Homeland Security Report before the first Tea Party to lock in their control over the innocent to secure their ill gotten power. They hope this will give them the power to shut us up or kill us if we get too close in forcing Obama to stand up or step down.
Patriots, if we don’t begin to fight harder, louder, and more persistently than we have ever done in the past to make Obama stand up or step down, we will lose America the Republic possibly forever, along with our private real estate, our rights and our lives. Our children and grandchildren will be nothing more than slaves.

USA Patriots……………. It would seem to me that any court would consider the eligibility factor when they venture to read the first XO signed by Soetoro. Because there is substantial question regarding the VALIDITY of his election, and his qualifications there should also be substantial concern relating to the VALIDITY of the XOs that he signs,which includes the first one. If the validity of his XOs are in question then it would follow that this fact by itself justifies further questioning of Soetoro’s validity as POTUS by Federal Grand Jury. Does Congress have the testosterone to convene a Grand Jury? They did when it related to Slick Willy’s behavior, and he then violated his oath of office by lying to the Federal Grand Jury while under oath. It would seem that this would serve as a precedent.
Has there been any word on the Georgia Citizen Grand Jury who indicted Obama?
Where does it stand now? I cannot find much information about it.

Obama speaking at Notre Dame is a travesty!
The Blood of the Martyrs is the Seed of the Cause! The cause is to restore America to the Republic under the original Constitution.
I see Dr. Alan Keyes as the next Martin Luther King leading all of us to the restoration of American under the mighty Constitution. As much as we don’t want to see any one arrested or harmed –especially for exercising their rights under the US Constitution. We must also recognize that Dr. Keyes and the protesters arrest will do more good for our cause than any thing else that can be done. The arrest of Dr. Keyes and the other protesters will also weaken Obama’s position. Though it is a painful way to go, it demonstrates determination and brings focus upon this and the many other issues we have with Obama and their thuggery.
Dr. Keyes—through his arrest– is letting the world know—–in spite of the Obama’s thugs denials–that America does not want Obama’s “change”. We, Usapatriots-shout are supporting Dr. Keyes in every way possible. As a person educated by Catholic nuns, I can’t think of anything more disgraceful than having the likes of a thug like Obama giving the Commencement speech at Notre Dame. If there were any decency left in Father Jenkins, he would politely ask Obama to not come and find another speaker–like Allan Keyes.

Why did not McCain bring this up before the election?
Mark, probably because McCain has his own issues with being a “natural born citizen”. McCain was born in Panama to two U.S. citizens. His parents were there due to his father’s military orders. The U.S. Senate even passed a non-binding resolution that stated that children born to servicemembers stationed abroad are “natural born citizens”. Guess who sponsored the bill? Obama and Hillary Clinton.
My guess is that McCain believes that Obama was born in Hawaii (due to the COLB) and, on that basis, believes he is a “natural born citizen”.
