An article i read at zh or somewhere said that ‘the agency”, is saying in court documents that it never used the steele dossier in the fisa warrant applications. They claim they only used it in criminal matters.
I think we did have someone on record in the house hearings say that they never would have gotten the fisa warrants granted by the judge without the dossier. I think it was mccabe but i dont remember for sure.
They also used a story from the media in their warrant application that they themselves planted in the media. IF everyone who signed those warrant applications doesn’t go to jail then there is no justice here.
These articles describing what Clinesmith did appear to me to be setting him up as the lone fall guy and everyone else gets off with a mistakes were made.
