During the latest presidential campaign, it became apparent to many Americans that there were some questions surrounding Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to be president of the United States. Several lawsuits were filed simply asking that he produce the necessary documentation to prove his “natural born” qualifications, as required by our Constitution. Article II states:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

Instead of doing what every one of us has had to do (by just showing his birth certificate), Mr. Obama chose to fight the more than twenty lawsuits filed across the country (a number that continues to grow).

Before now, I never felt compelled to regard myself as a “patriot.” It’s not that I didn’t consider myself patriotic; it’s that nothing had occurred in my 49 years that even remotely challenged my deep, abiding trust in our Constitution. My national naivety ended in 2008. My political innocence was the victim of a brutal rape. The media-fueled presidential campaign that ubiquitously ravaged the senses and sensibilities of our general public, held remotely in its grasp a deceptively shrouded secret―an obfuscation so wily, so destructive of the pristine document that had brilliantly guided our republic, that only the most astute, watchful amongst us chose to voice their very founded concern.
Simply put, the Democratic National Committee chose a candidate for president who had never been required to produce even the most basic proof that he was constitutionally eligible to hold the office. That party cavalierly assumed that merely contriving a campaign with all the glitz and glitter of a broadway production would blind the common sense of common people (you know, those “smelly” Washington, DC tourists), and amidst the cunning smoke and mirrors in which they shrouded the ascension of their modern day messiah, they believed all the palm frond waving through which their deity entered the Jerusalem gates would preclude any possible question about his qualifications from those so far beneath them.”

I listen to the fox news this morning and they reported on obama and said obama wants to change the constitution and when the reporter said it he did not even comment on it or bat a eye , what is wrong with fox news obama is not hidding anything he is right upfront with his agenda and the media even fox does not question him. so the media knows obama intention. we need to stand up against obama wanting to change the constitution.
One of the things learned from reading a very old Circuit Court case called U.S. v Rhodes (1866), written by Justice Noah Hayes Swayne, is that it was the ‘natural-born Citizen’ clause that broke the back of slavery, which was the holding of persons as property, who were pursued and reclaimed as fugitives “if they escaped into another State or Territory.”
Haynes decided that black slaves were in fact ‘natural-born Citizens,’ and entitled to all of the rights conferred upon whites by the Constitution.
It should have never been possible for Congress to enact such vile legislation such as slavery against a ‘natural-born Citizen.’
But, there are still some reactionaries in our midst who have still not got the message, and they want to reconstruct a system of dependency upon government through various schemes, called ‘entitlement programs.’
These reactionaries are only masquerading as Americans.
How can we identify them — here’s how!
They can be identified by how much they hate and despise the ‘natural-born Citizen’ clause in the Constitution.
Because it freed the slaves, and they know that a ‘natural-born Citizen’ cannot be chained into bondage!
Their view, it’s so ‘retro’ that we are a nation of ‘natural-born Citizens!’ They want to replace us with a new creature: the ‘citizen of the World!’
So they will blind our vision, so we no longer know who we are any longer.
They will attack and undermine our built-in safeguards, and amend our ‘inalienable Rights!’
Suddenly, as a nation, we will be competing for bread against those we helped once to feed.
They have to be unmasked, so we can see who they really are!
They are no more than those ancient slave traders, reborn from across the seas, who will pay bounties to predators willing to slap you in chains, while you slumber and sleep in paradise!

Cady- you have to remember that most of these reporters agree with Obama that the Constitution has to be changed.
I’ve come to the conclusion that Obama is a necessity. He has arrived on this planet to wake up the true patriots from their apathy. To remind them of what so many Americans have died for in the past and to force them to once more to ring the bell of liberty. If we don’t. I still don’t understand the need to see a Birth Certificate. His Father was a Foreigner here, with a Visa for his Education. Therefore he was not a United States Citizen. That’s why I fashioned the military Complaint in such a way that, I only point to FACTS that lead Plaintiffs to question whether BO is a NBC and not to claim definitively, he is not. The CLAIM for RELIEF similarly points to alternatives, given the lack of evidence one way or the other. That is, just because BO claims his father is BO, Sr. does not make it so; but what if it is true? Then, is BO a NBC? Read the military Complaint.

SO how do we over come the apathetic?
On Plains Radio they were discussing starting small with flyers and ads in local newspapers like the Pennysaver. It’s a great idea because even the most apathetic of us can place an ad or put a flyer in the local laundry room. The ads would direct people, who want to know all about what we are learning, to one or more of the various websites that are trying to get the word out. Although I really think it needs to be a central hub website that works with all of the rest. The reason for this is we need to start an “Email list.” Obama has one of 13 million drones that he can call on at will whenever he needs. So we need to build up the same thing. Yet to do that we need to really get organized. We need to bring every anti-Obama website together under one banner. Almost like what the founders did with the colonies. Of course there are egos involved but which is more important? As long as we are are bunch of individuals running around we will be ignored.
But for now start small. Flyer’s and ads and anything else to get the word out.
We are the 13 colonies once again!

Sadly, I was recently accused by a family member of not giving Mr. Obama a chance…. and degrading him. In the sentence before that I was told how “excited they were about our new leadership and finally got rid of the biggest crook in history. GEORGE W. BUSH”. It struck me as ironic because I was being accused of degrading Mr. Obama yet they were allowed to make a statement about an eligible President who served our country with much passion and patriotism…. the best he knew how! It made me wonder…who is really doing the degrading??? What I and many other Americans want to know are just plain and simple facts….. In no way am I degrading the man here but asking that he be honest with us and that the Constitution of the United States of America be upheld. How is that degrading and why is it so difficult for Mr. Obama to accommodate our request??
As one of many concerned citizens and Patriots, our mission for the truth will not end when Mr. Obama swears on a bible. The evidence is out there and it will come to light one way or another. In the meantime……The dangers to our nation and our families which Mr. Obama has put forth by being a USURPER are quite frightening and certainly very upsetting. Frankly, Mr. Obama’s statements of uniting America were nothing more than a “smoke screen” and words on a teleprompter. ASSOCIATED PRESS President-elect Barack Obama was born under the jurisdiction of a foreign power, Britain, and is therefore ineligible to serve as president of the United States, according to a lawsuit that has reached the Supreme Court.
I stand amazed at what I am witnessing in our constitutional republic. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the Constitution the rule of law in this nation? Don’t Supreme Court judges take oaths promising to protect and uphold that Constitution from foreign and domestic enemies? If our laws are derived from this text, then what is it called when those laws are ignored? It is called, “breaking the law.”
Our Constitution lays down the eligibility requirements for presidents. One requirement states that the president of the United States must be a natural-born citizen. Now, any reasonable thinking person knows citizenship is proven by one’s birth certificate.
President-elect Barack Obama’s presentation of a Certification of Live Birth certified that he was born alive but not that he was born in Hawaii. So we have rumors of a Kenyan birth. How do you get to the bottom of rumors? You inquire and investigate.
Our Supreme Court judges are required to uphold our law and get to the bottom of this unnecessary upheaval that Mr. Obama has hurled America into. What’s so hard about producing a real birth certificate? He is challenging our rule of law by refusing to prove his natural-born citizenship and is, therefore, undermining the foundation of our nation.
If our Supreme Court justices continue to deny “hearing” the many lawsuits that they are being presented with concerning Mr. Obama’s citizenship, then they are failing to do their jobs. The law states eligibility through natural-born citizenship is required. It is the court’s duty to get to the bottom of this and hold Mr. Obama accountable to the law.

We do not know absolutely that the Supreme Court is choosing to do nothing. They may be waiting for the best time and the best case. There are however a myriad of others who have not kept their oath of office including every single elector, all Senators and Congressmen, the Secretaries of state and state election certifiers, and the state Governors.
The simple fact is that Obama has not established the date, time or place of his birth with any supporting documentation that carries any significant legal weight. The clumsy forgery posted on the Obama web site and “verified” by the “non-partisan” FactCheck.org would not even get you a driver’s license in the state of Hawaii. If that document was presented in a court of law, it would be more likely to get you a jail term.
There will always be some Obama disciples who will support the man regardless of what the facts show. If these unquestioning adorers of Mr. Obama took a minute or two to exercise some common sense and basic critical thinking, they would wonder, as many of us do, why Obama has sealed virtually all of his personal records from public scrutiny. College records (grades, transcripts, theses, financial aid forms), Illinois Senate records (his voting record, even his calendar), his legal clients’ list – all have been removed, destroyed, sealed or otherwise made unavailable to the general public and the media alike.
Even die-hard supporters of Obama might wonder how he managed to travel to Pakistan in 1981 during a time when our State Department forbade American citizens to travel to that country. They might even wonder how in the world Obama managed to raise such a huge amount of money during his campaign, a suspiciously large percentage of which came from sources outside the United States. On the other hand, many Obama fans don’t seem inclined to actually think for themselves and check the facts when simply repeating the Obama-approved talking points and tossing out the requisite ad hominem attacks is so much easier. Our Constitution guarantees each of us the right to vote, even those of us who have no respect for that Constitution. What a shame!

This is my response to any one who ever asks me to write another letter the existing Congress, Senate or Supreme Court. You are in as much of a fog of confusion as all of us. On one hand you readily acknolwedge that our Congress and Senate has failed us by refusing to hear the calls and letters we sent them regarding Obama’s “natural born citizen” status. On the other hand you are asking us to write to our Congress regarding a new bill to be voted upon. It is apparent reality hasn’t hit us yet.
If Congress failed America on the most important issue in American history–the installation of a Usurper as President,– what on earth makes you think it is still OUR CONGRESS? We no longer have a Congress, Senate, or Supreme Court that gives a rats tail about us. I will never again write to a dead government.
The only issue left is terminating all our elected officials before their terms expire. WE must concentrate on finding every way to publicly expose them for the treason they committed against America and terminate them for breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, conspiracy, and treason. These elected officials are not politicians in office. They are criminals! They should be behind bars. We should be doing every thing in our power to indict all of them. We must constantly remind the public of Congress, Sennate and The Supreme Court’s betrayal of America! There no longer is a Congress that exists for the people!

Plus he said that when the investigators he had looking for the INS documents returned to the record dept the same one they were searching through the day before, they were stopped by the guards and told from now on they would have to have a court order to search.

Just because there are those who choice to ignore it does make it meaningless. If Obama truly is an usurper then according to Dr. Edwin Vieira the foremost authority on the constitution, any law he passes is not only powerless, it doesn’t even exist. So each and every law he passes should be challenged as well as his authority to do so.

I. Motion For Leave To File A Brief Amicus
Curiae
The Court’s amicus, Bill Anderson, requests leave
of this Court to file a brief amicus curiae in this case.
Consent to file it has been obtained from the petitioner,
whom this brief supports; the respondents
have not granted consent.
The amicus is a citizen of the State of Arizona
and an elector of that state for elector for President of
the United States. He voted in the general election
held by the State of Arizona on November 4, 2008.
This Court has in fact recognized that the amicus has
an interest in this type of case. See United States v.
Newman, 238 U.S. 537, 547, 35 S.Ct. 881, 883, 59
L.Ed. 1446, 1450 (1915); and the same holds true for
the petitioner. Ibid.
Your amicus submits that it will not be possible
for this Court to dispose of this case properly without
considering the following points which either have
not been brought to the attention of this Court by the
parties or which have not been adequately discussed:
1.) This Court is not facing a question of the
constitutional aspects of standing, but a
question pertaining to the prudential
considerations only; and,
2.) The lack of an adequate remedy following
the inauguration of Barack Obama,

and the potential civil and military crises
which could arise therefrom, crises
that could not be readily addressed by
the ordinary processes of the law, must
be considered in addressing the prudential
aspects of standing; and,
3.) With respect to the prudential considerations
of standing, certain aspects of
this case are analogous to the doctrine of
res ipsa loquitur.

It’s like this. Those who vote for the president should consider what the impact of an election will be on the nation as a whole and not just be concerned with what they can get for themselves (welfare, etc.).
What Obama voters don’t seem to realize is that the government’s money comes from taxes collected from tax paying families.
Raising taxes on productive people means they will have less money to spend on their families. Congratulations on your choice. For future
reference, you might attempt to add up all you’ve received from us, your mom, Toni’s parents and others and compare it to what you expect to get over the next four years from Mr. Obama.

BerlinBerlin – From what I heard Steve Pidgeon’s building was suddenly condemned forcing him to move. Coincidence?
Plus he said that when the investigators he had looking for the INS documents returned to the record dept the same one they were searching through the day before, they were stopped by the guards and told from now on they would have to have a court order to search.
I think Steve is getting close.

I would like to contribute to the positive momentum that is growing out of this disaster.
Like it or not we are all being taught a few lessons. I want to be a quick learner and do more than sulk.
A few suggestions:
1.Our great nation faces the immediate need to prevent and protect from a usurper. We should provide financial support to the dedicated leaders ie. Blog hosters, attorneys, researchers, writers, etc. My thinking is spend some $ now or it will be worthless.
2.Commit to promoting truth. So many are doing this so effectively now through the internet, letters to editors,and word of mouth. This applies to both short term and long term goals. Google gives me “alerts” on Obama eligibility. What a great opportunity to exploit the MSM on any topic.
3. (Rub raw the sores of discontent), sound familiar? Saul Alinsky was among other things a grass roots activist.
Today I read a piece on the extravagant ceremony in WDC coming up. The comments which followed expressed disgust at the hypocrisy. Most comments were from BO supporters. They sounded like potential converts to me.
I also read a few comments today from a current resident of one of the slums in Chicago that received so much attention in “dreams of my father” but the resident says the housing is in worse shape than ever. Maybe BO, Tony, Rod and the boys from the hood could help explain wus up widdat. There must be some serious discontent going with some of the union workers SEIU and pension fund contributors TRS. I’d like to hear how BO is working for them. Not everyone can see this stuff coming but I for one am going to give credit where it is due, to anyone willing to listen, and I mean everyone.
4.) Be smart. This is a part time thing for me and I suspect for others as well. Time is precious. I personally think I know it all but have started to notice it is much easier to keep a conversation going when I am asking leading questions and listening.
Let me recommend a place called “The Leadership Institute”. These folks are writing the books on how to be effective at progressing conservative goals. And the price is right. vhttp://www.leadershipinstitute.org/
5.) No more apathy. There are good people offering to clean things up. We need to get behind the ideals and the people of principal even when they are calling for sacrifice. William Buckley said something like “we would be better off being governed by the first 100 people in the Boston phone book than the faculty of Harvard”. Prophetic, or just obvious?
I hope others will add to this idea list. And stay fired up. The content of these first rate blogs have helped me wake up. I am grateful.
Take heart. A few setbacks do not a loss make! I for one want to offer my kids and grandchildren something much better than what we are being pushed toward now. Amen?

A Muslim scholar chosen to speak at President-elect Barack Obama’s inaugural prayer service Wednesday is the leader of a group that federal prosecutors say has ties to terrorists.
Ingrid Mattson, president of the Islamic Society of North America, is one of many religious leaders scheduled to speak at the prayer service at Washington’s National Cathedral.
Mattson has been the guest of honor at State Department dinners and has met with senior Pentagon officials during the Bush administration. She also spoke at a prayer service at the Democratic National Convention in Denver. Mattson, who was elected president of the society in 2006, is a professor of Islamic studies at Hartford Seminary in Hartford, Conn.
But in 2007 and as recently as last July, federal prosecutors in Dallas filed court documents linking the Plainfield, Ind.-based Islamic society to the group Hamas, which the U.S. considers a terrorist organization.
Neither Mattson nor her organization have been charged. But prosecutors wrote in July that they had “a wide array of testimonial and documentary evidence expressly linking” the group to Hamas and other radical groups.

Even though CW say these parents were citizens, there is NO evidences that explains when these parents became U.S citizens at the time of birth or even applied for citizenship. One such President is Chester A. Arthur. His parents were Canadian. Barack Obama will become the 7th President with at least one foreign born parent.

Now get this picture -Rahm Immanuel won the seat in congress from Rod Blagojevich of Illinois fame after a stint for 2 years with the infamous Freddie Mac and David Gregory’s wife was executive vice president of Fannie Mae infame. Andrea Mitchell also with NBC is married to Allan Greespan of Federal Reserve Fame. Am I the only one beginning to see a funny picture here. Gregory’s wife’s name is Beth Wilkinson.

Presidents with one immigrant parent are Thomas Jefferson (1801-1809), whose mother was born in England, James Buchanan (1857-1861) and Chester Arthur (1881-1885), both of whom had Irish fathers, and Woodrow Wilson (1913-1921) and Herbert Hoover (1929-1933), whose mothers were born respectively in England and Canada.
now I can not find any information that will state that these parents were American citizens at the time of birth of the respective presidents.

I have a good friend who is a history teacher and I began to ask if what was said on this site and other like this site had any merit. I read for awhile without expressing any thoughts but then this site took a turn. I did some research and found that I believe that Obama is eligable to be POTUS. Now if this site can not take an opposing view point then maybe you’re right. Why even be here. I see that there is no room for debate. gholtron – Leo Donofrio already did all of the research regarding the citizenship status of the past Presidents and it’s all on his website. He did it while researching his lawsuit. The only president whose father was not a US citizen at the time of his birth was Chester Arthur and he, like BO, covered it up.
Actually gholtron you’re welcome to be here. There’s nothing wrong with opposing points of view. I’ve been exploring all of these sites and so far not on Obama supporter has provided any evidence to prove Obama is eligible. IN fact that’s all any of as want. Proof! Either prove us right or prove us wrong but don’t spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in lawyers fees just to hide everything.

Your 3 wishes are commendable and quite frankly necessary, if not urgent.
Please read more about Obama and you will find that a presidency under him will not lead to what you wish for. In fact, many argue quite the opposite.
In the end one’s interpretation of information is one’s own, and no one can ultimately help you with that because it is a complicated process.

Remember that Barack Obama, Sr. was in this country on a temporary student visa — note the word “temporary.”
This meant that he never intended to live in this country permanently, but to return to Kenya, where he already married and had a family.
Stanley Ann Dunham told her friends in Seattle that SHE intended to move to Kenya with him.
Instead, when Barack Obama, Jr was 2 years old, she divorced him.
What happened in the meantime? Friends of Grandpa Dunham have put it in writing what happened, but I’ll leave it for you to find out.
While at Harvard, Obama, Sr., married another American (his 3rd wife). She did move to Kenya with him. She still lives in Nairobi, where she is very well-known. Her own son, Obama’s half-brother, now works in Shengzen, China.
Obama’s 1st wife, to who he was still married when he married Ann Dunham, became one of Ann’s oldest friends, and says that she will be in Washington, DC on January 20.
Two questions: how can you marry someone who is in this country on a temporary student visa, and already married, and be considered a ‘natural-born Citizen,’ which means ‘born in this country of Americans who are citizens?’
And secondly, how does Wife Number 1 tell a London newspaper that she was lifelong friends with wife Number 2 (Ann Dunham), if there is not record that they ever met — unless there is an unrecorded history of their meeting in Kenya before Obama, Jr. was born?
These are the kinds of things that you find out on Citizen Wells, that you do not find out anywhere else.
Why? Because I am the one who reads the foreign papers to find out this information — some of it in other languages than English.

Bob, so far you have been the most intellectual person on this site and I want to respond to you first. Everything I saw on this site was also here say or no evidence as well. For example, the tape that Obama’s grandmother has made that said she was present at his birth. How can we be sure that it was her on the tape? Did anyone do a voice analysis? Will this even stand up in court?
B) The Indonesian school document that is used as proof that Obama was adopted by his stepfather. Is there an official document of adoption? If so where is it? And please don’t tell me Obama is hiding it. How do we know that his stepfather just didn’t bribe the school to allow him to attend there? Now I will try to address Jerome’s question to the point of the BC. You asked why he doesn’t show his birth certificate. I may not be able to answer that question but I can try. I believe that his history in the Illinois’s state government, he being a U.S Senate, I would think that Senate would do as they did with Mr. Burris by checking his credentials. I have to believe the Hawaiian government, the Illinois government and the US government in their checking the birth certificate. Now the issue of both parents being born on U.S soil. I believe the 14th Amendment along with section 8 of the U.S code covers who is eligible (I have to make sure I spell eligible right for you know who) that is my belief. There are too may constitutional scholars out there that would challenge this. You guys will have to really break this down to convince others of why he is not eligible.
There are so many conspiracies about Obama; it makes it hard to believe any of them.

Thanks about the grandchild. We are excited, and since our daughter has a very bad back problem, we hope that she will be okay. Needless to say, she’ll have to be very careful. Our granddaughter is also a light of our live. She is at a really cute age right now where she’s all over you and just loving on you all the time. Honestly, she’s a mess! But she’s a cute one at the same time.
Also, I don’t know what you’re meaning when you say that you don’t agree with me on whatever. I’m not looking for anyone to agree with me or to reach an agreement with ME. If it’s about the Scriptures and the use of the sacred name Yahweh, well, it’s not me that you have to be concerned to be in agreement with. It’s them. Not me! They state what they state and mean what they say. And I’ll tell you this, in order to become like a Berean, which is what I’m working on, you have to learn to look up the Scriptures and ask them — not me. I can say whatever, but we’re all required to test (or prove) all things…and in order to do that, it’s just like what it says, it’s an active search to prove whether something is so or not, but not what I think that it should be or you think that it should be.
Now, if a person hold the Talmud or the Koran up as having authority, then whatever the Scriptures say really won’t matter to them.

I am a 50 year old male who spent his early years as an Air Force brat who traveled most every State in my Fathers quest to serve this Great Country while I was learning from my Patriotic elders what it meant to be an American and respect for the American Flag. We sacrificed many things on Military pay that many others took for granted. Always on the move from one Air Force base to the next, my brother was born in California, my sister in Mississippi and myself in New Jersey.
My Father was a proud hard core and strict career Air Force E-8 Master Sergeant and “Bronze Star” recipient who took his 22 years of service to this Great Country very seriously. A communication and electronic specialist, he served many terms abroad in extremely dangerous situations making sure remote ground communication towers were ready in advance of troop support in Korea, Vietnam and several other countries. My Father rarely talked about his experiences and NEVER ever complained. His death before dishonor tattoo on his right arm was always something he wished he had not done but I knew he lived it. He passed away in 1997 at the young age of 66 from a heart attack and still lives with me everyday. During this rough time, one of the memories I will never forget is the Patriotic crocodile tears I shed when the “21 Gun Salute” proudly put him to rest in San Diego, California.
My Grandfather whom lived well into his 90’s spent over two decades of his retirement years dedicated to public education of Constitutional awareness. With the trunk of his 1962 Chevy Bel Air full and loaded way past the maximum, I witnessed a tireless dedication distributing small business card sized educational hand-outs with topics such as “The Declaration of Independence”, “Respect of the American Flag” and “What it means to be an American”.
On January 17, 2009 I and many other American’s witnessed what I feel may have been the last straw, the public desecration of the American Flag (defaced with picture, Name and Inauguration dates) in Baltimore during the Usurper and President Elects Whistle Stop Tour. At first this made me angry, later lead to disbelief and finally just plain sadness.
Like many other like minded and Patriotic American’s who are aghast at the recent and blatant disrespect for the “The United States of America”, the “Constitution”, the “Declaration of Independence” and the “American Flag” that many of our Great Patriots have lived and died for.
In closing, I am calling for all TRUE Americans far and wide to Stand Up, Stand Up, Stand Up and Fight for Our Fathers and Forefathers and those who continue to sacrifice for this GREAT COUNTRY, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!! .

Have to jump in here. One of my obot friends told me the other day that “nobody with any sense believes that stuff” when I mentioned the O’s eligibility issues. I asked her if she put me in that category, and she sort of backed off a bit. She was quite taken aback when I told her that it is all over the internet, millions of Americans doubt he is eligible, foreign news articles are written about it, etc. Her answer was: “If there was anything to it, it would be on CNN.” How many others like her at out there? We went to see Valkyrie today in the theater. For those who haven’t seen yet, GO SEE IT. Very well done, although my wife didn’t care for the violence. No problem. There is another Policy definition (a) which applies to contractors and excepted service employees.
The one that catches the eye is Section 1, Policy 1 (b):
“(b) It is necessary to reinvestigate individuals in positions of public trust in order to ensure that they remain suitable for continued employment. ”
Lots of people are missing this part of the 2 Part Executive Order.
What if they throw Obama out at the coronation, then because of the ensuing civil unrest Bush declares martial law and retains the presidency?

It sounds like this could be the case. Bush’s Executive Order at the last minute is a proverbial background check grenade into the Executive Branch.
All it takes is one inquiry from the FBI and it’s over for Obama.
Imagine the timeline:
January 20…
8AM: FBI makes a call and asks for the case file.
9AM: FBI receives a response on the case file.
10AM: FBI notifies the President the investigation is ready and they have a court order.
12PM: Inauguration begins.
2PM: The president is out hobnobbing.
2:15PM: The FBI arrests Obama
3:00PM: Bush signs on the airwaves and states Obama is ineligible and illegal.
4:00PM: Riots ensue.
4:05PM: Maritial Law is declared in Washington (after all there’s lots of soldiers being pulled in for the inauguration).
Doesn’t sound all that far-fetched.

There is a long battle ahead of us and there are too many issues for just one Group to address. This will allow particpating Member Groups to retain their own identites, members and “causes” while allowing us to organize, plan and implement strategies across a larger scale. Whether or not a person is likely to be eligible for selection, OPM must be informed in all cases where there is evidence of material, intentional false statements, or deception or fraud in examination or appointment, and OPM will take a suitability action where warranted.

§ 731.106 Designation of public trust positions and investigative requirements.
(a) Risk designation . Agency heads must designate every covered position within the agency at a high, moderate, or low risk level as determined by the position’s potential for adverse impact to the efficiency or integrity of the service. OPM will provide an example of a risk designation system for agency use in an OPM issuance as described in §731.102(c).
(b) Public Trust positions . Positions at the high or moderate risk levels would normally be designated as “Public Trust” positions. Such positions may involve policy making, major program responsibility, public safety and health, law enforcement duties, fiduciary responsibilities or other duties demanding a significant degree of public trust, and positions involving access to or operation or control of financial records, with a significant risk for causing damage or realizing personal gain.

I think Viera is an absolute genius. He is entirely correct about the re-balance and reformation back to the Constitution. It will be difficult to crowbar the National Guard away from the President’s hands, but it is a necessity.
A strategy of action is necessary, regardless of what happens this week, or any other week. Our country is in peril and he have been for some time.

It’s still unclear. It may be something. it may be nothing.
I’m still not clear exactly how far the Office of Personnel Management goes with regards to the Oval Office, but I still have yet to read anything that would lead me to believe a background check would not be done on the Commander in Chief.
It makes perfect sense. The FBI doesn’t initiate a backround check on the President or any other candidate. It would seem logical for the OPM, the Human Resource department for the government, to request one for any new or existing employee. And since the inauguration allows the President elect to become an employee, this would be the time to complete the check for eligibility.
I may be way off base on this as this is all new to me, but I’m trying to get my arms around it as fast as possible. Perhaps someone can call the OPM and get clarification:

The investigation has already been done. The Executive order validates the investigations and the conclusions of the investigations. It could be curtains for Obama. Rahm Emanuel couldn’t get a security clearance when he worked for Clinton.

Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement.
After that it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes. We don’t like redistributive taxes so you can keep them. You are welcome to all the liberal judges and the ACLU.
Since you hate guns and think guns cause crime, we’ll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA, and the military. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore, and Rosie O’Donnell (you are however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move them).
We’ll keep the capitalism, your hated greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart, and Wall Street and ANWAR. You can have your beloved homeless, hippies, and illegal aliens. We’ll keep Alaskan Hockey Moms, CEO’s, and Rednecks. We’ll keep the Bibles and you can have ABC,CBS,CNN,NBC, Entertainment Tonight and Hollywood.
You can make nice with Iran, Palestine, and France, and we’ll retain the right to invade places that threaten or harm us or our allies. You can have the peaceniks and war protestors. When our allies or way of life are under assault, we’ll provide them job security.
We’ll keep our Judeo-Christian Values. You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, and Shirley McClain. You can keep the U.N. however we will no longer be paying the bill. We’ll keep the SUV’s, pickup trucks, and luxury cars. You can have every Subaru Station Wagon you can find.
You can banter heath care is a right and give it to everyone, if you can find any practicing Doctors like Howard Dean if they’ll donate their time and do it for free.
We’ll continue to believe healthcare insurance is an individual responsibility and more important than spending all of ones money on lifestyle.
We’ll keep The Battle Hymn of the Republic and the National Anthem. I’m sure you’ll be happy to substitute Imagine, I’d Like to Teach The World To Sing, Kum Ba Ya, or We Are the World.
We’ll practice trickle down economics, and you can continue to give trickle up poverty your best shot.
Since it often so offends you, we’ll keep our History, our Name, and our Flag.

It does not apply to Obama. He is not “appointed to excepted service position” or hired as a contractor.
Look up the definition of excepted service position.
They are appointed civil service, not elected officials.
