I read the Rolling Stone article about General Stanley McChrystal. This is the strongest statement that I read from General McChrystal.
“Even though he had voted for Obama, McChrystal and his new commander in chief failed from the outset to connect. The general first encountered Obama a week after he took office, when the president met with a dozen senior military officials in a room at the Pentagon known as the Tank. According to sources familiar with the meeting, McChrystal thought Obama looked “uncomfortable and intimidated” by the roomful of military brass. Their first one-on-one meeting took place in the Oval Office four months later, after McChrystal got the Afghanistan job, and it didn’t go much better. “It was a 10-minute photo op,” says an adviser to McChrystal. “Obama clearly didn’t know anything about him, who he was. Here’s the guy who’s going to run his fucking war, but he didn’t seem very engaged. The Boss was pretty disappointed.””

“Paul E. Vallely retired in 1991 from the US Army as Deputy Commanding General, US Army, Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii. General Vallely graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned in the Army in 1961 serving a distinguishing career of 32 years in the Army. He served in many overseas theaters to include Europe and the Pacific Rim Countries as well as two combat tours in Vietnam. He has served on US security assistance missions on
civilian-military relations to Europe, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and Central America with in-country experience in Indonesia, Columbia, El Salvador, Panama, Honduras and Guatemala.
General Vallely is a graduate of the Infantry School, Ranger and Airborne Schools, Jumpmaster School, the Command and General Staff School, The Industrial College of the Armed Forces and the Army War College. He also designed and developed the Host-Nation Support Program in the Pacific for DOD and the State Department. Most recently, he has in-country security assistance – experience in El Salvador, Columbia and Indonesia in the development of civil-military relations interfacing with senior level military and civilian leadership.
General Vallely is a military analyst for FOX News Channel and is a guest on many nationally syndicated radio talk shows. He is also a guest lecturer on the War on Terror. “MRS. RONDEAU: That brings up another question. Why do you think more active military members are not doing what Lt. Col. Lakin is doing?
CDR. KERCHNER: Because they risk their career. As you can see already, Lt. Col. Lakin is not being given a fair shake; you see what’s happening with him.
They changed his evaluation. He had an outstanding evaluation just a couple of months ago, and they just did one at the end of May which trashed him. He had been up for promotion to full Colonel, and he’s no longer going to be promoted.
The military is supposed to be devoid of politics, in a sense. It’s very, very difficult for an active-duty military person to stand up alone and buck the powers that be in Washington when they are corrupt. It’s very dangerous and very difficult for a person in the military to do that, because you have a set of rules governing you, the UCMJ, which don’t govern the rest of the citizenry. You’ve given up some of your freedom, so to speak. The thing is, though, the military does take an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. I never thought about that word domestic in the oath much until Obama came along.
I believe in God, I believe in my country, I believe in my family, and I will fight to the death for all three of those. I took my oath, and I believe those words, and I meant those words, “so help me God.” I feared for the loss of my liberty and my inalienable rights guaranteed under the Constitution for which our forefathers fought during the American Revolution. These were codified into the fundamental law of the nation when they wrote that contract for the protection of the sovereign and free people in the several states, the U.S. Constitution. This contract limited the power of the new federal government and protected our rights and liberty, my rights and liberties. I feared loss of liberty if this usurper were allowed to take office and continue to remain in office for any length of time. I did not trust Obama to protect me. If he and his progressive sycophants in Congress can ignore and usurp one part of the Constitution, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, then he will ignore and usurp other parts, such as the Bill of Rights. That’s why when I saw the other suits failing, I felt as if I was almost being called and told, “You have to stand up, Commander Kerchner. You must live up to your oath to support and defend the Constitution. You have to stand up and fight this battle. You must do this.”
I took an oath to the Constitution of this country. We’re a nation of immigrants, and believe me, Obama’s father wasn’t one. But we’re a nation of immigrants, and the glue and sinew that holds this country together is that Constitution. Without it, we never would have made it this far, and we won’t make it much further if it falls apart. That’s the natural and universal law that unites us all. Our inalienable rights granted by God, nature’s law created by God – that’s what holds us together, and if we lose it, the country is doomed.
I had a lot of anxiety before I filed the case, but as soon as I filed it, a certain peace came to me, and I haven’t lost a moment’s sleep since then. It’s as if I answered the call and now I’m being protected. I will continue to fight this battle until the truth and Constitution are upheld and the usurper in the Oval Office is removed, so help me God.”

General McChrystal, with all due respect to your prior military service, are you going to stand up to Obama and fulfill your military officer oath? You did not pledge allegiance to Obama or the president. You pledged allegiance to the US Constitution.
General McChrystal, you voted for Obama. This reveals that you are uninformed or that you do not care.
To all active and retired military. If you do not know or understand the facts, get off your ass and get answers. I expect more from the US military. And yes, military officers, you pledged an oath to “defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” We expect you to follow that oath. I now have a definite dislike for the WEAKLING who knealed in front of Soetoro. This tells me that McChrystal has no inner strength upon which military stamina is founded. But you have to have been in the military to understand this phenonema. Nor will childish little lawyers comprehend this either. You have to have PARTICIPATED in the MILITARY COMMUNITY to UNDERSTAND my personal verdict against McChrystal.I personally think that most lower echelon officers would support my position.. That said, I personally think the General Valleley is a far superior officer than McChrystal. So far we have only three officers of various rank who have stood up for their beliefs in their oaths. Commander Kerschner is one of them, Col Lakin is another,and West is the third. I personally think that these are the sort of people we need to lead our country,and military. They have proven their committment to their oath,and no SNOT NOSED LITTLE CREEP can take that away from them. In the end all who stand up for their oaths as officers WILL win in the END. The SLIMEY MSM FAGGOTS, and the OBOTS try to twist the stoeies but any ex or present military man knows the truth. If you are an upper echelon officer,then you need to be committed to your oath to uphold the Constitution. If you chose a part time attitude then you are a traitor to yourself, and your country. If you try to use a thousand excuses then again you are a PISS POOR OFFICER. You LEAD, you DON’t whine. I wish that we had a few more Field commanders like Patton. He took NO BULLSH## from anybody. He also had some very strong beliefs about politicians. Sadly he felt the sting of having a politician ram some manure down his throat during the war. This was because a COWARD was hiding out in a MED CENTER, and Patton slapped his cowardly little face. In reality he should have ordered the immediate discharge of the individual. General Patton did in fact publically apologise for his alleged inapropriate act. He made it clear though that he had been ORDERED to APOLOGISE by Eisenhower,who had received a complaint from a Congressman. At least those hearingt his apology knew that he WASN’t apologising because he wanted to. He was apologising because he had been ordered to. He was admirable, and eloquent in all ways. He was a GRAND officer. Today he should be seen as a yard stick for measuring other senior officers,as such. Just my own beliefs.

While I pray that all of this insane leadership will peacefully depart office, my gut tells me that this is wishful thinking. I seriously doubt that Soetoro will ever peacefully leave office,even if he is voted out. I think that instead he will attempt to impose martial law against us, and finally lay down the truth about what he is doing.If we allow it to happen then we will have ot live with our choices. I do not think that he will be peacefully removed from office. Mark these words.

June 22, 2010 — Obama knew about Deepwater Horizon 35,000 feet well bore
President Obama and Secretary of Interior Ken Salazar, Secretary of Energy Steven Chu, and Defense Secretary Robert Gates were informed that BP would drill an unprecedented 35,000 feet well bore at the Macondo site off the coast of Louisiana. In September 2009, the Deepwater Horizon successfully sunk a well bore at a depth of 35,055 below sea level at the Tiber Prospect in the Keathley Canyon block 102 in the Gulf of Mexico, southeast of Houston.
During the September drilling operations, the Deepwater Horizon drill penetrated a massive undersea oil deposit but BP’s priorities changed when the Macondo site in the Mississippi Canyon off the coast of Louisiana was found to contain some 3-4 billion barrels of oil in an underground cavern estimated to be about the size of Mount Everest. It was as a result of another 35,000 feet well bore sank by the Deepwater Horizon at the Macondo site that the catastrophic explosion occurred on April 20.
According to WMR’s sources within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Pentagon and Interior and Energy Departments told Obama that the newly-discovered estimated 3-4 billion barrels of oil in the Gulf of Mexico would cover America’s oil needs for up to eight months if there was a military attack on Iran that resulted in the bottling up of the Strait of Hormuz to oil tanker traffic, resulting in a cut-off of oil to the United States from the Persian Gulf.
Obama, Salazar, Chu, and Gates green-lighted the risky Macondo drilling operation from the outset, according to WMR’s government sources.
WMR learned that BP was able to have several safety checks waived because of the high-level interest by the White House and Pentagon in tapping the Gulf of Mexico bonanza find in order to plan a military attack on Iran without having to be concerned about an oil and natural gas shortage from the Persian Gulf after an outbreak of hostilities with Iran.
BP still has an ongoing operation to drill down to 40,000 feet below sea level at the Liberty field off the north coast of Alaska.
As is always the case when the government is involved in gross negligence or outright culpability, the Obama administration named Kenneth Feinberg, the Special Master of the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund, to administer BP’s set-aside fund of $20 billion to compensate those affected by the Deepwater Horizon disaster. Feinberg was also named the chief of the program to dole out executive compensation packages to Wall Street and other companies that received federal bailout money and was the administrator of the Hokie Spirit Memorial Fund that compensated those affected by the Virginia Tech shootings in 2007.
Feinberg’s role appears to be as the chief insurance claims adjuster for America’s disaster capitalism policies.
McChrystal, may just become the first plaintiff with standing to ask for proof of Obama’s legitimacy as president and CIC.

As a retired army officer of 26 years, I am ashamed of the manner in which our current active duty top brass are running from what they know to be the truth about the fraud they recognize as “their CinC”.
I cannot understand how any active duty officer in the military can justify ignoring their obligation to our Constitution. As CW and General Vally said, our top brass, and ALL officers, took an oath to support the Constitution, not to cover somebody’s ass who isn’t qualified to hold the position of POTUS.
Something must happen soon, or I’m afraid our country will no longer be the “land of the free, and home of the brave”.
Without corrective action, we will soon be “the land of the oppressed with no freedoms”.
But I still have faith in the will and courage of the American people. We can and will survive this “incompetent clown” who pretends to be our president. The American people will judge him and history will record it.

The right to petition in the United States is guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution, and specifically prohibits Congress from abridging “the right of the people…to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The first significant exercise and defense of the right to petition within the U.S. was to advocate the end of slavery by petitioning Congress in the mid 1830s.

He has put himself in a great position. Submit his resignation to which obama has a choice. All states need to continue to enforce their illegal immigration laws, no matter what.
Governors need to form up the state militias and send them for border duty.
Every state needs to counter with lawsuit after lawsuit. Americans aren’t subject to a one man show issuing dictatorial directives.
Or, better yet, everyone just ignore o. completely. When we all stop believing him, maybe he’ll start believing that the power for our government really does come from we the people.

I would like to clarify my position relating to McChrystal. In actuality the only thing that I have against him is his FAILURE to act to arrest the usurper. He could have done this. Instead he chose to bow down,and compromise his position instead. He now has little choice . In all probability he will resign his position. Perhaps even the military altogether. I respect him for his past accomplishments, but I have lost faith in him as a leader of fighting men.
I am now beginning to think that even our military leaders are corrupted. This thought sickens me. I have always thought of our military as the ONE bastion that is incorruptable.
