update today, Monday, December 1, 2008 on his NJ lawsuit appeal and Cort Wrotnowski versus Connecticut
Secretary of State lawsuit, both before the US Supreme Court.
“Today we are watching for the SCOTUS AUTOMATED Docket to be updated with two important developments, one in Cort’s case and one in mine.
We hope the docket will reflect that Cort Wrotnowski has renewed his application to the Honorable Associate Justice Antonin Scalia as of this morning. Cort’s application for an emergency stay and/or injunction was denied by the Honorable Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on November 26, 2008. Cort sent it by Express mail on Saturday Nov. 29, 2008.
We are also hoping to see my supplemental brief docketed and distributed to the Justices today. This was sent via FED EX on Wed. Nov. 26 and was delivered on Friday Nov. 28 at 9:05 AM, but it still hasn’t been updated to the docket…see Fed ex tracking number 866846734555”

There is surely 1 million disgruntled American patriots in the DC area alone who would be willing to descend on Washington on the day before the Inaugaration to show their dismay over the lack of constitutional support! Hopefully, may million if the word could be spread on the internet! MSM could not ignore that especially if those million people were still there on Inaugeration Day!

Three cheers for the suits now in SCOTUS! We are all watching this very closely. Friday is a very important day in the history of our nation as the justices review Donofrio’s case.

DO SOMETHING AMERICA!!!
Any place there is a camera there need to be patriots with signs and voices. The Today Show in NY every live tv show let people know that there ARE people who want the TRUTH before it is too LATE! There needs to be organization! The government is at work here, to derail these cases and to keep them under wraps, until it is too late! America be HEARD or be LOST!

Please do NOT give up! This is exactly what they want us to do – to give up and let them rob us of our freedon, our liberty and our country! If our founding fathers had given up their fight we won’t be enjoying our free country now.
We will seek justice to the end. We will do whatever it takes to uphold the Constitution. Nothing can stop us. The truth will prevail. We can overcome corruption, deceits and whatever they throw at us. The fact that they are resorting to such despictable tactics as using the “anthrax test” as excuse to delay the case show that they are really frightened that the case will be heard. We have made progress and we simply should not and cannot give up now. Leom we are behind you 100%. Time and patience is on our side. Even if they mangaed to drag it on they will only make it worse for themselves – an ineligible president will cause chaos. When/If that happens, we will have even stronger voices, greater strengths to wake up the waylaid Americans, put the traitors where they belong., and put our country back on the right track.

Millions of protesters descending on DC? You’re kidding right? You realize that there will be millions of people in DC for the inauguration, but they’ll be cheering, not protesting.
If you seriously believe that millions of people are going to go to protest Obama’s inauguration on the grounds that he’s ineligible… well I’d like some of those Class 1 drugs you’re using.
Remember, we are the ones not using drugs.
That is why we did not buy into Obama.
