If the INS form that ED Hale has is the right one there is no further need for Obama’s vault BC. The INS form will tell all,including his birthplace. What makes theINS form the holy grail, is that it was filled out and signed by Obama’s own mother which removes all doubt. It will also state his birthplace. If this is the correct form it needs to be published in every public media that will accept and put it in print. It should also be published in all world media possible. It needs lots of publicity. Perhaps this will turn up the heat under the backsides of the SCOTUS.

CW: I address my comment to you. Since I try to look at both sides of the issues–I visit anti and pro Obama blogs. In order to maintain an open mind on all issues, I try to look at it from both sides.
One common thread on the anti and pro Obama blogs seems to be the love for our country. Irregardless of what each person thinks of this country at this moment in time, I think we can all agree that “with all the things that is wrong with this country, there is so much that is right with this country”. We have to rely on the fact that this country has always had a way of correcting itself when wrongs have been commited–Not through anarchy but through the laws of the land that have been set down from the beginning of our fore fathers. We might not agree with some of these laws but they were put in place to protect us. When they no longer work, they are amended/changed. Case in point Slavery.
I see where each blog have their own view or views on why Obama is not elligible or is elligible to take the Oath of Office. Each anti Obama blog should take into consideration that if there was anything to all these rumors that Hillary Clinton or John McCain would have uncovered it months ago. Just think, Hillary had access to every nook and cranny of the federal government and Hillary and John Mc had access to some of the best investigators/lawyers in the country.
I have seen on some of the blogs that the Obamas and Dunhams had ownership of countless properties. If it was that easy for the bloggers to find, don’t you think that Hillary and John Mc would have uncovered that. If he were really an Indonesian citizen, don’t you think Hillary and John Mc would have uncovered that. If there was a problem with his passport, don’t you think Hillary and John Mc would have uncovered that. If there was a problem with Michelle’s law license, don’t you think Hillary and John Mc would have uncovered that. Afterall, politics is not for the faint of heart, neither is it tiddly winks.
This is the first blog I have taken the time to post on. I tried to post on Orly’s but if you don’t agree with her, she immediately delete you. I chose CW’s blog not because he let me post here but because of all the blogs I lurked on, he seems like the most forward thinking.
I don’t agree with overthrowing the government or encouraging our young men and women, who have already given so much to this country, to commit mutiny. That is just plain wrong.
Our country is at a crucial time, not because of the BC issue. What happens now with our economy, two wars, climate change and our place in the world will determine what world, not just our country, but what world we will leave to future generations.

They treat their “facts” as if they are undisputed and their theory of the law as if it is universally accepted and correct. Their facts are crap. Rumors on the internet, folks, are not facts. Anonymous experts posting on the internet do not “establish” that anything is a forgery. The notion that one must be born in the US to two US citizens to be natural born is at best a theory, and as a theory it would be a decidedly minority opinion.

The current SCOTUS threshold for a MUST STAY of BHO’s inauguration is not whether he is ultimately determined constitutionally ineligible to be POTUS, merely whether there now is SERIOUS QUESTION on his constitutional eligibility, since any determination of inelligibility AFTER inauguration would pose unnecessary civil and military difficulties.
This is the proof Fitz stopped the investigation to protect Obama. The governor had every right to appoint someone and Fitz knows darn well thats true.
I never fell for his weak excuse of trying to prevent Blago from selling the seat. It looks to me Burris DID buy the seat.
