2011 Obama corruption ties, Rezko Levine Blagojevich Cellini Frawley, Fitzgerald and Justice Department protect Obama, 2011 review

“Why did the Illinois Senate Health & Human Services Committee, with Obama as chairman, create and push Bill 1332, “Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act,” early in 2003, which reduced the number of members on the Board from 15 to 9, just prior to rigging by Tony Rezko and Rod Blagojevich?”…Citizen Wells

“Why did Patrick Fitzgerald and the US Justice Department wait until December 2008 to arrest Rod Blagojevich?”…Citizen Wells

“I believe I’m more pristine on Rezko than him.”…Rod Blagojevich

Highlights of 2011 Obama corruption ties. The tip of the iceberg.

2011: 12 months of Obama Chicago corruption ties.

January 29, 2011.

“Judge Amy St. Eve told attorneys at a hearing Friday that she’ll sentence Tony Rezko on Oct. 21.

Rezko’s attorneys and prosecutors had asked the judge earlier to delay Rezko’s sentencing to allow for the possibility he could testify at two upcoming
trials, including Blagojevich’s corruption retrial in April.”

February 25, 2011.

“Prosecutors in the Blagojevich trial have dropped 3 counts from the indictment against him. That is approximately 15 %. That does not appear on the surface
to be significant. However, counts 1 and 2 represent about half of the indictment and mention numerous Chicago corruption figures with ties to Obama. Get the

“Evidentiary Proffer supporting charge of Collusion in protecting Obama during the course of investigating and prosecuting Tony Rezko and Rod Blagojevich.”

April 20, 2011.

“Rod Blagojevich’s second corruption trial is set to get under way with nearly all the same evidence as the first trial, just packaged and presented in a
whole new way.”

“Counts 1,2,4 were dropped several months ago. Those counts had the strongest ties to Obama. Anyone surprised by that or not calling Tony Rezko in the first
trial since Obama’s pal Eric Holder controls the Justice Dept.”

May 31, 2011.

“Rezko’s January sentencing was postponed to leave open the possibility that the onetime powerful political fund-raiser could testify in either Blagojevich’s
trial or that of Downstate businessmen William Cellini, Rezko’s lawyer said. However, prosecutors did not say whether they would tap Rezko.

Meanwhile, Rezko, who spoke briefly at a federal court hearing Thursday, revealed for the first time where he’s being housed — about 150 miles away inside the Dodge County, Wis., lock-up.”

“Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher Niewoehner said only that it was in the interest of both the prosecution and Rezko to delay sentencing. He implied that
prosecutors hadn’t decided yet on whether Rezko will be called to testify.

Rezko’s lawyers said the convicted businessman would like to reap the benefits of testifying and possibly receive a lighter sentence. But he will not seek a
delay in sentencing beyond September.”

June 27, 2011.

“Rod Blagojevich has been convicted on 17 of 20 counts. Counts 1,2 and 4 were dropped earlier this year. An appeal is expected. The William Cellini trial is
scheduled for August 2011.”

July 27, 2011.

“I was pleased and amazed to see a reference to the Health Facilities Planning Board and Pam Davis in a Chicago Tribune article dated July 26, 2011.”

“Two members in the audience played an early but crucial role in the
FBI investigation that uncovered widespread corruption in
Blagojevich’s administration.

Pam Davis, CEO of Edward Hospital in Naperville, and William Kottmann,
CEO of Edward Medical Group, both secretly wore a listening device for
the FBI for eight months in 2003 after raising extortion complaints in
their bid to build a $218 million hospital inPlainfield.

Davis said they were told that If they hired builder Jacob Kiferbaum’s
firm, , the then-Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board would
support their plans. Later, Kiferbaum and health board member Stuart
Levine and Tony Rezko, a top Blagojevich fundraiser, either pleaded
guilty or were convicted on federal charges.”

“Jan. – Aug. 2003: Obama was Chairman of the IL Senate Health and Human Service Committee.

Feb. 20, 2003: Senate Bill 1332 “Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act” filed. Reduced members of IL Health Planning and Facilities Board from 15 to 9.”

“Ziegelmueller asked Hayden about a 2003 e-mail exchange with Lichtenstein, then the governor’s top lawyer, in which Wilhelm made recommendations for the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board.
The name of Barack Obama, the Democratic front-runner for the presidential nomination, also appears in the e-mail as a member of a strategic team reviewing
hospital board matters with the governor’s staff when he was a state senator. The hospital board was scheduled to be revamped in the summer of 2003.
Obama was then chairman of the Senate Committee on Health & Human Services.”

August 22, 2011.

“Anita Mahajan, the wife of a major Blagojevich fundraiser, was charged
in May 2007 with theft and fraud, based on allegations that her
company, K.K. Bio-Science, submitted bogus bills for drug screenings
for clients of the Illinois Department of Children and Family

“9. In June, 2005, Mutual Bank President and CEO Amrish Mahajan and
other Mutual Bank officers approved a loan to Rita Malki Rezko (Rita
Rezko) which was guaranteed by Antonin Rezko so that Rita Rezko could
purchase a 9,090 square foot vacant parcel of real estate at 5050 S.
Greenwood Avenue, Chicago.”

“10. On or about January 4, 2006, Rita Rezko entered into an
agreement with Senator Barack and Michelle Obama (Obamas) to sell a
ten-foot strip of the 5050 S. Greenwood property to the Obamas.”

September 3, 2011.

“It is apparent to me that a deal was struck with the US Justice Department and that Patrick Fitzgerald was involved in the decision or minimally, was aware
of it. The Justice Dept. had more than enough evidence to indict Blagojevich at the latest by the time Stuart Levine agreed to cooperate by August 5, 2006.
They actually had enough wiretap evidence without Levine cooperating. Once Blagojevich was too tainted by investigation and Obama was being groomed for the presidency, Obama had to be protected.

Let me make this perfectly clear. I am accusing the US Justice Department of corruption, of being complicit in delaying the arrest of Rod Blagojevich until
after the 2008 elections. Furthermore, the Justice Department has purposefully reworded the Indictment and refrained from calling witnesses and revealing
testimony that would be further damning for Blagojevich and Obama. This is a criminal act which must be prosecuted.

I am calling for a congressional investigation.”

October 31, 2011.

“Mutual was the bank that financed the purchase by the wife of
political fundraiser Tony Rezko of a side lot in a deal that enabled
Barack Obama to buy his dream house.
In a lawsuit filed in a U.S. District Court in the Northern District
of Illinois last week, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. also
accused the bank of spending $300,000 to hold a board meeting in Monte
Carlo, Monaco.”

“One of the defendants, former bank president and board member Amrish
Mahajan, couldn’t be reached for comment.”

“A former Illinois real estate specialist says FBI agents have questioned him about a Chicago property that had been bought by convicted felon Tony Rezko’s
wife and later sold to the couple’s next-door neighbor, Sen. Barack Obama.

The real estate specialist, Kenneth J. Conner, said bank officials replaced an appraisal review he prepared on the property and FBI agents were investigating
in late 2007 whether the Rezko-Obama deal was proper.

“Agents and I talked about payoff, bribe, kickback for a long time, though it took them only a short number of minutes of talking with me while looking at
the appraisal to acknowledge what they already seemed to know: The Rezko lot was grossly overvalued,” Mr. Conner told The Washington Times Monday.

“Rezko paid the asking price on the same day Obama paid $300,000 less than the asking price to the same seller for his adjacent mansion,” he said. “This begs
the question of payoff, bribe, kickback.””

November 22, 2011.

“I’m assuming the information is about the payments made by Rezko to Obama, so we know we’re talking about the right conversation, right?” …Attorney Daniel
Konicek, Frawley Deposition

Tony Rezko, a longtime associate and friend of Barack Obama, who was convicted in June 0f 2008 and never called as a witness, was sentenced today in the courtroom of Judge Amy J. St. Eve. Rezko was sentenced to 126 months.

December 2011.
December 6, 2011.

“From the Government’s Sentencing Memorandum, signed by Patrick Fitzgerald and filed on November 30, 2011.”

““By way of comparison, Antoin Rezko,…received a sentence of 126 months imprisonment for corrupt activity that he engaged in directly with Blagojevich or with Blagojevich’s tacit approval. Yet, Rezko:
(a) held no elected office of trust;”

Yes, indeed, Patrick Fitzgerald allowed Blagojevich to remain in office until December 8, 2008 even though they knew as early as late 2003 that the
Blagojevich Administration was involved in widespread corruption.”

December 10, 2011.

“2006 is the pivotal turning point.

1. Blagojevich and his corruption buddies are in trouble.

2. Blagojevich, the presumptive presidential candidate, is out and Obama, the unknown, is in. So is the fix.”

“The day of Blagojevich’s sentencing, we learn that Tony Rezko has filed an appeal. A Blagojevich appeal is sure to follow.

The Blagojevich and Rezko appeal process will go late into or past the 2012 election cycle. Once again protecting Obama.”

December 27, 2011.

“Daniel Frawley, former Tony Rezko partner, has had his sentencing repeatedly delayed. In a deposition Frawley spoke of Tony Rezko giving Barack Obama money and then when asked to elaborate, he exercised his Fifth Amendment right.

Are we ever going to find out more from Daniel Frawley about the money that Rezko gave Obama?”

  1. I have viewed and read with great interest many different comments of support for various republican candidates. I disagree for various reasons with each GOP candidate currently being selected, none of which has a high-water chance in hell of beating Obama on their Karl Rove strategy of “Policy Only” approach. That is a simple fact.

Until the voters hold their preferred selected Candidate accountable for exposing a full vetted investigation of Obama itself, he will win in 2012. Its that simple. Many can discuss foreign or domestic policies, whom is best and who is not with party favorite. But in the end, only Obama will win by the Independent party separation and Republican discouragement. Such lack of confidence in many incidences, equals the lack of votes.

One Party cannot call more than half (50%) of their voting constituents, Morons, Ignorant, Stupid, Conspiracy Theorists, Crazy People, Dumb, Extremists, should be ignored, jailed, and much more; but ask the same to vote in their favor at the polls. This will simply will not happen, hence the loss of votes.

Could anyone imagine if a Democrat call the African American voters Blood suckers, financial leaches, Welfare wannabes, Stupid, Ignorant, Unteachable, Morons, and just want a hand out? But vote for them?

The GOP does not realize the damage they caused by such media rhetoric to its on constituent voting based. Mostly because they are too concern about being liberal and reaching across the Isle to appeal to others, rather than maintaining their own voting base, which the are and will lose.

    Just saying he obvious.

  4. I have to agree with you William…..

If the Republicans don’t question Obama on his qualifications for the office…..then they will lose because he has the biggest mouth and can tell the biggest lies.

  5. The Republicans aren’t going to question Obama on anything since they were complicit with allowing him on the Democrat ballot in 2008. Karl Rove and Donna Brazille have worked in collusion on this. Rove insists that Dinglebarry is a “Native Born” citizen, but refuses to acknowledge that he qualifies as “Natural Born”. Anyone can confirm this first hand through his e-mail: karl@rove.com.

If the above image is a forgery, is it because Obama’s identity and parentage are different from what has been presented to the public?

The Nonsense Published by Our Nation’s Editors Regarding Obama’s Eligibility to be President

  8. Bankroller | April 29, 2010 at 9:12 pm

“GORDO @ 8:43: I’m convinced that Karl Rove is fully aware of and complicit with dingle Barry’s Constitutional ineligibility, and I suspect that he negotiated a quid-pro-quo deal with Donna Brazille prior to the 2008 election cycle. Their relationship dates back to at least 2000. I’ve had this conversation with him via e-mail and he persisted with the “Native Born” argument until he blocked my address. You can forward your opinion directly to the shill himself:

    CDR Kerchner:

“I Believe the Fix Was In by Both Parties for the 2008 Election and the Cover Up is Still Going Strong! The Perfect Storm for a Constitutional Crisis!”

“I believe that the RNC and DNC at the highest levels in 2008 were both complicit in shutting down all discussion of Obama’s constitutional eligibility issue in the Congress, Main Stream Media, Print Press, and in the leading conservative Talk Show radio stations. I believe that the RNC and the DNC were complicit in subverting Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of our Constitution as to the eligibility requirements for the Office of the President, i.e., the person eligible for that office must be a “natural born Citizen”, …”

  9. That article by Sankey is a good one.

I agree with him that everything legally possible has been done to uncover the real story, yet we still haven’t gotten to the bottom of it.
And we’re not going to get to the bottom of it with peaceful, legal means. That much seems obvious to me.

    Hey All,

I notice no one has given any answers to my question about what SHOULD be done in Iran.

And now they want to block the Strait of Hormuz??

IF we were self sufficient (which we EASILY could be, Obama said during the last campaign that it would take 3 to 5 years to get drilling going in the US and we’d be right about to start up now), we wouldn’t have to worry about this area.

    And Tina,

Just because someone proposes that something be legal, doesn’t mean that the person would advocate the USE of that substance.

There are many legal things that I don’t partake in, but in your feeble little mind, you have been INDOCTRINATED in believing that drug use would increase if drugs were legal.

I have more faith in PEOPLE to make the right decision, you obviously believe that behavior has to be legislated.

    And you consider yourself conservative?

And I notice instead of arguing the points I make, you simply continue to spew your MISinformation. Just because you comment something, doesn’t mean it is so.

    And Tina,

I’m RETIRED ARMY. I served from 1982 until 2002 (Sept 11, 2002 was my ETS date). My question to you would be have you asked your military members of your family if they agree with the way these wars are conducted?

Being RETIRED military, I can tell you that the way Desert Storm was conducted should be the way we fight a war whenever possible. Being in Iraq for 9 and 1/2 years, and Afghanistan for over 10 years is ridiculous. It didn’t take us that long to beat Hitler and Japan.

Your family members are Patriots for defending our Country, and I extend my thanks to them, I just feel we have lost soldiers because of a FAILED policy of BOTH Bush and Obama.

Seems to me that I have more concern for the welfare of your military family members than YOU do. YOU think they should be fighting Iran right now because we believe that they are about to obtain a bomb. Do you know how UNresponsible that is?

I could go on, but it is futile.

  11. William – 12:27 PM
Until the voters hold their preferred selected Candidate accountable for exposing a full vetted investigation of Obama itself, he will win in 2012. Its that simple.
William, I hear you loud and clear, but it just isn’t going to happen, at least from the candidates themselves. Many have tried for years to break the wall of silence, and the resistance and collusion are just too strong.

Now the conventional wisdom is that, as a ontender, you simply do not engage a sitting president in personal attacks. Period. They have ALL been indoctrinated with that approach, so nothing is going to come from the nominee, whoever it turns out to be, or from any of the candidates now. Even as gutsy as Ron Paul is on the campaign trail, he won’t touch the eligibility issue with a ten-foot pole.

However, surrogates COULD bring such attacks as long as they could not be linked directly to the contender. But WILL they have the intestinal fortitude? I believe that we may know more about our course of action, if and when Sheriff Joe and the posse give the report in February; however, I’m not holding my breath.

Okay, so Plan A isn’t going to work apparently (a full vetting investigation), so what do we have for Plan B? Nothing? We are going to have to play the hand that has been dealt to us. Sitting it out is not a viable option, imho, at least not for me.

A person who has been told he has a terminal disease still tries to do everything and anything to prolong life for as long as possible with the expectation that something might work.

  12. Sorry, “ontender” should be “contender”.

  16. Obama says he’s not bound by Guantanamo, gun-control provisions
By Erik Wasson – 12/23/11 04:19 PM ET

President Obama said Friday he will not be bound by at least 20 policy riders in the 2012 omnibus bill funding the government, including provisions pertaining to Guantanamo Bay and gun control.

After he signed the omnibus into law Friday, the White House released a concurrent signing statement saying Obama will object to portions of the legislation on constitutional grounds.

Signing statements are highly controversial, and their legality is disputed. Obama’s predecessor, George W. Bush, broke the record for most signing statements by a president.

“I have advised the Congress that I will not construe these provisions as preventing me from fulfilling my constitutional responsibility to recommend to the Congress’s consideration such measures as I shall judge necessary and expedient,” Obama said as he signed the bill into law.

Prior to the 2008 Presidential election, less than one quarter of Americans doubted Obama’s eligibility. However, as awareness about his illegitimacy spreads throughout the world, a recent poll shows the number of doubters has doubled…and is growing.

    by Dan Crosby

Des Moines, IA – More than half of Iowa Republicans do not believe Barack Obama is eligible to be president says a recent poll.

A Public Policy Polling survey taken December 16th through December 18th reveals that 52 percent of GOP voters in the Electoral lead-off state believe that Obama is either not a Natural Born citizen or they have doubts about Obama’s natal eligibility to hold the office of president.

While asking the respondent if they believe Obama was born in the U.S., the poll does not ask if the respondent is aware that Obama’s alleged father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of Obama’s birth or if the respondent knows the definition of a Natural Born Citizen.

    But Obama WAS vetted.

He was born SOMEWHERE, was NOT adopted by Lolo, went to college using SOME form of assistance, got GRADES in college, went to work SOMEWHERE and then became what we have come to be known as a “community organizer” (of course he was a complete and utter failure, just look it up), went on to become a lawyer FOR the Constitution, and then became a Representative in Illinois where he voted “present” more times than anything else, met up with Larry Sinclair on a Fall evening in 1999, became a US Senator, and then became President.

What more do we need to know?

  21. On another subject, isn’t it disturbing how the North Koreans are crying over the death of a dictator? It seems so faked. They are so brainwashed. They are trying so hard to convince us that they are really sad. They are so in the dark in many ways.

Nation building isn’t an objective, it’s as nebulous as a cloud and has no substance. We need to re-think our world policy, we cannot be the police or bailout for the world.

    Paxson and Pete,

I didn’t write that to get “thanked”, but I am humbled, it was one of the best decisions I made, joining the military.

The only thing I regret was, back in 1982 when I took the ASVAB test, I scored 98%, and the recruiter told me that I could do whatever I want.

Did I choose computers, or mechanics, or helicopter pilot?

NO, I told him I wanted in the INFANTRY.

Have you ever tried to get reassigned once you entered the infantry?

I smack myself upside the head every time a think about that. Of course the recruiter didn’t try to “counsel” me about this, but he was probably laughing his a## off inside.

Don’t get me wrong, I loved the infantry, but when I retired, I had no “skills” for the “real world” unless I wanted to go in to police type work, and I wanted to try something else. I had my fill of that type of stuff, but every now and again, I get this little “itch”, but I’m too old now.

Here is a GREAT back and forth between Paul and O’Reilly on Iran.

Here’s Paul in his OWN words:

Please tell me how Paul comes off weak on foriegn policy.

I think he’s RIGHT. I think he understands the issue better than I do.

Paul talks about 9/11 also. LISTEN to what he says, and I have to state, I agree 100%.

What people need to understand is that the MEDIA is INDOCTRINATING us in to believing they hate our “freedom”, when it is MY opinion that if we’d simply get our nose out of the region, we could all live our little lives.

O’Reilly sounds like you write Tina, and I would suggest to you that IF you asked the “average” American if they would support a war against Iran, you would get a resounding NO.

BUT, if you asked would you support a war against Iran, who supports terrorism, is building a nuclear bomb (and will have one next week if you listen to the media) and plans to use that bomb against Israel, hates the United States because we are free, and would like to come over here and take rights away from women and kill all non muslims, then you MIGHT get a different answer.

    You see how indoctrination works????
