The curious case of the inspector general and a Presidential ally.”
“President Obama swept to office on the promise of a new kind of politics, but then how do you explain last week’s dismissal of federal Inspector General Gerald Walpin for the crime of trying to protect taxpayer dollars? This is a case that smells of political favoritism and Chicago rules.
A George W. Bush appointee, Mr. Walpin has since 2007 been the inspector general for the Corporation for National and Community Service, the federal agency that oversees such subsidized volunteer programs as AmeriCorps. In April 2008 the Corporation asked Mr. Walpin to investigate reports of irregularities at St. HOPE, a California nonprofit run by former NBA star and Obama supporter Kevin Johnson. St. HOPE had received an $850,000 AmeriCorps grant, which was supposed to go for three purposes: tutoring for Sacramento-area students; the redevelopment of several buildings; and theater and art programs.”
“Mr. Walpin’s investigators discovered that the money had been used instead to pad staff salaries, meddle politically in a school-board election, and have AmeriCorps members perform personal services for Mr. Johnson, including washing his car.
At the end of May, Mr. Walpin’s office recommended that Mr. Johnson, an assistant and St. HOPE itself be “suspended” from receiving federal funds. The Corporation’s official charged with suspensions agreed, and in September the suspension letters went out. Mr. Walpin’s office also sent a civil and/or criminal referral to the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California.”
“If this seems like small beer, keep in mind that Mr. Obama promised to carefully watch how every stimulus dollar is spent. In this case, the evidence suggests that his White House fired a public official who refused to roll over to protect a Presidential crony.”

Obama Accuses Fired Inspector General of AmeriCorps of Being “Confused, Disoriented”
WASHINGTON – Responding to criticism from a Senate Democratic ally, President Obama for the first time explained why he fired the Inspector General of the AmeriCorps without the 30-day notification required by law, calling Gerald Walpin so “confused” and “disoriented” that there was reason to question “his capacity to serve.”
In a letter to the bi-partisan leaders of the Senate Committee that oversees AmeriCorps, Obama listed these alleged defects in Walpin’s leadership as an Inspector General.

“Hours before, Sen. Claire McCaskill, Missouri Democrat, criticized Obama for failing to specify why he fired Walpin.
“The White House has failed to follow the proper procedure in notifying Congress as to the removal of the Inspector General for the Corporation for National and Community Service,” McCaskill said in a statement. “The legislation which was passed last year requires that the president give a reason for the removal. ‘Loss of confidence’ is not a sufficient reason. I’m hopeful the White House will provide a more substantive rationale, in writing, as quickly as possible.”
Obama voted for the legislation requiring specific notification to Congress of the reasons to dismiss an inspector general. Any move to fire an inspector general requires 30-days notice. Obama voted for the law to strengthen the independence of inspectors general.
Walpin led a 2008 investigation into allegations of misused taxpayer funds distributed by AmeriCorps to the St. HOPE Academy of Sacramento, founded in 1989 by Obama supporter and former NBA player Kevin Johnson. Walpin said Johnson, now mayor of Sacramento, misused roughly $850,000 in AmeriCorps funds. His referral to the U.S. Attorney’s Office did not result in the filing of criminal charges. But St. HOPE officials agreed, via a settlement, to repay half of its AmeriCorps grants.”
“Republicans also have asked what role, if any, First Lady Michelle Obama played in Walpin’s firing. The White House denies Mrs. Obama had any voice in Walpin’s future with the agency. Republicans began to question Mrs. Obama’s role after press reports indicated she was taking a strong interest in AmeriCorps activities and when her former chief of staff, Jackie Norris, became a “senior adviser” to the Corporation for National and Community Service, also known as AmeriCorps.”

BECK: OK. I read this story. You were in your car. You get a phone call from the White House.
WALPIN: Yes.
BECK: Any idea that they were going to ask you to resign?
WALPIN: No, because I thought they were calling me — I thought the White House had called me already three, four times already in the last two weeks, because I happened to be — you might disagree with this — a supporter of Sonia Sotomayor, even though I’m conservative.
BECK: OK.
WALPIN: And they had asked me for help on that and to support her, and I was doing that. So, I thought this was the same phone call.
BECK: OK. And you — you are a conservative.
WALPIN: Yes.
BECK: But you’re not — I mean, obviously, you’re endorsing Sotomayor, so you’re — you know, you’re an open-minded guy and you have gone after Republicans in the past?
WALPIN: Oh yes, I have.
BECK: Who have you gone after?
WALPIN: Well, I prosecuted Roy Cohn, for example. I was also disclosed as the person responsible for the indictments against Nixon’s Cabinet members Mitchell and Stans.
BECK: So, you’re not a — you’re not a Republican hack or anything like that?
WALPIN: Well, I believe when I’m doing my work, I call the cards as they come out.
BECK: OK. So, gosh, he hasn’t given you a reason on why you have been terminated.
WALPIN: No.
BECK: I have read the letter. It doesn’t — it just does — it says it just basically that he doesn’t have faith in you.
WALPIN: Well, that’s a conclusion. That’s not a reason.
BECK: Now, you not only went after one of his good friends, Kevin Johnson, but you’re after going after CUNY, which is City University of New York.
WALPIN: Which is a good university — and, in fact, I’m an alumnus of it — and is doing a good job in getting teachers.
But the problem is, the AmeriCorps people have put almost $80 million into that program, even though the teachers at CUNY agree to be teachers before they’re even told that there is an opportunity to make some money by joining AmeriCorps.
BECK: So, your job, as I understand it, is to track down money that is being wasted or is being misused.
WALPIN: Exactly.
BECK: My tax dollars, Erin’s tax dollars, everyone’s tax dollars.
WALPIN: That is correct. The AmeriCorps program and the other agency programs and services I believe are great as long as they are properly managed and the money is not abused or misused.
BECK: Why do you think this is happening?
WALPIN: I can only say that I became a thorn in the side of someone, and because I was doing my job and I was fired for doing my job.

WALPIN: They were serving at his…

WALPIN: Only he can — under the statute which is intended to protect the independence of inspector generals, I could be terminated only if he gives 30 days advance notice and gives the reason for it to Congress.
BECK: Got it. So, it’s all open and everybody knows.
WALPIN: That’s correct.
BECK: Right. OK. That way you are truly independent.
WALPIN: Yes.
BECK: Because if somebody doesn’t — if somebody doesn’t — if somebody can put pressure on you, well, then, you’re no good to anybody.
WALPIN: That is correct.
BECK: OK. So…
WALPIN: And by the way, the fact that pressure was placed on me and that I was terminated is going to have a chilling effect on all the other inspectors general.
BECK: Why do you say that?
WALPIN: Because they know that if they do something wrong to somebody who is liked by somebody else or for whatever reason, they can be terminated, too.
BECK: Are you familiar with RAT, the new thing under the stimulus package?

YORK: Yes, here I am.
BECK: Can you explain RAT — the thing tucked into the stimulus package that no one wants to claim now?
YORK: This is a Recovery Accountability and Transparency board. And, you know, one of the things Democrat sponsors of the $787 billion stimulus bill did was promised it would all be transparent and there would be a lot of accountability. So, they created this new board.
The problem was the board was given the power to tell inspectors general to conduct an investigation or probably, more importantly, to not conduct investigations.
Senator Charles Grassley, who is the Republican senator who is kind of a guardian angel of inspectors general got very concerned about that and made some noise about it, but couldn’t stop it from being in the bill. So, there is possibly another threat to the independence of inspectors general.
BECK: What do you think about that?
WALPIN: I now know what you were talking about, and that’s a horrible provision in the statute.
BECK: Why would they do it?
WALPIN: Why? I think, in view of the fact that they terminated me, that they don’t want inspectors generals doing the job that they were hired to do — which is to objectively look at the facts and determine whether there is waste, fraud and abuse.
BECK: How long you been in government?
WALPIN: On this stint? Just 2 1/2 years.
BECK: How long total? I mean, you…
WALPIN: Oh, I’ve been — I was a prosecutor in the U.S. Attorneys Office in New York, where, as I said, I prosecuted Roy Cohn, and I — so, I have had over 10 years of government service, but I was in private practice when President Bush’s White House called me.
BECK: Have you seen anything like this before?
WALPIN: No. This is shocking. I know of no other inspector general who has been terminated on this method, and the call to me — look, as you can tell, I’m not a young guy and I didn’t need this. But I felt that I couldn’t look myself in the mirror if I just resigned to this pressure.
BECK: What’s your next step?
WALPIN: Oh, I’m considering all alternatives. And what I think is most important is that the public know, because as Franklin Roosevelt said, the great — sunshine is the greatest…
BECK: Yes.
WALPIN: What was the word?

It appears that Soetoro violated the very law which he helped create. Congress is supposed to by law have 30 days ADVANCE notice of the discharge of an IG. It is concievable that this could trigger a convening of a Federal Grand Jury out of which could come the impeachment of Soetoro. However if he is the ursurper that we all pretty much agree he is then he would have to be removed under the provisions of the twentieth Amendment. Uncle Joe would become our alleged President.

Just heard a good word from Indiana’s Mike Pence (? is that right?) who (dared to) say that American citizens should show support for the Iranian people stepping out in their fight for their own freedoms and exposure of corrupt goverment, even if this administration will not. Wow, Mr. Pence…that sounds like leadership! Way to go!

The greatest Story in Modern History in America Happening Now Is—Suppressed
America became the greatest country in the world and hope and inspiration to the rest of the world. People from all over the world dreamed, worked and struggled to come to America. So many different people came America became known as “The Melting Pot of the World.” The statement written at the base of the Statue of Liberty, “Giver me your poor. . .” always brought tears of pride to my heart. America was the only country in the world the people could escape the suppression of their own fascist, Tyrannical, dictatorship governments. The dream of America was the dream to rise or fall according to one’s own ability without government interference or piracy. The dream was to succeed!
Many nights I have fallen asleep trying to identify the main factors that made America great from the many, many factors in the total history. Just what is the definition of freedom? What did it mean to the immigrants who so desperately struggled to get here?
Before I fell asleep, they always boiled down to these—the Constitution of the United States, The Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence. The fountain heads that inspired the wisdom of our fore fathers who wrote these amazing documents sprung from their own deep rooted experiences of the mistakes of governments from the countries from which they or their families came. They all knew what too much government interference, suppression and oppression meant. From the agony of their experience, they wrote the Constitution of the United States. With the completion of the Constitution, they gave us a Republic under one God in a nation for which we can stand. The knowledge of those concepts spread all over the world and drew the oppressed people of other governments to America. From that day to January 20, 2009, we lived under a Republic.
You guys know all this. You guys also know that this is no longer the American Republic under the United States Constitution. If you fail to inform the public who relies upon the news media for complete and honest information you are betraying America.
Fox news is just about the only station I watch to keep up with television news. I tend to depend more on the inter net than television for real honest factual news. It isn’t that Fox, lies—it does not as near as I have observed to date. It is just that Fox doesn’t tell ALL the news. The greatest obvious suppression of the news that Fox and all MSM is practicing is the story of the failure of Obama to prove he is legally eligible to be president under the rule of our Constitution. Is or is not Obama a legal citizen of the United States and qualified under the “natural born citizen” clause in the Constitution to be our legal president? Blood and soil are what it demands.
There are millions of frustrated, angry Americans who are asking this question. There is a very long laundry list that suggests Obama fails to meet the Constitutional legal requirements to be president. There are several legal actions taken against Obama regarding this single issue right now. IE: Quo Warrento filed by at least two attorneys and one private citizen (might be wrong of the private citizen). Run away grand juries that have examined the evidence and filed presentments and/or indictments with the district attorney’s of several states. There are active and retired service men who have filed criminal complaints against Obama for usurpation, treason, and more. The state of Oklahoma filed a huge document against Obama with the declaration of sovereignty from the federal government. WND has begun posting bill boards across the nation saying “Where’s the birth certificate?”
When asked MSM and Fox News fail to answer why it refuses to even mention the words “birth certificate” in the same sentence with Obama, let alone cover a story about it. Instead of answering the many letters and telephone calls requesting the news cover the story, the people who bring this forward are treated like Robert Gibbs treated the reporter who asked him why Obama has never produced a birth certificate. They are hung up upon, ridiculed, accused of being “conspiracy people” or “birthers” (as if the government hasn’t given all us reason to be that way if we are), lied to by being told Obama already proved he is a citizen with the COLB he published on his web site, this is old news, denigrated and generally demeaned and SHUT UP. None of those responses directly confront the GREAT SILENCE OF THE PRESS OVER OBAMA’S CITIZENSHIP.
I watch you guys day after report the latest deed done by Obama’s government that loots, ramsacks, removes, diminishes, and shreds one more American freedom, the Constitution, and the Republic. I listen to Glen Beck promote his 9/12 Project and beg Americans to help restore America to the Republic she once was. I hear Sean Hannity describe the evils of Acorn and voter fraud. I watch Bill O’Reilly’s daily performance pretending to challenge every and any thing negative Obama and his thugs have done. Yet, the great silence about the single most important story of America in modern history is slighted and ridiculed—by O’Reilly. I believe I heard him say in a disgusted voice one time when a slight mention of Obama’s citizenship came forward—“Oh, that’s old news.” (May not have been those exact words, but something like that.)
Mr. O’Reilly, this is not “old news”. To this date (now, not last year) Obama has failed to produce his real birth certificate and other documents to prove he is eligible to be our legal president. Until Obama does so, this story remains alive and now, and will never go away until Obama produces the documents he has spent nearly a $1,000,000 in legal fees keeping hidden. For whatever reasons you or Fox News continue to suppress this story, we may never know, but please, Mr. O’Reilly don’t emulate Robert Gibbs and use Saul Alinsky tactics and denigrate the reality, urgency, currency, and importance of the fact Obama has failed to produce the documents to prove his citizenship and thus his legitimacy as president. You know you are guilty of a “cover up” every time you suppress this story and demean its importance. (Even if you, personally do not believe in its merits, millions of other very sane, rational people do.) How can I or millions like me believe you really care about the stories you report if you fail to tell the greatest story of all? .
Millions of people watch Fox news asking the same question I am asking now. Why don’t you do a story of Obama’s citizenship? Though you brag about your high ratings as a news program, even though you may not misrepresent, YOUR CREDIBILITY IS IN QUESTION BY THE MILLIONS WHO WANT OBAMA TO PRODUCE ALL THE DOCUMENTS HE IS HIDING. These millions are watching Fox news and discussing on the inter net Fox News’s failure to tell the story. You can’t imagine how high your ratings would go if you would just do this one story and give it all the attention it deserves. America wants to know.
Your silence shouts volumes about you and your credibility. Your silence is the very root of suspicion. Who, what or why is shutting you up? All of Europe, Russia, Canada and the Middle East know about this controversy and have reported stories about it. They are laughing at America right now because of the MSM and Fox news cover up on this most vital issue. People want to know who owns Fox news and are they calling the shots.
We patriots who have been following this vital issue since last August 2008 understand the many questions raised about the validity of this issue. We realize the legal, political, and all other ramifications this very sensitive issue can cause. WE also are keenly aware of Obama’s governing style is by intimidation of any and all kinds. America is fighting for her life and may lose. We understand the legal responsibilities all news stations have in reporting false or incorrect information. These are not sufficient reasons to suppress this story since you can cover your legal rears with all sorts of disclaimers. . .

Our wonderful America has been hijacked. There is a large collection of evidence that indicates the man in the White House is a usurper. Every thing he does as a usurper from the first act he made when he entered the WH can be made null and void, once he is tried and found guilty. Arresting and trying Obama for all his crimes is the salvation of America! The American news media and most of the public claim, he is too powerful to ever be arrested and tried for his crimes against America. Germany once thought way about Hitler. If this isn’t the greatest story in modern history in America, then nothing is. You guys know all this, and I suspect know far more so than even we patriots who ask the questions. The fact of the matter is all Americans are crime victims of Barry Sotoero as long as he fails to prove his eligibility. (Chances are even if he does prove his eligibility, America is still his crime victim.) America has only his and his goon’s words that he is legal. You must break the silence. Mr. Beck if you care about saving America as much as you so dramatically claim you do, you should realize the sooner Obama stands up or steps down, the sooner America can began to recover and restore itself.

I personally think that he is being controlled by his own BOSS at FOX, who has been indoctrinated into the realm of MSM. Fox allows this because it is one way that they glean a high count audience. Remember this. Laws are only as good as the ability to enforce them. We have seen this with the Constitution in certain cases. This is no different.
Let’s look at another hot potato. Right now our ridiculous notion of a “legislative branch” is attempting to repeal presidential term limits. They honestly think that they can pass a bill and it will stick. Sorry but it doesn’t work that way. To repeal an amendment one must pass another amendment. And that’s going to require ratification by three quarters of the states. Considering all the sovereignty resolutions being passed and state gun laws being introduced, I doubt they could muster up enough states to even get it on the radar.
Our forefathers knew what they were doing. These wrongs will be righted one way or another.
I have been wondering who would be the one person to turn things around and fight corruption like the policeman in ‘American Gangster’ that didn’t take the million dollars.

A rumor is swirling around the Internet that an inglorious end to the U.S. economy is imminent. Unlike previous rumors to this effect, this one carries the weight of recent events in the financial realm and has many believing the rumor will come to pass.
Let’s examine some of the claims being made: On March 18, 2008, a “closed door” session of Congress was held for only the fourth time in history. According to House Rule XVII, clause 9, it is forbidden for members of the U.S. House of Representatives to reveal the discussions held behind those doors. The penalty for leaking such information includes loss of seniority, fines, reprimand, censure or expulsion. According to news sources, one purpose of the meetings was to discuss new surveillance techniques to be used by U.S. Homeland Security. Rumors continue to swirl as to what the other topics of discussion took place in that meeting.
According to the Australia.TO newspaper, as reported in the May 2008 Last Trumpet Newsletter (LTM), several congressmen were so incensed about what was discussed behind those doors that they were compelled to leak the contents of the meeting. Following is what is rumored to have been discussed: Imminent collapse of the U.S. economy by September 2008; imminent collapse of the U.S. Government finances by February 2009; possibility of civil war within the U.S. resulting from the collapse; detainment of “insurgent U.S. citizens” in anticipation of their moving against the government; the potential for violent action taken by citizens against members of Congress due to the collapses; the merger of the U.S. economy with those of Canada and Mexico as a solution to the collapse; the introduction of a new tri-national currency called the “AMERO” as another economic solution. Several of the Representatives, however, were so furious and concerned about the future of the country that they began leaking info. “In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.”
This is the man now sitting in the oval office that we’re talking about above. He is also a lawyer; that is a sworn officer of the courts system, and a member of the Bar that actually taught Constitutional Law in Illinois, before running for the office he now occupies.
This immediately brings up a number of direct conflicts of interest that in themselves create several indefensible positions for the fraud that Barack Hussein Obama, formerly Barry Soetoro, truly appears to be. How could Obama the lawyer not know that he took grant money for financial aid, from the Fulbright Foundation that was intended only for foreign citizens? How then to square this with his supposed Naturalized American-citizen status that he claimed in order to run for president? He cannot be both things in the same person; especially not at the same time.
Also Obama is a lawyer so how can he excuse himself, from lying under oath, either as a president or as a candidate; not-to-mention deceiving the public as to his actual qualifications for the office he now supposedly holds?
“This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. There are far more lawyers in America than almost any other profession-so how is it that as a professional body lawyers have remained silent on so many aspects of this quagmire? For instance what has the National Bar Association said about these apparent conflicts of interest between Obama’s oath as a lawyer vs. his oath as the president? But there’s an even more basic question which has to do with how does Obama balance the lies he routinely tells the world, as opposed to his duty as an officer before the National Bar of Justice? Internationally, our commander-in-chief has placed himself and his administration even further beyond the laws than even Cheney and George W. Bush dared to go-on top of all his campaign promises that have been massively shattered at almost every turn!

The interesting aspects of this quagmire concern the following: How many times has Barack Hussein Obama lied to get where he is today. If he was not a citizen; how was he able to pass the bar and take the oath to enforce the law that he was breaking by swearing to uphold the constitution of a country that he was not clearly a citizen of? When he ran for and won an office in the State Legislature and again when he ran for and won the office of US Senator for the State of Illinois-both those jobs require swearing an oath of office that, if his birth certificate was not valid; had to have been illegally held-yes?
Moreover, as a lawyer now, and a former professor of Constitutional law: how can he continue to do the massively illegal things that he is doing each and every day as resident dictator from the oval office? Why has Obama the man, not been disbarred for cause? Also in matters of legality, the office has the White House Office of legal affairs that comes with the job but as an officer of the courts: Obama is technically not allowed to run roughshod over all the settled laws of the United States-which he has been doing with intensity of late.
Does Obama bear an even greater responsibility when as Commander-in-Thief he orders things like illegal torture and expanded illegal wire-taps; along with claiming for himself and the administration special privileges when it comes down to abiding by the laws or crushing them under the jack-boots of his ‘administration’s long term goals?
Perhaps this glaring statistic might shed some real-time light on that topic?

This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records?”

There is also the rumor that Michelle Obama’s license to practice law in the State of Illinois was revoked-but so far at least no one seems to be able to get to the bottom of that additional bit of current presidential folklore.
Why should not Obama be prosecuted for fraud against the people, and if this pans out, will this equal possible treason against the country; depending on how deeply his lies have gone into the blood and bone of the constitution that his directives have been aimed directly at, on how many different occasions?
In effect when Barack Obama was specifically asked about what the change would look like, prior to being selected, he said: “I AM THE CHANGE.” The inference being that ‘change’ was not so much about policies to be made, but rather it would be confined to his person as the new face that is the holder of the title who had taken over from the old face that was his predecessor. This goes a long way toward understanding why the new face does not want to prosecute the old face; since they both were and are working on the same unholy goals and illegal wars-but mainly on the enslavement and destruction of this country as a viable nation. That’s why Cheney Bush are not being prosecuted; because in every instance Obama has now exceeded anything that Cheney-Bush ever did before he arrived.
We need the non-lawyers in Washington to investigate the selection that sits in the Oval Office as resident dictator. The public needs to get some straight answers about just what and who our lawyer-leader-dictator really is. Most of all we need to know to what or to whom does he actually owes his allegiance as president! If he cannot clarify these things then he needs to be removed from office and publicly tried for what he has attempted to do beyond the laws of this country and the constitution!

Bird flu virus can survive in buried birds’ carcasses for 2yrs—— Posted by newspostraj Bird flu virus can survive for up to two years in the carcasses of buried birds, according to a new study.
Dr. Shannon Bartelt-Hunt, an environmental engineer at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, says that the findings of the study indicate that waste managers need to be particularly careful with how they dispose and manage landfills containing infected birds.
“There are a lot of birds at landfills. If you think of landfills as reservoirs, you could have birds as vectors. Other animals could be vectors. Landfill personnel could be potentially exposed,” ABC Online quoted Dr. Bartelt-Hunt as saying.
Bird flu is an H5N1 form of the influenza virus that mainly infects birds, including chicken, ducks and turkeys.
Whenever any bird gets infected with the virus, farmers usually kill the entire flock to subdue an outbreak.
Thus far, hundreds of millions of birds have been killed by the flu, or by efforts to control it.
Even though there are options for disposal like composting and burning, most carcasses often end up in landfills.
For the current study, Bartelt-Hunt and colleagues filled Petri dishes with leachate-the liquid that drains from landfills, adding avian influenza to each dish.
The researchers then tested the mixtures at four different temperatures levels, three pH levels, and three levels of conductivity to test for the presence of heavy metals.
After 60 days, they were able to estimate how long the virus would remain infectious based on how quickly it was breaking down.
Reporting their findings in the journal Environmental Science & Technology, the researchers said that at colder temperatures and neutral pH levels, the virus was likely to survive the longest-sometimes for up to nearly two years.
“The assumption was that once it’s in the landfill, there’s no more question about whether it’s infectious. This is suggestive that carcasses will likely remain infectious when they’re placed in a landfill and for a period of time after that,” says Bartelt-Hunt.
The new work suggests that the bodies should get covered quickly to raise their temperature, or to make the landfill more acidic or basic to deactivate the virus as quicly as possible.
“In general, waste disposal is one of those things that’s just ‘out of sight, out of mind’. Once it gets there, people tend to think it’s just gone and they don’t have to worry about it … It’s hard to say if waste disposal is this huge unknown red flag out there, but I think having some consistent guidelines is important,” says Bartelt-Hunt. Where is the follow on stories related to the Blago/Rahm/Obama investigation via that Fitzgerald prosecutor. It appears to have fallen of the radar. Rezco(sp) was a part of the Chicago machine apparatus and this current violation of the law concerning theses IG’s smells similar in the standard operating procedures of our administrations ability to deflect and distract attention away from the real criminal activity versus the whistle blowers claims. Am I wrong here in making such claims. If so, please enlighten me to this rule whereby the messenger is being eviscerated and the accused (Obama administration) is being given a free pass. As far I know, you violate the law, indictments are issued. At a minimum, there can be grand jury inquiries made in such instances. Somebody help me out on this. I am baffled.

What is significant about the termination of Walpin is it demonstrates Barry’s consistent patterns of ignoring rules and doing as he pleases. It is also consistent of Barry’s pattern of protecting his cronies–whether or not they are criminals and should be arrested and tried for their crimes.

The Fed, then what?
I usually stay away from Congressman Ron Paul, and especially his backers, because Mr. Paul is part of a group which “sounds like a good idea” in blowing up an enemy with a bomb, but then never contemplate that the 3 second fuse will blow all of us up too.
Ron Paul though is pushing a bill to audit the Federal Reserve. Of course people are going to champion this, but will people ask themselves, “WHY NOW?”
Look, America not bankrupted, it is under massive debt. There is nothing more after 6 months of Barack Obama left except crushing debt. SO what if Paul gets in oversight or get in an audit or gets the Fed dismantled as he knows very well that like Mission Completed Obama, there is nothing left but a corpse. The Federal Reserve is dead and Ron Paul knows it, just like his maneuverings helped destroy the GOP’s chances against Obama and his strange statements at times sounded like something coming out of Teddy Kennedy’s mouth.
Paul desires the fail body of the US Congress to oversee the Fed or something else. That is the problem in Paul has nothing else……..and he knows that too. So understand Paul’s agenda in he doesn’t like the 3 legged mule America has ridden out to in the middle of the desert, so he shoots the thing, and now is telling America to walk back in 130 degree heat, a dust storm, no food, no water and poison snakes, Indians and an old radioactive dump are all that is between Americans making this trek and 7000 miles of walking barefoot on cactus.
People have to understand that there has to be a monetary system in place for you to enjoy a standard of living in bringing stability to your money, so others will take chances on that money and make more money.
This is why Theodore Roosevelt assisted in pushing the Federal Reserve as he like Alexander Hamilton knew a national bank was necessary to borrow from in times of war to major projects like the Panama Canal, so Americans would not be facing huge tax burdens while in times of stress.
That is what a Fed or central bank is supposed to operate as in protecting the public and bringing stability to the people’s money in affordable interest rates.
John Adams like many hated central banks, because they saw it all as usury which it was and quite unGodly as not Biblical in charging people to borrow money while others lending got rich doing nothing.
There has to be a balance in this where the out of control European controlled Federal Reserve is printing up currency, charging all of us for doing it, and the out of control spending of Barack Obama transferring those funds to central European banks where they are getting rich.
This is the old Rothschild or Amsterdam finance which England embraced completely, and it works for the cartels in always making big debts in nations, destroying their currency, before jumping to a new system they evolve to operate from.
If you want a simple description of what has been going on for the past several hundred years, it is chiefly, money was flowing from the Orient into the western economies in a huge fund transfer based on slave labor and industrialized production technology.
This transfer was one of empire gaining wealth, being dismantled in World War I, moving to nation states in World War II, in an American concentration which removed the British, and has since been moved to OPEC and China where those funds (add in Russian oil wealth from American purchases) have flowed in the trillions into central European Rothschild banks.
What has been occurring under Obama is the last bankruptcy phase of America, before this all goes back into the old dynasties of Europe. (That is why I pointed out to people to notice Obama had a pack of French, German and English puppies following him, because the old royal European dynasties anointed this guy in Germany to carry this all out. Merkel, Brown and Sarkozy know this and who pulls the real power in Europe and Obama is the one they walk behind.)
America faces as one economist pointed out Rhodesia class inflation. OPEC has now spoken again of 250 dollar a barrel crude oil. That kind of price is designed to soak up the 9 to 11 trillion dollars Obama had the Fed print up to transfer the last funds out of America.
Destroy American finance and manufacturing and America is not going to be competing with Europe as they intend to clean up Russia and China after a coming Eurasian war eliminating them.
Imagine George W. Bush saved the world from depression in 1 trillion dollars and how the cartels manipulated the markets to record consumer prices. Take that now to Obama levels of 9 times. 4 dollar a gallon gasoline becomes 36 dollars a gallon. A dollar fifty loaf of bread is now over 10 dollars. Prices just keep escalating as each group attempts to get enough funds due to hyper inflation.
This is all deliberate on Obama’s part in the orders he as received from the European axis. It is already done in this wound inflicted upon America and people have no idea the pain associated with being knifed in the back yet. OPEC does though as they are talking 250 dollar oil setting the stage for what the money barons fully understand.
America can not stand on this type of epic Obamaflation. The system will collapse as the poor will not be able to afford food or little alone heat for winter. All of these factors will combine to stop consumers from buying anything. It will either be build it yourself or gather your own fuel to heat your home in growing your own food or wait to starve to death slowly on Obama food rations.
Ron Paul and these twerps at Congress will be blamed for rocking the Fed’s boat in this as the markets melt again and the culprits will get off free again just like in England after World War II.
There has to be a system in this which must be in place before one nukes the Federal Reserve. I have stated here enough that system in Alexander Hamilton’s national bank which is owned by Americans for modest profits and is run by private financiers on a 5 year charter overseen by Congressional approval………with full mandate that if these people mess up the economy, they are both financially and criminally responsible, to the point of execution of this type of economic terrorism is aimed at the United States ever again.
One can not expect David Rockefeller to behave himself if Congress has been allowing him to break the law for decades. These people could fix this if told they were going to prison and would loose all they had…….they would fix it in 6 months.
Obama’s fix with the European axis is to as Frank Biancheri outlined in a massive shift of debt to the consumers by devaluating the dollar on some 3 day national holiday in the summer. The Obama benefactors will have the new full value dollar and you will have the 3 cents on the dollar dollar worth 3 cents.
You will be wiped out, but the rich will stay rich and in control as Obama intends. That is why he is in the White House with Tim Geithner running this robbery in the Treasury.
Hamilton’s system though would work in controlling this monetary stabilization and needs to be in place before Ron Paul does his audit which looks more like a scam to shift the blame to Congress as this really melts down again.
As Obama has bankrupted America, interest rates will rise, hyper inflation will be the torture on Americans, the previous fix which this blog explained in using borrowed money for exact projects to get numbers of people employed and earning funds is going to soon be unavailable.
Therefore what remains if consumer spending amounts to you trading pulling a plow for your neighbor to get a gallon of milk he is producing, is going to be a massive problem akin to the skeleton economy America had from the 1600 to 1800 time frame when people who had currency horded it and the rest of the people just traded beaver skins.
See if people have nothing to buy anything with, then Gov. Sarah Palin’s oil means nothing, especially if Barack Obama signs over American oil to China to PAY FOR AMERICAN DEBT HE INCURS.
So Ron Paul showing up and pronouncing America dead isn’t a solution to smile about at all. The operational status of food, key production, Lincoln bonds on a specific national project to move the economy with a re circulation of funds inside America which is then built upon Sarah Palin’s oil, along with the other American reserves which creates a real American enterprise Patriot zone in Reagan country into Texas IS what will be required.
Tell the public that the American dead whore is tits up and she ain’t going to be donating to the Policeman’s ball anymore isn’t solving anything. If these bought and paid for politicians are showing balls to pass a bill, then it means the cartel gave them permission to shift the blame as they have already left the building or are going to have a dead men tell no tales and can not be prosecuted scenario.
The real person of the hour in standing up is Congressman Jeb Hensarling who is getting no publicity in moving bill HR 2745 to terminate the 700 billion TARP funds being used to pay off Obama cronies.
Of course it seems Geithner spent it all, but Hensarling is at least producing a bill that can be a trend to STOP SPENDING by Obama.

For those of you who, like me are senior citizens, here are a few choice little tidbits that I am sure will make your day. Regarding the new Soetoro healthcare plan I have found a few more facts that might cause us all some real concern. Here is what I have determined. If you are a senior, and are receiving Social Security, you are also receiving MEDICARE coverage. Most of us also carry a supplemental insurance coverage, which we pay for out of our pocket. As such any claims that they pay in our behalf will be reported to IRS, and will be taxed as income. It could get really hairy if you have recieved any substantial amount of benefits. This appears to be a design which will be used to force us out of our private coverage, and into the Soetoro Insurance Company where we will also pay heavy premiums for pathetically little healthcare coverage, if any at all. In addition you will also lose your Prescription Coverage. People who signed up for Rx programs that are liscensed by large Life insurance companies will lose their Rx program because most of these programs are contracted out by the US government to special contracting companies that are offshoots of the life insurance companies.Chronically ill seniors could find themselves unable to pay the expected 50% copay they will face for prescriptions, and the heavy copay,and taxation of their regular benefits as income. The same thing is going to happen to employer sponsored plans. So we move closer, and closer to revolution. I think that the people of the US are not going to take much more of Soetoro’s manure being rammed down our throats. Only OBOTS allow that. That is because they ENJOY every second of it. Be ready for some really tough times. I believe that there will be a lot of suicides, particularly among the senior community. I guess this will all give the Messiah a dirty little orgasm right down his leg. This is what pyromaniacs experience, and I am inclined to believe so do narcissists. Does that suggest anything about the alleged Messiah who according to GIBBS 68% of Americans support. Obviously measured with OBOT yardstick!

Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.
Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we’ll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band‑Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.
Eleven, transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let’s have it. Let’s say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try ‑‑ please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on you to bring our concerns to Washington. Our president often knows all the right buzzword is unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don’t want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we’re morons.
We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented. You think we’re so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work , pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone and we are now looking up at you. You have awakened us, the patriotic spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office. We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish. We didn’t ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us when hewill rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our constitution.
Democrat, Republican, independent, libertarian. Understand this. We don’t care. Political parties are meaningless to us. This country was founded on Judeo-Christian ethics and the principles
governing this country, at least until you came along, come directly from this
heritage. Do you not understand this?
Your bowing to the king of Saudi Arabia is an affront to all Americans.
Our President does not bow down to anyone, let alone the king of
Saudi Arabia . You didn’t show Great Britain , our best and one of our
oldest allies, the respect they deserve yet you bow down to the king of Saudi

You can’t find the time to visit the graves of our greatest generation
because you don’t want to offend the Germans but make time to visit a
mosque in Turkey .. You offended our dead and every veteran when you give the
Germans more respect than the people who saved the German people from

have the historical and intellectual depth of a mud puddle and should be

You are so self-righteously offended by the big bankers and the
American automobile manufacturers yet do nothing about the real thieves
in this situation, Mr. Dodd, Mr. Frank, Franklin Raines, Jamie Gorelic, the
Fannie Mae bonuses, and the Freddie Mac bonuses. What do you intend to
do about them? Anything? I seriously doubt it.
What about the U.S. House members passing out $9.1 million in
bonuses to their staff members – on top of the $2.5=2 0million in automatic pay
raises that lawmakers gave themselves? I understand the average House aide
got a 17% bonus. I took a 5% cut in my pay to save jobs with my employer.
You haven’t said anything about that. Who authorized that? I surely
didn’t!
Executives at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will be receiving $210 million in
bonuses over an eighteen-month period, that’s $45 million more than the AIG
bonuses. In fact, Fannie and Freddie executives have already been awarded
$51 million – not a bad take. Who authorized that and why haven’t you expressed
your outrage at this group who are largely responsible for the economic mess
we have right now.
I resent that you take me and my fellow citizens as brain-dead and not
caring about what you idiots do. We are watching what you are doing and
we are getting increasingly fed up with all of you.
I also want you to know that I personally find just about everything you do and
say to be offensive to every one of my sensibilities. I promise you that I will
work tirelessly to see that you do not get a chance to spend two terms
destroying my beautiful country.

I pray each day that the errosion in our rights that we are witnessing does not result in armed insurrection,and the blood of our loved ones being spilled because a total MORON is trying to subvert our country. Should such an insurrection occur the burden of quelling it will fall upon the military. How many of our military persons are going to open fire upon their own families? I think that our military organizations have leadership that knows the time of day, and instead of pointing a weapon at their own families will instead point the weapon at the person commanding them to kill their families. I think this would happen simply because there are a lot less people who are backing the usurper. I believe that the weapons would swing around 180 degrees, and the person doing the open fire order would be turned into a swiss cheese. There are a lot less of them. As commander in chief Soetoro had better be very careful about what he orders the military to do. They have mothers, fathers,brothers, and sisters who they would be forced to fire upon. I doubt that they would obey any such order.

It is not necessarily who fires the first shot, but in knowing exactly what to do after it is fired. I hasten to add that thousands of US servicemen are NOT LIKELY to be very willing to fire upon their own families, or other Americans. I personally think that the person,or persons doing the ordering would suddenly find themselves being questioned,or fired upon. I am a vet of two of our services; Indiana National Guard, and US Navy. I sometimes think about such a situation, and wonder how I would have behaved had I ever been ordered to fire upon innocent Americans. Such an order could have been considered an ILLEGAL order, and any infantryman would would have been within the law to refuse to obey such an order. In addition, if there is question as to the legal validity of the person issuing the order, those being directed to open fire would also be within the law to refuse to obey until the legal validity of the issuer of the order is PROVEN beyond reasonable doubt. This could result in the complete inability of of our military forces to defend this country against an attack. Should the alleged CIC attempt to send troops into any form of action, without his troops being certain of his legal right to do so would open the door for the troops to refuse to act. This cannot be allowed to stand. The CIC needs to PROVE his LEGAL RIGHT to COMMAND the US MILITARY FORCES. This means that he needs to PROVE his LEGAL VALIDITY as POTUS as well.
I think this posters point was not necessarily actually firing a shot but his sense was that there is an ever increasing amount of people ready to revolt.

The Constitution includes the phrase “[An] Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.” Congress first met in 1789, and the first national census was held in 1790…………Today, the controlling law for the U.S. Census is Title 13 of the U.S. Code. There is a lot of census data collected in the United States today, such as economic figures, sales and production figures, and agricultural statistics. STILL, THE HEAD COUNT IS THE ONLY PART OF THE CENSUS THAT IS CALLED FOR BY THE CONSTITUTION. The code for the enumeration can be found in 13 USC 141………….There are fines for non-response and for false response as well, though the amount has risen from the 1790’s $20. Today failure to respond can result in a $100 fine; providing false answers is a more severe offense, and carries a $500 fine. RECENT NEWS REPORTS, HOWEVER, INDICATE THAT PUNISHMENT FOR FAILURE TO RESPOND IS NOT USUALLY ENFORCED. The controlling section of the Code is 13 USC 221…………..

Ok guys. I have prepared a letter that I will send to my NH delegation. I would like to post here for review only and for comments and suggestions! I do not want this version to be copied and pasted elsewhere. If I make changes after this post I will make it available for all of you to spread it far and wide if you wish. I will post the letter in my next comment.
I’m going to attempt to grab your attention as quickly as I can. I say that because I could write hundreds of pages and offer volumes of evidence pertaining to this subject. I will try to be succinct and offer only minimal evidence.
This is not only about the usurper in the White House but all of you that have refused to perform you duties as described and have willfully ignored your oaths of office. I would imagine that at one time you all revered public service as grandiose, or you would not have entered public service. So somewhere inside of you rest the ideals that were the foundation of your endeavor. I appeal to those ideals because I know that every red blooded American holds those same ideals near and dear to their hearts, just to get us all on the same page.
Without this sounding like a threat I do need to warn you that Grand Juries are forming in increasing numbers and they are not just investigating Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Obama but everyone complicit in his rise to President. For instance Nancy Pelosi personally signed an affidavit claiming she had verified Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Obama’s eligibility documents. However she has ignored repeated request to release these said documents, as has everyone else involved. No one on this planet has seen documents that support the requirements, of Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Obama, under Article II section I of our constitution requiring that President be a “natural born citizen” or that person or persons would have offered them by now. What that means is that all of you that have sworn to uphold the constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic are complicit in this matter. Do you understand where this is heading?
I would also point out that this letter is not in response to any political event or other act of government and can be documented that this issue has been brought to the attention of people in government, that normally oversee these matters, for over a year. Well before the election in November of last year and has continued to be brought to the attention of everyone in congress. So much so that there was a “Form Letter Response” to this issue that staff from every congressional and senate office sent out in reply. Shame on all of you!
The 1st amendment offers We The People the of right to “redress of grievance”. We The People have filed many of these grievances in this matter. You have chosen to ignore them. For such action we have the right to withhold all due taxes until such grievances are settled.
We The People have the right to form grand juries for the purpose of government oversight. We are currently exercising that right.
As stated in the opening I could write hundreds of pages and offer volumes of evidence. I think that you have seen, read, and heard of the evidence. What you are faced with now are two choices. You can stop the madness now and begin the process of undoing all that the usurper has signed and is invalid, or you wait for We The People to arrive with subpoenas, warrants, court orders, and alike and be faced with even more to undo. That choice is yours, We The People have made ours.
Article II Section I of the constitution requires that the president be a “natural born citizen” described as a child born of “parents who are citizens”. Note that both the words parent and citizen are plural. In other words “Both parents need to be citizens at the time of birth.” Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Obama admits himself that his father was a British subject, therefore by decent his son was a British subject in accordance with British Nationality Act of 1948. We can also examine his mother’s citizenship and conclude that she was too young to confer citizenship at the time, not that that matters.

Independent voter and amateur genealogist, I am appalled that ACORN may have an active role in enumerating the 2010 census! The Census Bureau should be nonpartisan and non-political agency and past allegations of fraud against ACORN raise serious concerns about the organization. Congress should investigate ACORN’s questionable voter registration activities and any organization that has been subject to multiple allegations of misconduct should not participating in the 2010 U. S. Census.
There are multitudes of internet videos that reveal evidence of ACORN’s fraudulent practices. Just go to youtube.com and search “ACORN fraud”. Do we want an organization like this compiling confidential information on American citizens? I, myself, would be very reluctant to give personal information to ANYONE that I suspect may have been associated with fraudulent or criminal activities. We know that millions of Americans would be inclined to give less than accurate responses to the census questionnaire. The 2010 Obama census could very well be considered the most inaccurate enumeration in U. S. history.

It would seem that given the fact that we are technically at war,and any person who pretends to be the President of this country, and while allegedly holding office illegally sends troops INTO another country who then shoot, and bomb others could be prosecuted for WAR CRIMES by the Hague, as was Milosevich. If he is ever proven too have illegally held the office of POTUS it would seem that he would be a PRIMEcontender for a Hague trial.

I don’t think that is the reason. It’s called “hedging your bet”. Obama wants to stay on the good side of Iran, whoever wins.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.
Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Suggestion: Send your letters “Certified Restricted Delivery.” You need to make sure your letter is not put the infamous circular file or Lilly’s bottom drawer. Also, how about sending info copies to SCOTUS. Got to keep the pressure up!!!
Observation: It has been my experience that a large number of people are totally unaware or don’t care about the USURPER and the BC issue. So what is the answer? A major team effort is needed. Letters need to be sent to local community organizations, local and State government offices and anyone else you can think of.

TO ALL COMMENTERS;
Earlier today, and a few times in the past I have posted innapropriate comments which were in extremely poor taste, and would have offended a lot of innocent people. I cite my recent remarks which I am sure everyone is aware of. I humbly offer my apologies to everyone everywhere. I suddenly find myself doing the same thing which I criticized David Letterman for doing. I am completely ashamed of myself. I know better. A recent ongoing illness has brought me into a semi reclusive lifestyle. I am by nature an outspoken person, and have for many years said exactly what was in my mind,and most of the time without forethought. Today I finally have paid the price, for making brash, and otherwise derisive statements regarding the Iranian People. Again I am ashamed of my potty mouth, and apologise for this roundly. I offer no excuses because ther e ARE NO EXCUSES. Today I watched the young,and older Iranian people alike taking to the street in protest to the outcome of their recent election. The thought went through my mind; Like where were we at on November 4 2008? It also occurs to me that the Iranians are simply asking for freedom. I was dead wrong about the Iranian people. I have come to realise tha their interests are in many ways convergent upon our own. I watched as they fought the Iranian Police, and were struck repeatedly by the police weilding batons.Some were bleeding profusely.
President Obama has finally done something right. He made a statement which clearly shows his support of the Iranian people, which is what he should be doing. I believe that they are perfectly capable of cleaning out their own corrupt leaders, and politicians. I wish we had the same capability because November 4,2008 might have been the election day of a FULLY QUALIFIED POTUS.
Several years back I turned my back on my church. I was too caught up in my own pursuits to take time for church. I telephoned my pastor and advised him that I was returning, starting Sunday. My wife is elated that I have finally returned to church. This is where I intend to start in CLEANING UP MY ACT.

Iran’s affairs are not America’s affairs. Their affairs only become our affairs when they threaten us or our allies. The opposition leader is the progenitor of the Iranian nuclear program… a program developed to threaten and coerce Israel, Europe and America. Ten minutes with any member of the “opposition” would convince any thinking American that ALL of these people still HATE America and Israel. I have no empathy toward them.

Letter was great. I have sent many to Sens. McConnell and Bunning (R’s) from Kentucky. I Feel the letters are handled by staff and the Senators may never see them. I do feel that the Senators are aware of what is going on.
When the juries start the presentments for others after Sorotero, staffs (congressmen, State offices, SCOTUS, media) of all should be considered as well.

At least our way we all remained safe behind our keyboards and the cute tea party signs and no one was hurt.

Our job on these blogs is to discuss, share, spread the word of the cause. It is not necessarily to fight, incite violence, or do anything else but to educate others. This is literally a full-time occupation if one looks at it.
Let’s focus on educating others and encourage action takers to take action when the time is right. We are still fighting “conspiracy” resistance, and the best we can do on here is to make everyone aware of what’s going on. It is noble and it is 100% necessary.

AP- WASHINGTON D.C. – In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occide ntal College. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California .
The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship
for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya, and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim.
The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy, C2and qualification to serve as president. When reached for comment in London , where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.
Britain’s Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front- page article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned,” leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K.
In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year w ith eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his person al records.
Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

There is another April Fools story making it’s rounds. It is about “a White House leak” that says Obama was born in an American embassy in Kenya. It will probably show up here, before long.
It is stories like these that give us an undeserved reputation as “crackpots”. Please check these things out before you post them. There are impressionable people who read these comments and the Obots will quote these articles and paint us all with the same wide brush.

I enjoyed reading your article regarding unemployment rates. As I mentioned before, I expect the unemployment rates to skyrocket to nearly 30% before this is all said and done. We’re already half way there and it’s not even July yet.
ANyone kniw what is going on with Mario Puzzio (sp?) suit. Last I read – he was to have something on June 29th. Anyone know anything?

On page two the Judge writes, “In their complaint Plaintiffs assert violations of their constitutional rights alleging that Defendants have failed to conclusively prove that President Obama is a natural born citizen and therefore may not be eligible to serve as President of the United States.” Then on page four the Judge writes, “Plaintiffs’ Complaint raises significant issues necessitating that the named Defendants engage competent counsel to represent their interests.”
Defendant have till June 29th to answer or otherwise move.

Don’t forget that unemployment is measured by unemployment insurance along with a sampling of households. It is only a quazi-indicator of true unemployment. The federal government uses a system of sampling that revolves every 4 months. That means the numbers are generally way off. In all cases they are delayed.
Ohio and many other states don’t take into account those who have left the workforce altogether after prolonged unemployment, nor does it take into account those who have chosen part time employment at pay much lower than a year ago.
Typically, unemployment rates are around 70-100% higher than what’s being predicted. For example, a current unemployment rate of 9% nationwide yields a true unemployment rate of around 16%. As a reasonable test, identify all the people in your neighborhood currently looking for work. I would say it’s around that number, perhaps higher.
Simply perform a search for unemployment and BLS and SGS and see what gets returned.
