Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible to be President of the United States, and is criminally occupying the White House and should immediately be arrested. Irrespective of any deficiencies in his birth certificate, Obama did not have 2 US citizen parents and is not a Natural Born Citizen.
Presidential eligibility from the US Constitution
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Notice that being a citizen was not enough, unless you were so at the time of the adoption of the US Constitution. One must be a Natural Born Citizen. That requires 2 US citizen parents. The founding fathers understood that definition. One of the best examples I can think of this contextual knowledge is from the movie “A few good men.”
In 2008, John McCain was challenged on his eligibility. He immediately presented a legitimate certified copy of his original birth certificate. But since he was born abroad, the US Senate provided a resolution to clarify his status as a Natural Born Citizen.

as evidenced by the First Congress’s own statute defining the term `natural born Citizen’;

outside of our national borders;

Notice that emphasis was placed on the fact that McCain had 2 US citizen parents. Also note that Obama signed the resolution.
In 2008, numerous congressmen were contacted regarding Obama’s eligibility issues. It appeared at the time that they were all reading from the same scripted agenda. In 2010 we learned why members of congress responded with the same language.

Leo Donofrio has responded to this latest attempt at obfuscation of the meaning of Natural Born Citizen.
“Debunking The New Natural Born Citizen Congressional Research Propaganda.
Yesterday, attorney Jack Maskell issued yet another version of his ever changing Congressional Research Memo on POTUS eligibility and the natural-born citizen clause. The CRS memo is actually a blessing for me in that I’ve been putting a comprehensive report together on this issue for about a month now. But not having an official source standing behind the entire body of propaganda made my job more difficult.
The complete refutation will be available soon, but for now I will highlight one particularly deceptive example which illustrates blatant intellectual dishonesty. On pg. 48, Maskell states:
In one case concerning the identity of a petitioner, the Supreme Court of the United States explained that “[i]t is not disputed that if petitioner is the son” of two Chinese national citizens who were physically in the United States when petitioner was born, then he is “a natural born American citizen ….”221
221 Kwok Jan Fat v. White, 253 U.S. 454, 457 (1920). The Supreme Court also noted there: “It is better that many Chinese immigrants should be improperly admitted than that one natural born citizen of the United States should be permanently excluded from his country.” 253 U.S. at 464.
Reading this yesterday, I had a fleeting moment of self-doubt. Could I have missed this case? Did the Supreme Court really state that the son of two aliens was a natural-born citizen? The Twilight Zone theme suddenly chimed in. I then clicked over to the actual case, and of course, the Supreme Court said no such thing.
The petitioner was born in California to parents who were both US citizens. His father was born in the United States and was a citizen by virtue of the holding in US v. Wong Kim Ark. His mother’ place of birth was not mentioned. Regardless, she was covered by the derivative citizenship statute, and was, therefore, a US citizen when the child was born.
It was alleged that the petitioner had obtained a false identity and that the citizen parents were not his real parents. But the Supreme Court rejected the State’s secret evidence on this point and conducted their citizenship analysis based upon an assumption these were petitioner’s real parents.
Having been born in the US of parents who were citizens, petitioner was indeed a natural-born citizen. But Maskell’s frightening quotation surgery makes it appear as if the petitioner was born of alien parents. The Supreme Court rejected that contention. And Maskell’s ruse highlights the depravity of lies being shoved down the nation’s throat on this issue. I can imagine Mini-Me sitting on his lap while this was being prepared.
When you look carefully at Maskell’s creative use of quotation marks, you’ll see that the statement is NOT a quote from the case, but rather a Frankenstein inspired patchwork. He starts the reversed vivisection off with the following:
“[i]t is not disputed that if petitioner is the son…”
These are the first few words of a genuine quote from the Court’s opinion. Then Maskell goes way out of context for the next two body parts. The first is not in quotation marks:

And finally, an unrelated quote from elsewhere in the Court’s opinion:
“a natural born American citizen ….”
Put it all together and you get the following monstrosity:
…the Supreme Court of the United States explained that “[i]t is not disputed that if petitioner is the son” of two Chinese national citizens who were physically in the United States when petitioner was born, then he is “a natural born American citizen ….”
But the Supreme Court never said that. Here’s what they actually said:
“It is not disputed that if petitioner is the son of Kwock Tuck Lee and his wife, Tom Ying Shee, he was born to them when they were permanently domiciled in the United States, is a citizen thereof, and is entitled to admission to the country. United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 , 18 Sup. Ct. 456.” Kwok Jan Fat v. White, 253 U.S. 454, 457 (1920).
This real quote – when liberated from Maskell’s embalming fluid – does not resemble the propaganda at all.”

While the frustration and anger builds with ‘the people’ due to unemployment, financial ruin and endless foreclosures, rage is trained to focus on a new list of enemies, the Tea Party, congress and conservative groups. The goal is to create enough chaos, diversions and enemies that America crumbles economically, religiously, financially and politically.
Don’t you find it amazing how several Representatives, Vice President Biden and Obama have called the Tea Party every name in the book. Article I spells out eligibility requirements for elected office in the House and Senate, merely requiring citizenship. Article II not only specifies Natural Born Citizenship for the Presidency, but there within the same clause and sentence it distinguishes the difference in citizenship.
The Presidency requires a full blooded American person at the time of birth, meaning your parents were American citizens when you were born.
Otherwise, the statement would not include the term Natural Born Citizen as it would be moot and unnecessary and redundant.
Natural Born does not mean where you were born but to whom you were born. Its common sense. Natural. By Nature. Not Where.

Fast and Furious was a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives program, overseen by the Justice Department, which facilitated the sale of thousands of weapons to Mexican drug cartels via straw purchasers. Straw purchasers are people who can legally purchase guns in the United States but do so with the intention of illegally trafficking them into Mexico.
At least 300 people in Mexico were killed with Fast and Furious weapons, as was Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.
Since most of the facts have come out, 52 congressmen, two senators, three presidential candidates and two sitting governors have demanded that Holder resign immediately over the scandal.
Wilson said Holder’s loss of self-control might indicate that’s he’s dangerously unstable, something that’s not a positive quality for the nation’s highest-ranking law enforcement official to exhibit publicly.
“Reading the political tea leaves, if someone in his position cannot take a legitimate question from a legitimate media outlet and deal with it honestly and effectively or use one of the hundred ways that politicians use to dodge questions, it tells me he’s not in control of his emotions on this one,” Wilson said. “That’s not good for the country. “JERUSALEM — Iran is ramping up its rhetoric against the United States and Israel after the International Atomic Energy Agency released its report on the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program.
But Iran sees the report as an excuse for an attack.
Iran blasted talk of new sanctions against the Islamic Republic. Leaders claimed those sanctions would only unite Iranians behind the nuclear program.
Nearly 1,000 Iranian students even formed a human chain to symbolically protect the uranium conversion facility in Isfahan.
They vowed a devastating response to any western attack.
This is all part of the vision of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, accordng to retired Israeli Lt. Col. Michael Segall.
“It was the first time he refers in public to the phrase of final confrontation — final confrontation with the West. Indeed Iran is preparing itself for the final confrontation,” he told CBN News.
Segall said the prospect of war actually plays into Ahmadinejad’s theology.
The Iranian president believes it’s his calling to usher in the return of the Islamic messiah known as the Mahdi through a violent upheaval in the region and world.
Segall added that Iran sees the so-called “Arab Spring” as an Islamic awakening.
“Iran has prepared the ground for years for these events and now they are seeing these events.
The Islamic Awakening or the Arab Spring as divine development for change,” he explained.
During the last 10 years or so, Iran has seen the downfall of enemies like the Taliban in Afghanistan, Iraq’s Saddam Hussein, as well as the rise of friends like Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
“So When Ahmadinejad comes and says, ‘We are ready for the final confrontation,’ Iran takes all of these payload of events and says, ‘This is divine. This is a divine sign that we are on the right way,'” Segall said.
And while most Middle East Muslims are Sunni and Iranians are Shia, the Islamic Republic is trying to build a new Middle East based on common enemy.
“The only common denominator is hate for the West and hate for Israel,” Segall explained. “Iran is trying to rebuild and reshape the Middle East.”
And that prospect spells a potential perfect storm for the Middle East and those who live there.”

I have been thinking about the possible repercussions to Soetoro pretending to be the CINC. Certain covert operations were executed during his alleged watch which caused the death of others. If the next picture you see of Browns running back Peyton Hillis is of him wearing “Ron Paul for President” paraphernalia, we can explain.
During Thursday’s interview session, Hillis decided to comply with teammate Tony Pashos request (after persistent begging) that he advertise for Pashos’ favorite presidential candidate. Pashos has had bumper stickers for Paul, the candidate vying for the Republican nomination, taped to his locker all season.
Hillis donned a Browns baseball cap with a Ron Paul bumper sticker plastered across it during TV and newspaper interviews, donned a “Ron Paul 2012 button” and added another Ron Paul sticker to his T-shirt for good measure.
Pashos joined the media scrum and asked the final question of the interview session.
“Who do you support for president?” Pashos shouted.

I have long said that I think Newt Gingrich will end up as one of the finalists at IOWA. However I am still a bit queasy about his message as well as his real intentions. Everybody has their own favorite perception as to the ongoing Medicare problem,and now it is compounded by a 27% reduction by Congress in the amounts to be paid to physicians. Soon it will be impossible for anyone on Medicare to even be accepted or treated by a US physician. Yet I for one have not yet forgotten the fact that Soetoro,like LBJ and others stole $500 billion from medicare, and gave a hefty chunk of it to the IMF who in turn gave large amounts to France and other countries so that they could pay for the abortions of their street walker whores. I hope the LIBERALS really like that. “Yesterday, in a lengthy op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, Andy Stern laid out his vision of America’s future in remarkably unambiguous, and chilling, terms. That vision hinges on state planning and government control of a kind practically indistinguishable from that practiced in communist China. The fact that Stern, former president of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), holds such opinions is not really surprising. But the fact that he has been and remains a close confidant of President Obama should sound warning bells.
Stern makes it abundantly clear that in his view, the capitalist economic model that fostered American prosperity over the last two centuries is now obsolete. The “free-market fundamentalist, shareholder-only model,” as he calls it, “is being thrown onto the trash heap of history.” […]
Stern seems to have swallowed the Chinese communist hype hook, line, and sinker. Not since Edgar Snow’s The Long Revolution has there appeared such an unabashedly fawning report on the Red Star rising in the East. Not content to laud the achievements of the state-run economy, Stern seems to go out of his way to diminish the recent accomplishments of American capitalism. He sneeringly refers to “Team USA’s results” of high unemployment, stagnant wage growth, trade deficits, and income inequality. All of this, he believes, is the consequence of America’s inability to emulate China and other state-planned economies.
It is clear that Stern’s thinking has had a profound influence on President Obama. No outside adviser has visited the White House more often than Stern during Obama’s presidency, and no one has had freer access to the Oval Office. Every major policy decision coming out of the Obama administration has had to be cleared with Big Labor, and Stern has been Big Labor’s point man in this regard. It is no accident that Obama’s massive stimulus spending contained such largesse for states and municipalities to reward their public-sector employees. Nor is it accidental that ObamaCare, Dodd-Frank, and other administration initiatives are designed to extend state control over major sectors of the economy. Obama and Stern must sit around at night thinking up ways to subject more and more of the private sector to state control.

As Michael Novak writes in The Spirit of Democratic Capitalism, “[w]hat censorship is to free speech, the command economy is to the free market” (p. 112). The freedom to engage in business, to earn and retain profits, and to decide how and where to invest capital are inextricably bound up with basic human liberties of freedom of speech and assembly, religious freedom, the free conduct of marriage and family life, and other essential liberties. The fact that neither Andy Stern nor President Obama recognizes this fact is incredibly alarming.”

Clarice Feldman clearly and succinctly described how an entrenched oligarchy exploits the American people to increase their own power and wealth:

3. The Supreme Court action on the three ObamaCare Cases on which it granted certiori might well encapsulate the principle that we citizens are, in fact cash cows there for the federal government to milk.”
