Today a historic event took place. Challenges to Obama’s natural born citizen status and eligibility for the GA ballot were presented to Judge Michael Malihi. In addition to evidence presented challenging Obama’s natural born citizen status based on his father being Kenyan, Orly Taitz presented evidence regarding the image placed on WhiteHouse.com purported to be Obama’s birth certificate and regarding social security number(s) used by Obama.
Neither Obama or his attorney Michael Jablonski appeared before Judge Malihi. Unsubstantiated rumors have surfaced that Judge Michael Malihi stated that he would enter a summary Judgement. When confirmation of Judge Malihi’s actions has been received, it will be reported. Regardless of the responses from Judge Michael Malihi or Georgia Secretary of State Brian P. Kemp, the following Georgia Election Statutes will dictate what avenues are available for action.
“TITLE 21. ELECTIONS
CHAPTER 2. ELECTIONS AND PRIMARIES GENERALLY
ARTICLE 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
O.C.G.A. § 21-2-5 (2011)
§ 21-2-5. Qualifications of candidates for federal and state office; determination of qualifications
(a) Every candidate for federal and state office who is certified by the state executive committee of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.
(b) The Secretary of State upon his or her own motion may challenge the qualifications of any candidate at any time prior to the election of such candidate. Within two weeks after the deadline for qualifying, any elector who is eligible to vote for a candidate may challenge the qualifications of the candidate by filing a written complaint with the Secretary of State giving the reasons why the elector believes the candidate is not qualified to seek and hold the public office for which he or she is offering. Upon his or her own motion or upon a challenge being filed, the Secretary of State shall notify the candidate in writing that his or her qualifications are being challenged and the reasons therefor and shall advise the candidate that he or she is requesting a hearing on the matter before an administrative law judge of the Office of State Administrative Hearings pursuant to Article 2 of Chapter 13 of Title 50 and shall inform the candidate of the date, time, and place of the hearing when such information becomes available. The administrative law judge shall report his or her findings to the Secretary of State.
(c) The Secretary of State shall determine if the candidate is qualified to seek and hold the public office for which such candidate is offering. If the Secretary of State determines that the candidate is not qualified, the Secretary of State shall withhold the name of the candidate from the ballot or strike such candidate’s name from the ballot if the ballots have been printed. If there is insufficient time to strike the candidate’s name or reprint the ballots, a prominent notice shall be placed at each affected polling place advising voters of the disqualification of the candidate and all votes cast for such candidate shall be void and shall not be counted.”
(d) In the event that a candidate pays his or her qualifying fee with a check that is subsequently returned for insufficient funds, the Secretary of State shall automatically find that such candidate has not met the qualifications for holding the office being sought, unless the bank, credit union, or other financial institution returning the check certifies in writing by an officer’s or director’s oath that the bank, credit union, or financial institution erred in returning the check.
(e) The elector filing the challenge or the candidate challenged shall have the right to appeal the decision of the Secretary of State by filing a petition in the Superior Court of Fulton County within ten days after the entry of the final decision by the Secretary of State. The filing of the petition shall not itself stay the decision of the Secretary of State; however, the reviewing court may order a stay upon appropriate terms for good cause shown. As soon as possible after service of the petition, the Secretary of State shall transmit the original or a certified copy of the entire record of the proceedings under review to the reviewing court. The review shall be conducted by the court without a jury and shall be confined to the record. The court shall not substitute its judgment for that of the Secretary of State as to the weight of the evidence on questions of fact. The court may affirm the decision or remand the case for further proceedings. The court may reverse or modify the decision if substantial rights of the appellant have been prejudiced because the findings, inferences, conclusions, or decisions of the Secretary of State are:
(1) In violation of the Constitution or laws of this state;
(2) In excess of the statutory authority of the Secretary of State;
(3) Made upon unlawful procedures;
(4) Affected by other error of law;
(5) Clearly erroneous in view of the reliable, probative, and substantial evidence on the whole record; or
(6) Arbitrary or capricious or characterized by an abuse of discretion or a clearly unwarranted exercise of discretion.
An aggrieved party may obtain a review of any final judgment of the superior court by the Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court, as provided by law.”

The issue is quite simple. To be President of the USA or to run for the Presidency of the USA, Obama must be a “natural born citizen” according to the Constitution of the USA. The term “natural born citizen” has been defined previously and it requires two conditions:
1) Obama must be born in the USA.
The forged document provided by the White House web site of Obama’s supposedly long form birth certificate is simply that, a bad forgery!
Therefore, the only way to check this long form birth certificate is to go to Hawaii and to check directly the original long form birth certificate and in particular to assess if even this original is genuine that is if it is not also a forgery!!
2) Obama’s parents MUST BOTH be American citizens.
We know that Obama’s father was a Kenyan and that he NEVER was an American citizen!!!!!
Therefore, THIS SECOND CONDITION ALONE DISQUALIFIES OBAMA TO RUN FOR THE PRESIDENCY OF THE USA AND IT ALSO DISQUALIFIES OBAMA TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE USA, NO MATTER THE FACT THAT HE WON THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION!!!!!!
More, Obama is a former lawyer. Therefore, he knew perfectly well that he was not entitled to run for the Presidency of the USA but he nevertheless did it DISHONESTLY, FRAUDULENTLY, deceiving purposefully the entire American people.
Furthermore, Obama was confronted with the definition of what a “natural born citizen” is when he directly participated in the investigation of John McCain’s eligibility to run for the Presidency of the USA. Obama then signed Senate Resolution 511 from April 30, 2008 that reveals the indispensable requirement of having two US citizen parents in order to be a “natural born citizen” according to the Constitution of the USA and therefore to be eligible to run for the Presidency of the USA or to be President of the USA!!!!!
Therefore, once again, Obama knew very well that he FRAUDULENTLY decided to run for the Presidency of the USA despite the fact that he knew perfectly well that he was NOT a natural born citizen and therefore that he was not entitled, according to the Constitution of the USA, to be President of the USA.
First Conclusion:
—Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and therefore he is not entitled to run for the Presidency of the USA nor is he entitled to be President of the USA, no matter the fact that he won the Presidential election!!!!

I care that we have national news media outlets that support and defend his illegal behavior. I fear that “fair and balanced” news is just a catch word now, and a propoganda arm of who ever is in power. This mornings hearing in Atlanta is a prime example of the see no evil-report no evil concerning this corperate bought politican.
I care deeply that daily our most prized document which has given us freedom and choice for over 230 years is quickly become “just another piece of paper” to be ignored at will by those in power.
Today gave me a glimmer of hope for America. Today, I saw average citizens, just like you and I, standing up in defense of their Constitution. I saw a judge that did not cower down and run when threatened by the political mafia
Hitler once said “that ideas are the hardest things to fight”. On this point, I will agree. The idea of freedom was started in the small villages and on the common greens throughout Colonial America. The sound of freedom spread like wildfire because it was the right thing to do.
Again today, the sound of freedom was heard in that small court room. Today, as over 200 years ago, citizens stood their ground and delivered.
Now it is up to us to carry this banner and spread the news by whatever means we have. We cannot, we must not, we shall not let this “call to arms” be muffled by those who would oppose the very things America was founded for.

When I first heard the ststement, “it depends on what the definition of “is” is”, I knew instinctively that we were in big trouble. The silver lining here though is that, even though we seem to be bound up by semantics, the solutions are also to be found there.
JBJD is right. The problems originate in the parties! The George Soros S.O.S. Project tells us so. Soros knows that the United States is a democratic republic with the power residing in the states, and within those states, the constituencies which, along with the electoral college determine the outcomes of elections…..the S,O.S’s of the states control election systems.
…go figure….what a brilliantly simple scheme! Soros was merely looking for the chink in the armor. When you control the S.O.S., you control the system.
It may be that this was just the frosting on the cake as far as corruption is concerned, but it can and has worked well so far. It would appear that, if we want to get our finger in the dyke, we had better be paying attention.

Well, in one sense they (those who were stating that he’s been using a phony SSN) were arguing that he must not be an American citizen in the present moment and for quite some time or else….why fraudulently obtain a phony SSN? That would not be necessary unless you know you are not currently eligible to get a real SSN because you don’t qualify. And I actually believe that if they can prove that with the actual evidence they have as testified by Susan Daniels that would get the attention of all the obots who can’t seem to grasp (on purpose) the question of NBC due to father’s (and frankly that’s even in question about who exactly is) citizenship at O’s birth. And if they ever discover that X could be the real father it wouldn’t matter if he’s not legal since Indonesian adoption.

As much I despise GWB, I despise Al Gore as much if not more. The different parties are an illusion of choice and a division so we don’t get together and throw all the bums out.
Like you all, I have been disappointed so many times, it is tough to get excited. But today’s events feel different and seem to present some hope. I was particularly impressed that the defense did not show or present a case. For any but most biased individuals, this appears an admission of guilt. It also makes it very difficult to appeal, because appeals are supposed to accept the facts in evidence and focus on issues with the law. It is hard to imagine GA law being undone by GA judges. And Federal Judges have no jurisdiction, so the defense cannot rely on their intervention.
I, too, am pensively very optimistic over today’s developments. This was quite a historic day in that for the first time a judge has reacted respectfully and favorably to our side. The defense seemed quite comfortable with a complete no-show, which does seem odd. However, they probably know they can’t win them all so were willing to concede on this hearing.
Now we await Feb. 5th for the judge’s ruling.
Remember though, obama and holder have until Feb to get to the judge. Just like they did to Judge Carter in CA. I’m not getting my hopes up yet.

The hearing was held in a very expeditious fashion, but I wondered from time to time what would have happened if the defense had been present. Methinks there would have been objection after objection on their part. This would certainly have extended the hearing extensively. Good or bad? We’ll probably never know.

Although I am hopeful that positive things will come out of the hearing today, I do not want to get too “excited”.
I believe the defense not showing up is some ploy by the defense.
Not being a legal expert, or even a legal amateur, I can’t help to think that there is some “quirk” in the law that the defense will use to get a ruling in their favor.

Katie, I have always tried to remain objective in my work. But, even though my idea was to launch ballot challenges in the first place to keep Obama’s name off the ballot (as was the military complaint under the Federal Declaratory Judgment Act USING NATIONAL GUARD SUBJECT TO RECALL AS THEY WERE NOT IN JEOPARDY OF SANCTIONS UNDER THE UCM; as was the citizen complaints of election fraud to state A’sG…); I could not get excited at events surrounding this GA ballot challenge. For starters, the wrong cause of action was brought YET AGAIN. For more than 3 years now, I have cautioned, it makes no sense to try to prove Obama is not a NBC unless definitive documentary evidence is available in the public record. (Even then, who will vouch for the authenticity of these documents?) But when the several groups of ‘birthers’ got together and determined at long last to take my advice and initiate these ballot challenges; no one asked for my advice on whether they were doing this ‘right.’ I am sure that this in part can be explained by the fact, they wanted to be the ones to ‘save the country.’ But I am convinced, they don’t want to ‘do it right’ because they have created a money-making industry in challenging Obama with efforts doomed to fail.
If all of those people who made it to GA to contest the name on the ballot; had, instead, met with the GA AG to ask why that office hadn’t responded to citizen complaints of election fraud; maybe he would have exercised his discretion to look into their charges. It is almost a given that we will never achieve perfection in any candidates, even ones of our own choosing. Sometimes we have to make the most strategically beneficial decision when considering all the facts all the while hoping that what we have are indeed facts. It will be incumbent upon us now to gather the facts, as well as we are able, and make our best choices based on what we know. In other words, sometimes you just have to hold your nose and vote….The main thing we are faced with now is getting rid of this communist in office…period! We will have to stand together this time regardless….no staying home…no pouting…no whining! We brought this on ourselves and now we will have to fix it…no rescue. Not only that, but we will also need to spread the word to the best of our ability to get others to participate in what may well be our last remaining chance to save this nation…

How do we combat the thinking of Obama et al, that Obama was having nothing to do with this hearing because the states have no right to say who is on a ballot in their states and its a federal court decision? Is it true that the federal government’s court system mediates between the states when there is a conflict. In the case of a state challenging a federal edict or law, the only place to have those disputes is in federal court. That does not negate the states rights. It is just the mechanism for settling disputes. If this is true – I am anxious and feeling lost. I DO respect your thoughts, but I think I wanted to hear good news. Got any?

Yes; the state ballot challenge does work, which is why I proposed it in the first place. After all, by using a ballot challenge, these crazies were not drummed out of the proceedings on a procedural flaw. But it won’tt work because the case they made, made no sense. 1) You cannot charge Barack Obama is not a NBC; you can only charge, no documentary evidence available in the public record evidences he is a NBC. (You can support this statement in a variety of ways.) 2) You cannot charge he is not a NBC because his father was not a U.S. citizen. This is a fiction made up in 2008 by, I believe, Leo Donofrio. However, this has no basis in law. 3) You cannot use non-experts as experts; or internet postings as documents. (You CAN use these posting as evidence of other claims in your case, such as ‘Obama posted an image…’ )
You cannot use ‘front people’ with a history of failure at these challenges; or a history of bizarre conduct in public; or a reputation as kooks.
Finally, let me clarify, when I conceived of and wrote the military complaint in the fall of 2008, I did not recommend going into federal court. However, by that time, Phil Berg had gone into federal court and I knew his case would be knocked out for lack of standing – I commented on a blog in August that would happen – and, others were beginning to file federal suits. I figured, if people are determined to go into federal court; I would figure out a way their cases could go forward. That’s how I came up with the military complaint using the Federal Declaratory Judgment Act. (Leo’s first response was to tell readers, the federal court cannot issue declaratory judgments! I reminded him, I had based the cause of action on the federal statute!)
Given existing laws, I proposed that either of these 2 ways could keep Obama out of the WH, and both involved keeping his name off the ballot: 1) ballot challenges to the SoS; and 2) complaints of election fraud to state A’sG (regarding Certificates supplied to the SoS by state and national parties). AND BOTH OF THESE COULD BE CARRIED OUT BY AVERAGE CITIZENS.
I get frustrated because my fellow citizens think of as heroes the same people I know are undermining real solutions I have proposed. And while these citizens sit back and wait for these so-called heroes to rescue them; they are not petitioning their elected officials to carry out the law, or to change laws so that this doesn’t happen again.
Newt was for the carbon tax scheme I’ll warrant. And he didn’t just consider the view on healthcare, he supported it for 20 years.

Ron Paul is only in this race because the far fringe left, with people like Michael Moore and Barry Manilow, are voting for him with the far fringe right. I am not an avid fan of Gingrich, but to say he received tons of lobbyist money is to buy into the Ron Paul line. His activity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac prohibited lobbying. He acted in a consulting capacity.
Also, I don’t know where you get the idea that Santorum is trying to legislate his morality when he simply is an advocate of certain principles when it comes to social issues.

I personally am taking a wait and see attitude,because there are an awful lot of variables involved in the Georgia action. The Judge has a whale on light tackle. He has a lot to sort out. As I said earlier this is not the first action against Soetoro in which he was subpoenaed. With the initial Berg action he also failed to show,and was in default there as well. What happened as a result? Nothing.

Good for you. I find Dole to be incredibly boring. He couldn’t win against a greatly flawed Clinton. If you think Dole is a libertarian, even a small one, then so are the other Rino’s, if you go by that. That doesn’t mean Dole isn’t a war hero. McCain was a war hero too, but couldn’t find the energy or strategy to beat the inexperienced and in eligible Obama. I just am not impressed with endorsements. I watch and make up my own mind. With regard to the ethics committee investigation Gingrich was eventually fined $300.000.00. I personally think that this all occurred because the LIBERALS wanted Gingrich out of the way as speaker of the house. Once again I offer the notion that at present he in my own view is the ONLY candidate having the necessary background needed to go against Soetoro. The rest are merely SNOT NOSED CHILDREN. Old Salt, I do agree with you about Newt. I guess my remark about not being an avid fan of his was simply to reflect that I am still open. However, at this point I feel he is the best one to go up against Obama, in spite of the unfair charges being made against him. Those charges, even a pile-on by Drudge Report, I believe are being orchestrated by those who fear they have something to lose by his being elected. Why are so many RINOS on the attack? That is a big question for me.

I could say the same about you Paxson. Herman Cain was unprepared, inexperienced and deeply flawed as a candidate, but you had the deeply poor sense to stand by him. You clearly don’t like me, but it doesn’t matter. We have to beat Obama so we have to move forward and win this time.
I supported Herman Cain early on because he was a breath of fresh air at the time. When his scandals came to a head, I backed away from him. Also, I don’t dislike very many people and I just find you to be very counterproductive to the conservative cause. I say this because I don’t think that you are a conservative in the true sense of the word.
Tina and Paxson, I’ve read the exchanges here and don’t fault either one of you. Each of us comes from different backgrounds, different perspectives shaped by our heredity and environment, and varying personalities. To me, you have been having a respectable exchange of ideas, and I believe others would regard it the same. Let’s face it, this has been a stressful day, too, and feelings are running high.

I took you up on your lead,and read the report of Byron York regarding the Ethics Investigation. As I recall there was a little more to it but I think Byron done a remarkable job of getting the essential facts transcribed. But the most important fact of all is the fact that GINGRICH was EXONERATED of all charges by the IRS. The IRS was sicced on Newt by the slimey Democrats,after they realised that their BULLSH#T wasn’t going to cut it. Then the ATTACK DOG layed down rolled over and WHINED. They were BEATEN…..they had to exonerate Newt. He had DONE NOTHING WRONG,in teaching at the two colleges. The point is that Pelosi swore TO NOTHING. “Duly Nominated”, as the nomination certificates state, makes no claim to the Constitutional eligibility of Obama. It simply means “Procedurally”. The state of Fla. SOS for instance has no authority to determine te eligibility of candidates on the ballot, so even if the candidate is obviously born in Eqypt, he/she can get on the ballot by fullfilling all the necessary paperwork, signatures, etc, they can get on the ballot. The candidate is then “duly qualified” (specifically by Fl. statute), and the SOS ministerial duty is at an end. The determination of eligibility is left to the judiciary upon proper contest of that eligibility. Pelosi has used that same language and has wordsmithed her way to not certifying anything as to eligibility. The always aggreived jbjd, seems to think that Pelosi swore or certified something— she certified nothing. The state AG has no role in the certification of any candidate, and the Ga. statutes provide for a contest of eligibility thru the judiciary. Romney Camp Dung-Founded: No Integrity, No Ethics, No Honor
This article is one of a series exposing theft, deceit, tax evasion, and bribery of public officials. It questions a Presidential candidate who would associate with such people, much less take money from them. This money is then hidden offshore to evade taxes in a conspiracy with ruthless criminals, all knowing the true Beneficial Owner of the funds was being cheated of his income at every turn. These actions bring consequences. Knowledge is power.
We expose three key names of consequence today. Mitt Romney, Dr. Michael Herzog and Paul Guenette are now challenged to publicly explain why they ruthlessly cheated an American national causing loss of important projects, tax revenue and the denial of hope and dignity to many Katrina victims. These far flung results would have resulted from pre-approved projects which were to have been done if not for the deceit of the above mentioned three. The Falcone Group was planning high value work, which was needlessly delayed with pain and suffering for many; real consequences occasioned for real people, so many innocent citizens affected by the ruthless conspiring greed of others.
Mitt Romney is a Presidential candidate bidding for the honor of holding the highest office in the land. And yet, behind the scenes, he associates and trades with two men whose criminal pasts merit public awareness and scrutiny. We will present a sectional exposure of each. Mr. Edward Falcone was asked to allocate part of his Bank Trading Program profits to help Romney during his previous campaign. It was there that he and Herzog became connected. This is how Romney repays his supporters.
Paul Guenette, a Canadian resident, has a small home in Ethelbert, Manitoba. He and Dr. Michael Herzog have a combined history of global arrests, charges and venomous fraudulent activities. A discrete inquiry to Canadian authorities led to helpful guidance that he is both under heavy surveillance by the Canadian Police and under an airport watch, indicating he may have already fled and may in fact be hiding out with Herzog in Germany or possibly in Spain. He and Herzog were closed down in Switzerland by security authorities with a Bank they jointly owned (ICB Bank). Guenette and Herzog were also arrested in Germany for attempting to pass fake credit Letters for cash via Commerzbank in Frankfurt, Germany. The German Police are monitoring Herzog closely and will no doubt increase activity on receipt of this. There are outstanding warrants on Herzog in Israel, and by respecting Canadian investigations and law, it is pertinent not to declare more or hinder clear and serious investigations involving Guenette. Herzog has made allegations that he and Ackermann were assured of safety as a result of bribes made to a named Senior Interpol Officer, details of which Mr. Falcone is willing to submit to investigating officers.
How much should we release that does not harm international enforcement agency diligence or pending actions is precisely the dilemma. Herzog and Guenette have a deep relationship with Romney and money transfers he received, some of which will be exampled meriting public challenge. The files held are extensive. This is a small overview of a vast library of investigative reports and accounts used.
Romney is declaring his personal wealth holdings, which simply do not equate to money he has received from Herzog and Guenette. Records exist showing in excess of 900 million dollars taken offshore. This raises questions as to the validity and truthfulness of his IRS declarations, or perhaps in Mitt Romney’s mind, tax is only for the “little people.“ Does he merit the highest office in the land?
A vast amount of detailed and highly incriminating evidence is in our hands and has been lodged with appropriate global authorities. In such, we have to ensure we do not compromise criminal investigations now proceeding. The case we raise releases facts never before published, facts you deserve to know and question.
During the third week of October 2006, Michael Herzog, working against a bank trading platform contract he had been allocated by senior US political parties, signed in conjunction with Edward Falcone, and for the benefit of Edward Falcone, drew down $500M from a further Falcone account for Trading by Herzog. That was over and above the account set up for the use of Josef Ackermann of Deutsche Bank, which primarily funded CIA accounts, exiting via banks such as Barclays London. This had been previously started with a first initial amount of $350M and rapidly leveraged by Ackermann and fast track traded up in value. A credit line was arranged by Josef Ackermann of Deutsche Bank with the Bank of Austria. That was traded well into July 2008 by Ackermann. Vast profits were earned.
On August 1, 2007, Ackermann and George Bush Sr., working in conjunction with Herzog, Romney and Greenspan, exchanged communications agreeing not to pay Falcone, and to trade it for yet another year. While Herzog had been ready to pay Mr. Falcone, he and Ackermann allege the communication to block payment came from Bush Sr. who wanted to continue trading it. Herzog continued receiving his own profit payments along with the other criminal participants. Also, substantial CIA profits were being accrued without Congressional awareness or oversight. The following year, another program was traded with Herzog and others fronting it, while substantial profits were continuously accrued. Hundreds of billions of dollars were earned through their continuing greed. All of this was hidden from the trusting true beneficiary who got nothing! A series of high value multi-billion dollar Bank CHIPs were created from profits both in Falcone’s name and for his beneficial interests. However, those were also mass used, fraudulently signed off for trading via other parties, and Falcone was again ruthlessly and criminally circumvented. A criminal pack of political thieves extorted his funds. On September 26, 2005, Deutsche Bank Chairman and CEO Josef Ackermann admitted to his Deutsche Bank coordinator, Juergen Schafer, that trading had been engaged by his commitment holder without informing Mr. Falcone. Records linking Paul Fauque, Nathan the Trader, and a series of beneficiaries are all on file as the investigation proceeds.
These profits accrued by Herzog were personally shared by George Bush Sr., George Bush Jr., Romney, Greenspan, Paulson, Herzog, Ackermann and Guenette in conjunction with other political associates and Bank Traders. Some associates earned between 2% and 4% of the profits which were side-lined into a labyrinth of offshore pseudo Trusts. The actual list of all beneficiaries is known, with accounts recorded and ready for Global recovery action. It has been lodged already with the FBI, Homeland Security, The US Federal Reserve, NSA, and also with the CIA – the largest beneficiary of profit allocations from Ackermann’s operation. This is America’s dilemma. With key appointments accepting political patronage, those compromised parties are too often carefully placed in key agency or government roles to maintain the status quo and to protect and block corruption inquiries.
Major Banks they used for these trades included Credit Lines leveraged up by the Bank of England, Bank of Austria and trading via Barclays, HSBC, CSFB (who used their Spanish division), RBS London, Deutsche Bank, ABN Germany, Commerzbank, Frankfurt Germany, and a network of exit banks used by Bush Sr., Romney, Herzog and Guenette, all who ordered profits to be moved into Caracas then on to the Caribbean and even into South Africa. Herzog exited profits via San Marino for onward distribution. Large Profits were made and substantial taxes avoided, yet Mr. Falcone always expressed a commitment to pay his taxes due. On receipt of the huge debt long overdue to him, he will declare his income, fully discharge his taxes and move to fund US infrastructure projects.
Herzog operated initially behind a series of fronts including Alliance Stars in Israel. He also defaulted on others, and hid behind his wife Gudrun Funkenweh whose accounts are now frozen. He used Oxi Mining and Trade LLC in the Isle of Man to hide profits, and also Frank Furstenberg behind a Berlin attorney trust.
This raises the issue of Mitt Romney, a man purporting to be Presidential material. He and his fundraiser in Florida were pre-advised months ago that they might be culpable to repay all funds raised given this serious screening issue. How can he become a Presidential nominee when the Falcone issue is not resolved? Will he and his fundraiser ethically return funds they have raised should he withdraw as this escalates?
Some 2 years ago the CIA, the Bushes and Falcone had negotiated a settlement deal. Yet again, that was reneged on. This is escalating into what could become a serious global embarrassment for the United States. The Falcone camp is focused and determined to get their money, whatever it takes. This is about justice. It’s about the projects, people and jobs needlessly lost.
There are other agendas also being seriously monitored. President Obama’s bank accounts are constantly watched by the retained Falcone investigators who note two amounts having been recently moved. Jeb Bush appears as a signatory on numerous offshore accounts, both singularly and linked with Bush Sr., for substantial amounts having no IRS history or true source of funds that are able to withstand forensic investigation.
The issue is Mitt Romney, he who would be President, and the company he keeps. Specifically, it is his sense of moral justice regarding his own tax integrity and regarding Ed Falcone.
Herzog has threatened to open his books on all deals done with Bush, exposing the entire history of their activity together if he is forced to pay back the Falcone funds. Might Congress demand this? During Mr. Falcone’s visit to London, he met with key, influential people. The Lords discussed with him the independent facilities of the World Court in The Hague and its ability to force through his case to achieve a vast settlement avoiding the corrupt US Judiciary. He was offered introductions to senior government officials able to appraise his case and, if approved, to treat all the trading as a contested issue with conspiracy and fraud overtones. That could, if successful, allow worldwide recovery of the entire amount as proceeds of crime. A large number of the people trading his funds have now been identified, as have their Trusts and Foundations. Each will face tax investigations with stringent penalties. Senior Ministers are now reviewing the Falcone case. Huge embarrassment and shame will follow with full media exposure for their crimes. Moves are now developing to freeze their worldwide accounts as part of a UK Task Force Tax Recovery operation, irrespective of their political standing.
A good General never leaves his men behind. In the same spirit of integrity and new stewardship at the Agency, a leader of such integrity would never leave his key Investor behind. It needs to be made RIGHT and NOW. This blemish has to be removed. Integrity, Trust and Honor must be restored to the Office of The President to The United States of America.
We are at the conclusion of this report and we felt a recap in the form of questions for Mitt was appropriate. In the 2008 General Elections, you were the #1 candidate to run with John McCain for the top spot in the United States. You found out hours before that Sarah Palin was going to be the running mate on the Republican ticket due to your inability to pass McCain’s vetting process. The reason was the money you stole with your associates Michael Herzog and Paul Guenette. When you became aware of our report, did you really think that by merely glazing over the fact you participated in the theft of Falcones money and received One Billion Dollars as compensation for your involvement in the international bank fraud conspiracy, you would be able to hid the funds in an off shore account and not pay any taxes on it?
Do you think the problem is going away by claiming “the problem is being handled” and “You might have to amend some income tax returns”? Really Mitt … can you explain to us how a guy of your stature and financial intellect forgets about one billion, tax free dollars, in a brand spankin’ new off shore bank account in the Caymans? If you forget about the white elephant in your living room, how can we expect you to perform in the position of President of the United States of America, representing us, the American people, here at home and representing us in the World View?
Mitt, the White Hats think the American people need someone better than you to represent us, to lead us and make decisions for us. Take the pay-off money from the Bushs and go away. Hide behind the other recipients of the stolen money … the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, Homeland Security and the Department of Justice.
America needs leadership, a small feeling of truth in it’s candidates and integrity. You maintain none of the qualities required to lead America!

We will take a look at the Banks involved starting with Barclay’s, Deutsche and the receiving banks responsible for the flow of the money and the trading.
We will take a deep look at the internal bank examiners and the external professional Accounting firms responsible for auditing the specific trades and the bank records.
We will look at the taxes that have not been paid to governments and other jurisdictions … not that there will be much to look at above the excuse “Golly Gee, we just don’t know how we forgot to pay them … we hate when that happens”.
We will look at the bank and independent traders that generated the profits and are responsible for the dissemination of the profits to the individual accounts.
Who we know took pay-offs, and who else took influencing money to look the other way including Senior Interpol Agents.

I have CONTINUALLY corrected you on Paul’s stance on more than a few issues you raised last night, but again:
Paul is NOT for “legalizing” ANY drug. IT IS A STATE ISSUE (you may want to re-read the 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution, it’s not that long).
Paul is for REPEALLING Federal drug laws.
But even at that, keep in mind that IF violence is involved in a drug transaction, the VIOLENCE is still a Federal offense.
But yet you CONTINUALLY comment that Paul wants to “legalize” pot.
On the “fense” issue, you have CONTINUALLY commented that Paul wants “open borders”, which again is a MISrepresentation of where Paul stands on the border and ILLEGAL immigration.
Was you not LISTENING last night when Paul said he wanted to bring our troops home and put SOME OF THEM on the border?
And on the “marriage” issue, you CONTINUALLY state that Paul is for legalizing same sex marriage.
It would be easier for me to simply state look at the response to your drug “problem” you have.
Marriage is NOT a Federal issue, it is a STATE issue, and if a same sex couple decide to get married in a State that allowed such unions, and moved to a State that didn’t, they would have to obey the laws of THAT State.

Goodmorning. I have considered the events of yesterday and believe this is the democratic gameplan. First, they will threaten the Judge, state of Florida, and Georgia supreme court. Second, they will attempt to limit collateral and national damage by media control and claiming racism. Third, they will shore up the other states SOS and avoid multiple states from initiating investigations into eligibility. The damage to ‘Obama’ is small if his eligibility requirement is sidestepped in only a few states, that would vote republican anyway. Georgia being one of those states.
Failure of the above strategy takes an entirely different turn. If media control is unsuccessful, and public opinion should swing against Obama, then DNC will plan a backup substitute for Obama… I would exepct a Clinton, but perhaps not Hillary.
The first plans require control of the media and avoiding multiple state with complaints and hearing all at the same time. Should people be able to achieve multiple administrative hearing around the country, the weight of public opinion will shift and the Democrats will substitute another candidate.
The way to beat the plan is to cause many states to have similar administrative hearing on a nearly continuous basis for several months AND force an outcome LATE in the year just before the general election.
Then again, perhaps Obama is eligible and is just waiting for the right time to release his records……. 😉 LOL.

Keystone XL Pipeline Statement
As you know, the Obama administration decided last week to deny TransCanada’s application to ship crude oil via the Keystone XL pipeline from Canada to the Gulf Coast. Valero has planned to be a shipper and purchaser of that oil since 2008, and obviously we were disappointed in the decision. We issued a statement in response to questions from the media,and I wanted to share it with you in case you get questions from friends or business partners, and so that you would know why Valero supports the Keystone XL pipeline. This is the statement:
Despite the uncertainty and political fighting over the Keystone XL pipeline, Valero has continued to invest in its U.S. refining operation. In 2011 we spent nearly $3 billion on projects, and for 2012 our capital expenditure budget is over $3 billion. These expenditures are keeping our employees on the job and putting additional people to work. To reference two of our refineries, at Port Arthur, Texas, we have 1,600 contractors working on an expansion project, and at St. Charles Parish, Louisiana, we have another 1,000 contractors working on a separate project. We need this kind of economic activity to accelerate to help all Americans.
This illustrates why the federal government’s rejection of the Keystone XL pipeline is so absurd. There are pipelines in every neighborhood all across America. The administration’s decision was not about pipelines, it was about the misguided beliefs that Canadian oil sands development should be stopped and that fossil fuel prices should increase to make alternative energy more attractive. Instead, we should be impressed with how well the oil sands engineering and recovery technology has advanced, and the economic benefits this development brings. Having more oil available in the marketplace has the potential to lower prices for consumers. As an independent refiner, Valero buys all of the oil we process. Due to the administration’s misguided policies, refiners like Valero will have to buy more oil from other sources outside the U.S. and Canada. Consumers will bear the additional shipping cost, not to mention the additional greenhouse gas emissions and political risks.
With all the issues facing our country, it is absolutely unbelievable our federal government says no to a company like TransCanada that is willing to spend over $7 billion and put Americans to work on a pipeline. The administration’s decision throws dirt into the face of our closest ally and largest trading partner.

One thing we can be assured of. Obama’s attorney shot himself in the foot by not attending the hearing. By being a no-show, he sealed his fate in not having the ability to appeal the soon to be released decision. Additionally, Obama will not take this issue to the high court, least it brings attention to him.
As you said and I agree, Obama and the media will spin this into a racist issue and try to rally their liberal voting base. It does have a chance of getting really ugly in Georgia without Obama being on the Ballot.

Massechusetts Congressman BARNY FRANK (the fruitcake on Capitol Hill) announced yesterday that he was going to MARRY his long time partner, JIM READY, age 42, of Maine, sometime in the spring. It must get awfully cold way up there in Maine in the wintertime.
When ask, Franks proudly said, “I’m in love for the first time in my life”!
Franks didn’t say who was going to be the boy, or who was going to be the girl in this relationship….however, I have my own opinions on that matter.

This morning my memory goes back Obama’s SOTU address, and his push for new taxes on the wealthy.
He sat, Mrs. Debra Bosanck, Warren Buffett’s secretary, in the box seat beside of his lovely wife, Muchelllll……. then the tears started to flow..
He started with a sob story that “NO SECRETARY SHOULD PAY MORE IN TAXES THAN HER BOSS, WARREN BUFFETT”. To that I agree…….but here’s what Mr Obama didn’t tell America in that mouthy snow job.
Last year, Mrs Bosanck, and her husband bought their SECOND home in Suprise, Az. A modest 2100 square foot home, 4 bedroom / 21/2 bath, with a swimming pool, and a PGA putting green. Pretty good for a secretary overburdened with taxes, don’t you think?
Their principal home is in Bellview, Nebraska, a short way from Buffett’s offices in Omaha. This home is 2568 sf, and also has 4 bedrooms/ and 2/12 baths. But it does not have a swimming pool or golf green. Too bad.
With two homes to write off of their taxes, I’m suprised Mr. and Mrs. Bosanck pay ANY INCOME TAXES at all. In fact, they may even be getting an EARNED INCOME return.
So now you know the REST OF THE STORY……..so much for the “BUFFETT RULE” concerning new taxes on the wealthy …..

My entire family with the exception of a few such as myself, have been in the Military. At one time, during college, I did take the Army ROTC for 2 years in college and seriously considered going into my Junior year under Contract, but decided not too. However, my roommate and great friend to this day and is currently a Lt. Col. serving as an advisory with the 75th Airborne Rangers. We stay in touch from time to time.

I remember in the early 70’s when our nation was on the race relations/equal opportunity kick. I was then a commander of a large unit in the mid west. The army put out orders that all personnel were to attend RR/EO classes to improve on non-existant problems.
Both officers, non commissioned, and enlisted personnel were to attend classes where free flowing chatter was permitted. Most of the abusive language was coming from the enlisted directed toward their sergeants and officers….
I attended one of those classes to see what was going on. When several enlisted, I will not give the race here, stood up and started mouthing off about how I was running my outfit…..well that was all it took.
I said, hold it right there…I am in command here, and don’t you, or anyone else in this room forget that. I fully support all my non-commissioned officers in the performance of their duties, and I will not stand here and let you, or anyone else in this room badmouth them. Now if you have something constructive to add to this discussion I will listen. If you wish to carry your complaints to a different level, then I suggest you see the post Inspector General. If you are not satisfied, then you may request to see the Post Commander.
But, I have no intentions of listening to your belly aching and bullshit. Nor will I permit my NCO’s to be abused with your crap. From then on, it was only the enlisted men who attended. I would not force my NCO’s to attend such utter nonsense.

Due to the insidious nature of this creeping communist malignancy, I was thinking that, if the laws have been quietly changing over time, that it might possibly be an easier task to just quietly begin changing them back…or, just quietly changing them anyway to possibly avoid a repeat of this obvious vulnerability at the ballot box.

I never served in combat so I cannot relate to what he went through. But. I do respect him and will pay attention to anything he has to say.
As for those running for President, I will support whichever one is selected. However, I do have my favorites. Ron Paul and Mitt Romney are not one of them. My reasons are as follows: Ron Paul does not have any idea of foreign affairs. Allowing Iran to get Nukes is my main problem with him. Then his lack of support for Israel is the other and they are major concerns of mine.
Mitt Romney may be a good person and a conservative, but who knows. He has changed his position so many times I cannot keep track.

Whoever you are, you are so on fire lately! Yes, I have tried to do as much work on this as possible; because I figured out what the parties, especially the D’s, were doing, with the election laws in each state, including this horrible National Popular Vote Initiative. But know what? The parties have all the money for their organizations; and I cannot even get anyone to hit my PayPal button. Yes, I take time off work in order to post in-dept analyses devoted to certain time-sensitive topics, like the NPVI, before it passes in another state legislature. (I have heard that some legislators use my work to inform their offices about the issue!) And information from my site regularly shows up on other much-more-well-traveled sites. (Often, they miss the real value of the information they commandeer.)
When people were going crazy thinking ALJ Malihi had issued an Order for Obama to appear; I spent countless hours dissecting the truth, and reporting for the last 2 days what really happened. But while I sit here pointing out, ‘The sky is falling,’ in non-hyperbolic reasoned articles that are draining my financial resources; people are spending thousands of dollars on the dog-and-pony-shows and on-line rags that don’t even get the facts rights, let alone help them to learn how our government works.

More, Obama is a former lawyer. Therefore, he knew perfectly well that he was not entitled to run for the Presidency of the USA but he nevertheless did it DISHONESTLY, FRAUDULENTLY, deceiving purposefully the entire American people.
Furthermore, Obama was confronted with the definition of what a “natural born citizen” is when he directly participated in the investigation of John McCain’s eligibility to run for the Presidency of the USA. Obama then signed Senate Resolution 511 from April 30, 2008 that reveals the indispensable requirement of having two US citizen parents in order to be a “natural born citizen” according to the Constitution of the USA and therefore to be eligible to run for the Presidency of the USA or to be President of the USA!!!!!
Therefore, once again, Obama knew very well that he FRAUDULENTLY decided to run for the Presidency of the USA despite the fact that he knew perfectly well that he was NOT a natural born citizen and therefore that he was not entitled, according to the Constitution of the USA, to be President of the USA.
First Conclusion:
—Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and therefore he is not entitled to run for the Presidency of the USA nor is he entitled to be President of the USA, no matter the fact that he won the Presidential election!!!!
—Finally, Obama is a former lawyer and therefore OBAMA CONSCIOUSLY, INTENTIONALLY COMPLETELY DECEIVED THE ENTIRE AMERICAN PEOPLE BY RUNNING FOR THE PRESIDENCY OF THE USA WHEN HE KNEW PERFECTLY WELL THAT HE WAS NOT ENTITLED TO DO SO SIMPLY BECAUSE HE KNEW VERY WELL THAT HE WAS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, AS THE CONSTITUTION OF THE USA REQUIRES ONLY ON THE PRESIDENT OF THE USA!!!!
—THIS HUGE DECEPTION IS MORE THAN A FRAUDULENT ACT, IT IS WORSE THAN ANYTHING IMAGINABLE BECAUSE:
1) IT RELATES TO THE HIGHEST POSITION IN THE LAND, THE PRESIDENCY OF THE USA, THAT OBAMA HAS FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED;
2) IT RELATES TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE USA BEING TRAMPLED UPON FRAUDULENTLY AND ILLEGALLY BY OBAMA;
3) IT RELATES TO THE FACT THAT OBAMA INTENTIONALLY DECEIVED AND MISLED THE ENTIRE AMERICAN PEOPLE!!!
ANY PERSON GUILTY OF SUCH SERIOUS FRAUD SHOULD AT LEAST GET A JAIL SENTENCE, NO MATTER THAT OBAMA HAS FRAUDULENTY HELD THE POSITION OF PRESIDENT OF THE USA FOR A PERIOD OF TIME!!!

Does anyone on this blog, other than me, feel like all these Republican debates have been designed with only one objective in mind…….to take the heat away from Mr. Obama.
The debates seem to be the only thing the national news wants to discuss, and they have intentionally pitted one candidate against the other over, and over, and over……….and that’s just fine with the democrats and Obama…….
Now wouldn’t everyone agree that 38 debates is a little bit of over-kill.
The Democrats are playing the “Divide and Conqueor” game quite well, and most of us peons don’t recognize this!
Wake up folks!… Obama is your enemy….not those people on stage in those un-necesssary debates where the candidates are cutting each other to ribbons.
I think you will recognize I haven’t criticized either of the candidates…and too tell the truth, I only listened to two debates. After that, I knew quite well what their positions were. I do not need constant reminders from Brian Williams or any news source.
We need to concentrate our efforts on the real villain in this drama….MR. BARACK HUSSAIN OBAMA,
if not, by the time elections comes around, we will be so divided that BOZO, the clown, will go back in office, even if only one state lets him on their ticket.

Your thoughts here ring such truth and such common sense it could boggle some minds, that is after all, as you have described, it’s precise intention. There are quite a few of us here that have taken oaths to defend and protect the Constitution and we intend to live up to those oaths. Some of us are old and don’t get around as good as we used to, but will will STILL stand up for our country and will defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic to the best of our abilities and beyond. There is still fire in our bellys and it will consume the enemy.
