December 27, 2011, Obama money from Rezko, Daniel Frawley talking?, Frawley sentencing delayed, Tribune and SunTimes silent

“Why has the Daniel Frawley sentencing been repeatedly delayed?”…Citizen Wells

“Why has the Chicago and mainstream media ignored the Obama and Daniel Frawley connections and the money given to Obama by Rezko?”…Citizen Wells

“And if all others accepted the lie which the Party imposed
–if all records told the same tale–then the lie passed into
history and became truth. “Who controls the past,” ran the
Party slogan, “controls the future: who controls the present
controls the past.”…George Orwell, “1984″

Daniel Frawley, former Tony Rezko partner, has had his sentencing repeatedly delayed. In a deposition Frawley spoke of Tony Rezko giving Barack Obama money and then when asked to elaborate, he exercised his Fifth Amendment right.

Are we ever going to find out more from Daniel Frawley about the money that Rezko gave Obama?

From Citizen Wells July 14, 2011.

“Frawley says in the deposition that on March 13, 2006, he was in the Dirksen Federal Building at 219 S. Dearborn, making a phone call to Rezko’s cell phone and secretly recording him when attorney Weaver walked in and interrupted him.

Also in the room at the time, according to Frawley, were: Assistant U.S. Attorney Jacqueline Stern; James “Sam” Dorger Jr., of the Illinois attorney general’s office’s public-integrity unit; an “FBI agent whose name I do not recall”; and Thomas Durkin, a criminal attorney also representing Frawley.

“I was on the phone, making a phone call to Tony Rezko,” Frawley says, according to the transcript. “I had a luncheon engagement with him. George was outside of the room where I was making the telephone call, and the purpose of the call was for me to keep my luncheon engagement with Tony Rezko and to go over and to record Tony Rezko.

“George saw and heard me on the phone, came running in and went like this [demonstrating]: Cut it,” drawing his hand across his throat.

Later in the deposition, Weaver’s lawyer, Daniel F. Konicek, asks Frawley about what specific information Weaver is supposed to have told Frawley to withhold from federal authorities.

“I’m assuming the information is about the payments made by Rezko to Obama, so we know we’re talking about the right conversation, right?” Konicek asks Frawley.

Frawley doesn’t answer. So Konicek presses him: “Am I correct it was about Obama being paid by Rezko?”

Frawley replies: “I’m not answering that question, based upon my attorney’s instructions.”

Nobody directly involved with the deposition — including Frawley and his lawyers, Weaver and his lawyers, and the FBI and U.S. attorney’s office — would comment.”

Why has the Chicago press, namely the Tribune and SunTimes, been so silent on Daniel Frawley and the Obama connection recently?

American Thinker has produced some excellent articles on Daniel Frawley and the Obama connections.

From March 6, 2008.

“Companion Security was headed by a former Chicago policeman with a troubled history, Daniel T. Frawley, in partnership with Mr. Rezko and in association with Daniel Mahru, the lawyer for the original contract and Mr. Rezko’s former business partner. In April 2006, Mr. Frawley entered negotiations with Governor Rod Blagojevich’s staff to lease a military facility in Illinois to be a training camp. In August 2006, Mr. Frawley started negotiations with Mr. Obama’s U.S. Senate staff to complete the contract….

“The timeline of Companion discussions in 2006 is important to note: April 2006 Frawley speaks to governor’s office; August 2006 Frawley speaks to senator’s office; October 2006 indictment of Rezko revealed; October 2006 Rezko arrested upon return from Syria; October 2006 Alsammarae convicted in Baghdad and makes his first escape attempt; December 2006 Alsammarae escapes from Baghdad. …

“(In 2004) Mr. Auchi traveled by private aircraft to Midway Airport in Chicago and then to a fete at the Four Season Hotel, where he met with his business partner in Chicago real estate, Mr. Rezko, as well as with Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. Also present that night, according to a fresh report by James Bone and Dominic Kennedy of the London Times, was State Senator Barack Obama, who had recently won the Democratic primary for the U.S. Senate seat….”

I strongly urge you to read the rest of this early article that indicts Obama.

“Chicago Sun Times Does Hit-and-Run on Obama-Rezko Payoff Lead”

“Last July, two Chicago Sun-Times reporters noted an allegation of “payments made by Rezko to Obama” that surfaced in a deposition involving former Rezko business partner Daniel T. Frawley. Since then, the only follow-up coverage from the Sun-Times has been the sound of crickets.
An article dated July 11, 2011, entitled “Ex-Rezko partner’s sentencing delayed,” announced that Daniel Frawley’s sentencing for bank fraud had been postponed, yet again. He came up for sentencing again this week, and — surprise! — there’s been another postponement.”

“If you read the deposition over the holidays, keep eggnog close. It is 65 pages of mind-numbing dialogue that finds, at one point, the opposing attorneys arguing over the meaning of the word “this.”

So, to summarize:

o A former key business associate of Tony Rezko pleads guilty to a crime after the statute of limitations had expired.

o Frawley agrees to pay a whopping $4 million in restitution, with no apparent means to do so. If, miraculously, he comes up with the four million, ask yourself: who benefits the most?

o His lawyers hope that his cooperation will mean a lighter sentence for a crime that was past the statute of limitations to begin with. Did the feds have something else on Frawley that they used as leverage?

o Frawley allegedly provides useful information on Rezko, but we don’t know what that was about. He didn’t testify at Rezko’s trial. How come?

o One last question, in an episode full of questions: did the Sun-Times back off this lead because of its continuing support for Barack Obama?

In a December 5, 2011 e-mail, this writer asked Tom McNamee, editorial page editor of the Chicago Sun-Times, if the paper stood by its 2008 endorsement of Obama for the presidency. McNamee responded:

When we write editorials, including updates on earlier editorials, it will be for Sun-Times readers, Mr. Cary. Keep reading the paper, as I’m sure you now will, and we will continue to weigh in on President Obama from time to time.

Hearing that as a non-answer, the question was forwarded to Andrew Herrmann, managing editor of the paper. He responded:

The paper endorsed Obama for president. He was elected president. Since then, we have critiqued his decisions regularly — some good, some bad. But we have never expressed any regret or reversal of our endorsement editorial.

No regrets from the Sun-Times. Just hit-and-run journalism.”

The Chicago SunTimes has become silent, but at least they covered the deposition. The Chicago Tribune shied away from the story. Don’t take my word for it. Go to your favorite search engine and search for a Tribune article on Daniel Frawley in 2011.

“Fast and Furious Update – Former ATF Director Testimony Released Over Christmas Holiday”

By Ulsterman on December 26, 2011

“Clearly the fix is in against Kenneth Melson. His replacement as ATF Director, B. Todd Jones, a man put in that position by the Obama administration, almost immiediately set out to blame Melson for Fast and Furious, indicating Melson “allowed” agents to “go beyond approved tactics”:

There was a vacuum. Fast and Furious went off the rails, and there were plenty of opportunities to pivot so none of this would happen.

In an LA Times report, Jones has indicated he will use the soon-to-be concluded Eric Holder initiated investigation into Fast and Furious to conduct necessary firings against those responsible for the gunrunning program that killed U.S. border agents and hundreds of Mexican civilians.

Former Director Melson’s deposition though strongly contradicts Jones’ assertions the failures of the operation were focused solely on the ATF – Melson indicates blame goes much higher into the Obama Department of Justice. The Melson deposition then goes on to directly indicate a cover-up was initiated by the Obama administration in an attempt to hide the Fast and Furious debacle from Congress:”

“Once Fast and Furious broke into public view, Melson said, Justice officials strenuously objected when he wanted to disclose everything to Congress. “We were floating the idea and asking them to allow us to do that,” he said. But he said he was told “it is a long-standing policy of the Department of Justice that we don’t talk about ongoing cases.”

  5. Good morning Zach, et al.

  6. Good Morning All!!! Happy Tuesday! Sadly I don’t think the feds even bothered to ask Frawley/Rezko/Weaver or any involved about these accusations…IF IF IF they know something, they might have to do something, if they don’t have adequate information they are not obligated to investigate….and I think they are perfectly happy not knowing…Frawley is for sale to the highest bidder, giving him a slap on the wrist is NOT enough…He is in it for the MONEY!!! IF/WHEN this comes out it will probably be in book form…If he wants to sell a lot of copies it will be out before the 2012 election.

  7. Mr. Frawley, bring it on.

  10. The Sun Times ran the link to the Frawley deposition the day before Frawley’s sentencing was postponed back in July (and against last week). Coincidence? Did they get a call suggesting that they run it then? If so, who might have made that call?

  12. Bessie:
Don’t be sad, Bessie of “Sadly I don’t think the feds even bothered to ask Frawley/Rezko/Weaver or any involved about these accusations…” The feds know alright.

  13. Is Frawley using his insider information about Obama corruption to force the feds to continue to postpone his sentencing until after the election? Postponements are coming as frequently as failed predictions of the end of the world. Maybe the Sun Times article back in July was just a reminder to the feds of what he knows and who he could tell, if he had a mind to.

  14. “Mickey Mouse and Adolf Hitler allowed on Wisconsin recall petitions”

“Jim Hoft is reporting that the Government Accountability Board in Wisconsin ruled that Mickey Mouse and Adolf Hitler will be counted on recall petitions as long as they are properly dated and include a valid address.

The signatures of Mickey Mouse and Adolf Hitler will be counted on recall petitions targeting Gov. Scott Walker as long as they are properly dated and include a Wisconsin address, the board charged with reviewing the petitions was told Tuesday.

Suspicious signatures will be noted when the Government Accountability Board reviews the petitions, but reviewers will look to see that signatures are accompanied by a Wisconsin address and are dated as having been signed during the circulation period, board elections specialist David Buerger said.

“We will flag them, but we will not strike them without challenge,” Buerger said after being asked whether Mickey Mouse’s signature would be counted. He noted that in previous recall petitions, Adolf Hitler’s name was struck because the address given was in Germany, not because of the name ”

Or as Mr. Alsammarae said of how he escaped from an Iraqi prison before getting involved in Illinois politics:

Mr. Alsammarae said with undisguised glee: “The Chicago way.”

I, asked the Tribune if they new of the wire taps before the election. Mr. Fitzgerald had thanked them for holding the story on Dec. 9, 2009, “For over a month”.

The Tribune responded: “Thanks for your inquiry but it is our practice not to discuss further details, beyond what has already been reported.”

After the Blago trial. I asked again, as the case would certainly be closed, they responded again:

As I have told you in an earlier response, the Tribune does not disclose reporting practices beyond what already has been discussed in its news reporting.

It’s not that I’m not authorized to respond to your question. The people who do make such decisions and have that authority asked me to respond on their behalf.

    Standards Editor

From the Tribune’s “Statement of Principles” of 2007:,0,3930081.story

“The Tribune places great emphasis on the integrity of government and of the private institutions and individuals who serve and lead society. It acts as a watchdog on government, protecting citizen interests in quarters where citizens themselves might not otherwise be represented. The newspaper does this in the belief that the people cannot consent to be governed unless they have knowledge of, and faith in, the leaders and operations of government. Always, the people are sovereign.”

“The editorial page has four essential roles: to serve as a check on the power of government, to set an agenda for the Chicago region and the nation, to make persuasive arguments for the enactment of that agenda, and to inform and guide its readers so they can make better decisions.“

Standards are good; Double standards are not twice as good.

The media is in on this, Mr. Wells.

  22. Give Obama a Break; He was Abused

Martha Trowbridge’s creatively written stories about Barack being the son of white, living Jo Ann Newman and her deceased secret lover, Malcolm X, seem to be another fabrication about Obama’s history. Trowbridge, a creative writer herself, has spun another familial background for Obama.
Scant, seldom cited documentation gives no more credence to the credibility of her stories than the one already told by Bill Ayers in Obama’s “autobiography,” Dreams of My Father.

  23. Archy of “not funny”, I have no doubt the feds KNOW…I believe the feds are protecting Obama and have CHOSEN NOT to ask the appropriate questions in order to insulate him from any negative implications. Which they have already proven in the trial of Rod Blagojevich…Obama perjured himself in that 2 hour meeting with 2 FBI agents and 2 U.S.Attorney’s and they fought vigorously to protect the 302’s to that meeting…There was no ligitimate reason for them NOT to turn over the report that contradicted the prosecutions key witness…I think it’s safe to say that everyone on this comment board is well aware that the feds are protecting Obama.

  28. Per Bessie ^^ : I think it’s safe to say that everyone on this comment board is well aware that the feds are protecting Obama.

    Hey All,

Can someone find me a link to the ACTUAL Melson deposition?

I’ve searched and can’t seem to find it.

I agree with your comment on the previous thread.

I’m NOT for people doing whatever they want out in public, but in the privacy of their own home……….

I also am NOT in favor of the “safety net” that the Government has, because I believe what it does is ENCOURAGE bad behavior.

Let people be responsible for THEMSELVES is all I’m stating.

I’m tired of the Government trying to be mommy and daddy. I was raised long ago, and I do NOT want the Government taking that role away from my mom. She’s EARNED that with all of the sacrifice she endoured.

That was part of the reason why I asked if Soetoro had been put on the New Hampshire ballot. The last I knew there was quite an uproar after Orly’s visit. I am trying to put together a prognosis for the rest of the states. If you have any info on the NH ballot I would appreciate it. Thanx

  32. When did Virginia put the 10,000 signature requirement to be placed on the ballot into law. It sounds as though Gingrich and Perry didn’t supply the alleged number of signatures necessary. Was this a requirement on the last national election for Virginia.?

  33. Big question for me – What is going on in Iowa?

For months and months Iowans have been personally exposed to the Repub candidates. They like the “up close and personal” approach and have certainly not lacked along that line. And yet I am hearing tonight – one week from the caucus – that at least half of the voters are still undecided.

Why? What is wrong? Have they had so much exposure that they have become confused? Probably most of the caucus goers have personally spoken with at least one or more of the candidates. That seldom happens here in AZ, a primary election state.

Iowa prides itself on being the state in the union to hold the first caucus. I am beginning to think that their reputation is being tarnished this time around, with all due respect to the many patriotic, flag-waving Iowans. These are difficult times, to be sure.

Update on 6 legal actions against Obama
    6. Taitz et al v Gardner et al (Attorney Orly Taitz is joined by 5 State Representatives of NH and 4 Presidential candidates). I just talked to a clerk from the Supreme Court of NH. According to rule 11 Supreme Court of NH can assume original jurisdiction when the actions of the agency are outside of what represents normal conduct of the agency. I argued that in a number of prior cases Ballot Law commission and the Secretary of State removed individuals from the ballot for not being qualified, not being eligible. I brought examples of individuals who were not natural born citizens. In Obama’s case members of the commission defrauded the petitioners and the public by claiming that they have jurisdiction to only check, if Obama filled out the form correctly and paid the $1,000 fee. According to the clerk of the court Supreme Court of New Hampshire simply declined to assume original jurisdiction. I do not have the actual order yet. I suspected that, as 4 out of 5 judges of the Supreme court of NH, including the Chief Judge are appointees of the Democrat governors (Jeanne Shaheen and John Lynch). As I stated previously, I will be filing with the Supreme Court of the United States a petition for stay of counting of Obama’s votes pending decision on certiorari petition. As NH is in the first circuit, it will go to Justice Breyer. If he denies, I will refile with one of the conservative justices. At any rate, the case is no longer in NH, it goes to the Supreme Court of the United States. There is no need to do outreach, e-mails and phone calls in NH, as the case is no longer there, but donations towards legal work, costs and travel to prosecute these 6 cases will be greatly appreciated.

  35. Thanks for the update on NH. I pray every night, someone will have the guts to declare Obama ineligible.

Cabby, it seems to me that is being complicated because a large number of Democrats plan to vote for Ron Paul in the GOP caucus. His anti-war, anti-Israel, pro-pot and pro-prostitution legalization stances are attractive to them. His anti fed stance is attractive to the libertarians and so he may get the majority in Iowa to vote for him which will be ironic in that he probably won’t get the majority of the mainstream/social conservative republicans whom the nominee is suppose to represent.

I also have to wonder how Cain impacted all of this. Would we have better vetted the candidates by now if we didn’t get sidetracked with him? I wonder how history will look at it.

  36. Tina, I share many of your thoughts. Paul is really running to the left of Obama on some issues, like national security and some libertarian views. That has to be why some Iowans are leaning towards him. Up to now he has not been fully vetted, but there are things being brought to light since he has risen in the polls.

In retrospect and having just read Cain’s book, I can see that he was probably overconfident as he approached his run for the presidency. He seemed to have underestimated the power of the MSM. Personally, I wondered then and even more so now at his wife’s and family’s ability to handle the White House, with all due respect to them. It just wasn’t to be.

  37. Yes. I agree, Cabby. Cain is a great speaker, very smart and very interesting, but just not ready yet for several reasons including the ones you mentioned.

I think I read from Ron Paul’s former right hand guy, that Paul didn’t want us to enter WWII against the Germans since we weren’t attacked. Would America still be America if we had followed that reasoning? He is just so scary.

My hope is that the RNC will wake up after this primary season and somehow come up with a better way to run these caucuses and primaries so that the nominee represents republicans appropriately.

  38. Tina, I don’t mean this to be insulting to some who support Paul, but, frankly, he should not be running as a Repub, imo, because he is aligned with the Libertarian Party, which he did run under once in the past. Gary Johnson has made public that he is changing to the Libertarian Party, and I believe that is more appropriate for him, too. He believes much the way Paul does and made his views very clear in the debates and interviews.

It is going to be very interesting to see the outcome next Tuesday!

  39. Interested Bystander

Paul was elected as a Republican, and he is “with” the Republican party 95% of the time.

I linked a few threads ago PROOF that from 1937 to 2004 Paul had the MOST conservative voting record of the over 3000 folks elected to Congress. THAT’s pretty impressive, in my opinion.

I sure hope you don’t have a 13 or 14 year old child that gets caught up in one of these “wars” you want us to get involved in.

I have got to respond to this comment from you

“His anti-war, anti-Israel, pro-pot and pro-prostitution legalization stances are attractive to them.”

    He’s anti-war:

You disagree with this, so you must be PRO-war……..INTERSTING, can you explain why and when we should endure these WARS you are so PRO for?

    He’s anti-Israel:

This is a TOTAL misrepresentation of where Paul stands on Israel. Do I have to link you to Paul’s ACTUAL stance on Israel and ALL foreign aid AGAIN?

He IS anti-foriegn aid, no doubt about that, and I am in TOTAL agreement.

PSSSST Tina, just last year we BORROWED 1.3 TRILLION dollars to pay Countries to be our “friend”, and you do realize that cutting ALL foriegn aid would mean that Israel’s enemies (who actually receive TWICE as much in foriegn aid than Israel gets) would be cut off also? (or maybe you don’t)

    He’s pro-pot:

Maybe YOU haven’t realized it, but the “war” (NOW I know why you like the regulations against something that grows organically out of the ground, it’s a WAR and Tina is PRO-war), has been a complete and utter failure. And maybe you haven’t heard of this little thing going on now called “Fast and Furious”, but you may want to look in to that, because YOUR WAR on drugs CAUSED that.

Yeah buddy, putting non violent people in jail for selling a plant grown out of the ground with DRYING as the ONLY processing needed for it to be ready for use, sure seems like a reasonable thing to do.

Yo Tina, just a little aside, the Government will NEVER be able to legislate people’s behavior.

    He’s pro-prostitution:

Maybe Cabby can weigh in on this also, because she brought it up on the other thread (or maybe earlier above), but for goodness sake, I for the life of me can NOT understand why you, as a woman, wouldn’t want other women to decide what they do for a living.

Do you have a problem with people selling blood, or organs, or hair, or how about their time so they can do what their boss wants?

I certainly see NOTHING wrong with a woman (or a man for that matter) prostituting themselves.

Would I do it? Heck no!!!!!!!!

Would I be a “consumer”? Absolutely NOT

But WHO do we think we are to tell anyone they can’t do whatever we want with our bodies?

Almost everyone on this thread doesn’t agree with Paul’s stance that we can’t do anything about Iran getting a bomb, which I TOTALLY agree with.

Paul DOES say that there should be dialog between the two Countries, and that dialog would contain the consequences of them actually USING a bomb against the US or one of our allies.

Can someone, anyone give me some suggestion as to what we SHOULD do to stop Iran from getting a bomb? What we are doing NOW sure doesn’t seem to be working.

I just love this attitude that we are supposed to be the diplomats of the World, and the police officers of the World (we have troops stationed in over 130 Countries, thumbing our nose at those we disagree with just begging them to do SOMETHING, so we can unleash and justify our military COMPLEX, and then to “spread democracy”, we go in and REBUILD what we just destroyed, it’s simply insane).

You folks may want to look around you, we have some problems here that need tending too.

    Can we multi task?

    Sure, how about multi tasking:

The FDA (which only INCREASES or health care bills)
The Department of Education (that makes me ROFL)
The Department of Energy (whose ONLY job is to make excuses for why we can not explore for our OWN energy)
The Department of Health and Human Services (another joke)

That would be a good start. Just start with the Department that starts with “A”, and move our way down the alphabet.

I’m of the opinion that if we actually LOOKED at what these “Departments” are REALLY up too, we’d be peed off, and I mean really-really peed off.

Maybe we should start with the “J’s”, because the Department of Justice sure seems to me to need a serious reality check.

One more thing and I’ll get out of here:

I’d like to expand on my thoughts about Paul running as Republican, and not a Libertarian.

First and foremost, Paul wouldn’t be getting the “attention” (90% negative by the way, the media is doing a good job of indoctrinating, I have to give THAT to them) if he chose to run as a third party candidate. He wouldn’t have been allowed in the debates, and he’d pretty much be ignored.

But Paul is FISCALLY CONSERVATIVE, and that is the MAIN platform of the Republican Party, so to get his message out, he made a brilliant move to announce as a Republican.

His message IS getting out, not only to main stream conservatives, but also to independents AND Democrats. Some Democrats may look at Paul’s fiscal policy and be turned off, but when they listen to his ANTI-WAR, ANTI-INTERVENTIONAL, PRO-LIBERTY message, it MAY sway some of them to vote for him also.

For anyone to state that Paul is to the “left” of Obama on some issues, and then claim that Paul will pull votes from the “conservative” nominee, simply doesn’t compute in my brain. IF he’s to the left of Obama on some issues, why wouldn’t you be encouraging him run as a third party candidate to split the “liberal” vote?

The whole point is, Paul IS a main stream Republican, and he should be running as a Republican.

Sorry, I just can’t let this go,

Does everyone remember when Perry stated in one of the debates that his foreign aid program would start with ZERO for everyone?

Remember the applause he got for that?

Who stated that first? A long time ago. Only HIS number would REMAIN at zero.

And you think his foreign aid policy is “extreme”?

  42. CNN easily obtains Newt Gingrich’s divorce records, which had been sealed by court order, just by asking for them.

Nobody can get any records whatsoever about anything regarding obama’s life. Nothing. No amount of effort or laws can get at anything.

Of course, we have to remember that republicans are actually helping obama to keep all his records secret. So I don’t feel all that sorry for Newt, but I feel very sorry for the country, which is heading for a cliff.

  43. Bessie: Sorry, I missed your tongue-in-cheek. And, of course, sentencing dates are a matter of public record. But don’t you find the timing of the S-T article a little odd? I do.

  44. IB, my family defends America. My father fought in the Navy in WWII. My uncle served in Korea in the Army. My nephews are fighting overseas now. I couldn’t be more proud of them.

Rick Perry is pro Israel and clearly said Israel would get support, where Paul is quick to say Israel would be on their own.

And Paul’s stances of pro pot, pro prostitution, anti border fence, anti patriot act, pro iran, pro palestine over israel does not fit with social conservatives which are the main part of the republican party. You make my point that he crossed over to the GOP to get attention. It is identity theft in my opinion and makes the GOP look crazy.

  45. The fact that much of Paul’s support is coming from Democrats in Iowa is exactly the point I have been making on this blog for the last two months. The Libertarian view that free sexual practices of free everything like porn, prostitution, incest, etc and legal pot is very attractive to the likes of Michael Moore and Barry Manilow who support Ron Paul, should say something to those in Iowa who supported Huckabee last time. For all those who hate Romney, he has been married for 40 years and doesn’t drink or smoke. That is being a conservative in my mind. He has not cheated on his wife. I prefer to have Romney or someone like him as role models for my children than pro porn libertarians. That is my two cents.

  48. Archy; the SunTimes was not the first to report on Frawley vs. Weaver, Brenda J. Elliot of RBO wrote an article on the same subject back in May of 2011…She has taken down her website but a few other bloggers picked it up…the court filing is for all the public to see…In fact just after Brenda’s article in May, Frawley sought an emergency seal on Frawley vs. Weaver court filing he was denied and given a hearing date just 3 day’s before the SunTime’s article was released…He was denied again, however shortly after the SunTimes article the court filing was tampered with and much of the deposition was missing…This court filing is very revealing into Frawley’s intentions although they were limited in their line of questioning limiting it to where, when and who because of “on going investigation”…Weavers lawyers wanted to know “where” Frawley kept copies of tape recordings made while working as a covert informant for the feds ( indicating he kept a copy for himself and is using them to sue/black-mail/extort his ex-attorney George E. Weaver)…Frawley had a $50 million dollar security contract, he owes the feds 4.5 million dollars, has millions of dollars in judgments against him…THIS lawsuit is not about a lousy 50 grand of non returned funds and misrepresentation….Frawley and Weaver were cohorts in criminal activity, their attorney/client privilage is moot…

    Brilliant. Healer. Reformer. Magnanimous.

Words routinely used to describe Barack Obama, all of which have no basis in history, as documented by Victor Davis Hanson:

  51. 7:24 am —
CNN easily obtains Newt Gingrich’s divorce records, …”
“Gingrich Divorce Papers Magically Appear In Media Hands”
by John Hayward @ Human Events

“To this day, Barack Hussein Obama remains a man of mystery. Copious amounts of documentation from his early life and academic career have never been released. It took years of pressure, plus Donald Trump as the ringmaster of a media circus, just to see his birth certificate.

By an amazing coincidence, previous Obama opponents have also seen their campaigns destroyed by the sudden exposure of “sealed” divorce papers. It happened to both Obama’s primary and general-election opponents in his 2004 Senate race. In fact, it’s likely that the only reason Obama became either a senator or President is that Chicago Democrat machine operatives and their media allies were able to pull lurid details from Republican Jack Ryan’s divorce records, unsealed for the Chicago Tribune? by a very helpful California judge.”

This is such a shallow analysis. We have bigger fish to fry in this country. Again, I’m not a Ron Paul supporter for reasons that I”ve already mentioned but I can’t sit idly by to listen to this garbage.

  53. I haven’t seen anywhere that Ron Paul “drinks or smokes or has cheated on his wife, watches porn, commits incest or smokes marijuana.” Yet you say that Mitt Romney has done none of these things so that is why you support him????? Holy cow, you have low expectations of a candidate.

  55. Using alinski tactics again I see. Same as Obama. You can’t defend the libertarians so you call me names. I have had very extensive commentaries for the last two months. You just don’t like it. The truth hurts. It should be obama/Paul 2012.

  57. Tina. Go back and reread what I wrote and tell show me where I called you a name. I said it was a shallow analysis. RN Paul does not partake in the activities that you chronically accuse him of partaking.

  58. Tina, like Alinsky you repeat lies.

  59. IB and Paxson I totally agree with you. Thank You, for your insightful posts. R O N P A U L 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  60. Patriot. I’ve said this before, but I don’t support Ron Paul in the primaries. That being said, I really take offense at those who distort his record and beliefs. For some reason, I have more of an affinity for Rand Paul and would probably get behind him if he chose to run some day. Also, as a person who leans small l, libertarian, myself I find it hard to understand those that criticize what my beliefs stand for. I don’t think that it gives people the right to do whatever they please. To me it means a low threshold of government interference in my own life. Those that do not understand this are not true conservatives in my mind. What good does it do to trade one authoritarian figure for another just because the latter may have a few beliefs that I may concur with?

  61. CW..can you release my last post? Thanks man..
