As I am about to show, WorldNetDaily only got half of their story right (full disclosure: The Right Side of Life.com has been featured on WND in the past and I still “trust but verify” what they post, most of the time).
I decided to actually contact Mr. Tim Adams at the email address linked in the Western Kentucky University faculty page mentioned in the WND article to find out for myself (and for you, loyal TRSoL readers) why he chose to “come out” now regarding the alleged quotes that WND has posted.
However, before I get to the email I received back from him (and that I subsequently received explicit permission from Mr. Adams to reveal), here are key excerpts from the WND article:
“There is no birth certificate,” said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. “It’s like an open secret. There isn’t one. Everyone in the government there knows this.”
Adams, who says he’s a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination to Obama, told WND, “I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters’ identity.”
He says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama’s constitutional eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.
“I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver’s license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone’s identity,” Adams explained. “I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama].” …
“They told us, ‘We don’t have a birth certificate for him,’” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man’s birth.” …
…”They may say, ‘We don’t have access to that.’ The regular workers don’t, the ones processing ballots; but the people in administration do. I was the one overseeing the work of the people doing the balloting.”
Adams stressed, “In my professional opinion, [Obama] definitely was not born in Hawaii. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he was not born in Hawaii because there is no legal record of him being born there. If someone called and asked about it, I could not tell them that person was born in the state.” …
“Anyone can get that [COLB],” said Adams. “They are normally given if you give birth at home or while traveling overseas. We have a lot of Asian population [in Hawaii]. It’s quite common for people to come back and get that.” …”

Thank you for the Email. Actually I believe God has a sense of humor, because I thought these notions were pretty well common and not very important. I was actually just in Nashville, observing a conservative political conference, I’m not a member of any kind of group, and too liberal for these guys, when James Edwards, the host of the Political Cesspool, heard about me from someone and asked if I would simply state what I had observed and been told while working in Hawaii. I believe Pres. Obama was born a United States citizen, and is eligible to hold office, I find the idea that because he was probably born outside of the U.S., he must be some kind of alien to be basically racist. I do think we should close this issue and pass legislation requiring office seekers to prove identity before running for elected office.”

Seems like the whole world knows Obama does not meet the requirements for POTUS except the Congress, SCOTUS, John McCain, every federal judge in the US, and 20% of the population of America.

I read Mr. Tim Adams email reply to Phil.
Mr. Adam’s view is:
(1) He now thinks o. is an American citizen who “probably was not born in the USA.”
(2) However, he thinks because o.’s mother was an American citizen at this birth, that makes o “born an American citizen” and eligibile to be a USA president.
Has Tim Adams ever studied American history, the USA Constitution, and law?
It is obvious Mr. Adams does not know the USA Constitution, nor what a Natural Born Citizen of the USA is.
Question: Did Mr. Tim Adams say that he knows o. has no long-form birth certificate on file in Hawaii?
Did Mr. Tim Adams say that he knows that the office at his forner job called (who made this call?) and talked to both hospitals, and the two Hawaii hospitals admitted that neither one of them
have any birth records on file for BHO and his mother in Hawaii?
Without violating confidentiality, I can verify that that email to Phil is consistent with the email that Mr. Adams sent to me.
While I believe Mr. Adams’ like many Americans is wrong about bo’s eligibility for the office of President, I do admire his honesty about what happened in the Honolulu Elections Office and those CRIMES committed by boCohorts in Honolulu are similar to the CRIMES commited by boCohorts in Nashville.

Here is what I derive from Tim’s coments, first is says:
“I was asked if I would simply state what I had observed and been told while working in Hawaii.”
My responce, he does admit on his interview what he observed and that it was common knowledge with Hawaiin officials Obama was not born in any hospital there, bit does have a short form COLB.
Next, Tim says:

My responce, Tim confirms that Obama is a citizen in his opinion, but does affirm nor contradict his previous comments of obama being born in Hawaii. In other words, Obama is most likely a U.S. citizen by virtue of a parent being a citizen.
Next Tim says:
“I find the idea that because he was probably born outside of the U.S., he must be some kind of alien to be basically racist.”
My respnce, Tim does in fact believe Obama was not born in the U.S.,oe Hawaii, most likely for the same reasons he mentioned in his interview. Still considers him a U.S. citizen though most likely through Obama’s mothers citizenship.
So how does this change anything? It doesn’t. Someone needs his deposistion and affidavite ASAP. He holds more info than he thinks.

It seems to me that Mr. Adam’s candor (“too liberal for those guys” and other remarks which show he is not a birther) gives even more credence to the revelation he has made. It is apparent that he brought this news forward without understanding what an important issue it is for patriots who have been asking for proof that he is not qualified to be President. In other words, it seems that he has “no ax to grind” personally.
Here is my question for the legal scholars:

Firstly, Mr. Adams’ statement alone is more than enough proof for Grand Juries to INDICT bo & his co-conspirators. The only way this works is if Obama’s mother has no idea who the father really was…the he is a nbc. I don’t think they had dna evidence at that time so, Obama just oblidged her and gave him the name.

(1) Does the Supreme Court hear “trials”?
(2) I thought the Supreme Court’s role is to decide if a lower court’s ruling or appeal was fair and just, and if not, SCOTUS can overturn the ruling, or remand the case back down to another court? I do not know every action a Supreme Court can legally take and do.
Please advise what actions a Supreme Court can do with the Lt. Col. Lakin’s case, Free Speech, if you have the time. Thank you.
(3) If the USA Military Court refuses to give Lt. Col. Lakin discovery, and Lt. Col. Lakin appeals his case to SCOTUS, can the Supreme Court strike down the USA Military Court ruling, and overturn the verdict, and then just drop the case, and essentially, the case is over without any discovery? Then for all intents and purposes, Lt. Col. Lakin is innocent and eligible to return back to military work as a physician, or he can retire and receive benefits?
(4) Can SCOTUS overturn the decision, and the case merely ends?
(5) Or can the SCOTUS “demand” discovery for Lt. Col. Lakin, and remand the case back to the USA Military Court for a trial with discovery?
(6) Or, can the Supreme Court overturn the ruling, hear this case in a trial, order or refuse discovery, and be the final arbitrator of the case?
Obviously, if Lt. Col. Lakin isn’t allowed to have discovery he has no way of defending himself and proving he is 100% innocent and 100% correct in refusing orders.

The ORIGINAL search for a birth certificate was the one for John Sydney McCain — no one ever questioned Hillary’s history, because it was an open book by now.
However, McCain’s was full of all kinds of discrepancies, including the fact that the hospital where his campaign claimed he was born was not built until he was 6 years old, and living in Connecticut!
The search for Obama’s birth records really did not begin until after Obama’s wins on Super Tuesday, and those who went looking for them were almost all Hillary supporters, lead by Larry Johnson at No Quarter USA.
Unfortunately, they were unable to bring their information forward, because the last thing that Nancy Pelosi wanted to be was the second most powerful woman in Washington!

Palin never asked for Obama’s Birth Certificate. She did state that the “Birther” community did have a Legitimate Question in asking for Obama’s Birth Certificate. She also stated that She, John McCain, Biden, and Hillary Clinton did show theirs when asked, and that Obama was NEVER asked to show his.

Yes upon a Motion for original jurisdiction.
It is noteworthy that it has been over a year and a half since I first began to write about the Citizens Grand Jury Process and Original Jurisdiction in the Supreme Court of cases against Barrack Hussein Obama and, to date, BHO’s lawyers have never been able to refute my Constitutional Theories.
The precedent for getting standing and bringing a case directly to the United States Supreme Court upon Original Jurisdiction is the landmark case of Marbury v. Madison 5 U.S. (1 Crunch) 137, 2 L.Ed. 60 (1803). As succinctly stated by Chief Justice Marshall in Marbury, “If a persons duty is backed by law and not by political in nature, then he becomes subject of the law and is examinable by the court.”
Article III, Section 2 of the United States Constitution states, “In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.”
Marbury was a case involving a minor public minister. The case against Barrack Hussein Obama involves all “Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls” of the United States and of all foreign nations with diplomatic status with the United States. Furthermore, the case against Barrack Hussein Obama involves all States of the United States as parties.
As in Marbury, We the People shall prosecute our cases against Barrack Hussein Obama petitioning the United States Supreme Court for a Writ of Mandamus compelling Barrack Hussein Obama to abide by the Constitutional Contract that he entered into with We the People on January 20, 2009 and uphold his Oath to abide by the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution of the United States of America.
It is stated in United States v. Butterworth, 18 S. Ct. 441, 169 U.S. 600 at 602 (1898),
“The office of a writ of mandamus is to compel the performance of a duty resting upon the person to whom the writ is sent. That duty may have originated in one way or in another. It may, as alleged in the present case, have arisen from the acceptance of an office which has imposed the duty upon its incumbent. Following much good faith research regarding the issue of original jurisdiction in the Supreme Court of the United States, We the People have found no cases in the history of jurisprudence of the United States of America wherein a Defendant disputed the Constitutional fact that the Supreme Court of the United States has original jurisdiction over “all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls” as plainly stated in the Constitution of the United States, Article III, Section 2.
That being the case, “We the People” respectfully request that the Barack Hussein Obama stipulate to the fact that the Supreme Court of the United States has original jurisdiction over all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls; or, in the alternative, that Barack Hussein Obama show good cause why the Supreme Court of the United States shall not have original jurisdiction.

Not likely. Of course, the Military Tribunal can drop the charges, as was done in my case, to try and make the matter go away.

My opinion is that this latest info on Adams makes it all More credible, not Less.
The reason is, is that he seems to be a leftist democrat and all he knows about citizenship and nbc is the kind of crap he’s read or heard from leftists and their websites. That’s why he thinks there’s no problem with the whole thing. He seems convinced that it really doesn’t matter what the facts are, that Obama is a legit president. And that’s why he thinks the facts that he’s privy to based on his position don’t matter. The fact that the hopitals don’t have records on Obama was something that Adams thought was very interesting, but unimportant. And that’s why he felt free to talk about it.
Not that it’s going to do us any good. The only thing that will do any good is the files.

Funny you should mention this: reminded me of my hot-headed Italian girlfriend-Republican, she knew I was a Dem and Hillary supporter. She was able to watch a lot of the coverage at the time of the convention I was not able working 14 hours a day at the time, so she caught me up with events/information. I’ll never forget her telling me – that Nancy Pelosi she’s no good, she is going to eliminate Hillary Clinton-something to the effect that Nancy Pelosi had to be the Queen Bee. I would have never thought of that, but I think my girlfriend was on to something. Sick isn’t it. The Italian community is not proud of Pelosi, she is a very bad reflection on them.

I believe everything from Zero is a lie. He says his Dad was BHO, Sr, a Kenyan Brit. He does not resemble that man. So this may be a lie. His Dad may have actually been a US Citizen (Pops Davis or Stanley Dunham or Malcolm X). It is not impossible that each of his parents was a US Citizen at his birth. We have been denied the right to know or see documentation. Because there is no BC in Hawaii, it seems mostly likely he was born in Kenya, as his relatives and others have testified. But what if each parent was actually a US Citizen? This would make his status like that of McCain; born outside the US of two US Citizen parents. Wonder if this is why he sponsored that Senate resolution declaring McCain NBC. In any event, Zero can only lie, like Joran Van Der Sloot, and we should expect no truth from either of them.

Where I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, we had many neighbors who were loving referred to as War Brides-many different countries. Who doesn’t love an American GI?
One of the neighbors was from Norway. I believe her husband came over with his parents when he was a small child. WW2 came and since he was fluent in the language of his homeland and English he was one of the soldiers that you see when you watch War documentaries when the allies were doing everything they could to stop Hitler’s War Machine in Norway.

6 million plus non-attorneys citizens cannot ask their individual questions to make a deposistion, it would not only duplicate itself expotentially, it would lose value and intrest to fill out. Think of it this way, would you want 6 million plus people asking you the same 50 questions? The repeat of answering would become over whelming.
Having to fill out and answer derogatories/depositions personally in the past, I can tell you first hand how cumbersome they can be. The last one I filled out by an attorney sent to me was exactly 30 pages long and took a week for me to respond, accurately. Now multiply that be every concern citizen wishes to add their own input and you see the problem.
Using a deposistion/derogatories/affidavite are part of a legal strategy, and best left to the proffesionals to direct such notions. If I personally had Tim Adams number and contact, (which I don’t, just an example) I would not release it to you or anyone else without his direct permission.

I’m fairly sure the law in effect when Obummer was born was that the husband, or the man stated on the birth certificate as the father, WAS the legal father, and he was responsible in the eyes of the law for raising it, no matter WHO the real father was. DNA wasn’t available at the time, and that was the way law was. (We had a similar case in our family in 1960, at the time.) So no matter WHO was Obummer’s father, or what citizenship he was, or where he was born, Obummer is not a natural born citizen because his “legal father” was Kenyan and still under British jurisdiction.

Israel will do to Iran what the US should have done years ago, and usher in a regime change. If you recall, Rolling Stone ran the most hagiographic depiction of “president” Obama that we’ve ever seen, that image of him airbrushed to look like a demigod, with clear blue sky behind him, proclaiming him to be “The Lightbringer”.
Whatever respect Rolling Stone had was lost for many at that point.
Well, they’ve dialed back the supplication since…and this article above hammers “The One” for his gross incompetence and alien way of processing the greatest disaster to hit the Gulf states.

Looks like the FAA is closing down the Gulf of Mexico to ‘unauthorized’ aircraft…This coming as a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) issued late Wednesday night that just popped up in my flying emails this morning:
No pilots may operate an aircraft in the areas covered by this NOTAM (except as described).
Pursuant to 14 CFR section 91.137(a)(1) temporary flight restrictions are in effect for deepwater horizon/mississippi canyon (mc252) incident cleanup and reconstitution operations an area bounded by: 290500n/0904000w or the leeville /lev/ vortac 258 degree radial at 30.1 NM to 300000n/0890000w or the gulfport /gpt/ vortac 169 degree radial at 24.7 NM to 300000n/0870000w or the crestview /cew/ vortac 196 degree radial at 52.2 NM to 280000n/0870000w or the panama city /pfn/ vortac 208 degree radial at 149.6 NM to 280000n/0904000w or the leeville /lev/ vortac 201 degree radial at 76.3 NM to the point of beginning at and below 3000 feet AGL excluding the airspace outside of 12 nautical miles from the us coastline. This area is also depicted on U.S. Gulf coast VFR aeronautical chart id helgc as an area bounded from south pelto 2/sp02 then to south pass 6/sp06 then to chandler 39/ch39 then to pensacola 984/pe984 then to desoto canyon 635/dc635 to south timbalair 242/st242 and then back to original point. All aircraft operations are prohibited except those flights authorized by ATC, routine flights supporting offshore oil operations; federal, state, local and military flight operations supporting oil spill recovery and reconstitution efforts; and air medical and law enforcement operations.
All pilots operating within and near this area including the shoreline should exercise extreme caution due to the numerous low level operations associated with the deepwater horizon/mc-252 incident 3000 feet and below.
Aircraft involved in these operations may make sudden changes in direction, speed, and altitude. For additional information, participating aircraft altitude assignments and awareness, all pilots are recommended to review the following web site dedicated to the aviation cleanup efforts at: https://1afnorth.Region1.Ang.Af.Mil/deepwater_spill/default.Aspx
The incident commander has directed that aircraft participating in the deepwater horizon/mc252 incident, operate at the altitudes assigned by mission type unless otherwise directed.
Oil industry aircraft on routine support missions within the TFR area should not operate below 1500 feet weather permitting until within 2 nautical miles of their landing platform/site and remain on. Their assigned mode 3a code at all times. Flights within the temporary flight restriction area should be conducted under visual meteorological conditions (vmc). In the event instrument meteorological conditions (imc) conditions are encountered, pilot’s should attempt to maintain VFR to the maximum extent possible or contact ATC for further instructions or exit the TFR via the safest route.
Participating aircraft in the recovery efforts are required to contact houma air operations at 985-493-7607 for assigned work area and mode 3a beacon code assignments. Aircraft shall squawk the assigned mode 3a beacon code at all times while inside the TFR.
With the exception of aircraft conducting aerial chemical dispersing operations;no fixed wing aircraft are authorized below 1000 feet above the surface unless for landing and takeoff
For additional information on air operations within the deepwater horizon TFR see website: https://1afnorth.Region1.Ang.Af.Mil/deepwater_spill/default.Aspx.
Pilots are advised to check notams frequently for possible changes prior to operating in this area.
Exceptions: operations not covered by the above authorizations may be permitted on a case-by-case basis dependent upon safety issues, operational requirements, weather conditions, and traffic volume. Flights authorized under this exception must be conducted under visual flight rules. Pilots requesting flights under this exception must contact the houma deepwater horizon incident air operations center at 985-493-7804 between the hours of 0600-1800 cst, a minimum of 24 hours prior to desired flight time. Operators should be prepared to provide precise details of their requested flight including: pilots name and contact information, company/organization, purpose of flight, type aircraft, callsign, ingress/egress points and times, requested altitude and route of flight. Pilots will then be provided with additional instructions for obtaining final approval and beacon code assignment.
Any aircraft observing oil while operating in the gulf of mexico should report the location to the oil reporting hotline at 866-557-1401 upon landing. Report should include lat/longs of the oil and time observed.
Pilots should be aware that flights approved under this exception are subject to last minute change or cancellation due to the dynamic nature of this event. I read in the 6 Day War, the Israeli pilots, flew so close to the ground they flew under the electric lines, they did not expect to come back, but they did. They really got attacked hard in that war, but by the Grace of God and their fortitude they won. I was so upset later when the UN wanted the Israeli’s to give the captured territories back, I can’t think of any other country that was requested/told to do that. Insulting.

Here’s what I don’t understand. No one in government is ‘buying’ the argument put forward by “Birthers” that BO is not a NBC. I have absolutely no problem with this; I don’t buy the arguments out there, either. (I will not go into this again; you all know I put more faith in a ruling from a federal appellate court as to the definition of NBC than I do in bullies on the internet who want to impose their interpretation on me. And you know my position is that, whether the POTUS is a NBC has no legal bearing on whether he is POTUS, given that the process spelled out in law to elect him POTUS was followed.)
But at this same time, there is overwhelming evidence that no one who signed BO’s Certification of Nomination swearing he is a NBC could have based this finding on documents in the public record. So, here is my question.
When people get face time with their elected officials, why aren’t they abandoning this personal drivel, and just asking this: on what documentary basis did (fill in the name of the D in your state) sign a Certification of Nomination swearing to election officials BO is Constitutionally qualified to be POTUS, given that they refuse to tell us what they used to ascertain he is eligible for the job?
In other words, stop proselytizing to elected officials but rather, ask for their help to obtain information. How much more honest would citizens seems, if they just say, ‘I want to make sure our laws were followed; but when we ask to see the documents used, these people refuse to tell us.’
And, if/when that official tells YOU what was used, for example, the on-line COLB; respond politely, ‘Oh, I am sorry; I wasn’t asking what YOU think is evidence. I want to know what (fill in the name) thinks is evidence. But s/he refuses to tell me.’
(Of course, you could always giggle and say, ‘You don’t mean that electronic image posted on the DNC advertising campaign, FTS, do you?’)

I posted on another site concerning the missing/stolen ballots and share your concern. If I remember correctly Adams speculated that it was an inside job to see who carried the “new” party line and who should have their positions renewed or recalled.
However, confirming their status as missing would spin Adams credibility as indeed having “inside information” in the HI Election office.
I’ve asked Dr. C to follow up with his contact there. If anything, he’s thorough in his approach and respects facts as facts. We’ll wait and see

Kevin Costner’s anti-oil machines to be deployed

BP has given the green light for funding of a device that can separate oil from water.
Development of the machine, which uses a centrifuge to separate the fluids, has been backed by actor Kevin Costner to the tune of $25 million.
John Houghtaling, Costner’s chief partner in the project, told WWL First News that the oil company has ordered 32 of the devices for use in the Gulf of Mexico.
“In a matter of weeks, we can be manufacturing ten of these a week,” Houghtaling said. “So we’re hoping by the first of August to have all 32 of these things in the Gulf.”

Notice the different but CRITICAL difference in wording.

So perhaps jbjd is correct to say that
“BO was lawfully elected POTUS”
(although, given the frauds and misrepresentations, I am personally not willing to say this – but I am no Judge)
But you need the other half
“BO was lawfully eligible for POTUS”
As a mathematician and logician, I will put this in the correct formal statement of logic:
If BO is lawfully eligible for POTUS
AND
If BO is lawfully elected as POTUS
THEN
BO is lawfully POTUS
See – that is very clear, simple, conclusive, and seemingly not contestable. I really don’t know how people continue to get their knickers in a twist over this. It is neither Brain Surgery nor Rocket Science. Just simple logic.

BP has given the green light for funding of a device that can separate oil from water.
Development of the machine, which uses a centrifuge to separate the fluids, has been backed by actor Kevin Costner to the tune of $25 million.
John Houghtaling, Costner’s chief partner in the project, told WWL First News that the oil company has ordered 32 of the devices for use in the Gulf of Mexico.

I’m in favor of citizen-generated, citizen-led townhall meetings, if the “leaders” don’t show.
After the puppet shows, citizens could divide into groups, strategize, create solutions to their most pressing problems, and develop a plan get their initiatives on the ballot and passed.
This process, repeated over time, might serve to reinstitute the concept of Congress members SERVING the people.

On the subject of Leo/FreeSpeechmeister well, he tends to get a bit testy at times. Some love him some do not, he’s “outed” me as a “bobot” whatever that is, and yes I’m losing sleep here. We’ll respect him until he picks unnecessarily on another who has been here longer than he and added to CW’s blog. If he’s isn’t careful he may just get another “time-out” from CW and have to change his name once more. May I suggest;

I believe the 2008 presidential election was a lawfully convened election.
I don’t believe obama was lawfully elected.
Evidence has shown that laws were broken or completely disregarded throughout the voter registration and balloting in most, if not all states. Lawful procedures were blatantly disrupted.
The voting process was compromised, violated, usurped, and manipulated. Vote machine software was tainted. In HI, a law even prohibited electronic transmission of votes. Voters were intimidated.
Massive numbers of “votes” for obama were invalid, illegal, unlawful, bogus, meaningless pieces of paper.
The commandeering of our voting system for one candidate, on a national scale, is not lawful.
Obama did not win the election lawfully. He is not the lawful winner of the election.
That’s the way I see it.

If we agree that the blatant, documented vote manipulation evidenced in the 2008 presidential election generated lawful, legal votes and that therefore, obama is a lawfully, legally elected president, then I submit that we are agreeing that we are not an operative democratic republic any more.
We have, in effect, allowed “laws” to institute lawlessness, crime, graft, fraud, lying, corruption as the “legal” status quo, with no recourse for the wronged upstanding citizen.
