After journalists such as Tim Russert asked about Obama’s IL Senate records in late 2007 and after reading Larry Sinclair’s allegations in January 2008, I began researching Barack Obama’s past. By doing some old fashioned research, I discovered something about Obama’s past, something that led me to research more and ask more questions.
I put this question out on the internet:
“Where was Obama on November 4, 1999?”
And guess what happened next. I began receiving personal attacks.
This was a huge clue. I had struck a nerve for asking a simple, non accusatory question.
I am now certain that many of those responding to this simple question were paid Obama bloggers.

Obama Now Selling Judgeships for Health Care Votes?
This is wonderful. Win, lose or draw Obamacare has become the noose that is hanging Obama. The more desperate Obama becomes to get this totalitarian bill through, the more he reveals the depth of his corruption. Obama’s reckless, unscrupulous, disgusting efforts to force his bill through have offended the decency and integrity of every honest American. The more America discovers just how low he will go, the greater his disapproval ratings go.
I no longer fear the passing of this health care bill. No matter which way it goes, Obama is finished. First of all, I don’t think it will pass no matter what Obama, Pelosi, or Reid do. Secondly if it does pass, it will never become an American reality. The legal eagles are already poised to challenge its constitutionality. Thirdly Obama’s one and only great success is to have outraged America so profoundly, he will only be a one term president at best and may very well be removed from office before his term is completed at worse. Let the show continue. Americans are taking back America and will restore it to the republic!
Arrest and try Obama in 2010. Failure is not an option. We just can’t do nothing! Yes we can. Yes we will!
I wonder how many of those that are no longer drawing unemployment have just given up? I wonder how many of those not drawing unemployment are denied due to receiving other retirement (military, SS, etc) that is not enough to live on, but too much for unemployment?
Biggest question: Who “makes up” the unemployment numbers anyway?? Do they work for obama??

I Guess I said something offensive on this site and am being Moderated. I’m Sorry if I offended anyone. That Said. I did my Taxes, and found bad news. The Deal that Geithner and Obama made for fixing the Taxes in 2009 will bite me in 2010. He made a Deal for Single income Tax Breaks, but didn’t include those with Retirement Accounts that have Jobs. I have to go to my HRO at my Job to increase my Federal Tax Paid to 15% to offset the amount of my Navy Retirement Pay. If not, I will be paying back 400+ Dollars to the IRS for my 2010 Taxes. Sigh.

Barky’s insides must look like a science experiment; I truly don’t know how the human body can survive under such stress.
Just look at him…he’s 172 pounds; a great deal underweight for his height. His face is drawn and he just doesn’t look healthy. Compare pics of him now to when he was campaigning; he looks like a totally different person. The stress is starting to show.
He knows the American people are against him. He knows he’s usurping the Presidency. He knows that foreign leaders (with the exception of dictators) hate him. For a narcissist, this all has to be chewing him raw.
Really, I don’t know how he makes it from day to day. Prepare for an implosion any time now. Notice how he’s been ‘losing his cool?” Telltale sign of a meltdown….

I am currently hiring for an entry level position and I posted my wants on Monster.com. The amount of responses is simply overwhelming but the biggest surprise is the number of very over qualified people. This position will pay about 35-40K and I am getting resumes that are as long as my arm and I am guessing these people were making 80-100K. So if your willing to take a cut in pay in the order of 50-60K then I would say your benefits have run out. And if I were to hire someone like that. The numbers are reflected as jobs growth but the effect is a huge scale down in overall pay per job filled. It has a negative net result.
It looks as though the Wednesday White House parties ($10M tab for 2009) with all of the drinking and $150/lb. Kobi beef that’s flown in is catching up with Zero . . . not to mention being married to Michelle who has to have 22 taxpayer-paid servants at her feet.
Greg, desperate people take desperate measures, and in the country today, you can smell the desperation in the air. A whole lot of negativity. At least Charlie Rangel’s gone.

Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good and Catholics United have been working overtime to support the Senate pro-abortion healthcare plan. The U.S. Bishops specifically said that the Senate bill was ‘deficient’ and ‘should not move forward.’
So what did these groups say?
Chris Korzen, head of Catholics United said: “The wrong thing would be for anyone to be so firmly entrenched in their positions on federal funding of abortion that they’re not willing to come to the table and talk about a compromise.”
Excuse me? ‘Wrong’ for Catholics to oppose taxpayer funding for abortion? If there is anything to be “firmly entrenched” against — this is it!
These groups are so radical and partisan that they refuse to even support a ban on partial-birth abortion.
That’s why Archbishop Chaput has criticized these groups for undermining the Church teaching:
“The work of Democratic-friendly groups like Catholics United and Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good, have done a disservice to the Church, confused the natural priorities of Catholic social teaching, undermined the progress pro-lifers have made, and provided an excuse for some Catholics to abandon the abortion issue instead of fighting within their parties and at the ballot box to protect the unborn.”
What role do lay Catholics like you and me have to play in this? Should we merely applaud the Archbishop’s words and move on?

Drudge is reporting that Chief Justice John Roberts is considering stepping down from the Supreme Court. Just wondering if this has to do with the Eligibility Issue and him swearing Obama in!!! It states personal reasons, however if he has proof that Obama’s ineligibility is going to be made public, then he is running to safety.

It won’t happen that way. There will be no Chinese troops or any other suspicious Chinese presence. At first it will simply be that the Chinese own everything. All the money/profits will go to China. All of the big decisions about business strategy (tax incentives, where the new refinery or reactor is build, which auto companys survive and where, etc.) will be made by Chinese.
Everyday blue collar and white collar people will still go to work, buy groceries, and raise families. All the same way.
Overt Chinese takeover will be very slow and incremental and will happen over many years/decades.
In fact, has the process already started? How would you know for sure?

You are so cute, what a little wise guy you are. Not one day did this Dem ever think that South Side hood was smart, nor educated. I don’t believe he ever went to any of the schools listed, the kindergarten yes we have proof. The others invented.
What really revealed it I think was the Professor Gates problem-“the police acting stupidly.” Obama at his dumbest. I think Professor Gates was exhausted when he arrived home, his leg was aching very badly and he was major crabby, so when the police came because of the call-he was really in no mood. Things got out of hand, but the officer in a very professional manner diffused the situation, until nit-wit Obama decided to throw gas on the problem-then genius that he is-he also threw the match. Since Obama insists he went to Harvard-I thought anyone who is rich and bequeaths their fortune to them has got to be out of their minds. Obama is not an educated person. Professor Gates was having a major bad day. This is an excellent series Professor Gates is doing, it shows that Professor Gates is educated and interesting-somewhat restores my faith in higher education.

The state is paying out cash for people to join a work program. Businesses that have laid off workers because of the economy now get workers from the government programs that they don’t have to pay wages for. Another way to suck up the workforce into the public sector.

boston.com is the online version of the Globe. They’re still boo-hooing Marsha’s loss (BTW, I just wonder if she’ll be reelected AG; right now, she couldn’t win an election for dog catcher).
The less-than-illustrious Globe almost went belly-up recently; they should’ve been allowed to go out of business. Of course, it was the unions that brought the newspaper to the brink, refusing concessions in order to keep their jobs.
Their parent company is the Noo Yawk Times.

Just wanted you to know Cook County-Obama’s South Side (cesspool of corruption) once upon a time, they did treat these cases seriously. This was a huge scandal in Chicago at the time. We Chicagoans hoped that the this would be the end of corruption. Obama renewed the corruption in ways never dreamed possible at that time.

It featured at least one undercover operative and a listening device in a judge’s chambers
The allegations ranged from fixing drunken-driving cases to more serious felony charges. One lawyer was caught on tape bragging that “even a murder case can be fixed if the judge is given something to hang his hat on.” By the end of the decade, nearly 100 people had been indicted, and all but a handful were convicted. Of the 17 judges indicted, 15 were convicted. The tally of convictions included 50 lawyers, as well as court clerks, police officers and sheriff’s deputies.
Greylord was not the first federal investigation of public corruption in Chicago, but it was a watershed in its use of eavesdropping devices and a mole to obtain evidence instead of relying on wrongdoers to become government informants.
Over the next several years, federal authorities launched similar investigations targeted at corruption in Chicago’s City Hall (including Operations Incubator and Silver Shovel), other governmental bodies (Operation Lantern) and organized crime (Operation Gambat and Safebet). Scores of public officials, including aldermen, judges and legislators, were convicted.
“I believe this will be viewed as one of the most comprehensive, intricate and difficult undercover projects ever undertaken by a law-enforcement agency,” U.S. Atty. Dan Webb said in announcing those charges.

If I had to describe Obama in one word it would be conniver. I read somewhere when he attended meetings in Chicago, he would just listen and any good ideas presented he would “steal” at the end and this is low-present as his own.
Treason?
Something is definitely up. I have been reading and hearing more and more people talking about that it is treasonous to dis BHO.
This is a very new development. Even when Kennedy was killed, there was never any serious talk of ‘treason’. Murder, assination, heinous crime, etc., yes. But not ‘treason’.
We seem to be totally losing sight of the fact that all of our allegiance and oaths are to the constitution, not to a person. Treason can only be in violation of the constitution, not dissing a particular person. Why and how have we lost sight of that?
Even more worrisome, politicians seem to violate the constitution frequently and we can’t even seem to get them slowed down – let alone convicted of treason.
Who are the constitutional police? Where are the constitutional police? “We The People”, perhaps? Can we fix this without a violent revolution?

I think the Republican leadership has betrayed us. I think their grand plan was to lay back and let Obama’s true colors shine forth. This would then ensure major victories for R’s in the next waves of elections.
This strategy does not allow for the fact that BHO can do long-term actual damage to the country in the meantime.
One simple example:
The president is by common practice a single-point ownership/control of the nation’s nuclear arsenal. Not just the strategic considerations (stockpiles, treaties, etc.) but of the actual tactics of use. There are NO checks and balances – the president has complete and unilateral control.
He can launch as many nukes as he wants at whomever he wants at any time. No one can stop him. Equally worrisome (perhaps more so) is that he can also single-handedly withhold a nuclear response – even if one were absolutely necessary for American survival.
Now, we talk about BHO being ineligible and that when the SHTF, we must undo everything he did. But it matters not one bit whether he is technically eligible or not. He is in the White House, he has his fingers on the nuclear buttons. Legitimate or not. He has the instant power of life and death for America, and probably the World at his fingertips.
Regardless of race, considerations of social justice, or any other ‘little’ thing – why would ANY American (let alone 50+ million of them) put a total unknown common street thug in this position. It is beyond baffling.

The ever provocative Lame Cherry who raises so very valid points. John Edwards really committed some very bad sins, adultery-lying about it-he did confess to his wife early on-but that type of thing is a down hill spiral no matter how you look at it.
Federal indictment re: use of campaign funds an entirely different matter. The Edwards are very wealthy so it is possible he was sensible enough to take it out of his own pocket.
I would take my chances in court-most of the damaging adultery, lying issues are out there, so there can’t be any surprises there. I would love to see all the tactics used to intimidate people exposed, which it is possible are far worse than John Edwards acting like the cad of the western world. It would by really hysterical if Elizabeth Edwards came to the defense of her husband (a possibility) yes, he is a cheating skunk, but he is not a thief. This is a couple who had a good marriage for 30 years-lost one son at 16 due to a car accident and have other children. Couples that have had deep tragedies are different.

John Roberts, Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, is seriously considering stepping down from the nation’s highest court for personal reasons, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Roberts, known for his conservative judicial philosophy, has served on the Supreme Court since 2005, having been nominated by President George W. Bush after the death of former Chief William Rehnquist.

Chief Justice John Roberts is not stepping down from the Supreme Court, despite a celebrity gossip report, a source very close to Roberts told Fox News.
RadarOnline.com reported Thursday that Roberts, 55, would be resigning for personal reasons.
But the source said the report is “completely untrue.” There is “no medical issue, no issue at all,” the source said, adding that there is not even a 1 percent chance that Roberts is considering resignation.

You are so right to draw the analogy, though. The Ten Commandments [God’s Law] and the Constitution [Law of the Land, USA] are the laws by which the majority of Americans are guided. Some, however, are guided by their own laws and think of themselves as gods with the authority to determine who lives and who dies.

Does VA allow citizens to carry weapons? DC still denies citizens the right to carry. So, the question is “How did this happen?” To begin with, the law does not allow someone to fire a weapon at another person without just cause. Are they trying to tell us that a “law” did not stop this person?? Just like gun free zones will stop a criminal from bringinga gun and committing a crime.

I don’t remember exactly where I read it but in countries where ordinary citizens were not permitted to have their own weapons, crime increased. That is also true in IL where handguns were banned and therefore, DC will follow suit.
Is it any wonder why gun sales went through the roof when pp was “selected?”
We cannot give up our right to bear arms that is guaranteed in our Constitution. If we give up our guns, we are sitting ducks for the control systems the “powers that be” have planned.

Were you invited on “Ladies Day?” It has been my experience that when a club is exclusive there is a reason, and it is not to keep the “riff raff” out.
It has also been my experience the elite need a hide-away to create an aura of mystery and exclusion that makes the common man more envious of what they have when what they have is not what we need to make our life complete. However, when the elite create an “exclusive club” that is not open to even the press, then what they are doing in their little hide-away is not good IMHO.

As we age, people become more attractive for what they have “inside.” Physical attraction is a plague of youth who waste too much time concentrating on the outside and not enough time on the inside…thus they err repeatedly in their relationships.

I think we were there for a Christmas party/lunch- dinner something. I remember thinking when we walked in it looked like something out of the 20’s. Very stodgy and dull in there. A speakeasy would have been fun. I grew up near-by and I used to baby-sit for a family friend that lived approx one mile from there, so we went past it all the time. The grounds are beautiful and I’m sure cost of fortune to maintain. DuPage county found a good use for all the golf courses-made them part of the flood plain. Due to way too much over-building (run-off) thank goodness they have these wide open spaces for flood problems. Perpetual there, they still haven’t figured out overbuilding, asphalt is the cause. They will get it yet. Just another from of greed-stupid style.

I still think the big dark secret is that they are very boring. Linda-I grew up as a tom-boy and there were certain things the guys didn’t want us girls invading their space. Fine with me. They have been lying about Bush’s tax cuts since it was being discussed in CONgress and they continue LYING by ommission.
They IMPLY that Bush gave taxcuts ONLY to the rich when in FACT he gave taxcuts to EVERY WORKER and everyone that Pays Taxes which are the ones that deserve a prize since they are the ones that PAY for EVERYONE ELESE that doesn’t work BUT EATS and those that committ fraud or entered illegally and are ripping off the American Economy everyday that they work here and pay NO TAXES. When an illegal steals a job and doesn’t pay their FAIR SHARE some other worker has to Carry That Tax Burden as well as his. This is one of the reasons why our economy is a MESS.
It is pretty simple to see:
If you have a family of 5 and only one works but all the others take from that it i sMUCH harder than if 2-3 people work to take care of that family.
The is the one thing I hated about BUSH he didn’t know how to defend his ideas when they were “SHOUTED DOWN” by his and America’s Enemies in the Erosionist Party and the Media. He should haev at least hired someone like Rush or Laura Ingraham to Defedn those ideas and go around the country promoting them in round tables and town halls.
This was necessary for Taxcuts, Health Insurance Savings acc’ts and Private Retirement Acc’ts (Social Security). When explain properly I bet over 90% would approve of getting their own Private Social Scurity Acc’ts BUT when SABOTAGED by the Party of Failure and explained by them everyone thinks it horrific. That is why you need to have great communicator that know how to promote these great ideas. Someone at least as good as the Erosionists that know how to twist and turn, slice and dice and make helping granny a horrific act if it is done by someone other than their LIEberal Party of Failure.

More and more citizens are coming to realize that the man in the Oval Office has never shown himself (nor has anyone else) to be legally eligible to hold the office he now occupies.
This despite the fact that the DOJ is now defending Obama by actually working to subvert the Constitution by keeping a clearly ineligible man in that office. One needs to see this from a legal standpoint by reading the Federal Appeals Court submission of the Kerchner et al action.
To understand just what is being appealed in the Kerchner et al case it would be helpful to read this legal analysis:
A Federal Judge takes 4 strikes!!! and, following that, if you go to the Mario Apuzzo website and actually read the Initial Appeals Brief of Jan 19, 2010, you’re in for a real eye-opener (as are the DOJ attorneys “defending” Obama using our tax money).
That’s doubly ironic since these attorneys – and their bosses – took an oath to defend the Constitution from enemies foreign AND domestic but they are now in the position of actually attacking that very document rather than defending it and are trying to get an obviously ineligible man to remain in an office he has never shown himself to be eligible to hold.
The wonderful Apuzzo Brief is a primer on both Constitutional law, the meaning of it, the Founders’ intent vis-a-vis Article II of the
Constitution and a forceful put-down of the lies and misinformation put forth by the Obama Flying Monkeys such as “smrstrauss” and others.
I’d urge everyone to read the Initial Appeals Brief from Attorney Apuzzo’s website along with the many essays by both Mario Apuzzo AND his Lead Plaintiff, Charles F. Kerchner. While there, it would really help to donate even a small amount to the publicity/education fund presently used only for full-page newspaper ads in the Washington Times National Weekly Edition.
The Brief gives a very good overview of the original action AND it puts the lie to the many false arguments by the Obot Flying Monkeys about why BHO is either (their words) eligible to hold the office he now occupies OR that it (their words) doesn’t matter that he is not eligible.
Your understanding of the relation of the U. S. Constitution to We The People will be forever enlightened.
Actually, Obama’s whole life seems to be nothing but a work of fiction. The man has never shown himself to be Constitutionally eligible to hold the office he now occupies.
