I stumbled on to 2 year old writings by James Rink. (for more information, search ” James Rink nesara”)
Here is a excerpt:
To ensure its survival a nobility amendment was passed to prevent anyone who had loyalties to the crown from holding public office. The 13th Amendment was approved by congress and the House of Representatives in 1810. It was ratified by all the necessary states into law on March 12, 1819. It reads as follows.
13th Amendment
If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain, any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.
This amendment was unacceptable for the British crown because this would essentially cut of all meddling into the affairs of the new republic’s government. It would also mean anyone who is a member of the BAR (Lawyer) association would not be allowed to hold public office. Remember the B.A.R. is short for the British Accredited Registry. This amendment is technically still in effect today and therefore all the laws that have been made by lawyers remains unconstitutional, as they are not allowed to be US citizens.

Unless there is errors in this information, this is a HUGE can of worms. Please do not regard my post as a “knife attack” but only an attempt to “lance a boil”. In the transition back to non-corrupt common law at least 3 major segments of the citizenry, lawyers, media people, bankers, should reconcile their conduct with their neighbors.

I am afraid that OldSalt may be correct, i.e., it may be too late for the peaceful resolution through the Citizens Grand Jury process in Arizona that I had hoped for.
I have recently received communications that indicate that all HELL is about to break loose in Arizona. Unfortunately I can not legally share the source or the exact nature of said information.
I am surprised it has not been taken to the streets thus far. It is the Citizens Duty, to right the wrong in OUR Government. We The People For the People. Revolution time !!!1

I am not a practicing/certified/Bar lawyer but a scholar and researcher.
My study reveals that the original 13th was indeed ratified and is valid. But the bit about BAR was made up by fearmongers and is a bunch of hooey (<—– 'technical' term).
