John Fund of the Wall Street Journal has written an article dated November 2, 2009, about the potential for widespread voter fraud today, Tuesday, November 3, 2009.

Absentee voter fraud may play a significant role in New Jersey’s gubernatorial election.”
“The race for governor in New Jersey is so close in final polls that it may well end up in a recount — the 1981 election did and was decided by less than 1,800 votes. If there is a recount, you can bet disputes about absentee ballots will loom large. Moreover, if serious allegations of fraud emerge, you can also expect less-than-vigorous investigation by the Obama Justice Department — which showed just how seriously it takes such allegations when it walked away from an open-and-shut voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia earlier this year.
Plenty of reasons exist for suspecting absentee fraud may play a significant role in tomorrow’s Garden State contests. Groups associated with Acorn in neighboring Pennsylvania and New York appear to have moved into the state. An independent candidate for mayor in Camden has already leveled charges that voter fraud is occurring in his city. Meanwhile, the Democratic Party in New Jersey is taking advantage of a new loosely written vote-by-mail law to pressure county clerks not to vigorously use signature checks to evaluate the authenticity of absentee ballots, the only verification procedure allowed.
The state has received a flood of 180,000 absentee ballot requests. On some 3,000 forms the signature doesn’t match the one on file with county clerks. Yet citing concerns that voters would be disenfranchised, Democratic Party lawyer Paul Josephson wrote New Jersey’s secretary of state asking her “to instruct County Clerks not to deny applications on the basis of signature comparison alone.” Mr. Josephson maintained that county clerks “may be overworked and are likely not trained in handwriting analysis” and insisted that voters with suspect applications should be allowed to cast provisional ballots. Those ballots, of course, would then provide a pool of votes that would be subject to litigation in any recount, with the occupant of New Jersey’s highest office determined by Florida 2000-style scrutiny of ballot applications.”
“Elsewhere, an investigation is being conducted into a report that people wearing Acorn T-shirts entered an East Orange hospital near Newark carrying blank absentee ballots and left with completed ballots. New Jersey law allows anyone to pick up an absentee ballot for someone else — these are called messenger ballots.
After repeated election-related scandals, Acorn has become toxic for many candidates who once relied on the group. But Acorn’s longtime allies, the Service Employee International Union and New York’s Working Families Party, have both moved into New Jersey. Peter Colavito, Acorn’s former political director in New York and a board member of the Working Families Party, is now the political director of SEIU Local 32BJ, which is heavily involved in New Jersey’s election. Nationally, the SEIU is a political powerhouse with White House visitor’s logs showing that Andrew Stern, its national head, visited 22 times in the first six months of the Obama White House — more than any other person. “Andrew Stern practically lives at the White House,” notes Politico.com.”
“Nor is in-person fraud at the polls unknown in New Jersey. In 2007, a former Hoboken zoning board president noticed a group of men outside a polling place being given index cards by two people. One of the loiterers later tried to vote in the name of a voter who had moved out of the area. When challenged by the former zoning board president, he ran out of the building and was caught. He later admitted to police he was part of a group from a homeless shelter who had been paid $10 each to vote using the names of other people.”

I sent a Memorandum of Complaint to Investigate Election Fraud in Virginia perpetrated by Pelosi and team on 09/20 and today is 11/03. I haven’t heard a peep.
Moreover, I made sure the MoC got into the State Board of Elections formal record, and not a word from anyone. Nothing. Nada.
I know the deeds the D’s did to steal the election from Hillary and I have every intention of exposing them. The R’s must investigate and if they don’t then our fears are more warranted than originally believed…it will mean the R’s are covering for the D’s. Why?
Think about this for a second. The R’s did a helluva smear job on all things Bill and Hillary Clinton in the 90s. Did I like it, no, but that’s the way politics are played. So I moved on. Then Hillary runs for POTUS and she wins the Democratic nomination BUT is taken out by 0’s crooked buddies. However, if fraud is investigated and Pelosi and friends are found guilty then guess what? The chances of Hillary filling out 0’s term following his impeachment are likely. What is the one thing the R’s have fought over the last ten or so years…you got it, Hillary.
So, the DNC screws itself to annoint an ineligible candidate to serve as their nominee, they get busted, folks go to jail, the senate goes for articles of impeachment and the rightful victory whether you like her or not goes to Hillary, mind you the only eligible candidate out of the three.
This is the beauty of it though. If all of this were to occur, it would be the R’s who have to do it. Right? If the R’s were to succeed then Hillary becomes the victor, right? Ah, catch 22 for the R’s. They loathe all things Clinton. But impeachment is the right course of action IF the AsG investigate and find fraud in their respective states, right?
So, here’s the beauty IMHO, if, and that’s a big IF, that the R’s proceed in the manner in which we want them too then they hand Hillary her rightful win and she is beholden to no one except for the corageous R’s. She is freed from the left of the D Party and beholden to the R tent.
This is why the R’s aren’t talking about COLBs or eligibility or election fraud. This is why Beck and company ignore the meme. They know that if they go there Hillary is the obvious replacement and good lord, the R’s can’t have that, now can they? So instead, they think they can keep 0 on a tight reign and manage to get through the next three years all b/c they don’t want Hillary to be in there. And I don’t know about y’all BUT if my gut is right on this one, then it’s not necessarily Hillary they don’t want b/c they don’t want Sarah either. Thus, this is about sexism. This is about strong women. This is about breaking through the all boys club glass ceiling. This is about women leading America and apparently the power boys simply cannot have that occur.

For lack of a better word, I will use the term elites when referring to those who hold the power. Without knowing specific individuals, even looking at a list, no one knows which power play is operating at any one time. But let’s assume there are the elites (in descending order of authority) and that there are different factions that make decisions about American politics.
With that premise in mind, it would be erroneous to assume that Hillary past a certain point was the chosen one. Yes, she did win the primary, but that’s a trivial detail to those who make the final decision. So too is voter fraud, though if the elites wanted to resurrect that card it can always be arranged.
Rightly or wrongly Obama was the chosen one by the far left wing equivalent among the elite. He may not have been the first choice by the Republican faction of the elite,but clearly not strong enough to ensure a McCain win.
Hillary as you know was Soro’s first choice. He changed his mind. So I doubt that gender plays a large role here. I’m beginning to wonder if Sarah Palin hasn’t been given serious consideration by the R elite, but time will tell.
As to the issue of the BC. That strikes at the heart of Constitution. Since the elite (RandD) are moving towards global governance, the Constitution cannot stand in their way. So why would they address head on with Obama’s illegal status. NOBODY will touch it. That should be evident to everybody by now.
This is entirely speculative on my part, but it’s consistent with what I have observed over many months.
One thing to remember the winds can change any time, but the order will always come from the top. Having said that, the top of course will be influenced by what the people do, bc change preferably has to be as smooth a transition as posssible. They esp don’t want war and will only resort to that as last means alternative.
So it does matter that the people declare loudly what they will and won’t accept. This is what I mean when I say any relationship involves power on both sides. It’s what you do with it that may make just enough of the difference.
Look at Iceland. That’s a good example of a country standing up for its sovereignty. Look at Honduras, though that picture has yet to unfold fully.

She won the election. She won the necessary number of delegates. She earned her win AND the D elite chose 0 and they had to get his name on the general election ballot no matter what. This is why the DNC didn’t hold a public roll call vote on the floor. JS, this is the way they stole the election from her. They hid the roll call vote expecting no one to question this decision publicly. There are 13 voting binding states which means those delegates had to at a minimum, vote first round for the candidate that brought them to the convention. That’s hundreds of votes and she only needed less than a hundred. What better way to steal an election from the rightful winner than not to hold a public roll call vote?
Now that the MoCs have been sent out to respective AsG demanding an investigation into election fraud means they must, at a minimum, inquire. At least I can only hope that’s what it means. But it’s now been nearly two months now and I’ve heard nothing.
I’m left to think that the R’s are looking at who is in line for succession and right now, it’s Hillary. Yet, none of us know the deal(s) she made to secure SOS or why. Plouffe recently wrote in his stupid book that Bill screwed Hillary out of the VP. What crappola! She friggin won the 2008 general election. Period!

SueK–she is a little better today. She had a complete slice of pepperoni pizza and Halloween candy for supper; OJ, too. Swallowing still remains the difficult part because of the Parkinson’s. Meat is generally chewed as much as possible…and the remains not swallowed but discarded! When I make chicken curry, I try to cook it for around three hours or more. This makes the meat very tender and she can swallow it when it is like that.

if I may offer a suggestion? Put your wonderfully prepared food in the blender. I had to do this for my grandmother after her stroke and a son afer oral surgery. She will get her familiar flavorings/food in a consistency similar to baby food. With my last child I made my own baby food using this method. Hello all, Just an FYI to Glenn’s show.
Yesterday I attended a Tea Party Express II (in Rapid City, SD).
Mr. Gladney (the victim of the SEIU thugs in St. Louis) was there and spoke. The perps were arrested and are being charged with assault and hate crimes.
I was not so happy because I really feel the whole “hate crimes” legislation is wrong. But I was glad that he would be given justice.
I spoke to him after the rally – got a flag and he signed it. Glenn is right, he is a small framed man. His wife is worried that the SEIU thugs will return.
We must keep him/his family in our prayers too.

Didn’t the Clintons nominate Judge Carter? I wonder (but am not accusing) if the judge got a call from them asking for a return favor & expressing what kind of chaos it would cause to the nation if Obama was removed from office? The Clintons are corrupt too. Just thinking aloud.

What ever happened to the State Dept. employee, who is suing HRC for being ineligible for Secretary of State, for receiving emoluments as a Senator ?
I haven’t followed it, do you know ?

Richard…..that is still on going as far as I know…..and yes…..she shouldn’t even be SOS let alone POTUS….I think you can get more information about this law suit at Judicial Watch!! I’m sure this will all pass too and once again the Clinton’s will get away with murder!
