On Dominion: Everything I said about Dominion, I had a factual basis for. Any reasonable person looking at the evidence I have seen would have to come to the same conclusion. For example, in Georgia the vote difference was only approximately 11,000 votes. Georgia itself just admitted that 400,000 ballots can’t properly be accounted for. They not only ran an algorithm in the machine to shave votes, which their own manual admits they can do. So they weighed Biden votes at, say, 1.26 and they weighed Trump vote at 0.74. So a Trump vote only counted like three quarters and a Biden vote counted one and a quarter. That ra standard across the country as best we can tell from the evidence we are collecting. And then there was specific flipping of votes in any number of key cities and states.
On who knew about the fraud: It would take a federal criminal investigation, which should have been happening since the day after the election, to figure that out. Because there are scads of evidence out there on it and people who know about it. We have evidence that the algorithm itself was done in Serbia, by the Dominion people in Serbia, and then loaded into the machines. We have evidence that the machines were connected to the internet during the entire voting process when they should not have been at all.
On why the counting stopped on Election Day: If you recall, the counting stopped simultaneously in six states. That is because Trump voters turned out in such high numbers it broke the algorithm. The votes were so far over for Trump that they had to stop counting and then use the fraudulent ballots and other means to backfill the vote. And they had planned for that contingency. That’s what the mail-in ballot scam was to help cover and we have evidence that hundreds of thousands of fake ballots were trucked to different places to be on location as needed.
On why there has been no adjudication of these claims: I just couldn’t be more disappointed in our federal judicial system and the Department of Justice itself, even in the Trump administration, for its refusal to look at these issues. The word came down from high up in the Justice Department that nothing was going to be done about any of this. They know it exists. They have the evidence. They have not only refused to do anything about it, they have put the kibosh on anyone else’s efforts to do anything about it.”

First, at its peak, covid visits account for only 7.2 percent of emergency room visits.
Is that what you were led to believe?
And there were no flu emergency room visits in 2020 – 2021 when in February 2019 – 2020 there were more flu visits than covid in 2021?

“Summary
As of April 12, 2021, approximately 6.85 million doses of the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID-19 vaccine (Janssen) have been administered in the United States. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are reviewing data involving six U.S. cases of a rare type of blood clot in individuals after receiving the J&J COVID-19 vaccine that were reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). In these cases, a type of blood clot called cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) was seen in combination with low levels of blood platelets (thrombocytopenia). All six cases occurred among women aged 18–48 years. The interval from vaccine receipt to symptom onset ranged from 6–13 days. One patient died. Providers should maintain a high index of suspension for symptoms that might represent serious thrombotic events or thrombocytopenia in patients who have recently received the J&J COVID-19 vaccine. When these specific types of blood clots are observed following J&J COVID-19 vaccination, treatment is different from the treatment that might typically be administered for blood clots. Based on studies conducted among the patients diagnosed with immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia after the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine in Europe, the pathogenesis of these rare and unusual adverse events after vaccination may be associated with platelet-activating antibodies against platelet factor-4 (PF4), a type of protein. Usually, the anticoagulant drug called heparin is used to treat blood clots. In this setting, the use of heparin may be harmful, and alternative treatments need to be given.
CDC will convene an emergency meeting of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, to further review these cases and assess potential implications on vaccine policy. FDA will review that analysis as it also investigates these cases. Until that process is complete, CDC and FDA are recommending a pause in the use of the J&J COVID-19 vaccine out of an abundance of caution. The purpose of this Health Alert is, in part, to ensure that the healthcare provider community is aware of the potential for these adverse events and can provide proper management due to the unique treatment required with this type of blood clot.
Background
VAERS is a national passive surveillance system jointly managed by CDC and FDA that monitors adverse events after vaccinations. The six patients (after 6.85 million vaccine doses administered) described in these VAERS reports came to attention in the latter half of March and early April of 2021 and developed symptoms a median of 9 days (range = 6–13 days) after receiving the J&J COVID-19 vaccine. Initial presenting symptoms were notable for headache in five of six patients, and back pain in the sixth who subsequently developed a headache. One patient also had abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Four developed focal neurological symptoms (focal weakness, aphasia, visual disturbance) prompting presentation for emergency care. The median days from vaccination to hospital admission was 15 days (range = 10–17 days). All were eventually diagnosed with CVST by intracranial imaging; two patients were also diagnosed with splanchnic* and portal vein thrombosis. Unusual for patients presenting with thrombotic events, all six patients showed evidence of thrombocytopenia (<150,000 platelets per microliter of blood), consistent with a condition known as thrombotic thrombocytopenia, with platelet nadir counts ranging from 10,000 to 127,000 during their hospitalizations. Four patients developed intraparenchymal brain hemorrhage and one subsequently died. All data presented in this HAN are preliminary and investigations of these VAERS reports are ongoing. The Clinical Immunization Safety Assessment (CISA) project which includes experts in infectious disease and hematology are also reviewing these cases. To date, VAERS has received no reports of CVST with thrombocytopenia among persons who received either of the two mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines.
These reports following the J&J COVID-19 vaccine are similar to reports of thrombotic events with thrombocytopenia after receipt of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine in Europe. Both vaccines contain replication-incompetent adenoviral vectors (human [Ad26.COV2.S] for J&J and chimpanzee [ChAdOx1] for AstraZeneca) that encode the spike glycoprotein of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Based on studies conducted among the patients diagnosed with immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia after the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine in Europe, the pathogenesis of these rare and unusual adverse events may be associated with platelet-activating antibodies against platelet factor 4 (PF4). Anti-PF4, also known as heparin-PF4 antibody, can induce thrombotic thrombocytopenia in a small percentage of persons exposed to heparin. However, none of the cases reported from Europe had recent heparin exposure. As with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, the administration of the anticoagulant heparin should be avoided in patients with potential vaccine-associated immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT), unless heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) testing is negative. Non-heparin anticoagulants and high-dose intravenous immune globulin should be considered in treatment of patients who present with immune-mediated thrombotic events with thrombocytopenia after J&J COVID-19 vaccination. Consultation with hematology specialists is strongly recommended.”

In fact, here, there is an opportunity for all of us to consider what it means to be “a citizen”. Do we have any duty to the nation? Do we owe anything to one another?”
“Optimistically, we should be seeing the light at the end of the long tunnel with the rollout of vaccines, now being administered at a rate of one million to 1.5 million per day. On the other hand, using logic that would appeal to Lewis Carroll’s Mad Hatter, in many states the vaccines were initially administered more frequently to healthier and younger people than to those at greatest risk from the virus. The argument was made that children should be among the first to be vaccinated, although children are at extremely low risk from the virus and are proven not to be significant spreaders to adults. Likewise, we heard the Kafka-esque idea promoted that teachers must be vaccinated before teaching in person, when schools are one of the lowest risk environments and the vast majority of teachers are not high risk.
Worse, we hear so-called experts on TV warning that social distancing, masks, and other restrictions will still be necessary after people are vaccinated! All indications are that those in power have no intention of allowing Americans to live normally—which for Americans means to live freely—again.
And sadly, just as in Galileo’s time, the root of our problem lies in “the experts” and vested academic interests. At many universities—which are supposed to be America’s centers for critical thinking—those with views contrary to those of “the experts” currently in power find themselves intimidated. Many have become afraid to speak up.”
In Dr. Noorchashm’s defense, he has strongly recommended that people get screened before vaccinations and has warned about the consequences of not doing so.
He has also been against mandated vaccinations.
However, his position about getting vaccinated as a patriotic duty, although well intentioned, is dangerous and too reminiscent of Nazi Germany.

Dr. Hooman Noorchashm states that all people, especially the elderly should be screened prior to receiving Covid Vaccines.
This would also apply to children when approved.
Are the children involved in clinical trials being screened?
Citizen Wells can find no compelling reason, clear lesser of evils rationale for vaccinating children.

“I personally don’t think it is a terrible idea to vaccinate children against COVID-19 – IF it’s done rationally, safely and after confirming the vaccine’s efficacy in generating neutralizing IgG antibodies and priming T-cells in clinical trials.
Certainly I don’t think any family should be forced to vaccinate their children. This is a violation of the medical ethical principle of patient autonomy. And, I believe forced vaccination is medical malpractice.
Every sane parent in America should want to make sure their child is maximally protected — both from a potential natural COVID-19 infection, and from unnecessary or potentially harmful vaccination.
As before, it is my opinion and prognostication that indiscriminate vaccination of children with recent SARS-CoV-2 infections is unnecessary and potentially dangerous.
And, it is a certainty that by the time the COVID-19 children’s vaccine is available, many millions of kids will have been already naturally infected in this pandemic — I am of the opinion that indiscriminate vaccination in the vast majority of these kids will be unnecessary or dangerous.
I say this for two reasons:
Many, if not most, previously infected children are naturally immune. Vaccinating these already immune kids is medically unnecessary and poses a risk of vaccine reactions in some.
At least some kids with recent infections might be at risk of harm from a vaccine induced immune response. Because their tissues will contain antigenic remnants from their natural infections, which can get targeted by a reactivated immune response.
This is why I know that the safest and most rational approach to vaccinating people in the midst of outbreak, including children and young adults, is to use a #ScreenB4Vaccine approach to avoid indiscriminate vaccination of the previously infected and naturally immune.”
