Christopher Coates provided testimony regarding the dismissal of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case and other controversies about the US Justice Dept. this morning, September 24, 2010. Coates echoed the story provided by Christian Adams when he resigned several months ago. Here is a video from CSPAN.

I read your question about Glen Beck, and what he knows or thinks he knows. For a minute, lets play devils adovacate and say that Glen Beck trly does know that Obama was born on US soil of US parents (I put two in there). Be that as it may, Obama Sr. accepted court responsibility for Obama birth as father, and Obama has stated openly that he was a British Subject at birth. That means, legally speaking, Obama is the legal father and Obama was born British—NO MATTER THE ‘REAL’ CIRCUMSTANCES OF HIS BIRTH. Therefore, Obama couldn’t have fulfilled the requirements for NBC, based upon the only reference with the Constitution, the Law of Nations, and one of only two books George Washington never returned to the New York Library. Glen Beck is part of the problem with ‘truth’ in government, not part of the solution.
As far as the Black Panthers, now we know that the Obama administration is racisist. Are you shocked?

Here are a few updates on what we’re hearing on the ground in regards to the race to be Chicago’s next Mayor, now that Mayor Daley has decided to retire with this term:
Speaking of which, the media keeps talking about Jesse Jackson Jr. being a candidate for Mayor…when this man’s career beyond his Congressional seat is completely over. Like Schakowsky, he’s a terrible person, but he can keep that seat in Congress as long as he wants it. He’ll never have a higher office though, not after being caught trying to buy Obama’s Senate seat from Rod Blagojevich for millions of dollars AND the use of one of Jackson’s personal hookers, a blond woman who used to be a restaurant hostess and masseuse. All of this has just started to come out recently, and of course won’t be actually investigated by the Obama Justice Department, because black people can’t commit any serious crimes in this administration (see Eric Holder’s treatment of the Black Panther voting intimidation case). He might dream of being Mayor, or running for the Senate, or a great many other things, but Jackson’s not going any higher than that measly seat in Congress, which he will keep as long as he wants it.

Exactly, the best procedure is to charge counts on all these issues in a complaint. Berg did that and for that reason his cases have the best chance for success in civil court. Still, IMHO bo will be legally removed by criminal prosecution or the threat thereof. I expect Hillary Clinton to engineer bo’s removal right after the Nov election.

There is some discussion from Israeli sources that Obama is the illegitimate son of Malcolm Little (known as Malcolm X, and after his conversion to Islam, Malik Shabazz) and Stanley Ann Dunham-Soetoro.
As I’ve pointed out before, when he went to Columbia U. in 1981, he also went to work for BIC (Business International Corporation) a known CIA front. From there he went to Pakistan when US citizens were denied entry but when we were also smuggling arms to Bin-Laden in Pakistan to help the Afghan rebels who were fighting the Soviets.
The CIA recruited Muslims during the Cold War to use against the Soviets. Barack had a Muslim name, Muslim credentials, and a particular status that would be deemed important as the secret son of Malcolm X. So he was used to assist our effort in supporting the Afghans and this worked to his personal advantage in that all his records were then classified and taken out of circulation. He was able to “recreate himself,” something about Malcolm that inspired Barack and he mentions it in his book, DREAMS FROM MY FATHER.
He says in this book, “Only Malcolm X’s autobiography seemed to offer something different. His repeated acts of self-creation spoke to me . . . I imagined myself following Malcolm’s call . . .”
This, from his book, is to me a strong clue as to whom the dreams come from? Who was his real father? Obama Sr. had nothing to do with him. Malcolm was a martyr, however, who was killed in early 1965 when Barack was only 3. Malcolm X was held up as a hero (one who could send dreams).
There must be something in all his concealed records that shows his true paternity. Thus he, himself, promotes the “birther” issue to throw people off the track. He has people looking in Kenya, where his namesake, surrogate father lived, so they will miss the obvious.
The reason Glen Beck and OReilley knock the “birthers” is they have been told by the CIA that Barack is a natural born citizen. And in truth he is. He was born in Hawaii and both his parents were natural born US citizens. But these details, say the CIA, cannot be compromised without doing damage to national security. But it is to save the CIA from embarassment over the issue of helping to create the Muslim Brotherhood and other Jihadist groups in fighting the communists. It works to Obama’s political advantage because were his true paternity known, the radical and Muslim connections would have been all too obvious for him to have received the Democratic nomination ahead of Hillary, let alone win the election.

I listened to the entire Coates testimony and found it fascinating, somewhat like watching a train wreck in slow motion. The only person in the entire group I couldn’t quite figure out where he was coming from was Michael Yaki-everyone else seemed genuinely interested. I am one of those people who believe that if deny under our Constitution certain Constitutional rights (in this case the vote via intimidation or threat of intimidation) you have denied to all-this was our mantra when we were in civil rights marches when we were kids. Sorry the Obama admin/minions see it different-shame on unConstitutional them.
Never take Valerie Jarrett as some simplistic little schoolgirl. She was DEEPLY involved in the Daley administration and has firsthand knowledge to an extent that if any of it was ever to get out could probably put one hell of a lot of the Daley bunch,and very possibly the Soetoro bunch in prison for a long time. She has the trump cards for now. But if things start to deteriorate badly,or the “Political winds begin to shift in an ugly direction I personally think that her life won’t be worth a plugged nickle. Of course GRAMMA also died after she came home from the hospital for hip surgery and suddenly DIED. I wonder who did the HIT JOB on her? Well MMMSSS. Jarrett you too will become EXPENDABLE!

Yaki is a San Francisco attorney who was appointed by Pelosi to be her District Director and senior advisor. Then on Pelosi’s recommendation Yaki was appointed to the the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights so that so that explains his uninterest in this case.

I too watched the video in it’s entirety. I tend to agree with every word of your comment. Yaki seemed to be about 1 BRICK SHY of a FULL LOAD, if you get what I mean. The rest speaks squarely to the slimey nature of the alleged leaders of the DOJ. Hopefully Coates’ testimony will put a couple of the head honchos of the DOJ an extended vacation in Leavanworth as well.

What we have right now is that Rahm Emanuel leaves pronto and not just for the race in Chicago but likely also for a consultancy with a major financial institution.
The report from some weeks is that Emanuel has been negotiating for a $10 million fee before he announces for Chicago.
The other pieces of the staff will fall into place: the word for some time is that Valerie Jarrett will become chief of staff (once they have cleared up some doubts about her time as a developer of troubled properties in Chicago; there will be a stooge put in place until then).
The ranks will close around the Oval Office. David Axelrod will go to Chicago to head up the re-election campaign. I do not know if Gibbs will go with him or remain at the White House.

I only post this in case somebody new happens by and has not seen the previous discussions of this subject. (Now try not to bend and twist this quote.) I simply state that Commander Zero has the RAW POWER at his disposal to escape should he choose to do so. I further state that if you or I were in his position, it is inconceivable that we would not want to avail ourselves of that power. Your theories have always seemed wacky to most people. But is remarkable – and I say enlightening – that after all this time, no better theory has been put forward. Yours is hard if not impossible to prove, but it has the advantage that it is one of the very few that even makes sense.
For instance I don’t by NWO, or Jew Bankers, or Soros, or Illuminati, etc. as the sole cause of this. Any or all of them may be involved, but even the lot of them added together does not have this much power.

Approximately 10 minutes into the speech the moderator informs the public not to film. The citizen continues to film, stating it is his First Amendment Right. The camera is smashed into his face. This is clearly seen on the video.
Did anyone here read Obama’s books? There is more info. about the passport FOIA…..1968….If hia mom was an AuPair….was she naturalized an American Citizen? Are we sure she was born in the U.S? It appears that bo has already been ousted by the Clintons in a deal with Soros. They are allowing bo to twist in the wind until after the congressional elections so as not to cause further damage to what is left of the demRat party.

Well, alas, as opposed to others we shall not name, I don’t keep a ready file of butchered and twisted blackmail comments ready to-hand. So I would have to go look. But let me start positive. A spot-check of your posts since 9/11 have indeed been mostly credible and lacking blatant anti-Semitism. But I was alarmed by this interchange today.
I had remarked about Ah-mayonaise-nutjob being the new king of the Truthers, what with his UN speech were he said that Americans and Israelis were behind the Sept. 11 terror attacks, staged in an attempt to assure Israel’s survival. A bit later in the day you made some snarky comment about me acting like Ailinsky – which I presumed referred to this post. I therefore ‘jumped to the conclusion’ that you agreed with the Iranian and therefore your hate was matched with his.
I also remember that before 9/11 – presumably to participate in our discussion to recognize and honor that day – you went on a tear about Israeli dual-citizenships. The consensus at the time was that you were somewhat alarmed about dual citizenships in general but specifically enraged that they were Israeli. That seems at least borderline hateful.
Then, I would have to go back quite a ways, but in the past you have touched on a core Truther belief that Israelis were more responsible than Muslims for 9/11. Even to the point of saying that the known Muslims involved were actual Mossad agents in disguise. That is quite hateful indeed.
In another case, I don’t have what you said, but it was enough to raise the ire of one particular poster:
Then in a similar vein, the same poster says something to which Free Speech piles on. This one in particular is important should you ever temporarily mistake FS for a friend.
Then, to me the MOST hateful and despicable is to lay even a small portion of the blame for the Middle East situation on Israel. That flies so fully into the face of known and documented history, that there is no way to buy into this scenario except through flat out anti-Semitism.
Finally, anybody who thinks Iran is our friend or that they are benign, commits a very egregious hate crime against the Jews. As is the similar argument that we just let the Jews stew. I can’t think of anything more hateful than that.
For what it is worth I will repeat my suggestion to you. There are very many questions about 9/11, and all the various structures and venues involved. But the real truth is NOT known. To say that Bush and his cronies did it, or the Israelis did it, is just as wrong as the other extreme where we just accept the official story. But one thing that is known beyond doubt is that Muslims had a disproportionate share in whatever it was. If nothing else, Muslims worldwide have accepted “blame” for this and are/were cheering in the streets over it.

As Dr. Bea explained to me last month:
WB: Is it possible that this fractured, subsea salt geology will make it difficult to permanently kill the oil leak using relief wells?
Bea: Yes, it could. The Santa Barbara channel seeps are still leaking, decades after the oil well was supposedly capped. This well could keep leaking for years.
But the Washington Post made a very important point yesterday:
Bruce Bullock, director of the Maguire Energy Institute at Southern Methodist University, said additional leaks are a possible source of deep-sea plumes of oil detected by research vessels. But this part of the gulf is pocked with natural seeps, he noted. Conceivably the drilling of the well, and/or the subsequent blowout, could have affected the seeps, he said.
“Once you started disturbing the underground geology, you may have made one of those seeps even worse,” he said.
Remember that geologists have said that if the well casing is substantially breached, the oil and methane gas will find a way through fractures in the surrounding geology and make it into the ocean. For example, the Houston Chronicle notes:
If the well casing burst it could send oil and gas streaming through the strata to appear elsewhere on the sea floor ….
Obviously, if there are natural oil or gas seeps nearby, there are already pre-existing channels up to the seafloor … so that may very well be the path of least resistance for the subterranean oil to flow up to the seafloor.
Therefore, if there were a substantial breach in the well bore, nearby natural oil and gas seeps could very well increase in volume.
So don’t be surprised if – when formerly tiny seeps become gushers – BP tries to pretend that they were always that large.
Moreover, Dr. Bea told me last month that there might be other leaks near the Macondo wellhead:
WB: The chief electronics technician on the Deepwater Horizon said that the Macondo well was originally drilled in another location, but that “going faster caused the bottom of the well to split open, swallowing tools”, and that BP abandoned that well. You’ve spoken to that technician and looked into the incident, and concluded that “they damn near blew up the rig.” [See this and this].
Do you know where that abandoned well location is, and do you know if that well is still leaking?
Bea: The abandoned well is very close to the current well location. BP had to file reports showing the location of the abandoned well and the new well [with the Minerals Management Service], so the location of the abandoned well is known.
We don’t know if the abandoned well is leaking.
WB: Matthew Simmons talked about a second leaking well. There are rumors on the Internet that the original well is still leaking. Do you have any information that can either disprove or confirm that allegation?
Bea: There are two uncorroborated reports. One is that there is a leak 400 feet West of the present well’s surface location. There is another report that there is a leak several miles to the West.

There is no question that it is a fantasy world, of sorts. What bothers me is that there are just enough that appease and patronize him, so he has no incentive to change. This gives the importance that he needs in a twisted sort of way. He seems to feed on criticism, so…….posters that have a message to give are faced with having him tear it down, if he so pleases, or defend their message. Those are poor options at best. Doesn’t this put him in pseudo control? And that seems to be what he wants and needs.

Farrakhan Admission On Malcolm X

The “lock-step thing” is precisely my point. At some juncture there would have been, as you said, some “young Turk” who would have broken ranks. Why has this not happened? And who is able to conceal all his personal records in such a manner that nothing is leaked at all?
There is only one agency that can do that. The fact that Mr. Obama worked for BIC was a dead give-away to me.
No one will “spill the beans” because of of 1) fear and/or 2) they think its their patriotic duty to keep what they’ve been told is classified information confidential.
The fear factor may even involve certain types of intimidation. (Don’t forget the officer killed, execution style, who was involved in looking into the leaked passport thing.) The patriotic factor has to do with cooperating with the CIA. It’s one’s patriotic duty, is it not? (And one doesn’t want to be “bumped off,” for not being patriotic enough.)
Citizen Carlyle, I am not into broad conspiracy theories either. And this is not really a conspiracy theory. It is recognizing a coalescence of events that have ended in a certain result.
The CIA had been recruiting Muslims to fight Communism. The agency took over where the Nazis left off after WWII. This is well documented in Ian Johnson’s book, A MOSQUE IN MUNICH.
The CIA recruits from the Ivy League schools and from personnel in other branches of government, espeically the intel agencies in the military. Obama had a perfect background as an American Muslim to be recruited while at Columbia. (Or it may have begun at Occidental, with the promise of education credits at Columbia for work overseas.)
Now if he had not worked for the CIA, would he be able to hide his trail as has been done? (It has even been revealed that he has had quite a number of different Social Security numbers and the one at present listed belongs to a dead man from a state in which he never resided.) Would the Media and otherwise Conservative politicians deliberately avoid all discussion of his background as has been the case? Would the courts cave in as they have when various parties have challenged Obama on the “birther” issue?
What explains the silence of otherwise patriotic Americans? Glen Beck? OReilly? Hannity? What about McCain & Palin? Who wanted to be President more than Hillary Clinton?
None of these people have dared to even approach the issue of Obama’s background. He has received a clean bill of health from them all. Who guarunteed this to them–that Obama was okay and that talk about his background was off limits? What agency of government could inspire both the fear and sense of patriotic duty in both Left and Right to cause the “lockstep” we observe?
More questions: How and why was Obama able to go to Pakistan when Americans were banned from the country? How were we able to smuggle arms and supplies to the Afghan rebels via Pakistan and Bin-Laden during this time of their war with the Soviets? Could it have been through American Muslims with foreign passports? Could Obama have been such?
Resistance to this theory I have sensed to be based on not wanting to give any credence to Obama’s abilities. If Obama did anything patriotic and served his country as CIA agent, well, that would give him “high marks” in the Conservative ranks, a thing most Conservatives don’t want to accept in any way, shape or form. He’s a bad, former drug-using, ne’r do well, radical Liberal, period. He isn’t smart. He just arrogant and a fool. That’s how they want to look at him. They’re mad that Glen Beck and OReilly and their ilk won’t come down harder. It must be the money. They’ve been bought off.
(The Left, on the other hand, does not want to acknowledge his Muslim support, to include money from overseas. They don’t want to let the religious thing enter in. Obama, a committed Shiite Muslim? Nonsense! They think, “He’s one of us–a true Liberal and/or ‘Progressive.’ So leave him alone! If you challenge him in any way–you’re a racist!”)
I don’t believe Glen Beck & OReilly have been bought off. They’re doing what they think is their patriotic duty keeping secret what has been entrusted to them. And the Liberals are willfully blind to Obama’s Shiite Muslim preferances and connections via Kenya to Iran. As a senator he went to Kenya and campaigned for Odinga, his supposed cousin. Because my attention is somewhat divided right now (pressing workload), I am not going to weigh in heavily but have felt for some time that only the CIA could pull of the complete secrecy and hiding of records worldwide. I also tend to agree with your hypothesis as to why hardly anyone in the conservative media will discuss the matter.
Like you, I doubt that there have been payoffs. Maybe threats, perhaps.
Another good point that you make concerns O’s possible service in the CIA.
I know there is the argument out there that he is not bright enough to be working for the CIA; however, the CIA has always drawn upon ANYONE that serves their purposes. This means that they use drug dealers and other shady characters to work for them in certain capacities, depending upon the circumstances.

1. Gaining entry into Pakistan in 1981 on an Indonesian passport was not a problem.
2. The CT SSN could be explained if BHO was granted “Indonesian Refugee Status” upon his re-entry into Hawaii circa 1969. Barry’s grandmother assumed his guardianship and probably requested Aid for Families with Dependent Children (AFDC).
In 1975, the Federal law was amended and required all recipients of AFDC administered through the various states to obtain a SSN through the Social Security Administration.
As an Indonesian National refugee, Barry’s American Resettlement Organization (ARO), located in Connecticut, used his I-94 to apply to SSA on Barack’s behalf for a SSN. Thus, the reason Barack’s SSN begins with 042, the three digits indicating a CT return address.
3. The recently released SAD passport documents clearly show the name “Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah)” crossed from her passport renewal application dated Aug. 13, 1968. This is a CRITICAL error by his handlers since the instructions in fine print dictate that the crossed out name indicates that person renounced US citizenship and should be removed from the renewed passport.
4. I believe that after the Soetoro adoption was anulled circa 1971, Barack Hussein Obama II was issued the COLB by the Hawaii DoH through a Court Order. But his citizenship remained as an Indonesian National. As an Indonesian National and Permanent Resident of the United States, Obama eventually qualified to naturalize as a US Citizen. But we have no proof that he actually was naturalized. . . yet. . .
But we all know that a NATURALIZED CITIZEN does NOT qualify as a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. The only thing that can change this fact is if he has a different father, but even then his Indonesian National status clouds the issue.
Furthermore, on top of the facts that we currently know, he still could have been born in Kenya. . . and I believe this could well be the reason that the SAD passport records from 1960-64 were not released.

I believe that your outline of events is reasonable, except one small point. In the 1970’s they were not re-issuing SS numbers. Obama number has been recycled, it was first owned by someone born in 1890. Therefore, I sincerely doubt it was ever legally issued, in the appropriate time period. I suspect that Obama is an illegal, and his grandmother ‘re-issued’ a dead person number, or better yet, a 3 letter acronym agency did it for them. That way mother, whom was working for the Ford Foundation giving out Indonesian Microloans (look that up on google), could continue with her overseas work, unhampered by her child born in Kenya, and adopted in indonesia. BTW, someone mentioned that Obama first job was for an agency with 3 letter acronym connections.
Two many 3 letter acronym associations to be ‘random chance’ IMHO, just like to many people being quiet when the should be saying something. We have a government within our government, it is the only plausiblee explanation now.

Kernell is the son of disgraced Tennessee state Representative Mike Kernell, a fellow Obama operative who taught his son to do absolutely anything to make sure Obama was elected.
The Kernell family is trying to appeal Popcorn’s conviction to a higher court — and we imagine the Obama administration is going to do everything it can to make sure Kernell is released from prison in time for the 2012 election, so that he could get up to more shenanigans on Obama’s behalf.
