Beck stated he started his new site, TheBlaze.com, to counteract the lies being told by sites such as the Huffington Post. Well Glenn, are you going to present the truth, the facts? For example, asking the simple, no brainer question:
“Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”

Good points you listed! I bet that right now BHO “heads” are colluding as to how to overcome this hurdle. So, what would happen if they “jump the gun”, so to speak, and decide to put forth a fraudulent long-form BC BEFORE it is requested? That would give the LSM time for damage control and an attempt to put the issue to rest for all time, or so they would think.
In other words, do a “blitz” on the public to try to convince us that there is nothing to the hubbub.

In Glenn’s way of thinking I believe he is trying to straddle the middle road. I am sure there were a lot of moderate conservative Democrats at his rally. His gamble is which group will bring him more followers – We the Birthers or the moderate Democrats?

Do you suppose that now Beck has the on-line news site he will allow to be brought on articles concerning the birth situation? He could do this without coming out and endorsing our viewpoints. In other words, a disclaimer could be made like, “opinions are not necessarily those of the ownership.”
That way he could tacitly approve of discussion of the birth issue (and all of the other document secrecy) without having to get involved personally.

It seems it would be appropriate to start a drive to notify everyone in Congress in writing , in reference to Obama and his birth Certificate, anyone refusing to bring the subject before Congress will be voted out as their term ends, be it this election cycle or two years from now. It put many on the run that voted for the Health Care bill and it would do the same on the demand for Proof of NBC. Above all they are running scared over losing their seats in Congress. If Congress cannot be forced to act, at present I see no way to get a fair hearing in court. That being said, we need to get a vote on Term Limits attached to all States Elections for the Federal Senators and Representatives.

The very first time I learned of the controversy over BO’s birth was several years ago (way before the presidential primaries) in a Glenn Beck newsletter that I get daily. He mentioned it and referred to an Israeli website. I can’t remember the exact name of the website but was something like Israeli Insider. They had extensive coverage at the time and referenced back to TexasDarlin’s website. That’s when I became totally immersed in the whole “birther” idea
and became an internet “detective” freak. If you know what I mean. I tried my darndest to spread the news and convert some of my more liberal minded friends and family. I know most of them thought I was losing it, but I never gave up and continue to hunt for the truth. Most of them have “seen the light” and now are just as engaged.
I know that Glenn and his staff are very much aware of the birther issues and have been since the beginning. Why they choose not to air a word about it is anyone’s guess. If you believe the old Canadian Press story about all the media being threatened not to discuss the issue on the air, then o.k. That could be one reason.
Perhaps Glenn felt he would be labeled a nut case as we all have been at one time or another. He had to carry credibility in his broadcast or he would have NEVER gotten the huge following that he has now. Every story he broadcasts has documented proof. I know he believes Obama and his agenda to be very dangerous for us and perhaps the world. And I would bet my last (soon to be worthless) dollar, as soon as he can prove, without a doubt, Obama’s illegitimacy, he will be the first to broadcast it.
After all, he is constantly hammering the notion to “speak to the truth” and “question with boldness”. Trust me, he is all over this issue and is searching for the proof. Until then, he is taking Obama down in bits and pieces. The illegitimacy will be more believable once he can convince everyone just how slimey and corrupt the fraud really is. Then everything will just fall into place…..(without riots in the streets) and justice will be served. That’s my story and Im stickin to it

I stand by my statements 100%. Quite a few people here “get it” about what I am saying. But for the slow learners, here is a different recap.
I am not saying that Zero broke no laws. Neither am I saying that Zero is a true blue American, or especially a NBC.
I am saying that the PTB’s don’t care. Further I am saying that the PTB’s see more downside to exposing him than they do to burying their heads in the sand. Well it’s finally happened, I ran into a Lib at our local drug store. I
was making my usual small talk comments about Obama.
First thing out of the Lib’s mouth was…
“Well look what Bush did!”
I was surprised and shocked. I enjoy making small comments in public
about Obama, whenever I can. However, I try not to be
forceful or offensive.
But, I was lost for words. I responded with “do you like the way our
country is being run and the mess were in?” Response “Bush created it”
and this went on…. back and forth.
This got me thinking for something better to say.
How about this….. “at least Bush has a birth certificate, and come to
think of it, so does Clinton, Reagan, Carter and all the other
President’s… Where is Obama’s?” Also all these Presidents are “natural born citizens” both parents were US Citizens! Obama’s father was from Kenya!

If the Repubs gain sufficient control of Congress (i.e., both houses) and can start the investigations into BHO that they promise, they will start with the “high crimes and misdemeanors” committed SINCE BHO was voted in as President. Even the lists that I’ve seen by Rep. Issa do not include the eligibility question, unfortunately.
So, in the mind of a future Congress there will be overwhelming evidence of BHO’s crimes SINCE he occupied the W.H. Those are the things that will be pursued against him. They will think this way: Why should they “dirty” themselves with getting back into the misrepresentation and crimes that were committed to get him into office? First of all, there is a very special place in my heart for people like you who have served this country with valor and dedication. There were several veterans – now deceased – in my family. I know you are not seeking it, but “Thanks” for your long service.
As far as age is concerned, I’m just a year older than you, and, truly, we HAVE seen a bit of history. My first awareness of the political scene was when President Truman fired General MacArthur. Of course, like you, you probably remember the end of WW II, the surrender of both the Japanese and the Germans. It seems so long ago, and yet, sometimes not. I really got enthused when General Eisenhower ran for President and won. Remember that?
As you have seen, CC and I both tend to sort of “cut to the chase” – speculatively, of course, and in doing so, the real intent may be obscured.

I tend to follow the beliefs of our military services when the subject relates to the nuclear threat. I am NOT a nuclear energy wizard but I was at the 1954 Eniwetok seven shot series,one of which was a 15 megaton H device. This yield was really intended to be 7 meg. With such mistakes as losing nuclear weapons from Strategic Air Command Aircraft, to literally any mistake where nuclear weapons is concerned can ALL easily turn into catastrophic mistakes. Because of human error test shot BRAVO contaminated over 7000 square miles of the Marshall Island Nuclear Weapons Test area.. The US Government is today still paying for that mistake. Bravo put so much Cesium 137 into our atmosphere that it was thought that there would be substantial fallout for weeks. A weather person failed to detect a high altitude wind change,and as a result several Navy ships were heavily contaminated. The USS Bairoko CVE115 was so contaminated that it was put in COLD IRON status,the crew removed and towed back to Bremerton. The ship had to be heaviley sandblasted to get the level of radiation down to a safe level. I was then attached to Task group 7.3. This was a real learning experience.

There are hundreds of ways to expose this fraud sitting in the White House. Any legal method know should be used to it’s maximum. But at the heart of all our problems with obama lies his birth problem.
He is not a “natural born” American. How could he be…He has admitted his father was born an African and his father died an African. The natural born issue is at the center of all the legal efforts with the usurper.
This is not to say there are many other areas that could be explored, but to say that Article II, section one of our Constitution has no meaning is like saying the supreme law of the land means nothing…especially to obama.

I started out my military carrer in our Indiana National Guard in 1949. This was the 293rd Infantry Regiment,of the 38th Division. more than once I nearly smashed my thumb in closing the breach of my M1 rifle. I was then assigned to Service Company. We were liable for the 2nd echelon maintenance of our 6x6s our 4x4s, and weapons carriers. In 1951 I asked for a release to active duty in the Navy. Just in time for some of the Korean war.

Won’t we have a better idea of the direction this is going to take after we see what happens in the Lt.Col. Lakin case? If the thrust is put more on the need to get to the bottom of the hidden records for national security reasons, at what level do we start with our government? Should we start pushing hard and heavy on our Congressmen, especially right after the elections?
IMO, we should clamor and make all kinds of noise in order for them to include that issue (hidden records as threat to national security) among the investigations that they promise to conduct. So far, I haven’t seen this on the agenda. Oh, the recent letter to Mueller, Director of FBI, did include the birth issues, but it remains to be seen what he does with them. We’ll know more after that letter (I believe 3,000 or more signed it) has had time to be assimilated.

Absolutely! The problem is that this didn’t just happen when BHO became President, although he and his cohorts have put it on the fast track. One thing I am beginning to feel VERY DEEPLY in my old bones – is that “they” are never going to let us have the satisfaction of winning. If we get too close to the truth (even with my preferred method of focusing on the documents), they will figure out some way to make the issue “go away” so that pursuing it becomes a moot point.
How ’bout a new theory: Sometime soon, without warning, Zero resigns. One second later before anybody’s gaping mouths are closed, President Biden pardons Zero for any or all crimes specified or unspecified.
As long as we are all bearing our souls here – yes from time to time I piqued at one person or another. But if you look closely at the past or keep an eye open for the future, you will find that is exclusively reserved for:
1. Out and out liars.
2. Wackos whose ideas don’t even pass a rudimentary smell test.
and most of all
3. People who (purposefully?) twist and misrepresent what I write.
I am for trying lots of ways to get at the truth. But I remain concerned about “credibility”. One of our best avenues is the Court of Public Opinion. But you cannot win there if you are perceived as loony. So sometimes you have to throttle back what you want to say just so you can be heard. One of my main theses at the moment is the “birther”, especially a focus on NBC alone is generally perceived as loony. There is NOBODY who is going to touch that. But if we can come at it with a “cooler” approach – focus on the documents – all of them as a set – then maybe we can break through a barrier.
But unfortunately, credibility is like virginity – hard to regain once lost. So we all need to understand how we are potentially soiling our own sandbox.
I also hold a specific disregard for anybody who says – “I’m not interested in the other stuff, it is just speculation and it seems too nebulous or too hard, I think we all ought to focus 100% on NBC. We KNOW he does not qualify in that regard so let’s all bet on THAT pony”. As far as I am concerned that bespeaks a total naivete of the political process and totally fails to recognize how far from the constitution the Federal Government operates every day. Those kind of people act like Zero was the first one to ever be “unconstitutional”. And no I am not saying that multiple wrongs make a right. I’m saying that there are so many unconstitutional things, it is hard for the PTBs to get stirred up over another one. Remember, this one phrase says it all: “Are you SERIOUS?”
Let me lay a little cautionary tale on you all.
Have you heard this one? This is true and fairly recent. Ron Paul has become suspicious that there is no gold in Fort Knox. He wants to do a physical audit. On one hand this is somewhat like Zero hiding information. Something devious is going on here. It is OUR money. We The People have a right to know.
But you have to think these things through. When you ask a question, you always have to ask what result when the answer is known. Consider Ron Paul’s case. Suppose he prevails and gets his audit. Then there are two possible outcomes:
1. The gold is there. In which case no harm is done, but neither does it help. It is likely to hurt his reputation and credibility. But knowing this will not help anything. There is no problem in the world right now where any economy is choked up because anybody wonders about this.
2. The gold is not there. In which case the economy of the US is thrown into a mega tail spin. Crash and burn. The stock market will tumble. All government and municipal bonds will be immediately worthless. Our fiat currency system which depends TOTALLY on trust, will instantly become untrusted. The dollar will plunge. Our debt will mushroom. Your own individual finances will nosedive. It will have a direct and immediate impact on your daily life, your savings, your retirement, etc.
Now that we have done this little thought experiment, we can summarize as follows.
Ask the question – either no benefit at all or total ruin.
Don’t ask the question – continue with status quo.
So, I ask you – is it worthwhile to ask the question?
What would YOU do?
I am not saying we should not ask questions of Zero. I am saying we have to be careful what we ask, when we ask, and who we ask it of. The subtleties of all this can determine whether we crash and burn or live for a better day.
My goal is to just help people think through this stuff and not make so many off the cuff emotional outbursts.
Back full circle to the PTBs. As several of us have said, we do not necessarily agree – but I am very sure that the PTBs believe what my grandfather taught me – before asking a question, make sure you can stand the answer. The PTBs don’t think they can stand the answer. I am sure they believe that no good whatsoever will come from probing Zero too deeply.
This is what we are up against. We have to get these people to do something for which every fiber of there being screams “RUN, RUN AWAY FROM HERE, RUN VERY FAST”.
Why they choose not to air a word about it is anyone’s guess.

This would not surprise me at all. In fact, Zero has always taken delight in keeping one step ahead of the fray. In effect, if he resigned before things got too hot for him, he thinks he would have the last laugh on us, and he probably would have. Then in the” interest of unity and preservation of the Union” VP Biden’s “pardon” would help the country to move on to saving the economy and getting along with other business. If BHO would leave office in that manner, do we really think that any Repubs would try to hold him or pursue prosecution? Do we really?
If the above scenario were to happen I and multitudes of others would be exceedingly ANGRY and UPSET. But would we settle down and just be glad to have him gone? That remains to be seen.
Your comment about Ron Paul’s quest to verify the gold at Ft. Knox reminds me of the old saying, “Be careful what you ask for.” That goes along with your grandfather’s admonition.

I doubt it. We are not the rioting type. We like to talk big and brag about our guns, etc. but if push came to shove, only a few hundred, a few thousand tops, would actually take drastic action.
“They” (you know who I am talking about) would riot at the drop of a hat. Hundreds of thousands of them. Maybe millions. The PTBs are not afraid of us – they are afraid of “them”.

Sam Sewell, the point I am trying to make is with the present administration is in power and the Judicial System continues to be as CORRUPT as OBAMA himself is, it is useless to attempt to convene Citizen Grand Juries to indict Obama. By our Original Constitution, yes we are granted the right to convene and pursue indictments, However you and Free Speech continue to preach a method that will not work today, considering Obama and Congress as a whole have totally dismantled THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, therefore it is ludicrous to keep on HOWLING and HARPING on something that has a ZERO chance of success. You and Free Speech continually pump out the same thing over and over and if ANYONE tries another avenue to solve the mess OUR COUNTRY is in, you immediately attack or attempt to assert that your way is the only way. Through it all, I simply want to know why you and your co-hart waste so much space pushing Citizen Grand Juries and the past year and a half it has fell on death ears in the Judaical System. Barring a Coup, I see no way of removing Obama through this Fraud Infested Court System For an example, the powers that be even control the Military Court. How can a Judge in any Court refuse to allow Discovery that goes to the heart of LTC Lakin’s case. Under ethical Leadership of our country, a Citizens Grand Jury would be viewed as part of our court system. We have a Usurper in the White House and continually posting about CGJ is a waste of time. We as citizens have two choices, we can get off our A**es and work tirelessly to place people in office that don’t bow down to King Usurper or we the people can take him out of the White House along with the Useless Congress and begin to restore our CONSTITUTION back to where it protected We the People and rescind the amendments that are just plain fraud. If we continue to rely on an unworkable (CGJ) we are merely accomplishing NOTHING!!! May you day be a happy one.
As a foreigner, and one who understands the meaning of NBC, I still think that it is wasting time to harp on the birth certificate, at least for now. It is better to concentrate on what is “known” because there is a lot of ammunition that will in the future bring down Nancy Pelosi and those who are responsible for allowing the fraud in the White House to even get that far.
I believe that the starting point is the Oath of Office. When he gave the Oath of Office Øbama committed perjury. He promised to uphold the Constitution, and he lied. This is one crime for which he can be impeached.
The perjury relating to the Oath of Office is just a starting point in my opinion. There are many other matters that need investigation and attention. The biggest of these is the lack of action relating to the Gulf of Mexico, plus the moratorium on offshore deepwater drilling. These actions have harmed the people in that portion of the USA and the harm is immeasurable at this point in time.
On top of that there are other potential crimes that need to be investigated:
1. interfering in foreign countries, especially Kenya and Honduras.
2. allowing the Lockerbie bomber to be released and returned to Libya.
3. refusal to take a stand on the human rights abuses in Iran (the people were fired upon, axed and tortured in prison by their own govt.)
4. the takeover of General Motors.
5. making decisions that favoured George Soros, especially the giving of money to Brazil for the purposes of drilling for oil (Soros has shares in the company).
This is just a list off the top of my head, and I do know that there are many more of these “crimes” that require investigation.
There is a tie back to the issue of him being NBC. People need to understand the difference between Native Born and Natural Born citizens.
My view here is that even if Øbama was born in Hawaii, (and his supporters reduce the argument to place of birth, rather than the issue of the citizenship of the parents), he cannot be NBC because the requirement for NBC is that both parents are born in the USA. This is not a matter of citizenship because birth in Hawaii might confer citizenship but it is a matter of the TYPE of citizenship.
The Obots are constantly citing the case of Kim Wong Ark to support their case that Øbama is a Natural Born Citizen. However, they are wrong when they cite this case. Kim Wong Ark addressed the matter of citizenship where both parents were aliens and could not get citizenship in the USA. It did not address the issue of the requirements to be POTUS. On top of that this case really only addresses NATIVE born citizenship, but not NATURAL born citizenship, since NBC actually means that both parents must be citizens of the USA at the time of birth. In Øbama’s case this is clearly not the case because his father was a citizen of Kenya, a British citizen, and he was not even an immigrant to the USA, having come on a student visa for the purpose of study and with the intention of returning to Kenya.
There is, of course, another major issue involved – the adoption by the Indonesian citizen Lolo Soetoro. It is an important issue because that adoption meant that Øbama was given a new identity at the time of the adoption, and his new name was Soebarkh. The circumstantial evidence suggests that he became an Indonesian citizen at the time. This means that the question that needs to be answered is whether or not Øbama legally applied to become a US citizen again, or even legally changed his name from Soetoro back to Øbama. If there is no record of this being done legally, then there are further questions to be asked.
Since there is no evidence of Øbama legally changing his name from Soetoro, then yes, he has acted fraudulently on this matter.
The way forward seems to be to pursue him over the various fraudulent actions that have taken place, especially after he became a Senator in Illinois, through to becoming a Senator in the U.S. Congress, and then touching on the fraud that was committed during the Presidential race. In this I am including the posting of a fraudulent document on the Internet that purported to be a birth certificate when in fact it is fake.
The lady who is facing death by stoning in Iran, is now going to be whipped for going without a headscarf. This is why we must fight sharia law and radical Islam. They want to start that here.
