Despite what the Durham County Board of Elections has been trying to cover up for, the change in recount that was reported to the state is significant. A change of 131 votes in one county out of 100.
I would be willing to bet that even this number is not accurate.

“Cooper picks up six votes on McCrory in Durham County recount”
“Durham County Board of Elections officials said their recount of 94,000 votes proved once again that the results that they reported on election night were accurate.
“We’ve been run through the wringer on this, and now proven to everybody that there was no problem,” said Durham County Board of Elections Chairman Bill Brian. “We have now proven to them three or four times there was no problem.”
In the recount completed Monday afternoon, Attorney General Roy Cooper picked up six votes, while Gov. Pat McCrory’s total stayed the same. Republican McCrory conceded to Democrat Cooper on Monday as the recount wrapped up.
After receiving the new count, Durham County officials made the election results official, marking the end of a two-week delay that followed Republican leaders and McCrory questioning the legitimacy of Durham County votes. Questions about the votes arose after the left-leaning county’s results were reported about 11:45 p.m. election night, pushing Cooper ahead of McCrory.
Brian, a Republican, along with the two other board members, a Republican and a Democrat, said the recount results remove the idea of a “taint” on the Durham County election that the State Board of Elections referred to when they ordered the recount last week.
The Republican-led State Board of Elections voted 3-2 along party lines Wednesday to order a machine recount of about 94,000 votes in Durham County by 7 p.m. Monday. The order backed the request from Republicans and McCrory’s campaign. The state board’s decision overturned the Durham County board, which had rejected the recount request as baseless.
“The only taint that was ever on Durham was put there by the state board,” Brian said.
Durham County officials had defended the original results, saying the votes came in late after they had to manually enter voting information because they were unable to upload data from six cards that saved information from ballot tabulators.
Data from five of the cards could not be uploaded to software because the number of votes per race exceeded the software’s memory limitation. A sixth card may have had a battery problem. Officials instead entered the information from the tabulators’ paper tapes.
Thomas Stark, general counsel for the N.C. Republican Party, said the recount results show that part of the process worked out the way it should, in spite of some glitches.
Stark said he still wasn’t confident that the statewide count was accurate.
“I think we have a lot of ineligible voters that are voting in North Carolina,” he said, and officials need to take a closer look at the issue. But proving those concerns takes “a lot longer than you have in the post-election canvass process,” he said.”

“To understand what’s at play in Durham county, we have to understand how the Jim Crow Democratic party controlled North Carolina for more than 100 years.
Before going to prison, a man named Zeno Ponder, ran something the LA Times called a “virtual fiefdom” in Madison County. Having a brother who was the Sheriff, Ponder operated above the law and among the Ponder Clan’s many talents, they could deliver any number of votes the folks in Raleigh needed in order to win a statewide election.
According to an unnamed (retired) badge bearer from the Attorney General’s world, Madison and Robeson were the last two counties to report the votes on Election Day. That way, the corrupt candidate for Governor could call up those two county bosses and get whatever number of votes.
“If the Governor told Zeno he needed 3,000 votes,” my source said, “then that’s how many Madison County would deliver.”
The problem in this year’s election was that both Robeson and Madison have changed. Ponder went to prison, as have a bevvy of politicians in Robeson County, since the “good old days” of Jim Crow Democrat domination in NC.
The key to stealing an election is to know the margin needed and to have a corrupt county standing by, willing and able to deliver the votes needed by their candidate; but the problem is finding a large enough county with a plausible excuse to be the last one to report their results.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch has refused to comply with a Congressional investigation concerning the Obama administration’s covert payments to Iran of $1.7 billion. Lynch’s actions have led to accusations that she is essentially pleading the fifth amendment to avoid self-incrimination.

In an Oct. 24 response, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik responded on Lynch’s behalf, refusing to answer the questions and informing the lawmakers that they are barred from publicly disclosing any details about the cash payment, which was bound up in a ransom deal aimed at freeing several American hostages from Iran.
The response from the attorney general’s office is “unacceptable” and provides evidence that Lynch has chosen to “essentially plead the fifth and refuse to respond to inquiries regarding [her] role in providing cash to the world’s foremost state sponsor of terrorism,” Rubio and Pompeo wrote on Friday in a follow-up letter to Lynch, according to a copy obtained by the Free Beacon.
The inquiry launched by the lawmakers is just one of several concurrent ongoing congressional probes aimed at unearthing a full accounting of the administration’s secret negotiations with Iran.
“It is frankly unacceptable that your department refuses to answer straightforward questions from the people’s elected representatives in Congress about an important national security issue,” the lawmakers wrote. “Your staff failed to address any of our questions, and instead provided a copy of public testimony and a lecture about the sensitivity of information associated with this issue.”
“As the United States’ chief law enforcement officer, it is outrageous that you would essentially plead the fifth and refuse to respond to inquiries,” they stated. “The actions of your department come at time when Iran continues to hold Americans hostage and unjustly sentence them to prison.”
Pompeo told the Free Beacon that all attempts to question the Obama administration about the cash payments by Congress have been blocked.
“Who knew that simple questions regarding Attorney General Lynch’s approval of billions of dollars in payments to Iran could be so controversial that she would refuse to answer them?” Pompeo said. “This has become the Obama administration’s coping mechanism for anything related to the Islamic Republic of Iran—hide information, obfuscate details, and deny answers to Congress and the American people.”
“They know this isn’t a sustainable strategy, however, and I trust they will start to take their professional, and moral, obligations seriously,” the lawmaker added.
While the deal detail are not classified they are kept locked away under security on Capital Hill. Anyone who has clearance to see the documents must not bring in a cell phone and are not allowed to take any notes on the material.
“Please note that these documents contain sensitive information that is not appropriate for public release,” Kadzik wrote to the lawmakers. “Disclosure of this information beyond members of the House and Senate and staff who are able to view them could adversely affect the diplomatic relations of the United States, including with key allies, as well as the State Department’s ability to defend [legal] claims against the United States [by Iran] that are still being litigated at the Hague Tribunal.”
“The public release of any portion of these documents, or the information contained therein, is not authorized by the transmittal of these documents or by this communication,” wrote Kadzik.
Congressional sources have added:
“Every Obama administration official and department involved in the Iran Deal appear to be running for cover,” the source said. “Like we feared, the [Iran deal] is turning out to be a disaster and Iran is emboldened in its aggression. Evidently Attorney General Lynch and the Department of Justice have decided ‘refusal to cooperate’ is their best strategy. But this is dangerous and ultimately won’t protect them from anything.”

Bitter Cold, Snow and Ice Freezes Out Global Warming Protestors

A small group of global warming activists protesting oil and gas drilling outside the Department of Interior office in Colorado Thursday morning were met with bitter cold weather and snow.

About 10 “Keep It In The Ground” activists waved signs next to a busy road in the Denver area, calling for the Obama administration to stop issuing leases so companies can drill on public lands. Activists say drilling only exacerbates global warming.
The irony, however, is activists stood outside about 4 inches of snow with temperatures hovering in the 20s — in degrees Fahrenheit. The official low temperature was negative 10 degrees early Thursday morning, according to the National Weather Service.
Activists with 350.org and Food & Water Watch braved the cold to protest hydraulic fracturing, or “fracking,” after two measures to restrict the drilling technique failed to make November’s ballot. The pro-fracking Western Energy Alliance took photos of activists trying to stay warm.

“While it is clear that the national activist groups behind these efforts are not abandoning their goal to ban fracking, they picked a day to protest the use of fossil fuels when most Coloradans are likely more thankful than ever for the affordable energy provided by domestic energy development,” Randy Hildreth, a writer for the industry-backed, Energy In Depth, wrote in a blog post.
Now, of course, one cold day doesn’t disprove global warming, but it continues a trend of activists being beaten by cold weather when holding events trying to highlight how fossil fuels are warming the planet.

THE MORE SUNLIGHT THAT IS BLOCKED BY VOLCANIC DUST IN THE UPPER ATMOSPHERE THE COLDER IT GETS ON THE SURFACE. ………..but I for one believe that the amount of warm oil being brought up in the Gulf of Mexico, is partly responsible for the increases we have seen in the water temperature in the gulf………which the last I heard was several degrees warmer than the water in the Carribean near Cuba. I read that the US Geoligical Survey found that the ambient temperature of the water increases as the readings are taken while moving due West into the Gulf. In the same publication the author stated that in the gulf there was only a couple degrees difference between the temperature at ONE FATHOM (6 ft.) and 20 fathoms (120 ft), as opposed to a much greater separation near Cuba in the Carribean. This would seem to say that heat from the rising crude oil might be conducting into the water in the Gulf. As the water in the gulf becomes warmer there is a greater volume of moisture rising into the atmosphere. When the moisture laden warm air comes ashore in Louisiana, Alabama, or Texas it soon overruns cooler air (particularly in the fall and winter) from which violent storms can emerge.

………..I do however believe my own eyes. As an engineer in the engineroom we were required to take hourly temperature readings of a number of engine related entities……one of which was the incoming sea water temperature to our main condenser. These temperature measuring devices were accurate. I personally saw variations in the sea water temperatures, ranging from 38 degrees at Barrow in the Arctic Ocean, to temperatures around Pearl Harbor at 60 degrees. I have also read sea water temperatures at Guatanamo Bay Cuba of temperatures corresponding with those that US Geological Survey observed. That of course was many years ago. The Geological Survey info which I read was as of a couple of years ago. I do know that crude coming out of the ground can be very warm depending upon the depth from which it is being pumped. All I am saying is that with enough producing wells in fairly close proximity to each other it stands to reason that conductivity could raise the temperature of the surrounding sea water slightly. It also stands to reason that the rate of evaporation will increase as the seawater warms, and a lot more water vapor enters the atmosphere. When that happens we have some pretty nasty storms across some of the Southern states. When warm water vaporizes into the atmosphere it rises sometimes very fast, and as a result we see ANVIL HEADS (thunderstorm cells) in which there is a marked reduction of atmospheric pressure. The low pressure generates precipitation, or simply put the moisture condenses in volume ak RAIN. Pilots usually fly AROUND such cells, because in some places on earth the upward moving air can be travelling at speeds upwards of several hundred miles per hour. If an aircraft flew directly into such powerful thermals his aircraft could be destroyed . Such updrafts are even at greater velocity as you get closer to the equator. NOT FANCY………FACT. I personally believe that this is what happened to an airliner last year near Indonesia.

Pruitt to Dismantle EPA Climate Agenda

Personnel is policy, as they say, and despite his meeting with the High Priest of Climatology, Al Gore, president-elect Donald Trump’s pick of Oklahoma attorney general Scott Pruitt to be the new head at EPA, shows Trump is serious about pulling back the curtain to expose climate fraud, leaving climate zealots as unsettled as the alleged “science” they trumpet.
Pruitt has already fought the various unconstitutional power grabs that essentially established it as the fourth and unelected branch of government. As Tom Borelli notes in Conservative Review:
Pruitt’s concerns of EPA overreach also includes the agency’s controversial, “Waters of the U.S.” rule that significantly expanded the federal government’s regulatory reach to include ditches on private land. During the presidential campaign, Trump promised to address the regulation that he called one of the “most intrusive rules” and Pruitt could execute the new president’s goal to neuter its impact.
Every puddle in America, every creek running through a farm or ranch would become subject to regulation by the unelected bureaucrats at the EPA. Pruitt has set dead aim on this and other EPA abuses.
In an article in National Review, coauthored with fellow attorney general of Alabama, Luther Strange, Pruitt opined that climate science isn’t settled and should be subject to a vigorous debate. He argued that EPA dictates are no different than the tyranny America rebelled against in its founding, and that EPA has no justification to bypass the will of the people as expressed through its elected representatives:
The United States was born out of a revolution against, in the words of the Declaration of Independence, an “arbitrary government” that put men on trial “for pretended offences” and “abolish[ed] the Free System of English laws.” Brave men and women stood up to that oppressive government, and this, the greatest democracy of them all, one that is governed by the rule of law and not by men, is the product…..
Sadly, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen this tactic of advancing the climate-change agenda by any means necessary. President Obama’s Clean Power Plan is a particularly noteworthy example. This EPA regulation, one of the most ambitious ever proposed, will shutter coal-fired power plants, significantly increase the price of electricity for American consumers, and enact by executive fiat the very same cap-and-trade system for carbon emissions that Congress has rejected.
The Clean Power Plan was promulgated without any consultation with Congress. No bills were debated, no votes were taken, and the representatives of the American people had no opportunity to object or offer their own suggestions. The checks and balances built into our system of government were simply ignored as inconvenient impediments to the president’s agenda.
It is the tyranny of the EPA that Pruitt seeks to overthrow. The EPA is the poster child for dictatorship by regulation and its reform is key to President-elect Trump’s agenda of job growth and energy independence. There is no justification for EPA’s draconian dictates. As Investor’s Business Daily noted:
EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy says global climate change caused by carbon pollution “is one of the most significant public health threats of our time,” thus forcing her agency to adopt stringent measures. Yet carbon emissions are declining while temperatures are not rising. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) on Oct. 21 released data showing energy-related carbon dioxide emissions declined by 3.8% in 2012.
And according to the EPA, emissions from power plants declined by 10%. CO2 emissions in the U.S. have actually declined by 12% since 2007… while average global temperatures have been flat since 1998. Part of that is due to competition from increasingly abundant natural gas made so by improvements in an energy technology known as hydraulic fracturing.
The EIA notes the country saw an “overall decline” in power generation from renewable sources, but “the carbon intensity of power generation still fell by 3.5%, due largely to the increase in the share of natural gas generation relative to coal generation.”
Climate change and global warming hype is nothing more an attempt by climate change scammers to impose what has become a religion. MIT Professor Richard Lindzen is quoted in the Daily Caller questioning the tenets of this new religion:
Throughout history, governments have twisted science to suit a political agenda. Global warming is no different, according to Dr. Richard Lindzen of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
“Global climate alarmism has been costly to society, and it has the potential to be vastly more costly. It has also been damaging to science, as scientists adjust both data and even theory to accommodate politically correct positions,” writes Lindzen in the fall 2013 issue of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons….
Lindzen compares global warming to past politicized scientific movements: the eugenics movement in the early 20th Century and Lysenkoism in the Soviet Union under Stalin. However, the MIT professor argues that global warming goes even beyond what these past movements in terms of twisting science.
“Global Warming has become a religion,” writes Lindzen. “A surprisingly large number of people seem to have concluded that all that gives meaning to their lives is the belief that they are saving the planet by paying attention to their carbon footprint.”
The goal is to use climate change as a means to increase government power over every aspect of our lives, what we make, how we make it, what energy we use, what cars we drive, even what food we eat. The scientific record, as IBD notes, shows that climate change is a scam:
…a paper published recently in the journal Global Environmental Change found that carbon dioxide emissions are essentially self-regulating and that after countries reach a higher GDP level, CO2 emissions either stabilize or even decline, without the need for carbon taxes or carbon capture technology.
Here in the U.S., the fracking revolution has released from our vast shale formations vast natural-gas deposits that have done more to reduce carbon emissions than any IPCC report.
A study published late last year by the Energy Information Administration reported that the “carbon intensity” of the electricity produced in the U.S. actually fell by 13% from 2007 to 2012.
British climate-change skeptic Lord Christopher Monckton recently pointed out at Marc Morano’s Climate Depot that the “Great Pause” in global temperatures — now at 18 years and counting — has occurred even as carbon dioxide concentrations have risen.
This 18-year period constitutes roughly half the satellite observation period that began in 1979.
Physicist Gordon Fulks of the Cascade Policy Institute notes that the warming pause since 1997 has occurred while atmospheric CO2 concentrations have increased 25%.
“CO2 is responsible for global warming that is not occurring, for accelerated sea-level rise that is not occurring … and for increasing extreme weather that is not occurring,” he states.
Carbon dioxide is not a pollutant but the source of all plant and animal life. Even if emissions were a threat, and they are not, it’s prosperity and the technology that comes with it, such as fracking, that reduce overall emissions in the atmosphere.
And now the high priests of the global warming religion are demanding what other false religions have demanded — human sacrifices upon their altar. Pruitt is the right man to expose climate fraud and end the job and freedom-killing actions of the EPA.

I read an article about the government using ships air intake temperature measurements as their source for global temperature data, to prove there was warming, even though the satellite data showed none, they opted for the air intake temps because they were higher.
This fraud should be investigated by congress, it has cost this country, and the world trillions of $$$$$$$$$! While the temperature remains the same.

And, please, this is not racism speaking.
I’m sickened at what comes out of the man’s mouth. I couldn’t care less about the color of his skin.
What is it this time?
OK, I’m going to try to keep my cool here, but I am livid about the way this spoiled man-child punk is still mau-mauing about racism as the front door of the White House is about to hit him in the behind after eight years. That’s how long we’ve had to endure his shameless exploitation of racism in America while he has done just about everything imaginable in his power to stoke and rekindle its dying embers.
But forget all that.
It’s something else he’s done that has rendered me nearly speechless.
It’s unprecedented. I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s audacious, stupefying, over the top even for Obama.

What he did this week while finishing out the final weeks in a two-term presidency – a reign marked by undeserved adulation, unwarranted accolades and awards, virtually no opposition from an opposition party that had control of both houses of Congress in recent years, not to mention a fawning, adoring media – was flabbergasting indeed.
What did he do?
He told America and the world that he personally has been a victim of racism these past eight years while serving as president of these United States.
He whined and whimpered and groused to another race-obsessed eager listener, CNN’s Fareed Zakaria, about just how tough it is to live in a land of racist, white haters.
“I think there’s a reason why attitudes about my presidency among whites in Northern states are very different from whites in Southern states,” Obama said. “Are there folks whose primary concern about me has been that I seem foreign, the other? Are those who champion the ‘birther’ movement feeding off of bias? Absolutely.”
This guy is a one-trick pony.
He got elected president without any accomplishments to speak of in 2008 running as a black man.
He got re-elected president in 2012 even after proving himself incompetent to serve.
In other words, race was his political franchise.
Is there someone in America who doesn’t get this yet?
Why did Hillary Clinton lose, while Obama won twice?
Obama got more support from both whites and blacks than she did.
Had Obama not been black, he could never have won the presidency even once with his radical platform and his mysterious past.
Hillary would have likely done better if she were a black woman and perhaps not an unindicted co-conspirator in major breeches of national security and corruption in office.
What is Obama even talking about?
He’s a victim?
How was he hurt? What are his damages? If zooming around in Air Force One, traveling the world with Secret Service protection and living the good life in the White House is racial oppression, where does this malarkey end?
What would make Obama admit he’s no longer a victim of racism? Would he have to be declared the ruler of the world – one who cannot be criticized?
I really suspect even that would not satisfy Obama that some people just don’t like him because of what he says and does, irrespective of the color of his skin.
Get over it, Obama.
Enough is enough.
People don’t dislike you because of race.
They dislike you because you exploit race to demean your critics and the nation that elected you to its highest office.
I can’t wait for Jan. 20.

California just passed a law regulating cow farts
In California’s consistent quest to put the plug in global warming, the Smurf-blue state has turned its attention to dairy cow derrieres, and the gasses said bovine backsides issue forth.
According to Fox 5 in New York, California Governor Jerry Brown signed legislation into law that will limit the methane gas rising from farms created by the cows belching, farting, and manure. Methane is a much more unfriendly greenhouse gas than carbon-dioxide, and while some would celebrate this as another step toward curbing global warming, the law was signed in the face of much protest by California farmers.
Dairy farmers say the new regulations will drive up costs when they’re already struggling with five years of drought, low milk prices and rising labor costs. They’re also concerned about a newly signed law that will boost overtime pay for farm workers.
“It just makes it more challenging. We’re continuing to lose dairies. Dairies are moving out of state to places where these costs don’t exist,” said Paul Sousa, director of environmental services for Western United Dairymen.

Look what is happening in California….side note
I was driving to Fresno today from the Central Coast and I noticed that I hadn’t seen any cows.
I inquired at a local gas station “where are all the cows?” The clerk told me that the cows are now fleeing California…..and I guess that’s no BS.
People need to start sending cow pies to Governor Jerry Brown !
Another example of stupid laws that need to be changed.
