She exposed the Health Care Bill as socialist and stated that she will appear on the Capitol Building steps next Thursday, November 5, 2009 at noon to confront Congress to stop passage of this ruinous bill. “Many Republican members of congress are back in their districts for the weekend trying to advocate against the House’s health care plan, and that movement in Minnesota is being led by Michele Bachmann.
While House Democrats rally around a health care bill they say will cover almost all Americans and lower costs, Republican Michele Bachmann sees it much differently.
“I would prefer to see true health care reform, but unfortunately the bill that will come up next week that we will vote on is the government takeover of cradle to grave socialist health care. This is a mammoth, ugly bill that’s coming forward,” said Bachmann.”
“Bachmann calls the bill by a different name. “There will be maybe 72 hours for the general public to read the bill. And this is going to change our lives forever. This is the crown jewel of socialism,” said Bachmann.
Bachmann’s alternative revolves around a free-market approach, involving a change in the federal tax code. Each individual would own their health care, not government and not their employers.”

Maddie, I was wrong conveying all had been lost; quite the opposite.
Orly simply moves forward, amended complaint etc., citing the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure highlighted by John Charlton — and at the very least would require clarification of his Order by Judge Carter, which would not restrict those redressable claims and actions not covered by the Order.
Case closed. Now it’s a very clean, sharp, concise case on aspects which do not require Judge Carter’s Court to delve into to problematic consitutional areas (so feared by all the courts so far).

Hoffman’s stance on immigration is almost a deal breaker.
There is only one fair solution to the illegal invasion of AMERICA. Enforce existing law and the law in effect when the crime was committed. DEPORTATION is the only just and fair solution and it unites families and makes everyone legal and documented BACK HOME. It also allows the nearly 5 million LEGAL IMMIGRANT that have been waiting respectfully to come here the right way Legally. Also allows the spouse of many citizens that sometiems wait up to 10 yrs to join their American spouse. That is who we should be looking out for not the lawbreakers breakers that disrespectfully enter illegally in the middle of the night.
Make an example of Obama’s aunt ZEITUNI arrest and DEPORT HER NOW.

I now beleive Judge Carter masterfully did this in a way that there’s nothing the Govt. Obama Team can appeal or delay by appeal, since, after all, they did get a Dismissal Granted; it’s just that it’s NOT a dismissal of the claim which is still redressable, that being Keyes for fraud in tort.
