“Says evidence raises ‘serious questions about authenticity'”
“An Alabama State Supreme Court justice earlier this week agreed that findings suggesting Barack Obama presented a forged birth certificate to the nation “would raise serious questions about the [document’s] authenticity” if presented as evidence in court.
Though the Alabama court denied a a petition filed by Hugh McInnish seeking to require an original copy of Obama’s birth certificate before the sitting president would be allowed on the state’s ballot in November, Justice Tom Parker filed a special, unpublished concurrence in the case arguing that McInnish’s charges of “forgery” were legitimate cause for concern.
Parker writes, “Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the ‘short form’ and the ‘long form’ birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.”
The “certain documentation” Parker refers to is the findings of an investigation conducted by Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
As WND reported, Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse announced there is probable cause indicating the documents released by the White House last April purported to be Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card are actually forgeries.”
“Parker, who also wrote a concurrence in another case arguing Roe v. Wade should be overturned, agreed that Arpaio’s findings were legitimate cause to question Obama’s presented documents, but nonetheless joined his fellow justices in denying McInnish’s petition.”

When someone decides they want to put their hat in the ring for President of the United State they pass a basic vetting of the requirements as stated by the Constitution of the U.S….It doesn’t have to be as thorough as say someone applying at Wal-Mart where they have to submit to drug test and criminal background checks but thorough enough where you would feel confident donating your hard earned money to your candidate of choice.

This is language we have seen before. Does this imply that the Mandamus Petition was an improper venue, or the court itself, or all of it?
What is interesting, is that it does imply that there indeed is an available venue for “some type” of action. These riddles are what are so frustrating. My next question is, as I have indicated before, is our attorney pool in this country this incompetent? Although the judge went out of his way to comment on this, he makes it sound like a question on a bar exam.

You are an old poster here. (I was a lurker) I have read many of your posts starting a few years ago and you have always appeared to have had an adequate grasp of the situation. Melancholy is certainly an appropriate term, especially to those of us who have had the unfortunate privilege of watching as this nation descends into the abyss.
I feel the silver lining, however euphemistic the term , is that those same ones of us (at 30,000′?)have now become most uncomfortably aware of what is happening, and has already happened within our social system. That is because we have lived enough history to have a fair basis for comparison.
As you, I indeed feel the melancholy, but with it I also feel an enhanced sense of purpose, that being the ability to at least speak against this evil. I sense also that there is, out of necessity for the most part, a new cohesiveness being born amongst a caring populace, in the midst of all this chaos. One analogy could be the homeowner that has watched his roof deteriorate over the years and has put off replacing it. It is now beginning to leak and, faced with the reality that no one is coming to his rescue, he is now compelled to seriously consider doing something about it. I suppose the feeling could be melancholy (in that the roof went bad in the first place), but there would also be the attendant thought of how nice it will be to have a new roof that is built more thoughtfully and with better materials, that he will not have to be concerned with for a long time to come.
What are we going to do?

I totally understand what you are saying. At the 30,000′ level, we can envision the ability to discuss, prepare, and act. But it is the illusion of control we must understand above all.
Now what I would like to do is pull us up to the 60,000′ level and explain the reasons why we are seeing current events. By 2017, the United States will be completely upside down financially. The GDP will become unsustainable. Currently, the U.S. is bankrupt. All the elites and politicians in this country are aware that the U.S. has about 20 years left to survive unless a civil war or revolution is done to retain the current U.S. system of government.
Why is this significant? Look no further than the former Soviet Union. Although the Soviet Union bankruptcy is still a state secret, experts concur they went belly up shortly after the space race in the early 70’s. It only took 17 years for the nation to abandon their previous government for a more efficient and sustainable one. Cover-ups, blatant legal improprieties, espionage, media blackouts, and criminal activities are the biggest sign a government is in a state of abandonment. We saw this in many prior empires. Germany, China, Russia, Rome, Britain, and others. Once the corruption reaches a certain level, the system is breaking down and it cannot sustain itself for long.
The elites are securing their place in the new government authority they feel will be introduced within their lifetimes. We at the ground floor tend to overlook this as we don’t live in that elite world of power and authority. Congress cares not for solving this problem, because in their minds and their circles the system is too broken to repair. Like some workers at Enron, they continued to show up for work, knowing full well the company was set for total shutdown.
What I feel our best course of action as citizens in this country is to arm ourselves with historical information, be prepared, and become actively involved in the reconstruction of our government when that time comes. I do hope I am wrong about this, but my historical research is guiding me down a different path. Either way these discussions are healthy, and we should continue them regardless as to whether our current government falls into the annals of future history books.

I believe we will need to decide whether we want a kind of soft socialism, such as what befell Argentina, and learn to exist in a society without essential goods and services such as police, fire, power, fuel, black markets, etc., or, as our current Constitution provides… a new government based upon the old model.
If we choose door number1, I seriously don’t believe people realize how bad it’s going to get before it even begins to get better. As they say in the movie title…”there will be blood”…hell, there has already been blood. There are shootings here where I live in places there was never violence before, just in the last couple of years. Weird things are being stolen just for the sake of sustainance. Gangs are controlling the streets at night and sometimes during the day.
If we choose what’s behind door number 2, it is going to depend a lot on how the military is going to react, regarding how much blood there is going to be. Either way…there will be blood…I say this based upon the observation that the country, currently, is being divided into two camps…patriots and parasites…It is anybody’s guess as to how the scales are going to tilt but, in the end, your comment on unsustainability will ring agonizingly true.
The bottom line is…this country was purchased and sustained by blood sacrifice…that’s just the way it is (and has been historically by the way). Our founding fathers were hardly bashful in admonishing us to this fact. Perhaps we have just had it too good (at least those in power have). They have unnecessarily and traitorously capitulated to foreign influence and should pay a corresponding price…after all, we peons will be paying this ransom with our own blood. We can only hope the example of our resolve will be enough to deter our creditors from ever trying to collect. Perhaps they will accept our leaders in exchange….as far as I’m concerned, they are welcome to them.

“We the undersigned Arizona citizens are requesting that the Arizona House, and / or the Arizona Senate pass a RESOLUTION directing Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett to send a certified letter to Democratic National Committee Chairperson, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, requesting that she produce certified source documents that are satisfactory to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office that positively identify the U.S. natural born citizenship and the Selective Service System Registration of Barack Hussein Obama II. With the recent findings of the MCSO Cold-Case Posse, there is probable cause to believe that Barack Hussein Obama II’s Selective Service System Registration Form and his State of Hawaii Certification of Live Birth Form are criminal forgeries, it is imperative to determine Barack Hussein Obama II’s status regarding his eligibility to be placed on the 2012 Arizona ballot.”
What if the SOS in Az dismisses this and if the SOS does petition DWS ,any bet she just ignores it? Sheriff Joe has a plan, just don’t know what yet. Fingers crossed.
After listening to the whole conference today I think that more people are becoming enlightened about the irrefutable facts. The reporters’ questions that attempted to divert attention to politics stood out like sore thumbs this time. The explanations of proof were just too clear and made anyone who tried to look the other way look like an idiot. It was a good crowd. I hope the Sheriff continues such conferences at various venues, with cameras rolling, each time repeating the same proof but adding more and more evidence when possible. He continues to stay calm and makes people come to their own conclusions while simply giving them the evidence that talks for him. Just their own reasoning in these questions today shows that the have come to certain conclusions themselves or they wouldn’t be putting their own words of “the pResident is then living a lie” or “he is continuing to this day as pResident while knowing he’s forged documents”. And the Sheriff just lets them alone with their own conclusions….not his stated ones…yet!
I’m wondering if this “person of interest” in the forgery can be arrested for questioning for a crime perpetrated against the citizens of Maricopa county. Sheriff Joe’s problem is that his authority is deliberately ignored by the authorities that must carry this investigation onward upon whom he is dependent. Could those people in the audience today…many of whom clapped for him….request a grand jury to present all of the evidence and sworn affidavits…at least to declare a crime in that jurisdiction? They could lead and others elsewhere could do the same. Can a man who has been held as commiting a crime and under a court investigation legally get on a ballot??? If nothing else it could interfere with his campaign. If chaos is already in the planning what would it matter if congress began an investigation? It couldn’t get worse!

Sheriff Arpaio was petitioned by the citizens of Maricopa County to investigate the background of Obama for the express purpose of forcing him to provide ‘verifiable’ proof of citizenship which would qualify him for the 2012 presidential ballot in Maricopa County. in view of this fact, this investigation will need to either provide that proof or not before the ballot is advanced to the voters. The investigation itself, in light of various other inconsistencies, may continue for an indefinite period of time.
Arpaio does not need the participation, or approval, of the press to investigate. He even has authority over federal agents within his jurisdiction. A media blitz however,, could bring about a rapid capitulation of the Democrat candidate, which would be the equivalent of a nuclear strike against their party. From what I can find, Gibbs resigned in Jan., 2011, but didn’t leave until Feb. However, it was said that he would be staying close to the administration. (Maybe he was working on “it”? – snark)

I believe that Miss Gibbs decided that he was culpable for the crimes of his boss, because he participated in much of the criminal activity HIMSELF. I am certain that he finally realised this and decided it was time to MOVE ON. Sadly when push comes to shove he will be found, arrested, and prosecuted.

Several audience members suggested a grand jury be called to investigate–remember, under the Seventh Amendment, once a grand jury has decided the case no U.S. court may revisit the matter.
