We now know that Bart Stupak and many other Democrats in Congress are also liars and hypocrites as well as being un American. They have made it easy to identify who to vote out in November.
Nancy Pelosi may not be voted out anytime soon, but her power as Speaker of the House is coming to an end.

American Grand Jury is traveling through 20-States in May. At the top of our list will be organizing with the Patriots to identify those Democrats we can defeat come November. It will be prime hunting season as the liberals will NOT turn out in force to save a Congressman’s job. This is a mid-term election and the liberals won’t stand in line to vote this time. The children in College won’t rally around Congressman “Blow-hole” from Michigan!
I am serious about this folks.. this is NOT talk. This is a promise. Between now and election time in November it is going to be the business of American Grand Jury to serve Criminal Presentments on Obama, Pelosi and now the Criminals that voted for Obamacare.
If you have hard evidence on ANY of these Congressmen or Senators that took bribes for votes please contact American Grand Jury and let us know about it. We will be starting files on all serious offenders. By the time we get to some of these States on the Tour we should be able to organize GRAND JURIES to INDICT Senators and Congressmen. There are a lot of Attorney Generals up in arms right now in these States. We can add fuel to the fire by serving Presentments with State Attorney Generals that are investigating Obamacare, fraud and unconstitutional acts.
We have 2-months to get this organized and 5-months to get the Presentments filed in Courts prior to the election. If we can get 50 to 100 Grand Juries convened and filed against these Traitors in Congress it can really damage the Democrats come election time. Think about it!

My state has just announced they have a bill passed in the senator going to the house asap–for all citizens of OK to OPT out of obamacare. The citizens must have in state insurance in order to opt out-if you have an out of state dr–it will not apply. All VA and Indian care will remain the same.
They expect this to pass very soon and hope to become law by July. This bill will be part of the 10th amendment that has already been passed. The politicians here are hoping that all states will so the same for their states and citizens.
There is a silver lining to obamacare and this proves there are some honest and good politicians.
God does answer prayers and he gives all of us free will and the tools to fight evil. He also works in mysterious ways, as we all know. He always comes through and he has heard our cries and prayers and he is answering our call.
One saviour only, one can only worship good or evil but never both! Thank you Lord, and more good is coming our way and fast!

As for Hollywood I have always said that they live in their little FANTASY LAND, and think the rest of the world should bow down and lick their feet. There are a number of things the GOP will need to launch investigations over once it takes back power. As is usually the case, the party opposite that of the White House will make inquiries into a host of items once in control of Congress.
With today’s health care vote coming, it is time to begin considering what investigations there will be.
Here is my initial list:
1. The bribes to get health care passed.
2. What did the Democrats know and when did they know it about Eric Massa.
3. ACORN
4. Kevin Jennings’ appointment
5. The Sestak promises
6. The Andrew Romanoff promises
7. Barack Obama’s foreign campaign donors and what happened with that money
8. Obstruction by the DOJ of North Carolina’s non-partisan elections laws
9. DOJ lawyers who represented GTMO detainees
10. Democratic congressional staffers disrupting Republican offices in 2006 in Colorado
The list goes on and on. What else should be added? Let’s keep a steady going list of these things so we can get our side up to speed and ready once we take back the majority.

24. Has Obama campaign bundler and Chicago hedge fund manager Kenneth Griffin (or any other bundlers) received any special tax loopholes in exchange for his campaign support?
25. Has the DOJ fumbled/sandbagged the Tony Rezko investigation? Detailed testimony as to the government’s evidence should be brought before congress.
26. Was Senator Obama responsible for the loss of heat during several Chicago winters when Slumlord Tony Rezko cut off utilities to several public housing facilities managed by Rezko, and awarded to Rezko management after recommendations by Senator Obama
27. Were any corrupt deals made with super-delegates during the 2008 Democratic to allow then Senator Obama to be selected, and not elected?

Just called Kathryn Cortez-Maesto’s office and told the person answering the phone to remind Maesto that she was hired by the people of the State of Nevada to represent them, not the DNC.
I just got off the phone with Cliff Stearn’s aide, “Joe Millado” at the DC office. (He is my Rep.) We had a very good conversation. I asked that Stearns please join with the other Republicans in the House and demand the usurper’s vital papers and this could be over. I told him that what happened on Sunday was horriffic, that I feel we are no longer a Republic, we are being run by a communist government and a usurper. I said that I knew every single politician in DC received the Presentments from AGJ and they all know about it. I also told him that the Amnesty for the illegals is right around the corner, and this man has got to be stopped. I told him it feels like 9/11 and my parent’s death all over again. I am in mourning for my country.

Three airports in the district of infamous fence-sitting and ultimately kowtowing Democrat Bart Stupak were awarded $726,409 in grants by the Obama Administration just two days before a vote on Obama and Pelosi’s government takeover of healthcare.
Did Stupak compromise his supposed principled stand against taxpayer funding of abortion in exchange for taxpayer dollars for pet projects?
Alpena County Regional Airport received a $85,500 grant, but had only 7,519 passenger boardings in 2008 (the most recent year for which there is information) according to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) data. Alpena County Regional Airport serves fewer passengers than even the late Rep. John Murtha’s famous “Airport for Nobody.”
Delta County Airport has even less customers than that, but still received a $179,209 grant.
Chippewa County International Airport received a $461,700 grant, but had only 13,733 passenger boardings in 2008.

“Republican attorneys general from 13 states are suing the federal government to stop the massive health care overhaul, claiming it’s unconstitutional.
The lawsuit was filed immediately after President Barack Obama signed the overhaul bill Tuesday. It names the U.S. departments of Health and Human Services, Treasury and Labor.
Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum is taking the lead in the lawsuit. Attorneys general from South Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Michigan, Utah, Pennsylvania, Alabama, South Dakota, Louisiana, Idaho, Washington and Colorado are joining in. Other GOP attorneys general may join the lawsuit later or sue separately.”
If there was an upside to all of this it this. If they had lost the Vote on health care sunday then the Dems would have been more fired up and determined come Nov. Now, from watching the talking heads, they are getting cocky and over confident. They honestly think that we’ll forget by Nov and they honestly expect the normal turn over that they would gotten anyway during a midterm election. They believe there will only be a 40% turn out in the polls and while they’ll lose a few seats, they believe they’ll keep both houses. I think they are in for a shock. You need to take advantage of EVERY state AG who is willing to listen to what you can present. There is a need to call as many of them as possible to a special meeting where they can read all of the charges. After all these guys are lawyers too, and it will amount to having a think tank almost for free. Or better still prepare data packages that are to be mailed to every state AG who has expressed their anger with EVERYTHING that is going on in DC. If all 50 of our states could get together in one mass and go to the SCOTUS and DEMAND to be heard. What I think Rush and the insurance lady are failing to note is that while it is true changes to group plans are financially felt the first of next year, there usually is an employment enrollment period in the fall – where changes in premiums will be revealed. Despite the confusion and outright lies that have surrounded this bill, make no mistake: health insurance reform will provide crucial protections to ensure that Americans get the healthcare that they and their children need.
Forty million American families and four million small businesses will benefit from the largest middle-class healthcare tax credit in history. Barbara in Feasterville worked hard for forty years before losing her job at the age of 58. Overnight, Barbara was facing $1,300 in monthly premiums – more than her pension and more than she can afford. Her healthcare plan? Hope that she doesn’t fall seriously ill before she qualifies for Medicare. This tax credit protects Barb, and millions like her, by ensuring access to high-quality and affordable insurance.
Small businesses are not required to purchase insurance but will get tax credits if they do. Insurance reform provides $40 billion in small businesses tax credits to help companies cover up to half the cost of providing insurance for their workers.
Seniors will see stronger and improved Medicare benefits. And you don’t have to take my word for it: AARP has endorsed the bill stating that it “cracks down on insurance company abuses and protects and strengthens guaranteed benefits in Medicare, the program millions of our members depend on and in which millions more will soon enroll.”
Tony in Levittown needs an expensive medication to treat his thyroid condition and is pushed into the Medicare Part D donut hole earlier and earlier each year. Tony, along with 11,200 other seniors in Bucks County, will benefit from lower prescription drug costs, as the Part D “donut hole” is closed. And seniors’ Medicare program is put on a stable financial footing, ensuring this vital program will be there to serve seniors today and those of future generations.
Insurance companies no longer have free reign over our health insurance system, as we prohibited the egregious practices they’ve gotten away with for far too long. Insurers can no longer turn people away, or charge more, because someone has arthritis, diabetes, is a cancer survivor, is pregnant – or has any other “pre-existing condition.” And they can no longer pull the rug out from families by taking away their coverage just when someone gets sick and needs coverage the most. These important changes will benefit everyone and those on the frontlines of our healthcare system agree: the doctors, nurses, and hospital associations have all endorsed the bill.
And children will be able to stay on their parents’ insurance until they are 26 years old, helping out recent high-school or college graduates like Valerie from Dublin who is unable to find a job that offers benefits.
When my two kids grow up, they will know that their dad stood up to the special interests to fight for Barb, Tony, and every middle-class American family whose wallets are being stretched thin by crushing healthcare costs. They will be able to look upon yesterday as the day Congress stopped kicking the can down the road and finally tackled one of the greatest challenges of our day.

“Natural Born” is declared in Article II [No Person except a ‘natural born’ Citizen…]
.. and “Natural Born” is implied and expressed in the Constitution as a result of COMMON LAW.
The Common Law in this case goes all the way back to the Magna Carta (over 700 years). “Natural Born” was actually expressed (written) in Vattel’s Law of Nations. If you don’t know what the Law of Nations said about “natural born” you should. The Founding Fathers did. The Founding Fathers knew exactly what was implied, expressed and common to law when they drafted Article II, the “natural born” eligibility clause.
The Constitution and Emmerich de Vattel’s Law of Nations has the answer to any questions regarding citizenship abroad and any laws crossing national boundaries:
EXCERPT 1. U.S. Constitution, Article II, Sec. 1:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, OR a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;
EXCERPT 2: de Vattel’s Law of Nations circa 1758 Book 1, Chapter XIX, Sec. 212:
The natives, or NATURAL-BORN CITIZENS, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent.
Finally, the main item in the Constitution that ties both together:
EXCERPT 3: U.S. Constitution, Article I, Sec. 8:
The Congress shall have Power.. To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations..
Law of Nations is capitalized, meaning our framers were citing a PROPER NAME. There was only one Law of Nations in 1787 officially declared. And yes, Congress and the Judiciary has the power to enforce ANY LAW mentioned in the Law of Nations written by Emmerich de Vattel! It was sitting right under our noses the entire time.
“Natural Born” is a “separate” class of citizen for a very important reason. The Founding Fathers wanted to make sure any citizen that served as President owed his allegience, commitment and fiduciary responsibility, FIRST and FOREMOST, to the United States of America, NOT some foreign nation.

You know who else would be very hep to eligibilty problems: inheritance lawyers. A friend of our family was writing her will, big estate which she had recently inherited. She had a lot of children, the problems came up with one of the sons, who was married to a lady who brought her (2)children to the marriage. The son considered them as his own-he was correct, his mother wanted the estate left to her blood relatives only- she felt the children would inherit from their own blood relatives, unfortunately it caused a lot of hard feelings in the family.

The political season never ends, which is why I need your continued support. While my opponents strategize on how to defeat me in 2012, I’m going to continue to speak out against higher taxes, more spending and greater government control in our lives.
I relish being an independent voice in Washington, one that doesn’t march in lockstep with the rest of the Washington crowd. The Democratic Party bosses in Massachusetts disagree. I have tried calling and faxing Stupak’s office to tell him how angry I am over his putting Obamacare over the goal line. His phone and fax are off the hook. He does not receive any emails unless you use a posted form. Today brings news that Obama will NOT issue an executive order banning use of tax money to fund abortions on demand “as such an order cannot be used to abrogate anything in the bill.” This stupid loser and his three cohorts passed Obamacare. Without them it would have failed 215-216.

So many people in the Senate/House have lurid pasts. Sometimes I suspect that is why their party gets behind them financially and gets them voted in. This way, once elected, they have the goods on the guy and can then blackmail the person to vote their way, rather than for the good of their constituents. For instance, Senator Costa, who voted yes on the health bill, was arrested in Fresno, Ca for picking up a hooker, transporting her in the trunk of his car so he wouldn’t be seen with her while they got together…can’t remember the details, but he somehow got pulled over and all was discovered. It doesn’t stretch my imagination that Costa could easily have gotten into the same mischief in D.C. and his party leaders have the goods on him, so he votes the way he is told. Cardoza, Ca. Sen., also voted yes. Only Nunes voted no. I will “remember in November.”

The American people already know that Mr. Obama’s plan to lower health costs
while expanding coverage and bureaucracy is a myth, a promise of something
that never was and never will be — a bureaucracy lowering costs in a free
society. Either the costs go up or the free society goes away.
These are perilous times, Mrs. Hillary Clinton, our Secretary of State, has
given Iran the go-ahead to have nuclear weapons, an unqualified betrayal of
the nation. Now, we face a devastating loss of freedom at home in health
care. It will be joined by controls on our lives to “protect us” from
global warming, itself largely a fraud if believed to be caused by man.
Mr. Obama knows Americans are getting wise and will stop him if he delays at
all in taking away our freedoms. There is his urgency and our opportunity.
Once freedom is lost, America is lost. Wake up, beloved America .
It is amazing to me, that any of the people still believe in him. He has
done so much damage to this country and people are still ignorant enough to
believe him. He is an embarrassment to the American people.
They may have already ruined my country and yours. She will never be the
same for our grandchildren. You must, as an American, FORWARD this to all,
or you will wake up one morning and find that your freedoms no longer exist.

Federal health authorities recommended Monday that doctors suspend using Rotarix, one of two vaccines licensed in the United States against rotavirus, saying the vaccine is contaminated with material from a pig virus.
“There is no evidence at this time that this material poses a safety risk, [however, children may begin to exhibit narcissistic personality disorder with delusions of grandeur, and demand that their parents address them as Queen Nancy, Speaker of the House…” Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Dr. Margaret Hamburg told reporters in a conference call.
Rotarix, made by GlaxoSmithKline, was approved by the FDA in 2008. The contaminant material is DNA from porcine circovirus 1, a virus from pigs that is not known to cause disease in humans or animals, Hamburg said.
About 1 million children in the United States and about 30 million worldwide have gotten Rotarix vaccine, she said.

Citizen at the time of the adoption does it for me. Founders were British so they wanted to be President while the country was an infant and as the citizens at adoption died, nothing left but US Citizens.

Here’s our problem as “humans,” because we won’t have PERFECT politicians, they are humans like us. Everyone has sinned, you and I and everyone else, period.
BUT if they have repented from their sins and don’t practice that way again, meaning that particular sin, and since you and I have sinned too, why don’t we elect them if they have high standards?
Even IF they have high standards, they are still sinners in Yahweh’s eyes. We’re all sinners.
If they hold to high standards, then so be it. I’ll want them in office. But the truth of the matter is that everyone, ALL OF US, have sinned.
The key is to try not to commit sin and practice righteousness, yet being humble and realizing that you’re always a sinner and falling short of the glory of Yahweh, to which we all are. All of mankind falls into this category whether they want to or not. It’s just the way that it is. And it’s better to be a humble servant and realize you have sinned than be a self-righteous Pharisee who is full and sin and can’t admit it.

What I find humorous – and why I posted the link to the lucianne comments page – is that the Dems have ordered their lemmings to vote no on ALL amendments. Therefore, they will be forced to vote for something that no one should actually vote for.

So many people in the Senate/House have lurid pasts. Sometimes I suspect that is why their party gets behind them financially and gets them voted in. This way, once elected, they have the goods on the guy and can then blackmail the person to vote their way, rather than for the good of their constituents. For instance, Senator Costa, who voted yes on the health bill, was arrested in Fresno, Ca for picking up a hooker, transporting her in the trunk of his car so he wouldn’t be seen with her while they got together…can’t remember the details, but he somehow got pulled over and all was discovered. It doesn’t stretch my imagination that Costa could easily have gotten into the same mischief in D.C. and his party leaders have the goods on him, so he votes the way he is told. Cardoza, Ca. Sen., also voted yes. Only Nunes voted no. I will “remember in November.”

Plaintiffs Thomas More Law Center (“TMLC”), Jann DeMars, John Ceci, Steven Hyder,
and Salina Hyder (“Plaintiffs”), by and through their undersigned counsel, bring this Complaint
against the above-named Defendants, their employees, agents, and successors in office, and in
support thereof allege the following upon information and belief:
INTRODUCTION
1. This case challenges the constitutionality of the recently enacted federal law
known as the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” (hereinafter referred to as the “Health
Care Reform Act” or “Act”), which was signed into law by Defendant Obama on March 23,
2010. The Health Care Reform Act imposes unprecedented governmental mandates that restrict
the personal and economic freedoms of American citizens in violation of the Constitution.
2. The “People of the United States” ensured that the federal government was a
government of limited and enumerated powers by “ordain[ing] and establish[ing]” the
“Constitution for the United States of America.”
3. As James Madison explained in the Federalist Papers: “[I]n the first place it is to
be remembered that the general government is not to be charged with the whole power of making
and administering laws. Its jurisdiction is limited to certain enumerated objects.”
4. There is no enumerated power in the Constitution that permits the federal
government to mandate that every American citizen purchase or obtain health care coverage or
face a penalty.
5. No matter how convinced Defendants may be that the Health Care Reform Act is
in the public interest, their political objectives can only be accomplished in accord with the
Constitution.

6. Plaintiffs seek a declaration that Congress lacked authority under the Commerce
Clause to pass the Health Care Reform Act; alternatively, a declaration that the penalty provision
of the Health Care Reform Act is an unconstitutional “tax”; a declaration that the Health Care
Reform Act violates the Tenth Amendment; a declaration that the Health Care Reform Act
violates Plaintiffs’ fundamental rights of conscience and the free exercise of religion protected
by the First Amendment; a declaration that the Health Care Reform Act violates the equal
protection guarantee of the Fifth Amendment; a declaration that the Health Care Reform Act
violates the due process guarantee of the Fifth Amendment; an injunction enjoining the
enforcement of the Health Care Reform Act; and an award of attorney fees and costs pursuant to
28 U.S.C. § 2412 (the Equal Access to Justice Act), and other applicable laws.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
7. This action in which the United States is a defendant arises under the Constitution
and laws of the United States. Jurisdiction is conferred on this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§
1331 and 1346.
8. Plaintiffs’ claims for declaratory and injunctive relief are authorized by 28 U.S.C.
§§ 2201 and 2202, by Rules 57 and 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and by the
general legal and equitable powers of this court.
9. Venue is proper under 28 U.S.C. § 1391(e) because this is the judicial district in
which Plaintiffs reside.

PLAINTIFFS
10. Plaintiff TMLC is a national, public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor,
Michigan. It is a 501(c)(3) organization that is incorporated under the laws of the State of
Michigan.
11. TMLC was established to educate and defend the citizens of the United States
with respect to their constitutional rights and liberties. In furtherance of its mission, TMLC
engages in litigation on behalf of its members that promotes and defends America’s Christian
heritage and moral values, including the sanctity of human life, traditional family values, and an
independent and sovereign United States of America. TMLC and its members object to, and
have been injured by, the Health Care Reform Act, which violates the Constitution.
12. TMLC’s employees receive health care through an employer health care plan
sponsored and contributed to by TMLC. TMLC’s health care plan is subject to the provisions
and regulations of the Health Care Reform Act.
13. Plaintiff Jann DeMars is a United States citizen, a resident of Genesee County,
Michigan, a federal taxpayer, a member of TMLC, and a Catholic. Plaintiff DeMars does not
have private health care insurance, and she objects to being compelled by the federal government
to purchase health care coverage. Moreover, based on her deeply held religious beliefs and
convictions, Plaintiff DeMars objects to being forced by the federal government to contribute in
any way to the funding of abortion.
14. Plaintiff John Ceci is a United States citizen, a resident of Livingston County,
Michigan, a federal taxpayer, and a Catholic. Plaintiff Ceci does not have private health care
insurance, and he objects to being compelled by the federal government to purchase health care

coverage. Moreover, based on his deeply held religious beliefs and convictions, Plaintiff Ceci
objects to being forced by the federal government to contribute in any way to the funding of
abortion.
15. Plaintiff Steven Hyder is a United States citizen, a resident of Monroe County,
Michigan, a federal taxpayer, a member of TMLC, and a Catholic. Plaintiff Hyder does not have
private health care insurance, and he objects to being compelled by the federal government to
purchase health care coverage. Moreover, based on his deeply held religious beliefs and
convictions, Plaintiff Hyder objects to being forced by the federal government to contribute in
any way to the funding of abortion.
16. Plaintiff Salina Hyder is a United States citizen, a resident of Monroe County,
Michigan, a federal taxpayer, and a non-denominational Christian. Plaintiff Hyder does not have
private health care insurance, and she objects to being compelled by the federal government to
purchase health care coverage. Moreover, based on her deeply held religious beliefs and
convictions, Plaintiff Hyder objects to being forced by the federal government to contribute in
any way to the funding of abortion.
DEFENDANTS
17. Defendant Barack Hussein Obama is the President of the United States. The
executive power of the Constitution is vested in the President. As the head of the Executive
Branch of the United States Government, Defendant Obama is empowered to direct and enforce
the laws of the United States, including the Health Care Reform Act. Defendant Obama is sued
in his official capacity.

18. Defendant Kathleen Sebelius is the Secretary of the United States Department of
Health and Human Services (“DHHS”). As Secretary of DHHS, Defendant Sebelius is
responsible for enforcing and administering the Health Care Reform Act. Defendant Sebelius is
sued in her official capacity.
19. Defendant Eric H. Holder, Jr. is the Attorney General of the United States. As the
Attorney General, he is the head of the Department of Justice and the chief law enforcement
officer of the federal government. Accordingly, he is charged with enforcing the civil and
criminal laws of the United States, including the Health Care Reform Act. Defendant Holder is
sued in his official capacity.
20. Defendant Timothy F. Geithner is the Secretary of the United States Department
of Treasury. As Treasury Secretary, Defendant Geithner is head of the Internal Revenue Service
(“IRS”) and is responsible for enforcing the Internal Revenue Code, including overseeing the
collection of taxes, enforcing the tax laws, and enforcing certain penalty provisions of the Health
Care Reform Act. Defendant Geithner is sued in his official capacity.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
21. The Health Care Reform Act forces private citizens, including Plaintiffs, to
purchase health care coverage under penalty of federal law.
22. What is considered an acceptable or minimum essential level of health care
coverage is determined by the federal government pursuant to the Health Care Reform Act.
23. If a private citizen chooses not to purchase an acceptable or minimum essential
level of health care coverage as determined by the federal government, monetary penalties are
imposed by Defendants.

24. Plaintiff DeMars does not have health care coverage. She does not intend to
purchase health care coverage. And she objects to being forced by the federal government to
purchase health care coverage under the Health Care Reform Act.
25. Plaintiff Ceci does not have private health care insurance. As a veteran, he is
currently eligible for some VA health care benefits. However, because he is in the lowest
enrollment priority group, his benefits are not guaranteed and he is susceptible to being
terminated due to a lack of available funds or a change in his enrollment status. Consequently,
the VA recommends that Plaintiff Ceci maintain other health care coverage, such as private
health care insurance.
26. In 2006, for example, Plaintiff Ceci was denied VA health care benefits due to a
lack of availability. This lack of availability continued until 2009.
27. Because the Health Care Reform Act compels private citizens, including veterans,
to obtain and maintain health care coverage under penalty of law, the demand for VA benefits
will increase, causing Plaintiff Ceci to lose his eligibility for health care benefits.
28. Plaintiff Ceci does not intend to purchase private health care coverage, and he
objects to being forced by the federal government to purchase health care coverage under the
Health Care Reform Act.
29. Plaintiffs Steven and Salina Hyder do not have health care coverage. They do not
intend to purchase health care coverage. And they object to being forced by the federal
government to purchase health care coverage under the Health Care Reform Act.
30. By refusing to purchase health care coverage, Plaintiffs are subject to penalties
under the Health Care Reform Act.

31. TMLC and its members, including Plaintiffs DeMars and Steven Hyder, object to
being forced by the federal government to purchase health care coverage under the Health Care
Reform Act.
32. Plaintiffs object to being forced to contribute to the funding of abortion, which,
according to their deeply held religious beliefs and convictions, is a grave moral disorder since it
is the deliberate killing of an innocent human being.
33. TMLC and its members, including Plaintiffs DeMars and Steven Hyder, similarly
object to being forced to contribute to the funding of abortion through the Health Care Reform
Act.
34. According to the teaching of the Catholic Church, abortion is a crime which no
human law can legitimize. Consequently, there is no obligation in conscience to obey such a
law; instead, there is a grave and clear obligation to oppose such laws by conscientious
objection.
35. Similarly, pursuant to their deeply held religious beliefs and convictions,
Plaintiffs conscientiously object to being forced to contribute to the funding of abortion.
36. The Health Care Reform Act forces Plaintiffs, under penalty of federal law, to
contribute to the funding of abortion.
37. Consequently, the Health Care Reform Act uses the power of federal law and
authority to force Plaintiffs to contribute to the funding of abortion and thereby violate their
conscience and their deeply held religious beliefs and convictions.
38. It is beyond the authority of Congress to impose a penalty or a “tax” on any
person for not complying with its mandate that the person purchase health care coverage.

39. The Health Care Reform Act, and in particular the mandate requiring private
citizens to purchase health care coverage, does not regulate an economic activity. Simply being
a resident triggers the mandate.
40. The Constitution authorizes only limited, enumerated powers to Congress and
none, including the power to regulate interstate commerce or to impose taxes, supports a federal
mandate requiring anyone who is otherwise without health care coverage to purchase it.
41. Imposing an individual health care coverage mandate upon United States
residents who choose not to contract for health care coverage as set forth in the Health Care
Reform Act is not regulating economic activity.
42. A mandate requiring private citizens, such as Plaintiffs, to purchase health care
coverage pursuant to the Health Care Reform Act is not an economic activity.
43. Pursuant to the Health Care Reform Act, otherwise uninsured persons, such as
Plaintiffs, are being forced to purchase private health care coverage not because they are even
tangentially engaged in the production, distribution, or consumption of goods or commodities or
any other commercial activity, but for no other reason than they, the uninsured residents, exist.
44. Through the enforcement of the Health Care Reform Act, certain organizations,
specifically including certain unions, will not be “taxed” on their health care plans because these
organizations share the same political views of Defendants and of those currently in power in
Congress. TMLC, which does not share these same political views, will be discriminated against
in the enforcement of the Health Care Reform Act in that its employees will be “taxed” for the
health care coverage provided by TMLC.

45. It is an unconstitutional abuse of federal power to fund and benefit through tax
exemptions and other mechanisms special interest organizations, including unions, based on their
political viewpoints and to deny similar funding and benefits to other individuals and
organizations based on their political viewpoints.
46. Congress cannot use its power to “tax” solely as a means of controlling conduct
that it could not otherwise control through the Commerce Clause or any other provision of the
Constitution.
47. The penalty “tax” imposed under the Health Care Reform Act to enforce the
mandate that private citizens, including Plaintiffs, purchase health care coverage is a direct “tax”
on the person (capitation “tax”) that is not apportioned among the States on the basis of census
population.
FIRST CLAIM FOR RELIEF
(Commerce Clause)
48. Plaintiffs hereby incorporate by reference all stated paragraphs.
49. Congress lacks authority under the Commerce Clause of the Constitution to force
private citizens, including Plaintiffs, under penalty of federal law, to purchase health care
coverage. Consequently, Congress lacked any authority in the first instance to pass the Health
Care Reform Act, specifically including the Act’s individual mandate for health care coverage.
50. As a direct and proximate result of Defendants’ violation of the Commerce
Clause, Plaintiffs have suffered immediate irreparable harm, including the loss of their
constitutional rights, entitling them to declaratory and injunctive relief.

52. In the alternative, Congress lacks authority under Article I, §§ 2, 8, & 9 of the
Constitution, and by implication the Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution, to impose a direct
“tax” on the person (capitation “tax”) not apportioned among the States on the basis of census
population to enforce the mandate that private citizens, including Plaintiffs, purchase health care
coverage under the Health Care Reform Act.
53. As a direct and proximate result of Defendants’ violation of the Constitution,
Plaintiffs have suffered immediate irreparable harm, including the loss of their constitutional
rights, entitling them to declaratory and injunctive relief.
THIRD CLAIM FOR RELIEF
(Tenth Amendment)
54. Plaintiffs hereby incorporate all stated paragraphs.
55. The Tenth Amendment to the Constitution states, “The powers not delegated to
the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States
respectively, or to the people.”
56. The “power” to enact the Health Care Reform Act was “not delegated” to
Congress by the Constitution. Consequently, the power to enact legislation such as the Health
Care Reform Act is specifically reserved by the Constitution to the States pursuant to their
inherent police powers, or to the people. Pursuant to the Tenth Amendment, Congress was
without authority to enact the Health Care Reform Act.

59. By forcing Plaintiffs to contribute to the funding of abortion, the Health Care
Reform Act violates Plaintiffs’ fundamental rights of conscience and the free exercise of religion
protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution.
60. As a direct and proximate result of Defendants’ violation of the First Amendment,
Plaintiffs have suffered immediate irreparable harm, including the loss of their constitutional
rights, entitling them to declaratory and injunctive relief.
FIFTH CLAIM FOR RELIEF
(Fifth Amendment—Equal Protection)
61. Plaintiffs hereby incorporate all stated paragraphs.
62. By providing for some religious exemptions from the mandates of the Health Care
Reform Act, but forcing Plaintiffs to contribute to the funding of abortion in violation of their
deeply held religious convictions, Defendants have deprived Plaintiffs of the equal protection of
the law guaranteed under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
63. Congress had no authority, and thus no basis, to discriminate against and penalize
individuals, including Plaintiffs, who choose not to purchase health care coverage pursuant to the

64. Congress had no authority, and thus no basis, to exempt some American citizens
from penalties or “taxes,” while imposing certain penalties and “taxes” on others based on
whether the person chooses to purchase health care coverage pursuant to the Health Care Reform
Act in violation of the equal protection of the law guaranteed under the Fifth Amendment.
65. By funding and benefitting certain special interest organizations, including
unions, through tax exemptions and other mechanisms provided for in the Health Care Reform
Act based on their political viewpoints, which are favored by Congress and Defendants, and
denying similar funding and benefits to other individuals and organizations that do not share
similar viewpoints or favor with Congress and Defendants, including TMLC, Defendants have
abused their federal authority in violation of the equal protection of the law guaranteed under the
Fifth Amendment.
66. As a direct and proximate result of Defendants’ violation of the Fifth
Amendment, Plaintiffs have suffered immediate irreparable harm, including the loss of their
constitutional rights, entitling them to declaratory and injunctive relief.
SIXTH CLAIM FOR RELIEF
(Fifth Amendment—Due Process)
67. Plaintiffs hereby incorporate by reference all stated paragraphs.
68. The Fifth Amendment provides that “No person shall be . . . deprived of life,
liberty, or property, without due process of law . . . .”

PRAYER FOR RELIEF
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs ask this Court:
A) to declare that the Health Care Reform Act violates the Constitution as set forth in
this Complaint;
B) to preliminarily and permanently enjoin the enforcement of the Health Care
Reform Act as set forth in this Complaint;
C) to award Plaintiffs their reasonable attorney fees, costs, and expenses pursuant to
28 U.S.C. § 2412 (the Equal Access to Justice Act), and other applicable law; and
D) to grant such other and further relief as this Court should find just and proper.

Here’s an interesting piece in the Chicago Tribune, of all places, bringing up the excellent point that the Supreme Court in the 1930s struck down parts of the New Deal that overreached and extended too far the powers of the federal government over the states.
It’s been a long time since Sister Mary Howard’s sophomore year AP American History class and our appearances on the Academic Challenge quiz show, when we memorized all the New Deal programs and court challenges, so off the tops of our heads we don’t remember which parts of Roosevelt’s agenda the SCOTUS struck down

Here’s another story in the Tribune about efforts underway behind the scenes to force Alexi Giannoulias to abandon his Senate candidacy, since his whole family seems sure to go down with Broadway Bank’s failure. The assumption is that once the feds take over the bank, all of the Giannouliases’ crime connections will come to light, and the public will know the full extent of everything the Giannoulias Family did for the mob in Chicago.
The Tribune is largely written by interns and kindergarteners these days, so take it for what it is worth, but here’s the gist of what it says:
(3) The article says yet again that Rahm Emanuel could be the Senate pick — which we think is ridiculous. Giannoulias is not going to enjoy being pushed to the side, so if we were him, we’d do everything we could to tear down whomever replaced us. People in Illinois don’t like Emanuel to begin with, and Republicans especially can’t stand him…so there’s an awful lot about Emanuel that would come out in any campaign. It would not be like running for his Congressional seat. The stakes are much, much higher. Screaming at people naked in the showers is not the full extent of Emanuel’s nude adventures with men.
We still bet all of this will be resolved by Easter, and Giannoulias will be forced to resign the nomination.
Just more political theater here in Illinois.

Of course Congress will not do anything about it. Congress by and large takes orders from the banksters. Members of Congress with a few small exceptions are members of the Bankster party. Democrat and Republican designations are nothing but fashion statements.
It is simply outrageous that a bankster organization that has made off with trillions in off-balance sheet transactions and has thumbed its nose at Congress and the American people who demand accountability will now be allowed to dictate consumer protection.
Dodd’s bill is nothing short of an effort to allow the Federal Reserve to seize control of the financial services industry under the guise of protecting ordinary Americans. It will be a blank check for bankster bailouts into perpetuity.

Kovac meets Milano with Doyle and although reluctant to involve him in his business, he decides it will be best for now.
The film then goes to 20 years after all the other events have taken place. F.I.S.T. is now a large and important union with about two million members and a very fancy headquarters. Johnny is visiting Max at the HQ building and he is not pleased to see how luxurious the building and Max’s offices are. Abe is now located on the west coast and is still very important member of the Union. Over a drink Abe tells Johnny that he has discovered that Max has unethically made money off the Union. Johnny promises to investigate and finds out that Max has made himself rich by using his influence to steer union businesses and funds to shell companies owned by him or his wife. The external corruption of F.I.S.T. is also portrayed. In one sequence Kovac seeks the assistance of a trucking company owner in bringing the union into his shop. The owner, an honest and generous man who loves his workers, politely declines. He explains that his men have no interest in F.I.S.T. because he pays better wages and benefits than union members get. Soon after the owner’s wife is assaulted but let go with the warning “next time we won’t stop.”

The alleged Healthcare Bill would have never passed had JFK been the President. I think that one of the reasons why there are so many rules today is that over many decades special rules were added to a Constitutional meaning that subverted the meaning, and otherwise perverted it. This over the decades has finally gone completely out of control. Now ANYBODY, can change the meaning of a Constitutional law to make it mean anything that they want it to mean. We have to break this sort of behavior by our so called leaders. When they are sworn in to their respective offices they need to first hear the RIOT ACT, and what will happen if they are found to be acting against the interests of the American people. Then it needs to be ENFORCED without regard to the perpetrator’s party, or who he /she happens to be a friend of. They do the crime, they do the time. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Before I turn in, I wanted to let y’all know that I saw my accountant today for taxes.
I owe 565 beans to the Feds. I won’t be paying that come April 15; I will apply for an extension. I will also raise my withholding at work to the maximum (I think it’s 9).
Renee tells me that there’s only one extension available this year, but it’s longer…until October 15.
I will pay the state the measly 20 bucks I owe then.
She’s totally disgusted with the thugs in Washington and is dreading DeathCare.
At least I can starve the beast until just before the mid-terms. I’ll put the money in an escrow account and add the penalties and interest to that. It’s worth it to NOT give them my money on April 15.

Democrats in Congress are pushing for a new law that would allow nearly four million people currently banned from voting to cast their ballot, and most of those millions, studies show, will vote Democrat.
And where will these new voters come from?
From the ranks of convicted felons.
Last week, a House subcommittee heard testimony on H.R. 3335, the “Democracy Restoration Act.” The bill seeks to override state laws, which vary in how they restrict when convicted felons released from prison can vote.

Before I turn in, I wanted to let y’all know that I saw my accountant today for taxes.
I owe 565 beans to the Feds. I won’t be paying that come April 15; I will apply for an extension. I will also raise my withholding at work to the maximum (I think it’s 9).

Before you do that I would watch the video. Once you sign and file you are liable. There is no law that requires income taxes be filed or paid. They are illegal IRS agents say it even the former IRS Commissioner that wrote the tax code couldn’t show the law…

From what I heard on the debates, TriCare is not an approved insurance program. I may be wrong.
I’m just a dumb ole country boy.
Tyranny is in its most simple form the usurpation of power. This bill is clearly illegal, and making such laws is a usurpation of power. Therefore it is tyranny. You may have a concept of tyranny that is limited to the malevolent tyrant, but there is also a less apparent and innocuous type of tyranny that takes shape in the form of the benevolent tyrant(s). Perhaps you agree with the healthcare because of the apparent beneficence of the act, yet you do not recognize the tyranny in it because it some how “benefits” the “millions of Americans without any kind of insurance.”
But to what end does it benefit? You now have no choice in the matter. Compulsion and force will serve to enforce the act and freedom is lost. You are taxed more and the fruits of your labor are once more dwindled away. The notion that government has a right to your property (wages/earnings) is once again reinforced. This fundamental right to property is gone and freedom is lost.
We have been and continue to live in a system of government that is no longer by the consent of the governed. It is government with out the consent of the people by usurpers.
If insurance is too expensive to use, then no one will use it, and health care will go out of business and ultimately something will naturally fill in the place of the “expensive system” that is affordable and just as good. However with continued government interference this will never come to pass. A perpetuation of the current circumstance will continue as long as government interferes in matters it does not belong, i.e. health care.

John Dingell, Sr.), made an amazing admission during a live telephone interview with Detroit WJR News/Talk 760 radio talk show host Paul W. Smith on Smith’s show Monday morning, March 22, 2010. The night before, Dingell had been a featured speaker at the Democrat Congressional leadership victory press conference after Obamacare passed the House.
In response to a question posed by Smith, Dingell said:
Let me remind you this [Americans allegedly dying because of lack of universal health care] has been going on for years. We are bringing it to a halt. The harsh fact of the matter is when you’re going to pass legislation that will cover 300 [million] American people in different ways it takes a long time to do the necessary administrative steps that have to be taken to put the legislation together to control the people.

Ships Skirt Coast to avoid pollution rules.
Cargo ships are now avoiding the California coast because of tightened air pollution rules.
California Air Resources Board rules that went into effect last summer mandate that ships within 24 miles off the coast burn “cleaner” fuel. Those regulations have now led skippers of about 40% of the ships to operate farther out at sea. This is causing problems with the navy as ships are now entering restricted military waters.
Comment: I thought International waters were set at three miles off the coast. However, President Reagan changed that in 1988 to 12 miles. I’m lost here…
Seems like the government strikes again. Crisis after crisis… too many stupid rules and regulators and no common sense. This is government in action….Watch
