I thought that I heard Rush mumble something derogatory about the Cruz ballot challenge in Illinois and challenges to Cruz’s eligibility as a natural born citizen.

There is only one time in the history of the US that one could be president as just a citizen. 1789, the adoption of the US Constitution.

A US citizen is not equal to or equivalent to a natural born citizen.
The US Constitution eligibility clause has not been amended.

“Graham v. Cruz, Graham v. Rubio. Was advised by an experienced IL election lawyer that an appeal by Monday would be logistically difficult and expensive. In the case of these objections, partly overruled because they were inconsistent with regulation, reversal of the Board’s decision would be very unlikely. Within Illinois politics, few individuals will make the career-ending risk to resist what we call the ‘Combine’.
This effort has been worthwhile as the qualification of natural born citizen has been raised on many major news sites and has increased voter awareness. Even Mr. Trump mentioned the IL challenge. It is unfortunate that so many discard the Constitution of our Founders, but the battle will continue and those who defend the Constitution will prevail. Please consider discussing this issue openly with family and friends. Voters can reject Presidential candidates who are not qualified and who lie about their status, such as Cruz and Rubio.
‘Natural born citizen’ was intended by the founders to mean born in the America of citizen parents; no law or regulation is required to endow or rescind such citizenship. Founders wanted to discourage foreign influence on our Commander in Chief, as had caused problems in Europe. Nothing, no Board ruling or court opinion or Harvard article, can change this qualification except for an amendment to the Constitution.”

WOW….another “bombshell” just fell in Marco Rubio’s backyard !
Just before Marco Rubio’s 19th birthday, police reports show that a cop was sent to Alice C. Wainwright Park in Miami, Florida.
Apparently at age 18, Rubio violated the municipal code rules about drinking in a park. However, the police incident report never mentions alcohol !
Instead, Marco was arrested for being in a car after the park’s closing time with his male friend Angel Barrios.
To locals, the park was well-known as a place for homosexuals for cruising.
The Washington Post implies what really happened (noting the park’s problem with people having sex in the park and the frequency of gay prostitution) and it’s clear this arrest is something that Marco Rubio would rather not talk about.
A local homeowners association’s newsletter documented the complaints of neighbors: “Gang warfare, gunfire, prostitution (straight and gay), drug dealing and muggings.” Police were attuned to the complaints because of a pattern of problems at the park, said Delrish Moss, a Miami police public information officer and a 32-year veteran of the department.
“It was very dark and had lots of trees,” he said. “People went out there to smoke illegal substances, have sex, drink.”
A full account of what led to Rubio’s arrest and the dismissal of the charge are not included in available public records. The court file has been destroyed, according to Miami-Dade County court clerk’s records.
According to the Miami police incident report, a police officer arrived at the park at 9:47 p.m., 10 minutes after being dispatched. The report notes that Rubio and two other teenagers were inside the park after hours. In a recent interview, Angel Barrios — one of the men arrested with Rubio — said they were sitting in a car when they were approached by an officer.
“We were there just hanging out,” said Barrios, who owns several coin-operated laundries in the Miami area.
Barrios said he could not recall why they went to the park that night.
“We never even used to go to that area,” he said. “That might have been the first time I went there.”
Barrios was one year behind Rubio at South Miami High School. When they were in school together, Barrios said, Rubio and his other friends “were just messing around and partying.[…]

According to Angel’s LinkedIn profile, it notes that not only does he own those coin-operated laundry, but also the Barrios Investment Group, which was sued for running a gay pornography studio in a property his company owned.
Decades after his legal run-in with Rubio, Barrios was associated with perhaps the most notorious gay porn ring in Miami history, an Edgewater house full of models with names like “Khali Kreme” and “Sincere Luv” who had sex all day in front of dozens of webcams.

………..it has been clear to me for many years that our alleged SOCIETY, is morally degenerating, and our values have deteriorated as well. This has come about in part by our general acceptance of twisted human behavior, which is contrary, to all moral, and spiritual laws. Alcoholism, drug use, homosexuality, porn, and diminishing IQ of a critical cross section of todays youth. Collectively it leads to societal breakdown, and criminal minded people taking over control of our courts, and city administrations. These people will rule for their boss everytime. The city of New York is a classic representation of criminal occupation of City Hall, and this is also just as prevalent in cities like Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, St. Louis, Denver, San Francisco, Seattle etc. We will see a lot more of RIGGED voting, abuse of the Constitution by corrupt judges. I think that a very large, and growing percentage of Americans don’t even give a damn about what is happening……….and I believe that they all will live to very much regret their indifference. I have been on earth since 1932, and in the interim period to date have learned quite a lot about such people. In 1935 the great life insurance companies who survived the depression got together with Roosevelt and constructed MASTER ANNUITY SYSTEMS which fed money into the then fledgeling Social Security System. The ANNUITIES WORKED VERY WELL. From 1936 onward Social Security became a exponentially growing system. Slowly SS, became a financial giant with billions of dollars in the trust funds. Then in 1968 along came the (chicken thief), who with the help of his cronies in Congress stole the trust funds, and made them a part of the general fund. Soon thereafter the trust funds were liquidated, and VOILA the DEMOCRATS HAD BILLIONS OF OUR MONEY TO SPEND any way they chose……..and they ALL DIPPED IN REPEATEDLY………..and it is STILL GOING ON!
……….one thing is certain, as long as Americans either remain asleep, can’t see past the end of their noses, or are too busy to look around them the bullshi# will continue.
