“HOLLYWOOD PRODUCER HEARD BILL CLINTON SAY OBAMA INELIGIBLE”
“A successful Hollywood producer who had an insider’s view of Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign claims she heard Bill Clinton say that Barack Obama is not eligible to be president.
Bettina Viviano – who started her own film production company in 1990 after serving as vice president of production for Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment – told WND that it was common knowledge among delegates committed to Hillary that the Clintons believed Obama was constitutionally ineligible and that Bill Clinton would eventually disclose his belief to the public.
The Clintons were the original “birthers,” Viviano told WND in an interview in Los Angeles.
“Everybody who has called this a conspiracy from the Republicans or the tea party, they need to know who started it – the Democrats,” she said.
“It was Hillary and Bill, and it percolated up from there,” said Viviano, who had access to the campaign through a documentary she produced on the claims of delegates that Obama and the Democratic National Committee were stealing the nomination from Hillary.
As WND reported, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his team investigating Obama’s eligibility believe there is probable cause that the documents released by the White House as Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are forgeries.

Viviano said that she was on a conference phone call during the primary season in the spring of 2008 in which she heard Bill Clinton refer to Obama as ineligible for the presidency.
In the course of the phone conversation with Hillary delegates, she recalled, Bill Clinton spoke of Obama as “the non-citizen.”
“In the world we were in, with [Hillary’s] super-delegates and delegates, it just was, ‘He’s not legit – that’s the end of it, period, end of story.’ It wasn’t up for discussion,” Viviano said.
Michele Thomas, a Hillary campaigner from Los Angeles, confirmed to WND that she learned from “many people who were close to Hillary” that Obama “was not eligible to be president.”
Thomas led a nationwide petition drive among delegates to force a vote on Hillary’s nomination at the convention after then-DNC Chairman Howard Dean announced her name would not be put into nomination and Obama would be declared the winner by unanimous acclamation.
Viviano said that it was understood that Bill Clinton would eventually go public with his contention that Obama was ineligible for the presidency.
“He, I believe, was frothing at the mouth to tell the truth about Obama,” she said.
In the meantime, she recalled, the former president would make ironic references in public in which he “teetered” on revealing he position.
“He would go on camera,” Viviano said, “and jokingly make comments about, you know, ‘Is Obama qualified to be president? Well, if he’s 35 and a wink, wink, United States citizen, I guess he’s qualified.’”
She claimed, however, that Bill Clinton’s intention to unequivocally state to the public that Obama was ineligible was stopped in its tracks by the murder of a close friend of the Clintons, Arkansas Democratic Party Chairman Bill Gwatney, just two weeks before the Democratic National Convention in Denver.
Gwatney was killed Aug. 13, 2008, when a 50-year-old man entered Democratic Party headquarters in Little Rock and shot him three times. Police killed the murderer after a chase, and investigators found no motive.
The Clintons said in a statement that they were “stunned and shaken” by the killing of their “cherished friend and confidante.”
Viviano said a campaign staffer who was close to Hillary, whose name she requested be withheld for security reasons, told her Gwatney’s murder was a message to Bill Clinton.
“I was told by this person that that was ‘Shut up, Bill, or you’re next,’” she said.
The campaign adviser, according to Viviano, said that despite the intimidation and threats, Bill Clinton was prepared to speak out about Obama’s eligibility
“And then,” Viviano said, paraphrasing the staffer, “they went in and said, ‘OK, it’s your daughter, now, we’ll go after.’
“And then Bill never said anything.”
Others in the campaign who believe Gwatney’s murder was a message to the Clintons think it had to do with the fact that Gwatney was resisting an effort by the Obama campaign and the party to intimidate Hillary delegates into voting for Obama.
But Viviano argues that California delegates also were rebelling, and she says her source told her the same story two years later.
Since the 2008 campaign, Clinton has insisted publicly that Obama is eligible for the White House.
He weighed in on the issue in an April 2011 interview with ABC’s “Good Morning America,” when Donald Trump was urging Obama to release his long-form birth certificate to the public.
“If I were them, I’d be really careful riding that birther horse too much,” Clinton said. “Everyone knows it’s ludicrous.”
‘I had never voted in my life’
When Viviano headed production for Spielberg, her credits included the second and third “Back to the Future” films, “Cape Fear,” “Land Before Time,” “Schindler’s List,” “Always,” “Roger Rabbit” and the third “Indiana Jones” film.
She launched her own production and management company, Viviano Entertainment, in 1990. Her movies include “Three to Tango” and “Jack and Jill,” starring Adam Sandler.
Viviano was plunged into the world of campaign politics in 2008 as an admitted neophyte when Hollywood screenwriter and director Gigi Gaston asked her to produce a documentary called “We Will Not Be Silenced” on allegations of voter fraud against Hillary Clinton by the Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee.
“I had never voted in my life. I wasn’t a Democrat, I wasn’t a Republican. I wasn’t anything,” Viviano said. “I didn’t know anything about any of this.”
Viviano said that when she and her co-workers informed Hillary campaigners that they were making a film about voter fraud, “the floodgates opened.”
“I mean, everybody had a story to tell about death threats, threats, intimidation, document falsifying, vandalism, property theft,” she said. “It was the most horrible thing I’ve ever heard in my life.”
Viviano said that in research for the film, allegations and evidence that Obama was not eligible “came up immediately.”
“We were getting hit with so many things about Obama,” she said. “This is when (Bill) Ayers and (Rashid) Khalidi were in the news, and then, all of a sudden, ‘Oh, and he’s not eligible to be president.’”
Viviano insisted to WND that her reason for speaking out now was not related to the fact that Obama beat Hillary.
“It’s not about Hillary,” she said. “It’s about No. 1, I’m American, I live in a country where there is a Constitution and a set of laws. I also have somebody in the White House who has lied, obfuscated, provided what we all know to be forged documents about who he is.”
She acknowledges that she could jeopardize her Hollywood career.
“What can you do?” she said. “It’s my country. My dad fought for this country in World War II in the 82nd Airborne.”
Her late father, she noted, was shot down twice during the war and was awarded two Purple Hearts.
“I think, would he rather have me sitting in the corner cowering, and afraid of people, or would he rather have me tell the truth and what I saw?””

Regardless of the ‘fraud’ – and remember, the D’s in 2006 devised the vote/pledged delegate ration which meant that more voters equaled a pledged delegate in a primary versus a caucus – this is not against the law. While we have few verified facts, Obama’s mother was likely white (Dunham or Newman). His dad was not Obama Sr. but was likely an American of mixed parentage. The most probable situation is that he is white and only partly afro american. Under US rules, he would be consider Caucasian.
This is a sad day and an empty heart and house for me, because my wonderful 15-yr, old Boston Terrier, Capt. Kidd, had to be laid to rest. He has been my faithful companion and friend for all of those years, and it is the first time since I was six years old that I have not had a dog – all Bostons, too. It is tough – really tough, as many of you know.

Over my lifetime, I have had over 15 dogs as friends and companions…I have love each as if they were members of the family. In return, each has been loyal and loving
Dog spelled backward is GOD…becauase dogs give unconditionally love. I currently have two, one is a lassio…he is now 15 years old, blind, and with dibeaties(sp)…I have to give him insaliun shots twice a day…don’t know how much longer we can hold on to him, but the wife and I treasure him more each day….Our other dog is a Plott hound (the North Carolina oifficial dog). She is the most loving dog I have ever had, with a nose for almost anything, and the eyes of an eagle.
I would like to say also that all my pets, dogs and cats have been shelter rescue creatures….they seem to make the best pets in the world.
I don’t know for sure, but I strongly suspect there is a dog’s heaven where they all go when their work here on earth is done. Perhaps you should think that’s where your pet is now.

You’ll never know how much your kind words and condolences mean to me today. It is all just closing in so much that I have to try to resume daily activity to distract my mind. You who have lost beloved pets know the feeling. It is going to take awhile, and even then the pain and memories linger.

Zach, cherish every moment you have with your beloved dog friend! Lately, because mine was blind and deaf, as well as having neurological problems, we became SO close. I can’t sit in the family room and use my laptop without remembering the fondness of Kidd’s being tucked in beside the computer. Sometimes he’d reach over with his paw and turn it off, too. Also, I’ll always remember those special times when he would sit on my lap facing me for forehead kisses and pats. Excuse my sentiments. I’ll adjust eventually. This is the hardest day.

NBC reported a story falsely! They were instrumental in inciting violence. They should be held accountable. This is sickening! They have aided Obama in poisoning the national dialogue. People I know that have friendships with African- Americans (God, I hate that term. Americans who happen to be black, maybe?), are pulling away out of fear. Please add me to the long list of those here that have offered kind words of your loss. My long legged darling is 12 years old now. She still gets around like a youngster, but thank God, she no longer scales our 6 foot fence in persuit of squirrels. Every now and then she will crash and burn when she is jumping in our bed, and it almost brings tears to my eyes. She had a litter of 10 loveable Saluki puppies in our bed. That was ten years ago in January.
God willing, it will be in that same bed that she makes her final journey, a long, long time from now.
If you are anything like me, the tears won’t stop any time soon. You may recall, I lost one of her pups (8 years old). That was two years ago now, and we still miss him dearly.

Living on a ranch, we have had many dogs, some very eager and willing to work, others prefer to be home-bound and pampered. I don’t think that this movement is headed by blacks. I think they are being manipulated and used by Obama and NBC, ABC, etc. in order to foment violence. For example, Hillary did an interview with the MSNBC addressing the Georgetown student Sandra Fluke congressional testimony whereby Rush Limbaugh referred to her as a “Slut” for wanting taxpayers to pay for her birth control.
Hillary stated in part, “They’re entitled to their opinion but no one is entitled to engage in that kind of verbal assault. Did Hillary or MSNBC address the issues pertaining to the Zimmerman shooting of Treyvon? Absolutely not! So while the Media has fueled a firestorm calling it a White hate crime, only to later learn Zimmerman is actually Hispanic, it was too late to change the game for those in the media and politicians that have prosecuted Zimmerman without due process and based on little factual knowledge.
Instead, like the liberal politicians do so well with “illegal immigrants”, they simply change the rhetoric to “Undocumented workers”, and later to “Temporally Displaced Travelers”. And like Zimmerman, they changed it to “White Hispanic” to fit their square peg in a round hole.
But neither Hillary nor MSNBC breathed one word of the doings of Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Hollywood ect., calling of hate remarks, hate tones, hate marches, hate rhetoric and the likes, no, not once.
The last time I checked, our civil society does not believe in prosecution without due process of the law, and the last time I also checked, calling for lynch mobbing and the killing of a person without due process of the law is illegal.
But I guess that might hurt their voting based if she wished to expressed her thoughts in a civil society. So bash Rush instead…

So how does this work?
It looks pretty convoluted, but it really is simple: the GOP presidential nominee is picked by DELEGATES to the Republican National Convention (RNC) in August. Before the RNC
meets, a candidate must have 1,144 delegates (the majority of the total number of delegates going to that convention) who are legally bound to vote for him, in order to know for sure that he will win the GOP presidential nomination on the first vote.
If he doesn’t have a majority of bound delegates — he simply cannot know whether he’ll win the nomination.
“But what are ‘bound’ delegates, and how are they different than regular delegates?” you may be asking. Good question!
Simply put, every State has its own rules for how it allocates delegates to the RNC. Some States base it on their primary or caucus votes, and require the delegates that get elected (usually at a later State Convention) to vote for the candidate who won the election in that State. Those are called “bound” delegates, because they are legally “bound” to vote for that specific candidate.
A lot of States, however, do NOT require the elected delegates to vote based on their State’s primary or caucus — in other words, the election was just a “beauty contest,” and that State’s delegates to the national convention can vote any way they WANT to vote!
And if nobody has won a majority (1,144) of bound delegates by the time they get to the national convention… then no one can know for sure just WHO the GOP nominee is going to be!
Which gives the RINOs in the establishment of the national Republican Party a chance to “FIX” the convention, and get one of their LIBERALS picked to be the nominee!
WE MUST NOT LET THAT HAPPEN, IF WE WAN’T TO DEFEAT OBAMA IN NOVEMBER!
We want a REAL CONSERVATIVE to be picked by the ACTUAL DELEGATES at the Republican National Convention. Please, take action right away to demand an “open” RNC, with NO “RINO” backroom deals!

The real question to the claims being made in Maricopa County is: If the evidence shows that the documents proffered by the Obama White House are “probable” forgeries and that they are the work of a forger and that there is a person of interest in its sights, then why doesn’t the Sheriff of Maricopa County, with the County Attorney move forward with a full blown criminal investigation in order to track down those responsible for authorizing and manufacturing this hoax upon the American people. Surely, if the evidence is there, as the “Posse” and the Sheriff represent, then the need to act with a sense of urgency is required. And, to this extent, I call upon every concerned American to URGE the Sheriff and the County Attorney of Maricopa County to appoint a “regular” Law Enforcement Chief Investigator to finalize the facts, prepare them for a Grand Jury and have their findings submitted for consideration by a Court of competent jurisdiction. The time to act, if the findings and the facts are with merit as is claimed….is now; not after the election when the seeds of tyranny may very well reach fruition and the opportunity to preserve, protect and defend our Constitution has slipped from our grip like sand through our fingers. The time to end the repetition of the press conferences and the regurgitation of their findings is long past. The time to cage the monster is now.
And, although there are others working in their own way to achieve an honorable end to this matter, Orly Taitz continues her journey in the Hearing rooms and in the Courtrooms of America. Her dedication to the law, as an Officer of the Court and as an American citizen, is a rare example of pure persistence in the face of a galvanized opposition from both the left and the right. And, like Joan of Arc, Orly continues to raise the sword of victory – even in the face of the dragon. We should all be proud to ride by her side in this quest to save our beloved nation.

Any sheriff knows full well that his jurisdiction ends at his county line. This includes investigative efforts. The Soetoro debacle extends nearly halfway around the world,but until the Maricopa County sheriff is able to enlist the aid of a Constitutionally devout GROUP of sheriffs across the US it is possible that the investigation will fall dead in the water. Like you I noticed immediately that nearly all that they allegedly learned was information which most of us were already privvy to. But there is a benefit…..though small it is still a benefit……that is the fact that a duly elected sheriff and his investigation has established PROBABLE CAUSE. Of course you must keep in mind that to go forward with probable cause you need the courts. If the court system is not cooperating then it is possible that NO investigation,or investigator will will ever be able to build a case against Soetoro which would justify a Congressional or State convention of a Grand Jury. Without the courts nearly ALL paths of prosecution are effectively BLOCKED. I am sure that Soetoro knows this as well. That is the principle reason why he thinks he can do anything he wants. Since Congress has become a USELESS “good ole boys club”, it is probable that Soetoro will in fact do ANYTHING HE CHOOSES. Hell there doesn’t seem to be anybody in America having the golf balls to nail his a$$ so on he will go to a second term. People in America have become so damned mentally lame that they can’t even see a HALF INCH past the end of their nose. I am by no means a knowledgeable person,but good God, even I can see what is happening. There is a very small percentage of Americans who even give a damn anyway.
