Alert: Hearing Location Changed to Ft. Belvoir on Friday Aug 6 at 11am
This an arraignment to formally enter Terry’s plea. The hearing will last no longer than 30 minutes. This hearing precedes the formal courts martial which has not yet been scheduled. This is a pubic hearing. However, there are established protocols and standards for behavior. Please read the following paragraphs carefully if you are planning to attend the hearing:
Courts martial are public hearings, and by law and custom all are welcomed to attend any proceeding. However, the rules for courts martial require strict formality during all proceedings, and prohibit among other things, reading, gum chewing, making any kind of noise, contacting the judge in any way and generally preclude any disruption or demonstration of any kind, either of support or of opposition to the court’s rulings. We encourage LTC Lakin’s supporters to attend the hearing August 6th as well as all future hearings. While LTC Lakin would be pleased to meet and greet supporters afterwards, it is of the utmost importance that spectators show respect for the process and the court itself. The judge in this case is his superior officer, and if you attend the hearing you will see LTC Lakin accord her the deference and courtesy that all good soldiers show their superiors. The best way to demonstrate support for LTC Lakin if you are attending is to pray for him, and after the hearing to speak with him. Demonstrations of any other kind are inappropriate, and will not be tolerated by the court. LTC Lakin’s reputation in the Army is of a good, even exemplary, soldier who has always shown his superior officers the respect and courtesy their rank and position demand. Please follow his example in the court room Friday and strictly observe the rules of decorum.

If the hearing is before a female it is likely that when he goes to trial he will be convicted on all counts…….(if he is allowed a trial). They will try to make an example of him. If that happens then you can be sure that all of us vets will be working overtime to expose the JAG’s phoney boss in the WH.

To think that an honorable officer’s medical career has to be sacrificed to hide the secrets of the George Soros’ puppet makes me very angry. Innocent people are being harmed to keep the lid on this.
I can remember being in high school and writing an essay for the Voice of Democracy contest held by our local VFW which also ran the DAV Marina a few miles from my home. My neighbor, the future ROTC officer, wrote a wonderful essay for the contest. The VFW gave out a beautiful gold pin emblazoned with a broadcaster’s microphone and colored bands. My neighbor would go onto college and enroll in the ROTC meeting her future husband and serving her country as a true patriot.
The man in Oval Office may command the troops, but he is damaging morale by subjecting LTC Lakin to this unnecessary trial. Yes, I said unnecessary, because Barry knows he told many people he wasn’t born in America yet he wanted to be president. Of course, the Communists on the South Side whom he visited with and got their approval thought nothing of their stealth candidate admitting he was foreign born. Maybe Donald Young and some of the others from TUCC knew Barry’s secret, as well. How many people have to sacrifice their lives to accomodate this man?

I still fail to see how LTC Terry Lakin can be court martialed if the military doesn’t allow for any proof that Barack Obama is legitimately the commander in chief of the United States armed forces!
Personally, I know that Barack Obama is con man because a person does not use the power of the presidency to lock up his personal records! This power to shield documents from the public should only be allowed in the case of national security. A person’s personal birth registration, educational records, student loans, etc. do not constitute a national security problem! National security is in the context of protecting the country from harm, how can any person’s basic public records ever constitute a national security problem? Never unless the truth of these basic public records are evidence of a fraud and if that’s the case then Obama should have never been allowed the legal power to seal his personal records!

‘Birther’ Army doctor faces court over disobeying ordersBy the CNN Wire StaffAugust 6, 2010 4:47 a.m. EDT
(CNN) — A court hearing is scheduled for Friday in the case of a soldier who has refused to deploy to Afghanistan until President Obama proves that he was born in America and is legally eligible to be president.
Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin is scheduled to go before a judge in Virginia to enter a plea on charges that include disobeying a lawful order and dereliction of duty.
He is a decorated Army doctor and an 18-year veteran who is now facing court martial for disobeying orders to ship out for another tour of duty in Afghanistan.
Lakin says the orders are illegal because, he claims, Obama — the commander-in-chief — has not proven he was born in this country.
Lakin wants Obama to produce his birth certificate.
“It’s a fundamental of the Constitution, and my oath of office is to the Constitution. And I believe we need truth on this matter,” Lakin told CNN’s “AC 360” in May.
Lakin’s stance is similar to that of the so-called “birthers”
Birthers have argued that Obama was not born in Hawaii or that if he was, his citizenship was invalidated by living overseas as a child.
“I am not guilty of these charges, and will plead ‘not guilty’ to them because of my conviction that our Commander-in-Chief may be ineligible under the United States Constitution to serve in that highest of all offices,” Lakin said in a press release issued this week by the American Patriot Foundation, a group that has established a fund for his legal defense.
“The truth matters. The Constitution matters. If President Obama is a natural born citizen, then the American people deserve to see proof, and if he is not, then I believe the orders in this case were illegal.”
Hawaiian officials have said they have documents that prove Obama was born there.
Comments on above article seem to be almost all against Lt. Col. Lakin. I assume the comments are being moderated/filtered to reflect the “Journolist Truth Assassin” party line.
