“Why was Obama promoting Capri Capital and other investment firms at the same time that Rezko, Levine and Cellini were shaking them down?”…Citizen Wells

“Why has Obama, since taking the White House, used Justice Department Attorneys, at taxpayer expense,  to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells

“Why did Obama employ Robert Bauer of Perkins Coie, to request an advisory opinion on FEC matching funds that he was not eligible for?”…Citizen Wells

“Why is Obama now employing private attorneys to keep his name on state ballots, despite compelling evidence that he is not a natural born citizen?…Citizen Wells

It is going to be a busy court week for Barack Obama. One of his corruption cronies, William Cellini, has a hearing today for a ruling on a possible retrial. Judge James Zagel may make that ruling today. Tomorrow, January 25, 2012, Stuart Levine and Steven Loren have a status hearing in the courtroom of Judge Amy J. St. Eve. And conspicuously absent from the courtroom is Daniel Frawley, ex partner of Tony Rezko. Frawley’s sentencing has been repeatedly delayed. Daniel Frawley linked a payment from Tony Rezko to Barack Obama in a deposition.

And of course, Obama has a court date on January 26, 2012 in GA regarding his eligibility to be on the Georgia ballot and his Natural Born Citizen Status.

… Here jbjd had the right idea three years ago. What jbjd didn’t understand is that we are no longer a nation of laws. Obama and Holder have proven that, beyond reasonable doubt for most paying attention. …

Pete, amidst this circus about the GA ballot challenge; this is the first time I read a direct acknowledgment, without my prompting, of the fact I began this work focusing on state ballot challenges (in specific states) more than 3 years ago. Thank you.

But I believe, we are still a nation of laws. In fact, even Orly’s detractors throughout the internet, on sites decidedly pro-Obama and anti-Birther; acknowledge that, this time, she (at least) used a legal approach, here, a ballot challenge, which was grounded in law. (Then, like me, they predict defeat.) (I posted another article in which I begin to explain, why.)
WITNESS FOR ORLY’S PERSECUTION or MUCH ADO ABOUT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Too bad so many of us citizens spent those ensuing 3+ years waiting to be rescued by one ‘patriot’ or another instead of writing better laws.

  2. At the Missouri State Candidate Qualifications website, Missouri Dem SOS Robin Carnahan requires candidates to meet certain qualifications for the 2012 election. She includes U.S. Senators and Representatives all the way down to Township or Ward Committeemen.
    http://www.sos.mo.gov/elections/elect_qalification.asp

However, Carnahan has neglected to list the Presidential candidate qualifications. Why is that? We all know there are Constitutional requirements to be President but Carnahan omitted them.

The lowly elected position of Township or Ward Committeemen and Committeewomen must meet certain qualifications – – –
*Resident of county and committee district 1 year next preceding the election
*Registered voter in county and district for 1 year next preceding the election

But no qualifications are listed for the President of the United States.

Oh, and by the way, qualifications for presidential candidates were also omitted from the website in the 2008 election.

Jonah, you mentioned this before; and I visited that site. Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner.

I don’t find this ‘seeming inconsistency’ to be a big deal. Individuals who know nothing else about candidate requirements for those offices listed can run for those offices, without going through the party, first. Here, the SoS is the ‘teacher.’ But the Presidential nominee comes through the party and, presumably, the party already knows what are the Presidential qualifications for office.

  4. If Darrell Issa is looking for a motive as to why President Barack Obama has not thrown Eric Holder under the buss, they can look to Daniel T. Frawley…Obama needs Holder as long as “Operation Board Games” is in play and now he needs him even more to make sure “Fast and Furious” doesn’t end up at his door step…Unfortunately for both of them there is nothing keeping Frawely from writing a book, he was not convicted on ANY of the charges related to Rezko, Obama, Alsammarae and the Companion Security fraud.

  5. jbjd,

Another attempt to require MO candidates to be Constitutionally qualified. Problem is, even if it passes the Dem gov will veto……..

Missouri State Representative Kyle Roland has sponsored HB 1046 which
Requires proof of identity and status as a United States natural born citizen for the office of President and Vice President to be submitted with other required certification documents to the Secretary of State
    Summary – – –

  6. During the practically endless series of Republican debates, we have heard almost every question imaginable asked to Republican candidates – if by every question imaginable, you mean horribly slanted, often irrelevant questions designed to make them look bad and help Obama. We’ve heard questions about contraceptives, religion, Newt’s angry ex-wife, Gardasil, etc., etc., etc. So, what would happen if the mainstream media treated Barack Obama the exact same way that they treat Republicans? The questions might sound a little something like this.

    1) Numerous Mexican citizens and an American citizen have been killed with weapons knowingly provided to criminals by our own government during Operation Fast and Furious. If Eric Holder was aware that was going on, do you think he should step down as Attorney General? Were you aware that was going on and if so, shouldn’t you resign?

    2) In 2010 you said Solyndra, which gave your campaign a lot of money, was “leading the way toward a brighter and more prosperous future.” Today, Solyndra is bankrupt and the taxpayers lost $500 million on loans that your administration was well aware might never be paid off when you made them. What do you say to people who say this is evidence of corruption in your administration?

  7. Jonah; I attached an interview of Eric Holder by Katie Couric of CBS News, taken on April 8, 2009…At 6 minutes 30 seconds into the interview they discuss gun control and the Mexican border, at 9m 33s in, Holder say’s that he spoke with the President and the attorney general of Mexico…It looks like “fast and furious” was in the making at the very beginnig of this administration.

    jbjd,
It’s obvious that they don’t know the qualifications to be President, or they are purposely breaking the law by usurping the Presidency of the USA.

  9. Two days and counting before the biggest game in town!

This game isn’t about pitting one sports team against another. It’s about pitting pitting one arrogant illegal alien against the United States Constitution.

The stakes are high in this game.

If Obama wins the contest, you can then effectively say we have no Supreme Law of the land, and our Constitution is worthless. As George W. Bush once publicly said when referring to our Constitution, “It’s just a goddamn piece of paper”. That will be about the value of the highest law in the land.

If Obama wins, you can expect all hell to break loose, and the summer soldiers will crawl back into their foxholes. Some will give up the fight, but others will stand and continue the struggle to await the next battle.

But, if Obama looses this challenge on the 26th, then there is still hope for our Republic. He will finally be proven in a court of law to be the fraud he is. His image will be forever tarnished, and his political reputation will be in question.

The mainstream media will then be forced to confront this issue concerning this unknown person. Mr. Obama will be “tarnished good” to the corrupt Democratic party and the search will be on for someone just as corrupt to replace him. He will fall as collateral damage in a struggle of his own making.

Make no mistake, there is a lot riding on this issue for both sides. But one thing Mr. Obama doesn’t have, and hasn’t had the three years he has squatted at the White House is… the TRUTH.

He knows that, and now the American people will also know it.

For three long hard years, this issue has been at the forefront of all Mr. Obama has done, or failed to do. It is now time that an answer be given. The American people deserve the truth about the “man from now where”, and our Republican form of government deserves a leader who will not try to place himself above the laws of the country he leads.

If Mr. Obama losses this challenge on the 26th, the floodgates will be opened and you can expect him to face similar ballot challenges from states across the nation. Other court challenges against him will not be so demanding and require the fortitude this one has. But, they should produce the same results.

But in a court of law, the facts speak for themselves. In over three years of challenges against this Usurper, this is the FIRST case to ever reach a court of law on the MERITS of the case. All other challenges have been dismissed from “lack of standing”.

I can’t speak for everyone on this blog, but as a natural-born American citizen, legally ellgible to vote, of sound mind and body, I don’t request to know the things being sought about Mr. Obama, I DEMAND them.

Wouldn’t you just love to be a fly on the wall at the White House for the next two days!

I’m sure people up there are jumping through the hoops trying to find an answer. I just hope and pray that Judge Malaki finds the courage stands strong against the onslauight of pressure and threats he must now be facing.

In three years, if Mr. Obama has learned anything, he should know that “You can run, but you can’t hide”, and that sooner or later he must answer to “We The People” for his shortcoming.

God Bless America and God Bless those who keep her strong.

  10. The thought of discontention to the ballot challenges. Upon the ballot through a provost petition of request. A petition of request may be fowarded to a inquirey of open notice of the registered citizenery, to “strike” any candidate from the ballot or polling. A, “door to door” voting of signature of the discontention of legal marshalling may be placed before the ballot comission and all halls of government required to take notice of the peoples free election to any attempted administration of forward notice or recall of the diligence of the people’s discontention of concerns to the vetting required of all administration of public officials and elections. Time is on your side !!!!!

  14. Great article by whistleblower, J. Christian Adams:
    (former DOJ attorney)

Why Romney Lost: Part III: The Mood of the Country

    (quote)
“Our president has divided the nation and engaged in class warfare,” said Romney Saturday night.

Most Republicans realized this years ago. Now they seek a general to lead them into a titanic political battle against a president who, they believe, seeks to convert this country into something that was unimaginable a generation ago. They want a general who uses language to inspire them for the fight. And so far, Mitt Romney hasn’t found it.

They want a leader in the fight that does not lag behind them. They want a leader who says the things they believe.
