There has been no decision from Judge Surrick regarding Philip J Berg’s
response to Obama’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit. Philip J Berg’s
subpoena request to the U.S. State Department has also been denied.
Jeff Schreiber provides an update:
“Berg’s Subpoena Request Denied by U.S. State Department
Philip Berg hit a speed bump this afternoon. In a letter from David Newman of the Office of Legal Adviser for the U.S. Department of State, his attempted service of subpoena on the Vital Records Section of the State Department and a pair of U.S. embassies was rejected.
I’ve known for a few weeks now that Phil Berg intended to subpoena several entities with regard to documentation sought to support his allegations in his federal case against Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee, and the Federal Election Commission, but kept quiet because Berg discussed this with me off the record, and I must honor that. While I was not able to obtain a copy of the letter as it is technically not yet a matter of public record, I was able to copy the language inside.”
“As of 2:28 p.m. today, there has been no decision by Judge Surrick.”

I checked the Pacer system a few minutes ago and found no evidence of
the judge making a ruling.

Why is the government upholding this violation of the Constitution…could it be that communism has already taken over our country…without firing a shot…except for the hit jobs on the Donald Youngs in Chicago?
The fact that Congress would not ask , in all these months of campaigning, from Obama what they demanded from McCain speaks volumes.
Despite the best efforts of Mr. Berg, CW and others to get this story out, it is disheartening that the MSM, now our judicial system, is relentless in giving Obama a pass.

They have given Obama a pass for nineteen months. If This would be Palin, they would have a Army of lawyers investigating.
That the Obama croud had filed a Motion to Dismiss Berg’s lawsuit says it all, instead of just presenting a Birth Certificate. Apparently they can’t.

All he needs to do is furnish the long form birth certificate and prove that he is NOT and Indonesian Citizen-that’s it! Why is this so hard for him to do. Better yet, why will he not furnish ALL Media types copies of these and copies of his college transcripts?

And when it comes out that Obama is not eligible to run for President, is he going to return the $400 million+ in donations to his BS campaign?
