Barack Obama appears desperate to win the presidential election. The more
I know about Obama, the more I have come to the conclusion that he
believes he must win the presidency. Consider the following:
Obama has no Law License
Obama relinquished his Illinois law license in early 2007. Why would
Obama give up something that provided his primary source of income
and something he spent so much time and energy obtaining? Andy Martin
filed a complaint in IL on March 13, 2007 stating that Obama had lied
on his IL bar application. Obama had 17 outstanding traffic violations
that he had failed to take care of. Mr. Martin discovered that Obama
would not be prosecuted because he no longer had his law license. I contacted Andy Martin and this was his response:
“Nothing. Obama had already resigned as a lawyer and so they had no jurisdiction over him.”
“Not if they have lost jurisdiction over the individual. They can’t punish someone who has resigned, which is why so many corrupt lawyers in Illinois resign before they are disbarred.”
Obama ties to Crime and Corruption
Obama had many close ties to crime and corruption in Chicago and Illinois.
Tony Rezko and Obama, close associates for many years, are at the center
of investigations and prosecutions by federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald.
Tony Rezko has been tried and convicted of multiple counts of corruption
and is awaiting sentencing. he is also talking. Stuart Levine, the star
witness at the Rezko, has been convicted. Dr. Robert Weinstein has been
indicted and is awaiting trial. Rod Blagojecvich, the governor of Illinois,
was endorsed by Obama and will probably be indicted or impeached.
Obama has many ties to these corruption players and his name was mentioned regularly during the Rezko trial. Will Obama be indicted next?

facilitate the vote rigging in Chicago as chairman of the Illinois Senate
Health and Human Services Committee. Mr. Obama pushed legislation in Senate Bill 1332 to reduce the number of members of the Health Facilities Planning Board from 15 to 9. Mr. Obama did conspire with Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko and Rod Blogojevich to rig the committee and was rewarded with campaign contributions. The new members appointed included 3 doctors who contributed to Mr. Obama. On April 21, 2004, Stuart Levine explicitly advised Dr. Robert Weinstein, who is now indicted, of Tony Rezko’s role in manipulating the Planning Board’s vote.
Philip J Berg Lawsuit – Obama is a Indonesian citizen
Philip J Berg filed a lawsuit in federal court on August 21, 2008 that
states Obama is not qualified to be president. The lawsuit is based on
many documented facts, with the prominent fact being that Obama became
an Indonesian citizen and never pledged allegiance to the US. Instead
of offering proof of US citizenship in the form of a vault copy of his
birth certificate and a pledge of allegiance, Obama filed a motion to
dismiss Mr. Berg’s lawsuit. John McCain provided a vault COLB to congress.
Why am I certain that Obama is desperate to become president?
During the Tony Rezko investigation and trial, it was discovered that
Rezko told Stuart Levine not to worry, he would see to it that Patrick
Fitzgerald would be removed as prosecutor.
If Obama is elected, he certainly would see to it that Fitzgerald is
“reassigned”.
If the Philip J Berg lawsuit is delayed until after the election, Obama
believes that the current congress would never impeach him. I am certain
most people would agree.
So, you see, if Obama gains the presidency, his troubles are over, and ours are just beginning. Our constitution will have collapsed.
Footnote – I just spoke to someone with a legal background that read
from a reliable source that the Philip J Berg lawsuit would be dismissed
on a legal technicality. This is not confirmed but would not surprise
many of us. Obama, the Indonesian citizen, tied to corruption in Chicago,
Illinois and the Middle East, stole the nomination and is trying to
steal the election. Don’t let him. Defeat Obama in the court of
American accountability on November 4.

“Here come another of those “Guilt by Associations” that Senator Barack Obama will try to weasel himself out of. As you may know, Philip Berg is suing Senator Obama in Civil Court. Berg wants Obama to Produce his real birth certificate to prove that he meets the citizenship requirements to be President. Rather than just product the birth certificate (is he trying to hide something?) Obama’s legal team filed a motion to dismiss. One of the Lawyers filing the motion was Joe Sandler (sandler@sandlerreiff.com) of the Washington law firm Sandler, Reiff, and Young (see the document below).
If Mr. Sandler’s name sounds familiar it Should. He is the Legal Hit Man for the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR is an organization with terrorist ties, and has been as an un-indicted co-conspirator in the Holyland Foundation Hamas Funding trial.
Sandler’s role for CAIR has been to stifle people from telling the truth about Islam. For example, last year he tried to get Jihad Expert Robert Spencer banned from speaking to the Young American Foundation, by using a threatening letter. Sandler followed up by threatening columnist Mike Adams for writing about the Spencer incident.
Look, everyone deserves legal representation that is not the Issue. I just read on a link on the Larry Sinclair webpage that someone has proof Obama applied to Columbia, and maybe Occidental Colleges as a “Kenyan” citizen. THIS IS HUGE IF IT CAN BE PROVEN!!! Has anyone else heard this? Please investigate. No wonder Obama does not want his records opened from these colleges. I swear, someone should pay a thief to go in and photocopy the records so we can clear this up. Lord knows Obama won’t allow anyone to see them. Here is the rub though, wouldn’t someone at either of those colleges want to protect the Constitution by telling someone, if that is the case? Honestly . . . what is happening to our country when this has been allowed to go this far uninvestigated!

Over the last few days, there have been relentless Internet rumors that the court has dismissed the Berg lawsuit. As of this writing, that is untrue, and Attorney Berg claims that he is confident that the defendant’s Motion to Dismiss will be defeated.

Ironically, I just got off the phone with Larry. Larry did not confess to anything. When Larry went public with his allegations, he was honest about who he was and what he had done, unlike Barack Obama.
Regarding Larry’s medical conditions. He has made some of that public in the past.
Larry Sinclair is not running for president. Obama, who is running for president, was not vetted by the DNC and has been given a free ride by the MSM.

Bottom Line on Obamas Lawyer (Bar) License
Obama’s license is “inactive” – that means that he still HAS a law license. He is just not using it. Many, if not most states have an “inactive” status. People use it when they are not actively practicing because then they don’t have to pay bar dues, go to continuing education classes, etc. A license can be reactivated when/if the attorney chooses to return to practice. You may or may not be required to take continuing education classes to do so. There is nothing nefarious about it. If he gave up his license, he would not be inactive, he would not be listed in the bar rolls at all.
And discipline that results in a suspension or disbarment is almost always public. The purpose of attorney discipline is to protect the public. Making discipline public fosters that goal. In most jurisdictions, you cannot exchange your law license to avoid discipline. It is still reported, and still public. It is often called “disbarment by consent” but it is still public discipline.
Many people have law degrees but absolutely no need for a law license. Still others, like Michelle Obama, go into a line of work where a license and insurance are not necessary. I have seen nothing that leads me to believe that she was suspended or disbarred. The Illinois bar website BY LAW WOULD HAVE TO LIST it if it did happen.
