Flynn prosecution discovery filed July 7, 2020 Deputy Asst Atty Gen Tashina Gauhar and Peter Strzok notes from Jan 25 2017 meeting, Boente notes

“Immediately after President Trump won election, opponents inaugurated what they call ‘The Resistance’ and they rallied around an explicit strategy of using every tool and maneuver to sabotage the functioning of the executive branch.” …Attorney General Barr

“Instead of doing so, the government has continued to defy its
constitutional, ethical and legal obligations to this Court and to the defense, and to hide evidence that it knows exonerates Mr. Flynn. As is the essence of the problem here, instead of protecting its citizens, the “government” is protecting its own criminal conduct and operatives.”…Attorney Sidney Powell October

“According to Strzok’s notes, it appears that Vice President Biden personally raised the idea of the Logan Act. That became an admitted pretext to investigate General Flynn,”…Attorney Sidney Powell

  1. “Strzok’s newly discovered FBI notes deliver jolt to ‘Obamagate’ evidenceJames Comey had no business meeting with Obama White House on Flynn case, former FBI executive says. The belated discovery of disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok’s January 2017 notes raises troubling new questions about whether President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden were coordinating efforts during their final days in office to investigate Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn — even as the FBI wanted to shut down the case.”

…………ah yes a mountain of LIBERAL manure is about to hit the fan. If further discovery is allowed then there is a strong probability that another mountain of manure will strike another fan very soon. The latter pile of excrement consists of the PHONY POTUS ELECTION. Also the CERTIFIED COPY OF Lil Barry Soetoro’s BC will be right on the top of the pile of crapola. Lucas Smith was NOT WRONG!!!!! I am already drooling in anticipation of seeing Soetoro DEPORTED back to his little grass shack in the jungle of Kenya.

  3. New evidence turned over to Flynn shows DOJ doubted criminal case against Trump adviser

“The documents were discovered recently by U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen, who was specially appointed by Attorney General William Barr to review the conduct of the FBI and the DOJ in the Flynn case. They are the latest exculpatory materials — evidence that Flynn could have used to prove his innocence — that were withheld from his defense and only belatedly produced more than two years after he pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI.

The sources told Just the News the new documents included extensive notes taken by senior Justice Department official Tashina Gauhar, former FBI agent Peter Strzok, and former DOJ and FBI lawyer Dana Boente between January and March 2017, long before Flynn’s case was referred to Special Counsel Robert Mueller or Flynn reached a deal to plead guilty later that year.”

“Gauhar, an Obama-era holdover, has shown up in several prominent DOJ national security cases over the years, but her work on the Russia case mostly escaped public attention until last month when Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham included her name on a list of possible witnesses he may subpoena in his ongoing probe of the Russia case investigators.”

……….the raging lying human pieces of excrement tried very hard to be devious. After they lost control of their many lies the roof of their domain is finally collapsing down upon their heads. As we watch they will be buried in a mountain of their own stinking bullsh-t.

………you can tell so many lies that eventually you forget about all the other lies you told then your lies begin to contradict each other. Folks who have brains with a big RAM do NOT FORGET.
