Have a problem with the term “pizzagate”?
Do you now believe that the controversy is just a internet conspiracy theory with no substance?
I have a theory.
Those on the left, many in power, associated with the Clintons like John and Tony Podesta, are running scared. They are now concerned about prosecution with the cleansing of the US Justice Dept. that is about to occur under Donald Trump.
I believe that is one reason that the term “fake news” has been pushed and propagated.
Today, the mainstream media has aggressively pounced on the story about the Salisbury, NC gunman firing a weapon at the Comet Restaurant.
I am, for the purposes of clarification and simplification, going to ignore that restaurant and any links it may or may not have to pedophilia.
How did the term “pizzagate” come about?
There were two catalysts for pizzagate.
1. Wikileaks Podesta emails.
2. Anthony Weiner emails.
A number of John Podesta emails reference pizza. But I learned pizza doesn’t always mean the food item. In the pedophile world it means young girl in a sexual context.
In another email John Podesta’s brother Tony invites him to a “Spirit Cooking” dinner. Sean Hannity explains:
“In an email dated June 28, 2015, Podesta’s brother, Tony, invites him to a July 9 “Spirit Cooking” dinner at the New York City home of infamous Serbian performance artist Marina Abramovic. While Podesta likely gets invited to scores of dinner parties, it is the mystifying nature of this particular event that is attracting attention.
According to Lifezette, Abramovic’s “Spirit Cooking” is “little more than a series [of] occult rituals and spells, some of which include blood sacrifice.” Videos that have surfaced online of alleged past Spirit Cooking events appear to show Abramovic painting a “recipe” on a wall with a thickly congealed substance that resembles blood. Judicial Watch Files Lawsuit against Department of Justice Seeking FBI Interviews with Obama, Jarret, and Emanuel Relating to Criminal Investigation of Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice seeking access to FBI reports of interviews – “302s” – of President Obama, Valerie Jarrett, and Rahm Emanuel. The interviews were taken as part of the FBI’s criminal investigation of former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:16-cv-01888)).
In 2008, Blagojevich sought political favors in exchange for deciding who to appoint to the U.S. Senate seat vacated by then-President-Elect Obama. Among the persons Blagojevich approached were the President-elect and his intermediaries. Obama reportedly declined to make a deal. Blagojevich then turned to supporters of Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr., offering the U.S. Senate seat in return for a $1.5 million “campaign contribution.” Blagojevich broke off negotiations with Rep. Jackson’s supporters when he learned that he was being wiretapped by federal investigators.
Over the course of two criminal trials in 2010 and 2011, Blagojevich was convicted of 18 separate offenses and, in December 2011, was sentenced to 168 months in jail. In 2015, an appellate court overturned five of Blagojevich’s convictions and affirmed the remainder. On August 12, 2016, Blagojevich was resentenced to the same, 68-month jail term he had received previously.
Judicial Watch had asked the FBI to produce the 302s, pursuant to FOIA, in June 2011. The FBI confirmed the records’ existence in 2012, but denied the request, asserting that the 302s were exempt from disclosure under FOIA Exemption 7(A) because Blagojevich’s criminal case was still ongoing at the time. Judicial Watch filed suit to try to obtain the 302s in May 2016, after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review Blagojevich’s convictions. It closed that initial lawsuit while Blagojevich was being resentenced. Judicial Watch refiled its lawsuit after Blagojevich was resentenced.
Judicial Watch’s lawsuit asks the court to order the interview reports’ release, noting:
[U]nder the circumstances it cannot be said that release of the requested records could reasonably be expected to interfere with whatever is left of Blagojevich’s criminal prosecution. The public should not be forced to wait any longer to review the FBI 302s of President Obama, former White House Chief of Staff and now City of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, or Senior Advisor to the President Valerie Jarrett while Blagojevich pursues his second, plainly futile appeal.
“The FBI interviewed Barack Obama eight years ago about the selling of his Senate seat. The American people should finally get to see these FBI interview reports,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The public has a right to know precisely how Obama and his senior White House advisors Emanuel and Jarrett responded to Blagojevich’s corrupt attempts sell Obama’s Senate seat.”

The gross result was the near destruction of our major components of the Pacific fleet as it existed in the 1940s. The only thing the Japanese missed was our aircraft carriers which were out to sea doing war games. It was eventually our Naval Air Power which finally turned the war in the Pacific around 180 degrees. But we must NOT belittle the Marines ,and the Army who lost a hell of a lot of people in the landings on IWO JIMA, and OKINAWA. They sustained the largest death toll of the war, but I personally SALUTE ALL of our WW2 military services. I also hold a special place in my heart for those who DID NOT COME HOME. They paid the supreme price to keep the rest of us FREE.

LET’S PUT THE BLAME WHERE BLAME BELONGS!
Let’s talk about Peril harbor this morning and who was ultimately responsible for this terrible loss of America’s young men and why!
I read in my morning paper today, where the ‘scapegoats’ that were held responsible for not being prepared for this sneak attack were 4-star Admiral Husband Kimmel and 3-star Army General Walter Short.
I think it’s time that we place blame exactly where blame belongs.
That is directly on the shoulders of then president Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Joint Chief of Staff of the armed forces, General George C. Marshall, who never served a day in combat in his entire life. Marshell was nothing but a glorified pencil pusher in the military who knew how to rise above those who did the fighting.
It really irks me when something goes wrong, people at the top always look to the bottom of the ‘food chain’ to find someone who they will blame for their shortcomings…..so was the case with Peril Harbor.
Peril Harbor happened because Roosevelt wanted desperately to have an excuse to enter WWII on the Allies side. He did not have such an excuse until after the attack by the Japanese at Peril Harbor. Although The United States had been supplying arms and munitions to the effort in Europe, it was not enough and Hitler had easily overrun all of that part of the world in less than six months, and was knocking real hard on the doors of England, that was tethering on the fall. Which was sure to come without America’s help.
The contrived attack on Peril Harbor gave America the opportunity to enter WWII because Japan, Germany, and Italy had entered into an agreement with each other.
So the attack by Japan on America on December 7th gave this nation the opportunity to join ranks with England, France (that was in the hands of the Nazi’s), and a hand full of other insignificant countries with little or no power to effect the situation.
Roosevelt knew that when he refused to honor an agreement to sell scrap metals to Japan which that nation needed to fuel their war machine in the Far East against China which would anger them to the point of action, which was exactly what Roosevelt wanted. Roosevelt ordered his War Department to take no actions that would be considered offensive and to ensure that Japan struck the first blow !
Marshal from his position as Chairman of the JCOS ordered the two main carriers out of Peril Harbor, thereby making a sneak attack more likely to succeed. At the same time, he ordered the ships in harbor base to assume a ‘stand-down’ posture knowing full well that a full fleet of mad Japanese were steaming toward their position with nothing on their minds other than killing as many Americans as they could and destroying as much as they possibly could in as little time as they had.
The entire attack was conducted in a little over an hour and then the Japanese sailed back to Japan as victors.
On the Army side of things, General Short was ordered to keep his airforce in tight huddles to avoid sabotage and the new radar, to detect movement, that Washington sent to them only worked 2 hours a day.
Yet, Washington, Roosevelt, and Marshall insisted that the Japanese posed no threat to Peril Harbor although they were receiving reports all along by the Australian coast watchers of the Japanese fleet in movement, toward Peril Harbor.
Yet, Washington, Roosevelt, and Marshall did nothing. They remained silent and did not pass this information on the Commanders on the ground in Hawaii, because they wanted the Japanese Empire to strike the ‘first blow’ that would take the United States into World War Two.
And they did just that.
The next day, December 8th, 1941, Mr. Roosevelt, a democrat, went before Congress showing his destain and anger for what had happened, declaring that December 7, 1941, “would live in infamy”, and it will, but not for the reasons Mr. Roosevelt seem to think.
In my eyes, Roosevelt was the ‘snake in the grass on this deal’.
Then the next day, December 9th, 1941, Congress unanimously declared war on Germany which was the intended target of the American politician’s, to begin with.
But just look at the cost, we the American people, gave up for the honor of joining a war that the European nations had purposefully let occur before their very eyes, but now they expected America to come to their aid.
And we did.
For the first two years of this war that America fought on both sides, all of our efforts went to Europe,and England in their fight to keep Hitler on the French coast. The Far Eastern part of the war went downhill real fast. Japan overran most of the Pacific Rim nations, and all of America’s interest in that area were lost.
Australia was the last bastion of freedom to remain standing and the Japanese were hello from the shores of New Guiana.
We were in a hell of a mess.
But back to the start of this fight in the Pacific. Neither Admiral Kimmel or General Short were responsible for the outcome of Peril Harbor. If blame is to be placed anywhere, it falls on the head of Roosevelt and Marshall who knew the entire Japanese navy was steaming forward to Hawaii and intended to launch a surprise attack there. Never did either of these two tell the field commanders exactly what intelligence they had on the Japanese navy.
Yet, when the smoke cleared and the count was taken, America had 2, 403 killed and 1,178 wounded.
This was totally unacceptable as ‘collateral damage’ to drag American into someone else’s fight. When the final count was taken and all the guns were silent at the end of World War Two, America’s cost amounted to almost a million men.
War’s are costly in both human lives and materials. WWII should never have happened, but it did because the politicians making the terms for WWI were out for revenge, not justice. This gave rise to fanatics like Hitler to rise to power.
But in the end, it was men like Kimmel and Short that took the hard blows from the politicians who started the damn war in the first place.
As a former military man , with many years of service behind me, I want to say one thing and say it loud and clear; “Soldiers do not start wars, Politicians start wars, and soldiers are expected to end them”.
There should be a worldwide edict saying “that any damn politician who intentionally starts a war must also lead their men into battle” . I bet there would be far fewer wars in the future, don’t you?
Like that now famous communist leader Mau Se Tung, once said, “War is nothing but politics being extended out of the barrel of a gun”. Mau was correct, and World War Two proved his point.
So in my morning paper today, when Kimmel retired from his 4-star position in the Navy one year after Peril harbor, he retired two ranks below his current rank of 4-stars. He retired as a two-star Admiral and in shame, having been blamed by Roosevelt and Marshall for the disaster at Peril Harbor.
As for Short, his faith was no better than Kimmel’s.
When your at the bottom of the ‘food chain in politics and war’ , you can be expected to be eaten by those over you when the SHIF and there is no one under you to blame.
For 75 years, the family of Admiral Kimmel now living in South Carolina have fought a battle to expose exactly who is to blame for Peril Harbor, and it damn sure wasn’t their ancestor, Admiral Husband Kimmel…..all eyes should be focused on Franklin D Roosevelt, and George C. Mashall, two ‘political birds’ who were willing to accept 2, 403 American’s killed and 1,143 wounded simply as “collateral damage” in order to get a seat at the table for the fight that was in progress.
That was unacceptable then, it is unacceptable now!
Put the blame where it belongs. !!!

Obama Family Globetrotting Travel, Vacations Surpases $85 Million Mark
The most wasteful and destructive president in American history has certainly lived luxuriously at the American taxpayer expense. Thankfully, his presidency is quickly coming to an end.

President Obama and his family have spent over $85 million globetrotting since they moved into the White House.
Judicial Watch had previously calculated that their flights to and from Washington had a price tag of $3,590,313.60.
Judicial Watch announced today that it obtained records from the U.S. Secret Service revealing that its travel expenses for the First Family’s 2015 Hawaiian vacation cost taxpayers $1.2 million, which bring the total cost of the vacation trip to at least $4.8 million. This was the Obamas’ eighth Hawaiian family vacation. The trip has become an annual event for the Obamas. To date, Obama’s and his family’s travel expenses total at least $85,029,819.
The records obtained by Judicial Watch for Obama’s Secret Service travel to Hawaii reveal the following expenses totaling $1,234,316.67:
Hotel and lodging costs totaled $1,000,458.63
The Secret Service spent $165,893.88 on car rentals.
Air and rail expenses totaled $67,964.16.
Although the vacation officially lasted from December 18, 2015, to January 3, 2016, the Secret Service rented several Kailua homes for 19 nights, starting from December 16. The total for the rentals, located near the Marine Corps base at Kaneohe Bay was $245,993.12. According to bills obtained by Judicial Watch through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Secret Service also paid for rooms at the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki and Golf Club. The Secret Service also reserved rooms at the Moana Surfrider resort on Waikiki Beach, and the Ala Moana Hotel, which cost a total of $40,249.48 and $671,895.99, respectively.
The Secret Service rented cars from Avis, Alamo, and Hertz – 103 cars for the two-week vacation, totaling $165,893.88 in taxpayer money.
Reportedly, the Obamas stayed at the Hale Reena Estate, which “rents for anywhere between $5,000 to $10,000 a night, depending on the season.” More

If confirmed by the United States Senate, General Kelly will succeed current Secretary Jeh Johnson.

It was most likely something which Roosevelt recognized as necessary to bring America out of the depression which most of us know lasted right up to WW2. I believe that he along with Marshall decided that the potential gain was greater than the losses……(if you choose to view it in such terms). I also am aware that even if he had allowed scrap metal to continue to flow it would not have changed anything with regard to the Japanese. Hideki Tojo had already invaded three provinces of China,(Manchukuo) and it was obviously not his intention to stop there. Japanese expansionism had began long before, and was in part the reason for the Sino Soviet war. Anybody who couldn’t see WW2 coming had to be lame brained, or a POLITICIAN who supported our entrance to the war. We were already about one step away from it in Europe. Churchill was a strong force upon our entrance into the war in Europe. Of course the insane Hitler decided to declare war upon us anyway. He eventually discovered that it didn’t pay to do such bullshi#. The Italian people soon realized that Mussolini was not going to win the war along with Hitler, and his Supermen………They soon displayed their dissatisfaction with IL DEUCE, by hanging him upside down from a sign pole. This pretty well ended Italy’s part in the war in Europe. When Russia finally had enough equipment received from the US they attacked the already decimated Wermacht which the Russian winter had killed very large number of, and the Russians never looked back thereafter. The Nazi Supermen were in full retreat. Hitler and his gang learned the HARD way that you CANNOT ATTACK THE WORLD, ……and expect to win the fight. Of course we had Eisenhower, General George Patton, and English General Montgomery, and a couple of others, all following a warplan. But had no warplan existed the Nazis still could not have won world dominion. I hasten to add………we did not fight WW2 alone. We had Canada, the Brits, the Aussies, and others helping us.

What a combination for USAG. I have no information about Session’s past……….could it be because there is NOTHING notable in his past? We shall see. At some point we need to have Trey Gowdy on America’s side. Maybe he could buddy up with Rudy Giuliani and become the NEW DOJ.

Liberals and the environmental left have gone into a tizzy over the selection of Oklahoma attorney general Scott Pruitt as Donald Trump’s pick to head of the Environmental Protection Agency.
House minority leader Nancy Pelosi says the Pruitt nomination must be blocked “for the sake of the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the planet we will leave our children.” New York AG Eric Schneiderman says Pruitt is a “dangerous and an unqualified choice.” Independent socialist senator Bernie Sanders declares the Pruitt pick is not only dangerous but also “sad.” The League of Conservation Voters calls Pruitt not just a global warming skeptic but “an outright climate denier.”
Whew! That’s strong stuff. But what is Pruitt’s actual offense? He has challenged the EPA’s practice of going far beyond its authority to attack the energy industry and thus affect practically every industry in the country. The EPA needs a leash, and Pruitt and other state attorneys general have gone to court to attach it.
Pruitt, 48, is a sharp critic of President Obama’s “exceeding” of federal law in environmental and other cases. “He’s kept his promise that Washington knows best,” Pruitt told me in 2013. But Obama’s executive orders are “not consistent with our Constitution and our rule of law.”
He and Greg Abbott, then AG of Texas and now the state’s governor, succeeded in voiding a dubious EPA rule that claimed air pollution from Texas and Oklahoma was harming Granite City, Illinois. In that case and others, EPA’s evidence was pretty skimpy.
Even worse in the view of the environmental lobby, Pruitt is a leader in the effort, so far successful, to block the Clean Power Plan and the vast change it would require in how electricity is produced. The plan violates “at least three separate statutory bars and two constitutional limitations on federal powers,” Pruitt’s lawsuit to overturn the plan says.
On a 4-4 vote, the Supreme Court in February upheld a stay issued by the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., while the appellate court is hearing the Clean Power Plan case on its merits. Oklahoma and 27 other states oppose the plan. In his brief, Pruitt said the plan was designed to work “at a breakneck speed” to “fundamentally restructure” the electric power industry in ways that “will be difficult or impossible to reverse” even if the plan itself is struck down.
Pruitt has “worked closely with the fossil fuel industry,” Sanders says, as if that is sufficient to disqualify for the EPA post. Yes, he has. He’s the attorney general of Oklahoma, a fossil fuel state. He’s worked to protect that industry from crushing regulatory orders by the EPA.
Schneiderman’s claim that Pruitt is unqualified for the EPA job is wrong. And that’s not the real objection of the environmental crows. Their problem with Pruitt is that he’s too qualified. He knows environmental law as well or better than they, particularly its limits.

Lawyers for the Obama Administration announced that Barack Obama’s long-form birth certificate was a forgery. Under penalty of perjury, the lawyers said they were forced to say that the birth certificate was valid.
A lawyer representing the Obama administration say the birth certificate was knowingly purveyed to fool the American public into believing he was legitimately able to be President.
However, they purport that Obama knows he is not a natural born citizen.
Obama stated at a White House briefing that the birth certificate subject is “irrelevant”. He must think that by dismissing it that he can make it go away.
This invalidates the Obama Presidency and makes him ineligible to be President in 2012.
Pen Johannson, Editor of the Daily Pen, stated in his editorial that this controversy should set off a firestorm of constitutional questions and a legislative controversy of epic proportions.
In New Jersey, a case about Obama’s eligibility has influenced activist to question the President’s legal right to be Commander and Chief.
Alexandra M. Hill, representative defense attorney for Obama made comments that brought the Tea Party members to question the legitimacy of Obama’s birth certificate.
Nick Purpura of Wall Township, NJ, and Ted Moran of Toms River, NJ, filed their objection with the New Jersey Board of Elections. Purpura and Moran objected to Obama appearing on the June 5 Democratic Primary ballot on two grounds:
• No one knows exactly who Barack H. Obama is, because he has had three different names in life.
Furthermore, he has never furnished a true copy of his birth certificate to the Secretary of State. So no one can be sure that Obama was born in the United States.
• Obama’s father was a British colonial subject(if you want to believe that Barack Obama Sr. was his father, I do not) . He not only was not a naturalized citizen on the alleged date of Obama’s birth but indeed he has never sought to be naturalization.
Therefore Obama could never be a “natural-born citizen” no matter where he was born.
Attorney for the plaintiff, Mario Apuzzo asserts that the fake birth certificate is the proof of Obama’s citizenship that allows him to be on the ballot in New Jersey in the first place……that’s a criminal offense..

If he was not eligible to hold the office in the first place he was ILLEGALLY ELECTED, and is therefore subject to prosecution, and potential conviction. In reality he should face a Congressional Grand jury, headed by an independent prosecutor. As was the case with Slick Willy. However I have a gut feeling that he will never be convicted because the liberals will mass at the gates, and say that America was not injured by his election therefore America has NO STANDING………..at which point the Constitution will have been circumvented, and is now MEANINGLESS………..made that way by the PERVERSION of hundreds of TWISTED LIBERAL BASTARDS.
