I am not an attorney but know a handful of excellent lawyers who love constitutional law.
If you are referring to my recommendation, it’s not costly at all. Just because Soetoro doesn’t take a dime of federal money doesn’t mean he can’t be prosecuted for fraud. Let’s file 2 formal complaints, one to the FEC for campaign fraud and the other to the district court in Washington DC filing a complaint for judicial review regarding the Constitutionality of certain sections of the Campaing Act of 1973. The first gets Soetoro in trouble. The second closes the gap we’re seeing with the states refusing to ensure candidates are eligible.
Now is the time for Republicans to start hitting back hard.

I just got a text message from my 23 yr old grandson… He asked me if his son (3.5 yrs old) should get the swine flu shot. He then told me that the dr (they are in Minnesota) told them that Joseph (great grand son) had the swine flu. And that he should not get the shot at this time. (for that I am greatfull,….but) I now want to know what they should be doing. (At this point I cannot even think) I saw on the tv today that another 4 yr old boy died from the S-flu)

This H1N1 strain is customarily found in swine, but the incidence of swine-to-human transmission is low. There are many different H1N1 strains out there (it’s usually a strain we find in the *seasonal* flu, in fact) , so it’s not a big deal.

First of all, please don’t panic.
If you’ve followed CW’s blog, you know that I don’t recommend the swine flu shot for *any* age group.
You stated that the doc didn’t test; it may be swine, early seasonal flu, or just an illness that has flu-like symptoms. I don’t call him much of a doc at all if he didn’t test for swine, and just diagnosed him on symptoms alone.
Your great grandson *needs* to be tested and your grandson should *insist* on a test.
There will be more complications from the shot than from the flu itself, so please, no shot!
In the meantime, the boy should rest, stay hydrated, and if the symptoms become worse, get to a hospital E.D. for treatment. If his doc won’t test, the E.D. sure will.

I often wonder if BHO being elected wasn’t the best thing for America from the point of view we now have facts and proof beyond a shadow of a doubt just how bad and dangerous he and his collection of anti America people are for America. We have now got his very shameful track record as President. We now know what they are doing and how they are doing it. This collected knowledge is the key to defeat him—starting with Soros, taking all of them down one step at a time.
Patton once said; “I read your book, Rommel.” It was Patton’s knowledge of how Rommel thought that helped Patton to defeat him. Well now we have read BHO’s books–Rules for Radicals, Dreams from My Father, The Communist Manifesto, etc. The rest is only a matter of time and effort before we will defeat him and take the whole lot of the suspicious moral turpitude characters who surround and support him to jail. One vital fact we have all recently learned about the Chicago run white house—is they don’t like to be challenged on any thing they do.
Had BHO lost the election, we would be facing another campaign in the future for him to be elected without any true knowledge about him save the hype of his PR agents. Our recent awakening destiny would be unknown in the future. We would not have the facts and insights we have now. Ultimately we will be the winners because we have got him exactly where we want him—against the wall with a long dirty laundry list of exactly what he has and hasn’t done for America. Much of his action looks a whole lot like TREASON.
I wonder if BHO’s winning the election was the shock treatment we Americans needed to wake up and pay attention to our government. Over the past years I had grown complacent, fat and lazy about our country. I was busy planning for my retirement that I will never get because of Obama. Now I rarely have a day’s peace because of my concern over America. As has already been said–A sleeping giant has been awakened. It may be this period in history will be written as the “time Americans almost lost America.”

Let me tell you something…I’m down for the count right now, and there are 117 students and 5 faculty (including me) out. I’m in rough shape. My bloodwork showed an elevated white count, consistent with a virus. My doctor said that it could be a mild case of h1n1, but there’s no way to know, since I have no congestion of any sort…I basically can’t move, have a fever, and chills. Fun times.

Sometimes, strains can pass easily from animal to animal, but with more difficulty to humans. This is a cause for concern in the turkey population, but don’t forget that the H1N1 strain that’s circulating among people is a *novel* strain, never before seen; it’s just not a straight swine flu virus (it’s a 4-virus combo with elements of human, avian, as well as swine flu).
When everyone was in a lather about H5N1 (Avian flu) back in 2005, there were reports that there was no H1N1 ever detected in the U.S. and of course, that was a lie. It was found in a quail that was imported from Asia to CA in 2006, but you never heard about that. The quail was destroyed, and that was that. We’re still not sure if that was even the H5N1 strain that everyone was panicking about.
So, what the gubmint tells you ain’t necessarily so, especially with this administration.

I’m sorry that you may have gotten clocked with the thing; the good news is that you’re outside the ‘high risk age’ for complications.
The elevated white count shows an infection and I’ll bet you feel as if a truck hit you. Hope you got his plate number :).
Sometimes, there’s congestion; sometimes, there are G.I. symptoms-it depends on your individual constitution. What’s been reported most often are the fever and aches…you got that.
Just please ride it out. Stay hydrated and take whatever pain reliever/fever reducer works for you (Aspirin, Tylenol, Aleve, etc.). Drink all you can. Water is great and Gatorade will replece your electrolytes.

My understanding is the controversy over the origin of this virus, & its genetic makeup…suspected to have been born in a lab – a designer virus, and the fact the real damage will be when it recombines “in the wild.”
As such, due to the genetic makeup of it, it is easily passed from human to animal and back to human and on, and on, and on.

Yes, JustMe, it is a ‘designer bug’ and that combo is extremely unlikely in nature. The evidence strongly suggests that it was indeed lab-created.
There was initial concern that *humans* could pass it on to animals and that may be so however, I have no info that it’s easily transmitted from animals to humans. That may occur but bar a few weird cases in other parts of the world, we see no mutation yet. We’re pretty surprised at that, but it’s still a new virus.
Let’s see what this winter season brings. While this bug tends to like warmer weather, pandemics don’t seem to care much how low or high the outside temperature is.
Each day is new, as far as this virus is concerned.

I’ve just finished listening to Alex Jones interview Lindsey Williams. Contrary to my earlier post, I’ll try to summarize, simply because the info IMHO is too important. It may also save time for those who don’t have time to listen to the podcast.
This is a third order account, because Williams now 73, spent 30 years attending the elite’s meetings, after having been given executive privilege as the chaplain for the elite.
His account is directly from an 85 yr. old member, in the final stages of a terminal illness, unhappy to leave the earth without his confessions to Lindsey about the elite’s timeline for the next 2 years. Take this for what’s it’s worth, I am only giving this account as close to the text as possible.
1. The NWO is moving toward war, slated to occur in 2012, commencing with Iran, and implicating the world at large.
2. War is the oldest racket, most profitable enterprise for a few; the price tag accrued largely in human lives.
3. By 2012, the U.S. will no longer be recognizable, having capitulated to a system of deception by the elite over many years, and culminating in a complete state controlled society.
4. In 2 years the dollar will have disappeared, inflation will have soared, and the only commodities you can rely on will be gold and silver, bc this is what the elite use as their currency.
5 Oil will remain under 100, until the mideast crisis occurs.
6. The Church has been infiltrated and clergy will be used as pawns.
7. Stock market will continue to rise, reflecting a devalued dollar, until the mideast crisis.
8. The elite are laughing at the gullibility of the American citizen.
9. The secular media will not be tampered with because acknowledging them eg.Alex Jones etc, confirms their involvement. However, when mayhem takes place in 2 yrs, things will change.
10. Obama is seriously disturbing at least one major block of the elite. He often follows their orders but also bucks them in serious matters. His arrogance is more than they can take. JFK (as McGovern stated) was offered as a parallel. JFK was intent on exposing the Federal Reserve during his Texas visit.
11. Major international organizations, eg. Vatican are controlled by the elite.
Lindsey is urging EVERYONE (he repeated this often) to take action. Though the timeline has been somewhat extended, he states that the poverty of the nation will be so excessive that in 2 years, nothing can be achieved. For example, air travel will not be available for the masses. People will be too poor to defend themselves.

It’s like to dive more into my assessment of why Soetoro is in hot water, even without taking a cent from the Federal government in 2008. Note that U.S. Code defines what a presidential “candidate” is in USC Title 26, Subtitle H, Chapter 95, Section 9002:
There’s an absolute rub in the above statute. What they are saying is major parties can bypass the eligibility requirements that states impose to be placed on ballots in order to gain federal campaign funds. Not only is this Unconstitutional, it’s flat out illegal for 2 reasons:
1. The Constitution eligibility can be bypassed completely in order to obtain presidential campaign funds
2. Minor and independent parties have more strict guidelines for being eligible to obtain campaign funds
See the problem here? Imagine if Juan Gomez from Guatemala becomes a candidate of the Democratic party, takes and blows 80 million in funds, then is found out to be ineligible for office in October. According to the law above, neither the “candidate” nor the “party” have to pay back those funds because they were eligible for it.
