In reading this piece in the NYT I’m struck with the similarity in the strong arms tactics we have been witnessing for almost 2 years.

The article states that measures to control the protestors are “over the top”. They certainly are when it is a matter of dealing with fraudulent scientific information that should be at the very least clarified, not go to war about. I think, once the right people ‘get this,’ the civil fraud complaints, that is, the causes of action based on the general fraud of promoting the candidate as qualified without ascertaining beforehand whether he was, will flood the courts. Especially I am anxious to see complaints filed by HRC pledged delegates elected in vote binding states. These pledged delegates were prevented from carrying out their fiduciary responsibilities to those voters who elected them, by those members of the D party who, as part of the fraud, prevented these pledged delegates from casting votes for HRC at the Convention. And can you imagine the lawsuits from people who gave money to BO believing he was Constitutionally qualified for POTUS because NP said he was; but who would not have given this money had they known, she signed those Certifications saying he was, failing to ascertain whether he was?
There is enough evidence of fraud now, to go after several members of the D party for fraud. But I proposed beginning with criminal charges filed with state A’sG for several reasons, not the least material of which is this: these people work for us. They are obligated under state laws to enforce the law. They have virtually unlimited powers to conduct an investigation (unlike individual claimants). And the ‘work product’ of these public servants can be used to support subsequent private civil claims against the same wrongdoers.

(Plus, btw, the structures of the day the House vote was taken remind me of certain “mind control” techniques. Being essentially a ‘captive audience,’ having to listen to a “cult personality” type leader/power figure, grinding LATE into the night until the pre-selected goal is attained, possible peer pressure against delaying a vote due to the upcoming “break/vacation.” etc.)
Make that:
a “cult personality” type leader/power figure who successfully refuses questions, accountability and all forms of dissent, as has been demonstrated time and again, i.e. the press, Rep. Joe Wilson, the media, etc. Who, in fact, treats truth as a crime . . . more like, the unforgiveable sin.
Don’t forget that I’m not an Obama supporter when I say this, but how many people really want “truth” and want the “truth” in all areas of their life?
Keep this in mind. I’m starting to find out that many people (although not all) really don’t want truth. And I’m talking about in all areas of their life.
How can someone say, I want a truthful administration and not be abiding by the truth themselves and even in religious life? Can you say you want the truth and not keep the truth?

Actually your timing is a bit off. It will happen long before then, but you will have a chance. We all will. It’s just that the more you can build your character up to accept truth and seek it (meaning Scriptural truth which will be all there will be) then you’ll be at a plus now for doing so.
You should hope it’s not at the end of your life, though, meaning the final death, which is the second death. We all have to die at least once. And we will all be in the second resurrection except for the elect and a few others, which will be in the first resurrection. Women can’t be in that one. The second resurrection will give all the rest of mankind a chance to know truth and live it. If you’re at the end of that time, then you won’t make it.

Sorry, I meant to say it will happen long after then. But what you should be building up NOW is your character for wanting truth and trying to live it too.
What’s beneficial is that if you’re asking to know the truth, you will know it. IF you reject the truth, you’re in trouble. That will build up a bad character in you, which is no joke! So if you are truly wanting the truth, it will end up being only Yahweh’s truth and he will give it to you. The reason that I say this is because there is “truly” only one truth. Mankind does not have truth — well, only in their own reasoning, which is not Yahweh’s. Like the Scriptures say, all of men are liars. All of them, meaning all of mankind including women, etc. The Scriptures aren’t PC. When it says mankind, it means everyone.
You that are asking for truth, how can you only want one kind of truth? Think about it. What you’re asking for, you will get. You’ll get truth, but can you accept it? And you must ask yourselves that.
Even if you say to yourselves, oh, I only want the truth of Obama, you will still get the truth and can you handle it all?

This is an example of what his entire campaign sounded like to me.
I recall reading back around the campaign days(jeez, it seems like a lifetime ago), that Barry’s “style” was “purposeful and hypnotic” and directed at “20 somethings with a high IQ”.

the smartest idiots I know!

I fully believe he uses conversational hypnosis. I noticed a disconnect in his words when he was campaigning: he’d say, WE NEED CHANGE and that’s why I’ll be your next president… jumping from point A to point C…
…Always trying to anchor you in with a statement you can’t argue with, “as I stand here before you” then slipping in some bs that your mind accepts along with the concrete first statement. Totally unethical, probably unconstitutional and illegal.
Seeing o. on tv during the primaries (briefly, from a distance, without sound, at the gym) his movements kind of reminded me of a snake. Is there a kind of snake mesmerizes its prey before it strikes?

Yup, I’ll say uninformed with a good slug of deceived.
I say this because if you recall, many thought that the Pillsbury Dough Boy was better than Bush; nobody bothered to ask the questions we’re asking now. I went through the whole campaign wondering why people weren’t questioning this ‘Community Organizer’ who had an affinity for voting ‘present.’
The consensus seemed to be ‘anybody but Bush or a Republican.’
He charmed them with the hopey/changey thing and they swallowed it.
Yes, they were deceived, but red flags should’ve gone up all over the place. They didn’t, and Barky was installed. Voter fraud to beat the band, but that’s a whole ‘nother conversation.

What Is Putative President Obama’s Current U.S. Citizenship Status?
We have seen that Obama cannot be an Article II “natural born Citizen” because when he was born, regardless of what place that may be, he was not born to a United States citizen father and mother. The “natural born Citizen” clause of our U.S. Constitution requires that both of the child’s parents be U.S. Citizens at the time of birth. Rather, if Obama was born in Hawaii as he claims, then under the liberalized and questionable meaning of “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” he can be a born Fourteenth Amendment “citizen of the United States” and a “citizen of the United States at birth” under 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1401 (a). Again, that citizenship status does not make him an Article II “natural born Citizen.” But what would Obama’s citizenship status be if he was not born in the United States? First, let us examine why there is still existing doubts as to whether Obama was born in Hawaii. Second, let us examine what law would apply to determine Obama’s citizenship status should he not be born in Hawaii or any other part of the United States and what his citizenship status would be under that law. These are the reasons for the existing doubts regarding Obama’s place of birth:
