Activity in Kerchner et al v Obama & Congress et al Lawsuit – On 18 May 2000 I filed a Declaration Opposing Defendants’ Motion to Extend Time to Answer or Otherwise Move as to the Amended Complaint Returnable June 1, 2009. The defendants have already had almost three months to answer, move, or otherwise respond. Regular citizen defendants get 20 days. The government normally gets 60 days. They have already had almost 90 days. What they are asking for would get them to over 120 days before having to answer or otherwise move. In our opinion, they have had an adequate amount of time to answer or move or other wise respond. Thus I have filed our opposition to any further extensions of time to answer or otherwise move on this case. More on that in a subsequent post.

If Germany created an entire country of guilty judges–could it not happen here? Have we not seen evidance of it since the entire question of Obama’s birth certificate began to be challenged in the courts? Not one judge, —not one judge in all of America to this date has had the integrity to give one simple, uncomplicated order. Produce your birth certificate and other documents, Mr. Obama.
I have an idea. Instead of offering $25,000,000 to Obama to produce his birth certificate, why not offer it to the judge who has the courage to order Obama to produce his documents. It won’t matter if the judge is accused of bribery. He could retire quite well on $25,000,000.
I will say this again. Ron Paul is a paper tiger. Do not listen to what he preaches because he fails to practice it. He pontificates upholding the Constitution and did nothing to raise the eligibility issue amongst other things.
Alan Keyes stood up and claimed foul. Chuck Baldwin stood up and claimed foul. Gail Lightfoot stood up and claimed foul.
But you know what Mr. Paul said about all of this? Take a wild guess.

Here is a response from a Texan, KJtx, one of Paul’s disappointed constituents……….
Just got off the phone with Ron Paul… It is with a heavy heart that I must report this… The (10 minute) conversation was not a good one. I brought up the Constitution, and the ‘natural born’ issue, and then asked him point blank if he would be willing to submit (or at least support) an objection to the electoral vote certification on Jan 8th.
He said (I’m paraphrasing), “if I did that I’d be laughed out of congress. No one is going to do that. There is no Constitutional law that actually defines ‘natural born’, so the argument could go on forever with thousands of different interpretations. The consenses is that he is a US citizen, and therefor eligible.”
He also said (paraphrasing), “I understand your concern, but nobody cares. ‘They’ are willing to let Obama take office, knowing full well he may not be constitutionally qualified. The fact that he supposedly was born in Hawaii is all that matters.”
I brought up the Hawaiian practices of registering the birth of children to those who may not have been born in Hawaii (from 1911 to 1972),
and he said (again, paraphrasing) “If that can be proven, then we have a case of fraud, which must be looked at, but in all seriousness, it will never get that far.” So… as far as him helping us on anything, he is not willing at this point.
Essentially, he is “going with the flow”, with no desire to be a patriot. All of congress is only concerned with “following the herd”.
He also said, “Even if it was proven 110% that Obama is ineligible, it wouldn’t make a difference.”
Nobody wants to step up, it seems. I was almost in tears as we hung up. I am deeply disturbed about this. It seems our only hope now lies in the outcome of the pending lawsuits… Stephen Pidgeon, and Dr Orly are our best shots. I think after speaking with Congressman Paul, we are barking up the wrong tree, regarding Congressional objections to the electoral vote count. I pray to GOD I’m wrong, and will continue the good fight, none-the-less. I still plan on sending each Texas GOP Representative and Senator a letter on Monday (when I get back to my home) to their local addresses and their Washington addresses. I will not give up.
It’s time for Ron Paul to fade away. He touted the Constitution all through the primaries and when his Constitutional beliefs were needed he turned his head. He’s no better than obama. A lie is a lie and a coward is a coward and Ron Paul is both. Everyone in congress should be tried for treason!!!

We know it was here as the host left its trace and many saw it. We are searching for who out there who may have downloaded a copy, as we are trying to obtain one to compare it to what we have.
The Utube includes a scene where Alan Keyes (pre or post) his second debate 2004 with Barack Obama when he was competing for the IL Senate Seat…in an offstage, nonformal recording, that was captured on film by as personal camrecorder. He was caught admitting he was not running for President, so his Citizenship should not be a concern. This occurred when questioned by Alan Keyes on his Natural Born Citizenship…again it was a ‘side stage’ comment, not a professionally video as seen on Alan Keye’s website. The video in question was from the Unedited version of Obama’s Sentatorial Debate with Alany Keyes, which was broadcast in the uncut version only on C-Span in about the 3rd week of April in 2005, and the quote is as follows:

O: So what, I am not running for the US Presidency, but for the Illinois Senate.
Afterwards in the commentary by the C-Span host, he pointed out that ever since O’s camp has made pains to deny the import of his own retort, saying it is not ad admission of not being a NBC.
