“HUGE: Trump Campaign Nevada Lawsuit Challenging Election Results Given Go Ahead for Depositions, Hearing Set for December 3
A Trump campaign lawsuit in Nevada filed last week challenging the election results has been given the go ahead for depositions by the Carson City court where the case was filed November 17. The suit seeks to have Trump declared the winner or that no electors be awarded due to fraud and irregularities. A hearing was set for December 3rd. Fifteen depositions each by the opposing parties, the Trump electors and Biden electors, are due by the hearing date.
Politico’s Josh Gerstein posted Tuesday night, “JUST IN: Carson City, NV judge hearing election challenge filed by Trump electors has set a hearing for 12/3 at 130PM local. Will allow 15 depositions for each side between now and then. Atty is @SidneyPowell1’s co-counsel in Flynn case, @jbinnall…Binnall said part of the challenge is over the use of Agilis scanner and signature matcher. ‘It is important, for sure, but is far from the main meat of our challenge,” he said…We could see fight over secrecy relating to witnesses. Binnall said he wants a protective order b/c of threats, but idea that a presidential election challenge will be resolved based on secret testimony seems highly implausible. The Trump campaign on Tuesday announced a new lawsuit in Nevada over the Agilis ballot processing and signature scanning machine that was used throughout the state. There are also allegations of observers being denied access to watch the ballot duplication process and the use of some outreach programs geared towards Native Americans that allegedly resulted in vote-buying.
According to the campaign, at least 40,000 votes were impacted, although that number could be higher.
Clark County register Joe Garcia acknowledged known problems with the voting tabulation system but said it couldn’t be remedied with a recount, the lawsuit stated.”

……..and you are exactly right. Recounting votes won’t change anything but a thorough audit might at least open the door for serious examinations of the wrongdoing.

All, or most of this, has been in affidavits filed in lawsuits that the corrupt as hell judges have called “speculation” and then summarily dismissed. Now the courts have been shown by this hearing for the corrupt, criminal operations that they are.
But now it’s all out in the open, instead of being hidden away in a legal brief, and they have nowhere to hide.

………you are correct. The worse than crooked (criminal) judges in ALL of the lower courts who were installed by the lost chimpanzee from Kenya, are part, and parcel, to the non stop BS which has for the most part blocked all avenues of legal retribution. Unfortunately for America there is a huge number of sitting judges in the lower courts, and in the Superior courts in many states who are totally corrupted. This has been going on for years. If this continues it could ultimately lead to the destruction of our Republic. Judges are supposed to be unbiased with respect to their work, yet many BLATANTLY DISREGARD their primary mission, and become pawns of politicians. Envelopes containing huge sums of money are often found attached to the door of their chambers……and nobody knows how it got there…..or why. Then it disappears, and is no longer discussed. Need I say more? I would offer praise for Mastriano if this information is accurate. I am sure that the Senator is aware that when you ruffle the feathers of imbedded criminal politicians retribution often follows. Case in point = Seth Rich!!!!!

……..a large percentage of the BS is coming from within the DOJ itself. There is still a large number of people at the DOJ who were installed by Lil Barry Soetoro. The DOJ has needed a thorough house cleaning for a long time……but it won’t happen if Joe Malarkey is POTUS.
